00:00:54.120 and 16 he faced he faced four felony counts of aggregate he faced four felony counts of
00:01:01.460 aggravated battery in early 2022 all right so let's oh man
00:01:09.840 oh my god this is what women are voting for i don't feel bad for these women in the slightest 1.00
00:01:21.920 I mean, I guess unless they're conservative, but women just keep voting for these people that literally let out criminals. 1.00
00:01:29.620 I'm from Chicago. And there are not many conservative women there. 1.00
00:01:34.660 Maybe they start conservative, but by 21, they're voting liberal.
00:01:38.360 All right, let's see this one.
00:01:39.320 You've probably heard of the loop puncher, but this guy is not the only one.
00:01:43.820 This is 37-year-old Derek Rucker, who was arrested by police after punching a young woman in the back of the head
00:01:51.200 who was waiting at the Loyola red line stop. In late August, we interviewed Kathleen. Oh,
00:01:56.080 look at how bad that is. Miles, who was punched in the side of her face while walking. These are
00:02:00.500 the same women that say men don't protect us. Well, if you keep voting to let out criminals, 1.00
00:02:05.720 what do you expect? Home from work in the loop. That man was arrested and it turns out he had
00:02:10.980 committed the same crime years prior. And in late September, we know of at least two women who
00:02:15.600 reported to police that they wonder, is he retarded? Like, I just don't know what the motive 0.99
00:02:19.880 is is it just like i hate white people is it low like impulse control i would love to get these
00:02:28.140 guys talking on camera i just want to see what kind of people they are i mean obviously like 0.96
00:02:32.020 not the best people but i you know it would just be nice they were punched as well one near rate
00:02:37.220 field the other near union station their attacker you know where a lot of these areas are and
00:02:42.560 they're actually not even in the worst areas has not been found women have been the target in all 1.00
00:02:47.220 of these cases, many sharing their videos on social media in hopes of warning others
00:02:51.380 to be very aware of your surroundings. Yeah. And apparently they just, he's still not put
00:02:56.760 in jail. Isn't that, isn't that crazy? An update tonight on a story you'll see only
00:03:00.960 on CBS News Chicago, what appears to be the same man now caught on camera after two random
00:03:06.760 attacks on women in Chicago. So far, police have not confirmed that's the same person.
00:03:11.280 Remember, these are the same women that say, oh, it's societal racism. That's making black 0.99
00:03:16.680 people behave this way. And then all the institutions are like, okay, white 0.98
00:03:21.380 women, if that's what you think, go ahead, be with them. And then we get 1.00
00:03:25.280 punched in the face. But another woman reached out to us after seeing our
00:03:29.180 story last week about a woman being sucker punched downtown. Our German
00:03:33.060 Terry spoke to the latest victim, who says this time the man was armed. Oh
00:03:37.300 no. For the second time in the week, another woman finds herself in pain and
00:03:42.640 disbelief women in chicago are scared this 26 year old is the latest victim yeah but then you 0.98
00:03:47.940 tell the women okay move out of the city and they're like no but i need to go to my events 0.92
00:03:52.140 no then you're like well you could go to the suburbs suburbs and they're like no but i need
00:03:58.400 i need to see all the cool stuff well then you might get punched in the face it just is what it 0.96
00:04:04.000 is of a random sucker and you're like okay well what if we legalize guns then you can protect 0.91
00:04:08.960 yourself they're like no but you can't if he punches you in the face you can't use a gun we 0.96
00:04:15.520 need to make guns illegal but lady and then the conservatives are like but ladies you know if you 1.00
00:04:21.520 don't want to get married we're allowing you guys to not be under the protection of a man you can go
00:04:25.720 do your own thing why don't you learn to carry and the women are like no no i can't do that it's 1.00
00:04:32.300 you know i'm just on the losing team being a woman is like being a cubs fan um or bears fan
00:04:38.860 it's just not a lot of hope over here not a lot of um hope for the future now i know i actually
00:04:46.160 don't know if the cubs are good now but my whole like childhood they sucked um except for when
00:04:51.520 one year they won the world series i'm just glad that i he didn't break my jaw or stab me it was
00:04:59.300 friday night around eight o'clock here at the metro 35th street stop the woman says she was
00:05:03.820 about to get off the train when the guy told her to get out of her way the next thing she knew
00:05:08.200 he threw a nasty punch to the jaw now she managed to snap a picture of the guy before he ran down
00:05:13.720 this platform passengers tried to grab him at first there was a couple guys that were around
00:05:20.000 um that you know and even even as we vote for all of this terrorism the men will still help you
00:05:28.540 men are such nice they're such nice they're good people we're like what the heck you just
00:05:33.640 I wouldn't step in. You don't want to get stabbed over it. Like imagine you get stabbed for some
00:05:38.260 girl who voted Democrat. I would just get out of the way. And then they said he had a knife in his 0.97
00:05:44.440 hand. So everybody just backed off. In the image, you can see the weapon in the man's hands. But
00:05:50.840 what's more concerning? Take a look. This man fits the description of another attacker CBS
00:05:56.720 Chicago told you about a week ago. Take a listen to what Lindsey Howard told us about the man who
00:06:02.540 randomly punch. Oh, that looks just like a woman who would vote for communism while walking 1.00
00:06:07.840 downtown. That's very thin, like wiry circle glasses. That looks just like a Democrat. And 0.56
00:06:13.820 Chicago's a nice city. That's the sad thing. I don't live in Chicago, but I would like to,
00:06:19.480 you know, but when, you know, friends of mine had gotten robbed in downtown Chicago,
00:06:24.060 it doesn't make me like ecstatic to go there. He had a black kind of like woolen cap with
00:06:30.340 like headphones around it.
00:06:32.380 I believe it is the same 0.55
00:06:34.420 person, despite two victims
00:06:36.380 snapping images of the person
00:06:38.420 them and their attack. Why is it blurred?
00:06:41.860 They always protect her wearing identical clothing.
00:06:45.260 Chicago police will not say if this is the same person,
00:06:49.700 but the similarities are too much for the victims who insist.
00:06:53.700 There's a serial puncher out there,
00:06:55.660 which is why the latest victim is hiding her identity. 0.95
00:06:58.900 i'm scared to run into him again she filed a complaint with both chicago and metro police
00:07:04.020 the train conductors were saying that they believe he got on and he's gonna kill someone
00:07:09.700 you know he's gonna punch someone too hard and someone's gonna die and again and then 1.00
00:07:14.340 the next election it'll be another black lesbian we just don't learn we don't i mean 1.00
00:07:21.300 i honestly think that special needs people would vote better than women 1.00
00:07:25.540 Like, if I had to get a group of special needs people together, and we had to decide who, like, what's, who's better, I would, yeah.
00:07:35.800 Joliet.
00:07:36.820 Yet she refuses to hop on the train anytime soon after.
00:07:40.280 I will take Ubers.
00:07:41.400 That punch shattered her sense of security.
00:07:44.100 Just because I'm scared.
00:07:46.760 It's not a joke.
00:07:47.920 She wants the person arrested and charged.
00:07:50.740 In Bronzeville, Germant Terry, CBS News Chicago.
00:07:53.480 No, but it's it's the police. Do you remember when we had to post black square? I mean, I didn't. But I think we all remember when we had to post black squares for George Floyd. I think, you know, and so now it's like, well, now you're getting punched in the face, women. Anyways, let me know what you think of the comments. Would you step in or would you let her go? Let me know in the comments like the video and I'll see you next time.
