Pearl - Dating In Your 50s： ABANDON ALL HOPE

00:00:00.000 one of the things that stands out to me is the amount of over 50 players

00:00:08.380 yeah girl they have because before they would get something out of being faithful

00:00:13.800 they would get kids a future there's no future you're 50 you're 50 what's up guys welcome to

00:00:21.620 my reaction series so today we're reacting to women dating over the age of 50 so 50 is really

00:00:27.720 okay i feel like there's two drop-offs right the drop-off from women's 20s to 30s um as i've

00:00:34.020 experienced this chopped i know um that's the major first one but then it's like 30 to 45 you know

00:00:42.580 some women can kind of thirst trap a little like 28 to 35 it's like all one 20 to 35 then 35 to like 0.58

00:00:49.300 45 after 45 it's what kevin samuels used to call no man's land um so here's the women that are 1.00

00:00:55.200 pretty much cooked and we're going to see how cooked they are because some women can thirst 1.00

00:00:59.240 trap a little longer. Hot take about dating as somebody who is 52 and from a totally different 0.96

00:01:04.420 generation and not really used to using dating apps and that sort of culture. I matched with a

00:01:08.600 guy a week ago and we've been consistently talking. He's checking in every day, which I

00:01:13.160 super appreciate. There is nothing I like better than consistency and feeling chosen. He talked

00:01:19.560 about going on a date last week checked in again about the date yesterday yes so again you ghosted

00:01:25.300 men in your 20s um because you had too many men to deal with and i mean you gotta filter it somehow

00:01:30.240 um and now men are gonna ghost you and you're old just is what it is eat that i'll take it

00:01:36.080 connected with me on social media which i don't normally do and this chain of events is the reason 0.71

00:01:41.440 that i don't i don't even know what i was thinking it was dumb but it's hard to say no to people like

00:01:46.780 when they specifically ask for your social media and you say no, it's like weird. Yesterday he put

00:01:52.740 up photos. Of course I saw them and it was like a media. I mean I said it to everybody on here. He

00:01:59.380 ended up being a lot more attractive than I initially thought that he was. That was just me

00:02:03.960 sort of not realizing at the time. The amount of women commenting on the photos, I can't miss it. 0.73

00:02:11.160 You know, I don't, I didn't go through his follower list. I didn't look actively at people

00:02:16.020 commenting on older posts that he had. I didn't do any like FBI. It's just like, I'm seeing it on

00:02:24.400 my feed. I clock it. Right. Cause we're literally talking, we're talking, we're texting at the time

00:02:31.100 he disappears. And then he's commenting to these people on his photos. Look at his dating profile

00:02:37.460 this morning and he's updated all of his photos improving his dating profile to see what he can

00:02:43.180 reel in and we actively talked about going out today or tomorrow yeah okay but because he wants

00:02:49.480 to do better he wants to do younger hotter and better in every way and what you could do is get 1.00

00:02:53.340 rid of your ego and just say all right i'm gonna compete but instead you just start bitching to 1.00

00:02:57.040 tick tock and now he's gonna see that and think how am i dating a 50 year old woman that's 0.50

00:03:01.240 complaining about me to tiktok what am i doing in life y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all

00:03:08.520 so i don't think dating is for me

00:03:14.340 i am either

00:03:19.900 like i can't attract like a super hot guy and i'm okay with that but just a really

00:03:30.900 good okay but you don't care that much because you're overweight right you can

00:03:36.280 dye your hair but you can't lose the weight put Jesus first has a great job

00:03:41.460 keeps himself up doesn't have to work out or have the best bond but I would

00:03:50.140 like for him to at least try to want to be fit

00:03:56.860 but at my age which I'm 54 it's very hard to find a good mix of that plus then you got a mesh 0.91

00:04:09.080 families and my last egg and you might mesh the families then have to unmesh I mean we just can't 0.72

00:04:16.380 get along let her age want women in their 20s and 30s they don't want us true this family treat me 1.00

00:04:22.240 horrible i mean they were it's not anything yeah even the girls are calling her out super hot guy

00:04:28.520 girl just be happy to find a man with a good heart even in her 50s all we want is abs promise now

00:04:35.300 maybe right before we got divorced or during the divorce yes because it didn't matter anymore but

00:04:41.680 they were just and he he allowed them to be ugly to me from the start so when you set that standard

00:04:50.420 they're not gonna change and they're not you know if if you let them walk all over you of course

00:04:57.340 they're gonna walk all over me so and i'm just not that type like my kids would never treat

00:05:03.320 anybody like that so i do expect someone to um especially if you love somebody you know why

00:05:10.840 would you let people disrespect them especially your family but anyway so it's just like a lot

00:05:16.760 it's just like a lot to try to find somebody at my age it's impossible i mean honestly i would 0.89

00:05:23.480 just try to get some good sex and give it to him as often as possible and maybe one will stick

00:05:28.200 around but at your age the guys you want are going to go younger so your best bet is to just flood 1.00

00:05:33.960 them with sex and hope they stick around that's what i would tell you to do a lot of women

00:05:38.820 understand that and do adapt that uh you know strategy feel like um because i'm also not going

00:05:49.860 to um settle or lower my standards either um and i will say this and this is going to make a lot of

00:05:58.340 people angry but there's a lot of men my age that just don't take care of themselves and they don't

00:06:05.460 know how to talk to women they don't know how to keep themselves up they're just not interested you

00:06:11.660 know i'm three years out of my divorce and i haven't been close to going out and date i feel 1.00

00:06:15.260 i'm 55 and i feel that window is closing i own my own home and have a good job i don't think i can

00:06:19.680 handle the drama yeah that's what i mean you're competing with men's alone time all right let's

00:06:23.720 see who's next she's cooked she's a little cuter dating in your 50s is not really what most people

00:06:31.480 think it is i wish i could say it's fun and i wish i could say it feels like meeting people

00:06:39.320 organically out in real life but unfortunately it is dating apps and most of the time it can

00:06:46.800 feel like a full-time job that you never applied for it's it is a full-time job to be honest when

00:06:53.640 you're looking it's true because you gotta you gotta sift through all the people wasting each

00:06:58.180 other's time and that's just most people you know scrolling and swiping and trying to figure out if

00:07:03.760 somebody is real or healed or if they just present well online and the truth is that i don't actually

00:07:13.680 want more dates i want alignment i want consistency i want reciprocity and emotional safety

00:07:23.580 is that too much to ask i'm starting to realize something important that dating in your 50s

00:07:30.780 isn't actually about finding someone

00:07:35.820 it's about how deeply you heal before you even open the door

00:07:41.420 yeah can you imagine dating a woman having to get uh speeches like that incredible 1.00

00:07:47.500 50 years old single i'm dating she's gonna be a little bit better actually she's got a good figure 1.00

00:07:54.320 found nothing but lying assholes yeah they're gonna lie because uh you're still gonna be for 0.97

00:07:59.360 casual but again you should just accept that you're gonna be for casual and then 0.99

00:08:03.380 maybe with good behavior you'll be promoted very confusing because i am a freaking delight

00:08:09.660 to be around delightful well then your results would show it you know what i mean about to 1.00

00:08:15.260 become an asshole. 50 years old. All right, let's see who's next. Dating over 50 has got to be the 1.00

00:08:24.300 most brutal dating group on the dating scene by far. It's a really funky age. It really is. Some

00:08:36.760 of us have been married for 20 plus years, getting a divorce, starting over, empty nesters,

00:08:44.040 priorities are different now and that's cool sometimes our priorities are the same whatnot but

00:08:51.720 one of the things that stands out to me is the amount of

00:08:58.660 over 50 players yeah girl they have because before they would get something out of being faithful

00:09:07.400 they would get kids a future there's no future you're 50 you're 50 so eat the L I feel like I'm

00:09:17.220 in my damn 20s dating again but with more confidence I feel more confident dating now 0.71

00:09:27.020 but I don't want to deal with all the players I don't want to deal with the games um 0.98

00:09:32.760 And it just seems that there's a lot of those players, probably for those reasons.

00:09:40.440 Or, second, the younger men.

00:09:47.400 It must be a thing? 0.99

00:09:50.060 They all want an older woman. 0.99

00:09:53.200 I don't even know what to say about that.

00:09:56.720 I just, like, really? 1.00

00:09:58.820 yeah they want easy women because the women their age are too expensive so 1.00

00:10:03.020 they're going to the chief they're going men love a discount but that's the 1.00

00:10:06.020 problem is the old women don't realize they're the discount rack it's called a 1.00

00:10:10.460 bargain I don't know and maybe they're not but I get more younger men 1.00

00:10:21.100 reaching out to me than the 50 year olds more younger men and that age gap

00:10:28.580 goes to about yeah men are gonna go younger and so are women hardly can't see you know at my age

00:10:37.200 i'm 54 sitting down at dinner with a man in my age range and having a serious conversation

00:10:45.740 about when he's going to be able to be physically intimate with me or how i feel about that how i

00:10:53.460 feel time wise like when is that going to happen just the thought of that is like no i don't i 1.00

00:11:01.320 don't want to do that i don't mind talking and getting that's the problem women get old and 1.00

00:11:06.040 they're like asexual now like what are you offering now i mean you now you're just gonna

00:11:11.860 torture the guy dude dude what are you doing what are these old broad like just strategy for my 0.65

00:11:18.480 gender we just have the worst strategy the absolute worst strategy it's like

00:11:25.600 no wonder we're dying alone we have so much upper so many opportunities and upper hands and we still 0.61

00:11:30.400 die alone know somebody you know talking about their interests and the things that they're

00:11:35.760 passionate about their career their lives politics whatever but sitting down and having an actual 0.93

00:11:44.160 conversation with somebody i barely know about when he's going to be able to have sex with me

00:11:50.240 no and i realize that probably puts me like out of the dating pool like there i don't think that 1.00

00:12:00.420 there's a place for a woman of age that has that mind there isn't cooked yeah either be a slut or 1.00

00:12:09.100 you know it doesn't really count if you're a slut at that age you know all right so anyways 1.00

00:12:13.620 alright guys let me know what you think in the comments 0.99

00:12:15.780 have you dated 50 year old women and what are they like 0.92

00:12:18.080 like the video I'll see you next time 0.99
