Pearl - Joy Taylor Shows How 304's Can Advance In CORPORATE America ｜ Pearl Daily

00:00:00.000 so to start this show i want to give a thank you not only to you guys you know because you guys

00:00:10.640 you guys keep the lights on here i i am so incredibly lucky to be able to do what i do

00:00:17.840 not a lot of people get to talk for a living and you guys

00:00:23.600 you know thank you guys so much for supporting me but i also want to give a thank you to the 304s

00:00:36.320 for doing wild stuff every day who also keep me employed so today's story we are talking about the

00:00:45.120 fox lawsuit now i'm first going to go over the story and then i'm going to show you guys pictures

00:00:51.840 of the key players because i just think it makes it easier there's a lot of names to keep up with

00:00:56.720 so in the news there has been a lawsuit filed against fox sports and some of its staff including

00:01:03.920 skip bayless and joy taylor we are going to talk about joy taylor today who is joy taylor she has

00:01:10.000 been working for fox sports in one capacity or another since march of 2016. during her tenure at

00:01:17.200 fox she's had some takes on certain athletes that could be looked at looked at questionably

00:01:23.680 after these allegations have come to light in 2022 joy taylor gave a scathing criticism of cleveland

00:01:30.560 brown's playback player quarterback deshaun watson about sexual misconduct allegations were leveled against

00:01:39.120 him she went on various shows and podcasts saying that his punishment was not enough

00:01:44.720 and that she didn't feel he was sorry or remorseful now two years later she found herself finds herself

00:01:50.720 in hot water with misconduct allegations of her own the allegations include joy taylor dismissing the 0.96

00:01:58.960 claims the defendant a hairstylist on staff made against various members of the fox sports team telling

00:02:07.200 her to get over it the lawsuit also alleges that the only reason why taylor landed her gig as a host on 1.00

00:02:13.200 fox sports was due to her sleeping with charlie dixon the former vp of content at fox this relationship

00:02:22.880 happened while she was married dot dot dot an affair between taylor and co-host was also listed in the

00:02:31.680 suits there are two sides to every story but joy taylor and that joy taylor and the hairstylist let's look

00:02:37.840 at both so to start i want to show you guys pictures of all of the people involved in this story so all

00:02:47.280 the players in this because i just you know for me i don't watch sports so when this came out i was

00:02:52.880 getting really confused when i was reading the lawsuit so slide show here we go the players this is joy taylor

00:03:06.320 and this is how she used to dress going to work so joy taylor was a small radio host and she randomly 1.00

00:03:15.520 was selected for a major talk show at fox despite having little to no sports broadcasting experience

00:03:29.200 why do you guys think she was selected

00:03:37.040 what do you guys think what was the motivation here what do you think helped her get the job

00:03:43.120 maybe she could give advice on how to get a job i don't know also i am reading the chat today but i

00:03:52.560 read the audacity sites chats first and if you're on the site and you want me to read your chat put

00:03:58.960 pearl read dot and i will read your chat okay next so taylor fox sports host is accused of insulting 0.93

00:04:09.920 faragi on a personal professional level so essentially faragi was the hair stylist we're

00:04:16.480 going to get to her but just so you guys know the woman filing the sexual harassment complaint 1.00

00:04:22.640 so the woman filing the complaint she was a hair stylist let me get to her picture is this woman 0.90

00:04:28.720 so that she was doing hair hanging out and i guess she complained to this woman and said hey lady 1.00

00:04:36.960 i'm being harassed at work and she said she put her boobs out and said i do not care i don't care at all 0.67

00:04:48.480 she said get over it 0.99

00:04:52.640 and remember this is the woman again this is the woman who said that players

00:05:00.640 that had been accused of harassment you know sports players they didn't do enough to punish them

00:05:07.680 can you can you think about how ironic it is women talking not all women i like to say not all not 0.99

00:05:14.880 all not all but sir i'll say let's use an archetype here promiscuous women with their boobs out half 1.00

00:05:22.800 naked in public complaining about harassment from men i mean isn't that sort of an it all right i one in 0.97

00:05:32.080 the chat do you think if if a woman like this walked into a room would you take that as an invitation 0.99

00:05:41.920 dressed like like okay imagine if you went on a date with her

00:05:47.440 she's out of probably most of you guys's price range if we're going to get into who she's sleeping 1.00

00:05:51.600 with but let's you know let's say by the love of god you guys took her on a date 0.98

00:05:55.520 and she came in dressed like this would you take that as this date is going to go well 0.96

00:06:04.800 now i'm not i'm not saying it's the right thing to do right but anyways so taylor is alleged to have

00:06:17.200 had a sexual relationship with both dixon and echo at the same time when faragi approached her with

00:06:23.760 concerns about the dynamic the lawsuit states taylor told her that she would simply report dixon's

00:06:29.440 misconduct to fox news once he was no longer useful to her so she said i am going to sleep my way to the

00:06:37.280 top and i'm gonna sue you guys after allegedly allegedly next we have her husband 1.00

00:06:52.160 now i don't know who this guy is i don't really care i just thought a face to the name so this guy is

00:06:57.920 married to her so he saw her she came to the date dressed like this they got married

00:07:06.320 this is the hairstylist filing the suit now

00:07:13.200 does this look like a woman 1.00

00:07:20.560 dressed for attention at work now i think this one's debatable you could say

00:07:27.680 pearl but she's completely covered up she doesn't have her boobs out and that's true 1.00

00:07:35.840 shirts a size too small though it's pretty heavy makeup i don't know that one could go either way

00:07:43.680 that one now apparently this guy

00:07:48.240 he's a host so obviously you know the hosts get thrown young hot poonanny at them all the time 0.97

00:07:58.880 i mean guys when you work in media the men in media

00:08:03.920 the women love sweet talkers i mean you guys already know in your hometowns the guys who have no job they

00:08:12.400 haven't had a job in years and somehow they still get the hot women you'll you guys will be you'll you'll have

00:08:21.680 a house you'll have um a car you'll have a nice car right and you think

00:08:31.040 how does that guy pull

00:08:32.560 well he's a smooth talker this guy also a smooth talker but still he wanted to risk it all risk his

00:08:43.920 career for this lady you know he said you know what i might get a lawsuit but she's such a hot pizza 1.00

00:08:56.080 a hot p you know that i'm just gonna yeah

00:09:03.440 okay now this guy

00:09:08.080 is the executive vp of content apparently he also was sleeping with her and that is how she got her job 1.00

00:09:19.920 so again you know she doesn't really discriminate the one thing you can't say that she's racist 0.94

00:09:25.840 you can't you can't say that she has a type you can't like i mean this is who she's married to

00:09:32.320 he's like a light-skinned maybe hispanic or mixed i would say

00:09:41.120 then you got this guy and then you got this guy she is an equal opportunist she does not discriminate 1.00

00:09:51.120 and she's also sleeping with this guy that's he's also married 1.00

00:09:59.680 he is another show host

00:10:05.520 skip bayless show host we're gonna read the full story i just i like to put pictures because when

00:10:11.840 i was reading this i was very confused on who is who

00:10:14.160 i'm gonna read the full story um and then bobby diaz is a behind the scenes guy

00:10:23.920 yeah so let me see i think i went through all the characters in this yeah so these are the

00:10:28.160 characters just one more run through we're gonna go through them one more time

00:10:31.760 oh no don't share it play the slideshow okay office hoe 0.98

00:10:38.640 office hose husband look at he's smiling he's so happy can you imagine getting on one knee

00:10:47.280 saying i'm gonna dedicate my life to you woman

00:10:51.600 and not just finding out she's cheating you know because what who here's been cheated on it happens 0.98

00:10:57.680 it's such an l it really you know i mean who can avoid it but there's something about she being cheated

00:11:04.640 on i what's worse with a guy that's better than you where you kind of understand or a guy that's

00:11:13.680 significantly worse looking you know because the the one that's better than you in every way you could

00:11:19.280 be at which who arguably would that be depends on your perspective but let's just say looks wise

00:11:26.000 he's a good looking guy not as good looking right so this guy it's like okay he's better looking kind

00:11:36.000 of makes sense but not only she's also cheating with this guy can you guys let me know as a man like

00:11:47.840 what's worse when you find out she's getting dug out your wife's getting dug out by this guy 0.95

00:11:55.280 or this guy

00:11:58.320 this guy oh wait sorry this guy no what did i do okay

00:12:07.280 or this guy

00:12:08.080 and not only that but also this guy

00:12:16.080 they said both are bad guys hit the like button stop you guys are being rude you guys are being rude

00:12:22.720 okay i'm tired of this nonsense i'm tired of it a like is free hit that like button 500 of you in here

00:12:29.200 there should be 500 likes or i will protest i will i'll do it i don't care so

00:12:39.440 let me i'm gonna pull up we're gonna pull up the lawsuit 0.64

00:12:43.440 so ms faragi remember this is the hairstylist

00:12:54.160 you can ms faragi brings forth this action because for over a decade at fox she was forced to endure

00:13:03.680 a misogynistic racist and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically

00:13:12.400 and verbally abuse workers without impunity

00:13:16.800 with impunity when ms faragi and others came forward to report the wrongdoing

00:13:22.560 instead of addressing those concerns fox retaliated against them while perpetrators and those who

00:13:30.960 protected them were inexplicably promoted this case thus represents yet another long line of cases

00:13:42.880 showing the toxic culture at fox marked by bad faith promises and repeated failures to address

00:13:50.560 a poisonous and entrenched patriarchy so we're gonna we're gonna decide together how credible these

00:13:59.680 this accusation is because these are this is a serious accusation and you know men are falsely

00:14:06.080 accused in this country every day it causes millions of men to commit suicide every year

00:14:13.680 it you know recently there is a man that went so crazy from a bad divorce he went up and shot his wife

00:14:21.440 another one blew up a cyber truck like this kills men every year so i'd like to give the benefit of the

00:14:27.840 doubt because we don't know what happened i'm reading the beginning of this lawsuit

00:14:41.440 this doesn't seem that credible to start but we're gonna keep going i mean she's saying patriarchy

00:14:50.560 ableist i mean i don't know she doesn't look

00:14:58.880 is she i mean can i say that i guess i probably can't is she what's i'm just what is the what

00:15:06.720 is she doesn't look disabled maybe mentally i don't know i'm not saying she is or she isn't but

00:15:16.560 legs arms walking selfying i don't know okay we'll keep going

00:15:25.600 ms faragi also brings forth an action on behalf of herself and fox current and former non-exempt hourly

00:15:33.600 employees employed in california beginning four years prior to the filing of the complaints and

00:15:41.200 ending on the date determined by the court specifically during the class period fox has

00:15:48.480 had a consistent policy of practicing practice of failing to pay all employees minimum wages failing to

00:15:55.520 pay employees all overtime wages and failing to reimburse employees for business expenses

00:16:00.640 failing to pay all wages upon separation and knowingly and intentionally failing to furnish

00:16:10.880 accurate itemized wage statements okay blah blah we don't get that part's boring i mean

00:16:17.680 would any of us be here if this was you're not uh you're not paying me enough lawsuit i know i

00:16:23.840 wouldn't be here i'd be covering blake lively right now but thank you joy for your hoe escapades because 0.96

00:16:32.320 those brought this story right to the top right to you were this story was eh joy you came into it you

00:16:40.000 came to the top of my list okay so the parties we went through who everyone is in this already so i'm

00:16:50.080 gonna skip that bar okay factual background in 2003 ms faragi hairdresser began working at jose ebar eber hair

00:17:03.600 salon a sophisticated salon providing cutting edge styling and coloring techniques and treatments to

00:17:10.480 high-profile clients around 2010 ms faragi was introduced by a co-worker at the salon to gail burman the 0.89

00:17:18.960 former president of entertainment for fox broadcasting company and dana walden the former ceo of fox television

00:17:27.040 group shortly thereafter ms faragi began accompanying accompanying the co-worker to do ms walden and ms 0.72

00:17:36.800 ms berman's hair at their homes on the premise of fox over time as ms faragi's co-workers became busy

00:17:45.120 with other client he sent ms faragi faragi to do her own hair at the homes and on the premise of fox

00:17:54.080 and a pro okay so this woman so let's i'm leaning towards not credible now why pearl 0.82

00:18:04.640 harassment happens every day right i mean that's not untrue you know

00:18:11.360 you know hold on i'm drinking my water i'm parched all right now you might say

00:18:21.280 isn't it probable that over a 10-year period that could have happened i mean she's not an unattractive 1.00

00:18:28.960 woman i mean she's kind of old now but like you any woman with big boobs is going to get offers right i 1.00

00:18:35.200 mean let's just let's just keep it a buck here you could have a you could be a four if you got a bit 0.93

00:18:41.920 guys are gonna they're gonna they're gonna say what's that they're gonna say hello you know

00:18:48.320 so and now we're over a 10-year it's just convenient that now you were harassed why would you continue

00:18:58.480 to sign up that doesn't you know i there's no other choice for a hairstylist

00:19:08.960 and i believe this is in california there are a lot of ladies that want to get their hair done in 1.00

00:19:14.800 california

00:19:19.600 i mean i watched the financial audit show the other day

00:19:22.320 okay and there's a woman who flew to california to get her hair done 0.58

00:19:28.960 obviously a terrible financial decision but you guys get the point

00:19:34.240 okay in approximately 2012 a makeup stylist who would do miss walden or miss berman's makeup when

00:19:42.400 miss faragi faragi worked on their hair recommended miss faragi for a position at fox 1.00

00:19:48.880 fox then hired miss faragi as a part-time employee when hired she was asked to bring her own tools for 1.00

00:19:55.920 work she later discovered all her co-workers received a kit fee for bringing their own tools

00:20:04.000 so this woman remembered this from 2012. we do not let things go wow okay so now she's mad she 1.00

00:20:12.160 wasn't paid for something we don't care about that we we really don't like let's not let's not play

00:20:17.760 pretend and say like we're so worried about their lost wages

00:20:26.000 we do not care we don't okay in approximately march 2016

00:20:32.880 ms faragi met ms taylor an aspiring sports personality that had recently moved from miami to la 1.00

00:20:39.840 for the opportunity of a lifetime at fox at the time ms taylor did not have a regular position

00:20:47.760 what would but would fill in on a day-by-day basis when talent was sick or otherwise missed time

00:20:54.640 ms taylor told ms faragi that she recently wed but her husband remained in miami and she was in la

00:21:03.280 ms taylor then befriended ms faragi so the office hoe we're going to go back to the ladies the office hoe 1.00

00:21:12.880 so these two

00:21:17.040 these two are becoming pals not them okay yeah you know so this guy is in miami

00:21:28.400 she i don't know

00:21:32.960 people are doing long distance marriages now wow what a time

00:21:36.960 hairstyle so again this is bringing me towards less credible you are the company you keep right so

00:21:46.320 you know if she's a if this if joy taylor is sleeping with everybody in the office 1.00

00:21:56.080 you're telling me you became friends with her

00:21:58.320 and now and you partook in none of it okay okay i mean i mean maybe i could be wrong

00:22:10.720 but i gotta say you know joy's husband is a total simp and i have been on the front lines of the simp

00:22:20.160 epidemic for years but i need to tell you guys about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up against men that is

00:22:26.720 rarely talked about it's not just the relentless anti-masculinity propaganda and only fans house

00:22:32.080 causing the societal issues we discuss on the show did you know that the average city's tap water

00:22:37.520 contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors this often includes estrogen from

00:22:43.120 birth control the average adult consumes a credit card worth of plastic every week that's five grams

00:22:48.160 of plastic a week on average so it's no wonder that the average male's testosterone is half of what it was

00:22:53.840 50 years ago testosterone levels decline one percent a year and without a course correction

00:24:01.520 now they're friends they're pals in approximately may of 2016 ms taylor asked asked ms faragi to meet for

00:24:10.320 a drink in santa monica when ms faragi arrived she found miss taylor with an older man fox sports

00:24:17.600 executive vp of content mr dixon as executive vp mr dixon is responsible for overseeing all content

00:24:25.680 and production on fs1 ms faragi however did not know mr dixon when mr dixon went to buy them another

00:24:33.520 round of spicy margaritas ms faragi asked he who he was ms taylor responded that he was just a friend

00:24:39.920 following that night whenever ms faragi would meet with ms taylor for drinks or food mr dixon would

00:24:45.440 either arrive with ms taylor or show up later in the night and leave with ms taylor he would always

00:24:50.720 buy rounds of drinks and or food from their body language ms faragi suspected that the pair was

00:24:56.720 sleeping together and although this concerned ms faragi she knew ms taylor was recently married 1.00

00:25:03.680 ms faragi kept her opinions to herself in approximately june of 2016 while at work ms

00:25:09.840 faragi noticed mr dixon in the elevator surprised by the coincidence ms faragi found the miss found

00:25:16.800 ms taylor and told her excitedly the guy who always buys us our drinks was in the elevator ms taylor

00:25:22.080 quickly silenced ms faragi explaining who he was ms faragi became alarm alarmed and warned ms taylor 0.89

00:25:29.520 that such a relationship ship was unsafe ms taylor told her not to worry about it ms taylor continued

00:25:36.320 to be friends with ms taylor but tried to distance herself as she considered the situation dangerous

00:25:43.360 as well as morally wrong as ms taylor mr dixon were both married in approximately july of 2016 word spread

00:25:52.720 amongst fox employees about a new show that was going to be a big deal and it would star mr bayless

00:25:58.640 and shannon sharp it was known that fox was looking for a woman with significant tv experience

00:26:04.880 to also star therefore it came with a surprise when fox announced that ms taylor who is a bartender and 1.00

00:26:11.040 a radio host in miami with very little tv experience would be the moderator of the new show a sports debate

00:26:17.760 program skip and shannon undisputed mr bayless later disclosed to ms faragi that he did not want ms

00:26:26.000 taylor on the show but mr dixon was adamant that miss taylor should star at first mr dixon arranged

00:26:32.560 a dinner between mr bayless and ms taylor when she arrived and provocative clothing and acted in a

00:26:38.320 provocative manner when that did not change mr bayless's opinion of ms taylor mr dixon asked him

00:26:45.440 to approve of her favor to him reluctantly miss mr bayless agreed to do a favor to his friend around august of

00:26:53.920 2016 ms faragi attended a dinner with ms taylor and her husband and mr dixon and his wife oh no

00:27:04.800 during the dinner ms taylor's husband became suspicious that ms taylor and mr dixon were having

00:27:10.480 a sexual relationship so after the dinner ms taylor's husband found evidence of the inappropriate 0.77

00:27:16.080 relationship and divorced ms taylor so let's go back to the people here so these two went to dinner

00:27:27.760 with this guy and i think it was this guy right this guy and his wife we'll check uh miss taylor's 1.00

00:27:36.400 husband mr dixon yeah this is dixon so this guy

00:27:40.880 can you oh the audacity so not only was she cheating and let's not like her her husband it's 1.00

00:27:50.880 not like he's a scrub you know it's not like he's uh he's a good objectively good looking man objectively 0.61

00:28:00.320 you you can't tell me that that's an ugly guy and from i don't i don't know who he is but

00:28:05.600 but from what i've heard wait we're gonna see what his job was i i i'm pretty sure he was relatively

00:28:13.520 successful too um okay let's see joy joy taylor husband

00:28:28.400 what was her name again that's the right name ex-husband 1.00

00:28:36.160 no that's not him she have two ex-husbands oh my gosh

00:28:46.000 oh my gosh that she must have two i think i had the wrong husband guys i won't lie to you oh this is

00:28:53.680 embarrassing oh no

00:28:56.320 she have two oh this looks like two okay i don't know which one she was cheating on is this 1.00

00:29:08.560 my producer says both okay we're gonna put both of them because in all honesty i don't know which one

00:29:15.680 is taking place in this story like we're gonna we're gonna add this to the mix okay um

00:29:21.680 okay i have all these screenshots of random people here we go okay we're gonna we're gonna show the

00:29:31.280 screen so one of these guys got cheated on at the dinner

00:29:34.240 you think it was the puerto rican can someone in the chat let me know which one okay um

00:29:55.200 um someone in the chat here from candace oh here for oh wait never mind i thought that was something

00:30:05.200 else okay so mr bayless okay so they get divorced

00:30:11.760 and basically this woman she's hanging out with her pal the hairdresser's hanging out with the hoe 1.00

00:30:20.960 and we all know what hairdressers are on let's not this woman's acting all innocent i don't believe it 1.00

00:30:26.640 i she was on some demon time i don't know with who i don't know with what but you don't won't

00:30:36.800 convince me they're hanging out getting drinks for years and this woman did nothing 1.00

00:30:46.080 okay

00:30:46.560 okay the next part of the story so they get divorced um in approximately september 2016

00:30:57.360 undisputed started ms taylor requested ms faragi to do her hair in approximately november 2016 after 0.95

00:31:04.880 not allowing anyone to touch his hair mr bayless also requested ms faragi to do her hair so now she's

00:31:12.960 the main hair lady on undisputed what a sticky situation what a sticky situation wow okay on january

00:31:28.320 20 14 2017 ms taylor had her birthday party at pearl's rooftop in west hollywood ms faragi and other fox

00:31:37.600 employees who were invited attended as it was a part of their job duties to appease talent and a

00:31:44.400 birthday party is an important event so now she's claiming she had to go to this birthday party 1.00

00:31:54.000 now i won't lie to you to women birthday parties are a big deal when i was in school i played volleyball

00:32:00.720 in college and it really confused me because i just have always felt like over the age of 18 i mean you

00:32:11.520 have 18 and 21 but outside of that i don't think birthdays are a big deal i really it's just not

00:32:20.720 it's not my thing do you know what i'm like what what is the i mean we could get dinner or something

00:32:27.600 you know you go get dinner with your boyfriend or but they would do these group activities

00:32:34.800 and it would be like 10 women getting together and you know just for me i just didn't understand it

00:32:41.920 right i was like what are we you're turning like 23 what are we doing this big party for

00:32:48.480 it's not like a big 21 you can drink 18 you're 18 you know you're a legal adult 16 you can drive

00:32:58.160 i don't know so was there a gun to her head where she was forced to go to this party 1.00

00:33:07.440 i don't think so i'm not giving her that

00:33:13.280 ms faraji and other fox employees who were invited attended as it was part of their job duties to appease

00:33:19.200 talent and a birthday party is an important event as usual mr dixon was heavily drinking buying drinks for

00:33:26.160 everyone on a fox credit card and blustering that everything was purchased on fox's dime

00:33:32.000 as ms faraji was standing near the bar facing the crowd mr dixton approached her he asked the bartender

00:33:38.160 for a drink and then placed his arm on ms faraji's lower back he asked how she was doing if she was

00:33:43.520 having fun if she wanted a tequila shot ms faraji felt very uncomfortable by his unsolicited touching and

00:33:50.720 responded no thank you mr dixon then moved his hand lower and started rubbing her body grabbing her 1.00

00:33:57.200 buttocks ms faraji was mortified but quickly thought to fake an incoming call to escape the situation 1.00

00:34:06.640 ms faraji did not know who to turn to but as soon as she knew ms taylor was sleeping with mr

00:34:12.160 dixon she turned to her surprisingly ms taylor responded to get over it 1.00

00:34:20.640 and explained that she herself only had the job because of mr dixon and that ms faraji only had

00:34:26.640 the job because ms taylor requested her she warned that mr dixon could take that away ms faraji was 0.99

00:34:32.560 terrified and then turned to her co-worker anonymous to discuss the situation anonymous responded that mr

00:34:38.320 dixon was disgusting that the entire situation was sick and that it wasn't shocking given fox's culture

00:34:44.880 and that ms faraji should remain quiet if she wanted to keep her job as a single mother who 1.00

00:34:49.920 needed the job to support her son ms faraji had no choice but to stay silent

00:34:58.240 there was no other jobs none over a 10-year period

00:35:04.320 i mean i could see maybe it's a less glamorous job

00:35:14.720 but zero

00:35:23.280 let me know if you guys think this is credible you put it in the chat i could be wrong

00:35:27.920 ms faraji was terrified and then oh wait we got there seven years oh my gosh seven years later

00:35:35.920 we really do not let things go i mean look in 2016 was a different time now i'm not

00:35:44.240 i'm okay look at nowadays 0.98

00:35:48.080 men are not going to go grab the ass they're not going to do it they're not going to like they're 1.00

00:35:52.480 not going to go for it right because they are not trying to be in this lawsuit f that they say hell no 0.99

00:36:02.480 but a decade ago like it that 15 what 2016

00:36:11.520 it wasn't as big of a deal then i know you guys are going to say pearl pearl pearl 304 i'm just saying 0.99

00:36:17.760 like back then that just wasn't like it wasn't this you know if a guy grabbed your ass and it 0.99

00:36:24.240 was like ugly or whatever you would just take the l and move on it'd be like ew gross why would he do 0.99

00:36:28.640 that but you wouldn't like do a whole lawsuit you wouldn't like go to like you wouldn't go to the

00:36:36.640 police it was just like you and you know how many how many men have been sexually harassed by their

00:36:43.200 employer right you know men don't really like to go to the cops they don't want to get it involved

00:36:48.000 so when you know an old lady at work hits on the guy you know usually the men just kind of take it

00:36:54.080 they just say ah she is disgusting that was an l or oh that overweight woman hit on me she grabbed 1.00

00:37:02.640 you know she grabbed me there ew gross i tell her to stop and i move on with my life 0.99

00:37:07.440 and can you imagine like a guy going into a police station saying hey my boss tried to grab my junk at

00:37:15.760 work they'd probably laughed at him and they'd say so right i mean it's not i i just want to i'm

00:37:23.920 saying back then it just wasn't like as big of a deal as it is now that's all i'm not trying to justify

00:37:32.320 it right i'm just saying back then you would just take the l you would be annoyed grossed out take the l

00:37:42.160 and move on like that that would be it

00:37:46.400 um okay let me okay so let me go on seven years later in 2023 ms perotie told ms

00:37:55.520 feragy that she did not like her or anything about disputed who is miss miss perotie

00:38:08.080 where did i did i miss another name this is why i was getting confused

00:38:12.560 all right who is miss perotie in this lawsuit we're gonna we're gonna catch up 0.80

00:38:16.960 oh so the italian guy was the husband okay well i don't know who this other woman is in this lawsuit 1.00

00:38:33.120 but we're just gonna keep all right that she did not like her or anything about undisputed

00:38:38.560 ms perotie expanded that she had already scheduled for someone for hair 0.99

00:38:43.360 on undisputed when mr dixon called her and told her that she put ms feragy on undisputed full-time

00:38:51.280 ms perotie told ms feragy i didn't like that that's not how things should be done

00:38:56.240 ms feragy was stunned and devastated as she prides herself on her work and earning her accolades later

00:39:02.240 that day while thinking about her career she was angry that ms perotie succumbed to mr dixon's request 0.96

00:39:08.800 as it gave mr dixon the feeling that he could grope her for giving a job

00:39:16.880 okay so we're going back to this so apparently guys i had the husband wrong we're gonna we're gonna

00:39:22.880 x out this guy oh wait i gotta undo it we're gonna we're gonna get this crop feature

00:39:29.360 he was probably also cheated on but we don't know that for a fact so we're gonna here we go guys

00:39:38.320 this is the guy who was cheated on my fault my fault please forgive me um gosh what uh

00:39:48.320 what an l oh my goodness what uh can you guys tell me in the chat who would be the biggest

00:40:01.120 violation of being cheated on i just want okay imagine you find out you go through your girl's

00:40:06.880 phone and you find out she's cheating with him do you think well makes sense

00:40:14.960 or him what's the worst violation are you like well he's rich i just like what is the worst to be

00:40:22.560 cheated on the good-looking show host the ugly rich guy i don't the okay i mean the okay looking i mean

00:40:35.440 decent i don't know he's like old now but i feel like 10 years ago he might have been decent right what what is the worst 0.71

00:40:45.200 what is the worst i don't know they said equally bad 0.98

00:40:51.920 the black guy is the worst well 1.00

00:40:56.880 i could see that okay okay so 0.99

00:41:02.640 all right several years several years into ms faragi's tenure at fox a female talent member hired 1.00

00:41:09.440 faragi to do her hair in her house for an award so anonymous asked that ms faragi meet her for lunch 1.00

00:41:15.440 there there anonymous told ms faragi that she would no longer be at fox as mr dixon told her she would

00:41:21.840 need to have sex with him if she wanted to renew her contract but she had refused anonymous further 0.99

00:41:28.160 conveyed that mr dixon was doing this to other women talent she should warn ms taylor to be careful 0.68

00:41:34.480 and a talk show had recently reported mr dixon following the lunch ms faragi called ms taylor to 0.97

00:41:43.280 convey what anonymous had started stated ms taylor responded that no one gives a f about anonymous

00:41:50.240 or the talk show host who had reported mr dixon ms faragi later observed that ms taylor's remark appeared

00:41:57.040 acute and no actions were taken to address the concerns raised if it was not already apparent it

00:42:04.240 became even more clear that fox enabled high-ranking individuals to abuse their authority exerting undue

00:42:11.680 control over female talents and employees fear permeated the workplace as stories of mistreatment 1.00

00:42:17.840 circulated as one example mr dixon deliberately assigned a female talent manager who had been harassed and

00:42:24.720 her reported it to show set up to show a set to a show set up to fail when the show inevitably failed

00:42:35.440 due to his sabotage he used the failure as a justification to terminate her employment

00:42:40.960 in another instance a co-worker who frequently cried in the hallway due to the relentless sexual

00:42:47.440 harassment was fired one week one week after reporting it these repeated incidents reinforced an

00:42:54.000 atmosphere where speaking speaking up seemed futile and dangerous okay

00:43:05.120 because i'm thinking of this objectively i'm like a super objective fair balanced show obviously so

00:43:18.080 now other could i see it that women are rewarding 1.00

00:43:24.000 that women are being rewarded for having sex with the boss is that something you guys have seen the boss 0.99

00:43:33.440 given some pretty 22 year old special treatment and you've comes out later they're having sex 0.89

00:43:41.440 could is that possible i would say yes is that probable potentially could i see women getting punished for 1.00

00:43:51.600 not doing it

00:43:56.160 i just okay this is how i'm thinking maybe it was different it's probably different in 2016

00:44:02.880 in my corporate work experience you weren't really alone with bosses too often

00:44:10.560 i mean they're kind of afraid of us rightfully so i mean i could understand like

00:44:16.240 usually if i had a meeting with a boss the door would be open

00:44:26.960 and i'm just wondering how that conversation it's possible 0.97

00:44:32.880 yeah i i don't think they would get fired i just think he would say okay talent a is having sex with me 0.75

00:44:39.040 talent b isn't talent a is gonna get it i could you know i could see that happening 0.65

00:44:52.720 let's keep going let's keep going let's let's let's let's put that as a little bit more credible

00:44:58.400 right let's let's give so let's give there's like 10 slashes against her which is one she waited a 0.99

00:45:05.440 decade two um you know she's turning on her friend she's friends with the hoe 1.00

00:45:16.560 these are uncredible but you know now we're saying there this is a pattern of behavior

00:45:22.080 okay let's keep going let's keep going mr bayless begins to give miss faragi lingering hugs and kisses

00:45:32.640 on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts after reporting by

00:45:39.680 the talk shows fell on deaf deaf ears mr bayless began requesting that miss faragi gave him a haircut

00:45:47.120 once a week in the makeup room miss faragi did as she was told or as she as miss peretti required

00:45:56.000 miss faragi to give haircuts to talent initially during the haircuts mr bayless would discuss his

00:46:02.320 life his work at fox and other matters however soon after the weekly haircut started mr bayless began

00:46:09.520 fighting finding excuses to touch miss faragi he would give her lingering hugs after each

00:46:16.960 haircut putting his body against her own pressing against her breasts he then began to kiss her on 0.98

00:46:23.440 the cheek miss faragi he was uncomfortable by the physical contact and would make excuses to leave right

00:46:29.520 after the haircut okay so now maybe this happened once but here's my question in my experience

00:46:39.440 if you're very clear that you're not interested like men aren't dying to be embarrassed right i mean i'm

00:46:49.920 just speaking from what i've lived men aren't dying to be rejected and embarrassed the only men i see

00:47:00.320 continually pursuing women after they decline are men that really can't read social cues at all

00:47:07.120 but i just don't think they would be in that high level of a position in media maybe some other industry

00:47:16.160 you know like media you kind of got to talk a little bit you know you gotta

00:47:24.640 and or the woman is giving mixed signals now i'm gonna give you an example 1.00

00:47:30.080 stop ha ha hee stop stop hee hee tee hee two completely different meanings same word

00:47:46.240 i mean tone changes a lot you could say the most effed up thing but if you have the right tone it could come

00:47:53.360 off meaning something else my guess she's friends with the hoe 1.00

00:48:03.040 he's continuing to do this hug her flirt with her i think she played into it a bit

00:48:10.800 yeah they say oh don't stop

00:48:15.440 you guys know what i'm talking about i mean us like we're confusing we're confusing creatures

00:48:20.320 your lips tell us no but there's a yes in there in your eyes you guys don't say that out loud okay

00:48:29.840 you don't you don't i don't want to get you guys to get in trouble i know what you mean but let's not

00:48:40.640 yeah mon on the website says that's a ridiculous response i've had guys touch me without permission

00:48:46.800 and i slapped them and moved away problem solved also i wasn't traumatized or terrified sheesh i was

00:48:53.200 in the working world in the 80s there weren't laws protecting women then i took care of myself and it 0.73

00:48:57.280 was all good i did change jobs once look and you know there was a time in college i was at a bar and 0.96

00:49:10.160 the most disgusting dude ever grabbed my butt it was disgusting it was like and i wasn't even looking 0.99

00:49:16.320 at i was like turned away and this guy i just turn around but i mean i wasn't really you know i just 0.99

00:49:24.480 took the l i was like i just gave him a look right he obviously took the hint stopped i ended up leaving

00:49:31.360 like it wasn't a big it wasn't a big deal do you know what i was just like you but back then that like

00:49:38.960 that wasn't that wasn't the most uncommon thing that ever happened you know i mean i know now it's

00:49:46.640 like in 2024 after me too the men are like hell no we are not touching you and you know i have guys on

00:49:55.120 the show telling me they get written consent on dates because they are not playing there it's not gonna be

00:50:00.880 them anymore except for yeah but you know we're in 2024 like six seven ten years ago it was a different

00:50:09.440 time joel says i don't care who she cheats with equally bad for the streets

00:50:18.480 i had to switch to the audacity from rumble pearl you look awesome in purple it's my favorite color

00:50:23.440 especially on redhead next to simmering blue i have two kids and like woman so not gay don't 0.85

00:50:32.320 don't simp i mean like i thank you so much for signing up

00:50:38.480 but

00:50:42.800 you know i have seen it in the army okay but i'm a taken woman you know we got to have boundaries here

00:50:50.960 um okay yakav so okay we'd have it happens a lot in the army it's one of the reasons mixed gender 1.00

00:50:58.240 troops is a mistake i've heard that i i've really heard that no that that i my boyfriend has told me

00:51:09.760 some stories i won't lie to you guys okay i am the first pertinent person witness and could describe in

00:51:16.160 detail with the names if i had to research it you might want to trust a retired veteran trust first

00:51:22.080 person witness is not hearsay he said on your knees what the hell

00:51:31.440 okay um okay so i'm good i'm gonna just continue now

00:51:36.560 okay in approximately 2017 ms faragi was giving mr bayless a haircut he told her that she was

00:51:48.480 voluptuous and english is her second language she was not familiar with the word ms faragi asked what

00:51:58.000 it meant and mr bayless seemed amused and told her to figure it out ms faragi later asked a co-worker

00:52:03.920 what the word meant and was mortified mr bayless then stated being more aggressive and direct in

00:52:09.440 his advance ms faragi continually declined stating that she did not date at work and is a single mom

00:52:15.760 and needed her job okay so this is mr bayless which is this guy so remember this is the guy

00:52:25.520 that's doing the dinners and the party now apparently this guy called her voluptuous this is his wife 1.00

00:52:32.560 they kind of look like siblings don't they am i like

00:52:40.000 but yeah so married but he's saying she's voluptuous now do i believe that a woman 1.00

00:52:48.640 that has been in the country at least since i think she said she started in 2003 or six

00:52:53.600 doesn't understand what that means

00:52:55.200 only because when i was in england

00:53:04.000 we had a housekeeper for a bit that did not understand english she did not so it's possible

00:53:16.160 okay well i'll continue ms faragi was terrified and then turn you were terrified

00:53:31.360 okay i mean that's a okay and turn to her co-worker to discuss the situation the two decided that because

00:53:39.920 mr bayless was a powerful man and mr and fox protected powerful men it would only be to her

00:53:48.800 detriment to report the issue the two decided ms faragi needed to be kind towards mr bayless or risk

00:53:55.120 her job as a single mother who relied on her job to support her sons ms faragi felt that she had no

00:54:01.040 choice ms faragi has her hours cut after going on medical leave in december 2017 ms faragi returned

00:54:09.360 from her leave she was not provided her full-time schedule okay is she gonna get hit on here is this

00:54:14.720 gonna be some complaining about pay we all know i don't care about the pay part i mean blah blah blah okay

00:54:22.960 um okay now okay ms paredi was called into ms faragi's office when ms faragi arrived an individual

00:54:36.480 from hr was present ms paredi was falsely explaining that ms faragi did not want her full-time schedule 0.99

00:54:43.840 back ms faragi grip set oh so that girl was the boss ms paredi explained that she did want her full-time 1.00

00:54:50.720 schedule and explained that ms paredi had been treating her poorly for years ms faragi had 0.98

00:54:55.520 multiple meetings with human resources where she explained that ms paredi yelled at her made fun of 0.79

00:55:00.400 her and bullied her okay so again you know the ladies we asked to be in a man's world have you guys 1.00

00:55:09.600 ever been bullied at work or made fun of now i'm not saying it should happen right the same way i don't

00:55:20.080 think the bar you know you know when i explained at the bar i did i wasn't a fan of that you know i

00:55:26.240 didn't think that should happen but is it worth a lawsuit i mean if you're

00:55:42.560 you know one time so i worked in plumbing for a second not actually doing the work thank god

00:55:48.160 sorry shout out to the plumbers out there you know what i mean um but i sold um this plumbing

00:55:54.880 tech stuff it was essentially like pipe holders like pipe you know and it would um take away the

00:56:02.320 vibrations you know obviously i wasn't too good at it because i'm here so um anyways when i was at this

00:56:09.520 job part of my job was to get to book my boss to give presentations at like um plumbing trade schools

00:56:18.320 so like the local i don't know it'd be like 130 wherever the men go to get their training

00:56:24.800 and um what was crazy to me was how the guys talked to each other i remember like listening like they they

00:56:34.960 were i don't remember what they said now but i just remember i remember thinking that if i had

00:56:40.160 that job i would cry because they were so rude and they would just bully each other but you know that's

00:56:48.560 a man's world like they're not they don't speak nicely all right we'll continue ms faragi remains

00:56:54.960 an undisputed and is asked to join the herd in the summer of 2018 ms taylor was moved from undisputed 0.99

00:57:01.440 to the herd with colin coward ms taylor again requested ms faragi to do her hair colin coward also requested

00:57:10.000 that she do her his hair thus every day mr faragi would do mr bayless's hair for undisputed and then

00:57:16.880 would do ms taylor's and mr cowherd's hair for the herd throughout her tenure at fox ms cowherd was

00:57:25.520 professionally professional and respectful to ms faragi and her co-workers around this time after

00:57:32.480 learning of ms taylor and mr dixon's sexual relationship ms taylor's then fiancee broke off

00:57:39.280 the engagement and threatened to go public with all he knew on information and disbelief mr dixon paid for

00:57:46.320 the wedding deposits in an informal exchange for her fiancee's silence okay so now we're going back here

00:57:57.280 oh okay oh so maybe they both got cheated on so

00:58:03.600 i'm thinking we're gonna we're gonna have to bring this other guy back

00:58:06.800 so he got cheated on i don't know if i'm right or wrong this is the fiancee

00:58:22.560 oh they didn't get married no oh oh i thought they were married okay that's where i was confused we're

00:58:30.160 gonna we're gonna recrop this guy has nothing to do with this

00:58:37.680 okay

00:58:42.000 so he was gonna yeah because he probably put down i mean a woman like that do you think she's gonna 1.00

00:58:47.360 have a cheap wedding do you do you think i mean that wedding deposit had to be huge so you know he 0.97

00:58:56.000 he went in he said i can't believe you he said look i just wanted some ass okay i just i saw the 0.98

00:59:04.960 i saw i mean what was i supposed to do man 0.99

00:59:09.520 this was at work every day i mean i i'm a man okay look i look at me look at her

00:59:16.880 you were in miami what did you expect me to do and he said look i want all my money i spent on this

00:59:26.000 woman back and i will shut up 1.00

00:59:28.160 and he said deal no lawsuit for me he thought he was in the clear what

00:59:37.840 oh it was the other it was this guy i i had someone take an interesting opinion 0.99

00:59:42.080 the other day he told me he would rather date a whore for a short period of time and have her cheat 0.99

00:59:52.240 because the experience would be more pleasant because the hoes like even though they're hoes 1.00

00:59:57.840 they're obviously going to cheat on you they're like more they learned female game they're like 1.00

01:00:05.280 nicer to you they're more accommodating then a nagging woman that's faithful he said he's like 0.97

01:00:13.040 i would take he's like i would take a 304 that okay it's a shorter period you got a dumper when she

01:00:21.680 cheats but you at least had a good experience then a longer relationship with a woman that doesn't

01:00:28.640 cheat but she's a nagging i don't know pick one i know they're both bad but pick one in the comments

01:00:35.360 okay we're going back oh my gosh this woman remembered everything like this is over a decade

01:00:45.920 she must have had like something in her notes

01:00:47.760 mr diaz racially and sexually harasses ms faragi okay so there's another guy that ends in comes in

01:00:59.600 here so bobby diaz i did i couldn't find a picture of him that i was sure was him he's just a behind

01:01:07.120 the scenes guy he yeah so bobby diaz mocked ms faragi for her pronunciation of english english

01:01:17.680 words and sexualized the way that she was eating fruit ms faragi did not respond she just kept her 1.00

01:01:24.320 eyes glued on the monitor playing undisputed ms poretti was present and did not do anything

01:01:32.560 on the information and belief mr diaz openly gropes harasses and is inappropriate with women at fox on

01:01:41.280 information on behalf of mr diaz has not been fired reportedly due to his role in supplying

01:01:47.440 cocaine to numerous fox employees and talent what and all you've been doing is the camera

01:01:58.960 where's the coke here that's what the other guys are bringing to the table

01:02:03.200 come on i'm not an audio guy i'm just the camera hey wait are you the other the other media

01:02:12.640 personalities are getting drugs

01:02:17.040 come on

01:02:17.760 yeah i know apparently i mean yeah apparently they're wilding out these camera places

01:02:32.640 um on information and belief um in 2024 ms faragi sent notice of this impending lawsuit to fox mr diaz

01:02:41.760 made a mockery of his discussions with human resources regarding his interactions with ms faragi 0.81

01:02:47.520 he told various employees that ms faragi was stupid defiantly stated that despite being 0.95

01:02:54.880 told not to speak about his discussions with human resources he didn't care 0.99

01:02:59.120 who gives a he further boasted that he would never be fired

01:03:02.960 i don't know if you should have said that and apparently he also removed his pants live on camera

01:03:15.200 no look okay i want i know that sounds crazy but i i want to give you media is just a weird industry

01:03:24.080 now i want to i want to clarify that has never happened to me nobody the the pants have never

01:03:32.080 like that that i've never experienced but i will say because it's media you know after shows people hang out

01:03:42.560 they you know

01:03:46.320 i remember this happened with crowder where the guys you know in that in that case 0.89

01:03:54.080 i can't remember what happened but it was some weird guy stuff like it was something to do with balls

01:03:59.760 it was something like that and the way they made it sound was as if it was a sexual thing

01:04:05.680 but do guys do that together they just whip out i don't care i don't want to know i'm not in that but

01:04:13.120 my point is you don't know what the context was of the situation i don't know why he would take

01:04:20.480 his pants off on set i don't but okay now the the reason i'm here ms taylor uses her sexuality to get 1.00

01:04:30.640 on a show in 2020 ms taylor asked ms faragi to meet her for lunch in beverly hills when ms faragi arrived 0.90

01:04:38.320 she found ms taylor with a man emmanuel echo ms faragi did not know mr echo but could tell the two were

01:04:46.720 romantically involved a few months after meeting mr echo at the lunch ms mr faragi noticed him in the

01:04:53.680 hallway while at work mr faragi later asked if ms taylor if mr echo also worked at fox ms taylor

01:05:00.640 confirmed and explained she wanted mr echo to eventually recommend her for the show speak for

01:05:06.000 yourself ms faragi became alarmed and warned ms taylor that she should probably not sleep with mr

01:05:13.680 dixon and mr echo at the same time as mr dixon is a very powerful man that may become angry ms taylor

01:05:21.120 told her not to worry about it she explained that she was also now powerful and once mr dixon was no

01:05:26.320 longer useful to her she would follow through on a plan to tell the company that he forced himself

01:05:32.080 onto her she would not allow herself to be forced out by mr dixon like other woman talent

01:05:37.440 in september of 2022 ms taylor started to work on speak ms taylor also requested ms faragi do her hair

01:05:46.800 what is going on at fox so now we got this guy

01:05:53.680 so not only so now she's sleeping with this guy and this guy 1.00

01:06:00.960 um don't know if this guy's this guy has just done an inappropriate comment

01:06:12.800 i don't what do you guys rate her one to ten i mean

01:06:22.080 i mean maybe she has a good body but i just can't imagine the guy's line like harassing her that hard 0.97

01:06:30.960 you know okay in 2020 jane doe an employee at fox began demonstrating erratic behavior one night at 0.79

01:06:44.640 an informal dinner at maestro's steakhouse she grew irrationally enraged with mr faragi and screamed

01:06:50.800 f you you persian b the dinner ended after miss m broke a glass and threatened to harm herself 1.00

01:06:57.840 wow following the dinner ms faragi's co-workers who is black reported the incident to human resources

01:07:06.720 that she would not be okay with someone calling her a black bee anonymous also had miss miss

01:07:13.360 faragi report the incident to miss peretti despite these reports were supposedly being anonymous

01:07:19.440 m learned of the reports and became increasingly unstable towards ms faragi every single morning

01:07:26.320 ms m would scream and throw things at ms faragi approximately six months later ms faragi told 1.00

01:07:32.640 human resources that she believed her life was in danger

01:07:38.480 her life is in date okay human resources responded that ms faragi should leave the workplace when ms m was 0.97

01:07:45.520 having an episode after a year and a half ms m was fired ms m's ex-boyfriend a producer at fox shared that

01:07:52.400 human resources gave ms m a large amount of money and a severance ms faragi wondered why fox rewarded

01:07:58.720 her bully with money hr apologized to ms faragi explaining that they did not have the experience

01:08:04.880 to deal with mental health issues and so you see this if a man did that where would he be where would

01:08:12.560 he be if a man had a freak out at work where would he be fired gone

01:08:23.200 but the ladies they they just can't live in a man's world you told hr instead of the police yeah 1.00

01:08:32.560 yeah exactly thank you human resources offered ms faragi free therapy she declined the free therapy

01:08:42.640 but began to see see an independent therapist once a week okay ms faragi believes she has cancer and

01:08:50.400 conveys this to mr bayless in an attempt to stop his advances only to have him offer 1.5 million for sex

01:08:56.800 so this is mr bayless

01:09:06.480 i mean i guess she's probably she's better looking than the wife 1.00

01:09:11.200 but i mean he's an on-air personality do you guys know how much ass on-air personalities get 0.97

01:09:19.440 i did shows right and it would be funny because so the women would be arguing 1.00

01:09:26.800 with the guys on the show right you know the guys would be red pill or conservative and the women 0.84

01:09:31.040 would say guy you're terrible whatever feminism do you know how many times those guys would take a 1.00

01:09:37.120 woman home after the show 0.53

01:09:50.800 i just 1.5 million

01:09:56.560 i you know what i'm gonna see if there's better pictures of her i need to because this just isn't 0.97

01:10:01.920 computing she must have had a banging body because guys will guys will do a lot okay 0.94

01:10:17.840 i guess my producer said it's a pride and ego that he doesn't want to be rejected 0.82

01:10:23.520 i mean but there's so many so many women out there i mean again not ugly but like 1.00

01:10:33.840 okay over the years mr bayless continued to make advances on ms faragi lingering hugs blah blah blah

01:10:41.600 ms faragi would always make excuses regarding her son politely change the subject or make a joke

01:10:46.960 anything to keep mr bayless appeased and her job safe in 2021 ms faragi has developed issues with

01:10:53.680 her left ovary and is advised it could be cancer with a fourth biopsy scheduled she examined her

01:10:58.800 situation explained her situation to mr bayless hoping he would take pity and cease his advances

01:11:04.240 instead mr bayless told her that he wanted to be with her mr faragi panicked and began rambling

01:11:11.280 that there were cameras everywhere oh ms faragi sorry panicked and began rambling that there were cameras

01:11:16.400 everywhere that she had a child and she does not want him mr bayless grabbed her hands began kissing 0.80

01:11:21.600 them and offered her 1.5 million to have sex ms faragi made an excuse to leave approximately one 1.00

01:11:27.760 week later mr bayless made an advance and ms faragi and she responded with skip stop you have a wife 0.98

01:11:33.840 mr bayless responded aren't you muslim doesn't your dad have three to four wives ms faragi responded that

01:11:39.680 her father was dead and when mr bayless looked taken aback she made an excuse to leave

01:11:50.240 ms faragi's job is threatened because she does not want to sleep with mr bayless on october on april 12

01:11:55.840 2022 mr bayless texted ms faragi i'm good today the text meant that he would not be coming in for hair

01:12:03.040 mr bayless texted ms faragi not comfortable coming down there just do what you need to do it's okay

01:12:08.960 ms faragi asked him what was wrong same stuff worse he replied same stuff worse

01:12:16.000 ms faragi concerned about her job walked into mr bayless's fitting room to see if everything was okay

01:12:22.320 mr bayless answered the door and before ms faragi could speak he began to angrily accuse ms faragi

01:12:28.640 over effing mr sharp ms faragi tried to explain that she did not have any feelings towards mr sharp

01:12:36.240 and never had slept with him or any other talent manager at fox but before she could speak mr bayless

01:12:41.680 demanded she come to his car after the show ms faragi responded that she could not sit in his car as

01:12:48.160 it was inappropriate mr bayless grew irate and left on april 14 2022 mr bayless texted ms faragi

01:12:57.920 if you're distracted tomorrow i'll wait till monday but i can't keep doing this

01:13:01.360 yes ms faragi told him that she was very confused mr bayless said trust me i'm far more confused

01:13:07.040 ms faragi then explained over the text she is not sleeping with mr sharp mr bayless did not respond

01:13:13.440 on april 15 2022 mr bayless texted ms faragi do you still want to do the haircut or just move on

01:13:20.240 ms faragi said that she doesn't want to move on from her job and she will continue doing hair

01:13:24.880 mr bayless called ms faragi um on april 2022 mr bayless called ms faragi ms faragi did not answer

01:13:32.880 the call because she was scared she then called back 10 minutes later on the call bayless angrily

01:13:38.480 accused ms faragi of effing mr sharp and said she could tell from her body language that she was

01:13:44.480 effing him ms faragi tried to explain that she was kind to all the talent and that including laughing

01:13:50.400 and engaging in conversation ms faragi said that asked if he was yelling at her because she refused

01:13:56.480 to go to his car mr bayless answered that she shouldn't talk to him like that ms faragi replied

01:14:02.000 that she could respond however she wanted ms bay mr bayless then angrily stated that he had 0.95

01:14:08.800 heard her talk to mr sharp about her vagina ms faragi knew this to be untrue and was embarrassed 1.00

01:14:14.560 and angry ms faragi responded that if she had been dating mr sharp which she wasn't it shouldn't 0.66

01:14:19.440 matter at all because she had a professional relationship with mr bayless on april 17 2022

01:14:25.840 ms faragi arrived in the makeup room turned on a recording device put it on the table and waited

01:14:30.880 for mr bayless to arrive in the meantime two of ms faragi's co-workers were privy to mr bayless's

01:14:37.680 actions went into went into other talent members rooms adjacent to the makeup room to listen into the

01:14:44.560 conversation mr bayless then arrived in the makeup room for ms faragi to cut his hair in accordance with

01:14:50.640 his regular schedule mr bayless knew that the makeup room was always recorded and clearly states this room

01:14:58.400 is bugged during their conversation mr bayless states that he would hate for her to lose her job

01:15:03.360 but she can't be doing a thing with my arch rival she responded by reinstating that being polite to mr 1.00

01:15:12.800 sharp is part of her job mr bayless responded bs a bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit i am calling 1.00

01:15:18.880 bullshit on you mr bayless then warned that he doesn't want her to lose her job over this 1.00

01:15:24.160 ms faragi responded that she wasn't going to lose her job she is a great hairdresser and mr bayless 1.00

01:15:29.600 responded i have left for you and i have for six years and you hurt me and you are ruining this

01:15:34.720 ms faragi again responded that she must be polite to all talent mr bayless then implied if he

01:15:40.320 stopped requesting her that it would affect her job mr faragi responded that she is scheduled to work

01:15:45.920 every morning at 5 45 a.m if she would like to get her hair done he is welcome to sit in her chair

01:15:51.440 mr bayless continued to threaten her job ms faragi knew he was trying to pressure her into having sex 0.77

01:15:56.480 with him but kept repeating that she was a professional and had to be kind to all talent

01:16:01.440 on april 21st 2022 mr bayless asked if mr ms faragi would come into his house to color his hair a side

01:16:08.560 job that ms faragi previously would partake in with when mr bayless's wife was home on this occasion

01:16:15.440 with her therapist's help she conveyed that she was no longer going to be going to his home the

01:16:19.760 following meet week mr bayless arrived in the makeup room as if their conversations never happened

01:16:26.000 but ms faragi remained on edge ms faragi had worsening nightmares regarding the incident that took

01:16:31.920 place with mr bayless nightmares okay that is a little bit dramatic mr ms faragi's therapist started

01:16:40.960 using eye movement okay blah blah blah she went to therapy okay so when i'm listening to this i think one

01:16:47.600 of my my theory is one of three things happen one she had a we all know at work lines can get blurred

01:16:59.680 where people have crushes on each other they may not necessarily be hooking up but they go to lunch

01:17:05.360 the lunch goes long they're hanging out for long periods of time you know you see them talking after

01:17:13.680 work maybe they're not hooking up per se but they have a very close relationship option one

01:17:22.560 is that they had a really close relationship but never slept together because i'm a little hesitant

01:17:32.800 if they slept together i don't know if she would have brought the lawsuit forward or they had slept 1.00

01:17:39.600 together but she knows he has no proof that happened it doesn't make sense that he's talking to her like

01:17:48.480 that with nothing having happened no flirting no

01:17:58.160 it's possible i'm not saying it's impossible

01:18:02.480 you know but the ladies like to play innocent a lot play innocent they did nothing option three is 1.00

01:18:09.040 she's telling the truth and it happened exactly as she's saying i don't know you guys tell me also feel

01:18:14.080 free to hit the like button go to the audacitynetwork.com ms faragi participates in an internal

01:18:20.800 investigation only to be singled out taken off speak and accused of having sex with mr bayless

01:18:26.160 in mid-july anna drucker fox sports vice president of employee relations asked ms faragi for a meeting

01:18:33.200 at the meeting ms drunker asked ms taylor if she was having a relationship with mr echo ms faragi admitted

01:18:41.360 that the two were in a sexual relationship ms faragi shared this information because she didn't

01:18:46.160 think it was a big deal ms taylor and mr echo had similar amounts of power and because she didn't

01:18:52.320 think ms taylor or mr echo would physically harm her for providing this information on july 31st 2023

01:18:59.680 jane doe of employee relations asked ms faragi for a meeting at the meeting ms doe told ms faragi

01:19:06.560 that there had been complaints of her humming okay ms faragi explained that her humming was an

01:19:11.840 involuntary subconscious coping mechanism for her diagnosed pt she escaped from the middle east

01:19:17.520 that was her ptsd um okay i'll get i'll give her the ptsd even though i i know very few women that have

01:19:25.760 it and it's real but you know i'll give her the ptsd my producer said she escaped from the middle east

01:19:31.600 okay fine um now she's humming to cope her blah blah blah okay so now she's basically saying

01:19:39.840 that she's accusing everybody of trying to hurt her and embarrass her because she hums

01:19:44.400 ms doe thanked ms faragi for the information abruptly changed the conversation and quickly 0.94

01:19:49.440 asked whether she had made public comments regarding mr dixon and miss taylor having sex

01:19:54.560 ms faragi became very scared and responded that while everyone in the company knew about their

01:19:59.200 relationship she did not have any information and did not want to comment on it ms doe then tried

01:20:03.840 to end the conversation and asked if ms faragi had any questions ms faragi began crying asking why 1.00

01:20:10.240 why such a swift investigation took place regarding her humming but no one cared about ms ums threatening

01:20:16.320 to kill her or or mocking her english ms faragi then explained that all she wants is a normal safe work 0.98

01:20:23.040 environment but everyone mistreats her and there are no consequences for them she focused on

01:20:28.160 mocking her english and was thinking about her interactions with mr dixon's and dixon and mr bayless

01:20:35.520 on august 2023 okay so my thought

01:20:41.120 because in this woman's eyes everyone's out to get her 0.98

01:20:45.920 i just doubt it was that bad

01:20:51.360 ms peretti approximately told eight of ms faragi's co-workers to not associate with ms faragi

01:20:57.120 as she had a pending case with human resources ms faragi was confused from her perspective she did

01:21:02.000 not have a pending case with human resources employee relations had only called her to answer

01:21:10.640 um regarding questions with her ms taylor on august 9th 2023 ms perotti told ms faragi that her services 0.93

01:21:18.960 were no longer you know what she fucked him i'm sorry she had to it makes perfect sense if she slept 0.98

01:21:26.960 with him there's an investigation into it she has to get it on camera her saying no she has to her 0.96

01:21:36.880 reputation you have to think about it from her point of view her reputation is on the line if if hr is

01:21:44.160 come i don't think hr will randomly put an investigation onto you and for sleeping with somebody

01:21:53.680 there has to be some smoke there she slept with him the reason she didn't go out to his car she 1.00

01:22:00.960 doesn't want to get caught she puts the camera out stages the conversation even though they've slept

01:22:06.560 together before that's what i think happened okay fox sports executive vp of human resources and in

01:22:12.160 business oh we know of course he's gonna say no yeah what am i doing um business operations and

01:22:17.520 ms drucker asked mr bayless for a meeting mr bayless arrived ms buves and mr ms drucker told mr bayless

01:22:25.840 not to worry and that his job was safe the two started interrogating him on whether he had a romantic

01:22:30.960 relationship with ms faragi and whether she had offered him sex when mr bayless responded truthfully

01:22:36.480 that she had never offered him sex they then told him not to worry about it and his job was safe

01:22:41.840 no i think he's lying sorry i you know what i think he's lying because if you're a guy

01:22:50.240 you're getting called into hr you won't you don't want to lose your job no you're not going to tell

01:22:54.240 him the truth okay they again told him not to worry and that his job was safe implying they wanted him

01:22:59.200 to say otherwise this circular conversation took place for 20 minutes following the meeting mr dixon

01:23:04.320 called mr bayless and asked why he didn't just lie mr bayless responded who cares about ms faragi

01:23:11.600 mr dixon said who cares i can get you a better looking hairstylist

01:23:17.360 okay um and then she eventually

01:23:23.040 she eventually gets fired i mean that's like pretty much the end of it and so what i this is what i think

01:23:30.800 happened this is my my guess and i want you guys to put your guess i think i'm gonna put my prediction

01:23:38.080 here so she joy is friends with the hairstylist now they're ho friends i mean come on she's got heavy

01:23:51.600 makeup this just looks like a woman on demon time she's a single mom 1.00

01:23:56.720 you're telling me that she had a lot of integrity i just don't i don't believe it so she's married

01:24:04.160 and engaged but she's on demon time now obviously her friends sleeping with this guy and this guy 0.68

01:24:12.800 it would kind of make sense that she starts sleeping with this guy i mean her friends sleeping with two

01:24:17.920 other guys at work you might as well just add now i think they were this is

01:24:26.640 alleged alleged alleged alleged i think my guess what i think now

01:24:34.000 the rumor starts going around the office

01:24:38.400 she wants to be the pretty blonde girl next door she doesn't want to have the reputation of a hoe 1.00

01:24:43.440 so what does she have to do she has to set up a situation and get this guy on camera

01:24:51.680 hitting on her with her not responding she has to contract that all these people were hitting on her

01:25:05.120 even though she's not that hot especially for tv i mean 1.00

01:25:09.440 and so and then on top of it she sees an opportunity to sue and win because she has that 1.00

01:25:22.960 she takes it to a law firm they say oh this is gold and um that's what i think happened now the next part

01:25:31.920 we're gonna show is the hilarious videos of joy taylor talking about how hard she worked i just

01:25:38.080 thought these were funny so the woman sleeping with three men at work wake up call same time how would i 1.00

01:25:44.160 not know how hard it is to do the show i work on you have to constantly reaffirm that you are good

01:25:49.840 enough that you belong there and then always prove it so i would just always say you have to

01:25:55.600 you got to do twice the work to get half the opportunity 1.00

01:26:00.400 do you see those guys they got a simp what's their choice to say you a hoe you have your tits 1.00

01:26:06.160 out or do they have to simp to me the mentality i've always had on it is that's just going to make 0.99

01:26:12.080 me better so that's why i'm excellent he does not believe it i couldn't be average i couldn't be okay

01:26:18.800 i couldn't be late i couldn't complain i couldn't say no now i do this guy posting his hat his shout

01:26:30.800 out to joy taylor done with rehearsal for the new show speak and i got to take a moment to shout out

01:26:39.040 my co-host joy taylor a woman a black woman daily show sports do you all realize how hard it is to get

01:26:48.160 into the position that she is in so often there's misogyny and sexism running rampant in sports and 1.00

01:26:53.920 we don't even care what women have to say in sports but joy is not only in the position on television 1.00

01:27:00.960 as a woman as a black woman but as an opinionist so not just asking men what they think but providing

01:27:07.520 her own unique and distinct insight now why is he gonna pander because he knows

01:27:14.560 if she wants him out he's gone she's one lawsuit away it's hard to do enjoy you have done it so

01:27:24.000 congratulations looking forward to working with you and hope y'all tune in 4 30 to 6 eastern

01:27:30.720 yeah that's the point that they're having sex and so like she has leverage on him he's obviously got

01:27:36.720 a sim so i made some takeaways from this whole situation we're going to go through
