00:00:00.000 So today I wanted to talk about my faith.
00:00:04.780 And sometimes I hate talking about my faith because whenever I talk about it,
00:00:10.860 the Bible thumpers come in and just tell me I'm not a real Catholic or I'm not a real Christian. 1.00
00:00:18.100 I don't do enough.
00:00:20.560 And if you guys need a religious scholar, please go somewhere else.
00:00:25.860 Please, it's not me.
00:00:27.020 If you want a nun or a saint to look up to, not me.
00:00:32.920 Go somewhere else.
00:00:34.220 But I wanted to give my thoughts on why I think that Christian, maybe Catholic or Christian, I haven't decided yet, is the one true religion.
00:00:46.060 So this doesn't really come from a super in-depth theological point of view.
00:00:52.820 so please if you want to say that this is wrong that's fine this is just my point of view
00:01:02.260 so when i was 22 or 21 you know i started looking at the world and i wanted to figure out what
00:01:12.020 religion i was and i narrowed it down to jewish muslim christian catholic
00:01:21.820 Now, Jewish, there is a couple reasons I discredited that religion. 1.00
00:01:30.580 Again, this is from the point of view of someone that is not a religious scholar.
00:01:35.940 Number one, I thought that it was unlikely that Jesus would have existed and been as big and influential of a figure as he was,
00:01:46.420 to the point that we're talking about him a thousand years later, 0.76
00:01:49.780 if he was just a crazy man pretending to be God.
00:01:54.300 And there are scriptures of him referring to himself as God, the son of God. 0.86
00:02:00.320 To me, that didn't make sense.
00:02:04.260 So I ruled that out, although there was a slight desire to look at the Jewish religion
00:02:11.260 because I thought I didn't have to believe in the miracles.
00:02:14.140 and I'm naturally a skeptic but you know I guess the way I saw it he was either the son of God or
00:02:20.000 he wasn't. Then the next religion I was looking at was the Muslims and I have a lot of respect
00:02:30.520 for the Muslim religion. I think they have I live in a very Muslim area. I think they have a lot of
00:02:38.760 things right. They believe in more of like a patriarchal structure. They don't put up with
00:02:45.780 the BS that Christians seem to put up with, which I like. But, and I don't know, so please do not 1.00
00:02:55.720 come for me. It seems like there's a lack of freedom in that religion. And while I believe
00:03:03.620 in freedom with responsibility. But I think, you know, my dad always told me that you should never
00:03:09.840 control people. Because if you do, they will resent you for it. And my dad was a very hands-off
00:03:23.220 parent. He would show us right from wrong. You get to pick. Now, I can't say for sure. Maybe I'm
00:03:30.520 uneducated I don't know it it doesn't seem like they have that with the the burkas and all that 1.00
00:03:41.820 like it's anyways they seem to agree with me on the women shouldn't vote thing they're more based 1.00
00:03:49.860 than a lot of Christians but you know and the other thing was if I was God I would make a world
00:03:57.160 where the countries that followed me would be prosperous and amazing.
00:04:03.440 And in my heart of heart and my soul of souls,
00:04:06.620 I've lived around the world.
00:04:09.060 I still believe that the United States is the greatest country on earth.
00:04:15.160 Maybe I'm biased because I'm from the US,
00:04:17.440 but I've lived in Europe for a couple years.
00:04:19.440 I think there's some awesome things about Europe.
00:04:21.800 I've lived in Germany.
00:04:23.080 I've been to India.
00:04:24.180 I've been to the Middle East.
00:04:25.120 there and and there's things I love about every every country I go to there are things that I
00:04:31.920 love about it um for example Germans on time hard-working people I'm German you know um India
00:04:41.360 I love even India is very dirty but I I they they took us to like um a party there my dad has a 0.98
00:04:50.640 company in india and we would do like they his employees threw a party for us not for it was
00:04:56.700 like the 10-year anniversary of my dad's company but they put us in saris and uh they did these
00:05:03.320 traditional dances and i just loved it it was amazing um so this is nothing against those
00:05:08.300 countries but it seems like and i can say this firsthand living in europe the countries
00:05:16.060 that are Christian nations, at least when they started, everyone wants to come to. 0.91
00:05:24.480 So even without, and I know, and this is the problem with scholars,
00:05:31.160 scholars get so in the weeds and so in depth with all the religious texts, I just get confused.
00:05:37.480 And I like to see what makes sense in the world.
00:05:42.600 and i also believe the problem with christians today and why christianity is dead and this is
00:05:49.860 why the trad feminists drive me freaking nuts because there's a natural order in the world 1.00
00:05:54.720 and i don't care if people think i'm crazy talking about this women can never do what men can do 1.00
00:06:02.020 women i don't know if we're maybe lesser beings lesser whatever it i look at the world and things
00:06:10.240 only make sense when it goes God, men, women, children. And the problem you have with all these
00:06:17.700 trad cucks, excuse my language, is one, they're very self-righteous. And the Christians today are 1.00
00:06:24.820 so self-righteous, very preachy, and very, it's almost like God became a brand for them.
00:06:34.560 And that's why I'm not, I'm not too big on talking about my faith publicly because, you know, I don't know.
00:06:46.280 There are times where praying and talking to God was the only thing that got me out of like a really, really tough time.
00:06:54.980 and
00:06:57.100 it's almost like something special to me it's something like sacred my relationship with God
00:07:13.940 and I don't like to share it with everybody I know that's maybe not what the bible says I don't
00:07:22.020 know, you know, I'm not, again, I'm not a religious scholar, but to me, it feels weird when people are
00:07:29.300 God, God, God, like, it just almost seems fake to me. And that's the best way I can describe it.
00:07:40.380 And then people in church will always just tell you that they're not religious enough. And the
00:07:47.440 problem is Christianity has fallen. And it's because there's so many simps in church that
00:07:55.980 just cater to what women want. There are these women's groups that are run by women. Now we have 0.97
00:08:00.700 female pastors and preachers. And it's tough because I would think if the Catholics were 0.78
00:08:10.000 the church of God, you know, like, you know, guided by God, which they say, it seems like
00:08:18.740 they would be able to rise above some of the problems in modern day. And it doesn't seem
00:08:23.660 like they're doing that. You know, I just have to be honest. And then I found out they
00:08:29.160 changed a bunch of stuff in the seventies, you know, let females be altar servers, all 1.00
00:08:34.280 this stuff I question if we're supposed to worship Mary I don't know I'm not a scholar
00:08:42.500 so please if you want to say you're not religious enough to talk about this it's fine I don't care
00:08:48.580 um so you know I go back and forth I still go to Catholic Mass if I go um
00:08:56.440 but I actually came to the conclusion and this is a weird way to think I think men are living
00:09:06.580 representatives of God on earth because men when they get together even if they don't have women
00:09:15.920 I saw Jason Whitlock's video um where he's realizing women shouldn't vote and he was saying
00:09:23.040 that men need women in order to like live good lives or whatever. I think that God is naturally 0.98
00:09:34.540 in men and I think the devil is naturally in women. Now I know this sounds crazy, but all the 1.00
00:09:41.860 evil in the world seems to come from women, men from single mother homes, or men that defer to 1.00
00:09:49.160 the authority of women, where all the uniquely great, inspiring things that I've seen seem to
00:09:57.200 come from men. Now, it's not to say there can't be good women. You know, when you meet like a pure, 0.99
00:10:05.860 innocent woman, there's something special about it. But those are few and far between. They're
00:10:12.280 not, they're pretty rare. And generally, they are the way they are because they have a really strong
00:10:17.040 husband or a really strong father in their life. So it seems like to me that men are living,
00:10:29.420 my dishwasher's done, that men are living representatives of God on earth.
00:10:36.240 And women will become evil if we do not defer to the authority of the men in our lives, 1.00
00:10:42.500 whether it's a father, whether it's a husband.
00:10:49.240 And that's my thoughts on religion.
00:10:53.700 I think, you know, there's a natural order in the world.
00:10:57.820 I think Christianity is the one true religion.
00:11:01.400 I believe in God and maybe Catholicism.
00:11:03.820 I don't know.
00:11:04.880 And the reason I go back and forth is the Christians say everyone should read the Bibles for themselves.
00:11:10.160 but that's led to them getting a billion woke churches so I don't know about that
00:11:15.200 but at the same time the Catholics seem to kind of be going down the same route
00:11:20.220 I question worshiping Mary but I'm not sure
00:11:24.800 and I know when I post this video all the Bible thumpers are gonna 1.00
00:11:30.660 are gonna be super excited to just tell me which one but this is just how I think
00:11:37.480 um but I don't know you know I believe in God it really is frustrating when people try to
00:11:46.280 discredit my faith because I'm not a preacher I don't think that's my job and that's a private
00:11:53.240 relationship for me so I don't know let me know what you think put your thoughts on religion in
00:11:59.360 the comments these are just my thoughts off the dome like the video subscribe and I'll talk to
00:12:04.480 you next time.
