00:00:00.000 What up guys? Welcome to the Just Pearly Things YouTube channel and welcome to another episode of
00:00:05.440 The Sit Down. So today we are going to be talking about the testosterone crisis in men and what you
00:00:12.260 as a man can do about it. And we have brought on subject matter expert, Dr. Bruce Fong. He's a
00:00:19.040 medical director at Sierra Integrative Medical Center and Neutronics Lab. So we're going to
00:00:24.780 bring him up and welcome him to the show. How are you? Hey, Pearl. Great. And just an honor to be
00:00:30.320 here. I love always trying to educate people. So I thank you for the opportunity to be here. And
00:00:36.140 I guess, you know, it's a topic that we've been talking about a lot lately, just because we've
00:00:42.280 been seeing people, really men in general, not quite understanding why they're not feeling well.
00:00:49.180 So younger guys kind of feeling like they're kind of losing muscle mass, losing other function
00:00:55.580 really early on. So again, a lot of stuff we can talk about here today. So I'll let you lead off.
00:01:02.660 Awesome. So what percent of men have low testosterone? I mean, I always talk about
00:01:07.620 the simp epidemic on my channel. There's just, I mean, is the low testosterone causing this?
00:01:15.500 Like what's going on? So how about I answer this a better way? So we've always realized that as we
00:01:21.600 age, we hit a certain point and a lot of prior to maybe the last decade or so, that point was usually
00:01:29.080 in our mid thirties where all of us men and women start saying, Hey, my metabolism slowing down. I'm
00:01:35.060 starting to gain weight. I'm starting to have these other issues. And we equate that a lot to something
00:01:40.860 else we'll talk about later today about the level of human growth hormone. And in particular,
00:01:45.880 the resultant production of what are called basic growth factors in our bodies. And those growth
00:01:52.000 factors are the things that keep us good. They help us resist the ravages of our environment.
00:01:58.120 They help us to repair damage. They help us to maintain ourselves, not only our youthful vigor,
00:02:05.120 but it allows us to maintain our ability to be strong and be able to be the best we can be.
00:02:09.980 And so testosterone somehow kind of rolls right in with that. So that particular hormone,
00:02:15.320 we used to see about the mid thirties, guys would start having like, Hey, I can't seem to put on as
00:02:21.260 much muscle tone when I work out or seem to have to work out harder. My libido may be going down a
00:02:27.080 little bit. And basically in this whole huge thing about erectile dysfunction. So let me take this
00:02:35.460 first aside. There was actually, believe it or not, they actually took data down for this
00:02:40.580 way back when I was in college, which is late eighties and early nineties. They actually took
00:02:45.800 data. Oh crap. I just betrayed my age. Can we not? We edited that out. No, I'm sorry.
00:02:51.800 But as I alluded to earlier to you, I had another life back then. I was actually a bartender.
00:02:57.480 I was actually in that whole scene and yeah, I mean, guys would be guys back then. They're like
00:03:02.420 going crazy. And you know, I'll let you guys figure out what I mean by that. But never did I see
00:03:10.520 somebody in their twenties or, or whatnot have problems with function, I guess, for lack of a
00:03:18.820 better term. Every guy I knew was probably too horny and you know, whatever. And, and guys were always
00:03:25.060 back then where we're always like competing with each other who, who had the biggest muscles and
00:03:28.980 all that kind of stuff. So think about that era. Now, interesting enough, people were taking down
00:03:34.980 serum testosterone levels at that level, at that era and across every demographic compared to,
00:03:43.700 I want to say the data was in the, between 2015, 2017, somewhere there, um, across every demographic
00:03:52.420 from age to, uh, socioeconomic status. Every single one was consistently lower from the recent data by
00:04:01.300 up to 30% compared to people back in the late eighties and nineties in regards to, um, I guess,
00:04:06.740 men. Well, is that just cause we're all fat now? Like we can't put donuts down?
00:04:10.980 Okay. So, so I'm glad you said that because I always hear this, um, from people where it's like,
00:04:18.180 oh, we have low testosterone or, or whatever, a medical issue, but I look at the obesity,
00:04:22.980 right? And I'm like, well, yeah, you know what I mean? Well, so, so honestly you're right. Obesity
00:04:28.660 actually fat actually is estrogenic or it kind of produces estrogen in our body. So it does counteract
00:04:34.340 the testosterone, but in itself, it doesn't necessarily shut down testosterone production.
00:04:38.340 It just interferes with production and also the utilization of testosterone. But we look at, uh,
00:04:44.340 our environment. I mean, let's look at it guys. We are not in the same place we were back in the
00:04:48.100 late eighties and nineties. The world's a much more polluted place. It's a much more, um, populated
00:04:52.500 place. And there's all kinds of things we're using in an industry. Uh, like for instance, a lot of
00:04:57.860 chemicals that, uh, we can mention, um, uh, bisphosphonates, um, uh, phthalates, breakdown products of,
00:05:04.980 um, uh, of, uh, I'm sorry, not bisphosphonates, but, uh, bisphenol A, um, bisphosphonates,
00:05:11.460 it's a category of medicine. So sorry about that. But bisphenol A and, uh, things like phthalates,
00:05:16.420 which are things are breakdown products of plastic. Well, yeah, the industry's. Oh yeah.
00:05:20.980 Oh, so it's like the plastic in our food. Yeah. I mean, so I remember when I was a kid,
00:05:26.900 uh, like in the late seventies, when plastics really started kind of kicking in, taking over
00:05:30.820 from glass, I remember my grandparents, uh, were saying, no, don't use that new plastic stuff.
00:05:35.380 That's going to kill you. And, and, um, you know, and this is coming from my grandpa, who's a,
00:05:39.060 uh, who's a cook for the army for 35 years, by the way, the shout out to him. And then my dad,
00:05:44.100 it was, uh, it was in the Navy. Uh, he was a corpsman during world war two, which was really
00:05:48.180 impressive being Chinese Americans. But the whole point is that, um, this whole situation,
00:05:53.380 all of them said the same thing, be careful of this plastic thing. Nobody trusted it. Even the
00:05:57.540 plastic food wrap was a big deal. Well, dad, grandpa, you were right. Cause now we're seeing
00:06:05.300 that all these breakdown products of plastic are actually getting into all our foods,
00:06:10.580 getting into, uh, like, uh, things we utilize in, uh, any products we're using,
00:06:15.940 drinking water in particular. Um, by the way, did you guys know that at the bottom,
00:06:19.700 I don't have a drinking water bottle show you, but if you ever look at the bottom of any kind of plastic
00:06:24.180 container, there's a, there you go. Now, do you look at the bottom? There's like a triangular signal,
00:06:28.580 a symbol there with a number in it. Um, so that number actually designates how stable that plastic
00:06:36.900 is in, in, in a heat environment. Uh, a zero means it's breaking down actively in the, at any,
00:06:43.380 almost any temperature. One, I think it's a good to, um, it's, it's good until like room temperature.
00:06:49.700 And two, it means it's a, it's, it's, it's stable above room temperature to a certain degree.
00:06:54.020 And the higher the number, the more stable it is. Like I forgot the exact numbers,
00:06:57.380 but if you look at that, that's a one. So what that means is if that water gets above room
00:07:03.300 temperature, so I guess what we always call what, what, 68 degrees Fahrenheit would be an
00:07:06.900 average room temperature. That plastic's breaking down in the water. Um, you guys have gone to the
00:07:12.420 grocery store. That's too bad. I love bottled water.
00:07:15.540 Well, we'll talk about that one a little bit later. But think about this. I see this all the time.
00:07:20.660 You go to the grocery store and then they got, Hey, water sale. They put the pallets of water
00:07:25.220 outside the sun. Let's face it. Our generation is in a testosterone crisis. Thanks to modern

00:08:38.900 I mean, I'll keep them in my car. Yeah. I think I'm part of the problem. I mean,
00:08:43.140 so we don't think about it, but we do stuff like that every day. Uh, you know, when we do stuff
00:08:47.780 that we just think we assume all the things we're taking into our body are, are clean and they're
00:08:52.820 safe. I hate to tell you this. We're not, I'm not, I'm not here to make you guys paranoid. Not at all.
00:08:57.540 Okay. There's all kinds of ways of doing things better. I personally, I would take water. I have
00:09:02.180 my, I like a whole house filtration and a reverse osmosis thing that I use, uh, that basically does
00:09:07.140 that, but Hey, get, I don't want to use the brand name, sorry, a charcoal water filter. I almost said the
00:09:13.140 brand name, but you know, any of those ones that you put into a pitcher and you put your tap water
00:09:18.340 I've used those that actually does take out the, the, um, you know, the phthalates in particular,
00:09:23.700 it takes that stuff out. So, so again, I'm getting a little off topic here, but the whole point is
00:09:29.300 we're founding out that these plastic byproducts and there's a whole slew of stuff. I'm just going
00:09:33.780 to use this as an example. There's a whole slew of things in our environment that do the same thing.
00:09:37.540 What they're doing is interfering with the production of testosterone in our body. It's
00:09:41.700 an even more so, and this is the critical one. They're altering the way that our receptors that
00:09:46.900 take the risk of the testosterone on there, they alter the way that they actually work.
00:09:51.060 So the testosterone doesn't even work the way it used to. And not only our levels lower,
00:09:55.300 but what we have doesn't work the way it used to. So, so what are the top three things in the
00:10:00.020 environment? So you'd say plastic is causing this. Uh, well, guess what? Uh, let's look at, uh,
00:10:05.460 there's been an explosion of soy products here in the, in North America. And we've been starting to
00:10:19.860 use that more and more. Well, guess what? The, uh, the soy, which is really interesting in Asia,
00:10:24.740 the soy doesn't do this, but here in the Americas is estrogenic. We use it all the time. In fact,
00:10:31.540 there's a lot of supplements that are based on these soy like products that actually help ladies
00:10:36.260 with, uh, you know, uh, with, uh, various hormonal imbalances and it's because it promotes estrogen.
00:10:41.620 Um, so that's another big one. I mean, I, there's a lot, I don't know if I can really name or rate
00:10:46.740 which ones are the top three, but I would say those heavy metal toxicity also interferes with hormonal
00:10:52.020 production and utilization. Um, there's, uh, there's various other chemicals that are out there that are
00:10:57.300 to break down products from plastic, um, not plastic, I'm sorry, pesticides, which actually
00:11:00.900 poison our body and mess up the receptors. Um, so there's so many different things I could really
00:11:05.060 mention. I would say that, um, one, you don't have to live in a bubble because we got, we got a way of
00:11:10.180 trying to fix this here today. That's why we were having a show, right? Yeah. I want you guys to be
00:11:14.180 aware. Please just start looking at things. That's the, the, so lesson one, I mean, I'll make this real
00:11:19.940 simple lesson one, look at the world around you. Um, in the military, you'd call that situational
00:11:25.300 awareness, be aware of your surroundings. No. And then, you know, start looking at looking
00:11:30.740 at things like that. Get a water filter. Don't drink your tap water. I mean, there's no tap water
00:11:35.220 in the world. That's probably a hundred percent pure unless you actually live at the spring.
00:11:38.820 Okay. Um, uh, this, the, you know, I would, I, my personal advice is I would any water that you're
00:11:44.740 going to drink filter at least with a carbon filter, because you're going to get a lot of this
00:11:48.980 junk out of it. Okay. That's, that's the first step. Um, the second is be aware. I mean,
00:11:54.180 if you have any question marks about stuff that you're using, you know, um, you, uh, you have
00:12:00.740 search engines out there, some with AI now that will help you actually look at things a little bit
00:12:05.380 more. So research it, then talk to somebody who, if you have questions, um, I, you know, I'm, I'm
00:12:10.820 always available for my patients. Um, uh, and, you know, talk to people who are a little bit more
00:12:16.100 of knowledge, help you put it together. The last thing though, it, it, it, to, to, to temper that
00:12:21.700 don't have first year medical student syndrome where you look up stuff and you think you have
00:12:25.220 everything in the world. Don't do that. That's why I say, talk to a medical professional that can
00:12:28.980 help you to temper all that. But most importantly, everything you, you, you guys hear about out
00:12:34.020 there, it's not just to make you feel bad because you're not doing it. There, there are real dangers.
00:12:39.060 And I'd like to say, the first thing I said, just have a clean water and then look at all these
00:12:43.700 things, like look in the plastic breakdown products, look at pesticides. So we're talking about
00:12:47.700 testosterone, look it up on your own. You'll see what I'm telling you is, is really out there,
00:12:51.460 all the research and understand that if you can limit your exposure, I mean, we have no time to
00:12:56.580 talk about all this stuff today. Please think about limiting your exposure to those things
00:13:01.220 and helping yourself out. First step is if you're, you know, if you got your hand in the fire,
00:13:05.300 what God created is that our, you know, our nervous system makes a polar hand out of fire.
00:13:08.900 In this case, you're your nervous system. You need to look and see if there's things that you're
00:13:13.540 actually being exposed to. If they potentially, potentially, uh, pretend, excuse me, potentially
00:13:18.900 present a danger to this situation, get yourself out of it. Stop using that product. Stop doing this.
00:13:24.260 What percent of it do you think it is based on the food versus the environment?
00:13:29.620 I would say it's a pretty even mix because there's a lot of different things,
00:13:32.660 because there's a lot of pesticides and, oh, thank you for saying that. Hormones in the food stock
00:13:38.100 that we use, um, there's. Oh yeah, they fatten up. They put the drugs in the pigs, don't they?
00:13:42.500 I got a V. So that's all, believe it or not, that's all estrogen based. So that is also.
00:13:48.100 Oh, because it like. I would have slipped on my mind. Thank you. Yeah.
00:13:51.540 Uh, Pearl, you're, you're awesome. Thank you. Um, that's a huge one. So again,
00:13:56.020 guys don't live in a bubble. I'm not telling you to do that, but just be, be, be conscious
00:14:00.020 of this and then see what measures you want to take. That's the way you want to take this. This
00:14:04.580 is just for information. It's not meant to panic yet. Please go out there and just look at your
00:14:09.620 surroundings, be aware of your situations and then react if you need to react anyway. So we're talking
00:14:15.540 about testosterone. So let's go through this back in that direction. Um, testosterone levels again,
00:14:20.500 you know, historically are at all time lows and categorically compared to previous generations.
00:14:26.820 They're just no doubting it. Every single male is now less than what they were, say 30 years ago.
00:14:35.060 Hands down. And as I mentioned in my opening comments back when I was in my twenties and stuff
00:14:40.500 like that, there was never any issue. Um, you know, when you worked out, you, you felt good. You,
00:14:44.980 you, you, I knew guys that wanted to do steroids and also everyone was so good looking back then
00:14:50.500 the men and the women, I'm like, I'm not saying anybody's ugly out there, please. I'm sorry.
00:14:54.900 I don't, I think you guys are beautiful and we're going to make it beautiful outside. How's that?
00:15:02.660 You go out to the beach in 2025. It's like, it's obese. I can't. Yeah. I think I have, I might have
00:15:09.380 a traumatic memory of a certain guys whose speedos disappeared into their phones. Yeah. No, I'm
00:15:15.300 serious. But, but again, I bet in the eighties, everyone was hot. That was great. Yeah. I mean,
00:15:21.700 yeah. Yeah. You couldn't even show up on Venice beach unless you had a chest size of 50 or something,
00:15:26.260 right? Yeah. Um, yeah, I totally get it. So, but realize that, Hey, it's, it's been this
00:15:32.900 environmental issue. And then guys, uh, beyond that, we have our whole world right now where
00:15:40.100 boy, we've, we've kind of let everybody take over everything. Right. So why is that? Well,
00:15:44.820 maybe it's because we're not assertive enough without that testosterone, we are not necessarily
00:15:49.620 being assertive the way we need to. And, you know, being, you know, I'm, I'm a Christian by my faith.
00:15:54.740 And, you know, if I look in the Bible, it says, you know, that the traditional family
00:15:58.500 is led by the man who needs to be a servant, needs to be a godly person, et cetera,
00:16:02.580 and then teach everybody else under him. And can we do that when we don't have the gumption to,
00:16:07.860 to, to be a little bit more assertive. And again, it doesn't mean, can I say,
00:16:12.980 I almost said a bad word, but can I say a hole on the, on the show? I mean, yeah,
00:16:19.940 I'm telling you, don't be an asshole. That's not what I'm saying. Yeah. You guys have to be,
00:16:24.180 you know, you, you gotta stand up for what you gotta stand up for. Don't just bend over every
00:16:27.940 time that it tells you to do stuff. Right. How can, how can a guy tell if he has low testosterone,
00:16:32.820 if he hasn't necessarily done the test or can you tell just talking to somebody?
00:16:37.460 Well, yeah, to a certain degree, like the, they typically come to me. I mean,
00:16:40.980 this is a scary one. I was getting to a point was I have 20 year olds showing at my office who
00:16:45.060 have erectile dysfunction. That's insane. Wow. So that, that was never an issue when I,
00:16:50.580 when I was at that age. And so again, so that's one thing, obviously guys who are, you know,
00:16:56.340 basically there. So I'm going to go with Pearl, not looking like the people who we stereotypically
00:17:05.140 grew up with in the eighties, which would be like Arnold Schwarzenegger. You know, and Chuck Norris,
00:17:10.420 who's a personal friend is a great guy, but you know, they were very well built and Chuck looks
00:17:14.820 incredible for his age, by the way, you know, these days. And, and the whole point is we don't
00:17:19.380 necessarily need to look that cut and whatever, but you know, guys who don't seem to have any build,
00:17:24.820 if they're like super wiry, they're, they don't have any definition to their body. They're, there's
00:17:29.300 a very good chance that they're not, they're at least not using the testosterone the right way.
00:17:33.380 So that's, that's, that's one way to look at it. Right. And we're, we're, we're seeing again,
00:17:38.260 is that we're seeing this, this crisis because, uh, and what I'm getting to, and unfortunately is,
00:17:44.100 there has been a, uh, sort of a campaign against being masculine, just campaign against being,
00:17:50.980 and then they use the term you're going to, you guys heard this term, right? Toxic masculinity.
00:17:56.740 Here we go. So I'm going to use another bad word. Now that's complete bullshit.
00:18:00.340 Yeah. Toxic masculinity came from a criminal psychiatric study in prison in inmates. I believe
00:18:08.420 it was in the Georgia prison system that they were trying to stratify different types of offenders.
00:18:13.540 And it was never meant to be used as a general term for everybody in the public. It was for criminally
00:18:19.060 insane people. And so to have that being used by what, you know, I won't get too political here,
00:18:24.660 but what, by various elements, uh, that just, uh, I'm like a world crowd and whatever you guys leave
00:18:30.900 it. Yeah. I'll let you use your, your, whatever term you want, but people who have been actively
00:18:35.140 campaigning against guys being traditional guys have used this term really loosely. And I shoot it down
00:18:43.540 at every opportunity I can, because there's no such thing as toxic masculinity, unless you're letting
00:18:49.140 that take the better of your, in other words, uh, what was the old expression? If you're, if you're not
00:18:54.100 using this head and using the other head, uh, for whatever reason, like you're getting stupid,
00:18:57.700 aggressive or something that's coming from that end too, um, then you're being toxic.
00:19:01.940 But otherwise, when you're just being the person that you need to be and Hey, I want to be a little
00:19:06.500 more assertive. Hey, I want to, I work out or whatever. That is not toxic at all. Don't let
00:19:11.540 anybody tell you that's toxic. That's where you're supposed to be. Okay. And then that's the whole
00:19:16.660 point of what we want to talk about here today. We want to make men back to who they were. And, um,
00:19:22.660 um, there's a lot of stuff out there. Uh, you know, we've been talking about supplements,
00:19:26.020 which we're going to be focusing mostly on today, but there's, uh, right up to the point where guys
00:19:32.420 really need testosterone replacement therapies, uh, up to shots. And nowadays you have things that
00:19:37.620 they're, uh, with a minor surgery and planted like pellets, they're getting pellets, they're
00:19:42.900 little pellets of that slowly release various hormones, especially testosterone, the main one that's
00:19:47.780 studied that's been around for about five to 10 years now, almost. But the whole point is,
00:19:51.860 those are things that are, you know, that's kind of the, the one extreme end, right? We need to
00:19:55.860 replace our testosterone. So, so what does someone look like before they do it? And after, I guess
00:20:01.700 is what I'm asking. So when you actually do a testosterone. Yeah. Yeah. So what, like, what are
00:20:06.100 some of the benefits that happen? Like once they go through that process or what does it look like
00:20:12.180 after? Well, the first thing any guy will notice is that typically their energy should increase.
00:20:16.260 Most of the guys who, who are low T always complain. First complaint is always, it was low energy.
00:20:21.940 And then all of a sudden I noticed my workouts aren't as good. I feel like I'm not maintaining
00:20:25.620 my muscle tone while I'm putting on more fat. I, you know, my sexual drive is low. And then
00:20:30.660 ultimately erectile dysfunction is one of the penultimate symptoms. When you start taking
00:20:36.260 testosterone, which is not necessarily where we want to go talk about today. Cause we want to work.
00:20:39.860 Uh, I I'm, I'm a physician that always talks about use the lowest effective dose or use the least
00:20:44.740 invasive in intervention, uh, first and then build your way up because you always want to have stuff
00:20:49.380 that you can keep using. If you, if, if one starts not be as effective, right? So that's,
00:20:53.540 that's a good principle to use. But anyway, so talking about this top end, people, you know,
00:20:58.340 guys get on gels, they get on shots, they get on these pellets, whatever, whatever way you're actually
00:21:02.420 taking it. The first thing they notice is that their energy comes up. Then they start noticing they have
00:21:06.900 a little more, uh, with that energy, they can work out better. They put on, you know,
00:21:09.700 they start burning the fat, putting muscle on. And then ultimately they may actually see an
00:21:13.860 increase of libido because, um, working out with endorphins and then it, you know, the feedback to
00:21:19.700 the, the, the, the pituitary gland then makes us to have more testosterone ultimately. So all that
00:21:26.180 kind of works around. And then hopefully you're, if you have erectile dysfunction, that starts to go away,
00:21:30.420 but that's plus minus that we're getting a little too deep, a little too deep detail. And that's where
00:21:35.300 you individualize your care for the patient. Right. But what, why do we have to wait till
00:21:41.460 we have a blood test that says, dude, you get testosterone in an eight year old, because that was
00:21:46.580 me. I, whoa, at what age? So I, I was, uh, I'm 56 now. So I had to be, okay. So I was about 46 or 47
00:21:58.180 years old and I was going in for shoulder surgery and somebody accidentally checked the testosterone box.
00:22:04.260 I would not have known had that not happened. They were just getting labs prior to my surgery.
00:22:09.460 So the CBC, the bleeding times somehow, I don't even think it was a pen mark. I think somebody
00:22:14.260 spilled coffee is what I think happened, but that's a funny story. But the whole point is,
00:22:17.940 you know, it was an act of God. I would say that they accidentally did a testosterone level,
00:22:21.700 you know, you know, I, I, and even though the, the lab tests say you need to be above,
00:22:26.580 I think 300 or something like that, uh, to be comfortable and feel good at most ages,
00:22:32.500 I recommend my, my, my male patients who are looking at this be around 600 or a little bit better.
00:22:37.860 I was 186. I was like, yeah, I'm, I'm a, I'm an overworked doctor. I have a whole bunch of kids.
00:22:45.060 I've got a lot of stress galore and you know, I just have, you know, kind of having some marriage
00:22:50.660 problems at that point, but we haven't gotten that bad yet. But the point is that, um, you know,
00:22:56.500 I go to the surgery, I go, I get through the, the shoulder surgery just fine. And nowadays,
00:23:01.460 by the way, in case you don't know, shoulder surgery takes you right to PT physical therapy
00:23:05.060 within two or three days after the surgery. So you don't get the, uh, the frozen shoulder thing.
00:23:10.100 So as I'm working out, I was noticing, you know, I had that low testosterone. I went, huh,
00:23:14.740 this is really weird. I, I, I, I used to love working out a lot more, but then I realized that,
00:23:18.660 you know, when I, uh, because all the stress and all the extra work, I haven't been working out
00:23:22.260 and I'm going, I don't really like doing this. And it's kind of hard for me. And then, you know,
00:23:26.740 I, I, I started looking into different things and, you know, I started utilizing some of the
00:23:31.860 products we're going to talk about here today. And I actually started coming around really quick.
00:23:36.020 And I mean, this thing's completely, it's great. Uh, but beyond that, I mean, what I want,
00:23:41.460 I guess the point being said is, you know, I didn't pick up on the warning signs and I'm glad
00:23:46.100 you, uh, Pearl, you, you, you had us talk about that today, but guys realize low energy could be
00:23:51.540 your first sign of low testosterone. And again, all those different things I said, especially if
00:23:56.340 you're working on and you're not getting the gains you're getting, that could be testosterone.
00:23:59.380 It could be lack of different growth factors. We're going to talk about all that today.
00:24:02.180 Okay. So what do we do about, how about the old adage of an ounce of prevention is worth a pound
00:24:08.100 of cure. In this case, it's probably worth a ton of cure. Okay. How about we realize that, um, and
00:24:14.420 again, I can be talking to any guy at any age, but I'm really talking to you guys who are probably in
00:24:18.900 your thirties or older. Okay. If you're starting to feel like you're not there, you're starting to
00:24:24.020 have low energy and your workouts don't seem to be better. Your drive is low and God forbid you have
00:24:28.100 erectile dysfunction, things like that. Let's start thinking about what we can do. So if we're
00:24:33.140 strictly from a testosterone standpoint, we're going to talk about this first.
00:24:37.060 We have a product that, that we developed called the man's edge.
00:24:43.460 I love cameras. Oh, wait. Oh, don't hold it up. Cause the audio is, um, yeah, there you go.
00:24:51.060 So it's called man's edge. So the man's edge was the result of like anything else we do here at
00:24:56.020 Neutronics Labs, a very extensive study of existing data. So we've found the top three
00:25:03.460 supplements that are out there that everybody's using for testosterone. The main one being
00:25:07.460 fenugreek, which actually has the most documented effectiveness in increasing the levels of
00:25:13.220 testosterone in your body, meaning production wise, but also the most effective in utilizing
00:25:17.940 that testosterone, uh, in the, uh, the various receptors and being able to convert the testosterone.
00:25:23.380 I don't want to get too complicated, but getting the converting testosterone into the, the, the active
00:25:27.620 forms. So that's the, the, the main one. But of course, tribulus is in there as well as a long
00:25:33.620 jack also known as, as Tonkarai. They all kind of do the same thing with different mechanisms.
00:25:38.340 So now we've got a, a, a, a three way punches, man, the old, um, uh, martial arts.
00:25:42.660 So do you put that like in your water and your food?
00:25:45.140 No, actually, uh, I'll talk about it more later, but it goes under your tongue.
00:25:47.940 And that's really why it goes under the tongue here in a minute. But so, uh, in martial arts,
00:25:53.220 we learn something called a three point punch and that's one in the face, one in the solar plexus,
00:25:56.340 one on the groin. And it was kind of a street fighting thing. So if you did that rapidly,
00:26:00.180 you're going to hit things hard and you're going to hit that, that, take that guy down pretty quickly.
00:26:03.540 So we're hitting this with a triple punch. We want this to work really well. And, you know,
00:26:09.460 all the studies out there show us like a fenugreek actually showed a, um, I think there was a,
00:26:14.900 one study in particular showed a group of all the men in the study between 65 and 70,
00:26:19.860 they all had low T every single one of them. I believe it's a hundred percent, almost a hundred
00:26:24.980 percent, um, had, uh, right around an average of 40% increase of their, uh, testosterone levels.
00:26:31.860 So it's, uh, they were that low to begin with and they had enough, uh, you know, apparently they
00:26:36.580 selected, uh, relatively healthy men at that age, but the whole point was it was a high responsiveness rate.
00:26:42.580 Similar studies have been done on long Jack and, um, tribulus probably with less, uh, results,
00:26:48.420 but certainly still very effective clinically. So putting all three of those together is going
00:26:52.740 to help us with all that. Remember, we're not only, yeah, not only are we helping to bring those levels
00:26:57.700 up, they'll let you utilize and make sure they're in proper form to be used and to be able to use them
00:27:03.700 at that, that receptor site so that you can get the effects you're looking for. So that,
00:27:08.100 but we don't stop there. Um, we also have, uh, which every product in Neutronics Labs is based
00:27:13.620 on our, our original product, which is, uh, which I'll get into in a little bit. It's called the
00:27:17.700 deer antler velvet extract or, uh, and we name it IGF one or insulin growth factor one plus.
00:27:23.540 It's the main motivator of what is in your body, uh, when you have human growth hormone. And basically
00:27:29.540 it's a growth matrix of all the different growth factors that are in the body.
00:27:32.660 Is that like steroids? Uh, no, absolutely not. Not, not that I'm saying like you said,
00:27:38.980 it's human growth hormone. Is that steroids? No, human growth hormone is actually a compound
00:27:43.860 we have in our body that actually regulates the growth. Like we have a lot of it when we're,
00:27:48.740 we're conceived in, in the womb and then gradually it drops down through as we age. And like I said,
00:27:53.620 critical mark usually is around the mid thirties that we don't have enough of it. And then we start
00:27:57.620 seeing the signs of degradation if we call age, right? I was just making sure. I'm like, wait,
00:28:03.140 we don't, we don't, we don't, we don't mess with, uh, um, so, so, but the whole, the whole point about
00:28:09.060 it is that that same growth matrix to a smaller amount is actually in the, uh, the, uh, the man's
00:28:15.380 edge product along with the three things I said. And within the last, I think it's within the last
00:28:20.820 year or so, we added two more ingredients, L-citrulline and L-arginine, which are amino acids,
00:28:25.860 but they happen to be the most, uh, potent, um, uh, stimulators, something called nitric oxide
00:28:31.540 in the body, which is the most potent vasodial. It makes your blood vessels get bigger. So blood
00:28:35.860 flow increases. And so, yeah, I mean, you guys are probably thinking where I'm going with this,
00:28:40.820 but number one, let's talk about what that's doing. It's going to increase blood flow. So
00:28:44.340 these compounds get to where we want them to in the body. And more importantly, uh, and that this is
00:28:49.220 why, uh, when you were asking Pearl, uh, you know, what are these liquids? And yes, this, uh,
00:28:54.420 most of the products from my Neutronics labs actually are liquids that are liposomally delivered
00:29:01.300 under the tongue or sublingually. Why do we want to do that? Because these growth factors,
00:29:06.180 these other compounds there, they could be easily destroyed by your stomach acid,
00:29:10.340 your intestinal enzymes, if you take them orally. So you're kind of at a crapshoot when you're doing
00:29:15.380 that. You might not be getting anything at all. There's a, we have competitors who have products like
00:29:19.620 the, uh, the, the deer antler velvet that don't use the liposomal delivery system.
00:29:23.540 They're lucky to get 30% absorption. And that's being very generous. Some of the products are
00:29:28.900 potentially less than 10% absorption, which is horrible. When we put things under our tongue,
00:29:34.260 they go right into it. No way. Yeah. Do you remember like,
00:29:38.100 Yeah. Why is that different under your tongue than like eating something bigger?
00:29:42.740 Well, under the tongue, uh, I don't want to scare your audience. That's okay. It's all right.
00:29:47.700 You'll get an R rating looking under my tongue. I don't know if you can see that or not, but you
00:29:55.140 can see the blue under my tongue. Those are big old veins, but connected to tiny, almost microscopic,
00:30:04.260 tiny blood vessels that we call capillaries. Capillaries are what we call exchange beds.
00:30:09.060 They literally suck stuff up and they kick stuff out and that kind of thing. And I'll give you an
00:30:14.100 example. Um, you probably, uh, have a relative or somebody, you know, that has chest pain. Then
00:30:19.540 they sometimes bring out a little tiny glass bottle. It has little tiny round pellets look
00:30:23.700 like tiny little BBs. They don't swallow those. They put them on their tongue or under the tongue
00:30:28.100 and they absorb. And the reason you want to do that, by the way, it's natural glycerin in case you
00:30:32.180 don't know what I'm talking about. Natural glycerin actually dilates the blood vessels and takes away the
00:30:37.140 chest pain, but you, you, it's going to take too long to absorb through the stomach and all the
00:30:41.140 other things. So putting it under the tongue, we know that that is probably the main example I can
00:30:45.380 give you that things absorb very readily there because they can take away your chest pain within
00:30:49.860 a minute. So that's just give me an idea how rapid that stuff works. The liposomal or fat-based
00:30:55.860 delivery system that we have in our products here that actually facilitates, um, it's called,
00:31:01.860 there's a process called facilitate transport. This case, it facilitates the transport of the
00:31:06.980 compounds we're trying to put in your body right through that capillary bed, right into your
00:31:10.900 bloodstream. And then it can go really go to town. Um, so we actually have a third party independent,
00:31:16.420 uh, uh, verification that with, uh, a number of our products, we have up to a 98.6 or 0.7% absorption.
00:31:25.540 So literally it was 99% absorption. And remember what I just said about like, if you just take
00:31:30.900 something orally, you could be, uh, you'd be as crappy as less than 10%. So that's a big difference.
00:31:36.500 And when I talk about the growth factors in, in, in, in about a minute or two here,
00:31:41.300 you'll see why that's important because it's not a lot of stuff that's going in,
00:31:44.980 in the case of this, uh, this combined product, there's a lot of different things going in, but,
00:31:48.660 um, but either way we're getting it right in the bloodstream and it's actually going to allow it to
00:31:53.380 get right to the places that you needed to go to, to affect the changes.
00:31:58.100 And how, if you're just taking the product and like nothing else,
00:32:03.060 how much of an increase can you expect to see in like a month?
00:32:06.660 Uh, well, actually, I can tell you clinically, a lot of the guys who are, you know, that have
00:32:11.140 the, you know, very, especially if they're early in the stages of just having low energy and, um, and
00:32:16.580 having an impact on their workout, they all seem to be across the board, uh, uh, seeing very,
00:32:22.260 um, you know, noticeable gains. In other words, their energy is better. They want to work out
00:32:26.340 more because they're seeing the gains more and that kind of thing. Um, there's not really, uh,
00:32:30.340 I'm not sure if I would say there's a specific number, but if I were to retest their testosterone
00:32:34.900 levels, I do see a bump in that, but it's really variable between one person and another, but we do
00:32:39.700 see a clinical increase of that. So, uh, it's kind of hard to quantify across the board, but, um, I guess
00:32:46.180 I can say we do definitely see increases in testosterone, right? Just, uh, I don't want
00:32:50.500 to say specific numbers here, but long story short is that it's all part of this, of this whole, uh,
00:32:57.060 picture that we're trying to make ourselves healthier. We're trying to increase our production
00:33:01.460 and more importantly, our utilization of that testosterone. And every one of these patients
00:33:06.580 across the board is able to see gains. So clinically they're getting better. And, uh, there's
00:33:13.060 some patients we need to add a little bit more because, well, either because of age or because
00:33:17.460 they've been through a lot of things. And again, we are an integrated medical clinic here. We see
00:33:21.540 all kinds of conditions like chronic Lyme disease is one of those big things we look at.
00:33:25.780 Oh, I've heard that's so common.
00:33:28.900 Yeah. I'll come back on the show and we can talk about that one because that's a huge thing I want
00:33:33.460 to make more awareness of. But anyway, that's like an insidious thing. It kind of, it's kind of,
00:33:39.140 it's, there's a reason it's called an occult infection. It means it's hidden
00:33:42.420 and it kind of eats away at you until you really know what's going on in a lot of cases. And so
00:33:46.260 when somebody has that, it's, that's a chronic disease. That's like, they've had issues where
00:33:50.900 their, their body is being broken down a little bit, so to speak for a very long time. They need
00:33:55.460 a little bit more help in the, in, in the cases, those guys, sometimes those guys might need to
00:33:59.540 have a little bit of testosterone on board. And this is the point I'm trying to make is this product
00:34:03.620 can be extremely helpful for anybody at any point, uh, whether you're at the beginnings of a low T or
00:34:09.460 you're really bad where you, you just are completely non-functional so to speak.
00:34:14.580 It can help everybody across the board. And sometimes the dramatic gains are in those guys
00:34:20.180 who actually have the worst symptoms because they're so far down, but they haven't destroyed
00:34:25.940 all their own faculties yet. Like the disease or whatever's going on is, hasn't completely taken
00:34:30.340 them out. And then we get this stuff on board. Those are the guys that actually see the most dramatic
00:34:34.820 gain in the numbers. So when you, when you do the blood work, so this stuff really works is what
00:34:40.020 I'm trying to tell you. And, uh, the bottom line is that's where I can tell you that the numbers are
00:34:44.420 very dramatic. Cause unfortunately, as you get older, just like me stress and, you know, I wasn't,
00:34:49.620 I wasn't that old then. I was 10 years ago. And, uh, uh, you know, so the whole point is
00:34:54.340 that, uh, I didn't think I had a problem, you know, and, uh, you know, uh, the marriage sucked,
00:34:59.300 but whatever that, um, you know, and, um, you know, I made the payment this week to you anyway,
00:35:04.660 in case the ex-wife is watching, but anyway, the whole point, the whole point is, uh,
00:35:10.820 I made a crack about up the other there, but anyway, but anyway, the whole point is that,
00:35:15.780 um, not a lot better, but the point I'm trying to make is all that stuff. A lot of stuff is
00:35:25.220 reversible. All the stuff we talked about that, you know, get, get away from the toxins.
00:35:29.060 Your body tends to clean that drink a lot of, and I, I'm sorry, I should make that point.
00:35:32.900 After you filter the water and make it good water, drink a lot of flush your system out. Okay. Clean
00:35:37.700 yourself up. I'm sorry. I should've made that point earlier, but as you clean yourself up,
00:35:41.300 you take stuff to just basically enhance your ability to make and utilize your testosterone.
00:35:46.420 You will notice it. So I, I'm trying, I guess I'm trying to answer your question from earlier,
00:35:51.140 but it's not, it's not a simple yes or no, or this number or that number it's, it's kind of a,
00:35:55.860 because it's a holistic approach. You're going to improve their food. Like,
00:36:00.020 exactly. And you're going to see those gains and Hey, I can, I can tell you, we could see dramatic
00:36:05.380 gains in anybody. I just can't say that's always the case. Okay. Nobody should ever guarantee you
00:36:09.860 that something's going to work again. If things don't quite work well, that's why we escalate and
00:36:14.340 go other levels or Hey, we escalate our workups. That's what a physician.
00:36:17.620 And so, so is it, they, they kind of come to you guys and then you, you make them a strategy almost
00:36:24.180 to improve their testosterone. That's kind of how it works at your clinic, but then you'll try
00:36:28.580 X, Y, and Z. And then some things work better than others, I'm guessing for people.
00:36:34.820 But it's interesting. I even got guys who come to me who are on testosterone therapy
00:36:38.740 and this actually helps them because it's not about necessarily making more testosterone at that point,
00:36:42.660 because unfortunately, once you start using replacement therapy, your body gets a signal to kind of make
00:36:46.820 less and less. And so your body's kind of stuck with using the replacement, but guess what?
00:36:51.540 This compound, like I told you, it's not just about making more testosterone. It's about using
00:36:55.460 that testosterone in the right forms and modulating those receptors. So everyone can gain from this.
00:37:01.460 Everyone can feel better from this. So again, I can't speak more highly. We're extremely proud of
00:37:06.340 the product that we came up with because it was, it was a lot of research and that research
00:37:11.700 translating from paper to real life actually translated extremely well. And so that's why
00:37:17.940 we're really, really proud of this particular product. And, but let me, let me throw another,
00:37:22.180 another piece into it. Okay. So we talked about, you were running about human growth hormone.
00:37:26.500 So again, human growth hormone is the thing that modulates our growth patterns. You know,
00:37:31.140 from when we're, where we become a single cell in mom's womb all the way to where, uh, the point
00:37:36.100 where we're born and continues to keep modulating us all through our life. It's responsibility is to
00:37:42.580 trigger the release of various growth factors that maintain, uh, not at the very least maintain what
00:37:48.580 we have, but also to help repair and actually grow, especially where, if we're younger ages,
00:37:53.700 we have these rapid growth transition. I mean, we go from a single cell to a baby in nine months.
00:37:57.940 That's a lot of cells. All of a sudden you go from that little baby to getting a bigger and bigger
00:38:01.380 child. And all of a sudden you have a young adult and then you're the young adult becomes,
00:38:04.820 you know, it starts to get full grown and then they start to, you know, quote unquote age, if you
00:38:08.900 will, um, that you don't see them growing bigger. Uh, they may be more mature and be stronger, but
00:38:14.740 ultimately everybody hits a point where this declining level of growth hormone hits a critical level
00:38:21.540 that we don't have the ability to repair damage from the environment. We don't have that ability to
00:38:26.740 make ourselves be stronger and be the best we can be. And that's where supplementing that with this,
00:38:33.620 this is a, our, our original and our, our, I guess our flagship product, it's called IGF one plus all
00:38:39.060 it is. You're going to, you're going to wonder why we came up with this, but all it is, is deer antler
00:38:46.180 velvet extract. So that's a big term. Literally people don't know this, but deer, deer lose their
00:38:52.020 antlers and they grow a whole new rack within 110 days in the springtime. What we have is a whole
00:38:57.860 herd of deer out in New Zealand. They're organically free range deer and they have growing antlers,
00:39:04.340 but like doing a haircut, you cut the tips off and it keeps the antlers growing. And so it's a
00:39:09.220 sustainable. So you guys take it and put it in the thing. Yeah. Well, so the inside,
00:39:14.100 it's really cool. The inside of it is actually this gelatinous brown, uh, thick liquid and you suck it
00:39:20.260 out and then you kind of cold press it just like you do olive oil. And that's all it is. And you
00:39:24.420 add it to that liposomal fat based delivery system and it goes right under the tongue.
00:39:28.500 And you have critically, uh, a capability, you have a critical capability of delivering
00:39:33.540 growth factors that may be critically needed in your body, uh, to, to, to get them there.
00:39:38.260 And like I mentioned earlier, uh, I think when we were talking to private, um, the origin of this
00:39:43.940 was the company's founder had a relative who was dying of ALS and they gave this person a couple of
00:39:49.220 days to live. Utilizing the product at that time, which is about 25, 30 years ago,
00:39:54.340 that person not only lived six more months, that person had a good quality of life until
00:39:59.380 just about the very end. And so again, that's where this came about. So where does this all come
00:40:04.420 from? How did we figure out deer? Did we, did somebody just sit in nature and talk to Bambi?
00:40:08.260 No, we didn't do that. Um, so the point was, yeah. And by the way, if you talk to Bambi and talk,
00:40:13.060 Bambi talks back, um, I'll give you my phone number after this. But anyway, let's not go there. Um,
00:40:18.820 I really, the honest truth is looking back at traditional Chinese medicine. Uh, again,
00:40:24.580 this is where we were talking about like herbals and things like that. Um, I have these memories
00:40:29.220 as a little kid of being dragged literally my grandparents would always do this. I, you know,
00:40:35.060 how kids always go, Hey, I got the sniffles or a cough. I don't get to go to school today. Right.
00:40:39.220 And then most parents go fine, stay at home and whatever you go watch cartoons or whatever. Right.
00:40:43.140 Mine's work. I got marched over a hill in San Francisco to Chinatown and basically taking the
00:40:49.220 herbal shop. And of course I love you grandma and grandpa, but the whole point was you went to this
00:40:54.660 place and a little kid's going to hate the place. It stinks. Okay. I'm just going to say straight up,
00:40:58.100 it stinks. It's got all these dried herbs and all this other stuff that's going on. But no matter
00:41:02.420 what they, of course they, they bring me up to the herbalist and say, Hey, a little Bruce has got,
00:41:06.180 you know, a sniffles, a fever and cough and they would go, okay. They, they, they go by like a
00:41:13.780 more natural path. Yeah. And so remember the, you know what, or a, a mortar and pestle is that big
00:41:19.780 bowl and a big grinding thing that they used to use. Oh yeah. I've seen those. Yeah. Those used to be
00:41:25.060 traditional things that pharmacies just put up, but they don't do that anymore. But, but the mortar
00:41:29.060 pestle was there. I remember distinctly watching these guys put these herbs in there and then, uh, and,
00:41:34.180 but every single remedy, no matter what it was, they went to the back of the store,
00:41:39.220 they got in a glass case, a deer antler, and they take the cut end and they scrape that into there
00:41:45.860 too at every single thing. Now, back then I understand any of this. All I knew was that
00:41:49.860 they grinded it up and it was the most bitter damn thing that they were, they told my grandparents to
00:41:55.140 make a tea out of it and make me drink it. My grandparents, they were awesome. They made me drink
00:41:59.540 it, but they, they, they kind of added like an ingredient, like powdered honey in it. So I was
00:42:03.940 actually powerful. It was actually good. But, uh, so again, love to you guys up in heaven there.
00:42:09.060 But the point is that that was what would, you know, it was really effective. It actually would
00:42:14.900 get rid of the illness fairly quickly. Oh, and so that was kind of how you got into the natural.
00:42:19.380 Yeah. But the most important part was what was that deer antler? I always was wondering what the deer
00:42:25.460 antler was. So deer antler is actually, because of what I was saying, that this growth that these deer
00:42:32.100 have, it's actually growing deer antlers supposed to be taken. But, um, back then they, they just
00:42:38.100 took the antlers that fell, but anything that was in there had some of that growth matrix in it.
00:42:42.660 So that growth matrix or those growth factors are what we would call in modern terms of
00:42:47.220 constitutional remedy or a reconstructive thing, if you will. It's what built you back up and beyond
00:42:54.740 symptomatic, uh, get rid of the fever or sniffles or whatever you wanted to build your body back up.
00:42:59.700 And that's what that was. That's the basis that you added everything else on. And that's what our,
00:43:04.660 our philosophy at Neutronics is. We add on to all those growth factors that are brought there.
00:43:09.780 And so this goes back to traditional Chinese medicine, which has, um, stuff in writing,
00:43:14.340 at least, uh, back 3000 years. Uh, there's probably a lot of stuff that predated the scrolls
00:43:19.940 and whatever they wrote on back then. Um, but the bottom line is that this is something that's been
00:43:26.660 clearly established for three millennia or more that we're just kind of putting in a modern form.
00:43:31.860 And again, this is our, uh, again, our main, uh, flagship product, the IGF one plus. And again,
00:43:38.900 this is where we have all those growth factors inside that growth matrix of the deer antler that,
00:43:44.900 by the way, are the same exact things that you have in your body when you have the presence of
00:43:50.180 growth, human growth hormone in essentially the same amounts in your proportions. So it is
00:43:57.060 a replacement for growth hormone to a certain degree, because we're just putting the growth
00:44:02.740 factors in there that came from the growth hormone.
00:44:05.140 So it's a replacement for what you're born with when you start running out.
00:44:08.820 Right. And then we start running out of, I guess the big thing is we run out of this stuff. And by
00:44:13.460 putting it in there, people have actually called it the proverbial, um, fountain of youth, because it,
00:44:19.140 there's no such thing as anti-aging, by the way, folks, it's about healthy age. It's about being
00:44:23.540 the best you can be at any age, in any situation, because you know what, you need to be that way.
00:44:28.100 And whether it's because of testosterone or because of a lack of these growth factors,
00:44:33.300 you owe it to your, your loved ones and all the people that are around you that really need you,
00:44:38.580 like my case, my patients too, right. To be the best you can be, no matter what your situation is.
00:44:43.220 And this is a more natural way than a lot of like the steroid types, because I'm assuming
00:44:47.940 steroids do the same thing. Like they, like they, don't they increase your testosterone? I thought.
00:44:52.500 No, actually, if anything, steroids will diminish.
00:44:54.660 Really? Oh.
00:44:55.380 I don't know anything about that. Steroids and hormones, by the way, are very similar in
00:45:02.020 structure in their chemistry. So if you have more of something, it feeds back to the pituitary gland
00:45:06.900 of your brain. If you can imagine when my two fingers are meeting here, um, it's a little pea
00:45:10.820 size master gland called the pituitary gland. And it actually says, Hey, you got too much of this
00:45:14.980 stuff. I'm going to tone down my stimulation to make all this other stuff that's related to it. So
00:45:19.940 using steroids will diminish production of testosterone by, by definition. And so that's
00:45:25.540 what you don't want to do. So if you use the anabolic steroids, which, you know, there's a means
00:45:30.420 of building a muscle fast or whatever, they're going to lose that eventually.
00:45:34.340 Oh, I didn't. Did you see the rock just got skinny?
00:45:39.380 Yeah. I mean, there's always all kinds of ways where, and I really hope he's not sick because
00:45:44.100 Dwayne's really, he's an excellent person. So what was the last one called? The, could you
00:45:51.700 say that one more time? The name of the, the deer antler one, the deer antler velvet, you mean?
00:45:56.740 Yeah, that one. Yeah. Yeah. So velvet just refers to the sticky
00:46:02.420 state that it's in. But again, what I'm putting out there, you guys, is that we got this one, two
00:46:07.620 punch. That's going to make you the best that you can be to be the, the man you want to be. And yet
00:46:12.500 it's not going to make you an asshole. It's going to make you be firm about what you can believe.
00:46:16.980 In other words, you believe in yourself because your body's feeling better mentally, emotionally,
00:46:20.900 you're going to feel better about yourself. You're going to be able to make decisions for you,
00:46:24.180 your family, all your loved ones, and anybody else that needs to be around you to make the right
00:46:27.700 things. You're going to be there to protect and to be able to, to, to further, uh, and for
00:46:34.100 everybody to thrive who's around you, which is the traditional role that we see a man in the Bible.
00:46:39.460 Right? So that's why I want this to be out there for people. I want you to be the best that you can
00:46:45.140 be. You know, this world sucks right now. Even the Bible says we're in the fallen world. This
00:46:49.140 world really sucks. Everything is trying to bring us down. Whether you, I don't care what side of the
00:46:53.620 political aisle you're on. One side of the other is pissing you off. All the news that you read,
00:46:58.500 that's always pissing you off or depressing you. Everything around us seems to be crap. Well, let's build
00:47:04.580 ourselves up so we have a shield against the crap that we can be the best that we can be.
00:47:09.380 Um, again, uh, being 56 years old and I'm going to see this in the air and probably freak out people.
00:47:14.100 I have eight kids. Okay. So my oldest is in the army, which I'm really proud of. And I am,
00:47:18.740 my youngest is now six years old. Um, I was thinking about starting to rent a care,
00:47:22.340 a kid agency for prospective parents to see if you really want to do this.
00:47:25.700 But the whole point is that, you know, I, I, I'm there and I have to be a full-time dad. I have to
00:47:33.780 be, uh, I'm a full-time medical director for my own clinic. And, uh, and, and in case you guys are
00:47:38.980 going to want to see me, I'm at the Sierra Integrative Medical Center. That's, um, uh, if you want to check
00:47:43.940 us out on the web, it's www.sierraintegrative.com. Just one more. S-I-E-R-R-A-I-N-T-E-G-R-A-T-I-V-E.com.
00:48:00.740 Boy, I'm going to really flunk spelling bees. I can't do this. Uh, anyway, that's our website. So
00:48:06.260 sierraintegrative.com. Uh, check us out. Um, if we can help you, we're here to help you. I spent at
00:48:12.020 least 90 minutes with all my new patients to really get to know you. Uh, if you're old-fashioned

00:48:33.220 775-828-5388. Um, so if we can help you, I'm here. I, I, I, I'm always here to, to help educate my
00:48:41.380 patients, help you to be, to be, make this team effort that we can make you the best that you can
00:48:45.540 be, no matter what's going on with you. Uh, so give it, uh, give, give us a shout. And again,
00:48:51.540 check us all our stuff out in Nutronics because we, we really want you guys to try this stuff. In fact,
00:48:57.140 um, I, I think that, um, we, we have a little special going on for you and, uh, I just want to
00:49:03.460 pull up, make sure I say this correctly. Um, so, um, you, uh, I believe you, uh, I think we have a

00:49:35.540 And you go there and, um, for we, we, again, we, we sound like we're giving away the farm,
00:49:41.700 but we really want people to try this stuff out. Uh, right now we have a couple of things going on,

00:49:56.820 buy. We really believe in our product that much. We want you to be able to do it. Um, and if we,
00:50:02.180 uh, use the code, I think the codes per. Yeah. He's probably a 10% off guy. So again,
00:50:07.780 an extra 10% off channel, go get it. But here's something, here's something that's going to blow you
00:50:13.700 away. I'm, uh, you know, because we want you guys to try this and, and, uh, because I've had such a

00:50:45.300 we were talking about today, man's edge to go right along with that.

00:50:52.020 sleep product and we're going to also throw that in, uh, to sweeten the pot. But again,

00:51:28.740 Again, so sorry. Oh, army, um, uh, recruiting slogan, but be the best that you can be for whatever you
00:51:36.420 need to be for. Awesome. Awesome. Well, thanks so much for coming on. Uh, this was very informative.
00:51:43.380 So I learned a lot today. So I appreciate you coming on. Yeah, I really appreciate it. And
00:51:48.180 if you ever want to do a show about chronic Lyme disease and we can talk about that and also how
00:51:52.020 I can use some of these compounds to help that, but we, we have a very unique way we treat it here
00:51:56.020 at the clinic. So I'll be happy to discuss that with you at some other show, but I probably should
00:52:01.860 keep it in context today. Yeah, no, we'll definitely have you back on. So thanks so much for coming guys.
