00:03:53.860 a whole host of tariffs on our workers and a whole host of export and import controls on
00:03:59.520 American workers, they're letting products come in from the People's Republic of China
00:04:03.580 with nothing like that level of restriction. So what the president is doing here, it's not in an
00:04:10.360 effort to hurt anybody, certainly not in the United States, not even in Canada. We're trying
00:04:15.860 to make things more fair. And what we're saying to the Canadian government is if you want access
00:04:20.320 to American markets, you have to be fair to American workers. This is going to lead to a
00:04:24.700 place that's much better for American workers. I think, frankly, much better for Canadian workers
