00:00:00.000 all right all right what's up my brothers we're live again for an episode of playing to win
00:00:06.480 joined by my good friend and brother from another mother jay campbell what's up dude
00:00:10.500 richard man it's always an honor humbled privilege to be with you man we always make
00:00:14.800 magic let's do some more yeah it's been a while since we've hung out on a broadcast i think the
00:00:20.360 last last time we chatted was i had you on where you're kind of telling your story about all the
00:00:24.360 crap you went through in your life to get to where you are today um that was in the first
00:00:29.040 five episodes so if you guys haven't seen uh that one just go back in this playlist and you'll find
00:00:34.300 it but that's not what we're on about today we wanted to do a special broadcast on um optimizing
00:00:40.080 men's sexual health um there's a lot of stuff out there that guys don't know about a lot of guys at
00:00:45.860 some point are going to suffer uh with such a sexual health they may even abandon it and just
00:00:50.680 kind of give up altogether with uh dealing with it but um there's a lot that you can do you're
00:00:55.940 you're basically world class when it comes to figuring all these things out like you were the
00:01:01.440 go-to guy that i went to a few years ago when um i first started considering uh testosterone
00:01:07.420 optimization i know you've pivoted a bit on your channel with the stuff that you've been broadcasting
00:01:12.200 on but you've always been about like the about being the best version of yourself yeah absolutely
00:01:18.200 yeah 100 and then you know i still talk about hormones um i still obviously might you know that's
00:01:23.680 my real claim to fame getting into the industry that you and i are in now is i think what what
00:01:28.960 are we known as we're known as influencers richard we have okay we have to take that moniker because
00:01:34.280 we're influencers but um but yeah you know people ask me all the time like what do you do it i'm like
00:01:38.440 i'm a gypsy you know but but but truthfully um i still have a very large percentage of my audience that
00:01:44.780 is into men's health i've written some obviously world-class books as you said about them
00:01:49.160 um and i still love to talk about that yet truthfully if somebody was going to ask me put
00:01:54.120 a gun to my head what do you do i would say like i'm a master of human optimization right physical
00:01:59.680 spiritual mind body like that's what i spend all my waking hours uh talking about researching doing
00:02:05.760 and stuff like that so like i feel like talking about men's sexual performance and health is something
00:02:11.240 that i've spent you know indirectly decades on and really i've never had an opportunity to talk to
00:02:17.460 anybody about it like you and i are going to talk about it today and i think you know this very very
00:02:21.300 well like we live in such a you know whatever you want to claim world without calling it bad things
00:02:26.020 um men don't get talked about they don't we don't talk about this enough and they don't understand
00:02:32.000 like what they can do you know everything is always about women's sexual performance or women's
00:02:36.600 sexual health and like what women can do and most men are just kind of left if anything getting shafted
00:02:42.280 because they don't really know what to do you know they'll go to the doc and the doc will write
00:02:45.460 them a script for you know a pd5 inhibitor drug you know levitra cialis viagra whatever but they
00:02:50.960 don't ever really look at like what's the issue that's causing them to have you know a lack of
00:02:55.640 sexual performance erectile dysfunction whatever so hopefully today we can really get deep on that
00:03:00.240 yeah scripting somebody a blue pill or a yellow pill might be a bit of a band-aid solution but there's
00:03:05.500 often a lot of underlying problems beyond that i mean there's no point in giving somebody a script for
00:03:09.380 that if they're 100 pounds overweight i mean there's there's a bigger underlying issue there
00:03:13.560 all right um i got a few notes here that um i collected from our exchanges earlier today
00:03:19.580 and uh let's deal with the importance of endocrine optimization specifically hormonal therapeutic
00:03:25.820 testosterone uh thyroid uh pancreas uh and how that all ties into diet metformin and the other so
00:03:33.180 let's start with um what do we call it today because we've called it testosterone optimization
00:03:38.020 therapy we've called it trt we've got hrt what is the go-to uh catch phrase for this and what is it
00:03:46.680 exactly that's a great question man why i love talking with you and working with you bro is because
00:03:51.700 you always phrase things like in the way that you're not afraid to like pussyfoot around you know
00:03:56.780 you say it the way it's got to be said that's a good question i don't know i call it hormone
00:04:00.520 optimization now and what is that exactly yeah so i mean essentially hormone optimization is
00:04:06.260 understanding that for a man or a woman and obviously we're talking about men today but for
00:04:10.600 both um as we age our natural hormonal cascades you know less intercessate so most men today as you
00:04:19.480 know and you've been very big about this and been very good activists are not even aware that their
00:04:24.500 hormones are leveling off or are dropping and you know the biggest issue which we got to talk about
00:04:30.460 is we live in a toxic environment as you know i mean if you live in a major coastal population
00:04:36.000 center or city you are being bombarded from every angle from the air the water the food
00:04:41.800 you know the endocrine disrupting chemicals in your bathroom i mean there's no way to avoid this
00:04:47.520 onslaught but you know what i call this biochemical onslaught to that attacks your hormonal rhythms and
00:04:54.340 by the time you're 35 40 years old if you're not like super anal retentive you're pretty much
00:05:00.020 probably suffering from some form of a hormonal deficiency yeah so um i'm gonna i'm gonna kind of
00:05:06.620 do do a little bit of translation work because jay will speak at like a very high level a lot of the
00:05:11.140 time so what we're talking about here is um there's invisible things that can destroy your
00:05:17.540 endocrine balance and all that really is is do you have healthy levels of testosterone do you have
00:05:22.260 healthy levels of estrogen which by the way you do need in your body as a man otherwise you will
00:05:26.140 end up with uh cardiovascular issues you're going to have focus issues you know with your brain
00:05:30.660 function and all kinds of stuff so um you know like do you have a healthy endocrine panel and there's a
00:05:36.200 lot of things that are invisible that you don't see that can disrupt that including cell tower waves
00:05:41.200 wi-fi bluetooth um there's been a lot of studies done where it actually uh disrupts the mitochondria in
00:05:48.540 your balls so you cannot produce effective levels of testosterone and i didn't this isn't even
00:05:54.920 something that i haven't considered my entire life um i was at ben greenfield's house uh a mutual
00:06:00.720 friend of ours now a number of years ago and he was telling us about the build on his house and
00:06:05.480 the way that he structured um like there's no wi-fi at his place he's got rj45 runs throughout the
00:06:12.000 entire house with jacks everywhere so if you want to plug in your laptop or something that's how you get
00:06:15.960 your connection to the internet and they're all shielded and there's like a master switch in his
00:06:20.120 bedroom that he switches it shuts down every every line of power to the bedroom at night when you
00:06:24.860 want to go to sleep so highly fastidious about you know minimizing exposure to um anything that
00:06:32.220 might disrupt your endocrine system that's not realistic for most people like most guys
00:06:36.400 like some of the things that i've done in my own house is i just plug in my wi-fi to a timer
00:06:41.160 i don't need wi-fi at night when i'm sleeping i don't need it you know shooting visible race or at
00:06:47.120 the entire house at night when we're sleeping and realistically you know if you put it on a timer it
00:06:51.380 shuts it down or resets the thing in the morning when you get up and some people have a problem
00:06:54.940 shutting down screens tablets you know their phones uh netflix if they're streaming they might stay up
00:07:00.200 to one o'clock if it's not on a timer and shuts them out at 11 for a reasonable bedtime so there's
00:07:04.680 small things that you can do in that sense there's also um things that i've talked about before on my
00:07:08.540 channel like i have a sponsor that does uh here i'm going to go a little bit wider on the screen so
00:07:13.100 it takes in that um has a handmade natural soap and one of the things that i talk about with tactical
00:07:19.640 soap is it does you know because it's natural it doesn't have anything in the ingredients list that
00:07:24.560 you can't pronounce it's going to disrupt your endocrine system you and i talked once one time
00:07:29.200 about this book that you were reading um i don't know if it was when we were having dinner in la when
00:07:32.780 we got together i think it was that one called um astro generation yeah from anthony jay dr anthony jay
00:07:38.120 yeah and like the amount of estrogen that's in our systems today from all these various sort
00:07:43.800 can you cut like without going through all the details of the book can you kind of break it down
00:07:47.440 a little bit for us what what that was all about yeah actually i i this book is with me all the time
00:07:52.880 and by the way i should actually connect you with him because he i'm sure he'd be great for you to
00:07:56.480 bring on the show because he's an amazing dude but um yeah just just real quick i mean the title of
00:08:02.400 the book is how estrogenics are making you fat sick and infertile so i mean you know this guy is
00:08:07.740 like a world class he's the leading mayo clinic researcher on estrogen in the world and one of
00:08:14.300 his other claims to fame which i love about the guy is that he used to build viruses for the alphabet
00:08:20.440 agencies so yeah so he literally like knows how to design a bioweapon but he's really awesome dude
00:08:26.240 him and i talk a couple times a month we're really close friends now we've done multiple webinars
00:08:29.700 together but uh i mean honestly i i cannot recommend a book you know stronger than this book for
00:08:37.480 all guys you know regardless of whether you're 25 or 75 you know i mean everything is in this book
00:08:42.880 and it's very clear you know um lay anyone can understand it he makes it simple but i mean like
00:08:48.780 you said dude like in your shower if you don't have the right shower filtration system and i'm not
00:08:53.840 telling you to go and buy this like super that ten thousand dollar system which some people have in
00:08:58.360 their house um you you the contaminants that come from the water if you're again in a large city
00:09:04.600 you're not out in the country and i think guys in that live out in the you know the rural areas
00:09:09.260 and stuff like that are not going to have the contaminants that people like us have in the
00:09:12.460 bigger cities but basically it's everywhere um you know from the clothes that you wear from the food
00:09:18.360 that you eat from the air that you breathe like i said it's everywhere it's literally everywhere
00:09:22.740 so when it comes to hormone optimization we're talking about uh the exogenous introduction of
00:09:29.840 testosterone and aging males and what that means is basically uh pinning your body or you can use
00:09:36.340 creams i mean there's other uh delivery methods but realistically um a regular administration by
00:09:43.380 injection or a cream which is what you use i use injections every other day on a low dose
00:09:48.340 um is really the way to do it and it's it's something most guys don't think about because like
00:09:54.280 you mentioned with men testosterone declines it's about one or two percent every year from about
00:09:59.640 the age of 30 or so that's what they've told us for the last 30 years but truthfully bro it's and
00:10:05.920 anthony agrees it's probably double that now because of the environment you know the environment so yeah
00:10:10.540 so the average guy at 40 now is the testosterone of a geriatric man you know from the 50s and 60s
00:10:19.040 you know so i mean it's so low now realistically compared to like where men used to be that
00:10:25.260 as you're saying it's almost if you're really you know proactive it's almost a need or a necessity
00:10:32.140 to be considering using therapeutic testosterone and what are some signs that you should consider
00:10:38.980 therapeutic testosterone optimization and where do guys go to get that checked out because that's
00:10:44.420 important before we move on to the other topics too yeah for sure uh brain fog is the number
00:10:48.860 one symptom you know a lot of guys think they hear testosterone and they think oh my sexual
00:10:52.900 function is is not bad you know because a lot of guys that need it really bad are like oh no i have
00:10:58.180 no problem bro i get erections i can bang my wife blah blah girlfriend whatever but it's never that
00:11:02.540 it's cognition so if you're in the afternoon at like one or two o'clock and you just feel like you
00:11:07.400 got to go take a nap that's probably means you're suffering from a testosterone deficiency uh the other
00:11:12.280 things are obviously lack of energy lack of stamina in the gym um you know joints starting to get
00:11:17.960 you know sore you can't train like you once could when you were 25 30 35 whatever um there's a lot of
00:11:24.760 other factors um but brain brain fog or lack of cognition is usually the number one symptom of a
00:11:31.100 testosterone deficiency and we've talked before at length at least on two other occasions on my channel
00:11:37.240 so if you guys want more specific details on uh testosterone replacement therapy and the myths of it
00:11:43.860 because i know what's going to happen as soon as we've done the broadcast we're going to go back
00:11:47.820 to the comments and there's going to be some moron that's going to say oh bro it's going to make your
00:11:51.940 nuts shrivel up to raisins and you're going to die and get cancer and all it's like okay bro science
00:11:58.140 go go watch some of those other videos that jay and i have done together we've we've dispelled all the
00:12:05.220 mess it it is it is in my view anyway it is a essential part of optimizing the male body as you
00:12:12.680 age because as you as you're getting older um and with all the crap your body's getting hammered with
00:12:18.840 by you know outside sources uh toiletries water you drink foods that you eat you know like i said
00:12:25.980 bluetooth wi-fi cell tower signals that disrupt the mitochondria in your nuts all that stuff is going to
00:12:32.320 have a adverse negative effect on testosterone production um you're only going to know by
00:12:38.520 getting a proper blood panel done and your doctor can order it for you now your doctor's not the best
00:12:44.000 place to get a prescription for testosterone optimization therapy you really need to find a
00:12:50.880 clinic what do they call them down in the u.s because up here they usually call them uh something like
00:12:55.540 a bioidentical hormone replacement clinic or testosterone replacement clinic what do they call them down in the
00:13:01.080 states i mean same thing you know um a lot of the trt clinics like the top docs will call them windmill
00:13:07.440 clinics which you kind of want to avoid you know again everything i think we've covered everything
00:13:11.600 dude i may i know we've talked about it in the shows um it is tough to find the right physician
00:13:17.360 to do this i mean obviously if somebody wants to send an email to my team contact at jccampbell.com
00:13:23.400 i can absolutely positively if you're in north america recommend specific options like i can recommend
00:13:28.940 like a really high-end concierge doctor or two or three or there is telemedicine outfits and by the
00:13:34.800 way we should talk about this covid whatever that is um has allowed the lessening of restrictions
00:13:41.420 around telemedicine so there are outfits out there now that can offer blood work in home you know
00:13:47.360 they're doing the in-home blood work uh kits and all that stuff like that and then also work with the
00:13:51.520 right doctor for relatively cheap so you know it's without going into it and belaboring and talking about
00:13:56.520 that if somebody wants to email my team contact at jccampbell.com we'll be happy to send you some
00:14:00.520 information on that okay yeah because i mean like most of the time if you ask your doctor and they
00:14:05.040 draw blood and then it comes back they'll they'll say oh it looks like you're in normal ranges but
00:14:09.680 it'll be normal ranges based on what the government is telling you where they think is normal but that's
00:14:15.500 not optimized that's that's where they want you they want you acting like a bunch of sheep
00:14:19.380 you got it exactly and by the way they're lowering it again richard we haven't talked but they
00:14:24.820 actually lowered it again two months ago so now like if you're in the united states and you get
00:14:28.720 your it's insane you get your test back high now is like 786 wow yeah that's like you know it's like
00:14:36.140 if you can't dunk the the basketball just lower the net that's that's basically what they're what
00:14:40.680 they're doing in society it's just the eternal pacification of the human male but i'll let you
00:14:46.080 guys watch those videos because i don't want to spend too much time on it it is an integral part in
00:14:49.580 my view anyway i know that jay supports that message let's talk about thyroid specifically and
00:14:54.740 why that matters with men's sexual health so i love talking about this and this is again one of
00:15:00.140 those issues where a lot of doctors do not understand how to optimize men or women and you
00:15:05.900 know my mentorship and you know stepping on the shoulders of giants are great you know great people
00:15:10.140 whatever i've always taught me and i've learned that you cannot optimize one thing without the other
00:15:15.140 right so you have in the endocrine system you have you know the testosterone you know the fertility
00:15:19.980 you have the thyroid which obviously controls metabolism and then you also have the pancreas
00:15:25.100 which is where your insulin is which is again ultimately controlling inflammation and the level
00:15:30.200 of blood sugar in your body so you can't optimize one without the other three so thyroid when when
00:15:35.980 a doctor is attempting to optimize your testosterone it should also make sure that your thyroid is
00:15:42.140 running optimally which very few people today do for the exact same reasons we already talked about
00:15:47.900 why people suffer testosterone deficiency shitty food gmo undigestible food i mean we kind of go on
00:15:53.420 and on and on but you basically when your thyroid is not functioning optimally you got belly fat
00:15:58.980 you've got low energy you don't metabolize your food well you sleep very very poorly i mean thyroid is a
00:16:07.140 master you know gland in the endocrine system and when it's not working optimally it just causes all
00:16:12.520 sorts of side effects so preferably when you're working with a doctor knows what they're doing they're
00:16:16.800 going to optimize your thyroid just as they're going to optimize your testosterone okay and then we've
00:16:21.240 got uh pancreas next on that list of the endocrine optimization panels so insulin suppression by a diet
00:16:27.540 and metformin what do you mean by that so ultimately as we age our diet is going to be the master control
00:16:37.040 switch of our epigenetic change right so like you got genetics which is your dna and your epigenetics
00:16:42.420 which is your environment and your lifestyle if you constantly eat too much sugar drink too much
00:16:48.380 alcohol carry around a too much visceral body fat which is the most inflammatory substance that we
00:16:53.860 know of what do you mean by visceral body fat that's exactly so it's like the real thick viscous fat you
00:17:00.900 know you've got you've got visceral body fat and then you've got subcutaneous body fat visceral is the
00:17:05.580 kind that's really inflammatory and causes uh the diseases of aging cardiovascular disease diabetes all
00:17:11.240 those things so if you have a lifestyle it's again what i call it a pro-inflammatory lifestyle you drink
00:17:17.580 too much alcohol you eat too much sugar you're eating a lot of gmo food obviously you probably
00:17:21.700 don't exercise enough blah blah blah um you are going to have too much visceral body fat too much
00:17:26.700 inflammation and your chemo receptors in your pancreas which are the control valve or the master switch
00:17:34.200 to allow your body to produce insulin you only have a finite amount of um i would say viability
00:17:42.100 of your chemo receptors working right so the average dude and woman who eats like shit by the time they
00:17:48.860 get to 40 their chemo receptors are not working well and what happens is is when they stop working
00:17:54.320 you know your body cannot control your insulin signal so what ends up happening is every time you eat too
00:17:59.800 much sugar or drink too much alcohol or any of those things your body gets overwhelmed with insulin
00:18:04.200 your insulin your chemo receptors cannot control that master switch anymore for shunting and blocking
00:18:09.600 the insulin and so you become fat you become inflamed which again leads to the diseases of aging because
00:18:14.660 inflammation is what causes people to die all life times a lot of inflammation and all inflammation is
00:18:20.520 caused ultimately by the control of insulin so when we talk about like you want to be as you age
00:18:26.260 insulin sensitive then that means that your body can handle whether you eat sugar whether you drink
00:18:33.540 alcohol whether you eat protein or not and never have like an overwhelming response to your system that
00:18:39.100 makes you physiologically get degraded which is again what leads to disease and um turmeric is not enough
00:18:46.360 to reduce inflammation in the body like you definitely want to cut out alcohol processed foods
00:18:50.680 you talk a lot about metformin i know that that's one one of your like holy trinity on anti-aging for men
00:18:58.560 why is metformin important because for the most part anybody that's familiar with that um prescription
00:19:04.600 drug it's used mostly for diabetes right exactly so yeah so it's a great question it's the most
00:19:10.300 studied drug in the history of the world it's actually a plant um it's a fishing alice milax it's it comes
00:19:16.760 from france it's a it's it's a you know built built into a medicinal drug but um truthfully the best way to
00:19:24.420 explain it without spending a lot of time on it is metformin is in a there's a study right now
00:19:28.920 going on called the tame trial which is metformin and age management and it's the first study in the
00:19:35.100 history of the world that's actually designed to look at a drug in the format of is it actually
00:19:41.240 extending life and early data that's being not not for the public consumption but because i know people
00:19:47.400 involved in the study it's pretty amazing now i wrote an article about two months ago and if you fact
00:19:54.060 checked me it might have been three months ago it might have been in january um about metformin that
00:19:59.360 has already been archived on the edu site and i you know i'll give it to you so that you can put it in
00:20:04.040 the comments of this youtube channel but it literally is over 6800 words it will take you good 20 minutes
00:20:09.860 depending on how fast you can read but every single possible thing that you could ever want to
00:20:13.780 understand about metformin is in the article so metformin in addition to helping you live longer and
00:20:19.600 stronger it is um cancer killing it literally causes apoptosis of cancer tumors it's neuroprotective
00:20:26.940 it helps the brain it's cardiovascular protective it does so many things to crush systemic inflammation
00:20:33.180 that everyone should be on it now there are people out there we address this in the article
00:20:37.580 age researchers that also say that it can limit maximum glycogen formation and output
00:20:46.020 in like the highest performance athletes and we even counter that and study and look at the actual
00:20:51.700 research that they've used to interpret it and it's basically not true there's maybe a very small
00:20:56.560 percentage of like elite power you know strong men that would want to curb their metformin percentage
00:21:02.280 like for a week up before their event but other than that if you're a normal person who wants to
00:21:07.480 age longer or age healthier and live longer and stronger you absolutely should be using metformin
00:21:12.840 and without getting into the esoteric you know what is it doing it basically drops your insulin
00:21:19.200 signal so those things we were talking about your your chemoreceptors your pancreas failing
00:21:23.420 metformin helps extend the life of your chemoreceptors and yes richard to answer your question it's given
00:21:31.120 to people who treat their body like shit type 2 diabetes because it's such a pronounced effect
00:21:37.100 of blunting that insulin signal for those people but when you take it and turn it around the
00:21:42.740 inverse for people like me and you and people that follow us who are living a you know low
00:21:47.380 inflammatory you know optimized lifestyle it just extends and improves everything and actually i
00:21:52.820 didn't say it but it also helps extend telomere or telomerase which is what extends the telomere
00:21:58.760 caps for long term for living longer right we know now that like you want to extend your telomeres
00:22:03.380 and improve the quality of your telomeres and it does that too so everyone should be on that form
00:22:08.160 in my opinion all right if you guys really want to geek out on the on these details uh jay camels
00:22:13.920 got his own youtube channel just under on his own name as you see there in the screen so go to youtube
00:22:18.920 type in that uh name and search the channel he's got lots and lots of interviews with uh professionals
00:22:24.180 that get really really dialed into deep topics on this um next point we got on here is uh endothelial
00:22:31.700 function avoiding disease aging in the 90s low inflammatory lifestyle okay we kind of already talked
00:22:36.800 about that with body fat sugar gmo um got another point here we'll move into next with men's sexual
00:22:43.780 health and optimizing that which is uh natural supplements that improve that improve nitrous
00:22:49.060 nitric oxide production uh what do you mean by nitric oxide production because i know that cialis sort of
00:22:56.480 sort of does that yep so so basically nitric oxide no is what allows your body to increase the oxygenation
00:23:06.500 of your red blood cells so the more oxygen you get into your red blood cells the more
00:23:11.660 um pump the more blood flow the better less occluded from your vascular your vascular system your
00:23:19.440 capillaries your arteries the more blood can come through so for example when we say you want to
00:23:25.440 increase nitric oxide formation that's that's going to help with erections because you're going to get
00:23:29.760 better blood flow to your penis it's also going to and this is why they sell this in pre-workout
00:23:35.160 supplements like powders and stuff that people take all the time it's going to increase the pump
00:23:39.640 when you're training right because you're going to have increased uh glycogen flowing through your
00:23:46.280 veins through your you know your venous architecture your you know i'm thinking bicep or whatever but
00:23:50.740 ultimately it's going to enhance the pump but here's the other thing and this is why um increasing
00:23:55.660 nitric oxide is so important and it's perfect time too for covid um what happens when you have covid
00:24:02.700 if you get covid before people say covid doesn't it's fake jay it's a scam there's no real disease
00:24:09.420 it's a 5g radiation disease no truth truthfully you know i've got very smart friends i'm lucky to hang
00:24:15.520 out with and stuff and covid is a bioweapon but we're not getting into covid but if you get covid
00:24:19.960 your cells the heme in your red blood cells is attacked by the the disease of covid and so the more
00:24:29.360 nitric oxide you have in your body the better you are able to fight off if you would be getting
00:24:35.320 that disease but also obviously nitric oxide improve improves a million other things and we're going to
00:24:41.900 talk about you know one of the points is why cialis a microdose of cialis will let you live longer
00:24:46.420 because nitric oxide is improving oxygen content in red blood cells and improving endothelial function
00:24:54.580 and what that means is is basically the sensitivity of your vascular pathways is improved so again you
00:25:00.780 have better blood flow your penis is more sensitive all those things again you know improve why or
00:25:09.520 lessens your chances of becoming cardiovascularly diseased or inflamed because again having more
00:25:15.180 nitric oxide formation which again comes from these supplements which we can talk about
00:25:18.860 will allow you to become more endothelial or more optimally through your endothelial function
00:25:25.220 which again is just sensitivity in your in your vascular pathways um i got a name here that i'm
00:25:31.420 probably going to butcher when i try to pronounce but in my notes when we were exchanging nitro scene
00:25:36.860 what is that yeah nitro c gain so it's actually it's a new natural over-the-counter supplement
00:25:42.360 can i drop this link in the chat in case that's just a good you know i don't know that company i
00:25:49.220 don't promote them or anything but it was a really good link for as far as like people can read about
00:25:53.120 it but this you'll start seeing this supplement now and yeah you'll start seeing people the folks
00:25:59.500 watching this right now you guys are going to start seeing this supplement show up in a lot of
00:26:02.960 like nitric oxide or no2 formation supplements you know pump pre-workouts and also people will be
00:26:08.900 selling it as a sexual not an aphrodisiac but again a stimulant for improving um blood flow to
00:26:14.980 the penis but it's a very very pronounced over-the-counter supplement it's new it's very
00:26:19.760 new it's probably been around about 18 months or so but it's really starting to make its way into the
00:26:24.080 scene now because they have a lot more scientific data on it but uh it's not as good as say cialis but
00:26:29.980 it's pretty close so for an over-the-counter supplement it's pretty amazing but it doesn't have again
00:26:35.560 what you know all the other effects that cialis as a pd5 inhibitor medication does and obviously if
00:26:41.620 you want to go into that and talk about why cialis is so important we can yeah let's um let's go to
00:26:47.200 that next because that was the other point we were going to hit on is micro dosing cialis will extend
00:26:51.680 your life and uh there's neuroprotective and vascular benefits of micro dosing cialis beyond just
00:26:57.960 um you know your boner working better exactly and and and and i didn't even give it to you but we
00:27:03.600 should talk about it so it's now also the number one most prescribed drug for people that have
00:27:08.020 prostate benign prostate hypertrophy so bpa yep so it does so many things this is like a very
00:27:15.240 undiscovered medication and some of the smart guys that work in men's sexual performance on the doctor
00:27:21.080 side of things uh dr merrill match he's one of the guys out there what's up shout out to him um you know
00:27:26.580 who taught me a lot about this about four or five years ago he's like dude that drug has so many
00:27:30.960 uh applications to help men um but so so just so they understand so when i say a micro dose of cialis
00:27:39.080 they will literally now sell it and obviously i'm a big liquid guy i you know i i recommend people get
00:27:44.780 liquid cialis versus the pills because they're so expensive like everything else from big pharma they
00:27:49.040 try to rip you off but two and a half to five milligrams of cialis a day does a million different
00:27:55.020 things but as you said it improves um dendritic and um synaptic pathways in the brain it clears it out
00:28:02.400 it's like literally cellular gunk removal so in your brain you have all these free oxy radicals the
00:28:08.840 degradation from just living you know being in life you know not sleeping well drinking too much alcohol
00:28:14.480 being bombarded by all these toxins uh a micro dose of cialis is going to cleanse the pathways in the
00:28:20.840 brain it does the exact same thing for the heart so all your vascular pathways your arteries your
00:28:26.440 arterioles it's also going to cleanse and then obviously we know the things for sex right like
00:28:31.240 two and a half to five milligrams a day of um cialis is also going to improve blood flow to the penis
00:28:36.940 it's definitely an awesome uh medication for pre-workout because it's going to increase your
00:28:44.100 blood flow and it's going to give you a much better pump i mean you know i know a lot of guys who are
00:28:48.560 pros uh you know on the fitness and bodybuilding side of things that like you know 10 milligrams
00:28:53.620 cialis before you know an hour before they train is like you know they have to do it because it nothing
00:28:59.080 provides a better pump than that so there's other things i'm not talking about that you know apply
00:29:04.260 obviously it it shrinks uh inflamed prostate tissue um the smooth muscle lining along the walls of the
00:29:11.840 urethra to the prostate are enlarged so you'll you'll get better um urine flow i mean again it's
00:29:18.520 an amazing and amazing supplement if you use their micro dosage and why cialis why not viagra
00:29:25.520 because viagra i mean they're similar they're both five pd5 you know inhibitors um cialis is a longer
00:29:34.040 acting so molecularly when it gets in the bloodstream it doesn't activate as fast as viagra does and if
00:29:40.960 you're a person a man who isn't in the best condition especially again you have some endothelial
00:29:46.400 dysfunction you don't have that sensitivity it can cause a massive headache and then as you also
00:29:52.020 know too if you're really inflamed and you have too much body fat you know some guys have had heart
00:29:56.200 attacks using uh viagra because again viagra is a spike you know from a half-life standpoint it happens
00:30:02.220 immediately same thing with livitra whereas cialis is more of an extended release medication
00:30:06.880 got it um before we go to the acoustic wave technology stuff i also wanted to talk about
00:30:14.400 exercise um there was um there's a book that my um buddy recommended to me a couple years ago he's
00:30:22.060 he's my family lawyer we're having lunch he was telling me about this book he finished reading
00:30:25.360 basically the entire study in the book was look if you're over 35 years old you got to move more
00:30:31.600 and you have to introduce more cardio into your lifestyle i think you've talked about this before
00:30:35.780 too but um how much cardio should men be doing um and at what level of intensity because if i recall
00:30:43.140 the book said something like you want about 40 minutes of cardio getting your heart rate up over
00:30:47.960 about 125 130 beats per minute why is that important for guys as they age i'm so glad you brought that up
00:30:55.340 because so many guys that pay attention to both of us you know who are in shape they're quote-unquote fit
00:31:00.520 they train they got awesome workout programs great physiques they do not do enough cardio and that
00:31:06.600 is you cannot said anything more important on this entire show than understanding that blood viscosity
00:31:14.060 you got to continue to turn over the nutrients in your body especially as you're aging and especially
00:31:20.500 if you're using injectable testosterone because remember injectable testosterone does enhance
00:31:25.380 the oxygenation of blood right which is a good thing but if you're not
00:31:30.000 you know replenishing um the blood itself through you know um cardiovascular exercise depending on
00:31:37.060 the energy and we're going to get to that because you asked that question which is really smart
00:31:39.880 um but a lot of guys will get thick what they call thickened blood and because the blood becomes too
00:31:47.400 viscous because they're not doing enough cardio to you know oxygenate or reoxygenate that thickening
00:31:53.980 blood to get it out like through deamination which is essentially just you know sweat exercise water loss
00:31:59.800 fluid loss but but ultimately um to answer your question about intensity this this this is a
00:32:07.120 sort of complex conversation it depends on what the person is doing right like if you're a faster
00:32:12.580 if you are a person that says does you know like my diets right like guaranteed shredder the blowtorch diet
00:32:18.660 um and you do every other day fasting you should never do any kind of high intensity cardiovascular
00:32:24.560 training on days that you're fasting because you want to be very cognizant of the energy cycles that
00:32:30.320 you're tapping so for example what you said is exactly right and the smartest guys now that talk
00:32:35.820 about cardio in the in the sports science industry guys like brad schoenfeld uh dr jose antonio they're
00:32:41.900 talking now about like they realize that 125 basically 120 to 140 in that range of beats per minute
00:32:51.620 cardio vascular exercise is at a point where it's not too intense where you can't carry on a
00:32:57.860 conversation like you and i are having right now but it's also at a steady a steady enough state that
00:33:03.020 you are burning primarily free fatty acids for the performance which is again fat tissue right
00:33:11.720 versus if you're doing high intensity cardio okay now this goes back to again what is your diet if
00:33:17.580 you're just a normal guy who eats three or four times a day combination of carbohydrates fats and
00:33:22.360 protein not as important and you can most likely get away with doing a higher intensity form of
00:33:27.520 cardio depending again on your conditioning versus a guy who's fasting because when you're fasting and
00:33:33.160 you're relying on your body to burn body fat right for its energy source you also want to make sure your
00:33:38.680 cardio is relying on the same energy and as soon as you start doing high intensity cardio in a fasted
00:33:45.640 or close to fasted state the body starts has a need energetically for sugar and so where is it going
00:33:52.140 to get the sugar when it doesn't have any flowing through the body because your glycogen is low it's
00:33:55.880 going to burn muscle through a process of what is called gluconeogenesis and you don't want to burn
00:34:01.620 muscle when you're fasting so fasted cardio is a bad idea no fasted cardio not high intensity is a bad
00:34:10.100 i mean excuse me fasted cardio at high intensity is a bad idea fasted cardio is amazing if you do what
00:34:15.340 you said originally which is between 120 and 140 beats per minute steady so fasted cardio at mild
00:34:22.220 intensity is what you're saying exactly moderate intensity yes and that's the best form of cardio
00:34:26.360 100 if you're fasted and you're doing cardio fasted at that intensity you do not risk burning muscle
00:34:33.080 you're going to enhance fat loss i even say to people it's great thing you brought that up and to
00:34:39.260 clarify i even say to people like if you really want to get ripped and you're losing a lot of body fat
00:34:45.000 before you break your fast whether it's 16 18 20 hours whatever you do for your fast do a second
00:34:50.440 set of cardio again at that moderate intensity because your body is going to be at a in a
00:34:57.640 biochemical state where you are now kind of in a fight or flight hormonal response and what is
00:35:02.760 happening is you're having what is called catecholamines produced and catecholamines
00:35:07.100 literally mobilize stubborn body fat so if you're a dude and you're holding on to fat like right in your
00:35:12.800 midsection or you have maybe some love handles and you want to burn it off man the second cardio
00:35:17.380 session of moderate intensity before you break your fast is is amazing that's going to drop that fast
00:35:23.660 okay and how long should guys be doing the cardio session for it just depends on how much body fat
00:35:29.300 they have to lose i don't think personally that you should ever do more than 45 minutes now that said
00:35:35.180 if you're in a you know in a conversation you're a deep book you're meditating you know whatever you're
00:35:39.860 doing you can go longer i mean i i've definitely have done some cardio sessions where i'm reading
00:35:44.320 i'll do 60 minutes you know on a stationary bike what's most important for guys to understand though
00:35:49.500 so again 30 to 45 minutes optimal if you go a little longer okay but what's again most important is the
00:35:55.340 type you should not if you're like me and you dude you're 40 and older should not be doing ballistic
00:36:01.520 explosive type movements because of the pressure you put on your joints and your lower leg
00:36:06.900 do you keep the resistance consistent or do you use like the hill sort of uh setting it's a great
00:36:12.700 question if you're not if you do you can do both but if you're doing the hill setting make sure you're
00:36:17.840 not pumping like crazy like you're doing intervals because again you'll tap sugar okay so slower
00:36:22.560 intervals are fine if you want to exactly okay um let me grab the super chat here from jj the terrible
00:36:29.200 uh i've been using a small dose of cialis or viagra washed down with a five hour energy for the last
00:36:34.980 three years as a pre-workout campbell's spot on about the palm to help prevent headache extra
00:36:39.120 hydration seems to work what do you think of those five hour energy drinks um you know they're not
00:36:45.420 nothing wrong with them i mean i you know i would just rather just you know use this shit the caffeine
00:36:50.080 stuff the meal it's the same thing it's honestly the same thing if you look at the ingredients of
00:36:54.640 both they're the same but if that guy's like you know used to using the five hour energy and does that
00:36:59.240 it's great but he's totally right i mean five milligrams of cialis is amazing it brings up an
00:37:05.040 interesting point before i forget guys who are taking too much cialis regularly because again
00:37:12.080 they're inflamed right that the some of those guys not all but some guys do develop a resistance
00:37:18.200 and five milligrams or two and a half milligrams will stop working now again not everybody and that's
00:37:23.880 why i always tell people you know that they do if that happens they just come off it for a couple
00:37:28.040 weeks exactly just reset the receptors or or and even better is get a script or find a research
00:37:34.680 chemical company that sells naltrexone because naltrexone is a drug n-a-l so uh i'm sorry now
00:37:44.240 here i'll just here i'll just type it in the chat i'm sorry yeah it's n-a-l naltrexone n-a-l-t-r-e-x-o-n-e
00:37:52.520 e sorry t-r-e-x-o-n-e naltrexone there you go guys so that so that drug is they study that with
00:38:01.060 ptsd people um but it's an amazing drug for guys like us who have blasted you know their receptors
00:38:07.980 for whatever i mean again it it upregulates or resets receptors for all levels of the biosystems
00:38:14.380 so but you're using a micro dose of it but it definitely has a lot of therapeutic effects in that
00:38:19.740 regard do you have a video on your channel or a or an article that you've talked about that on
00:38:23.800 um i definitely have rj coals but i haven't written about that specifically but yeah if you go on my
00:38:30.180 channel and you search naltrexone there's probably a couple of podcasts that will come up we talk about
00:38:34.700 it okay um by the way guys if you're in my men's community on the facebook page on the files tab
00:38:40.980 uh jay's books are there as a pdf so you can grab them for free um so if there's newer members of the
00:38:47.400 community because i haven't had jay on for a while now but um they're still there on the tab so make
00:38:50.800 sure you check that resource for information got another super chat here from josh before we move
00:38:54.580 on uh jay what are your thoughts on cold therapy fat to help with fat burning uh what's up josh thanks
00:39:00.300 for the question um you know it's not ineffective but is it you know for um dollars donuts dollars for
00:39:07.920 donuts is it great no i mean you're if you just do fasted cardio and you know get into some form of a
00:39:15.520 regular you know fast program in your life i know a lot of people i richard you and i've talked about
00:39:20.180 this i know a lot of people who just fast on weekends right like they have a normal monday
00:39:25.380 through friday job they you know they try to eat around 10 or 11 at their first meal so they probably
00:39:30.020 only do 14 hours which really isn't fasting but on the weekend they're free and they don't eat
00:39:34.720 anything until they have like a really nice meal you know like that warrior diet shit at seven o'clock
00:39:38.980 on saturday and sunday night and by the way that type of lifestyle is also great
00:39:42.560 for socializing because you're not eating until you're going out at night and then at that time
00:39:48.880 you can kind of relax you know again assuming you're not a great big fat person and eat whatever
00:39:53.820 you want because you've just gone you know 18 or 19 hours without food cool all right so what do we
00:39:59.500 got next here on the list we got uh optimized tools for enhanced sexual performance for the aging man
00:40:05.640 so let's go down on uh acoustic wave technology and how that's going to revolutionize the world i first
00:40:13.060 heard about this a few years ago um ben greenfield was telling us about this uh clinic that he went to
00:40:20.520 where they basically zap your johnson so um you know you got to fly into the clinic or travel into it
00:40:26.660 you know you book your appointment you buy it so many sessions for a few thousand dollars and they
00:40:30.420 basically uh hit your uh penis with acoustic sound waves that break up plaque in the penis if i'm
00:40:37.680 recalling that correctly you said that he said that he walked out of there with a boner basically but
00:40:42.460 um how does it work and why is it so effective so it's um so yeah so like we you know we'll probably
00:40:49.060 end up speaking about this for 10 or 15 minutes so we're on the verge right now if the world
00:40:53.660 big big question if the world makes it we're on the verge of a massive biochemical biomedical
00:41:02.040 revolution there are so many unbelievable technologies that are coming into the marketplace
00:41:07.480 from just peptides from mrna encoded um drugs that literally can go in and change your genetic code
00:41:15.100 you know with like one injection a year to acoustic wave technology now right like so so i brought this
00:41:21.780 one which so the phoenix which used to be the rocket which was owned by launch medical is a new company
00:41:29.740 that is the same basically technology that you and i have promoted and they have basically created an
00:41:37.560 in-home acoustic wave device and it has the same energy signature as the in-clinic high-end
00:41:45.900 technologies that are in europe and the united states the one that everybody knows about in the united
00:41:51.320 states was gains wave or you know still is in the united states a lot of medical clinics have that
00:41:56.100 and it's always been a very like i would say a rich man's game because it was a very expensive form of
00:42:02.660 treatment but to answer your question um the way it works is basically low intensity corporal shockwave
00:42:10.080 therapy goes and remodels the shaft of the penis by removing as you said micro plaque and when it removes
00:42:17.880 the micro plaque through a process called angiogenesis it remodels the collagen in the shaft
00:42:23.720 what is micro plaque like is that the equivalent like as a car guy so i've got an r8 and i've got to
00:42:29.420 get the um the uh intake the valves like basically they're prone to carbon buildup and what they do is
00:42:37.420 they basically blast crush walnut through it just to kind of clean it out is it the same sort of thing
00:42:42.760 where it blasts the plaque off your blood vessels same thing everybody is walking around right now
00:42:48.620 with micro plaque everywhere you have it in your arms you have it in your brain you know so all the
00:42:53.080 things that we were talking about earlier with like why does cialis help the brain why does metformin help
00:42:57.060 the brain because it literally is alleviating you know what i call gunk you know it's like it's
00:43:02.540 essentially like a cellular fumigation right so in those in the way those medications suppress the
00:43:09.060 inflammation and get rid of that gunk so does an acoustic wave technology break up the stuck
00:43:15.500 together coagulated you know micro plaque and lesions and adhesions and all that stuff that
00:43:21.160 just really does come about from day-to-day life right like if you're using your penis sexually
00:43:25.760 i hope so right and a lot of guys a lot of guys today are using their hands right but even using your
00:43:34.020 hands would would cause you know again you're you're breaking up tissues that are then becoming
00:43:40.400 traumatized leading to cellular degradation which leads to inflammation so yeah this device
00:43:46.180 is breaking that up now let's just talk about this so we can expand so i've got mine here too so
00:43:52.380 let's just kind of give it a testimonial because i got this one shipped about a week ago i've used it
00:43:57.600 three times it's weird okay like when you first get it and you start you know um it's almost like
00:44:04.080 a jackhammer it just it just makes a lot of noise and um you see the vein work kind of
00:44:10.420 yeah i mean you're obviously not seeing it clean but something's going on there because like the veins
00:44:16.440 are popping and you can see that there's that there's a effect on it it's not painful by any stretch
00:44:21.580 of the imagination but does it work um in my estimation yes it does work and if you're already
00:44:28.340 doing things like trt and you're and you're burning through belly fat um you know you've got a low dose
00:44:34.780 prescription for cialis and things like that this is like the next level thing like how many times have
00:44:39.700 you used yours now because i know that you got yours yeah so i got mine three days before yours so
00:44:43.960 i've done four treatments and you know dude i mean i i think it is important though and i'm glad you
00:44:49.360 just said what you said um because i've done a lot of videos on my channel about it and the truth is
00:44:55.220 is that the cleaner your lifestyle the less the body fat you have the less inflammation you have
00:45:00.480 the more pronounced the effect but you know truthfully and you know my wife should interview
00:45:05.860 my wife i mean this thing is a fucking revolution dude yeah i mean you so i've so i've dropped the link
00:45:12.220 in the chat there guys if you want to grab it um they had issues obviously with shipping before
00:45:17.420 right um that's been solved now um it's it's basically being sold by the patent holder
00:45:23.660 yep john hoffman yeah so so the whole story just real quick is this thing should have been in people's
00:45:29.760 hands by mid-january covid happened their manufacturer is in china i actually bought mine in october last year
00:45:37.140 when i first heard about it i actually bought it sight unseen because i knew that the endorsement that
00:45:41.740 greenfield gave on it was legit so before i even talked to you or you know the original guys yeah
00:45:47.920 yeah and i and as everybody knows i'm sure a lot of guys that are watching this now and if you haven't
00:45:52.780 you know go over to my channel but you know i have a video that we did when i had the initial treatment
00:45:57.280 of their prototype device which was back in early october it might even been end of september i don't
00:46:02.160 remember uh but it's you know very very wide widely viewed video and stuff like that but this
00:46:07.660 technology now is you know way beyond that again it's called the phoenix and um from that you know
00:46:15.540 original device to now this is like it's like holding a tesla in your hand but you know truthfully
00:46:21.440 truthfully it really does as you said just talk about for people and first off as you said they spent
00:46:26.760 a lot of money on making sure that there was no pain there's no friction there's nothing you know
00:46:31.400 they'll send you numbing cream just so you can kind of get over the idea that you might actually
00:46:35.740 have pain but as you know there's no pain it massively enhances blood flow instantly as you
00:46:41.560 said you can see your veins engorge become more pronounced i call it venous architecture becomes
00:46:47.440 more pronounced um after four treatments i mean dude i know i told you this but like if i am surfing
00:46:54.140 around on the internet and i see a chick in a bikini you know and i'm almost 50 right like i'm six months
00:46:59.660 from me seven months from being 50 years old it just it just enhances penile sensitivity
00:47:05.160 uh it definitely makes your erections bigger like better because again it's improving blood flow
00:47:10.940 it's improving the venous just like you know i gotta get my car's you know intake uh walnut blasted to
00:47:19.760 clean it out every couple years this is kind of the same sort of thing i mean um like you know we've
00:47:25.700 talked about trt for years now and that'll that'll get you the optics the physique of a younger man
00:47:32.400 it'll make you feel like a younger man um you know for some guys that even like completely corrects ed
00:47:38.060 um for them as well where they'll wake up with raging morning wood and they're chasing their wife
00:47:42.640 you know around the house all the time um for other guys they might have to apply some of the
00:47:47.380 strategies like cialis obviously i mean straight up you should be doing a lot more cardio like if
00:47:52.740 you're a guy over 30 35 years yeah still still weight train still pick up heavy stuff and put it down
00:47:58.180 when the gym's reopen which you know i'm still waiting for patiently it blows my mind that the
00:48:04.400 liquor stores are still open you know you can buy your weed in canada you can get a hamburger but i
00:48:10.260 but i still can't go to the fucking gym fuck dude you mean you mean you mean you're not tired of all
00:48:15.060 the push-ups you're doing in your garage i'm getting tired of the push-ups i'll tell you i actually
00:48:18.960 broke my chin-up bar dude i've done so many chin-ups with my chin-up hanging off my deck the fucking
00:48:25.060 thing broke off the deck i had to get new fasteners so i gotta hang that up again this weekend dude it
00:48:30.360 took me six weeks in dealing with ebay vendors and all these people just to get a fucking pair of 30
00:48:36.700 pound dumbbells anyway so so this will get your johnson back to a place at a younger man's age
00:48:44.240 because there's obviously going to be less plaque built up in your veins at that age um can you can
00:48:49.660 you talk a little bit more about um pricing because i because i dropped the link there in the chat but
00:48:53.900 is it still the same price at the initial launch so no so they you know depending on when you if you
00:49:00.420 were an original purchaser or pre-purchaser there were two different prices and right now they're at
00:49:05.120 the normal price which is what not the pre-launch price but the original pre-launch price was 399
00:49:09.620 and now it's 750 bucks which was the regular full price before the pre-launch um you know is so people
00:49:18.620 will ask like well how many because originally when when you and i were first promoting this back in the
00:49:23.720 day last year um they didn't really know how many applications we're going to get from this device
00:49:28.600 and as you know now the technology the quality the craftsmanship the quality of this they don't even
00:49:34.020 know how many it it's like they think it's going to do so many treatments that they can't even estimate
00:49:39.900 i mean again it's this is a really high quality high grade you know when i talked to john about it
00:49:44.500 i was like is it going to do more than a thousand treatments and he's like most likely like they
00:49:48.500 haven't even run out like in their clinic um and they've done you know a lot so so like if you can
00:49:55.040 get a thousand treatments out of this versus i mean most guys that have to go in-house to the clinic to
00:49:59.980 use a big giant machine that the nurse has to apply to your junk that's a few thousand dollars if you're
00:50:04.900 buying the treatments to go into a clinic and i've heard them on the radio here before too like here in
00:50:09.900 toronto i've started to hear them advertise for these types of clinics now um i would imagine that
00:50:15.680 probably around the same price point it's like three or four thousand dollars so even an at-home
00:50:19.600 use unit that can do a thousand treatments that's that's pretty good value for that price point it's
00:50:24.260 a it's unbelievable and truthfully um my assumption is and this is just my assumption but like the the
00:50:31.060 high-end exotic clinic treatments are going to come down because once yeah i mean you know that's
00:50:38.080 economy of scale but i mean as soon as the you know more and more people you know start using this
00:50:43.020 and getting it you know getting it in their hands they're going to be blown away but like i said
00:50:46.700 dude like you know don't want to go back you know one of the other things that you said i do liken it
00:50:52.180 to becoming a teenage guy again like like i'm not kidding you like and again i know i'm not like the
00:50:58.540 average you're not the average you know we're pretty optimized guys but like like just banging my
00:51:03.340 wife it's like it's weird because like i want to have an orgasm like so fast like like it improves
00:51:09.160 sensitivity you know so i mean this is you know let's just not talk about me and you dude let's
00:51:15.560 talk about guys no but seriously let's talk about guys who are really going to get value from this
00:51:19.960 and if you're a 50 year old dude you know or even a 40 year old dude who doesn't take care of
00:51:25.420 themselves you are going to have way better erectile strength you're going to have way better sensitivity
00:51:32.240 and feeling again assuming you're not you know 200 pounds overweight morbidly obese inflamed
00:51:36.640 you're going to feel this and you know that's what you know when i when i talked to john about
00:51:40.380 this you know that's what he says he goes this is a marvel revolution for men who struggle to get
00:51:45.620 erections in their 50s and 60s i mean this thing will really truly in my opinion revolutionize sexual
00:51:53.100 performance for those type of guys i mean it's already revolutionized sex for me and you now and we
00:51:57.040 barely even have used it so i mean imagine when this thing gets into the into the wild yeah and it's not
00:52:02.240 that difficult to use it's not painful it takes 10 minutes tops maybe 10 15 minutes just to kind
00:52:07.360 of go around and do the full treatment it's it's it's super easy plus you're doing it in the privacy
00:52:10.820 in your home it's not like you got to go to a clinic and have some nurse constantly emailing me
00:52:15.200 and saying dude i really wish you would like to pull out a banana or come quad and do it because we
00:52:19.780 know you're not going to put your johnson on youtube and no because youtube will do no they have a video
00:52:23.320 on the channel on the phoenix uh setup like when you when you get in it's right on the inside of the box
00:52:29.240 right they have everything there they show you exactly how it works yeah but truthfully just so
00:52:34.240 you know you know just to cover it because people are going to ask i mean it's like you said you hold
00:52:38.260 the head of your penis you go down the side you go down the top you get on the other side and you
00:52:43.140 watch the veins explode it's actually cool you're like damn yeah it's it's definitely worth looking
00:52:49.520 at so um here i'll drop the link again in the chat there's a few super chats here i think i might
00:52:54.240 have missed uh jj threw us a joke putting my junk up against the computer speaker right now
00:52:58.800 same thing not quite but um same sort of concept it's you know like a speaker is a magnet that
00:53:05.600 pushes air back and forth this is this is a different level of intensity it's acoustic wave
00:53:11.500 in the sense that i mean like you will feel it like you will feel it on your junk like you feel
00:53:16.360 slight pressure and it's obviously doing something i mean it obviously does something because for both
00:53:21.440 of us we both can uh corroborate that it doesn't work um so there's that uh unplugged fitness my
00:53:28.320 buddy myron gains uh just here to support rich thanks brother uh you can check him out on uh
00:53:32.460 instagram if you're not following him it's unplugged fitness he's a solid dude for uh workout stuff um
00:53:37.460 do we miss anything else um that's recent for men's sexual health that guys should be considering
00:53:43.660 no but i think we should talk about some other uh applications that this device has and again this
00:53:48.640 is kind of like you know non-indicated for sexual dysfunction erectile dysfunction and again it's
00:53:53.600 important for guys who watch this because again thousands of people will watch this after it's
00:53:57.920 done today live um it's not just for guys that have erectile dysfunction it's for any dude who wants
00:54:05.140 to have like the most amazingly tuned up penis it's just like you said right like it's a walnut blast
00:54:10.560 for your day well it's the same thing like my r8 right like my r8 runs fine after two or three
00:54:15.280 years without having the heads while it blasted but it runs better and smoother once it's been
00:54:20.220 done like you notice the difference it's got a little more power it gets slightly better fuel
00:54:23.380 economy you know the engine revs smoother it's the same sort of thing you know it's the same thing
00:54:27.100 for you johnson like if like if you're if you're 46 47 years old and you've gone through 46 47 years
00:54:33.540 of your life without you know uh cleaning out some plaque in your blood vessels of course you're going
00:54:38.720 to have buildup so this is just a way to help limit that so it's just one of the tools in the toolkit
00:54:43.260 that you can apply in addition to you know cardio training in addition to microdosing cialis in
00:54:48.400 addition to optimizing your endocrine system to make sure your testosterone is healthy you know
00:54:52.500 all of those things add up and create a compound effect in your life uh that will improve it i mean
00:54:58.040 there's no doubt about it it's just you know things too with it and again this is not indicated they're
00:55:03.660 not mentioning this you're not going to get videos from them but you know we talked about this
00:55:07.180 this thing acoustic wave will help injuries too it will go places like if you have a shoulder damage
00:55:14.500 can you use it with like muscle injuries absolutely like you know put some oil or some you know
00:55:21.300 penetrating balm or something like that up there and have your wife or your girlfriend or your dude
00:55:25.940 or whatever you know just work this and get into the areas where you have deep tissue trauma and
00:55:32.880 tenderness issues it's it's it's similar in the sense like i've got one of those um guns right
00:55:38.780 guns you know like the hammer yep and it basically pounds your muscle it's similar to that but rather
00:55:44.560 than using like the physical movement of the um piston moving back and forth it's acoustic sound
00:55:50.660 waves that are creating the pressure so it's similar in that sense right so it's not like you're going
00:55:54.480 to damage your uh no no no if anything this is safer because that stuff with the with the gun is
00:56:01.720 manual and this is a hypo vibrational for field or vibrational torsion field that's literally getting
00:56:09.480 rid of the damage the what are essentially called um um fascial adhesions so the fascial adhesions or
00:56:18.640 the derma abrasions or the micro abrasions are being removed from this technology breaking it up which
00:56:24.880 then the body systemically will actually get rid of so i mean i already know guys they're using this on
00:56:30.080 their shoulders and even using it on their ankles i mean this thing is i mean dude this is a next level
00:56:37.480 new like i said technological breakthrough in society which you know as you said dude when when gainsway
00:56:45.160 first came out people that wanted to have a package would pay like 10 to 15 000 for three treatments
00:56:50.880 so like i did a google search and i found the injunction uh from them to stop the shipping of
00:56:58.760 the product right products in stock you've got one i've got one guys if you want to get one get one
00:57:04.860 now uh because this is going to be something that's that will be in demand and you might have to wait for
00:57:10.140 it if you don't grab one um i definitely endorse it it definitely works i know jay you've used it a
00:57:15.240 little bit longer than i have it i mean you've got similar results well just just just for people to
00:57:20.740 to back up what you just said um remember guys that they are shipping internationally so if you're
00:57:25.320 watching this in europe you absolutely can get one but you know as richard knows covid shipping is
00:57:30.580 fucked up unless you're jeff bezos he's the only guy that has the shipping working so just you know be
00:57:38.560 patient but you will get your device um i'm positive that next week a lot of people are going
00:57:44.820 to be really really happy cool um should i be grabbing this nitro scene gene i mean you could
00:57:51.620 try it um you know my good friend mike cernovich gave me i was with him on saturday and um he was
00:57:57.340 telling me about it he was like kind of the guy that turned me on about i mean i've been reading it
00:58:00.620 from some of my other friends but he had some from that company of the capsules and he gave me some
00:58:05.040 and i actually used it on saturday morning um you know before i trained this past weekend and
00:58:10.060 i definitely noticed something okay good all right so um there you go guys there's lots of useful
00:58:15.680 information this broadcast um you know if you want to grab that uh product of phoenix i've dropped the
00:58:21.220 link in the chat it's also pinned in the top comment below um grab one before they're sold out so check
00:58:27.040 that out um where can guys find you you're on i would suggest watching jay on youtube like if you want
00:58:32.580 to get really geek geeky and really like down the rabbit hole of health and optimization especially
00:58:39.000 for men um you're putting out regular content almost every two to three days i find on your
00:58:45.140 channel i saw one the other day you were talking about why uh testosterone pellets were shit yeah um
00:58:50.380 so i mean you've got lots of regular content that's coming out so make sure you go subscribe to his
00:58:54.380 channel um hang on a second here does it make sense to continue with gains wave if we ordered a
00:59:01.040 phoenix no i wouldn't bother dude because it's a home use device i mean if you bought six sessions
00:59:06.120 i would just kind of burn through them sort of thing and then use something like this instead but
00:59:10.900 um yeah it's a much more cost-effective way to do it you don't have to go into a clinic and have
00:59:15.400 some nurse do it for you um let me just see if i got any other notes here i might have missed i think
00:59:20.480 i covered them all bro what do you have to these days man what are you working on you got any new
00:59:24.400 books coming out i do man i actually have i'm working on five books right now the two the two
00:59:29.100 newest books are uh which will be the first ones in the marketplace is i have a peptide book
00:59:33.600 with my business partner nick andrews which is going to be next level like it'll be the top
00:59:38.220 peptide book on the planet so it's going to teach guys you know yeah i've used a few different peptides
00:59:42.860 i've used epitalon i've used like actually one of the things that i noticed with epitalon was it
00:59:47.440 darkened the color of my beard a little bit yeah um you know so there's that and i also use bpc
00:59:53.140 157 for my joints which was a great like by far amazing like if you guys google bpc 157
00:59:59.280 um there's lots of great articles on yeah we wrote an article we wrote an article on my site about three
01:00:04.560 months ago that is at the top of google just go to jccampbell.com and just search bp7 bpc 157 but
01:00:10.940 you know what i'm glad before we leave um the peptide world is changing fast because the fda is now
01:00:17.600 regulating the sale of the majority of the beneficial ones so unfortunately and i don't
01:00:23.000 think it's really that bad but most of us if we're going to use peptides are going to have to go the
01:00:26.680 research chemical company route and remember you can't legally use them on yourself so make sure you
01:00:32.380 have a lot of hamsters and research animals to work on hamsters rats or squirrels in cages yeah
01:00:37.880 you got to do what you got to do to get what you want to get right all right bro good seeing you man
01:00:44.140 want to want to thank you uh express some gratitude for hopping on we don't we don't get together um
01:00:48.620 often enough so yeah give jay a follow on social um hopefully you guys enjoyed this uh give it a
01:00:55.360 thumbs up and a comment below if you have any questions or uh you know propose any future video
01:00:59.320 topics you might want to want me to cover for uh um you know men's health sexual health or even if
01:01:04.160 you know if you want me to bring jay back for something else there's links there for uh the phoenix
01:01:08.220 uh grab it before they sell out because you know it's going to move quick so that's it for today's
01:01:12.480 broadcast um we will see you guys in the next one peace out
