00:26:22.680 house was paid for by my ex-wife lawyer of course but he you know he was by himself single dude and he had

00:26:28.100 all this cash and I was like hang on a second what kind of tax rates are you paying down there

00:26:32.280 right because again exact same business dollars on par and then I started to break down it's like

00:26:38.040 dude pays a lot less in taxes the cost of living is a lot lower fuels lower insurance is lower

00:26:44.260 property taxes are lower housing is lower uh cars are actually cheaper uh by about 15 percent you know

00:26:50.640 for the most part so he had a better quality of life in a warmer climate in the state of Texas over
