00:01:55.300 to the city council and the mayor of Alexandria.
00:01:59.360 It's a really good opportunity to hear some of what has been plaguing me
00:02:04.200 and the other political prisoners here for the last 20 months.

00:02:11.780 Dear Alexandria city council and mayor,
00:02:15.400 daily I grow more astonished at the levels of inhumane depravity
00:02:19.560 Sean Casey and his sheriff's office can inflict on an innocent
00:02:23.480 until proven guilty pretrial detainee.
00:02:27.500 The purposeful and retaliatory crackdown of me
00:02:30.300 and my fellow patriotic January 6th political prisoners
00:02:33.240 is spiteful and horrifying.
00:02:35.300 Within the last week, from a direct order of Chief Williams and Sean Casey,
00:02:39.640 I've had my cell raided at 1.30 a.m.,
00:02:42.400 where they sought out and destroyed vital legal documents,
00:02:45.920 exhibits, and exculpatory evidence I was using to build my case. 0.82
00:02:50.260 This behavior is reprehensible and un-American.
00:02:53.320 I am being targeted and tortured from my political beliefs.
00:02:56.660 On top of this, there's obvious differential treatment and unconstitutional attacks.
00:03:01.760 They've also just denied me access to my lawyer for video visits.
00:03:06.060 I used to have weekly visits with my lawyer, which were a nightmare to set up and frequently canceled,
00:03:11.000 but now they have completely infringed on my right to access my attorney and assist in my own legal defense.
00:03:17.400 I'm a federal detainee, and I live in New York, which is also where my lawyer practices.
00:03:22.380 Them, the Alexandria Detention Center and Sheriff's Office, have effectively cut me off from my legal access.
00:03:28.560 By doing this, I am suffering multiple clear-cut due process violations of my constitutional rights.
00:03:35.520 These weaponized abuses of the Biden Justice Department, the FBI, the U.S. Marshals, the federal prosecutors, and correctional facilities

00:03:52.660 who dare to stand up against tyranny and a radical progressive agenda.

00:06:28.400 but their truly most sole devastation comes from being treated as less than human.

00:07:51.780 We have also been lavished with the letter correspondence of tens of thousands of American
00:07:56.960 Patriot supporters nationwide, in the supreme comfort of knowing God is with us daily.
00:08:03.060 Fellowship with the Holy Spirit has become a way of life, a key to survival.

00:08:10.040 We get to go to the gym to shoot the basketball roughly one hour every three weeks
00:08:14.700 and see the sun for 20 minutes every month or so.
00:08:17.960 Many of us are facing decades in prison and have been doomed by tainted and biased D.C. jury pools
00:08:24.140 and extreme liberal judges, prosecutors, and even public defenders.
00:08:29.080 Our families extorted by exorbitant lawyer fees, commissary cause for basic sustenance,
00:08:34.860 we honestly would deteriorate without it and a $6 30-minute phone call.
00:08:40.680 The situation is grim and the deck is stacked against us,
00:08:43.720 But our faith in a wonder-working God keeps our hope on things unseen,
00:08:48.360 for we walk in the Spirit by faith and not by sight.
00:08:52.140 We serve a mighty God of deliverance and of righteous power,
00:08:56.140 who is yet to forsake His children.
00:08:58.540 We are steadfast in our convictions and maintain our resolve,
00:09:02.020 not by our own strength, but from the eternal strength of knowing Jesus Christ.
00:09:06.520 And this fact alone is what keeps the enemy awake at night,
00:09:09.640 plotting, and scheming as we sleep soundly in a political prison near you.
00:09:17.120 So today, for our very first kickoff episode, I have an amazing, I mean, just an absolutely
00:09:23.180 stunningly brave woman joining me, the mother of Ashley Babbitt, Nikki.
00:09:29.480 She's just a brave patriot who's down in D.C., been supporting the Jan 6 prisoners,
00:09:34.780 going to trials for the January Sixers, making noise outside the prison,
00:09:39.360 and showing her support and her fidelity to our country and our Constitution.
00:09:44.520 She'll be joining us in about 10 minutes.
00:09:47.760 We've got a few things to cover before then, and without further ado, we're going to jump right into it.
00:09:54.700 So, yeah, everyone nowadays is all head over heels about this Trump raid.
00:10:00.260 They're seeing the American Gestapo, the FBI, truly come into full form here and show their true colors.
00:10:07.340 So, you know, today I don't want to focus on just Trump because there's a bigger problem here.
00:10:13.280 There's a bigger issue.
00:10:14.480 They've been doing this for the last 20 months to everyday Americans across the country.
00:10:19.660 Over 900 of them have been raided and abused and, you know, accosted by the FBI across the country.
00:10:27.300 Jan Sixers, people that stood up to defend their constitutional republic in the Capitol January 6th from a communist coup.
00:10:35.400 And so we have a much larger issue here, the weaponization of our FBI, our DOJ, even our own Capitol Police officers, which I personally witnessed and had done to me, and many people there were abused and brutalized.
00:10:54.140 So, you know, it's no secret we've been living in a police state since 9-11, the passing of the so-called Patriot Act is anything but, and we're being monitored and surveillance every day across the country.
00:11:08.200 It's the encroachment of the federal government has never been greater.
00:11:12.820 And it's prudent for us as Americans and people who love God to look at this
00:11:20.120 and see how we can push back against it, how we can maintain our autonomy and our liberty.
00:11:26.700 And it's absolutely vital that we stand together and united at this time in our country.
00:11:32.400 You know, after January 6th, the FBI took it to a new level with just absolute harassment of patriots across the country.
00:11:43.860 You know, we've never seen anything like this.
00:11:46.460 It feels like the Russians or the people that, you know, opposed the Russians in Lenin's time,
00:11:54.540 how they were raided by the secret police there and dragged out into the gulags and left to starve and to die in these prisons. 0.96
00:12:02.240 And, you know, that's what we're seeing now with the Jan Sixers. 0.84
00:12:05.900 So, you know, we have to ask ourselves, who is the FBI?
00:12:10.620 You know, right now they're setting themselves up, as the Capitol Police is,
00:12:16.160 who just opened up field offices in Los Angeles and in Florida. 0.84
00:12:20.580 They're like a nationalized police force, the same type of scenario that Hitler set up,
00:12:25.900 the socialists there to take away our local sheriffs and our local police forces 0.71
00:12:32.600 and to replace them with these tyrannical cops that show their fidelity to the federal government
00:12:39.080 instead of to the American people.
00:12:41.260 And this regime that's currently in place, they're using this nationalized police force
00:12:47.420 to intimidate Americans who dare to stand up and use their God-given right,
00:12:52.300 stand up against tyranny, stand up against all of these atrocities.
00:12:55.900 we're seeing in our social climate, and they're using this police force to, I mean, basically
00:13:01.660 scare people into submission and to make them into chattel, and it's horrendous, and we
00:13:07.540 need to speak out against this and speak out for the truth.
00:13:11.680 So there's a number of recent debacles that the FBI has been involved in that have totally
00:13:18.340 discredited their integrity, and it proves to us that they're just another D.C.H.
00:13:22.780 swamp institution, meant to fleece off our liberty.
00:13:27.280 So the first one, a big one, obviously, is the FBI knowingly using fake evidence from
00:13:33.980 a Clinton-hired lawyer, Michael Sussman, to impeach Trump the first time around with
00:13:39.000 the whole Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.
00:13:41.100 This was the beginning of the disintegration of the FBI's integrity, and the American people
00:13:48.840 saw who this institution truly was when they turned against Trump using this just, I mean,
00:13:55.340 this affidavit and this information that was given to the FBI by Michael Sussman was completely
00:14:01.940 false. They knew it was false, and they decided to run with it anyway. And, you know, it basically
00:14:08.700 started off this entire witch hunt of Trump that we're currently still living under, and all his
00:14:12.940 supporters have been given the scarlet letter of T for Trump, and we've become the new targeted
00:14:19.900 people in America. If you support Trump, if you're a conservative, if you're a constitutionally
00:14:25.000 minded American, the FBI will go through, you know, no holds barred to come in to get you.
00:14:32.560 So the second debacle of the FBI is currently absolutely blown up, is they infiltrated and
00:14:40.860 entrapped a Michigan militia group.
00:14:44.740 They goaded them into a plot to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer,
00:14:49.660 a tyrannical governor over in Michigan that basically shut down their entire state
00:14:56.240 and put everybody in a police state over there during COVID lockdown.
00:15:02.160 But these brave patriots that were part of this militia group,
00:15:05.640 they didn't have any plans to do anything to that level.
00:15:09.460 and the FBI infiltrated them and goaded these people into a plot to kidnap this governor.
00:15:18.160 And it was totally created, the entire scheme, by the infiltrators of the FBI.
00:15:24.900 And it was proven that the FBI has lost all their foothold in Michigan
00:15:29.920 by four out of the six of these people that were brought to jury trial have been acquitted,
00:15:35.260 and the other two are still remaining each other, stalled on a hung jury.
00:15:39.820 So the people of Michigan, they didn't buy this nonsense from the FBI
00:15:44.240 and their fabricated plan to basically infiltrate a group of patriots 0.87
00:15:51.160 and to demonize them and make it so they have a ridiculous plot to kidnap a sitting governor.
00:15:59.440 The third debacle we have, they listed a group of parents, they red-flagged them,
00:16:10.400 who show up to these school board hearings across the country, and they're protesting.
00:16:16.120 They're using their God-given right to protest these horrible critical race theory,
00:16:22.040 racist initiatives that are trying to separate young children based off race
00:16:25.720 and paint one as a victim and the other one as overly privileged.
00:16:31.660 And this National Educators Association, the NEA, they recommended to the FBI
00:16:37.460 to label these parents as domestic terrorists and to go and to do door knocks.
00:16:42.940 Even in a couple of cases, they raided some of these parents' houses
00:16:46.120 who have no ties to any kind of extremism.
00:16:49.300 They have no ties to anything of violence.
00:16:51.660 And the FBI used their overarching powers to go and to harass and abuse and to intimidate these poor parents who, just speaking out against transgender, woke ideology, court curriculum changes, and critical race theory, court curriculum changes, and just an atrocity.
00:17:10.960 The FBI should be ashamed of themselves.
00:17:13.820 But it doesn't stop there.
00:17:16.060 Also, back up in Michigan, number four, debacle.
00:17:19.320 The FBI ignored hundreds of USA Gymnastics athletes, many of whom were minors.
00:17:26.300 They're pleased for help about molestation and abuse from the convicted pervert, Dr. Larry Nassar.
00:17:33.460 They ignored these reports for years.
00:17:36.180 It's part of the reason why the FBI has become a laughingstock and just an abhorred institution in Michigan
00:17:44.000 because the United States Gymnastics Association training camp was up there.
00:17:50.040 That's where all these victims were abused by this doctor.
00:17:54.080 And so they had hundreds of reports coming in for years, and they refused to investigate.
00:17:59.660 And then when they finally did decide to investigate, it was too little too late.
00:18:04.100 He had hundreds of victims and ruined many lives.
00:18:08.440 And, you know, gymnasts like Simone Biles and people like that,
00:18:12.400 They've been forever scarred by the FBI's lack of attention and their incompetence to these abuses.
00:18:22.180 So we have the big one, number five, January 6th, FBI debacle.
00:18:29.560 You know, there's so many things that are wrong with January 6th with the FBI's response.
00:18:34.580 First of all, I've personally seen an affidavit from December 30, 2020, that one of the FBI infiltrators in the Kansas City Proud Boys,
00:18:50.180 they told the FBI, their handler, there's going to be violence on January 6th.
00:18:55.920 People are planning on bringing weapons.
00:18:58.960 They had pre-notification that it was going to get hot and heavy at the Capitol that day.
00:19:04.580 And the FBI, instead of calling back their informant and saying, you know, don't go, they said, just go.
00:19:13.680 I mean, I read this in my discovery that just slipped in from a massive amount of discovery my lawyer was able to procure.
00:19:21.380 And, you know, they told their infiltrator there, just go and stay, you know, keep reporting back to us whatever happens
00:19:30.160 and go be part of the protest and, you know, report back to us.
00:19:34.880 And so instead of going in and getting the National Guard's attention
00:19:38.760 and going and telling the powers that be that, you know,
00:19:43.140 we have informants that are telling us that people are planning on bringing weapons
00:19:47.720 and, you know, there may be some violence that happens at the Capitol that day,
00:19:52.760 they let this informant just go along and be part of the crowd.
00:19:57.380 And we don't know his name.
00:19:59.560 It's been redacted from the documents that I saw.
00:20:02.580 But, you know, you have that, the FBI there, knowingly basically giving the green light to have their informant go along with the crowd
00:20:10.980 and possibly instigate people, possibly be part of violence that day and coordinate violence that day
00:20:19.480 and prod people into attacking the Capitol Police.
00:20:24.560 We also have the refusal to investigate the police brutality and the murder of Ashley Babbitt and Roseanne Boylan,
00:20:32.300 two beautiful, brave American heroes that stood up for their country on January 6th,
00:20:38.600 both unarmed, both peaceful, and both killed, murdered, slain at the hands of Capitol Police
00:20:46.440 with no investigation from Congress, from the FBI, from the DOJ into their murders.
00:20:52.480 We're left in the dark while they have this ridiculous investigation until January 6th.
00:20:59.420 And Trump, you don't see them mentioning Ashley Babbitt's name even once this entire time.
00:21:04.900 And it's just an atrocity.
00:21:06.720 And Officer Byrd, that is responsible for her death and her murder,
00:21:12.440 he deserves to be in here with me wearing an orange jumpsuit,
00:21:16.560 and he needs to be brought to justice.
00:21:17.900 and the FBI needs to be investigating the murders.
00:21:22.260 So January 6th is a huge debacle by the FBI in multiple different ways.
00:21:27.960 Their prior planning and their response afterward, they're disgraced.
00:21:33.380 And so now we have the number one, big number six,
00:21:35.780 that everybody's obviously clamoring about, the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:21:40.380 Nothing I can say hasn't been said by every half-hearted conservative talking head out there
00:21:46.960 and fake patriot Republican talk show hosts, you know, they've all shown now,
00:21:53.700 they've shown their horrific opinion on the FBI and its overreach and stuff.
00:22:00.880 But where were they these last 20 months as Americans were being raided across the country?
00:22:06.120 They were silent, these half-hearted politicians, fake patriots all over the place,
00:22:10.980 and now they're just speaking out because it happened to Trump.
00:22:13.380 Well, it's been happening to us for years now, and you are silent, so you need to get your priorities in order.
00:22:20.080 All of you conservative talk show hosts out there and politicians that say you're for the Constitution or for the American people,
00:22:27.420 it's been happening for a long time to us.
00:22:29.040 And now the deep state tyranny reaches Trump, and you want to be up in arms about it, well, shame on you.
00:22:34.500 You should have been supporting us and speaking out against us for the many, many months we've been rotting away in these gulags.
00:22:43.380 So we have some other things with the FBI and a lot of these mainstream conservative commentators like Mark Levin.
00:22:53.360 He even quoted recently that there's a big difference between the local cops and what we're seeing with the FBI and DOJ.
00:23:00.600 And I would also include in there, and the Capitol Police, the Capitol Police that had a firing squad that day on Americans.

00:24:08.340 You know, we're seeing a complete differential treatment between if you're supportive of the regime of Joe Biden or if you're standing against it, you know, either the difference is either decades in prison or you'll be lauded as a hero by the American media complex, liberal media complex.

00:24:36.700 You know, we've seen it transpire throughout all the summer of 2020 with the Black Lives Matter people creating insurrection across the country and the Antifa members. 0.96

00:25:22.920 And her daughter is a hero and deserves her place in American history as being somebody who gave the full measure for her country and her Constitution.
