00:02:36.380 And I just want the listeners who aren't familiar with my story to know that I'm not in jail because I was there on January 6th.
00:02:45.380 Because if that was the case, they would have arrested me in January, February, or March, just like they did all the other people that I was with, all the other people that were part of my security detail.
00:02:55.640 Kelly Meggs, Jessica Watkins, Kenny Harrelson, that whole crowd is the group that the Department of Homeland Security and FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force knew for 100% certain on January 5th that I was with.
00:03:11.620 I am in jail because in December of 2020, the same agents that arrested me are the agents that approached me and attempted to recruit me to infiltrate the Oath Keepers, and I recorded that meeting.
00:03:28.700 And so after January 6th, they didn't want anyone to know anything about me when I exposed that recording on March 5th of 2020.
00:03:40.700 They continued with their Ray Epps, there's nothing to see here about Jeremy Brown policy.
00:03:48.760 And it wasn't until the independent media started to really expose some of the underlying disgusting behavior related to the Michigan governor kidnapping plot, as well as January 6th in general, that the FBI turned their attention to me to fabricate an investigation in order to arrest me on charges related to planted evidence against me.

00:04:48.000 And so, therefore, they had to arrest me and ensure that I was locked away for a very long time

00:04:59.920 and if they do hear me, that they've done a good enough job at discrediting me as, you know,

00:06:04.620 and their cover-up of it and, you know, our current situation as political prisoners.

00:06:12.320 So let me back up even a little bit further to November 30th, the election, all right?
00:06:19.320 Watching the election confirmed to me what I've been watching develop over, you know, decades,
00:06:25.920 but very, you know, specifically honing in on, you know, things that were happening throughout 2019, 2020, right?
00:06:34.280 But watching the election issues that arose confirmed to me that things were at a climax, right?
00:06:45.240 So November 9th of 2020, I joined the Oath Keepers in order to gain access to their leadership, in order to hold a meeting.
00:06:54.180 where at that meeting of the Florida Oathkeeper leadership, I warned them, November 22nd of 2020,
00:07:02.480 I warned them that what is happening to them now or what has happened to them was about to happen to them
00:07:09.660 because I saw the writing on the wall that they were an organization that was a resistance element
00:07:17.460 to those who are seeking to destroy the United States, its sovereignty, and its constitutional
00:07:24.440 framework of government. And so at that meeting, I told them that they were all about to be targeted
00:07:30.540 for destruction. And based on FBI interviews, not many of them believe me. I guarantee you they
00:07:36.300 believe me now, right? But there are at least two FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, confidential human
00:07:44.860 sources that reported on that meeting because I have the report. As a result of that November
00:07:52.020 22nd meeting, on December 4th, two Department of Homeland Security agents working on behalf of the
00:08:01.580 FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force came to my front door looking for me under a ruse that they were
00:08:08.980 investigating social media posts I had made. This was a fabricated credit kit in order to
00:08:15.460 meet with me. Now, of course, I did not speak with them on December 4th. They gave some flimsy
00:08:21.840 fake card. Once I confirmed that the email address was legitimate, I opened up a conversation via
00:08:27.520 email in order to create a log and then set up a meeting where I met with these two federal agents.
00:08:33.780 And I warned them that I was going to be recording the call. Now, maybe they didn't take me serious,
00:08:39.500 But I did meet with them.
00:08:41.560 I did record the conversation.
00:08:43.600 And for 20 minutes, they basically pet me on the head, tell me I'm a gorilla, how I'm really a great guy.
00:08:50.240 They're just doing their job.
00:08:51.460 They're just looking out for.

00:08:58.320 But, see, this is December 9th.
00:09:01.200 January 6th did not exist on December 9th.
00:09:03.600 night. In fact, January 6th did not exist until December 19th when President Trump sent out the
00:09:11.360 now famous tweet about how it's going to be wild. And I have copies of all the permits for January
00:09:17.440 6th, which weren't even filed. The earliest one so far that I've come across was filed on December
00:09:23.520 21st of 2020. So why are two Joint Terrorism Task Force agents talking about something happening
00:09:34.600 in January as they're trying to get a retired Special Forces guy to infiltrate groups I may
00:09:41.940 be associated with? They never specifically mentioned Oat Keepers, but I was only associated
00:09:46.880 the Oath Keepers and the Special Forces Association. So at the time, I warned both 0.53
00:09:54.140 groups that I was just contacted by federal agents, be aware. Now, again, January 6th
00:10:00.240 hadn't been announced, so I did not put together at the time that this recruitment was a nefarious
00:10:06.360 aspect of some false flag operation. I did, however, know that it was a total violation
00:10:12.380 of the U.S. Constitution, and so I started to try to contact media outlets and things like that to
00:10:18.420 turn over the recording, and then January 6th happened. I was in attendance as a volunteer
00:10:24.000 member of the security detail, and like I said, I was on the detail with Kelly Megg,
00:10:30.340 Kenny Harrelson, Jessica Watson, that whole crowd, all the seditious conspirators, right?
00:10:35.260 In fact, the Epoch Times ran a large photo in one of their issues picturing me standing right next to Kelly May.
00:10:44.620 So, see, the FBI knew all this, and yet they ignored me because they knew that I had the recording.

00:12:28.640 in the conservative constitutionalist community saying January 6th was the setup, but that's a
00:12:34.300 very opaque statement until you break it down, like Jeremy Brown, 20 years in the Army Special
00:12:40.020 Forces, 17 years of Green Beret. Credibility has a name. If you Google it, it's Jeremy Brown, and so
00:12:47.060 we want to make sure that everybody's actually listening to this information, grasping onto it,
00:12:53.840 processing it and then using it to go forward and tell your friends share this podcast share
00:13:00.420 this episode with people who don't understand what it means when you say January 6th was a setup
00:13:05.780 so let's go back into the logical step we were taking right there Jeremy when saying why did
00:13:10.980 they go after the other road keepers but try to completely sweep you under the rug and you only
00:13:15.560 have misdemeanor charges from January 6th meanwhile they hit these other guys with seditious
00:13:20.580 conspiracy and put Stuart Rhodes away for nearly 20 years. Why did they leave you alone? Let's talk
00:13:26.280 about that. Well, you have to understand that, one, the government's complete narrative is
00:13:33.680 fabrication from top to bottom, okay? And the Oatkeepers, the Proud Boys, and the Three 0.83
00:13:40.940 percenters are the patsies. They are the Oswalds. They are the, you know, Dutch communists or 0.98
00:13:50.620 whatever. When Hitler framed the communists as the culprits behind the burning of the rice tag,
00:13:58.860 they were the patsies. When in reality, there was a whole different bad doing all the dirty 0.89
00:14:05.520 work, right? And so the narrative is that the OTPers engaged in a plan to overthrow the United
00:14:16.140 States government, but leave their weapons in Virginia under the guard of, I believe, a 65-year-old
00:14:24.380 man, okay? And the government claims that the plan was, I guess, if the takeover without weapons
00:14:33.060 failed, the 65-year-old man was going to ferry the guns across the river, the Potomac, like George
00:14:40.580 Washington, right? And I don't even know. Look, it's so ridiculous, I'm embarrassed even saying
00:14:48.740 it out loud. But here's the reality. The FBI knew that I was with this group. They knew that I was 0.98
00:14:56.720 in discussions, message boards. I was there when discussions about January 6th were happening.
00:15:06.060 January 6th was a security operation. The FBI knows this. They have the messages of me
00:15:13.440 communicating with Roger Stone, advising him that we're there offering security and transportation
00:15:18.880 if he needs any addition. I offered security and transportation to other people that I knew
00:15:24.120 were going to be there as well. All documented, the FBI has this information, but the most
00:15:29.420 ridiculous aspect of this is that Kelly Meg, the head of the Florida Oath Keepers, whose actual
00:15:37.100 profession is a used car salesman. He's not former military, he's not former law enforcement, but he 0.74
00:15:43.680 was the head of the Florida Oath Keepers. And there's nothing wrong with being a used car
00:15:47.680 tells me, look, everybody's going to feed their family, right? But the idea that he had some plan
00:15:54.060 to unarmed overthrow the U.S. government in conjunction with Stuart Rhodes, a former military
00:16:00.880 police officer and lawyer, right, that they concocted his plan to unarmed overthrow the
00:16:07.340 federal government, and that I was present, a 20-year special operations soldier who retired
00:16:14.880 out of the Special Activities Branch of Special Operations Command Central
00:16:19.260 was involved in this and allowed it to happen,
00:16:23.880 but yet somehow isn't one of the people that would be arrested
00:16:28.680 in this so-called seditious conspiracy.
00:16:31.100 In fact, I have publicly dared the federal government
00:16:34.980 to indict me on seditious conspiracy
00:16:37.920 because, see, that opens my defense to make all of this public record,

00:17:13.000 But this guy, me, just sat by as a used car salesman and, you know, and Stuart Rhodes conspired to overthrow the United States government.

00:17:55.680 They totally used my whole full name, and the title of the article had something to do with how combat veterans are susceptible to conspiracy theories or whatever.

00:18:10.560 This article ran in the Washington Post on January 15th, a day after I was contacted by the author of this article and basically threatened that if I didn't comment, it wasn't going to look good for me.

00:18:32.360 How would they have known I was at January 6th?
00:18:35.980 I wasn't on the F, much like Ray Epps, I wasn't put on and then taken off.
00:18:41.380 I just was never on the FBI's motion on it for January 6th.
00:18:46.980 But yet they have plenty of pictures, and those pictures were available to them immediately.

00:18:52.560 Because in November of 2020, they had a confidential human source in a meeting of which I ran the topic of the meeting.
00:19:01.480 They had two agents recruit me on December 9th, of which I recorded.
00:19:06.380 They had an agent contact me by phone on the morning of January 6th and the evening of January 7th, of which we discussed the murder of Ashley Babbitt.

00:20:54.540 Three Percenters, and anyone else in January 6th.
00:20:58.000 Because, see, all of the evidence can be found in these confidential human source files. 0.96
00:21:05.000 I know exists because I have the Attorney General's guidelines regarding the use of FBI
00:21:13.220 confidential human sources and it literally states that any other than otherwise illegal
00:21:21.880 activity committed by a confidential human source must be put into their source file
00:21:27.260 and that these activities must be calculated annually in a report to the assistant attorney
00:21:35.340 general of the criminal division. This is in the FBI's own guidelines and so when the attorney
00:21:41.460 general, the FBI director, or all of these, whatever title they give them, sit in front
00:21:46.680 of Congress and the Senate, and they are asked, did the FBI use confidential human sources
00:21:54.500 to commit illegal actions, and they deny it or try to obfuscate from it?
00:22:01.320 It's because they know that the truth about January 6th lies in what is very likely years'
00:22:09.620 worth of reports and data in the confidential human source program of the FBI. And this is what
00:22:18.680 I am going to get to the bottom of because I know it exists because that's what my office did in the
00:22:26.280 military. All of these secret squirrel type things, our office had policy oversight over these types
00:22:33.920 of operations. So I understand them. I've seen them work. I've employed them myself as a special
00:22:40.140 forces operations sergeant in Iraq and as an NCIC in Afghanistan. And this is why I'm the FBI's
00:22:49.760 worst nightmare. Amen. Yes. I mean, the confidential human source is, you know,
00:22:58.080 feds direction that's literally what we're talking about federal plants trained
00:23:03.520 you broke up you're breaking up jake oh uh what i'm saying is this is what we talk about when
00:23:21.760 we're saying feds direction the federal plants inside the crowd who had special directives
00:23:26.860 operations, that they were given plans of who to influence, where to incite, what to do to make
00:23:33.060 January 6th transpire in the orchestrated manner that it did so that they had their conservative
00:23:39.340 boogeyman, the domestic terrorist conservative myth that they've been pushing. This is what
00:23:44.900 they've been orchestrated from the beginning so that they can get Trump. His supporters are
00:23:50.020 domestic terrorists. Therefore, Trump can't be president. There was an entire operation to 0.98
00:23:55.240 create that narrative out of thin air. And for the most part, for three years, it's pretty much
00:24:01.100 worked. But I'd say in the last six months, Jeremy, with constant work from the January Sixers,
00:24:07.980 the conservative real patriots out there that host podcasts and TV shows and, you know, all those
00:24:14.740 different things that have been unearthing and just been relentlessly pushing back, I'd say we're
00:24:19.540 in a better position now, three years later, for the truth that you're speaking right now on the
00:24:25.160 political prisoner podcast to actually get in and dig in and burrow in to the minds of the

00:30:17.180 So that is the number one key pot of information, that if exposed, will be a death blow to the idea that January 6th being a Fed surrection is a conspiracy theory.

00:39:33.000 information completely out of the public eye. And so what do they do? They charge, they trumped up
00:39:39.300 charges, I mean, completely fabricated evidence and planted evidence on Jeremy in a federal case
00:39:45.560 out of Tampa, Florida. So give the people a quick breakdown of this, because this is what the
00:39:52.220 government does to somebody when they want to silence them. They keep them out of the main
00:39:56.480 Jan 6 case while throwing all this, I mean, heinous nonsense at you that you're now sitting
00:40:02.800 and serving an 87-month sentence for in a federal prison in Florida.
00:40:08.900 Yeah, that's exactly right.
00:40:10.420 Look, September 29th of 2021, nine months after January 6th,
00:40:19.200 the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force under SEAL issues,
00:40:25.080 gets one judge to issue an arrest warrant for two misdemeanor counts
00:40:29.960 of knowingly being in a restricted area, and the other one is the disorderly conduct
00:40:34.880 within proximity of the vice president or whatever, right, the 1752 charges, right?
00:40:41.760 That misdemeanor arrest warrant is kept under seal.
00:40:44.700 Now, why does the government request to keep something under seal?
00:40:47.520 Because they're like, oh, if this is exposed, the person might be a flight risk.
00:40:52.080 They might flee, okay?
00:40:53.660 So I might flee from two misdemeanor counts of trespassing, right?
00:40:59.600 See, the normal procedure would be to simply call me and say, Mr. Brown, this is Special Agent so-and-so with the FBI.
00:41:06.040 We have a warrant for your arrest for two misdemeanors, and we need you to turn yourself in at 10 o'clock.
00:41:10.760 No, not in Jerry Brown's case.
00:41:12.500 In Jerry Brown's case, we have the arrest warrant.
00:41:15.080 We have it under seal so that Jeremy Brown, who apparently is attempting to flee the FBI by being at his house nine months after the fact,
00:41:24.320 he can't find out that he has misdemeanors because he will skip the country, right?
00:41:29.600 Meanwhile, they cross the hall or go wherever they go to another judge just minutes later and file a search warrant.
00:41:38.860 But the search warrant is for totally different charges.
00:41:42.060 It does include the two trespassing charges, but it includes conspiracy, the transportation of explosives,
00:41:49.240 and another charge transporting explosives to use in disorderly conduct or whatever, right?

00:42:06.180 They first these two things, which is clearly just a mechanism to stifle you, wrap you up in criminal charges, put you in prison, you know, make it so you can't really reach the American people. 0.61

00:42:39.700 They claim that they found classified materials and then claim they found two illegal weapons, which are clearly protected under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.

00:43:02.980 Remember, in March, seven months prior to this day, I knew when I was public against the FBI,

00:43:19.140 I knew exactly who I was up against, and so I said from the very beginning, the minute I learned that they claimed that they had grenades, I said, this is an expletive, right, BS, right, this is BS, but we knew that this was going to happen, right, this is what I tell my girlfriend on the court of jail calls, okay,
00:43:41.200 I have maintained this from arrest all the way through the very beginning, much before the FBI's own DNA evidence confirmed exactly what I said, much before the military logistical tracking of explosives confirmed exactly what I was saying, which is that those grenades, the only tie that those grenades have to me is that the FBI says that I possess.
00:44:11.200 them, right? And so my defense all along was that this is planted evidence in retaliation for me
00:44:18.160 exposing the reporting of the FBI. Now, this is how they do it. Just like we discussed earlier,
00:44:23.880 the FBI officials and attorney general, they will lie or obfuscate when asked,
00:44:30.560 does the FBI commit criminal activities or have confidential human services, right? They'll lie
00:44:36.080 DOJ prosecutors at trial not only denied that this could even be a possibility, but then mocked the idea by totally throwing out a ridiculous scenario, claiming to the jury that my claim was that the agents that I recorded planted the grenade because they were upset at me.

00:52:24.300 The second is a thorough analysis of the videos from January 6th and a constant demand that none of it be sequestered because they're even still trying to now set aside a few thousand hours of video claiming, oh, well, this video reveals some type of national security.

00:53:01.320 So the claim of national security to cover up information is ridiculous, and it should not be tolerated.
00:53:07.300 So a careful analysis of all of this video that has been desperately attempted to also be hidden from the American people is the second bucket of information that we need to be demanding as citizens.
00:53:21.240 And then the third is we need to have more whistleblowers, whether they are participants in this compartmentalized operation, whether witting or unwitting, right?
00:53:33.220 You know, Capitol Police officers who on the day of January 6th knew something was going wrong, we need those officers to step forward, right?

00:54:37.680 the ground, citizens, contractors, anyone who was there to make observations on January 6th,
00:54:47.300 you must come out of hiding, okay? You cannot sit by and remain silent. I mean, hell,
00:54:52.940 Now, if Ray Epps would just come clean, it would be a huge leap forward in getting to the bottom of this.
