They think that this is a new level of unrestricted political warfare that they're waging. And, you know, I guess they have no dignity. There's no line of dishonor that these people are not willing to cross.

00:01:25.160 so i'm sort of new i first of all i've been overseas i just got back yesterday i'm on my

00:01:29.680 way overseas again today uh so i'm catching it myself the dc judge is not the problem so to speak

00:01:38.040 the dc judge is acting on a bench warrant for michigan now the bench warrant for michigan

00:02:12.420 On November 3rd, 2020, after the election was over, the Secretary of State of Michigan illegally sent orders to erase all your electronic media for the election, thumb drives, hard drives, etc.

00:03:14.820 By federal, state, and common law, they are – so they started looking for Michigan sheriffs,

00:03:21.760 and a couple of town clerks hired Stephanie, this former prosecutor.

00:03:35.820 They went to her. They went to her. They engaged her. She got in the middle of all this.

00:03:48.860 And for the last nine months, the attorney general of Michigan has been trying to jail her and jail the sheriffs.

00:03:56.800 They threatened to invite the sheriffs, the town clerks, her and her expert witnesses who worked on these computers, who got the images and such.

00:04:07.360 Why would you – anyway, they did invite her, and they avoided inviting the sheriff.

00:04:13.700 First, she went to and defended the sheriff's court and said this attorney general is trying to take over this case.

00:04:20.500 The courts upheld it, so the sheriff's kept the case.

00:04:23.700 Because now the attorney general, they've been behind some kind of subpoena from this wonderful sheriff, Darlene Leak, who's been subpoenaed to turn over his entire case file.

00:04:34.680 And unbeknownst to them, this other thing – and so, I mean, they're really going after – they're at the point that the coup's last stage is just to try to jail the regime enemies.

00:04:46.140 And, I mean, that's what it's done to you for three years, but that's what it's doing to Stephanie.

00:04:52.360 You just have to look. So anyway, bouncing around. That's Stephanie. But then should I get into the proximate cause of events that landed her in jail? It's not really D.C., it's Michigan.

00:05:56.740 happened so she we have the goods in michigan it's all over it's all over but the bleeding

00:06:05.740 it all you know that last thursday kurt olson filed a case in the supreme court an appeal

00:06:10.980 regarding kerry lake and the election equipment in 2024 has been rejected lower federal courts

00:06:17.860 and is introducing new evidence to which the other side says,

00:06:22.060 oh, you can't appeal and introduce new evidence.

00:06:24.260 That violates federal procedures.

00:06:26.100 But it turns out you can on one circumstance.

00:06:28.240 When the lower courts held that your claims, Carrie Lake,

00:06:31.320 are too speculative about what's going on with these machines,

00:06:35.420 when that's been the decision of the lower court,

00:06:37.520 you can appeal and say, actually, it's no longer speculation.

00:08:46.100 the warrants issued and the judge knows that the judge is one of them the judge is absolutely

00:08:51.440 letting things go they can't even articulate what law she broke they cannot even articulate the law

00:08:58.360 and it's ridiculous because these sheriffs hired her and the town clerk hired her to run an

00:09:04.960 investigation as part they had all the right in the world to do that so anyway that's what the

00:09:10.040 underlying bench warrants about now what she was doing in dc was making her first appearance in

00:10:11.360 and it's not just a matter of defense anymore and she uh answers we agreed to move the case to her

00:10:46.320 has made some noise but asked me to come into court and explain what happened.

00:10:57.160 I'm leaving, or yesterday morning, I'm leaving again today.

00:11:31.080 And she calls me after three or four days, her team,

00:11:38.720 We have to turn, I've got to turn this into law enforcement.

00:11:50.300 and uh you know patrick if i don't yet so there was a very restrictive agreement between

00:11:56.740 me and dominion about we're going to turn all this stuff discovery to each other and we all

00:12:03.020 agreed to keep it secret i don't know why we agreed to such a restrictive agreement because

00:12:08.460 i have nothing to hide you know all they're going to find a discovery for me is that you know i

00:12:13.180 wrote a guy you know i wrote a cyber security guy and said hey come down have a cheeseburger

00:12:17.240 It was nothing I'd have to worry about.

00:12:20.040 But I wouldn't, I don't, anyway, Dominion has a lot to worry about, I think.

00:12:25.480 Well, but it was a restrictive agreement that my lawyer agreed to.

00:12:28.900 Then it got moved to Stephanie.

00:12:30.420 She went through it and she found evidence of crimes.

00:12:33.020 She said, Patrick, if I found a severed head in this box from Dominion, it doesn't matter what the NDA says with Dominion.

00:12:47.240 Because that's just the case of a past crime.

00:12:50.040 There's evidence here that clearly goes to ongoing criminal activity.

00:13:09.940 She said that if we do that, it can take like eight months.

00:13:15.780 She said, I only wait eight months, and she had a duty to take it to law enforcement.

00:13:19.740 And I said, well, I'm going to stop you now.

00:13:22.360 And so she exercised what she felt was her legal duty.

00:13:25.040 Now, I haven't even read it.

00:13:26.260 I haven't even logged on to the Dominion stuff, even when the other lawyer was handling it, or have I, with Stephanie.

00:13:34.880 But what she did was she took the stuff to a Michigan sheriff, Darlie, and a Michigan sheriff filed it out.

00:13:40.820 Now, meanwhile, my understanding is the Attorney General of Michigan is still trying to get this case away from Darlene and sent him a subpoena demanding his criminal case file.

00:13:53.520 He wrote an objection, said, I'm not going to give you my criminal case file.

00:14:07.200 and uh i have i have 58 pages of for example here's 58 pages of discovery that's been provided

00:14:22.600 i'm behind it i've read it now it got filed and so he filed this affidavit and this all is public

00:14:29.820 and all these all these newspaper articles started a week ago about what's in the discovery and what's

00:14:35.820 and the discovery is the from dominion remember the famous and from michigan event november 3rd

00:14:47.020 2020 was one of the big scandals remember yep that was a very red county that woke up november

00:14:59.440 they went down and complained and a couple days later the clerk said yes there's been a mistake

00:15:05.480 and I hit something with my elbow, and I flipped 6,000 votes by accident.

00:24:04.520 But I don't know. Here we're coming into another election. If she's got clear evidence that they are having Serbia and Regal adjust machines in between the nation and other other things, I guess, are attested to with this.

00:24:23.140 If it's going to take until November to get into all that work through the court system, I'm not so sure that a judge would be accurate to say that's what she should do.
