Summary

In this episode of Maple Serpent Mayhem, I discuss the lack of a self defense law in Canada, and how this is a symptom of a growing dystopic society run by a government that only cares about itself and not the people around them.

00:00:01.000 It's not just a call. It's a warning.
00:00:20.240 Hello and welcome back to another episode of Maple Serpent Mayhem with me, Posty.
00:00:26.220 Now, maybe Canada hasn't fully reached Gotham City status yet, and that's mostly because we don't have a vigilante like Batman.
00:00:36.340 But the comparisons to a dystopian, anarcho-tyranny society should not be lost on anyone.
00:00:43.700 And of course, if you look at the reported statistics, and I'm saying reported with quotation marks,
00:00:49.500 because Canada purposely excludes certain crime statistics based on race,
00:00:53.660 you may disagree at my comparison.
00:00:57.900 I suppose the advantage Gotham has over Canadians is their ability to defend themselves.
00:01:04.680 And when it comes to self-defense, it seems like it should be simple.
00:01:09.120 You react to a threat with whatever means necessary to protect yourself and escape that threat.
00:01:14.200 And I'm sure you've seen the stories from mostly Florida,
00:01:18.120 where the police will actively, actually encourage you to protect yourself and property by any means necessary.
00:01:26.420 Unfortunately for us, we are not that lucky.
00:01:29.580 So when a gang of sings come calling for your car or wallet or, God forbid, your daughter,
00:01:36.900 you should basically hand over your car keys, wallet, and children, at least according to the Toronto police.
00:01:43.340 To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door.
00:01:48.940 Because they're breaking into your home to steal your car.
00:01:51.640 They don't want anything else.
00:01:52.880 A lot of them that they're arresting have guns on them.
00:01:55.580 And they're not toy guns.
00:01:56.540 They're real guns.
00:01:57.520 They're loaded.
00:01:59.120 Of course, guns were banned in Canada.
00:02:01.780 So how is it possible that gun crime is more out of control than ever?
00:02:06.800 And the suspects are more often than not brown.
00:02:10.960 And repeat offenders.
00:02:11.980 Even the few based cops that we do have left are sick of arresting the same motherfuckers
00:02:18.800 over and over again for the same things.
00:02:22.980 Stop breaking the law, asshole!
00:02:26.140 So we run into this problem that I refer to quite often,
00:02:30.020 that 90% of society, or in Canada's case, 60% of white Canadians,
00:02:35.660 or 60% of Canadians, because there's only about 60% of white Canadians,
00:02:40.480 have to suffer under the tyranny for the lowest 10% of society.
00:02:45.580 And this happens in all the institutions.
00:02:47.460 It's the same as the schools, the workplaces, everything.
00:02:51.000 An example is taking away people's guns,
00:02:53.080 but allowing violent criminals in the country without vetting them.
00:02:56.700 You would think it's pretty stupid for a government to think that criminals are only using legal
00:03:03.320 registered guns to commit crimes, and that by outlawing them, the crime will disappear.
00:03:07.960 Well, I'm here to tell you it's not stupidity, rather.
00:03:11.840 In this case, it's malice, and it's the ushering in of the aforementioned anarcho-tyranny
00:03:17.720 and global homo that they've been pushing for at least, I would say, the last 40, 50 years,
00:03:23.680 but especially the last 10.
00:03:25.920 The COVID vax scam is another great example.
00:03:28.160 The normal non-hypochondriac Canadian, who was not concerned about getting a yearly flu
00:03:33.480 and did not want to take the rushed vaccine,
00:03:36.460 had to suffer under the oppressive boot of the state
00:03:39.440 so that the retarded minority could feel safe.
00:03:43.500 As crazy as it may sound to non-Canadians, and maybe even some Canadians here,
00:03:49.620 there is no self-defense law in Canada, really.
00:03:53.920 Self-defense is codified in the Criminal Code,
00:03:58.460 and it permits an individual to use a reasonable and proportional level of force
00:04:03.660 to protect themselves, others, or their property.
00:04:07.260 And since 2022, Canadian law uses a single consolidated defense
00:04:11.680 under Section 34 of the Criminal Code for all cases involving the defense of a person.
00:04:18.060 Now, the factor for reasonableness, as far as reasonable force, is determined by the court.
00:04:23.160 So, it doesn't take into account how you may have felt about the threat.
00:04:29.480 Basically, they're going to use the nature and the extent of the threat,
00:04:32.980 its imminence, and any alternative response options.
00:04:37.260 This is where people get stuck,
00:04:39.220 because they want you to run, or to call the police,
00:04:43.340 or to, basically, you're supposed to retreat here in Canada.
00:04:47.880 So, I mean, they'll use other factors as your role in the incident,
00:04:52.040 and whether weapons were involved,
00:04:53.900 and the physical characteristics of those involved.
00:04:56.760 And what they mean by that is that if a smaller, physically smaller man broke in,
00:05:01.860 and a larger man, you know, defended himself and happened to beat him to death,
00:05:06.440 he would probably go to jail, because he's bigger.
00:05:08.600 What the fuck is this piece of shit?
00:05:14.920 Now, if you were to use, they call disproportionate forces,
00:05:18.200 like if someone came in with no weapons, broke in,
00:05:20.680 and you, you know, used a gun on them, or something like that,
00:05:23.160 which, again, in Canada, is highly unlikely to happen.
00:05:26.720 So, we don't have a castle doctrine either.
00:05:30.100 So, when it comes to home invasion,
00:05:32.240 you're not legally required to retreat,
00:05:34.940 even though we commonly say that you have a duty to retreat.
00:05:38.060 And the reason we say that is because if you don't retreat,
00:05:40.780 you're going to be in a lot of legal lawfare bullshit after.
00:05:45.320 So, any action you take on a home invader
00:05:48.560 must be reasonable, given the circumstances.
00:05:51.680 And deadly force is only justified
00:05:53.820 if there is an imminent threat of death or serious harm.
00:05:57.980 It is not permissible to use to protect just your property.
00:06:01.360 So, as we know, in the states, especially Republican states like Florida,
00:06:06.400 shout out to Florida,
00:06:08.420 there's a castle doctrine where you can use deadly force to protect your property.
00:06:13.120 As to the person, we don't know what homeowner,
00:06:15.720 which homeowner shot at him.
00:06:18.060 I guess they think that they did something wrong,
00:06:20.780 which they did not.
00:06:21.500 If somebody's breaking into your house,
00:06:22.860 you're more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa County.
00:06:24.940 We prefer that you do, actually.
00:06:26.280 They can't do that here.
00:06:27.980 And this is also why you see a lot of these massive thefts
00:06:31.500 and heists going on in broad daylight
00:06:33.080 with no effort to hide or run or anything like that
00:06:37.100 because there's nothing they can do about it.
00:06:39.000 They can't protect their property
00:06:40.360 with any kind of efficient or sufficient, rather, force.
00:06:44.740 And the court ultimately determines what's reasonable
00:06:47.240 as far as force goes, not the homeowner.
00:06:50.540 And if you know anything about the justice system
00:06:53.600 in most Western countries now,
00:06:55.120 it is very feminized and cucked.
00:06:58.300 So chances are, if there was an option for you to escape
00:07:02.960 and you didn't, you're going to go to jail.
00:07:05.600 And the guy is going to walk free.
00:07:07.680 And as far as weapons for self-defense,
00:07:10.560 you cannot carry a weapon.
00:07:11.900 It is illegal in Canada, specifically for self-defense.
00:07:16.380 Understanding what's legally permissible
00:07:18.080 for self-defense in Canada isn't so cut and dry.
00:07:20.980 A baton.
00:07:21.740 No.
00:07:22.140 How about a taser?
00:07:23.300 No.
00:07:23.680 How about spray?
00:07:24.920 Totally illegal.
00:07:26.220 So I cannot carry pepper spray.
00:07:28.300 I cannot carry a baton.
00:07:30.300 Anything that could be used as a weapon,
00:07:32.440 you cannot carry.
00:07:34.100 And it will lead to charges.
00:07:35.280 And it must be proportional to the threat.
00:07:38.000 You can't use a firearm, even if it's legally owned.
00:07:40.820 It could result in serious charges and fire,
00:07:43.440 or sorry, rather, rather.
00:07:45.260 Self-defense claims are difficult to prove.
00:07:48.840 Now, a lot of this doesn't really matter
00:07:50.100 because the majority of Canadians
00:07:51.720 don't even own guns in Canada
00:07:53.240 because of the difficulty in obtaining
00:07:55.980 and being able to legally own a gun,
00:07:58.700 which is why it's hilarious that,
00:08:01.220 which we're going to get into,
00:08:02.360 that politicians seem to think
00:08:03.640 that only legal gun owners are committing crimes.
00:08:07.980 To own a firearm in Canada,
00:08:10.160 you must be licensed,
00:08:11.320 and the weapon must be classified
00:08:12.880 and, in some cases, registered.
00:08:15.560 The law regulates who can own that firearm
00:08:18.320 and how they must be stored and transported
00:08:20.180 and there's stricter rules for higher weapons.
00:08:23.160 Now, you have to get something called a PAL,
00:08:25.220 and you've probably heard me joke
00:08:26.180 about the safety minister
00:08:28.020 not even knowing what that is,
00:08:29.540 Gary Andersengi,
00:08:30.900 or whatever the fuck his name is,
00:08:32.240 Goofy Gary.
00:08:34.360 You need to have a standard,
00:08:35.980 or PAL is the standard firearms license,
00:08:37.760 and you need that to purchase
00:08:38.980 your own non-restricted firearms and ammunition.
00:08:41.260 Non-restricted is basically shotguns
00:08:43.860 and hunting rifles.
00:08:44.740 That's it.
00:08:45.720 Anything else is considered restricted.
00:08:47.800 That includes handguns,
00:08:49.880 semi-automatic,
00:08:51.800 shotguns that can be folded, etc.
00:08:56.200 Now, like I mentioned earlier,
00:08:57.620 you cannot carry it for self-defense.
00:08:59.260 So the only reason why you are legally allowed
00:09:01.820 to own a gun, I believe,
00:09:03.500 is for collecting them,
00:09:04.880 if you have a hobby or to collect,
00:09:07.300 and I'm sure they're going to take that away from us soon,
00:09:08.940 or for the purposes of hunting.
00:09:13.000 So, all in all,
00:09:14.740 it's more likely you're going to go to jail
00:09:16.420 to protect yourself or your family
00:09:18.080 than a violent invader using illegal guns to assault you,
00:09:21.720 and we're going to get into it.
00:09:24.100 If you need any further proof,
00:09:25.260 we're going to look into,
00:09:26.500 or we're going to get into that,
00:09:28.300 and you're going to see exactly why.
00:09:29.920 This is why I drew the comparison to Gotham City,
00:09:32.500 because it's anarcho-tyranny.
00:09:34.900 So we're starting off with my favorite account
00:09:39.720 capturing all the crime in Canada,
00:09:43.440 the Deport Report,
00:09:44.440 because a lot of the mainstream news or whatever
00:09:48.080 doesn't report on any of this stuff,
00:09:50.140 because we all know why.
00:09:51.860 So this was just the last 110 days.
00:09:55.140 This, you can see in the tweet,
00:09:57.580 and it's featuring 430-plus violent offenders.
00:10:01.280 Now, and I guarantee,
00:10:05.020 most, if not all, of these people
00:10:06.920 have been arrested or charged
00:10:10.260 or convicted of something before,
00:10:11.700 and the majority of them are probably out on bail.
00:10:13.600 Circle, circle, square, circle, circle, square
00:10:17.640 That's a pattern, that's a pattern
00:10:19.960 The stripes upon the clothes that we wear
00:10:23.620 Are a pattern, they're a pattern
00:10:25.900 When something we need in a regular way
00:10:29.420 And you notice it, you can surely say
00:10:32.560 It's a pattern, it's a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:10:37.720 It's a pattern, it's a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:10:43.600 The spots upon a butterfly's wings
00:10:48.720 Are a pattern, they're a pattern
00:10:51.000 The rhyming words in the song that I sing
00:10:54.660 Are a pattern, they're a pattern
00:10:56.940 When something repeats in a regular way
00:11:00.440 And you notice it, you can surely say
00:11:03.540 It's a pattern, it's a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:11:08.720 It's a pattern, it's a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:11:14.720 All patterns, they surround us
00:11:20.220 Patterns are all around us
00:11:23.140 If you look closely, you will see
00:11:27.940 Them in the colors and shapes
00:11:31.760 Of things we see every day
00:11:34.600 Or in the notes we sing
00:11:36.760 Or words we speak
00:11:39.420 They're a pattern, they're a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:11:44.180 They're a pattern, they're a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:11:50.140 When something repeats in a regular way
00:11:55.100 And you notice it, you can surely say
00:11:58.180 It's a pattern, it's a pattern, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:12:03.360 It's a pattern
00:12:06.320 So just imagine if these people
00:12:09.620 Now I know there may have been the one or two odd
00:12:12.120 Actual Canadians thrown in there, white Canadians
00:12:14.860 But just imagine if all these fuckers were sent back
00:12:19.600 To their countries and where they came from
00:12:21.180 The amount of money, tax dollars we would save
00:12:24.340 And police resources
00:12:25.640 And there would be, you know, crimes and property damage
00:12:28.880 And assaults and all this other stuff
00:12:31.360 And probably lives that would still be alive
00:12:33.360 Because of these people
00:12:34.440 If these people were back in their home fucking countries
00:12:37.060 So that's what anarcho-tyranny looks like
00:12:39.540 At least some of it
00:12:40.320 And another example is rampant gunfire on the street
00:12:45.060 Which we're going to get to
00:12:46.020 So this video, this actually happened in 2022
00:12:51.640 But it was the Toronto Sun
00:12:54.120 I don't know if they just received the footage or something
00:12:56.640 But they put out like a letter
00:12:59.780 Right to the editor, rather thing
00:13:03.220 And they put this video that was caught on camera
00:13:07.200 And the thing is, is that this stuff happens regularly
00:13:09.680 Just this happened to, you know, be caught on camera
00:13:12.260 And it was within a couple days of each other
00:13:14.480 But this is the kind of stuff that we are experiencing
00:13:17.280 Here in, you know, Canada
00:13:19.860 And very, the major cities anyways
00:13:22.600 And these people are usually repeat offenders
00:13:25.660 So
00:13:55.660 Now, I don't know if it's irony or what
00:14:18.360 But the fact that the ambulance was driving by
00:14:21.960 At the same time
00:14:23.040 That's like, got to be a sign of something
00:14:25.520 I don't know
00:14:26.040 But yeah, that happened in April 2022
00:14:28.820 And there's definitely more
00:14:30.740 Of these incidents happening
00:14:33.140 That, you know, I think they're very reluctant
00:14:35.000 To release the footage
00:14:35.960 Because obviously people are starting to notice things
00:14:38.500 They don't want us to notice
00:14:39.620 So
00:14:39.940 And here's a black
00:14:43.020 Wanted for armed robbery
00:14:44.120 Resulting in the victim being left with
00:14:45.840 Life-altering injuries
00:14:47.120 After being shot and robbed
00:14:48.840 During an online sale meetup
00:14:51.240 So you can see he's got like
00:14:52.320 I don't know if it's a computer
00:14:53.180 Or some kind of video game console
00:14:54.800 He was caught on camera
00:14:56.260 And this is from the Winnipeg Police
00:14:58.420 And here's actually another great example
00:15:02.240 Of our justice system working
00:15:04.000 Just how the elites intended it to
00:15:06.580 And that means not at all
00:15:07.880 Marquise Clark faces charges
00:15:10.060 Related to human trafficking
00:15:11.200 A minor for material benefit
00:15:12.980 From sexual services
00:15:14.000 He is a career criminal
00:15:15.760 With charges dating back to 2012
00:15:18.020 And here is the list of his charges
00:15:21.140 And chances are
00:15:23.720 He was probably out on bail
00:15:25.400 For something
00:15:26.340 One thing or another
00:15:27.360 Raymond Kim has been charged
00:15:30.460 With second degree murder
00:15:31.440 And breach of probation
00:15:32.340 Times two
00:15:33.240 After he attacked a man
00:15:34.760 Outside of his residence
00:15:35.920 Unprovoked
00:15:36.720 At the time of this offense
00:15:38.400 He was bound by two separate
00:15:39.720 Probation orders
00:15:40.480 For unrelated offenses
00:15:42.000 Another great example here
00:15:45.720 And Mario for the North
00:15:48.020 Even though he's not
00:15:49.220 A white Canadian
00:15:49.900 I'm giving him a pass
00:15:51.160 Because he reports
00:15:51.940 On some good shit
00:15:53.840 But anyways
00:15:55.020 Navjeet Singh
00:15:57.160 I think it is
00:15:57.940 Navjeet Singh
00:15:58.600 Killed two people
00:15:59.420 He killed a 35 year old
00:16:00.840 And her 8 year old daughter
00:16:01.840 He blew through a stop sign
00:16:03.980 Hit their SUV
00:16:05.220 There was
00:16:06.240 It flew over 150 feet
00:16:08.940 There was an explosion
00:16:10.220 And at the hospital
00:16:12.500 Navjeet Singh
00:16:14.060 Said he would give
00:16:15.140 A statement later
00:16:16.320 And then he
00:16:17.520 Never showed up
00:16:18.560 I'm sure we didn't
00:16:19.760 Expect that right
00:16:20.580 And fled the country
00:16:21.840 He got caught a year later
00:16:23.000 And he got bail
00:16:24.740 So yeah
00:16:26.300 You read that right
00:16:27.500 He dodged the police
00:16:28.600 Left the country
00:16:29.380 Got busted
00:16:30.000 Coming back on a flight
00:16:31.960 From Ethiopia
00:16:33.080 They charged him
00:16:34.400 And he still got out on bail
00:16:35.460 So we're doing some comparison
00:16:37.160 In this video
00:16:38.180 To one of the truckers
00:16:40.640 And what he ended up getting
00:16:42.660 I've been trying to make this video
00:16:44.920 For a few minutes now
00:16:45.960 And I keep restarting it
00:16:47.360 Over and over again
00:16:48.220 Because of how pissed
00:16:49.500 I actually am getting
00:16:51.420 And I'm trying not to get myself
00:16:53.420 Too excited
00:16:54.980 In making this video
00:16:56.220 Because I am angry
00:16:57.640 Watch this
00:16:58.320 This guy here
00:16:59.540 Is Navjeet Singh
00:17:00.640 On November of last year
00:17:02.220 He was charged
00:17:03.340 With two counts
00:17:04.360 Of dangerous driving
00:17:06.000 Causing death
00:17:06.800 He struck
00:17:07.720 The passenger side
00:17:09.200 Of a southbound SUV
00:17:10.840 The Crown Attorney
00:17:12.120 Described it
00:17:12.860 As an explosion
00:17:13.780 And the force
00:17:14.860 Was so severe
00:17:15.840 That the front of the SUV
00:17:17.340 Was almost completely removed
00:17:18.860 The SUV
00:17:19.840 Was football kicked
00:17:21.480 Over 53 meters
00:17:23.180 That's over
00:17:24.280 150 feet
00:17:26.360 The victim
00:17:27.380 Was a 35 year old
00:17:29.100 Sarah Unger
00:17:29.820 Who was pronounced
00:17:30.700 Dead at the scene
00:17:31.500 Her 8 year old daughter
00:17:33.340 Was airlifted
00:17:34.440 And then died later
00:17:35.680 They tried to interview Singh
00:17:37.700 At the hospital
00:17:38.600 And he was unable
00:17:39.860 To say anything
00:17:40.920 To provide his account
00:17:42.100 Of the events
00:17:42.760 He decided not to report
00:17:44.760 To the investigators
00:17:45.500 And he just left
00:17:46.220 And the RCMP at the time
00:17:47.880 Believed that
00:17:48.480 He left the country
00:17:49.480 And sure enough
00:17:50.560 He did
00:17:50.960 Nine months later
00:17:51.700 He was taken into custody
00:17:52.980 When he came back
00:17:53.860 To Canada
00:17:54.440 On a flight from Ethiopia
00:17:56.240 At his hearing in August
00:17:58.060 The Crown Attorney said
00:17:59.620 He's still a flight risk
00:18:01.040 He had already
00:18:02.180 Left the country
00:18:02.860 Once before
00:18:03.600 Guess what they did
00:18:04.800 He got bail
00:18:06.260 Only in this country
00:18:08.280 Can you take the life
00:18:09.740 Of two innocent people
00:18:11.220 Avoid the police
00:18:13.180 Avoid investigations
00:18:14.440 Flee the country
00:18:15.940 Get caught
00:18:17.200 Get arrested
00:18:18.780 Pose a flight risk
00:18:20.760 And still get bail
00:18:23.200 I literally recorded
00:18:25.380 10 minutes of content
00:18:26.240 With my mic on mute
00:18:27.300 So that's what I get
00:18:28.900 For not paying attention
00:18:29.920 So let's compare that
00:18:31.700 To the
00:18:32.660 Some of the truckers
00:18:34.060 And I guess
00:18:35.040 It would be the
00:18:35.980 Lesser known
00:18:36.800 Okay so
00:18:37.500 The persecution of Canada's
00:18:38.840 Other Freedom Convoy truckers
00:18:40.280 So I believe
00:18:41.820 For Saba Vizi
00:18:43.340 His case
00:18:44.240 Had
00:18:44.600 Was in September
00:18:45.420 But I tried to
00:18:46.320 I did look up
00:18:48.020 His
00:18:48.220 Or rather
00:18:49.160 I looked up
00:18:49.840 His sentence
00:18:50.500 And he was actually
00:18:51.360 Exonerated
00:18:54.180 Or whatever you want
00:18:54.760 To call it
00:18:55.120 His charges were dropped
00:18:56.300 He was
00:18:57.660 Not guilty
00:18:59.120 Basically
00:18:59.660 But before that
00:19:01.980 Like just think about
00:19:02.840 The years of lawfare
00:19:04.200 And stuff like that
00:19:05.020 That they had to go through
00:19:05.720 And a lot of them
00:19:06.220 Didn't get bail
00:19:06.700 They sat in jail
00:19:07.400 For a long time
00:19:08.180 So on September 8th
00:19:09.680 Three and a half years
00:19:10.660 After the 2022 convoy
00:19:12.680 Departed Ottawa
00:19:13.420 And five months
00:19:14.560 After his trial ended
00:19:15.840 Robert Donnell
00:19:16.520 Walked out of court
00:19:17.300 A free man
00:19:17.980 So that was one of them
00:19:18.860 He was a
00:19:19.440 Quebec heavy equipment operator
00:19:21.080 Who was entirely peaceful
00:19:22.540 During the protest
00:19:23.660 He got charged with
00:19:25.000 Mischief and obstruction
00:19:25.780 Of court
00:19:26.360 Or police rather
00:19:27.540 And his court cases
00:19:29.640 Were repeatedly delayed
00:19:31.440 Four times alone
00:19:32.360 Just this year
00:19:33.240 Finally
00:19:34.820 Judge Matthew Weber
00:19:36.120 Of the Ontario Court of Justice
00:19:37.280 Stayed the charges
00:19:38.060 On the grounds
00:19:38.540 That his charter rights
00:19:39.620 To a timely trial
00:19:40.340 Had been violated
00:19:41.080 So it was only
00:19:42.520 Because of that
00:19:43.320 I think that he got off
00:19:45.420 I don't know
00:19:46.060 Like I'm not sure
00:19:47.100 Maybe the tide is changing
00:19:48.360 But just think about
00:19:49.400 All the years of
00:19:50.620 Bullshit that you had
00:19:51.840 To go through
00:19:52.420 Now Tamera Leach
00:19:55.980 And Chris Barber
00:19:56.560 Which most people know about
00:19:57.540 They ended up
00:19:58.000 Getting convictions
00:19:58.580 But I don't believe
00:19:59.320 They're going to serve
00:19:59.880 Any more jail time
00:20:01.160 Than they already have
00:20:02.180 But there is
00:20:03.740 These other
00:20:04.240 Like I said
00:20:04.900 Truckers
00:20:05.740 Saba Vizi right here
00:20:07.240 He was the one
00:20:08.560 From Windsor
00:20:09.180 It began this month
00:20:11.180 The same day
00:20:11.820 As the other guys
00:20:12.780 Were stayed
00:20:13.360 He was assaulted
00:20:15.440 By multiple police officers
00:20:17.300 After he exited his truck
00:20:18.620 And knelt in the snow
00:20:19.520 They made it
00:20:21.140 Very difficult for him
00:20:22.100 I read that
00:20:23.220 They had his truck
00:20:25.100 In Ottawa
00:20:25.580 And they banned him
00:20:27.360 From coming to the city
00:20:28.180 Of Ottawa
00:20:28.520 So he had no way
00:20:29.140 To get his truck back
00:20:30.100 He was kind of stranded
00:20:31.300 So all this stuff happened
00:20:33.960 So this is the stuff
00:20:34.980 That they're doing
00:20:35.740 In Canada's justice system
00:20:37.940 And the story even says
00:20:39.340 There's just a few
00:20:40.120 Here's just a few examples
00:20:41.240 You know
00:20:42.680 Known for dragging out cases
00:20:44.620 That they want to drag out
00:20:46.160 And you know
00:20:47.800 All this other crap
00:20:48.620 Right
00:20:48.880 So there was something else
00:20:50.240 I read too
00:20:50.960 That
00:20:51.540 Oh yeah here it is
00:20:53.040 The record of Canada's
00:20:53.860 Legal system
00:20:54.360 Clearly shows that
00:20:55.180 Mischief charges
00:20:55.700 Are routinely withdrawn
00:20:56.740 Before scarce
00:20:57.700 And expensive court time
00:20:58.560 Is expended
00:20:59.140 On relative triviality
00:21:00.420 So honking your horn
00:21:01.580 Is considered something
00:21:03.280 That is so serious
00:21:04.160 Right
00:21:04.460 That they needed to
00:21:05.240 Spend all the taxpayer money
00:21:06.500 To go to court for
00:21:07.320 When it came to the truckers
00:21:09.180 The crown attorneys
00:21:10.120 At the Ottawa courthouse
00:21:11.320 Employees of the government
00:21:12.260 Of Ontario
00:21:12.820 And not the federal government
00:21:14.420 Appear to have lost
00:21:15.600 Their perspective
00:21:16.280 They're on a mission
00:21:17.060 We all know
00:21:17.680 Because you know
00:21:18.440 You had to be virtuous
00:21:20.300 Everybody had to appear virtuous
00:21:21.640 And then now
00:21:22.420 That you've all been shown
00:21:23.920 You've shown your ass
00:21:24.960 And everybody knows
00:21:25.580 That you're snakes
00:21:26.440 You're trying to
00:21:27.920 You know
00:21:28.280 Brush it under the rug
00:21:29.300 And pretend that like
00:21:30.320 You know
00:21:30.620 It didn't
00:21:31.560 Either it didn't happen
00:21:32.420 Or that it was
00:21:33.300 Absolutely necessary
00:21:34.380 And the reason this is happening
00:21:37.540 And I've talked about this before
00:21:38.820 The news media
00:21:40.700 Will never tell you this
00:21:41.660 But there is an actual
00:21:42.820 Two-tier justice system here
00:21:44.220 Because of immigration law
00:21:46.180 And the effects it has
00:21:47.880 On people who commit crimes
00:21:50.200 That are not Canadians
00:21:51.040 And it affects their status here
00:21:53.360 And whether or not
00:21:54.140 They are deported
00:21:54.840 Judges are taking that
00:21:56.580 Into consideration
00:21:57.260 They've been instructed
00:21:58.040 To do so
00:21:58.680 Conservative MP
00:22:00.560 Michelle Rempel-Garner
00:22:02.040 Is basically calling it out
00:22:04.660 She says the Conservatives
00:22:05.720 Are going to table a bill
00:22:06.760 To get rid of that
00:22:08.340 Two-tier justice system
00:22:09.880 She says it's a double standard
00:22:11.840 That it allows the non-citizens
00:22:13.480 To get lighter sentences
00:22:14.340 And I believe it's because
00:22:15.540 If you're convicted
00:22:16.580 Of two years or more
00:22:19.240 It could be three years
00:22:20.400 It's two or three for sure
00:22:22.300 Then it's an automatic
00:22:24.500 Deportation order
00:22:25.420 So what a lot of judges
00:22:27.000 Are doing
00:22:27.540 Or they've been
00:22:28.340 Let's say
00:22:29.400 Gently coerced
00:22:31.980 To do
00:22:32.480 Possibly
00:22:33.280 Or maybe some of them
00:22:34.400 Are just lefty
00:22:35.140 Liberal
00:22:35.520 You know
00:22:36.160 Feeling like they're going
00:22:37.400 To save the world
00:22:37.960 With God complexes
00:22:38.780 I have no idea
00:22:39.600 But they've been giving
00:22:41.880 People who have committed
00:22:43.240 Some serious crimes
00:22:44.220 That are not citizens
00:22:45.140 They're giving them
00:22:45.940 Two years less a day
00:22:46.980 Or three years less a day
00:22:48.180 Whatever it is
00:22:48.720 To avoid
00:22:49.760 The automatic deportation
00:22:51.760 Right
00:22:52.100 And what
00:22:53.180 Grempel Garner is saying
00:22:54.820 Which should be obvious
00:22:55.860 To everybody
00:22:56.520 Is that removing
00:22:57.380 Non-citizens convicted
00:22:58.900 Of serious crimes
00:22:59.880 Is a no-brainer
00:23:00.980 I would be happy
00:23:02.280 With removing citizens
00:23:03.180 That are criminals
00:23:04.340 That have serious crimes
00:23:05.860 We can throw them on
00:23:06.820 Alcatraz
00:23:08.100 Alligator Alcatraz
00:23:09.480 Or whatever the hell
00:23:10.040 They called it
00:23:10.540 In the states
00:23:11.600 And obviously
00:23:12.200 Had to shut down
00:23:12.940 Because of the people
00:23:13.760 Crying about it
00:23:14.480 And of course
00:23:15.280 The immigration experts
00:23:16.000 Are saying that
00:23:16.740 Their conservatives
00:23:17.740 Their characterization
00:23:18.460 Of the justice system
00:23:20.400 Is false
00:23:21.520 And that's the thing
00:23:22.640 With Canadian politics
00:23:23.560 And maybe to a certain extent
00:23:25.080 The U.S. as well
00:23:25.880 It consists mostly of
00:23:28.900 Ad hominem attacks
00:23:30.240 On each other
00:23:30.800 Like you know
00:23:31.400 Well you did this
00:23:32.700 And you know
00:23:33.320 You're wrong
00:23:34.140 And like
00:23:34.540 But they don't really
00:23:35.700 They never have
00:23:37.480 Any kind of evidence
00:23:38.240 Now in this case
00:23:39.180 There is evidence
00:23:39.980 To back it up
00:23:40.600 But I mean
00:23:40.940 When the liberals
00:23:41.800 Come back and say
00:23:42.680 Well that's false
00:23:43.780 But they don't explain
00:23:44.760 Why it's false
00:23:45.820 Or why they believe
00:23:46.640 It's false
00:23:47.160 Because they can't
00:23:48.480 Because accounts
00:23:50.080 Like the deport report
00:23:51.100 And all that kind of stuff
00:23:51.960 You can see it
00:23:52.560 It's right there
00:23:53.140 Like it's absolutely ludicrous
00:23:54.480 The fact that people
00:23:55.720 Participated in a peaceful protest
00:23:57.960 And were you know
00:24:00.340 Dragged through lawfare
00:24:01.460 For five years
00:24:02.320 Or whatever it was
00:24:03.060 Three four years
00:24:04.380 And given actual jail sentences
00:24:07.400 When no
00:24:08.280 There was nothing
00:24:08.940 The only violence
00:24:09.660 That was being committed
00:24:10.280 And there was
00:24:10.700 When the cops arrested everybody
00:24:11.980 So that goes to show you
00:24:14.320 Right there
00:24:14.620 And you can have people
00:24:15.280 Who kill families
00:24:16.140 Flee
00:24:16.840 Come back
00:24:18.220 And get bail
00:24:19.200 So that they are
00:24:20.240 Open to flee again
00:24:21.300 So the comparisons
00:24:22.780 To Gotham are there
00:24:23.680 I'm telling you right now
00:24:24.720 We're almost there
00:24:25.760 All we need now
00:24:26.960 Is a vigilante
00:24:28.360 Cape or no cape
00:24:29.520 I don't care
00:24:30.200 But we need a vigilante
00:24:31.520 To fix this fucking mess
