00:02:53.940 they're being applied and now what's happened in victoria is we've got the omnibus bill we've got the

00:02:58.580 health and safety act we've got the declaration of state and uh state emergency state of disaster

00:03:05.000 and the um uh oh the there was an update to the military call-in act as well um and these have all come

00:03:15.860 into play and they're basically using them as a blanket way of controlling people we cannot go
