00:02:23.980 brains with 30 minutes worth of ads we ask that you share the show we don't grow unless you share

00:02:30.100 it so if it makes you think if it makes you laugh it gives you a new perspective if you learn 0.91

00:02:33.980 something which you will do us a favor and don't be a hoe share the show all right i mean unless 0.96

00:02:40.380 you guys want the ads yeah yeah we can just do that what's going on dog sometimes i feel stupid 0.97

00:02:47.020 for not doing it yeah yeah it's a lot it's a lot of uh shekels out there for that bro wrong word 0.99

00:02:52.420 a lot of coin out there unfortunately i don't like listening to people tell me what the fuck 0.57

00:02:57.520 to say or not say yeah it's just not in my dna yeah no i feel that dude i feel that man uh let's 0.94

00:03:03.840 see shit's good man uh question like what what's something you would change about you like besides 0.98

00:03:09.040 the obvious like what would you change what's the obvious what the fuck that sounded kind of 0.99

00:03:16.220 fucked up is there something wrong with me i'm not aware of oh shit no i just want to try to see 0.99

00:03:23.340 if i get that over on you yeah dog um fuck dude i mean let's talk about that real quick actually i 0.99

00:03:30.200 mean like like real on the real side you know i'm saying how much has andy changed between who you 0.99

00:03:33.700 are now who sits here now versus that 19 year old you what's different i don't think a lot man you 0.99

00:03:40.840 know um you know i think in the beginning you know i don't know you don't know what the fuck 0.94

00:03:48.180 you're doing and there's a level of like fear and uncertainty and anxiousness that comes with

00:03:55.960 being an entrepreneur uh and i think as you get older and you start to understand what it's really

00:04:00.700 all about that subsides quite a bit or you acclimate to it um i think there's a level of

00:04:07.100 you know confidence that i have now that i didn't have then but i mean i think that's

00:04:10.880 natural when you've done something for as long as i have yeah uh you know i think i'm a little

00:04:17.600 more patient um but you know pretty much the same dude like i've kind of always been that way dude

00:04:24.540 yeah you know i'm saying like i've always i've never like i don't know if that's good or bad

00:04:30.400 but i've always been the same you know what i mean yeah um well you like staying authentically

00:04:35.520 staying true to who you are yeah yeah i feel like that you know i i don't know i feel like

00:04:42.120 it sometimes it's weird because i see like all these other people trying to like

00:04:47.220 it's like they like reinvent themselves over and over and over and over again and it's every time

00:04:53.420 i watch them reinvent themselves it's it's like well why would you need to reinvent yourself if

00:05:01.440 you are an authentic person right you know what i'm saying like what is yeah what do you like i

00:05:06.960 think you're so afraid i think people are so afraid of being who they actually are that they

00:05:12.860 create these masks or avatars to present to the world that they call reinvention and growth when

00:05:19.120 in reality it's just another thing that allows them to hide behind it yeah and i think we lack 0.98

00:05:25.380 people who are willing to be cool with who the fuck they are you know what i mean and it's funny 0.97

00:05:33.560 each each time they reinvent themselves they actually get further away from their authentic 0.99

00:05:37.140 self yeah isn't that weird yeah you know and it's supposed to be getting closer to it yeah man and

00:05:42.040 and uh you know and then i think there's a lot of people who are just massive manipulators dude

00:05:48.220 you know they they manipulate people over and over and over again like you know they they start off

00:05:53.720 one way then they kind of get found out that that's bullshit then they do something else and 0.99

00:05:59.460 they kind of get discovered that that's bullshit and then you know they ultimately end up where all 0.98

00:06:03.820 these people end up which is found jesus that's right yes that's exactly right hallelujah because 0.89

00:06:10.280 people won't criticize yeah you can't yeah it's hard you know what i'm saying so like you have 0.95

00:06:15.000 and that's why organized religion attracts so many fucking snake oil people because nobody's 0.96

00:06:22.000 willing to criticize someone who's claiming that they have found jesus that's right so right bro 0.99

00:06:26.320 fuck that's so crazy yeah that's how that works it is how it works you know like you'll see dudes 0.99

00:06:31.240 you know they'll do this they'll do that they'll do this to do that and then they'll be like i am 1.00

00:06:35.380 redeemed and i'm a new person and then they're just trying to like fuck with people under that 0.97

00:06:39.560 guy that's right you know that's right so you know i i don't know man like i've i've always felt like 0.94

00:06:45.140 the same person i feel like the same person that i was when i was 16 years old you know i just look 0.92

00:06:50.060 in the mirror and i see gray shit now you know so a little bit more gray yeah yeah hell yeah man

00:06:56.200 well guys it's q and a off let's make some people better again we got these video submissions guys 0.95

00:07:01.080 click the link in the description uh submit yours ask the questions let's get your first one we got

00:07:06.680 video submission here let's check it out hi andy dj much love for the show um i'm 22 and i'm

00:07:14.560 currently running four ventures one is more or less a show like the school of hard knocks where

00:07:19.860 i help entrepreneurs share the story i've got two businesses that work as sas where we're selling

00:07:26.420 tools to do different stuff and the last venture is a kind of consultancy for automation now my

00:07:33.600 question is with the four ventures i'm running it kind of feels like i'm doing a bit too much

00:07:38.580 and there's not an avenue for me to push one directly without affecting the others and i've

00:07:44.280 seen videos online saying you have to focus on one and try to grow as much as you can and others

00:07:49.360 also say you can diversify and try to build multiple things at the same time now i want to

00:07:54.440 be that guy who says you know what i don't care i'm just going to try and push all four together

00:07:58.400 and see where it takes me but at the same time i don't know that's the right call to make

00:08:02.660 because people like yourself and other people who start off with one and push that then they can go

00:08:07.860 into different things um work better so i was going to ask you what part of you think should

00:08:12.660 i take should i take the running four ventures together and seeing how that goes and seeing it

00:08:19.000 is going to be successful or should i just take one and push that as much as i can and then the

00:08:23.340 others will then come after so i'm just for context i'm just about six months ish in into

00:08:30.700 the entrepreneurial journey so i don't really have that much experience i'm just starting out

00:08:34.980 so any advice you have would be appreciated thanks so much again for the show and hope this makes

00:08:40.580 sense it makes total sense a lot of people a lot of people do this you know they read all of these

00:08:46.240 things they hear all these people online say all of this stuff about you know the average millionaire

00:08:52.360 has seven streams of income you see all these young people that say I own 19 companies and 1.00

00:08:57.860 dude it's all bullshit it's all bullshit because let me tell you something you said it you don't 0.99

00:09:05.780 have the experience yet yeah okay so how can your inexperienced no matter how hard you work 1.00

00:09:14.220 how can your inexperienced effort compete with the person who has experience who is choosing to do 0.85

00:09:23.160 just one of those things and the answer is you cannot it's a fucking impossible okay building 0.51

00:09:29.620 one thing is extremely difficult and people that think that they can spread out amongst all of 0.91

00:09:36.700 these things yes you can when you're 40 fucking years old and you're worth 500 million dollars

00:09:43.440 okay now you have the ability to hire other executives people who have built things 0.95

00:09:48.400 experienced operators and then you can have one meeting and you say hey this guy this guy this

00:09:53.500 guy what's up and you can direct traffic that way but where you are in the journey you will lose

00:09:59.480 if you try to spread yourself as thin as you are i promise you dude and i'm not saying that because

00:10:04.440 you know i think you're lack skill i'm saying this for anybody this goes for anybody it's mad 0.91

00:10:10.740 it's real shit okay if you have a guy who runs x and you are also running a competitor to x 0.96

00:10:17.660 and he's putting in 100 of his effort okay and you're putting in 33.333 percent of your effort 0.95

00:10:25.300 because you have two other things that you're running yeah it's impossible to win it doesn't

00:10:29.840 matter if they're even if they could be worse than you and they're still going to beat you

00:10:33.660 they're going to move faster than you they're going to learn faster than you they're going

00:10:36.720 to be more committed than you and that's the that's the game especially in the beginning

00:10:41.600 um a couple things you said that were interesting you said you have four things you actually have

00:10:47.560 three things and then you have a funnel okay you have a show to create awareness that gets you in

00:10:54.180 contact with these SaaS companies that you're building that allow you to sell to those people

00:10:59.640 or get to know those people or create awareness for those companies. That is part of what you're

00:11:06.500 going to need to do. That is part of your marketing. That is part of your brand. So I

00:11:10.420 wouldn't count that as one of your things. Okay. So now you have three other things.

00:11:15.300 are these three things somewhat related are they verticals of each other uh can you bring

00:11:24.240 these three different things into one thing can you know you have the main thing that's x and

00:11:31.520 then you have x plus one x plus two can you take one aspect of x plus two one x of x plus one and

00:11:38.420 then add it to x and create just one thing that has to be managed okay the proper way to do this

00:11:44.520 the way that's going to find you the most success. And I know this. This isn't me guessing. I know

00:11:50.780 this for sure. And anybody who disagrees, they're fucking wrong. And I'm happy to fucking open up 0.98

00:11:57.020 my fucking financial statements and compare them against theirs. I promise you, I'm right. They're 0.99

00:12:02.200 fucking wrong. If you try to spread your shit to three different things and then also have the 0.99

00:12:10.840 funnel you're going to fucking lose so how can we how can we get this into one thing okay and then 0.99

00:12:17.200 use the funnel to drive the one thing once the one thing is rolling you know i don't know what 0.96

00:12:23.100 rolling would consist of for what you're trying to do but it's going to be eight figures it's

00:12:28.880 more than a million bucks it's more than 10 million bucks once you get to a 10 million dollar thing

00:12:34.020 you now to even get to 10 million you've got to learn all these lessons you've got to learn all

00:12:38.040 these things you got to do all these things you got to make all these mistakes you're going to

00:12:41.640 now you have the experience to branch off and vertical out into other things okay this is the

00:12:49.540 proper way for a young man who's six months in to view this yeah okay so what is it take away

00:12:57.400 your show continue with that that might need to evolve or do something else that's its own thing

00:13:02.220 because you need to have awareness all right you need to have a personal brand especially

00:13:06.120 in this era that's its own thing now how can you take the one main thing

00:13:14.840 and make that successful so that these other things can then materialize off of that

00:13:21.060 can we talk a little bit because you know it's funny like you know you see a lot of these young

00:13:25.800 guys getting in you know saying they're entrepreneurs right but the part that he said

00:13:30.440 you know he's aware that he's unexperienced yeah i like that a lot yeah can we talk what it went a 0.97

00:13:35.500 lot harder had he not said that no shit yeah i mean like how important is having that humility 0.97

00:13:39.820 your definition it's the most important thing especially because if you're not humble and you 0.99

00:13:43.960 think you're fucking good then you can't get better the minute you think you know shit how 0.99

00:13:48.260 can you learn shit so the fact that he says i'm very inexperienced is a massive massive massive 1.00

00:13:55.180 indicator that this man is probably going to go out and be successful okay the fact that he's even 1.00

00:14:00.020 asking the question most men at his age he's a young guy are going to say well i could fucking

00:14:05.260 do this and if steve over there on the internet's doing six i could do seven right dude you got to 1.00

00:14:11.500 realize 99 of these people online are full of shit they are full of shit this is why you can't 0.99

00:14:18.680 see their businesses this is why when they talk about their you know oh i own 22 companies what 1.00

00:14:24.820 the fuck are they and where can i see them and where can i order the product and what do they do 0.82

00:14:28.300 right and then they consider things like oh i invested ten thousand dollars in this company 1.00

00:14:33.660 that i don't even have any operational say in and that's my company right so there's all kinds of 0.98

00:14:38.620 like razzle dazzle fucking bullshit that's happening that's a shell game to make people 0.99

00:14:44.020 appear more credible that really hurts people because it shows people like him well this must 1.00

00:14:50.700 be what i have to do to get to that level when in reality it's the opposite of what they're doing

00:14:55.200 so where did that idea come from i guess because i mean there's no like words you'll get for like

00:15:00.460 how many companies you have right there's no like entrepreneur or fucking metal for that right like

00:15:05.480 where did that idea come from um well there's that saying you know the average millionaire has seven 0.50

00:15:10.140 streams of income and that's been like a meme on the internet since the dawn of time whoever made 0.97

00:15:14.680 that is an asshole i don't think it's that it's it's that look dude that's not what it is that 0.96

00:15:21.320 might be true for someone who's 20 years in the game yeah okay that might be true for someone 1.00

00:15:26.820 who's 30 years in it might be true for someone who's 15 years in but it's not true in the

00:15:31.460 beginning okay you don't just say okay well i want to be a millionaire so i'm gonna open seven 0.96

00:15:37.200 fucking things like that's not that's not how you're gonna do it what people think it takes 0.90

00:15:41.940 and what it actually takes are two different things and what people think it takes from online 0.99

00:15:46.340 is not the reality of what it takes not just from an effort standpoint but from a tactical

00:15:52.500 structural strategic standpoint and so when you ask where it comes from i think it comes from

00:15:59.920 the overzealous uh and you know sometimes a lot of times unethical marketing practices of people 0.99

00:16:06.720 who are just honestly full of shit so that's real man yeah that's real well hell yeah man let's get 0.99

00:16:13.680 our next question in. Let's do a write-in. This question is, Andy, thank you for indirectly 1.00

00:16:23.120 helping sharpen my skills. I've learned that passion can sometimes be mistaken for ego or

00:16:30.520 aggression. As someone who's naturally intense, what are some ways I can channel that intensity

00:16:37.160 into a high value skill set. I mean, dude, the good thing about passion is that it creates

00:16:44.040 obsessiveness. All right. And to get good at something, to get great at something, it requires

00:16:49.380 obsessiveness that is niched down into that skill set. And being an entrepreneur, you have to have

00:16:55.280 many different skill sets. And that intensity, that urgency, that obsessiveness allows you to

00:17:01.800 learn those skill sets at a much more rapid pace than someone who's a passive type person or who's

00:17:08.260 like a you know well you know uh should it work out the way it works out and i'll learn what i

00:17:14.520 need to learn no that person smell some roses yeah that person's going to get killed by the

00:17:18.780 obsessive person okay so you know what are some tactical ways to do that bro just pour your will

00:17:27.320 to win and your urgency into actually learning new skill sets as much as you can like be a sponge

00:17:34.920 bro i will say this with a caveat you got to be careful what information you're sponging up

00:17:41.700 because just like the question we just answered there's so much misinformation 0.87

00:17:45.200 that you could sponge the wrong shit up and it can have you in a really bad spot so

00:17:50.220 you gotta be you gotta lack the awareness to understand how to vet someone as real or as just 0.84

00:18:01.220 a good marketer there's two different things though so let me let me let me explain something

00:18:07.400 to you um all these people that are online and they they you know they market that they know all

00:18:15.720 of these things about business if they really knew those things about business instead of actually

00:18:22.240 just selling coaching or selling programs for you know uh you know a couple hundred thousand

00:18:29.620 dollars or whatever a month or maybe you know a million dollars a month okay maybe don't you think

00:18:34.720 that they would use those skill sets to build something that had billions of dollars of of

00:18:39.480 equitable value on the back side don't you think they would do that if they could do that wouldn't

00:18:43.760 they do that it wouldn't be needing your money that's right that's right okay so so like if if

00:18:50.760 they're out there saying they know what to do it's like how many of these people are out here like 0.97

00:18:55.420 trying to coach people on their social media personal brand that don't have a fucking personal 0.99

00:19:00.060 brand got 300 followers yeah and their their their views on their fucking stories get a couple 0.99

00:19:04.620 thousand views 10 15 000 views whatever dude you don't have personal brand either yeah you know 0.96

00:19:09.280 i'm saying so like there's all talking heads bro there's millions of talking heads and there's 0.96

00:19:13.720 very few reels all right real entrepreneurs that know the motherfucking game you know what they do 0.99

00:19:19.080 they build fucking companies playing the game yeah let me ask you this dude because i know you 0.98

00:19:24.600 you have a talk uh or a point that you make about you know turning you know like negativity now now 0.99

00:19:31.220 to that to that point yeah there are people that coach that that take their coaching business yeah

00:19:37.360 and then they use that money to build real companies okay but they're doing it backwards 0.95

00:19:42.180 they didn't learn the shit yes right you know i'm saying yeah so i'll just let this i'll apply 0.97

00:19:47.060 this now now look there's all kinds of funnels and there are all kinds of systems and there's 0.99

00:19:51.980 all i'm not shitting on coaching dude at all because if you do have a skill set we live in

00:19:56.820 an era where you can sell coaching about something that you actually know but most people don't do it 0.82

00:20:03.640 the right way like if you like let's say i knew how to play the guitar really fucking well okay

00:20:08.320 and i said okay i'm going to fucking sell guitar lessons digitally some somehow right i'm going to 0.51

00:20:14.400 teach you how to play the guitar and i come up with this unique way to coach people to play the 0.98

00:20:18.840 guitar i'm going to take that money and i'm going to fucking reinvest that cash into uh something 0.83

00:20:27.060 that has enterprise value on the back side right so i'm gonna take that money that i'm cash flowing 0.97

00:20:32.700 here and i'm not going to go buy a fucking hurricane and i'm not going to go you know 0.97

00:20:36.560 spend all my money on trying to go on fake vacations to mykonos and shit right i'm going 0.98

00:20:42.060 to take that money and i'm going to come up with my own guitar string company and i'm going to

00:20:47.280 market that with the cash that's coming here and then one day i'm going to sell my guitar string

00:20:51.640 company to gibson for fucking 500 million dollars okay that is the proper way to think about what's 0.70

00:20:58.300 happening right now and there's you know we've seen this dude how many people have we seen come 0.98

00:21:03.000 around and they're they're coaching this and they're doing that and then they're doing this

00:21:06.860 and then they start these businesses and then the businesses never go like i i could think of a i

00:21:12.700 could think of 10 people off the top of my head that run coaching programs that keep saying well

00:21:17.540 we we started this business we started that business started and those business never go 0.99

00:21:21.260 anywhere do you know why because they don't know how to run a fucking business well you notice too 0.98

00:21:25.180 that they never say i'm gonna teach you how to run a business like me yeah i'm just gonna teach 0.98

00:21:29.180 it's whatever well dude and it plays into people's egos right like people people want things fast

00:21:35.140 they want things easy and and you know that is one of the pillars of marketing yeah right somebody

00:21:41.260 saying they got the secret sauce that's right it's just not true yeah it's just not true dude

00:21:45.380 yeah i've yet to meet someone who knows how to really build a company that's worth something on 0.75

00:21:50.760 the back side that decides not to so that they can sell fucking do content on the internet yeah

00:21:58.640 i want to ask you this on this question uh because i know you you talk about this in reference to 0.74

00:22:03.960 like taking negative energy and turning that into productive action applying that to bettering

00:22:09.860 yourself so are you saying that you could do the exact same thing with this you know um obsessed

00:22:16.260 passionate mentality also it's kind of the same system there right well i mean dude when you're 0.96

00:22:23.100 fucking passion obsessed i mean it's just the way you are like it doesn't come on in waves yeah 0.79

00:22:28.140 like i'm fucking intense about everything i do like everything i drive fast i ride fast i talk 0.99

00:22:34.140 fast i fucking do shit fast i train hard everything i fucking do i talk fucking direct 0.98

00:22:39.300 everything i do is that so learn that way you know what i mean like when i was you know learning 0.99

00:22:46.500 the right shit dude i was reading i was obsessed with reading books before you know the online 0.60

00:22:54.360 influencer thing which i think this is the biggest mistake that people make i think that they should 0.98

00:22:58.600 take their effort that they do consuming other people's content on the internet and go read 0.97

00:23:02.700 fucking books from people that actually did shit okay i was obsessed with that i would read book 0.99

00:23:10.020 after book after book after book relentlessly because i wanted to know more and more and more 1.00

00:23:16.720 and more because i knew it was going to help me win so like it wasn't like the negative energy 0.87

00:23:21.580 where like you know someone does or says something and then i'm kind of like fucking pissed off in 0.95

00:23:25.460 the moment it's just how you do shit yeah you know like you're either urgent or you're not 0.95

00:23:30.780 you're either intense or you're not you're either passionate or you're not and when you're a 0.91

00:23:34.820 passionate person and you're intense and you're urgent when things aren't moving fast you actually 0.78

00:23:40.800 feel really fucked up like it's a hard thing like my hardest days are the weekends that's it like 0.84

00:23:49.020 most people live for the weekends yeah my hardest days of the week the the days i look forward to 0.97

00:23:55.760 the least are saturday and sunday because it's it's slow and it's hard for me to deal with slow 0.81

00:24:03.300 like i feel like i gotta solve some problems i gotta fucking go and people will hear that and 0.99

00:24:10.100 they'll say well you're fucked up because yeah you know what dude you kind of got to be fucked 0.99

00:24:14.100 up to choose the path that i've chosen you know what i'm saying like it's a different path 1.00

00:24:18.140 you don't get you don't get you don't get to the level i'm at being a normal fucking human being 0.84

00:24:25.600 okay there's going to be trade-offs being in a great entrepreneur being an effective 0.99

00:24:30.520 entrepreneur you're going to have trades that there's no balance dude it's obsessiveness and

00:24:37.060 you know it's a different kind of life yeah it's just a different kind of life and this is why i

00:24:43.300 tell people it's not for everyone man you know everyone thinks that they want to own a business

00:24:49.020 or that they want to be an entrepreneur and a lot of people get into it because it's so popular 0.95

00:24:54.940 and they're like god dude this this is fucking terrible 0.97

00:25:00.360 and i get that because it is terrible okay you kind of give me a little sick right you kind of 0.99

00:25:07.180 be like a guy who like enjoys the fucking fight you know and that's not everybody and that's okay 0.97

00:25:13.280 that's okay it's okay to be a great entrepreneur it's okay and in fact i think there's a massive 0.97

00:25:20.900 benefit for a lot of people to just be a great contributor to the team because they don't have 0.97

00:25:30.460 to take the fuck dude you have an average dude and i don't say this like brad and i'm not saying 0.98

00:25:36.400 as even a good thing and it'll probably kill me one day that's the truth but if i took an average 1.00

00:25:44.680 person you know everybody looks at people like me and they're like oh i bet he doesn't do shit and 0.99

00:25:48.960 he gets to fuck off all day dude if i took an average person and i put them in my chair for 0.99

00:25:55.020 three days they'd be in the fucking psych ward with the amount of problems and the amount of 1.00

00:26:01.980 stress and the amount of shit coming their way it would break them in three fucking days real shit 0.99

00:26:07.940 it's just not for everybody dude it's just not and that's that's not a problem that's not a bad 0.99

00:26:12.820 thing you know what i mean like your life should be something that you enjoy as much as you work

00:26:20.740 hard to have the life that you want you should also enjoy that life what people don't understand 0.82

00:26:25.820 about you know like true builder warrior fucking killer entrepreneurs is that is what they enjoy 0.99

00:26:32.240 enjoy it yeah and so it's like a it's like all that shit that you perceive as as like you know 1.00

00:26:39.040 oh my god this is so fucking hard i perceive it as hard too but i also perceive it as fuck i fucking 0.99

00:26:46.060 this this is what i'm built for what now was there a flip in that though or was it always like did 0.99

00:26:50.700 you always enjoy that or did you know no actually you know I'm saying actually for a long time I was

00:26:56.780 unaware that I actually liked it huh so like I I would listen to what other people say and they'd 1.00

00:27:01.860 be like oh this is so fucking hard let's fucking kill me and I'm like fuck me too this fuck killing 0.99

00:27:06.480 me and then I had a friend of mine pointed out to me and he was like hey dude warriors need a 1.00

00:27:14.840 fucking war certain people are built for that certain people are those kind of people and the 0.96

00:27:19.440 world needs those kind of people and you're one of those people that's why you don't do good well 1.00

00:27:24.260 with like being on the lake drinking a beer that's not your fucking thing dude that's okay 0.99

00:27:28.960 you see what i'm saying bro and so gotta have once i was aware of it yeah that allowed me to 0.93

00:27:35.700 stop feeling bad about it and that was like a big relief for me yeah you know what i mean yeah 0.90

00:27:41.140 absolutely so now i don't think now i don't think anymore like oh man i'm just fucked up 0.71

00:27:46.100 now i think i'm just different just a different kind of dude you know and that's okay most people 0.81

00:27:52.160 aren't going to understand that dude i don't expect them to anymore i don't expect it i don't

00:27:56.920 expect other people to understand how i tick or what makes me the way i am or anything like that

00:28:02.660 um but i will tell you that every single entrepreneur that's that you know that's like

00:28:10.780 famous that's built something big that is like household name big they're all built like that 0.98

00:28:16.940 fucking all of them no matter what they appear on the outside they might be the sweetest guy 0.99

00:28:21.300 that's right they might be the nicest guy they might have their pr down to a fucking science 1.00

00:28:26.000 and they come across bro that motherfucker will eat your fucking dinner off of your plate 1.00

00:28:30.880 you know what i'm saying absolutely yeah and and uh and like you know it like 1.00

00:28:37.580 it's just you know i i used to think that i was fucked up because i was uh i was like that and 0.65

00:28:45.380 nobody i knew was like that because i was at a level where like i wasn't connected to these guys 0.56

00:28:49.700 who had done these bigger things and the first thing that really allowed me to realize that

00:28:55.320 that there were more people like me was reading tim grover's book relentless and um and then i

00:29:03.160 was like oh okay well maybe i'm not totally messed up right yeah but then as i've gotten

00:29:09.260 you know as i've gotten more successful and i'm involved in more things i've connected with other

00:29:15.120 entrepreneurs who are older than me and further down the path i've come to understand that they're

00:29:21.100 all that way all of them they're all that way yeah yeah i love they fucking love it they love

00:29:26.840 it they like i don't even i i can't you know how like a little kid loves the ice cream truck 0.93

00:29:32.440 yeah that's how those entrepreneurs like problems they're like oh that's a fucking problem we could

00:29:38.040 do this we do that and it gets their creativity spinning and that's what they love i love it so 0.91

00:29:43.520 i love it hell yeah man let's get to our next one we got another uh another video here check this

00:29:48.920 one out what's up andy i'm 25 years old my name is joan i'm a husband i'm a father of two boys

00:29:55.820 and i'm at a point where i don't like where i'm at in my life i feel like i'm lacking a purpose i

00:30:00.700 feel like i don't know where to go i wake up with all these ideas of all these business ideas and

00:30:05.500 stuff that i want to do and i don't act on them i've completed 75 hard two times never the full

00:30:10.580 program but i know what it feels like to develop these skill sets and a lot of them like you say

00:30:15.000 are perishable and i feel like i'm at a point where i'm experiencing that i'm undisciplined

00:30:18.780 i'm not a man of my word and but i want a bigger life for myself i feel that feeling where i'm

00:30:24.120 going to fucking make a huge impact i'm going to build a massive wealth for my family and all this

00:30:27.700 stuff my heart is helping men helping them become the best versions of themselves and being better 0.99

00:30:33.220 husbands better fathers making more money getting in shape all this shit doing what no one said

00:30:36.640 they can do but i feel like i'm not qualified and i know you're probably going to say no one's 0.97

00:30:40.980 fucking qualified but i'm just at a point where i feel like i'm lacking a purpose i want to serve

00:30:45.720 people i like speaking i like doing all this stuff man but i'm struggling right now i'm struggling 0.98

00:30:50.500 to just find something and get after and just fucking go full steam ahead knowing that this 0.71

00:30:54.560 for me so if you can just give me some advice that would help me develop into the man that i 0.70

00:31:00.680 i want to become thank you oh man i feel that that's um you know i i think even when you choose

00:31:10.940 something there's always going to be that question of should i have chose something else

00:31:15.780 and i think that with maturity you have to come to terms with the idea that you chose this and

00:31:23.480 not those things and be okay with the choices that you made and be the best at that thing

00:31:27.820 um even at my age and my experience i still struggle with what he's struggling with with

00:31:36.540 these like ideas and these things that i could do but i haven't done and um so i i totally feel

00:31:44.180 that dude and i think that's a i think that's the sign of someone who knows internally that they are

00:31:52.720 called to something greater that is not acting on it and when you say you're not a man of your word

00:31:58.880 i think the reason that you feel that way is probably because you're not a man of your word

00:32:02.980 to yourself and the first thing i would recommend to you dude is if you know that it's perishable

00:32:09.700 like i've taught you and you know that you've slipped they've perished let's get back on the

00:32:14.640 program okay okay let's start today the minute you hear this answer let's start 75 hard and let's 0.53

00:32:21.700 start fucking rebuilding those skill sets that's the first step but the other step there's there's 0.57

00:32:29.920 there's three things that you got to realize here no one's going to listen to you if you're not 0.99

00:32:35.080 credible okay and i can understand you wanting to help and speak and do all these things but

00:32:40.380 remember that didn't come from me until i was 15 16 years into my thing so what are you going to

00:32:46.400 build that's going to create that credibility to where people are going to want to hear your story

00:32:51.980 see we live in an age where everybody gets on the internet and yaps away but the reason that

00:32:58.360 most people are ignored is because they have nothing credible to attach to all right so what's

00:33:03.340 that thing what's what's that what's that thing it doesn't even have to be a business what is this

00:33:07.600 thing that you're going to do that is so great and so cool and so impactful and so inspiring

00:33:16.740 that you're going to be able to gain an audience that's going to want to hear about that.

00:33:21.680 All right. Don't put the cart before the horse. All right. You're 25, dude.

00:33:27.600 You're allowed to change your fucking mind. You could change your mind, dude. You could change 1.00

00:33:32.200 your mind. You could be 50 and you could change your fucking mind. Where you are in life is not 1.00

00:33:36.920 a life sentence dude you have the ability to change your mind and i'm not saying go get a 1.00

00:33:43.500 divorce and fucking fuck your kids i'm saying you could do that with that okay but you don't have to 1.00

00:33:48.960 sit there and suffer knowing that you could be great and then i can tell you what's going to 1.00

00:33:55.020 to cause your your your life to to be wasted is you sitting there being aware of what it is

00:34:05.120 that you crave to do and you have that internal voice that's telling you you should do this or

00:34:12.040 that or be this and you ignore that voice that's where most people waste their lives because that

00:34:18.100 vision of yourself that is put inside of you that is put there by god you are built to take that

00:34:25.880 internal vision and make it an external reality that benefits not only you but everybody around

00:34:34.280 you. And if you ignore that, you are going to feel like you don't have a purpose and that you

00:34:40.380 live for no purpose. And the last thing you want to do as a 25-year-old man is to waste the

00:34:45.280 opportunity of your youth till you're 50 and then be like, man, I could have done this and that and

00:34:51.500 this. And the hard answer to this, guys, is that you have to make a choice, okay? And in a time and

00:35:00.520 place where we see so many people on the internet doing so many different things the choices seem

00:35:08.600 like they're infinite and it makes it very hard to make a choice it's a paradox of choice when

00:35:13.560 there's too many choices people choose none and so it paralyzes people and most people don't lose

00:35:20.040 in life because they're lazy or they're bad people or they're they're this or they're that

00:35:26.140 they they don't ever choose because they can't and so you have to make a choice man and if i were

00:35:33.380 to give you any advice i would say for you to get back on the program get your mind right get your

00:35:38.780 confidence starting to go the right way and then be thinking like what is the thing that i can do 0.84

00:35:45.260 and narrow it down niche it down make a decision and then fucking go do it other good things will

00:35:52.060 come from that man I feel that dude like that's that's a real struggle I think for most I think 0.98

00:35:57.020 if you ask most men who were raised the way of like I need to be the provider I need to build

00:36:06.640 things I have to take care of people you know like these people will say like yeah men only

00:36:13.800 care about one thing bro most people have no idea what men deal with they have no idea of the

00:36:19.800 pressures of society they have no idea of the pressure of you know the obligations that they

00:36:26.240 have you know to provide protect be a good man do the right things and it's a constant struggle dude

00:36:34.860 and you know i think if you were to i think you know if if this guy were to ask any man that was

00:36:42.620 honest with them they would say that they struggle with those things and i think that's just a part

00:36:46.920 of developing as a man um but the fact i would say here's the good news the good news is that 0.94

00:36:54.040 most people your age aren't even fucking thinking like you're thinking they're thinking like oh man 0.85

00:36:59.480 you know i want to this weekend i'm going to do this and this i'm going to do that and you're 0.96

00:37:03.540 talking about like how aware you are of like the kind of man that you're becoming and that's a 0.97

00:37:10.640 dude at 25 years old that's really fucking good shit man i wasn't thinking that oh no dude i 0.95

00:37:15.400 wasn't either i wasn't either so i i think you're in a good spot man a lot better than what you 0.99

00:37:19.920 think and i know that when you're 25 you have the perspective of only being 25 so you feel like 0.83

00:37:25.540 you're old because you're the oldest you've ever been but 25 is fucking young dude it's the youngest 0.76

00:37:31.520 you're ever going to be yeah and it's it's young and it's a real young like people will say oh well 0.99

00:37:35.580 40 is young no 40 is still kind of young okay 25 is legitimately unarguably young yeah

00:37:45.400 And, um, if you don't make a choice, bro, it's going to be another year and then another

00:37:50.000 year and then another year, and then it's going to be 10 and then it's going to be 15.

00:37:53.680 And then it's going to be like, Oh, I wish I should have, could have, would have.

00:37:56.140 And then you're going to really feel bad.

00:37:58.260 So I think making that choice is just one of the hardest things for people to do, especially

00:38:02.460 when we are constantly observing so many people and their highlight reels of what it is that

00:38:11.080 they do.

00:38:11.560 Yeah.

00:38:11.980 But there's seven streams of income.

00:38:13.420 Right.

00:38:13.780 Yeah.

00:38:14.040 Yeah.

00:38:14.180 That's real.

00:38:14.620 so i mean so so your your your advice is he needs to do 75 hard today when he hears this he needs

00:38:20.000 to start on that and then figure something out and do it today yeah and then realize that that

00:38:28.280 thing that you're going to build create become is in five years going to give you the opportunity

00:38:34.400 to talk about it to help other people right like people wouldn't listen to me if i didn't have

00:38:40.320 the entrepreneurial success that I've had. They wouldn't listen to me. I'd just be another talking

00:38:45.440 head. And I think this is the problem with a lot of people. A lot of people decide that they want

00:38:49.960 to make content about success, but they haven't had any real success in their life. And I can see

00:38:57.820 this very clearly, but some people can't because I'm on the other side of the perspective.

00:39:04.960 You can't know about success if you haven't experienced it. So most of these people that

00:39:10.040 write these things and say these things and they don't have anything attached to them they're just

00:39:14.160 borrowing this language or stealing it from someone who's actually done it and rewording it

00:39:19.360 so like it's not there's no substance there and if you were to get that person on a stage 0.98

00:39:25.080 and then like hit them with some real shit they'd be frozen they wouldn't know what to say 0.97

00:39:30.720 couldn't do it that's real so you know what is it that you're going to build that's going to allow 0.99

00:39:36.420 people don't want to hear the story that's that's the decision that you need to make love it man 0.96

00:39:41.420 well guys andy that was three all right guys let's go out and get better this week don't be a hoe 0.91

00:39:46.680 show the show 1.00
