00:01:50.800 anything we got going on or fucking anything there's nothing off limits for me business life 1.00
00:01:55.280 yeah this show's called real as fuck black people i mean whatever whatever bro fuck fucking white 1.00
00:02:00.580 people yeah white people fuck dude yeah fucking yeah mayonnaise whatever you got bro what was that 1.00
00:02:08.380 thing i sent you last night holy fuck holy shit holy fuck i did not know i don't even know if we 1.00
00:02:15.060 could talk about it on the show because like it's like it's like first of all it made me embarrassed 0.99
00:02:21.020 to be fucking caucasian all right and and and like can we can we as white people get a little 0.99
00:02:27.760 fucking a little bit cooler yeah yeah a little bit yeah fucking a little bit cooler bro it was bad 0.99
00:02:33.240 okay it was bad what was it described to the people it was apparently what it was that you saw 1.00
00:02:38.820 it would be the equivalent of miley cyrus doing a hip uh rap vax pro vaccine video these motherfuckers 1.00
00:02:47.380 okay first of all i found imagine that yeah i found out that that was new zealand not australia 0.99
00:02:51.840 okay because i sent it to all my australian friends like what the fuck is that no i said hey 0.99
00:02:55.520 see motherfucker you motherfuckers are nerdier than us and they got pissed off and they all sat back 1.00
00:03:00.480 they're like that's new zealand all right so let's talk about you new zealand people yeah bro 1.00
00:03:05.180 what the fuck you guys doing they're making these they get these raps they made a rap song about 0.98
00:03:10.920 getting i don't even know i don't think we can call it rap bro like that was bad what was it i don't 1.00
00:03:15.560 know just a jar of fucking mayonnaise yeah so we got three questions for you man so let's go ahead and 0.95
00:03:20.820 knock this out um so the first question it's actually perfect because you mentioned this uh you 0.95
00:03:26.040 mentioned this a hundredth of times i'm sure um but you just recently missed mentioned this in the
00:03:30.360 uh in the intro um value exchange so how how do you personally how do you determine someone's
00:03:39.980 value um and then i guess the flip side of that is you know how definitely by their skin color
00:03:44.500 well i mean that's what i was assuming according to the mass media yeah that's what i was assuming
00:03:48.900 yeah totally yeah no but next question yeah right right but seriously how do you determine somebody's
00:03:55.640 value and and on the flip side of that how does somebody really create value you know skills and
00:04:01.260 well i would i should say traits aside how do they create value well dude the easiest way to create 0.97
00:04:06.480 value is to look for the shit nobody's willing to do and fucking do it real good that that's the 0.94
00:04:11.160 easiest way to fucking become extremely valuable extremely fast um the other way is to look for 0.99
00:04:19.180 problems that need to be solved you know a lot the value is created from the problems that need to be 1.00
00:04:25.200 solved that nobody's willing to acknowledge right that's where the most value is the that the shit 0.93
00:04:30.920 that nobody wants to do nobody wants to acknowledge people want to look past um they want to pretend like 0.91
00:04:37.160 there's bigger problems or this or that and and dude like there's a shit ton of value in solving 0.50
00:04:41.940 problems bro every great product that's ever been developed solved a problem um every great company 0.95
00:04:48.480 that's ever existed uh solved a problem you know what i mean some of them fucking create the problem 0.99
00:04:54.360 then solve the problem as we're finding out yeah you know uh so it's about fucking doing the shit that 0.97
00:05:00.600 no one's willing to do man and the harder the path uh usually the more value and it's very simple this 0.99
00:05:05.440 is something that we inherently know as humans uh but spend our whole lives trying to avoid because we
00:05:11.260 don't want things to be difficult you know and uh when you embrace the difficulties and embrace the idea that
00:05:18.480 like hey dude i could become pretty value valuable in the marketplace or valuable inside of an
00:05:24.060 organization by looking for issues that that need to be solved uh anticipating but anticipating those
00:05:31.300 and solving them before they're even issues that's the ultimate value like if you become someone who can
00:05:35.920 anticipate problems and solve them before they become problems and then show that how you did that
00:05:40.300 and that's value yeah you know but people don't like to do that people like to show up 0.99
00:05:46.120 they like to come in with their fucking starbucks they like to eat a couple fucking donuts they like 1.00
00:05:50.560 to talk about the fucking kardashians they like to go home and sit on their fat fucking ass yeah 1.00
00:05:54.900 and that's the reality of humans and then they like to cry on instagram about why she didn't go in 1.00
00:05:59.520 their way so i don't have any sympathy for y'all can fuck off with your bullshit for real dude like 1.00
00:06:06.260 this political correct fucking society that that pretends like they don't know inherent things like 1.00
00:06:11.940 when you solve a problem you get rewarded uh or when you work hard you get rewarded like i'm not 1.00
00:06:17.460 like this is just fucking crazy yeah it's very simple bro if an idiot like me can figure it out 0.99
00:06:23.080 so can you it's just don't you know most people are spending their whole lives trying to avoid it 1.00
00:06:28.380 that's dope all right question number two
00:06:31.280 can you explain this is actually a question i've had for for a while um but i know your answer is
00:06:38.680 can you explain the difference between entrepreneur and intrapreneur can you just give us a quick
00:06:45.040 little rundown on that yeah i mean look dude entrepreneurs uh entrepreneurs are a uh a special 0.98
00:06:52.140 breed man these are people that you like in the meme they'll jump off a cliff and build a motherfucking 0.96
00:06:57.660 parachute on the way the fuck down you know and i think people who are entrepreneurs are are uh bill 0.99
00:07:05.640 they're able to um they're able to move outside of the limits and constraints of what typical society 0.96
00:07:15.140 uh works they free thinkers they're people who are good critical thinkers uh they're people who are
00:07:20.380 comfortable with uncertainty um and i think the uncertainty thing is the biggest part the biggest
00:07:25.340 difference between a great entrepreneur and a great entrepreneur is that the great entrepreneur 0.92
00:07:30.240 is totally comfortable being uncertain about what the fuck is going on whereas the great 0.89
00:07:34.280 entrepreneur uh values that security a little bit more and doesn't really uh want to go have their 0.98
00:07:41.880 nuts on the line uh so to speak yeah you see what i'm saying yeah um the the principles of succeeding
00:07:47.660 at both are are very similar i mean they're the same you know it's just what i said in the last answer
00:07:52.000 it's it's finding uh you know if you're if you're the ceo um or the main person in your business
00:07:58.280 it's about identifying the problems and solving the problems as a company uh if if you're an
00:08:04.420 entrepreneur it's about solving the problems within the company right and i you know what i mean so
00:08:09.540 it's very similar all the success principles are very parallel i just i think in my opinion from my
00:08:16.380 experience because it doesn't always equate like a lot of good entrepreneurs decide they're going to go
00:08:21.880 try to be entrepreneurs and they fucking crumble dude and there is a vast and this is the problem with 0.93
00:08:27.960 the internet right now the internet pretends as if being an entrepreneur is something that every 0.99
00:08:34.560 single fucking human is built for and it's just not true yeah most people will be fucking miserable 0.99
00:08:40.080 as an entrepreneur you don't know where your next fucking dollar is coming from you don't know 0.99
00:08:44.500 somebody could walk in the door today and tell you something and do something that fucks up your whole 0.99
00:08:48.840 life and that never changes never fucking changes and most people can't deal with that so um 0.95
00:08:55.560 and it's a big disparity there i think it's not something that converts easily for people that
00:09:01.440 just don't have the ability to handle that kind of pressure so and also as an entrepreneur um if your 0.67
00:09:07.600 company gets bigger and bigger bigger you're you're fucking responsible for hundreds if not thousands of 0.95
00:09:13.440 people sometimes and bro that's a different kind of pressure that a lot of people don't really even 0.97
00:09:18.760 think about you know like they don't think about uh are are their employees able to pay their bills 0.95
00:09:24.800 or are they don't get that shit so a lot and and to be fair bro uh i'll be honest the intrapreneur life 0.98
00:09:32.820 if you're great is is is way better it just is um it's not as stressful you can make a fuck ton of money 0.99
00:09:41.780 you don't have to take a lot of shit home with you mentally um and you could turn it off when 0.75
00:09:47.660 you're an entrepreneur you can't never turns off so if you're good so i mean like you know uh 0.99
00:09:55.580 i think the biggest thing is is how how how comfortable someone is uh dealing with the unknown
00:10:04.240 you know will dictate how successful they convert over from intrapreneur to entrepreneur but i like i said
00:10:11.920 i don't think that a lot of people should i think you know statistically uh seven percent of humans
00:10:17.800 are entrepreneurs in america uh one percent are what's considered successful so you know
00:10:24.660 there's a lot of great companies out there doing a lot of cool shit you know i i don't know man like 0.69
00:10:31.040 it's you got to figure it out for yourself i can't answer it but from my experience where i've seen 0.93
00:10:35.800 people jump from intrapreneur to entrepreneur um that's what kills them is their inability to deal with 0.63
00:10:41.260 the uncertainty yeah awesome and to grind it out for a fucking you know a lot of people forget too 0.85
00:10:47.740 and this is another point to mention that like when you're with established company uh usually people
00:10:54.360 are coming to you as customers right and so a lot of people inside of an established company
00:10:58.960 will believe that they could just go do that on their own but they haven't seen let's get the same
00:11:06.520 yeah yeah but they haven't seen the part where you know like 15 years ago when uh or let's say
00:11:13.000 what was it 2009 we made our first supplement here you know and and nobody would buy it because
00:11:19.000 we made it right because nobody thought that we were technical enough to make it they would say 0.97
00:11:24.180 shit like oh well you know well you make that shit in your bathtub you know so nobody knows what 0.99
00:11:29.860 it's like to build from there um when nobody wants you to this opposite side where everybody wants you 1.00
00:11:38.060 right yeah and when people get in that good climate over there they end up fucking bolting out and
00:11:43.020 realizing that like outside dude it's pretty fucking cold yeah it's a hard road dude it takes a long
00:11:47.760 time and sometimes that's what people need to do to respect the process and respect what's there yeah 0.99
00:11:52.520 because like a lot of people take that shit for granted you know i see i've been seeing this shit for a 0.99
00:11:56.620 number of years uh good employee great employees for a company decide they're going to go do this 0.99
00:12:02.600 thing whatever the thing is they're going to go do it on their own they're very very very rarely or
00:12:07.900 very rarely successful very rarely and you know it always starts the same a big this big ordeal on
00:12:15.560 social media oh i'll fucking start my own thing blah blah blah and they got they got their friends 0.93
00:12:19.600 for a change yeah they got their friends and their family saying yeah good for you good for you good for 1.00
00:12:23.700 you check back on that motherfucker in a year yeah shit six months it's a different story 1.00
00:12:28.460 okay so it's really fucking hard to get traction yeah and unless you're built to walk that path that 1.00
00:12:37.720 hasn't been cut yet being an entrepreneur is a great option yeah you know and being a really really
00:12:43.260 fucking good one most successful 99 of the successful people on the planet are entrepreneurs not 0.83
00:12:49.840 entrepreneurs that's real think about that that's fucking real all right our third and final question 0.98
00:12:57.540 um over over the last 23 years in business andy and i've actually i've heard you say this a few
00:13:05.480 times right um you've said that there was moments at various times that you wanted to quit why didn't
00:13:12.040 what the fuck else am i gonna do look dude i don't have any other options i don't have a college 0.91
00:13:20.500 fucking degree i don't have i can't i well i mean now i could like now i could go get a job as a ceo or 0.98
00:13:27.420 whatever somewhere but like um for the longest time you know i have fucking no options so uh what am i 0.98
00:13:37.300 gonna do i'm gonna quit and go fucking dig ditches you see i'm saying that's what i talk about with 0.99
00:13:42.480 zero option mentality people don't get it the hardest fucking thing that you need to do is to 0.99
00:13:47.220 convince yourself that you do not have options like when you convince yourself thoroughly like you 0.98
00:13:52.280 literally do not have a fucking option but to go do this uh you'll be surprised at how much harder 0.87
00:13:57.300 you'll go at that thing and how much more success it'll bring to you right when you know that you 0.99
00:14:02.580 the alternative of you uh you know your life is to go dig fucking holes for a living uh it'll force 0.99
00:14:11.840 you to do some shit that you don't want to do especially when you dug some holes before you 0.99
00:14:15.860 know what it's like you see what i'm saying yeah so um for for for the beginning entrepreneur this is 0.99
00:14:23.740 this is an easy thing right because you the first three or four or five years like i really couldn't
00:14:30.040 quit because i didn't have anything to go to uh but as you get older and as you get more mature and
00:14:37.460 more successful especially uh this is actually what kills a lot of entrepreneurs and successful 0.97
00:14:42.320 people because we all see these people right who like make some shit and they start going and they 0.99
00:14:48.540 get some money they get a house they get some cars they fucking they get there then you know you check 0.99
00:14:53.500 back in a year and they got a story about how they had to reevaluate readjust right they got some 1.00
00:14:58.660 bullshit no motherfucker you lost your shit right okay and the reason you lost your shit is because 1.00
00:15:05.080 you walked around and thought you fucking won and you didn't fucking win so how do you keep out of 1.00
00:15:10.820 that mentality of that you won when you actually haven't even really fucking started well there's 0.99
00:15:16.600 a couple things one you got to cultivate that idea that you don't have any other options but to
00:15:21.640 succeed okay there's no the only other option for me at this point like dude i still believe that
00:15:26.640 like you heard me start to say it yeah like i started to say it what else am i gonna do what
00:15:31.140 am i gonna go dig holes right that's so ingrained in me that for me it's still true you see what i 0.99
00:15:37.120 mean even though it's not true right fuck dude i could go get fucking eight figures a year to run a 0.98
00:15:42.420 bunch of companies yeah you know yeah but i like this company and i think it's gonna beat all those 0.98
00:15:47.800 companies so i stay here yeah but my point is is that the first thing you got to do is convince
00:15:52.980 yourself uh and remind yourself that like dude you you don't have any other options but to go 0.88
00:15:58.580 like what's your option bro half-ass your whole fucking life this is true for all of you yeah 1.00
00:16:03.020 what are you gonna half-ass your whole fucking life be a fat piece of shit lazy contribute nothing 1.00
00:16:07.060 be unhappy with your body and your fucking image and who the fuck you are your whole life and then die 1.00
00:16:12.220 yeah that's not even a life it's not even a fucking life and p and that's the life if you want an 1.00
00:16:19.340 idea of what the media is about that's the life they put on you remember what i talked about last 0.99
00:16:23.900 what was that last show was that cti where i talked about how they want everybody to be average and shit 0.99
00:16:28.260 yeah motherfucker that's the proof right there you already know that that's true yeah you already know 1.00
00:16:35.440 that's not the life you want to live but you let these motherfuckers push that shit on you with 1.00
00:16:39.640 the marketing the message all this shit in society all these values they push come through hollywood 1.00
00:16:45.140 media the fucking social media big blue check accounts and you're sitting here thinking this 1.00
00:16:50.040 is a conspiracy theory fuck dude you are not meant to do that for your entire life so it's important 1.00
00:16:56.540 that you remember that's your other option like that sounds like shit to me now some of you might 0.99
00:17:01.820 probably not on this show but some people might be okay with that we're not okay with that here 0.56
00:17:06.580 all right the other thing you remind yourself and and to do is like you know i post this thing on my
00:17:13.220 story uh talking about how the difference between me and everybody else is if everybody else was me 0.97
00:17:19.060 they'd be out rolling fucking yachts and dude i could do that shit litter and you know this yeah i 0.99
00:17:24.820 could do this shit every fucking day bro i could be on a yacht every day balling bigger than any 0.99
00:17:30.260 any of the people you see online not even fucking close but what do you see you see me in here 1.00
00:17:37.480 working my ass off you see me in here sweating you see sweat stains my motherfucking hat 0.99
00:17:43.220 okay you know why because i know i ain't shit i don't believe the headlines about myself i don't 0.99
00:17:50.940 believe like what other people see in me i know i'm a fucking ant in the game and my competitors 0.99
00:17:56.100 they're not other supplement companies or other apparel companies or or fucking uh or fucking you 1.00
00:18:02.420 know industry that no no dude my competitor is my potential my competitor is what the fuck i could 0.99
00:18:09.120 be and i know for damn well that i could be easily as good as a phil knight or a fucking uh any of 0.99
00:18:16.160 these motherfuckers yeah so i'm gonna give a hell to get there you know what i'm saying and so like 0.99
00:18:21.040 dude while while other people think that they like if you took a regular person and served them in my 1.00
00:18:26.000 life they'd be like oh dude fuck i'm king of the world motherfucker no that's the difference i know 1.00
00:18:31.540 i'm not shit that's why i show up every motherfucking day and give it everything i fucking have 0.99
00:18:35.140 and that has to do with the goals i set for myself okay when i look at competitors i don't look at 0.99
00:18:41.260 fucking uh other companies that are similar sizes as me i look at fucking iconic brands that have that 0.98
00:18:48.340 have been around for 40 50 60 70 100 years i look at nikes i look at fucking um you know coca-cola i look 0.99
00:18:57.620 fucking pepsi i look at fucking mcdonald's i look at walmart okay i ain't shit and i'm very aware of it 1.00
00:19:05.960 the pro the reason you see these fuckers around flossing around town in their fucking leased car 1.00
00:19:11.880 is because they are comparing themselves to the other motherfuckers that are doing that 1.00
00:19:16.600 i don't compare myself to those people i compare myself to these people who have built something 0.98
