00:06:45.020 program. It is a complete ripoff. Audit after audit over the course of decades, it's shown that only

00:06:51.060 42% of every dollar actually went to low income housing. And they were spending about $150 million

00:06:57.260 a year on this program. So over the course of the last decade, it was $1.5 billion. Now you do the

00:07:04.280 quick math. That means over $750 million was going to special interests. Here's how the corruption

00:07:11.880 works. What they do is you send your tax money to the government. Politicians give your tax money away

00:07:19.900 to the special interests. The special interests turn around and donate to the politicians to keep

00:07:27.220 this gravy train flowing. And this is the same with the wars too, correct?

00:07:31.360 It is the same system. When you look across a whole series of different issues, you look at the

00:07:38.260 disease profit industry, you look at all these special interest tax credits, you look at all of

00:07:56.960 everybody had said, everyone knew that this program needed to be canceled. It made no sense for the

00:08:02.080 people of Missouri, but politicians weren't willing to do it. And I came in and we canceled the program.

00:20:44.400 because it's not just the price you pay for gas, but everything you buy in a store,

00:20:50.200 everything that you order online, the price of energy is baked into the price of moving those

00:20:56.040 goods there. If there's manufacturing that took place, it's baked into the price of manufacturing.
