00:19:57.240 what's the best way to bring a new product or service to the market? When your business has
00:20:03.560 been known for one good or service, or maybe a small group of goods or services, what's the best
00:20:08.300 way to bring the new one in? Well, I mean, there's lots of different ways, you know, there's, there's,
00:20:13.920 here's what I would say to that is don't broadcast your play so far ahead. The biggest mistake that I
00:20:19.440 see people doing all the time, especially on Instagram, you guys all see it too. And probably
00:20:25.360 a lot of you do it. You get this new thing that you're going to do and you go on there and you tell
00:20:31.260 everybody what it is before you even built it before you even have it ready to launch before you've even
00:20:36.060 done anything. And if it's good enough, what's going to happen is someone else sees it and they
00:20:40.580 start to do the same thing. So you're giving people who are watching you, who are competing with
00:20:44.700 you, uh, an open playbook into what your strategy is when you shouldn't do that. When they may have
00:20:50.860 more resources to get the shit out quicker, better. Yeah. Yes. So, so that's a problem I see on now,
00:20:56.660 if you want to tease it, like, Hey guys, wait till you see what we got coming or this or that. That's
00:21:01.260 cool too. You could do that. But like, I see far too many people sort of like broadcasting their entire
00:21:08.280 play. Like you don't see, uh, Pat Mahomes going up to the line of scrimmage and telling the
00:21:13.300 defense what play he's going to run. Right. It doesn't happen. Right. You know, and that's
00:21:17.260 what these, that's essentially what a lot of, uh, entrepreneurs do is they, they go and they get
00:21:22.640 excited and you know, they're excited about their new product or this or that. And they tell the
00:21:25.940 whole world about it before it's ever rematerialized. And in a lot of cases, sometimes those products
00:21:30.360 never materialize. And then, you know, the, the next thing, you know, you see is the person doing
00:21:35.300 the same thing again. Right. Like we see these people who continuously wait till you see this,
00:21:40.340 right. We're still waiting on other shit. Yeah, bro. And it never comes. And so what ends
00:21:44.480 up happening is people just stop listening to you because you're not actually doing what
00:21:48.860 it is you're saying you're going to do. So I think it's important strategically, uh, you
00:21:55.740 know, to let people know something's coming without necessarily, uh, telling them exactly
00:22:01.080 what it is until it's ready to launch. You know what I mean? And, uh, in terms of, you
00:22:06.680 know, I'm assuming that's the nature of the question. Is that just something like particularly
00:22:13.060 a good, a service that they have not been known for yet. Yeah. But I mean, dude, that
00:22:17.740 happens every day. People are used to it. You're not the first person that ever did
00:22:20.740 that. Like lots of businesses pivot and the great businesses pivot and diversify and become,
00:22:26.600 uh, a better service to their customers in, in parallel, uh, integrated ways. You know what

00:22:40.320 and you know, you, you don't also invest in like strawberry milk. Right. Right. Or then

00:22:56.460 parallels to the products that you offer are things that all of you guys should eventually

00:23:07.560 product is even established, they're trying to launch all the other shit as well. And
00:23:12.320 then what ends up happening is they don't have the resources to actually push those products
00:23:16.080 out. Does that make sense? So there's some nuance there. You have to sort of know when
00:23:21.840 the right time is to bring in those line extensions that are going to parallel your product in whatever
00:23:27.400 way. Yeah. Can I follow up on this, Andy? Because 2009 one P came, right? What was the transition
00:23:34.440 like from being, you know, in S2 and the retail stores, right? You have all of these, uh, you know,
00:23:40.380 you're in the industry, right? But then moving to, to your own line of products, what was that
00:23:45.160 trend? Was it a similar thing for you or was it easier because of credibility was already there?
