00:00:00.000 What is up guys, it's Andy Priscilla and this is the show for the realists, say goodbye 0.99
00:00:20.800 to the lies, the fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking 0.99
00:00:24.980 reality. Guys, today we have Q and AF, that is where you submit the questions and I give 0.97
00:00:30.280 you the Andy Priscilla answer. You can submit those questions and please submit your questions,
00:00:37.480 okay? You can submit them too.
00:00:39.580 Guys, email those questions in to askandy at andypriscilla.com.
00:00:42.620 And guys, look, I am here to help you understand what you're capable of, okay? If you think
00:00:50.060 that for some reason, I haven't heard all the same shit you guys have heard. I didn't 0.99
00:00:55.780 have my friends and my family and everybody that cared about me supposedly telling me that 0.97
00:01:00.660 I was fucking crazy or that I had big dreams that were insane or that I couldn't do this 0.99
00:01:05.220 and that and I should just go back to being a regular fucking poor me. Motherfucker, that's 1.00
00:01:10.420 the way the world works and that's what you are fighting against. And as someone who has 0.99
00:01:14.920 climbed a little bit up the ladder of success, all right, that's me by the way, I could tell
00:01:21.020 you that that will never change. You're always going to have to face these things. So whatever
00:01:25.600 your questions are, whatever you're dealing with, whatever you want to know about in regards
00:01:31.040 to your own personal success journey, please submit those questions, dude, because that's
00:01:35.800 what I want to do. I want to serve you guys. I want to help you guys. That's where I get
00:01:40.720 my most fulfillment from is when I see you guys fucking win, all right? That's why I'm starting 0.98
00:01:46.040 back up the MSCEO project with Vaughn because, dude, it's important and it's an obligation for
00:01:53.040 you guys to go out and win, all right? If you win, someone else is going to win. If someone else
00:01:57.340 wins, another person is going to win. And before you know it, we got a whole culture of motherfucking 0.99
00:02:02.020 winners kicking ass and taking names in the United States of America once again, all right? 0.99
00:02:07.400 So we have a duty to win and that duty, uh, I am here to serve that duty with you. If 0.84
00:02:13.680 you just submit me the shit that you want to know about. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah. Like 1.00
00:02:19.520 you might be one question away from fucking unlocking it all. I got one question. You 0.98
00:02:23.360 know what gets me, you know what gets me thinking about, bro? Like I think about this
00:02:26.920 all the time. Like you have great, great people, right? Great people in business, great
00:02:34.980 athletes, uh, great authors, uh, just great greatness, right? Living, breathing, great.
00:02:41.760 Yeah. And, and dude, when people naturally look at these people, they assume that these
00:02:49.920 people have some shit that, you know, you and I and everybody else doesn't have. Right. 0.99
00:02:56.220 And, and, and society beats this in us so hard through different channels, right? The
00:03:03.600 education system. All of them. Yeah. Like, bro, I mean, just think about how, whenever
00:03:07.280 you, you come out when you're, you know, a little kid and you say, man, Hey, you know,
00:03:11.460 I want to be president. And they're like, Oh, little DJ, you could be president. But if
00:03:16.060 you say that same shit, when you're a senior in high school, they'll fucking throw your ass 1.00
00:03:19.840 in a locker. Right. So they beat it out of us. They take it out of us through their own 1.00
00:03:26.900 fucking failures and what they've experienced in their own lives. They start to limit you based 0.99
00:03:33.140 upon what they've been able to achieve. And they ruin the potential of the youth through
00:03:38.000 their own shortcomings. And we have a major problem with that in America. This is why I'm
00:03:43.220 starting the fucking project up again, bro, because the teachers of this country are fucking 0.99
00:03:48.580 handicapping our kids to the point where, you know, when we talk about greatness, then 0.99
00:03:53.540 this is what I was getting at. Think of all the people who literally never try that were
00:04:00.540 actually put here on this fucking planet to become the greatest ever. Bro, there's a basketball 0.99
00:04:08.480 player out there greater than Michael Jordan that never fucking played. There's a fucking 1.00
00:04:12.980 business icon out there greater than fucking Elon Musk that's never gotten the game because 1.00
00:04:18.540 his friends and his family and the people around him told him that he was too stupid. 1.00
00:04:23.500 How much wasted potential do we have in this country because of the negativity? Right. And 1.00
00:04:30.300 if you get out and this is why I hate cancel culture so much. If you get out of line, one
00:04:35.300 little step, they ruin your fucking life. Okay. And then they definitely don't try. And you 1.00
00:04:40.260 wonder why that is. Why? Why is this? Because dude, cancel culture just isn't like something
00:04:45.240 that society developed. Right. We're seeing that right now. Who's canceling who and who's
00:04:51.460 doing what? The media, the fucking Hollywood execs, the fucking most powerful people in 1.00
00:04:57.280 this fucking world. They decide what you can and can't say. And whenever they see someone 1.00
00:05:02.900 step out of line, they crush them so fucking hard that it scares anybody else from ever 0.99
00:05:08.460 even fucking trying. So why the fuck would I want to go through that? Yes. Right. So 0.99
00:05:12.180 how much greatness are we leaving on the motherfucking table in this country? It's way more than people 0.98
00:05:18.880 realize and nobody talks about it. Okay. So I'm going to make it my fucking mission. Not
00:05:24.240 that I don't already have enough shit to worry about to become the solution for these fucking 1.00
00:05:30.660 younger kids. You know, the 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25, these people who are just getting started. 1.00
00:05:37.960 And by the way, if you're 45 and you're just snapping the fuck out of it, you're like, fuck, 0.99
00:05:42.200 I want something different. Guess what? You're only like 50% through your productive life cycle 1.00
00:05:49.200 of your life. And you think you're too fucking old. I'm here for those motherfuckers. I'm here for 1.00
00:05:53.700 every single motherfucker that wants to wake the fuck up and become something that they were told 1.00
00:05:58.560 they couldn't fucking be. And I like, dude, I'm going to solve the problem. I'm going to solve 1.00
00:06:03.020 the problem. I can't fucking wait to launch this new show. Super excited about it. Anyhow, 0.97
00:06:08.040 I'm ready to run through a wall right now. Yeah, that's neither here nor there. Send me your
00:06:11.220 questions because you may not realize this, but I am 0% different than any of you. Everything you see
00:06:20.900 in me that you admire about me or that you wish you had or whatever, bro, I bled for that shit. 1.00
00:06:27.200 I got my ass kicked for that shit. I lost fucking friends for that shit. Okay. I paid dues to have 1.00
00:06:33.900 all these skills. You know how many podcasts I've recorded? A shit ton. And you guys think I just came
00:06:39.640 out of the podcast world and started whooping everybody's ass? No. Go back and listen to the 0.99
00:06:45.280 beginning of the fucking MFCEO project, dude. That's why I leave it up because it's so fucking 0.99
00:06:50.860 bad. It should inspire you to understand where you can go if you just keep going. Anyway, I could go 0.95
00:06:59.240 on and on and on. Oh, and by the way, RTA live sold out. It's this Saturday, but we do have a live
00:07:08.520 stream. It's an art a syndicate dot com. Uh, I would think about fucking buying it because you're
00:07:15.000 going to get a full day worth of fucking really good shit. And I don't even know what we're charging 0.99
00:07:19.620 for it. Uh, but whatever we charge, I can promise you that there will be at least one thing that you
00:07:26.580 take that will make you a hundred X that value. Okay. And, and it won't be just one thing that you'll
00:07:33.100 have a whole list if you pay attention. All right. So, uh, go fucking sign up for that.
00:07:38.500 And I don't ever tell you guys to buy shit, but if you're trying to win, this is a good thing to 0.99
00:07:42.300 invest in. Uh, what else? I think that's it. Uh, we have some other shows usually. All right. 0.99
00:07:49.960 I got way fucked up today. Excuse my disorganization. Um, sometimes when you tune in, 0.98
00:07:57.700 we have CTI CTI is cruise the internet. That's where we talk about the social issues of the day. We make
00:08:02.940 fun of the social issues, make fun of the media. We laugh at these fucking clowns and we talk about 1.00
00:08:07.860 what the actual problem is and how we can overcome it as individuals, uh, collectively as a community 1.00
00:08:13.160 as well. Uh, then we have real talk, real talk is five to 20 minutes of real shit that you need to 0.99
00:08:18.100 hear. All right. And then we have full length, full length is, uh, like sort of like what you're used 0.99
00:08:22.920 to seeing on these, on some of these other podcasts where they interview people, except I interrupt the 0.98
00:08:27.100 people that I interview consistently throughout the show a hundred fucking times. And if you don't like 0.97
00:08:32.300 that, then go listen to someone else. But that's the basis of the show. Uh, and there is a fee for
00:08:36.940 the show and the fee is tell a motherfucker about it. As you'll notice, I don't run fucking 20 minutes 0.99
00:08:43.280 of ads in a 40 minute show. All right. The reason I don't do that isn't because I wouldn't like to have 0.99
00:08:47.960 the fucking money. I would, but I'm not selling my soul to some other fucking motherfucker who wants 1.00
00:08:53.060 to control what I say. It ain't ever going to happen. So in lieu of that, I would appreciate if you 1.00
00:08:58.520 would share the show because I pass up on eight figures a year of income just because of that.
00:09:03.160 All right. So please share the show now. We got Q and AF, right? Yeah. All right. We got,
00:09:08.420 what do you got? I got some good ones for you. You always do. By the way, that's DJ. DJ is the
00:09:14.160 co-host of the show. Uh, what's your Instagram DJ? Uh, guys follow me on IG at, uh, at officially
00:09:19.860 D Johnson. He talks a lot of shit. He's a funny guy. He's also highly talented. What do you do, 1.00
00:09:26.400 man? You do all kinds of stuff. Yeah. Well, I mean, you know, mainly, uh, do really, really well
00:09:31.140 at being, you know, an emotional, uh, shadow person. Yeah. Yeah. You are good at that.
00:09:35.460 Yeah. Uh, yeah. And, uh, no, dude, this dude, listen, you guys don't understand. He produces
00:09:42.660 the show. He's a fucking, he runs the security detail for my whole fucking company and for myself 1.00
00:09:48.420 personally. Uh, he, he, he fucking plays the piano. He fucking sings. Uh, he gets called all kinds 1.00
00:09:55.260 of racist names, you know, the black face of, of white supremacy. Yep. Uncle Tom. Yep. I 0.99
00:10:01.060 mean, this guy, he he's accomplishing it all. It's a long resume. Yeah. Oh, fuck dude. On
00:10:10.160 another note, it seems like these crazy fuckers shit is falling apart in the world. Oh, it's 1.00
00:10:14.740 like, we haven't had a chance to really talk about it this week because we've been busy
00:10:17.520 for RT live. Yeah. It's definitely crumbling. Yeah. I'm like, I'm like, Oh shit. All right.
00:10:22.560 Cool. Yeah. I like that. Yeah, for sure. I mean, sometimes, I mean, cause that's the
00:10:26.860 thing, man, I think people got it. Like we were talking about the other day, there is
00:10:29.600 definitely a fog of war going on right now and it's really fucking difficult to see 0.98
00:10:33.580 through that and kind of like, sometimes you got to wait for the fucking smoke to clear 0.99
00:10:36.920 and see where everything fucking fail. You know, it's a, it's definitely interesting 0.69
00:10:41.780 though. You know, what's more interesting is motherfuckers that think like they're going 1.00
00:10:45.720 to listen to these shows, the Q and AF and think that CTI is irrelevant. Yeah. Like bro, 0.99
00:10:50.760 here's the thing. And then this is the perspective. A lot of you young bucks don't understand
00:10:54.960 without freedom. None of the shit that I teach you on these shows matters. None of it, none 1.00
00:11:00.800 of it. And we are an inch away from losing fucking real freedom, economic freedom in this 0.98
00:11:05.560 country forever. And economic freedom should be your number one priority. It should be above 0.91
00:11:10.220 every motherfucking thing else because everything else is built upon it. So anyway, what we got 0.98
00:11:15.340 to. Got some good ones. Well, let's knock these out. Uh, question number one, Andy, what are
00:11:20.420 your thoughts on giving yourself grace when working towards a goal versus making an excuse?
00:11:27.060 What's the difference there?
00:11:30.480 Look, dude, to really thoroughly answer this question, we have to like talk about where
00:11:37.640 we are. Okay. And we are in a position where people of all types are told that, you know,
00:11:49.000 uh, to take a break, take it easy, rest up, love yourself. You're working too hard. You know,
00:11:57.080 you need to, you need to take care of your mental health. And while all that shit is true, 0.99
00:12:01.560 these people who propagate that information and have, who sell things that go along with that 0.98
00:12:08.460 information are really fucking good at preying on people who can't do it, who won't do it, 0.85
00:12:15.860 who are unwilling to put in the work and making them believe that they have some sort of affliction 0.98
00:12:20.720 affecting their ability to win or succeed because there's something wrong with them.
00:12:25.640 And then people attach themselves to this and then they never try again because they have this
00:12:31.180 issue, right? Uh, that they can't get past. And then, you know, all the spiritual gurus and the
00:12:37.100 feel good people and the fucking people praying on this shit enforce this over and over and over and 1.00
00:12:42.220 over again with these people. And it becomes their identity. Okay. And their identity becomes 1.00
00:12:47.200 this. And this is how it works for most people. They start out with fucking high ambition. They
00:12:51.800 start out with fucking goals. They start out with dreams. They want to win. They want a better life. 1.00
00:12:56.260 They want a bigger life. They want to make more money. They want to be more fit. They want a fucking
00:13:00.300 better human experience. And what ends up happening is that they try this. And the first time they get 0.99
00:13:07.720 punched in the motherfucking face by life. Okay. They find, and they come across a meme or a fucking 1.00
00:13:13.660 book or a fucking this or that, or, or someone online who speaks with a nice accent or some shit, 0.99
00:13:19.320 right? Telling you how, you know, you need to slow down and you need to, you know, love yourself. 0.99
00:13:25.440 And bro, what happens after that is super destructive because what happens is people buy into this identity
00:13:32.920 that's created for them because of the circumstances that they're actually experiencing that are
00:13:37.240 temporary. All right. And they make that identity, their permanent fucking identity.
00:13:41.740 And then they get sold book after book, after course, after fucking, you know, share memes, 0.99
00:13:48.500 go to seminars from people who are making a fucking killing, making people believe that 0.99
00:13:55.680 there's something fucking wrong with them. And the truth of the matter is there's nothing wrong with 0.99
00:14:00.500 any of you motherfuckers. Not a single one of you motherfuckers out there is dealing with some 1.00
00:14:04.420 shit that someone else ain't dealing with. Okay. It's called the human experience. There is going 1.00
00:14:08.920 to be bad shit. There is going to be tough times. There is going to be sickness. There is going to be 0.99
00:14:14.020 death. There is going to be depression. There are going to be hard days that is consistent for every
00:14:20.280 single fucking human that has ever existed in the history of humanity. Okay. And what they do is they 0.98
00:14:27.380 teach you that your personal challenges are unique. All right. And then it becomes, I can't do this
00:14:34.920 because this happened to me. Right. And we completely forget that millions of people just like us from
00:14:42.080 wherever we come from have accomplished what it is we want to accomplish, have became what it is we want
00:14:48.320 to become, have conquered what it is we're looking to conquer. And they've done so facing harder
00:14:54.840 circumstances that we have. There's plenty of examples out there. If you look, if you're willing
00:14:59.460 to open your motherfucking eyes and have a peek, you'll see it. But these fucking victim culture 1.00
00:15:05.700 propagators start to make people not even want to look because dude, they belong in this little 1.00
00:15:11.220 community of victims. Right. And anybody who fucking, uh, has become anything, you know, they're,
00:15:17.880 they're overworked. They're overstressed. They're over this or over that. And they start labeling 0.99
00:15:22.580 the people who are doing the shit as other things. Okay. And then what happens is people decide, 0.98
00:15:27.700 well, those goals and those dreams and those ambitions that I had, those are not really for
00:15:33.980 me anymore. I'm in a new chapter of life. I'm in a new, I'm in a new phase of life. And this new
00:15:38.780 phase of life is this, like, you know, I'm going to take it easy. And I'm going to like, you see it,
00:15:44.020 you see it. Anytime someone goes out and get punched in the face, they come up with this new plan.
00:15:50.100 They change careers. They change their fucking direction and they start saying, well, now I'm 0.99
00:15:55.060 just, I'm here to live. I'm here for this. And they make up this fucking narrative about their 1.00
00:16:00.340 life. That isn't even motherfucking true. You're settling is what you're doing. Dude. Yes. And 1.00
00:16:04.500 then, and then they attach themselves to the idea of being quote unquote humble. All right. And then
00:16:10.800 they accuse anybody who's still pursuing their dreams, who are really just the people who get the 0.90
00:16:15.920 fuck up and are willing to get punched in the face, uh, no matter how many times it takes to 0.82
00:16:20.400 get where they want to go. Uh, they accuse those people of having some sort of moral fucking 1.00
00:16:25.380 inefficiency that these people now have. So now they're on a moral high ground. They're in a 0.98
00:16:29.900 community of victims. They're getting attention from these people and they believe that they are
00:16:34.100 better than you. And those people then attack you. Okay. And by the way, those people are the
00:16:40.400 shittiest motherfuckers on this planet. And you should do every fucking thing you can to get away from 1.00
00:16:44.440 these people. Don't listen to them. Don't be like them. Don't hang out with them because they 1.00
00:16:49.060 will infect you with that same lazy, give up settling bullshit culture that they have swallowed 1.00
00:16:55.280 and fucking learn to live with. And they are miserable and they are unhappy. So to answer your 1.00
00:16:59.600 question, how do you know the difference between grace? Here's the deal. You're going to fuck up.
00:17:06.980 You're going to have a hard time. You're going to stumble. You're going to get punched in the 1.00
00:17:10.700 fucking face. You're going to bleed. You're going to throw up. You're going to shit your pants. 1.00
00:17:15.720 Everything that could fucking possibly go wrong is going to go wrong. All of it. All of it. 1.00
00:17:23.080 You're allowed to give yourself some grace sometimes and say, man, what I'm doing is really 0.93
00:17:26.680 fucking hard. As long as you get back in the fucking game, right? You, you, you take a minute, 0.99
00:17:33.900 you take a breath, you take a day, whatever the fuck it takes, you get back in the game where 1.00
00:17:40.580 people really fuck themselves is they say, well, I'm going to give myself a break. They stop and 0.99
00:17:46.420 they never start again. Okay. So when you do give yourself some grace, give yourself some grace with
00:17:51.880 the understanding that this is a five minute breather. This is a one day breather. This is a two day
00:17:57.940 breather. I would never go more than two days ever. Yeah. Ever. And you know, people look at me and
00:18:04.220 they say, oh, he's fucked up. His priorities are fucked. Motherfucker. You have no fucking, first of 1.00
00:18:09.900 all, I don't share with you my life. I show you what the fuck I want you to see. Okay. Second of all, 1.00
00:18:15.760 you have no fucking idea what you're talking about because the truth is you belong to that first group 1.00
00:18:20.380 who bought into the victim culture, who fucking says, take a break after every motherfucking thing. 1.00
00:18:25.000 When in the reality is the whole reason your fucking life looks the way it looks because 1.00
00:18:28.620 you've always been taking a break. So grace is allowed. Quitting is not allowed. Right. You 0.99
00:18:35.040 know what I'm saying? Grace is allowed. Excuses are not allowed. You should have enough awareness
00:18:40.460 inside of your body and your mind and your soul, which by the way, y'all do. If you're listening to
00:18:46.300 this show, you do. Okay. You have a basic level of awareness. You know, when you're full of shit,
00:18:51.360 you know, when you're bitching out, you know, when you're cutting your workout short. 1.00
00:18:55.380 Okay. And here, let me tell you a little hack to get around this. You know how you get around this.
00:18:59.840 I tell you, I was on the fucking elliptical trainer. I told myself, and I had this rule. 0.98
00:19:06.440 If I fucking think it, okay, I got to do it. So I was on the elliptical. I was 45. I was at 45 minutes. 0.96
00:19:15.460 That's a motherfucker too. Okay. Listen, I was at 45 minutes and I said, I got to go to 50 minutes. 1.00
00:19:21.620 And I thought it like just for, I could just pop to my head, go to 50 minutes. And I allow myself
00:19:26.300 to do that once because if I don't, if I allow more than once, I never stop. Right. Right. So
00:19:31.560 Ed has this, uh, and my lead has this thing, the, the, the power of one more, right. Plus one. It's a
00:19:37.260 thing that he does. So I just live by this rule. It's the same concept, but whatever pops in my head,
00:19:44.560 if it says 10 minutes more, if it says an hour more, if it says five minutes more, luckily for
00:19:48.940 me, I'm lazy at heart. So it usually only says like five minutes more. Right. Right. So I was
00:19:54.060 getting done with 45 minutes on the elliptical and I was late for a fucking meeting and, and, and 1.00
00:19:59.780 because I had fucked off earlier in the day. All right. So I was backing up my cardio right to this 1.00
00:20:04.220 meeting, to the minute. And I got off and right as I was getting off, it said five more minutes
00:20:09.680 and I'm like, fuck. And I actually almost had you pull the video cause I wanted to make a post 0.97
00:20:13.980 about it to show people what I do. Yeah. I got off the fucking elliptical. I walked fucking 13
00:20:18.980 steps the other way. I stopped, I turned around and went back on the elliptical for five more minutes 0.99
00:20:24.180 and I made the motherfuckers wait because I am obeying my own boss voice when I do so. And I am 0.99
00:20:31.940 conditioning my own boss voice to win. And I am loyal to my own boss voice above everything else.
00:20:39.040 Period. Those motherfuckers can wait. They can wait five fucking minutes. And if they're 1.00
00:20:43.500 disrespected by it, fucking leave. Okay. Cause I will never, ever, ever, ever disobey myself 1.00
00:20:51.840 when I tell myself that I'm going to do something. And that's something that you should all adopt
00:20:56.300 because it's a great hack to mold you into the kind of person who executes plus. Okay. Because
00:21:02.840 lots of people execute, very few execute, execute plus. Right. And that plus that's what separates
00:21:10.240 the dude out there. Uh, for me, from the guy out there who thinks he's doing everything I'm doing.
00:21:14.600 Right. Like I always imagine there's another Andy out there. Like I imagine in my head that there's
00:21:20.800 another Andy out there that thinks the same way. I think that's pretty much doing the same thing I'm
00:21:25.700 doing. And my goal, like, I don't know, like, I don't see him. Like I imagine him over in Europe
00:21:31.000 somewhere. Right. Like there's a fucking dude that looks like me, that talks like me, that acts like
00:21:35.000 me. And, uh, and he's basically my, like my, my fucking competitor. Yeah. Okay. And this is 0.99
00:21:41.720 like, I know it sounds crazy, but this is how I see it. And, uh, and I imagine I'm like, all right,
00:21:47.660 well that motherfucker, he only did 45. I'm doing fucking 50. Right. And that goes for anything that 1.00
00:21:53.440 I do. Like if I read 10 pages, I'm reading fucking 15, you know, and 15 sometimes turns into 50. 0.97
00:21:58.700 Right. But my goal is to make sure that no matter fucking what I am kicking that motherfucker's ass 1.00
00:22:06.040 and every single thing that I do, I want to do it better than that motherfucker. And those are two 1.00
00:22:10.920 little hacks that I use to get me to outperform basically anybody else that's, you know, trying
00:22:17.880 to compete with me. You know, it's not anybody else directly. Like I don't look at people like I'm
00:22:23.300 friends with most of the people I legitimately compete with because I believe in, uh, the power
00:22:28.860 of collaboration. I believe in the power of good intent for people. I believe that I believe one
00:22:33.740 of the biggest reasons that I consistently win in life is because I help other motherfuckers win in 0.99
00:22:37.540 life. Okay. And, uh, so like in real life, I don't like look at competitors and like, I actually help 0.99
00:22:45.620 my competitors, which sounds counterintuitive, but it works. Um, so I imagine this dude out there,
00:22:51.840 right? Like this other dude. And I, I, you know, maybe he's out there. I don't fucking know,
00:22:56.260 but I could tell you this. I'm going to fucking beat him. Yeah. I love it. Yeah. Love that. Uh, 1.00
00:23:02.940 question number two, Andy, talk about pivoting a little bit. Uh, Andy, I'm 32 years old and I'm
00:23:07.360 running my own lawn and landscaping business. I started four years ago after, uh, turning wrenches
00:23:12.260 for 13 years. I took my business full time in April of 2021. And I just cleared six figures last
00:23:19.060 year. And that's awesome. My question is, I feel as if I'm hitting a glass ceiling, uh, of having
00:23:25.680 more work than I can handle on most days, but I'm not sure that I can afford to hire someone else to
00:23:30.380 help. Do you have any suggestions on this, uh, of how I can pivot to get through this challenge and
00:23:35.940 break into the higher six figures without compromising quality and reliability? Yeah.
00:23:41.680 Work for free. Take all your money that you make and fucking invest in other people. Live as cheap as 0.99
00:23:46.760 you can live, live as frugal as you can, bro. See when people hear my story first year, first three
00:23:53.980 years, I made $0 next seven years. I made $695 and what they assume, they assume that that's all I
00:24:02.800 could have made. Right. Right. But what they don't understand is that I chose to make $695 and the rest
00:24:10.540 of the money went back into investing. Bro, I had fucking 20, 22 employees making more money than 0.97
00:24:17.060 me. The first time I made a hundred grand. Hmm. Okay. So when you own a business and you own an 0.99
00:24:24.380 operation, you have to live as cheap and as frugal and as embarrassingly like modest and meek
00:24:31.380 that you possibly can. And you'll know when the time to not do that is. So get yourself some
00:24:38.500 fucking ramen. All right. Get downgrade your fucking apartment. Uh, maybe get a less expensive 1.00
00:24:44.380 truck, uh, and, and lower your fucking expenses to the minimum that they can be. Take the money that 0.98
00:24:50.800 you're making, invest in more equipment, invest in some more labor and scale this bitch out. 1.00
00:24:55.660 Yeah. That's what you do. Okay. And people want to, people don't like to hear that because they 0.99
00:25:00.600 don't want to live that life. But let me tell you something, dude. Uh, you go to my house every
00:25:05.180 day. Is it pretty fucking sweet? It's pretty fucking sweet. It's all right. Huh? Yeah. Well, 10 years 0.96
00:25:11.240 ago, uh, or 12 years ago, uh, I was living in a fucking shit. Actually 12 years ago, I was living 0.99
00:25:17.560 at my fucking dad's house still. Okay. That's the payoff. Yeah. On the delay 0.99
00:25:25.420 gratification. Okay. So, so a lot of you guys out there, you are guilty of this. You, you get
00:25:31.440 caught up in Instagram culture. You see fucking 22 year old dumb ass who hasn't done shit with 1.00
00:25:38.160 a fucking Lamborghini Huracan with his arms crossed. Like he's some bro. That motherfucker 1.00
00:25:42.860 is going to be fucking broke. That person will be broke. Let's see where he is in 12. That's 1.00
00:25:47.280 right. That person will be broke. Your goal should be 10 years from now, not fucking two weeks
00:25:54.200 from now. And if you think about it like that and you, you like right now, this guy, you 0.97
00:26:00.580 should be thinking like, I'm going to build the bro. I know a dude in lawn care that makes
00:26:05.200 millions, tens of millions of dollars. Okay. Tens of millions of dollars. All right. But
00:26:12.220 guess what? He did the same shit I'm telling you to do. He lived very cheap. He invested in 1.00
00:26:18.780 his company, invested in his people. He created fucking jobs. And bro, if you're willing to 1.00
00:26:23.200 suffer on the front side, the backside is that much more fruitful and that's reality. That's
00:26:29.200 how it works. So, uh, get yourself some fucking ramen. You know what I'm saying? Cancel your 1.00
00:26:34.200 fucking Netflix, start reading some motherfucking books and, uh, and get as cheap as you can, 1.00
00:26:39.080 as lean as you can, as flexible as you can and start investing in the actual company. Like 0.99
00:26:43.840 you're trying to build a fucking empire and that's what you end up with. Uh, guys, that's 0.99
00:26:48.680 a great question. By the way, far too many people out there are, are, are, and by the
00:26:53.860 way, I love balling out. Okay. I love cool shit. I love cars. I love fucking pimp homes.
00:27:01.300 I love all the fucking bad-ass shit, bro. I love it. I fucking love it. I love it. All right. 1.00
00:27:08.840 There's nothing wrong with it. Yeah. But the reason I love it is because it's not actually
00:27:15.120 costing me anything. All right. I've paid my dues to get to that point. There's nothing
00:27:20.520 wrong with that, but there's far too many people that think they're going to pretend
00:27:25.020 to be that and they don't pay their dues. And because they pretend to be that on the
00:27:29.380 front side, the backside never happens. A good indicator of success is how people behave
00:27:34.480 when they're fucking broke. Like, are they, are they, are they pretending to be rich even 0.99
00:27:38.400 when they're broke? Are they pretending to have a successful company even when they
00:27:42.400 don't? Are they paying their dues or are they flexing on the gram? See what I'm
00:27:47.180 saying? It's a big difference. There's a time and a place to flex on the gram, but
00:27:52.260 it isn't when you're fucking in your first couple of years of business or you're 0.99
00:27:55.840 fucking 22, bro. All that's going to end up doing is blowing up in your face when 1.00
00:28:00.100 you got to make the post that says, you know, guys life gets hard sometimes. And, uh,
00:28:06.640 you know, we have to reevaluate our priorities and I've reevaluated my priorities and, you
00:28:12.460 know, I've decided that, you know, I don't buy into this materialistic life anymore. And
00:28:17.180 I don't, I, what I want to do is I'm going to live as a nudist and lay against the trees
00:28:22.920 all day. And, you know, I'm going to basically enjoy my life and, you know, fuck all that noise 0.99
00:28:28.900 that I just preached about for the last fucking five years and they resign themselves to a 1.00
00:28:34.700 bullshit existence. Okay. So don't be the guy that has to write that post later on because 1.00
00:28:41.240 you're fucked off now. That's real. Make the fucking deposits now. That's it. Keep making 0.99
00:28:45.860 deposits, bro. I make it. You know how much, you know how many big deposits I'm making right
00:28:50.140 now to grow our company? Like, bro, I'm investing in the machine, investing in the machine, investing
00:28:54.840 in the machine. You don't see me out on fucking yachts on, you know, flexing. And bro, by the 0.99
00:29:00.120 way, I could, if I actually flexed, I could flex your motherfucking dick right off. Yeah. 1.00
00:29:09.040 Okay. All you little boys out there, your little fucking peepees will fucking go inside. All 1.00
00:29:14.280 right. The thing is I don't flex. I intentionally don't show my life because the truth is it's
00:29:20.640 so good that everywhere I point the motherfucking camera, it's a massive fucking flex and people 1.00
00:29:25.960 get their little fucking vaginas hurt. Yeah. Okay. So, um, it's a truth. It's a fucking 1.00
00:29:31.960 truth. Yeah. Where, where do I go? There isn't a flex. What do I do? There isn't a flex. 1.00
00:29:35.540 No. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And by the way, uh, I am going to start showing a little bit of lifestyle
00:29:40.420 shit again. My point in saying this whole thing is this pay your fucking dues, be solid, be 0.99
00:29:50.120 the person who fucking, you know, is trying to buy Lamborghini, the company, not a Lamborghini 1.00
00:29:55.860 Huracan base model spec that every other motherfucker has. Get it? Yeah. If you think 1.00
00:30:02.140 like that, you're going to have a much, much better life. It's going to be more fun. You
00:30:06.520 know, only fucking weak people complain about the journey that you go on during this. You 1.00
00:30:11.060 never hear someone who's, who's actually done shit, turn around and say it wasn't worth it. 0.99
00:30:16.860 You never fucking hear it. No. Who do you hear that from? Yeah. You only hear that bullshit 0.99
00:30:22.800 from people who couldn't fucking make it. You only hear that bullshit from people who never 1.00
00:30:27.700 tried period. You never hear someone, by the way, even when they lost their shit, because 1.00
00:30:33.940 you can lose your shit, shit can happen, bro. The world might fall apart. I don't fucking 1.00
00:30:38.380 know. And if it does, everybody's fucked, but I ain't worried about it, bro. Because if it 0.99
00:30:42.720 does, everybody's fucked. Right. Right. So I'm fucking staying on my guns. I'm staying 1.00
00:30:47.220 on offense. Even the guys who lose it, even the guys who fucking lose it, bro. Okay. They 0.99
00:30:53.500 will tell you it was worth it because of all the skills they gained. They will say, okay,
00:30:57.820 I fuck. Cause I know a lot of guys who have like built some shit, lost some shit and then 1.00
00:31:01.320 rebuilt some better shit. Okay. The reason they're able to come back so quickly is because 1.00
00:31:07.440 of the journey. No one ever regrets that journey. No one. No matter how bad. No, fuck. No,
00:31:13.520 no one does. No one, bro. I've had two nervous breakdowns, bro. No one regrets it. I'm like,
00:31:18.260 fuck, that was shit was hard. But guess what? Can't fuck with me now. Exactly. You see what 1.00
00:31:22.340 I'm saying? Yeah. So like, dude, we have to understand that that hard ass journey that
00:31:27.960 people criticize, the only reason they truly criticize it is not in the name of mental health.
00:31:33.020 It's not in the name of rest. It's not in the name of anything. It's in the name of they 0.99
00:31:37.960 couldn't fucking do it or they're making money by you not doing it. It's a truth. It's the 0.98
00:31:44.220 fucking truth, man. It's a truth. You should never take advice from someone who is making 1.00
00:31:50.060 their living, making you accomplish less in life. It's, it's fucking terrible. Don't buy 0.99
00:31:55.300 their books. Don't buy their shit because these people are handicapping you. And when they 1.00
00:32:00.720 handicap you, they handicap their kids. And when you handicap your kids that you handicap 0.99
00:32:05.180 their fucking kids. And this becomes a generational curse. It's your job to break that. It's real. 1.00
00:32:13.340 God, I hate, I hate, I hate the fucking victim culture in this world right now. Fucking hate 1.00
00:32:20.120 it. Yeah. It's not true. Yeah. I think the, the most like from being like, you know, with 1.00
00:32:25.900 you every single day, right. For the last three years. Right. I think to me, I think
00:32:30.540 the most shocking thing is like the fact that like, you know, you, you, you see these
00:32:34.860 successful people and like, okay, yeah. Like you work fucking hard, but then like really
00:32:39.100 seeing it, like, I don't think most people understand, like, like they don't, they can't 0.99
00:32:42.860 comprehend actually like how much fucking work really fucking goes into it. Bro. I was thinking 0.98
00:32:48.700 about this on the ride in today. I was actually talking about this on the fucking treadmill 0.99
00:32:54.340 earlier today with my brother and Trevor Rosenthal, who's a buddy of mine who plays pro ball. 0.97
00:33:01.940 I said, Trevor, how long did it take you to become a professional baseball player? My
00:33:05.800 whole life. How many fucking games of cash should you play? Exactly. A million. Yeah. How 1.00
00:33:12.700 many games of baseball did you play? 10,000. Yeah. You understand? Yep.
00:33:18.700 If you don't go all in, if you don't go all the fuck in all of it, all of it and become obsessed 0.98
00:33:26.120 with what it is you're trying to accomplish, you will get beat by someone who does. This is natural 0.97
00:33:33.620 fucking order. I would love for it to be a little easier. I would love for it to take a little less 0.99
00:33:39.560 time. I would love to be able to tell you that it's going to be fun. And all of that shit would be
00:33:45.620 a lie. The truth of the matter is, and I'm one of the only motherfuckers telling you this is that 1.00
00:33:50.880 natural order is a real fucking thing. And if you're going to compete in anything, you have to 0.98
00:33:57.540 go all in and other areas of your life are going to suffer. Okay. You can only be great in one area
00:34:06.960 because other motherfuckers will sacrifice everything to be great in that area, which 1.00
00:34:12.540 requires you to sacrifice that much. And I didn't make the rules of the game. I'm not saying it's 0.99
00:34:18.940 healthy. I'm just saying what it is. So if you want that, you have to understand, and that doesn't
00:34:24.740 give you an excuse to fuck the rest of your life. Do the best you fucking can recognize your mistakes, 0.99
00:34:30.580 be better. Okay. Improve in those areas, but understand what your main focus is. Understand 0.98
00:34:36.120 what your priority is. I think a lot of people are very unclear on what their priority is. They
00:34:41.120 are led to believe that if you don't live this life of perfect balance and have the perfect 1.00
00:34:45.700 everything, that you are somehow a fucking failure. That is not actually the way it is. True 0.97
00:34:51.660 greatness, true winners, true people who accomplish what it is you're trying to accomplish. Okay.
00:34:56.100 They focus all their energy on that outcome. And the rest of it is kind of like, all right,
00:35:03.180 it's there, but I'm, I'm doing the best I can, but there is a top priority. All right. So you have
00:35:08.960 to understand that's the way it is. That's, that's the fucking rules of the game. Other people might not 0.99
00:35:14.000 tell you that, but that's the truth. Okay. So if you want to fucking become an NFL player, you want to
00:35:19.560 become a fucking a hundred million dollar CEO, or you want to fuck it, whatever it is you're trying to 1.00
00:35:24.580 do. Okay. That's a high enough goal where most of the people who, all of the people who are at that 1.00
00:35:30.780 level have, have given their total focus to that fucking goal. If you're operating any other way 0.97
00:35:36.300 and you're listening to this idealistic shit about balance and all this other bullshit, you will end 1.00
00:35:40.220 up getting fucking your ass beat by someone like this. And there's those people in every area of life 1.00
00:35:45.140 that are at the top level. I'm not here to tell you how to be fucking good. I'm not here to tell you 0.98
00:35:50.840 how to, how to be okay. All right. I personally am here for the motherfucking winners. I am here for
00:35:58.420 the number one, not the number one through fucking eight, not the pretty good. I'm here for the number 0.98
00:36:03.060 one. That's, that's where my mentality is. My mentality is to be the fucking best. I know I'm
00:36:08.800 not the best. That's why I show the fuck up here every day and give it everything I have. So I'm not
00:36:12.700 saying I'm the best. I'm saying that's my mentality. That's my mindset. That's who the fuck I want
00:36:16.900 to be. And if you want the same, I'm communicating how to do that. And then bro, you play this clip 0.99
00:36:23.240 on Instagram and you'll get fucking 10,000 comments of everybody saying how I'm fucking 1.00
00:36:27.340 full of shit. Show me what those motherfuckers have done. Show me what they've done. Show me 1.00
00:36:34.080 because I guarantee you it ain't much. 1.00
00:36:39.260 Real shit, man. I know it is. I fucking really know it is because I'm 43 fucking years old and I've 1.00
00:36:45.100 gone down the gauntlet. You motherfuckers are trying to go down. The victim culture of society 1.00
00:36:50.960 is handicapping and keeping so much greatness on the fucking table. And it's a big problem in our 0.99
00:36:56.700 culture. True. Guys, Andy, our third and final question for you. Question number three. Andy,
00:37:04.780 you've said before that it is a skill that you have developed to be able to walk into a meeting and
00:37:09.520 still get shit done when you've had to deal with frustrations or heated emotions previously in your 0.63
00:37:14.620 day. What tools do you use to develop those skills for you to focus on the task and not have those
00:37:21.080 emotions and frustrations? That's a good question. How do you, how do you handle that? I think that's
00:37:25.740 maturity. Um, when I was a less experienced, less skilled leader, I would not have any reservations or
00:37:32.980 filter about that. Uh, I was a fucking tornado, bro. Like I was a force of fucking nature. Like once I 0.99
00:37:39.640 started, there was no stopping it. And so I would go from person to meeting to person at level fucking 0.98
00:37:46.180 100 intensity, bro. And you know, while it got the job done, it could have been done much more 0.95
00:37:52.760 enjoyably, had a lot more fun, uh, built a lot better friendships and relationships than had I
00:37:58.800 acted that way that I, and by the way, I'm embarrassed of that. Like when I have regrets about
00:38:03.920 myself, one of my regrets that I have the most is that I lacked emotional self-control for a long
00:38:09.580 time. Okay. And, and I was hard on people that, that harder on people than what I should have been.
00:38:15.400 Does that make sense? Because I was dealing with other things and it wasn't. And by the way,
00:38:21.100 that still happens occasionally, but I recognize that I made a mistake, right? So the first thing is,
00:38:28.460 this person is clearly aware. And so you're ahead of where I was because I operated that way for a
00:38:34.520 long time. What I do now is I try to be present in the moment. I try to handle the tat. And by the
00:38:42.020 way, this makes you a lot more productive too. Okay. Because like when I'm in here to record the show,
00:38:47.680 I'm giving my all to you guys. Okay. When I go in into that boardroom over there and I walk in,
00:38:53.940 I am automatically not thinking about anything else. I'm thinking about this. Okay. So it's
00:38:59.100 about being present and it's about being focused and understanding that those emotions from that, 0.99
00:39:05.220 whatever happened 10 minutes ago or an hour ago or a day ago, or fucking when you were a kid 0.99
00:39:10.840 are irrelevant. That all they can do is hurt you. If you allow them to bleed onto other people in other 0.99
00:39:17.940 situations, and you have to learn how to get them to serve you. And how do you get
00:39:23.020 bad situations to serve you? Well, here's how you do it. You get yourself a chip and you put it on
00:39:30.020 your motherfucking shoulder. Okay. And every bad thing that happens to you, take it personally 1.00
00:39:34.840 and you put it in that motherfucking chip. Okay. So when someone, when your, when your girlfriend says 1.00
00:39:40.180 you ain't ever going to be what the fuck you say it is, you fucking take that shit. You, and you, 1.00
00:39:45.180 you fucking chisel it into your brain forever and you put it into that fucking chip on your shoulder. 1.00
00:39:50.340 Okay. And then when you're tired and when you're angry or when you don't fucking feel like it, 1.00
00:39:56.460 or you're trying to cut corners or you're trying to be lazy fuck. All right. You fucking remember 1.00
00:40:02.060 what the fuck they said. And that's how you use negativity to your benefit. Most of you try to 1.00
00:40:07.860 avoid negativity. Most of you are scared of negativity. Most of you don't know how to use
00:40:12.840 negativity, but if you can harness negativity into productive action, you've won the game because
00:40:19.480 most people can't do it. So when I see someone say something about me or when someone talks poorly
00:40:26.420 about me or when a situation happens that disturbs me emotionally, I don't get mad. I don't say shit. 0.99
00:40:32.440 I deposited into my motherfucking chip knowing that how I handle this is to go do something right now 1.00
00:40:40.020 that helps move me forward. Yeah. Right. Yeah. So, so, so dude, 0.99
00:40:44.860 so what I'm saying is when you're emotionally disturbed, all right, like, like they're asking,
00:40:50.300 Hey, I'm coming from one place. I'm going to another place. How do I not let it carry over?
00:40:55.880 You fucking take the shit that's pissed you off and you put it into this chip that you've created 1.00
00:41:01.040 on your shoulder. And then you go into the meeting knowing that the best possible fuck you 1.00
00:41:06.500 is to execute that meeting the best possible way. And when you start to operate that way, bro, 1.00
00:41:11.980 you become unstoppable because everything that anyone throws at you actually ends up blowing up 1.00
00:41:17.200 in their fucking face. Right. I'm hearing this motherfucker keeps getting better. Yeah, exactly. 1.00
00:41:22.320 And bro, that's how I am as a human. Like dude, every day, every day, every day for the last,
00:41:30.560 I don't know, fucking seven, eight years consistently since the podcast got popular, 0.98
00:41:36.480 I can open my phone and I can look and see hundreds of people that fucking think I'm a 1.00
00:41:43.520 fucking idiot or see I'm a piece of shit or say it, bro. And I like it. I like it. It's free 1.00
00:41:50.940 motivation. Yes. Yes. Yes. So fucking give it to me, motherfucker. Cause I take the shit,
00:41:57.640 I swallow it up and then I'm running even faster. You got to use what is given to you. 1.00
00:42:04.680 Yeah. Let me, let me, let me follow up real quick on this though, Andy, cause I think it's a powerful
00:42:09.740 point about the being aware, but I think, would you agree that most people feel like majority of
00:42:14.540 shit is just out of their control and that's why they can't, you know what I'm saying? Like what's 0.81
00:42:20.000 the, the holdup on the production pivot? You know, most people I think move through thinking that,
00:42:24.560 oh, well, well, yeah, what my fault. So it just is, it is what it is. Days fucked up now. Fuck
00:42:29.100 that meeting. Fuck everything. You know what I'm saying? Look, man, you'd like French fries. 1.00
00:42:32.740 Yeah. Fuck yeah. Somebody's got to cook them. Oh fuck. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. That's real shit. 1.00
00:42:41.300 Yeah. I know it is. Good God. Yeah. I know it is. Yeah. So like, bro, I can't help everybody. 1.00
00:42:45.620 You know, you, if you're going to fucking crumble because of the actual real things that every single 0.60
00:42:52.340 person that wants to be successful has to go through to be successful, maybe success isn't 0.99
00:42:58.200 your fucking purpose on this planet. And by the way, uh, that could be okay because you could do a 0.96
00:43:04.900 lot of good shit. Like you don't, but not every not. And I mean that not everybody's meant to do it. 0.99
00:43:11.240 Not everybody's meant for it, right? There are all kinds of different people, bro. There's people
00:43:17.580 who are artists. There's people who are writers. There's people who are, uh, you know, they do
00:43:21.840 other things or serve other purposes. So like the entrepreneur culture has on Instagram and social
00:43:29.520 media has really kind of fucked people's mentality, right? Because not everybody is built for that game.
00:43:35.360 It's a very difficult game. Seven to 8% of the population are entrepreneurs, but only fucking one 0.98
00:43:42.080 10th of 1% is actually successful. All right. And I don't say that to discourage you because you can 0.95
00:43:48.760 become someone who's built for the game. This is why I developed the whole live hard program. You can
00:43:54.100 fucking listen to it. Episode, uh, two Oh eight. All right. I built that so that people could condition 0.99
00:44:00.620 themselves to become someone who's built for the fucking game, but it's not everybody's purpose. 0.98
00:44:06.680 So I'm, I'm, when I talk this shit and I say these things, never think that I'm looking down on someone 0.99
00:44:12.540 else because I'm not, I am here for the motherfuckers where that is their purpose. And so I'm going to tell 0.99
00:44:18.320 you the truth about it. See what I'm saying? Absolutely. Because somebody's got to, is that three?
00:44:23.920 That's fucking three, man, dude. Yeah. I look good. I look good. I felt good about that. I had a good 0.99
00:44:31.600 time. Same time next week. Yeah. Same time. All right, guys, that's the show. Uh, don't forget
00:44:37.180 about that live stream this Saturday. Uh, you can go to rt syndicate.com. And if you enjoy the show,
00:44:42.580 if it brought you value, if it made you laugh, it made you think it made you mad. If you fucking hate me, 0.99
00:44:47.340 share the show. 0.99
00:44:49.140 Yeah. Went from sleeping on the floor. Now my jewelry box froze. Fuck a pole. Fuck a stove. 1.00
00:44:54.720 Counted millions in the cold. Bad bitch. Booty swole. Got her on bankroll. Can't fold. Doesn't know. 1.00
00:45:01.380 Headshot. Case closed.
