00:02:37.320 grumpy by the way was on a 75 hard versus episode what episode is that we looked that up real quick

00:02:44.760 i just watched him on the parking lot run a mile with a hundred pounds in eight minutes and 30 seconds

00:02:53.600 i don't know if it was actually 8 30 but it was 8 29 sub nine it was right there yeah within a second 0.95

00:02:59.360 or two of 8 30 un-fucking-real dude unreal unreal fucking human being let me ask you this who's 0.98

00:03:06.640 ran a hundred miles okay oh he's a he's an insane human the guys yeah let me let me ask you this 0.99

00:03:11.740 though andy right like obviously will did not come out the womb fucking curling gallon jugs of milk 1.00

00:03:17.740 right like how in your in your in in your opinion right when you look at shit like that like what's 0.99

00:03:23.800 the equation how did how did will get to that today right like what what's the formula there maybe 0.99

00:03:28.300 he's been committed for the last i mean shit i bet he's been here nine years eight years you know 0.95

00:03:35.460 i watched him come in our company as a minimum wage employee i watched him work his way up and now 0.99

00:03:40.260 he's one of the main executives here at the company he's 30 years old uh fucking i i just pushes 0.99

00:03:47.440 and pushes and pushes and pushes and pushes and has built himself into this person and it's it's 0.98

00:03:52.800 frustrating i know for will because we've talked about it a bunch it's frustrating for me too when 0.99

00:03:58.300 people see him and they're like oh dude he's just born that way you're fucking insane like you said he 1.00

00:04:03.380 came out like nobody's coming out curling gallons of milk no this motherfucker came out in ding-dongs 1.00

00:04:08.820 and ho-hos bro go look at his pictures when he grew up he was fat he grew up fat he got bullied 1.00

00:04:14.180 he got made fun of he was a fat kid he was fat young adult he was a pudgy dude when he came here 0.92

00:04:19.480 all right and he's just built himself into this beast and it it's frustrating when people think

00:04:26.040 that he just like is that way it's like it's like kind of like that story i tell about my guitar teacher

00:04:31.880 you know where where i talked to him uh matthew and i was like man you're so talented and he looked

00:04:38.580 at me like with like a death stare disgust yeah i was pissed when i said it and at first i was like 0.93

00:04:44.040 damn dude because like this guy's real chill joe knows him real chill real chill cool ass dude 0.99

00:04:48.640 he looked at me with like a like a death look and i'm like oh shit he's like dude i've been playing 0.99

00:04:54.700 guitar longer than you've been alive yeah and i'm like oh i got it right you know what i'm saying yeah 0.95

00:05:01.040 yeah and then we should always be very careful to make judgments about where people are because

00:05:05.960 most exceptional people most people they're doing these things that you look at and you're like

00:05:10.400 holy shit they started out just like you you just didn't see that part you just didn't get to see it 0.56

00:05:15.880 you're seeing the end result yeah you're not seeing the yeah countless days of waking up at 4 a.m 1.00

00:05:20.920 training hard that motherfucker gets up at three o'clock every day every day i don't know a single 0.97

00:05:25.560 person works harder than that yeah not a single person yeah not a single person it's it's truly 0.99

00:05:31.080 inspiring and seeing him do that seeing him do that that mile just now like this guy's going 0.98

00:05:35.900 out doing shit that people would kill to do once in their life on his fucking lunch break right yeah 0.95

00:05:43.140 dude he's over in his office he's back in his office yeah like it's just dude it's just cool 0.99

00:05:50.200 to be a part of this company yeah like being around these kind of people because like there's a number

00:05:54.340 of people in this building that do ridiculous stuff all the time 50 miles 100 miles 24 hour runs

00:06:01.360 um i mean dude just you name it it's getting done around here and it's getting done by not just like 0.91

00:06:07.660 one person it's getting done by like a big portion of the team it's it's really fucking special to be 0.64

00:06:14.460 inspiring shit yeah man it makes me grateful dude like it really does and as frustrating as business 0.71

00:06:19.220 can get sometimes i couldn't imagine doing it with another group another group of these kind of like 0.99

00:06:26.120 knowing if you're going into war you're taking these oh fuck no doubt no doubt no doubt it's it's just 0.62

00:06:32.400 really cool man i love that man i love it episode 176 okay so go listen to episode 176 uh that's will 0.89

00:06:40.040 75 hard versus will grumke okay i think it's one of the best episodes we ever did so and you guys

00:06:46.080 should follow that dude he's got a youtube channel now you should follow him you should listen to every

00:06:50.080 motherfucking thing he says because he i've watched him do it i've watched him do it yeah he came in 0.97

00:06:55.200 here minimum wage dude pretty chubby young kid didn't know too much and has built himself into a 0.99

00:07:01.220 bad ass human being all the way around and by the way he's probably the nicest and best dude in this

00:07:07.960 building too which is like there's not i've never seen will had a bad day no no he hasn't he just

00:07:13.700 controls himself you know i'm saying that's something i admire about him yeah that's something i need to

00:07:18.120 work on yeah you know every time i see him he's got a smile on his face ready to any and anything

00:07:22.200 you need i know bro yeah he's a fucking awesome dude so anyway i love it man well it is q a guys 0.91

00:07:28.200 and uh i got something else that's shocking what's that i got some good ones for you oh dj's got some 0.83

00:07:34.980 good ones yeah man let's get into these lock these out guys andy question number one andy i'm in the

00:07:41.840 beauty industry it seems like most people in my area they're raising their prices artists uh who

00:07:49.400 are newer than me are charging more than i am you previously mentioned not raising prices in a

00:07:54.640 recession economy that we're in if you don't have to uh and that has been my mindset i'm starting to

00:08:00.260 wonder though if i'm giving myself less value for charging less or am i just staying competitive

00:08:06.600 how do you look at this is there a better option well the first thing to understand is that most

00:08:11.820 prices are not going to come back down okay the market is fundamentally changed now because there's

00:08:17.180 been so many trillions of extra dollars that have been printed that the actual value of things

00:08:23.480 cost more even though it's not more and so there's an acclimation period to this massive influx

00:08:30.340 which we call inflation but an influx of money that creates a situation where this same water

00:08:37.300 that was two dollars a year ago is now three dollars but it still feels like two dollars because

00:08:43.340 there's more money in the market yeah there's no more water in that bottle it's not yeah gotcha so

00:08:48.840 it's a perception that takes time for the economy to adjust to where you really get in trouble is when

00:08:54.500 it starts to hyperinflate and that's where that could happen but in terms of raising your

00:09:00.120 prices right now i feel like we're in a situation where people are starting to understand that

00:09:07.160 things are costing more and i don't think you're going to hurt yourself by raising your prices to

00:09:14.620 at least reflect the amount of inflation we have which is more or less around 10 okay so you have to

00:09:21.460 adjust with the market to maintain the profit the proper profitability so that you could stay in

00:09:27.500 business and then that way because what happens if you don't as a you know you're in the beauty 0.92

00:09:32.700 industry and i assume you're doing hair and things like that um maybe selling those kind of goods or

00:09:40.300 whatever right you're in a situation where if you don't adjust that margin that means that you are

00:09:48.000 going to feel the cut in the value on your own life does that make sense yeah so it's an acclimation 0.98

00:09:54.240 period i think most i mean most americans by this point are understanding like shit just cost more 0.95

00:09:58.900 money uh and unfortunately we've got a government that's running wild that decides they can do this as 0.92

00:10:04.560 much as they want and you know and they still take our tax which is totally messed up you know if

00:10:09.160 they could print money whenever they want why are they taking half of ours right i think that's a

00:10:12.660 relevant question that we all need to ask but um at the end of the day man you have to run a business

00:10:18.000 and a lot of people put themselves out of business because they're afraid to raise prices when it's

00:10:22.560 required so the reason that i recommend keeping your prices the same in the beginning is because

00:10:29.140 when everybody else raises your price they're going to start looking the the consumer behavior is to

00:10:33.640 look for the cheaper option because they're not acclimated to the things actually costing more

00:10:37.940 does that make sense you know what i'm saying right yeah right so at first they're panicking they're 0.90

00:10:42.380 like fuck cheap i gotta find the cheaper thing that's when you benefit from keeping your prices low 0.90

00:10:46.760 but when everybody else has raised them you're actually hurting yourself by not raising with the 0.99

00:10:50.720 market yeah so well i'm because she's i'm sure you know the price of hair gel all that stuff is

00:10:54.900 raising up too right yeah she's paying more you can't put yourself out of business dude right it's

00:10:58.640 reality like it's a math equation you have to make a certain amount of margin that's what it is

00:11:02.820 and every business is beholden to that or they go out of business so just understand your situation

00:11:07.520 is not unique i wouldn't fear it i wouldn't stress out over it i would just do it and you're going to

00:11:12.160 have three or four people that are going to say some stuff and you know the reality is is

00:11:16.320 anywhere they go there's going to be 10 more cost yeah that's just what it is and and the

00:11:21.300 companies that don't raise their price those companies are going to be in a race to the bottom

00:11:24.960 and they will hurt their company potentially put their company out of business by not adjusting in

00:11:29.840 the market thinking that they're going to capture all the customers i'm just going to tell you no

00:11:34.680 matter how good you are no matter how cheap you are no matter how well known you are can never

00:11:38.580 capture all the customers so it's a failed strategy a lot of people think i can be cheap cheap cheap cheap

00:11:44.840 cheap cheap cheap and then eventually i'll get all the customers and i'll raise the price but here's

00:11:48.820 the problem with that you're training your customers to shop with you on exclusively only price so the

00:11:54.480 minute that you adjust price your customers run away all right so it's a it's a flawed thinking it

00:12:00.780 doesn't work it's not good for a brand it's not good for a business um and it doesn't work

00:12:05.860 mathematically so i would say that where we are right now at least at this point in time like today

00:12:10.980 everywhere i go shit's more expensive everywhere i go to eat it's more expensive every business that 0.91

00:12:17.380 i'm involved in cost of goods has gone up and we've had to raise prices and customers you know 0.96

00:12:23.000 generally understand yeah but but let me ask you this though right like the only reason the customers

00:12:28.840 would understand but more more importantly accept the the price raise is because that good or service

00:12:36.640 is fucking exceptional right so like with that would you tell her like that should be the focus

00:12:41.320 like making sure that that product or that service that you're supplying is the best it

00:12:44.860 possibly can be yeah i mean that's a fundamental goal of business i mean i it depends it depends on

00:12:49.720 where you're going to play yeah okay there's three levels of business that you can play in there's

00:12:53.460 good better and best okay you could be good which really is the cheap option okay you could be

00:12:58.660 better which is you know you got mcdonald's which is the cheapest burger you got five

00:13:03.700 five guys which is the better burger that's what they call the whole concept and then you got 0.97

00:13:07.660 twisted tree right best fucking burger you can get okay and or billy g's i'm not going to 0.99

00:13:13.120 slide my homies all right you're going to get gourmet burger okay so it's good better best and 0.99

00:13:19.580 you have to make a decision about which category your brand is going to be in and you have to operate in

00:13:25.320 that category i personally like to operate in the best category because i am a best category

00:13:31.420 consumer myself i want the best and specifically for what we do which is consumable goods i when i

00:13:38.980 go to consume things i want them to be the best i'm putting them on my body okay so we work to be

00:13:43.840 the best there um that it costs more to be the best it costs more to be better it costs the least

00:13:50.260 amount to be best but the cool thing about deciding where you are and playing in is when you understand 0.96

00:13:56.420 where the customer is you don't piss them off by doing dumb shit all right so like 0.95

00:14:01.340 if you're the cheap option okay you have to understand that that's why the customers are there 0.99

00:14:08.760 and that's where price will fuck you especially in this kind of situation where it's volatile in the

00:14:13.400 economy if you're a better category a little bit more stability if you're a best category it almost 0.96

00:14:18.160 insulates you from recessions because the people have to have money to shop with you anyway

00:14:21.700 okay so i like best category options when i build a company i try to if i can move ourselves into the

00:14:30.120 best category and then work really hard to maintain that standard and actually be the best and that

00:14:34.620 takes constant improvement constant involvement constant learning it's a different process um but

00:14:39.800 i'm more comfortable with it and i think it's better for your brand uh if you understand how to play

00:14:45.080 it yeah but there's opportunities for all i think the cool thing about being in the best category

00:14:50.180 is what is that you are definitely more stable through price volatility in the economy because

00:14:58.160 dude like if you're selling like ferrari still selling the same amount of ferraris bro you know

00:15:03.780 what i'm saying like because the people that can afford them aren't fucking getting hurt by what's 0.78

00:15:07.180 going on you see what i'm saying so that's what we have to think about yeah i love that uh guys

00:15:13.280 andy question number two uh andy my fiancee and i own a tattoo shop in ohio i try to handle the

00:15:20.520 social media accounts including his personal instagram our shop instagram shop facebook page

00:15:26.420 along with our email and phones as well we do not post much anymore due to being so busy it doesn't

00:15:33.160 cross our minds as much and i think we should post more to get more engagement do you find using

00:15:38.840 social media to be that important for small businesses uh we're growing at a fast pace uh as

00:15:44.820 it uh as is without much engagement online do you think i should put extra effort towards it or should

00:15:50.740 i just focus on the business uh reinvesting in the day-to-day activities of the business

00:15:54.800 there's a lot to that question um the number one priority is creating an experience and a product

00:16:04.540 that that a story is told about that's the number one thing your your business of tattooing is going

00:16:09.900 to grow based off word of mouth just by the nature of what tattooing is um should you be using

00:16:16.780 instagram should you be using these platforms i would say yes because it's free and it allows you to

00:16:22.640 tell even if it's 10 people that's 10 more people that you didn't have or told anything to

00:16:29.200 right so those all add up over time um i think a lot of businesses get so heavy into their social media

00:16:37.660 initiatives that they forget about the real thing that matters which is the customer experience and

00:16:45.620 the product solving the problem in a way that is sneezable meaning that customers will tell a story

00:16:52.300 about it so it's kind of like looking at it in two different ways okay you have your full offense

00:16:59.660 which is your advertising which is how you get new leads and then you have your ability to replicate

00:17:05.480 word of mouth based upon the ability to deliver an experience that is worth talking about and so

00:17:11.740 in tattooing specifically right like the quality of the tattoo matters but also it goes back into the

00:17:18.600 branding thing i just talked about in the last question there is good better and best tattoos

00:17:23.180 for sure all right so it just depends on where you are like my my tattoo artist eric marcinizen he does

00:17:29.100 entire and it works entirely off word of mouth all right now he has an instagram he hasn't posted on

00:17:34.180 in years and years and years but his shit is so good that people know who he is stories are told about 0.95

00:17:40.800 him and he stays busy as much as he wants to be he doesn't he doesn't have to do anything all right 0.99

00:17:47.400 and also there is something to be said for creating scarcity and unavailability all right so you going

00:17:56.660 out and posting four times a day creates a feeling of desperation whereas you posting once a month

00:18:03.840 creates more of a feeling of exclusivity and you have to decide what that right balance is for you

00:18:09.260 all right um well what would separate that like if you're putting that out there and you know you'll get

00:18:14.460 you get 100 new leads but you ain't got if you can't fulfill them what difference does it make

00:18:17.820 right and the other thing too so here's another way to look at it and this is how i would personally

00:18:21.880 look at it i would look at it like okay well what what else could i sell what could i do if i if i ran

00:18:28.640 my social and we did it consistently i'm already booked because i'm trading time for money right we're

00:18:34.200 trading a service there's only so much you can do all right so your only option to make more money

00:18:38.140 is to raise prices if you're booked out so if you could go out and get a whole bunch of leads based

00:18:43.060 upon this amazing work that allows you to be booked out for a year straight you should do it and you

00:18:48.180 should figure out something else to sell these people maybe it's something like tattoo butter maybe

00:18:52.460 it's something like tattoo aftercare maybe it's something else maybe it's something else that people

00:18:58.160 who are into tattoos would also be into but what you're doing by displaying this tattoo work that is

00:19:03.480 obviously high quality because you're so booked based off of people just talking about it is

00:19:08.320 you're building a list of leads that are now interested at least somewhat in what it is you're

00:19:13.020 trying to do and if you could find some ancillary supportive products to sell now you have a new

00:19:17.780 revenue stream that's not based upon just trading your time for money right all right so that's how i

00:19:22.360 would look at it right then that that's in so that means do social media yeah okay and then collect

00:19:27.840 build the following and then use the following to market something else and then this is what's

00:19:35.000 called vertically integrated like that that is what vertical integration is no not really vertical

00:19:40.480 integration this is just ancillary offerings got so complementary offerings vertical integration would

00:19:46.660 be like how we run our companies where i own the stores that they're sold in i own the products

00:19:52.460 that are made i own some of the places the ingredients come from down to some of the farms

00:19:57.780 that some of our ingredients come from all right so we own a piece of the process all the way from

00:20:02.820 the farm all the way to our stores where we sell it that's vertical integration gotcha you see what i'm

00:20:08.300 saying so it's a different concept similar thing yeah but uh but different gotcha makes sense i like it

00:20:15.320 do you think do you think i mean you got i guess you kind of answered so i mean because when the social

00:20:19.920 media thing came a lot of businesses jumped on it but you you're stressing on the importance of not

00:20:25.660 putting too much focus on the social media but make sure making sure you're building the experience

00:20:30.280 part on the back end well that's important so the reason the experience and and the solving of the

00:20:36.100 problem because the reason i say solving of the problem is because that's why businesses exist

00:20:40.220 and you ask most people hey why what's the point of a business they say this exact same thing they say

00:20:44.740 to make money the point of the business is not to make money the making money is the byproduct

00:20:48.900 of the problem that you're solving and how well that you solve it and most most importantly do you

00:20:54.160 solve it in a way that people talk about okay because people only really buy from word of mouth

00:20:58.740 i know people think that they buy from ads and they do okay i know think people think that they buy from

00:21:04.660 you know uh basically everything that would fall into the idea of advertising but advertising is more

00:21:12.880 about awareness than it is about conversion and actually what converts the most is word of mouth this is why 0.99

00:21:17.640 in most great ad campaigns it's testimonials all right so when you think about why you buy shit 0.99

00:21:23.600 you might see the rock wear some shit right and you're like fuck that's cool but you won't really 0.99

00:21:27.940 buy it until you see your buddy wearing it too and you say hey is that shit really that cool and he's 0.99

00:21:33.240 like fuck yeah and then you buy it all right so that's how it works with the human psyche just 0.99

00:21:37.860 happened to me well listen so so so having the process of the experience in place is the most 0.99

00:21:46.020 important thing and people usually put that last when it should come first because here's the thing

00:21:50.800 when you go out and spend a ton of money on ads or social media presence or all these things to get new

00:21:56.380 leads they come in and buy if they buy from your your company or your service whatever it is and they get a

00:22:03.820 terrible experience we live in this in this uh ecosystem now of social media where people can tell

00:22:10.280 every single person they've ever met from kindergarten to now what they thought of this particular thing

00:22:16.700 so if you go out and spend doing a heavy ad spend and you don't have the ability to fulfill and create

00:22:22.240 the experience you're never going to collect customers and accumulate uh customers at mass so it becomes a

00:22:28.340 flow-through business customer comes in customer goes out and no matter how many how much you guys think

00:22:33.100 there are a limited amount of customers so the best way is um well the only way is is to build that

00:22:40.080 first part the the retention part the part that's going to get people to talk about it the experience

00:22:44.340 part and then pump ad ad leads into it once you got that system yeah and if you don't have it's like

00:22:50.400 holes in a bucket the way i explain it is like holes in the bucket okay you have a bucket all right

00:22:55.280 and inside this bucket you're trying to fill with customers and most companies when they start up

00:23:01.620 they don't really know what they're doing so there's naturally some holes in the bucket

00:23:05.060 all right so what do they think they think we need more customers they think that's the problem

00:23:09.460 the problem isn't that you need more customers bro the problem is that you need to keep the customers 0.98

00:23:13.820 that you're getting and you need them to go talk about how great of a fucking company you are 0.90

00:23:17.100 okay so what people do is they go spend a ton of ad revenue to put people in the bucket when it's 0.98

00:23:22.980 still got holes in it the customer goes in and comes out and on the other side the customer

00:23:26.940 comes out and says negative things about your business which only speeds the demise of your

00:23:31.500 business puts more holes in them that's correct so so what you have to do is build your bucket

00:23:36.060 and get as many of those holes plugged as you can to start and then your customers when you turn on

00:23:41.640 the ads they will tell you where the other holes are and if you pay attention you can patch those too

00:23:45.400 and then all of a sudden the level of customers in your bucket starts to rise all right now you got

00:23:50.020 something going because now you're creating a situation where you have critical mass on word of mouth

00:23:54.240 which spreads which helps your brand grow this is how you build a brand this is how you build a real

00:24:00.380 business most people out here right now are trained on e-com techniques or funnels or value ladders or 0.98

00:24:07.280 all these things which are super valuable but nobody really talks about outside of me actually fucking 0.92

00:24:12.880 keeping them and building an amazing brand with them so a lot of you young bucks are missing the whole 0.94

00:24:17.200 fucking point because you're you're you're you're this is why you have to switch things this is why you 0.99

00:24:22.360 continue to have to switch things the reason you have to continue to go from widget to widget to 0.99

00:24:26.220 widget to widget to widget is because you're not able to collect the customers because you're not 0.99

00:24:29.980 actually providing what you're promising them so this is common sense give them what the fuck you 1.00

00:24:34.680 promise give them more than you promise all right and they will go out and market your shit for you 0.99

00:24:39.640 they'll tell everybody how great you are and your level of customers will go up and when your level 0.95

00:24:43.720 of customers goes up they all talk to each other and now you have this big conversation happening all

00:24:48.880 over the internet and in the world that's driving people to your business it's a huge deal to 0.97

00:24:53.700 understand this concept it's really everything dude change your fucking life if you're a business 0.97

00:24:59.740 person love that man build build the product build the experience solve the customer's problem 0.88

00:25:07.340 once you're good at that and and really good to the point where when they shop with you they should

00:25:13.920 be saying holy shit this is amazing once you get to that point that's where you start to dump ads

00:25:19.440 i love it i love it guys andy our third and final question by the way this is what we do in rt syndicate 0.95

00:25:28.120 all fucking day long okay i'm gonna plug it because it's valuable yeah we talk about those kind of 0.90

00:25:34.020 things in rt syndicate i teach you every fucking thing i know on this show you're getting a you're 0.99

00:25:38.820 getting the fucking tip bro yeah okay i know a few things all right and i'm just telling you 1.00

00:25:44.840 if you're interested in your young entrepreneur fuck all these fucking hacks that you keep spending 1.00

00:25:51.420 your money on invest your money in joining a fucking group that actually is filled with real 1.00

00:25:56.700 entrepreneurs that are actually doing real shit in real life that help each other push each other 0.99

00:26:01.500 pick each other up push each other down the road and help win together okay so you have a network of

00:26:06.360 highly qualified uh real people who are doing things and you learn from real people who are

00:26:11.540 doing who have done real shit all right it's it is what it is man yeah and rt you're gonna learn how 0.79

00:26:16.940 to plug those buckets yeah every single one step yeah i'm and i'll only know that i'm not in rt but 0.99

00:26:22.040 obviously i'm there for the talk i'm it's real shit man it's a it's a it's it's a different depth 0.80

00:26:29.040 of knowledge and in fact if i if i were to do a podcast on this one topic a whole podcast it would 0.95

00:26:35.180 be eight hours long yeah okay so there's a lot that i know and there's a lot that i can share

00:26:40.580 and we do that level of content in rt everybody always us we're like what's the difference between

00:26:45.000 q and a f and rt a fucking whole lot shit turn yeah i love it man uh but guys andy our third and 0.99

00:26:52.640 final question question number three rt syndicate.com too by the way shameless yeah yeah i listen people 0.98

00:27:00.040 need it no it's real uh guys andy our third and final question question number three andy

00:27:05.440 andy i am completely inspired the fuck out i go through these phases of getting really inspired 0.65

00:27:15.300 to do amazing things and conquer the world but then three months later i fall back from the plans

00:27:21.240 and become miserable again i'm constantly seeing these young people run circles around me with their

00:27:26.780 success i'm 34 by the way it's all over social media and i've noticed that i've actually done

00:27:32.980 this countless of times throughout my life and i truly can't figure out why i keep stopping and what

00:27:39.380 it is that they have that i don't can you help me figure this out could be a couple things how do you

00:27:47.900 know they're actually telling you the truth how do you know all these people that are telling you how

00:27:52.500 successful they are actually telling you the truth how you know because they got a lamborghini 0.99

00:27:57.360 no okay can you order their product can you go to their headquarters can you go see what the fuck 0.98

00:28:03.660 they do can you buy their product in your stores can you like drug dealers look successful that's right 1.00

00:28:10.240 all right so first of all remember this every single motherfucker out there right right now is trying 0.99

00:28:16.980 to pretend to be as successful as they can because they're trying to sell you some sort of coaching 0.99

00:28:22.660 bullshit which they are not qualified to fucking sell you okay because they haven't done it for 25 0.98

00:28:28.360 fucking years all right so remember that when you get in these negative mindsets the second thing i would 1.00

00:28:34.280 say that i think is a problem for this person is that you are the way you phrase your question you 0.98

00:28:40.360 believe that you have to be inspired you don't have to be fucking inspired it's not a requirement you know 0.98

00:28:45.240 what's required being disciplined doing shit when you don't feel like doing it that's what discipline 0.98

00:28:49.640 is all about okay so i would say the the reality of the situation is you're valuing the wrong things 0.93

00:28:55.600 you're valuing that magical feeling of inspiration and that momentum that you quote unquote catch which

00:29:01.940 is actually created by our own actions or the feeling of being motivated you're valuing those things

00:29:07.460 you're not understanding that it's actually discipline that's going to push you through do you think i 0.99

00:29:11.600 fucking feel inspired every fucking day i get up bro you're fucking insane there's at least two days 1.00

00:29:17.180 a month where i have to go home and go to bed for the whole fucking day because i hate it so much 1.00

00:29:21.120 is that true or not true okay so i'm not fucking inspired either and the fact that you think that 0.95

00:29:28.740 everybody else is out here successful because they're inspired is an insult to the own discipline 0.96

00:29:34.000 that they've manufactured by doing hard shit when they didn't fucking feel like it all right so let's be 1.00

00:29:39.760 real about this motherfucker the reason that you ain't where the fuck you want to be is because you 1.00

00:29:43.420 don't have the discipline levels that you actually need to have and you need to go fucking build them 1.00

00:29:47.080 that's what you need to do i don't want to hear no bullshit about your inspiration or your motivation 0.99

00:29:51.560 or i don't feel like fucking doing it bro every motherfucking day i get here i don't feel like fucking 0.99

00:29:55.740 doing this i've been doing this for 24 years you fucking think i'm inspired every fucking day 1.00

00:30:00.160 you're fucking insane bro you're looking at the wrong way completely the wrong way go do live hard 1.00

00:30:05.820 do it for a fucking year and it'll fix this problem for you and you'll be able to endure 1.00

00:30:10.520 you'll be able to press through you'll be able to get through these times i just did a post on this 1.00

00:30:15.500 this morning when i was out doing my cardio your mood your feelings are fucking irrelevant your life 0.98

00:30:22.340 is going to be created by the results of the actions you take not by the mood that you're in when 0.68

00:30:28.420 you take them this is reality this is the thing that you must understand if you do not understand

00:30:33.820 this you will constantly go up you will constantly go down you will go up and you'll go down you need 0.95

00:30:39.280 discipline and if you listen to the show you should already fucking know it that's why i created live 0.99

00:30:44.560 hard go fucking do it 208 do the whole thing write me back in a fucking year and let me know the 0.99

00:30:50.560 difference because i can promise you it'll fix your fucking problem it fucking irritates me dude 1.00

00:30:56.440 because it's what it's saying is oh you must be motivated all it must be easier for you it must be 1.00

00:31:02.320 great it must be so simple bro i kill my fucking self for this shit and every other motherfucker 1.00

00:31:07.660 that's actually doing real shit does too that's reality they fucking pay a lot to be where they 1.00

00:31:13.940 are and you insult them when you think that it's because they're motivated or they have some sort of 0.99

00:31:18.400 inspiration i'm inspirated and i'm inspired a fucking hour a fucking week okay when i see a 1.00

00:31:25.700 motherfucker run for fucking a mile and eight and a half minutes with a hundred fucking pounds on them 1.00

00:31:30.460 that i know used to be a fat fuck that inspires me for about a fucking hour and then it comes back 1.00

00:31:36.740 to reality and i have to do shit i don't want to do because people depend on me and it's fucking 1.00

00:31:41.700 important so like fuck dude grow the fuck up that's my message you grow the fuck up it's fucking 1.00

00:31:47.800 discipline get fucking tougher fucking tired of hearing it oh it's real shit i mean i'm thinking 1.00

00:31:53.880 i was like fuck you need you if you need inspiration right now just log into your bank account yeah 1.00

00:31:59.460 check that bro the fact that you aren't where the fuck you want to be should be enough to get you 1.00

00:32:03.440 off your fucking ass moving towards oh no fluke and spark bro maybe you just don't have what the 1.00

00:32:07.600 fuck it takes you ever think of that yeah that's a conversation nobody wants to have a lot no because 1.00

00:32:14.780 entrepreneurship has been painted as this fucking ideal great thing that everybody should be doing 0.99

00:32:19.120 it ain't for everybody it costs a lot you're going to trade a whole lot of your life you're going to 0.98

00:32:24.220 trade important things in your life to have that fucking life okay you don't get to have this and that 0.99

00:32:29.360 motherfucker you don't get the peanut butter and the jelly you can fucking pick one that's reality 1.00

00:32:34.820 that's the reality nobody wants to say it you got all these fucking clowns all over the internet 1.00

00:32:39.340 talking about balance what have they built it takes major fucking payment from your life to build 0.99

00:32:45.820 important great big things that benefit other people it's insulting to think that i'm motivated 0.96

00:32:53.100 every day or anyone else is too it's fucking insulting i pay a lot for this and so does every 0.99

00:32:59.660 other person that you actually look up to they pay a fucking lot go out and build some discipline bro 0.99

00:33:04.420 you're going to have to do a lot of shit you don't want to do to get where you want to go 0.99

00:33:07.980 that is how it works there is no hack there's no program there's no 997 a month fucking ai hack 0.99

00:33:16.160 that's going to get you there you got to build it within yourself once you build yourself into that kind 0.94

00:33:20.840 of weapon now you have an advantage over everybody else because everybody else is just like you

00:33:25.660 they quit when they don't fucking feel like it and if you become the person who cannot quit no matter 0.98

00:33:31.560 what no matter how they feel their shit gets done you cannot be stopped you guys do not listen to me on 0.99

00:33:38.260 this you cannot be stopped how can you stop someone that gets their shit done regardless of what's going 0.99

00:33:44.940 on in their life professionally you cannot stop that person they cannot be stopped if you want to

00:33:51.860 become that kind of person which is required to build big important great things you're going to 0.91

00:33:56.940 have to learn to execute when you don't fucking feel like it and there's no other way around it dude 0.97

00:34:03.060 it's just the way it is you're fucking torturing yourself by watching people who are lying about their 0.99

00:34:09.360 lives and then also at the same time not investing in yourself to have the skill set that you actually 1.00

00:34:15.680 need to win it's fucking bro go do live hard write me in a year and tell me how your fucking life 0.99

00:34:47.680 history of mankind all the shit you admire all the buildings all the accomplishments all the 0.99

00:34:53.240 championships all the greatness all the great books all the great leaders fucking everything all 0.99

00:35:10.880 so stop expecting to feel good about what it is you're trying to do and start investing in the
