00:10:40.320 of the facts and the truth? And we failed at that because we've allowed these companies to do
00:10:46.000 whatever they want. Section 230 does not regulate the companies strong enough. They do not have any
00:10:52.020 accountability. They're able, as we've seen for the last three years, to censor anything that we say.

00:28:02.400 that we're on. That's a huge deal. Okay. So when you're a leader, you have to be great at painting
00:28:07.500 the vision and tying the why of the mission back to what it means for the individual. And you have
00:28:13.100 to communicate that in your language all the time. This would be things like, you know, Hey, look
00:28:17.400 guys, we're trying to do this and this and this, we're going to build this company that does this
00:28:21.600 and this and this, what it's going to mean for you is we're going to have a tremendous impact.
00:28:24.880 We're going to have a lot of fun, but it's also going to mean you don't have to worry about

00:29:54.340 would you give for a company like mine that are not seeing return customers every week?

00:30:02.940 items. Okay. So there's a buying cycle to that. That means it's either a 30 or 60 or 90 day buying

00:32:26.040 goal that we're trying to accomplish with a consumable good. Now, here's another thing you
00:32:29.780 can think about. If I were you, this is what I would think. I would think about ancillary products
00:32:35.580 that you can offer as upsells to these people that get doors and windows that are consumable.
00:32:40.620 Maybe the products that they clean their windows with, maybe it's a cleaning service. Maybe it's
00:32:45.880 Christmas light decorations or decorations for your home or some sort of ancillary business where it
00:32:52.360 can improve cashflow and customer contact point, because the more point and the more contact points
00:32:59.040 you have with your customer over the course of time, the more loyal they become. So if you sell them
00:33:03.100 doors in December and they don't hear from you for two years, they kind of forget about you.

00:34:56.600 making a couple grand or fucking 20 grand or a hundred grand a month right now. And you think

00:35:05.280 to create cashflow instead of using the tool to create the brand. And the brand is where the money's
00:35:10.540 made. So we have to widen our thinking. Okay. First things first, start with the experience,

00:35:26.880 one of their friends. You start there and then you work in, how can I, how can I keep in contact?
