00:01:00.020 up on the screen we talk about them we speculate what's true what's not true and then we talk about
00:01:04.400 what needs to be done to solve these problems by us other times we have real talk real talk is just
00:01:09.180 5 to 20 minutes of me giving you some real talk and then we have full length full length is very
00:01:14.080 similar to what you see on most other podcasts where people just sit down and we have a conversation

00:01:51.680 how to win how to kick ass how to make money how to be a bad motherfucker the reason we talk about 0.98
00:01:56.060 current events cti is because you have to understand your environment to be able to produce the fruit 0.99
00:02:02.000 that you're looking to produce and if we don't protect freedom we don't understand what's going
00:02:07.200 on in the world and we don't take an active role in what's going on in the world they will remove the
00:02:11.820 ability for you to become the baller that you're trying to become so we talk about both on this show
00:02:17.580 it's peanut butter and jelly we have this thing called the fee the fee is this if you like the
00:02:22.100 show if it makes you think if it teaches you new skills if it gives you a new perspective if it's a
00:02:26.600 message that you think needs to be heard share the show all right i don't run ads on the show because
00:02:33.760 i don't want to answer any corporate assholes telling me what i can and can't say i don't run ads
00:02:38.080 for the show because i'm very proud of the show being spread by word of mouth so if you think the
00:02:43.460 message needs to be heard if you think the knowledge is worth sharing please share the
00:02:47.960 show that's how we grow it all right so that's what we mean we say pay the fee all right what's
00:02:53.520 up hey how's it going it's going good man yeah yeah yeah i've been uh dealing with vets for the 0.98
00:02:59.400 last week or so yeah um getting them all their health checks and stuff dude that shit gets it can 0.99
00:03:05.240 get pricey oh fuck it can get fucking pricey yeah those vets know people pay anything for their 0.99
00:03:10.240 fucking animals that's what it is like dude it's a genius business to get into when like they're 1.00
00:03:14.840 able to hit on emotional pain points bro and they do it so effectively yeah they're like oh and you 0.99
00:03:20.220 must feed them our food too or your dog's gonna fucking die exactly it's like bro we make our dogs 0.96
00:03:27.200 our regular food yeah but this is better it's four times more expensive i understand but do you really 0.99
00:03:32.380 love your dog right like it's a total guilt trip it's like holy shit man man it's dude i'm in the 0.80
00:03:38.520 wrong bit we're the wrong business i will say my vet is very good yeah i've had very good vet we've
00:03:43.220 used this test i'm very vet clinic since i was a little bitty kid and they've always been great to
00:03:49.100 us yeah they wouldn't take me huh they wouldn't take me that well you know that's there's white 0.97
00:03:54.360 privilege i couldn't get in the club saying yeah i couldn't get in the club man i wanted to but 0.99
00:03:58.760 couldn't get in that's because they're good no that's real they don't fucking do bullshit to 0.96
00:04:04.000 people like what we're talking about get them in and out yeah i like their because the the 0.92
00:04:07.640 grooming's downstairs right like it's all in one building yeah which is perfect yeah and the grooming
00:04:12.160 uh the grooming place is super nice too those people are great yeah well i'll just continue to work on
00:04:17.660 the credit score maybe i can get in there a couple of months listen we'll get you an intro
00:04:20.540 we'll get you a sit down all right no guarantees we'll get you worked into the the test on ferry vet
00:04:27.500 mafia there we go yeah all right yeah that'll work man but yeah no everything else has been good
00:04:31.100 man you've been good yeah yeah looking good yeah you know uh i feel like them shirts are getting a
00:04:35.200 little tight around the arms there man dude you know my muscles finally coming back on i you know 0.97
00:04:39.160 what i fucked up phase one this weekend i fucking missed a workout on fucking saturday and didn't 0.99
00:04:43.920 even fucking realize it damn because of that shit that we had to do yeah i didn't even fucking think 0.99
00:04:48.560 about it dude like i and i can't believe it i'm kind of like what the fuck happened how many days in 0.99
00:04:53.680 it was day 28 oh yeah and like dude i got done like i woke up in the morning and i was like
00:05:01.320 something's off no i was thinking about it and i'm like i did too yesterday but i didn't oh man and
00:05:07.780 yeah i know so it is what it is i'm fucking start today's day one i can't imagine that it hurt like 0.98
00:05:13.920 fucks with you too much because you do this shit every day anyway right like look dude i like to fit 0.99
00:05:20.020 you you know how i like to do it okay i like to do i do 75 hard a couple different times a year 1.00
00:05:26.000 to participate with everybody that's doing it yeah but i only do the live hard program and count it
00:05:31.780 once a year right so i do 75 hard i do that sober okay i do when i say sober i mean no marijuana
00:05:39.640 okay which i just completed then i have phase one with no marijuana right and i count that and so
00:05:49.400 when when i do it that way i only count it the times i don't smoke so now i've got to start over
00:05:56.600 with that and it is what it is but it's like you know i yeah i do it most of the time all the time
00:06:02.920 but these are the times these are the phases i was counting that you make count yeah got it so it's 0.53
00:06:07.280 like fuck all right but it's cool dude like i'm fine with it uh no ganja july it is what it is bro 0.96
00:06:13.020 look here's what it is it's i do the program as it's supposed to be done and if i fucking fail i start 0.98
00:06:19.000 over the next day right like it's not uh you know a lot of people when they fail a program they oh
00:06:25.280 i'm gonna give it a go in spring or i'm gonna give it a go next year it's like no dude the whole point
00:06:29.340 of the program that's a big part of it is to start back over right then so that's what i'm doing so
00:06:33.960 today i'm starting over um on day one yeah so that's that well that'll work man yeah well it is 0.96
00:06:41.660 it is q a shit i almost said cti there it is q a so let's make some people better brother i got some 0.96
00:06:47.080 good questions for you as always uh let's go question number one andy andy i was a lifelong 0.99
00:06:53.720 democrat i'm also a heavily melanated american it has become very obvious to me that the kkk
00:07:02.300 democratic party is still focusing on slave chains my question is uh because i feel politically
00:07:10.240 homeless where do i go uh is the republican party truly the best option just because they're the
00:07:17.560 only other viable option i want my vote to count but i don't know where to count it well look man
00:07:25.220 i don't like the republicans that much either okay when we're talking about who you're going to vote for
00:07:32.340 i look at the people who represent as close to my value system as possible and i vote for them
00:07:39.640 and a lot of people don't do that a lot of people say well i don't this person disagrees with me on 1.00
00:07:45.020 the number of napkins that mcdonald's gives out with their with their cinnamon roll so fuck them 0.98
00:07:50.360 right and so this is what ends up this is what keeps us in this perpetual cycle is the people who can't 0.99
00:07:56.980 understand that if you do not vote okay for the party that represents you as close to you as possible
00:08:06.560 that's a vote for the other side okay so saying i'm not gonna vote now this is assuming that our voting
00:08:12.480 system is actually healthy and which i don't secure i personally don't believe it is but i do believe
00:08:19.500 that we still must vote for the party that is as close to our value system as possible
00:08:28.000 not just don't vote because if it comes out that it is compromised the way it's going to come out
00:08:38.800 that it's compromised is that so many people voted one way that it's impossible to deny that they're
00:08:44.440 cheating right so if people don't vote it only helps them cheat right so we have to be smart enough
00:08:49.380 to understand you know there is you know if not everything is this or that sometimes it's both
00:08:56.600 right and so like a lot of a lot of the conversation that's happening right now in society is well the
00:09:03.440 vote doesn't matter because they're stealing the election okay that i actually think that's true
00:09:08.500 personally however i'm going to continue to vote because the only way to prove they're stealing the 0.95
00:09:13.840 election is if everybody votes against what the fuck they're trying to do right okay so it's an 0.64
00:09:17.860 important part of discovering the fraud is to continuing to vote and so like a lot of these 1.00
00:09:23.160 black pill people like to say oh vote harder bro you you guys are so fucking stupid you don't even 1.00
00:09:28.520 understand how this works okay if we don't vote for the party that most clearly represents what we 1.00
00:09:36.020 stand for as an individual and what we want in society and culture and we just do not vote then
00:09:42.280 where's the evidence of them stealing the vote won't be there correct so we don't even have a
00:09:46.840 chance i know that was proven in chicago i know 13 voter voter turnout i know and we've got all these 1.00
00:09:52.740 fucking idiots on the internet saying i'm not voting for anybody fuck the voting voting's fraud so i'm not 1.00
00:09:58.680 voting you're playing in to exactly what they want you to think okay so we have to vote for the people 1.00
00:10:05.860 that most closely align not the people who are perfect all right there's not going to be a perfect
00:10:11.860 republican that represents every single thing that i represent okay even my friend eric schmidt who who i
00:10:18.700 donated a million dollars to his campaign who is now a united states senator eric schmidt and i align on
00:10:26.060 like 90 of the things no you know what i'm saying no like he's a staunch pro-life person i'm not okay you
00:10:34.500 understand that right so we have our differences but i prioritize the things that i think are what
00:10:41.180 i call above the line issues right above the line issues are the issues that affect us the most often
00:10:46.800 these are the issues such as the economy how much money you get to take home the tax code how much
00:10:52.580 money does the government take from us crime how bad is crime in your neighborhood okay when we talk
00:10:58.620 about the above the line issues we have to focus on the issues that make the most difference in our
00:11:04.000 day-to-day life the number one being crime and the number two really being the uh or i'm sorry the
00:11:08.840 number one being the economy and the number two being crime you know those two things are the things
00:11:13.180 that affect most americans the most right and then what these talking heads and what the elite 0.96
00:11:19.180 establishment does the uniparty which is comprised of both democrats and republicans is they convince us
00:11:24.840 to argue over things that may come into the conversation of our lives one or two times over the course of
00:11:31.420 our entire life like the issue of abortion right they use the issue of abortion to divide people
00:11:37.060 left right as hard as they possibly can but when we talk about abortions how many times in your life
00:11:45.160 has it really been an issue for you right not very many right that really affecting your correct so we
00:11:50.860 have to be smarter about which issues affect us and which issues are issues that are important but not
00:12:00.000 necessarily so much so where they affect us on a day-to-day basis we should prioritize which ones
00:12:05.760 of those that we vote for every single time and so when i look at the two parties right the democrats
00:12:12.460 clearly for the most part are radical left they are interested in complete communism of the united states
00:12:21.120 it's not socialism remember socialism is not an actual thing socialism is a thing that they bait people
00:12:27.260 with to pull them into communism okay it's a gateway to communism there's no there's no set government
00:12:34.680 standard where socialism becomes the way it is socialism is only a carrot that we promise
00:12:41.100 in order to get to communism and people don't understand that and it's been that way over
00:12:45.980 fucking hundreds and hundreds of years in history this is not this is historical fact so 0.97
00:12:52.680 their their economic plan is fucking horrible their tax plan is super oppressive their their crime plan 1.00
00:12:59.920 is exactly what we're getting right now okay and being a black american which i think that's what 1.00
00:13:06.680 heavily melanated yeah he said heavily heavily melanated all right i'm assuming that's black uh you know 0.61
00:13:13.120 unfortunately the black community is getting to see this right up front in front of their face
00:13:18.960 but you have the democrats coming in and saying that it's the republicans doing it but it's not
00:13:23.800 the republicans doing it it never has been the republicans doing it and the idea that somehow in 0.95
00:13:29.860 the 60s the parties flipped is a complete fucking lie tell me which politicians flipped which ones 0.89
00:13:36.760 okay because ulysses s grant whose property i fucking live on all right was a member of what was 0.97
00:13:46.180 called the radical republicans and do you know what the radical republicans did they rode in on 0.98
00:13:51.180 their horses onto the plantations and cut the heads off of the fucking plantation owners and freed the 1.00
00:13:57.340 fucking slaves okay and so for a hundred and fucking 50 years 200 years almost that party has been on the 0.99
00:14:05.520 side of america being a place just like martin luther king said where we are judged on the content of our 0.99
00:14:13.260 character all men are created equal the idea that america is is was supposed to be founded upon okay
00:14:21.020 that no matter where you come from no matter what your history no matter what your religion no matter
00:14:26.080 who you are what race you are we have equal opportunity in this country and that's the party that's always
00:14:32.560 fought for that and you are consistently propagated with lies and if you look just below the lies you can see
00:14:39.240 the evidence of what is actually happening and what's actually happening is what we talk about
00:14:43.260 on the show all the time which is where every two years every four years democrats come into the cities 0.99
00:14:50.420 and they say hey black people we're going to fix all of your stuff that the white people are fucking up 0.99
00:14:56.500 for you and the republicans are fucking up for you vote for us then they you guys vote for them they go 1.00
00:15:01.700 into washington they make laws and do things that actually make the situation worse because they know 0.99
00:15:09.000 if they make the situation worse they can tell you the same story again in another two years and
00:15:13.540 you'll vote for it and that's what's been going on so and it's just like he said in the question he's
00:15:19.200 been seeing it so you know we we and this doesn't matter if you're black or white or whoever you should
00:15:25.760 vote absolutely vote you should vote for the party that's that represents most of what aligns with you
00:15:34.360 okay that makes sense right yeah like if the democrats align 30 percent and the republicans
00:15:39.720 align 70 percent who the fuck do you vote for you vote for the republicans okay and then also we should 0.60
00:15:47.520 vote for the individual candidates that put the above the line issues that affect us on a daily basis 0.98
00:15:54.280 above the line all right and make that the priority an easy way to tell who's who in terms of the
00:16:01.600 establishment versus actual real life politicians is the establishment politicians talk consistently
00:16:08.360 about below the line issues that we very rarely have to deal with over the course of our lives
00:16:14.040 and that we argue about the most right because that that spurs the division and that's that's what
00:16:22.500 they want so if you want to identify who's on your side identify the people who are willing to fix
00:16:27.120 and follow up with actions the issues that affect us the most on a day-to-day basis which is
00:16:31.520 the economy which is crime and you know really below that i think you know there's others like
00:16:38.660 immigration is a big deal right now right um much bigger deal than abortions yeah it just is and people
00:16:46.940 get upset when you hear that like dude a woman might have a situation where she considers getting an 0.99
00:16:52.080 abortion twice in her life maybe unless you're like one of these fucking weirdos who like brags 1.00
00:16:58.960 about how many abortions they got like bitch pull the fucking dick out you know i'm saying like holy 1.00
00:17:05.600 shit man like what the fuck do you like going and getting this done like i actually am not someone 1.00
00:17:11.420 who's who's going to tell people they can't do that because the reality is is do you really want 1.00
00:17:17.180 those people to replicate anyway okay so i never understood the argument of trying to stop someone
00:17:23.300 from getting the abortion in the first place because what you're actually doing is you're
00:17:27.180 allowing them over the course of 20 30 years to remove themselves from the population because
00:17:32.180 they're not procreating and they're the people that bring the most pain in society anyway it's a 0.96
00:17:37.260 great point i know it is it's a great point but everybody wants to be the moral fucking champion of 0.99
00:17:41.380 the world how about you just let them take care of their own shit in 20 years they won't exist 0.97
00:17:45.360 yeah i don't know makes sense to me so anyway though that's how i would choose who to vote for 0.96
00:17:52.480 i'm not going to tell you who to vote for but that's how i would choose i want i want to follow
00:17:55.700 up i want to ask you because he mentions talking about viable options right and i mean fortunately
00:18:01.000 unfortunately however people look at it we're we're in a a two-party system right now yes so going
00:18:08.080 outside of those lines is that i mean is that a smart thing to do is it is that another wasted vote
00:18:13.480 yes because look dude like for example people are like andy you should run for president why would i
00:18:21.260 want to run for president bro i would get enough votes to fuck up the whole situation you know what 0.51
00:18:26.340 i'm saying right like those votes should go to the person who has a chance to win so that we can
00:18:31.700 actually have a chance to fix the country i'm not there yet i don't have enough horsepower yet
00:18:36.020 right so so like third party candidates that sound good like like like libertarian candidates for
00:18:42.960 example right like a lot of times people are like oh bro libertarian candidates the best
00:18:47.700 not really okay because they can't win and because they can't win what you're doing is you're taking
00:18:54.080 votes from away from the party that could win and actually have a chance to improve some things
00:18:58.020 yeah all right so it has to be a viable option it can't be just you know no vote or you know i'm
00:19:05.340 voting for andy because i like andy like that's you know i'm voting for the green party no yeah bro
00:19:10.900 is that yeah it's it that's how we get fucked up yeah so yeah you know that's i think that's a good 0.89
00:19:18.000 point i'm glad you brought that up because a vote for for a candidate that can't win is the same as 0.66
00:19:22.140 not voting i love it love that andy guys question number two uh andy you talk about the importance
00:19:29.040 of visualizing uh as well as putting in daily work towards your goals i've been using the powerless
00:19:35.900 daily and stacking wins towards my goals however i still struggle with visualizing some days i'm able
00:19:41.880 to do it without any problems and some days i have a hard time visualizing just because of all the
00:19:46.580 other stress in my life if i were to average it out i'd say i'd visualize at least three times a
00:19:52.400 week for about 10 minutes a day is this enough or should i be putting more effort into visualizing
00:19:58.300 daily i i think it needs to be every day uh now look when i talk to you about this i'm talking from
00:20:06.340 a perspective what i've done and what works for me because the science around this particular topic
00:20:12.460 is very cloudy okay it's not very deep like finite yeah it's it's arguable okay and when we talk about
00:20:24.180 quantum physics and metaphysics there's a lot of science that shows that we create ideas in the mind
00:20:29.720 and they actually become physical things and then we can bend our reality through our thoughts which i am
00:20:34.680 a complete believer in however when i talk to you and i say you you ask me how many times a week is
00:20:41.640 enough i don't actually know because we none of us know science doesn't know right so i'd be making
00:20:48.180 it up if i were to say hey seven days a week is optimal i don't fucking know right but here's what 0.89
00:20:53.540 i do know i know what i've done all right and i've made it a habit in my own life to visualize every
00:20:59.900 single day every single day and what you have to remember is is that visualizing is no different
00:21:08.640 than any other skill set that you are working to have right um working out every single day
00:21:15.360 that's a habit that you create and in the first week or the first month or the first three months
00:21:21.180 it's pretty hard but after it becomes part of what you do not only is it easy to do but you become
00:21:27.120 better at it visualization is no different it's no different than running right you go out and try to
00:21:32.220 run a mile the first time you fucking die right but if you stay at it in a year you'd be running 0.90
00:21:37.240 marathons right visualization is no different it's a skill set that you must develop and the way that 0.99
00:21:43.020 you develop is by doing it more and more frequently and demanding your brain to focus on it and so this
00:21:48.500 is why when you say oh i've only doing it three days a week you know that's a good start but like
00:21:54.080 on the days that you don't really have the focus to do it i think it's real important that you force
00:21:58.740 yourself to focus to do it because that's what actually develops the skill set so think of it like a
00:22:04.020 skill think of it as no different than anything else the more you do it the better you're going
00:22:08.060 to get the first day you show up to hit a golf ball you probably can't hit it but if you take 0.98
00:22:11.960 golf lessons for 10 years you're going to be pretty good at fucking golf all right so visualization 0.52
00:22:18.120 is just like that the more you do it the better you get the more effective it becomes i do it every 0.97
00:22:23.960 single day and by the way there's other ways to do it besides just closing your eyes and visualizing
00:22:29.980 too right there's there's other ways to visualize like one of the ways that i visualize is that i do
00:22:36.340 what i call window shopping all right i go on like dupont registry or james edition or uh you know 0.94
00:22:44.080 realtor.com and i look at real estate i look at cars i look at boats i look at the shit that would be 0.56
00:22:52.740 available to me at the level that i want to be at right and i've always done that and now my life is
00:22:59.420 pretty much resembles all of that stuff but i still do it because i still have a further way to
00:23:04.980 go so instead of me looking at lamborghinis now you know now i'm looking at 250 gtos which are 70
00:23:11.780 million dollars right instead of me looking at a midnight express boat which i have uh i'm looking
00:23:18.380 at 500 million dollar yachts not saying that i'd ever want to buy one but i would like to be on the
00:23:24.440 level to buy one you see what i'm saying so i visualize myself on the at this level and then
00:23:31.620 everything else kind of sucks up behind it and you actually become it yeah so no matter where you're at
00:23:36.880 in life you should visualize the next step just because you visualize you know whatever doesn't
00:23:43.360 mean you have to go do that but don't you want to be the person that has the option to do it
00:23:46.760 you see what i'm saying sounds good to me yeah so so there's a mix of
00:23:51.380 a visualizing in your brain like before you go to bed like we talk about window shopping okay and
00:23:58.380 then also the third part is surrounding yourself with people who are on the same mission because
00:24:03.480 if you surround yourself this is why arte syndicate such a powerful group when you surround yourself
00:24:08.500 with people who are on the same mission who are looking to level up the conversation naturally
00:24:13.360 always revolves around leveling up all right like when i sit down with ed my letter when i sit down
00:24:18.400 with alex hermosi or when i sit down with any of my successful friends we're not talking about
00:24:23.640 what the kardashians are doing we're not talking about like what's going on in the world we're talking
00:24:30.540 about how to level the fuck up right and being surrounded by that but with also visualizing and
00:24:36.440 then also window shopping for me has created the right recipe and that's what i would consider
00:24:41.780 for you guys and like i said i can't scientifically break it out and say this is the way it is
00:24:48.100 because no one knows how it is but i know this it works for me i love that i think it'll work for you
00:24:52.760 i love that quickly i want to ask you uh what's been what what you got there this is not an ad
00:24:59.980 leave me alone no but i want to ask you what's been the most recent thing that you visit if it was
00:25:07.640 though if it was an ad i'd be happy to do it for this amazing orange sunrise first form energy drink
00:25:15.180 dude when's the grape coming the grape is coming yeah when i made it just for you i know i'm saying 0.74
00:25:19.600 it's fucking amazing too you've already fucking tried it yeah how did i not get the quality test 0.92
00:25:24.420 because you don't know what's good i know what's good i'm experienced you see this gray you're right 0.97
00:25:30.620 right gives me the authority got it i'm telling you we're gonna be happy all right all right dude we got
00:25:35.980 this we got this uh we got this flavor screaming freedom coming out oh that sounds bro it's so
00:25:40.500 good that sounds good so good i'm super excited about this project uh but i do want to ask you so
00:25:47.560 so uh because i've seen visualization uh manifest within minutes sometimes yeah since i've been around
00:25:55.060 what's been the most recent thing uh not necessarily recently that you visualize and it happened
00:26:01.140 but like what's been the most recent fruit of visualization whether i mean it's something
00:26:05.880 you've been visualizing for years coming into fruition what's been the most recent thing
00:26:09.020 off the top of your head man no one can see it yet so they're not going to like believe me when i say
00:26:17.280 it but like you know how i've talked about first form becoming the next american iconic brand like a 0.93
00:26:23.520 nike um you know i can none of the shit has really been launched because we have the new buildings 0.72
00:26:29.500 still under construction but the way that all these pieces are fitting together um on the back side i 0.90
00:26:37.060 mean 0.92
00:26:37.360 they're gonna have their fucking hands full oh man okay so that's probably been the latest thing 0.99
00:26:46.600 because i've thought that if you guys have come to see me speak or been involved in rt you know i've 0.99
00:26:51.900 talked about this for years and years and years and years and years and uh and i'm not saying i'm not
00:26:56.520 saying they're not a million times better than us right now bigger than us but i could tell you this
00:27:03.020 they're not a million times better than us and we have things that we're willing to do that they can't
00:27:08.700 do and i'm confident in our ability to execute that our play that we're going to run and i'm getting
00:27:13.280 excited about that um you know another thing is you know just me getting back to somewhat of a physical
00:27:24.220 uh you know in physical condition after this injury because like dude this injury i couldn't
00:27:31.460 do anything so i lost everything and i'm you know it's not like i'm fucking 25 anymore right 0.97
00:27:37.020 so i had a lot of doubts about whether or not i could actually get back but because i visualized
00:27:42.220 it every day and i was willing to put the work behind it you know i'm not far off from being back
00:27:45.940 there uh and i know i'm going to surpass that so that's exciting to me too but those two things
00:27:50.460 um and if i thought about it i'm sure i could think of some other things but those two things
00:27:55.160 for sure i love it man but but here's the thing neither one of those things were work free
00:28:00.460 like i had to work my ass off along with it right that's the thing that people don't understand about 0.60
00:28:06.220 visualization just thinking about it isn't going to do it for you it's like 50 50 yeah you have to do
00:28:13.980 the visualization and then you have to follow it back up with the actual work that is going to
00:28:20.960 get you to that spot and so that's the key that a lot of these spiritual type gurus on the internet
00:28:28.540 who tell you all this idealistic bullshit are missing like it's not going to be i think about 0.99
00:28:36.500 being a billionaire and then you just become a billionaire bro that's not how the fuck it works 1.00
00:28:40.860 you know i'm saying you have to go every day and you have to become that person who who would live 0.89
00:28:47.600 that life you know and i think that's a big thing that people miss as well bro a lot of people think
00:28:52.140 how can i get there instead of thinking who do i have to become for that life to materialize around
00:28:56.540 me and that's how you have to think about it i love that man i love that uh guys andy our third and
00:29:02.940 final question question number three andy i own a small health restoration office uh with one part-time
00:29:11.380 employee and one full-time employee my part-time employee has been with me the longest um it has
00:29:17.480 grown a lot she's made it uh known that she would like more acknowledgement for a job well done or going
00:29:25.180 above and beyond sometimes how do you help bring recognition to your employees without feeling like you
00:29:31.660 have to bend over backwards for them uh to be a hard-working good energy part of the team
00:29:37.580 well first of all you know you have to understand that what we where what you feel the reward to be
00:29:46.500 for you and what they feel the reward to be for them could be two completely different things because
00:29:50.400 many people are driven by different things and there's a saying that um is very very old is that
00:29:57.920 people will work for money but they'll kill for recognition all right and so what you have to
00:30:02.760 understand as the owner of your company is that your reward is the growth and the equity and the
00:30:07.320 money that you're going to make and their reward is the recognition generally right now you have to back 0.88
00:30:12.140 it up with money too but most of the people out there are recognition driven i don't give a fuck about 0.58
00:30:19.000 recognition in fact i would rather people not notice me all right and i know that sounds funny doing this
00:30:24.400 show and all this shit but here's the thing i feel obligated to do this but if you looked at how 0.95
00:30:29.160 many times i actually left my house you'd realize that i prefer to be left the fuck alone so i don't 0.98
00:30:35.840 care about recognition i don't care about celebration i don't care about those things but most people do
00:30:42.160 and so what you have to realize is that if you work it in to your ability uh as a leader to recognize
00:30:50.140 people the right way um it makes your job easier because those people are happier and they're more
00:30:56.500 willing to do the job so like when you say how do i not feel like uh i'm bending over backwards what 0.72
00:31:02.420 fucking difference does it make to bend over backwards and make someone feel like they're 0.95
00:31:05.380 fucking like they did a good job if they did a good job if they're doing if they did a good job 1.00
00:31:09.920 all right a lot of people want to be recognized for just doing their job guess what motherfucker 0.99
00:31:14.420 that's what i fucking pay you for okay to get recognition that means you have to do above and 0.99
00:31:19.800 beyond that's the thing and i think that's a big delineation that is that needs to be made for both 0.98
00:31:26.260 employees and leadership in any organization we have a lot of employees now who feel like that they 0.86
00:31:32.460 should be fucking celebrated for doing the basic shit correctly and the reason that that become the 0.96
00:31:37.960 culture in most companies is because people can't get people to do the basic shit anymore so what they do 0.98
00:31:43.280 they celebrate when they do and you shouldn't do that because that lowers the standard for everything 0.88
00:31:47.800 and yeah people will bitch and yeah people will whine and yeah yeah yeah but the reality is is if you 0.91
00:31:53.340 actually genuinely reward people for when they go above and beyond the whole standard of everybody
00:31:58.440 else watching will raise because they understand that the recognition comes whenever you exceed
00:32:02.900 expectations you know which is reality okay you don't get uh you don't get the world series 0.77
00:32:10.580 championship parade for finishing fucking last it doesn't happen okay you don't get paid a hundred 0.96
00:32:17.500 a fucking 200 million dollar contract in sports when you're not producing statistical results okay so 0.97
00:32:25.680 so if you want to look at how reality is you can really actually just look at sports because sports 1.00
00:32:31.440 don't do shit based upon anything other than meritocracy okay if you rush for 2 000 yards motherfucker 0.99
00:32:38.780 you're getting paid you're winning some awards too okay might get a fancy jacket if you hit yeah if you 1.00
00:32:44.700 hit 60 home runs people are gonna fucking clap they're gonna buy your shit you're gonna get a big 0.99
00:32:49.240 contract all right but if you hit 20 and you walk in the clubhouse and you say i deserve to be 0.99
00:32:53.760 recognized for hitting 20 everybody's gonna say shut the fuck up all right so sports are really the last
00:32:59.380 refuge of reality of how things actually work and if you translate that environment into the workplace
00:33:05.460 that's how it works too unless you work for one of these big fortune 500 companies that does all the 0.97
00:33:12.380 esg dei cei bullshit where they promote people for fucking having a pulse all right that's not that's 0.98
00:33:19.600 not your business that's not my business and we should as leaders do everything that we have to do 0.99
00:33:24.640 to make sure it never becomes our business because that kind of leading and that kind of celebrating
00:33:30.460 mediocrity leads to mediocre operation and less than mediocre profits which means you can't employ
00:33:37.780 people and you can't pay them and everybody loses all right so let's keep that in mind who wins from
00:33:42.580 that nobody who loses from that everybody all right so i have no problem celebrating people
00:33:50.220 well actually i do because i'm not good at it because i don't need it so we have other people here
00:33:58.720 that you know are good at recognizing um and the people that deal with me directly they kind of all 0.95
00:34:04.880 know what the fuck they get like i don't really give a fuck i really don't like dude if you're if 0.99
00:34:10.220 you're talking to me directly in my companies that means you're already doing a great job and that's 0.99
00:34:14.980 understood you see what i'm saying right so it's i reward those people with fucking pay like i would 0.97
00:34:22.380 want to be rewarded but it's also how they want they like to be rewarded too right i'm sure they don't 0.97
00:34:26.140 hate it yeah they want money yeah let me ask you this right so so because you you mentioned a little
00:34:31.220 bit about raising the standards right um or i guess you you actually talked about it in the way like
00:34:37.100 you know how you do that could actually lower the standards so let me ask you this let's say you have
00:34:42.060 an employee um and you catch them going above and beyond let's say four times right in one year
00:34:48.980 okay is this a conversation like how do you like is this a conversation that you or the leadership
00:34:54.440 would have with that person and being like okay well listen i see that you're able to do this you've
00:34:58.020 done this this many times your standard is now up here now which means now going above and beyond
00:35:02.820 is going to look something a little bit higher than that like like how do you how would you approach
00:35:06.480 that that i don't think that's the leadership's job to approach i think that's the employee's job
00:35:11.220 to understand how to approach the subject okay if you're a great employee of any organization
00:35:17.880 that goes above and beyond you should be keeping track of the things that go above and beyond
00:35:22.800 so that way when you do have a conversation about your future with the company you can sit down and
00:35:27.820 you can statistically show i've done this i've done this i've done this i've done this the norm of these 0.89
00:35:34.060 four things is much less than that and have examples of that not in a talk shit throw people under the bus 0.71
00:35:40.180 way but in just a very matter of fact truth way okay so make your case i've done this then say
00:35:46.840 i want to do this and i think my pay should be this okay so now you're in a position of leverage
00:35:54.780 over your employer all right to where you could say i've done this and this and this and this and this
00:36:00.240 and i would like to do this now and then i would like to earn x more money and that's how you progress
00:36:06.480 your career and if you're not in an organization that allows you to do those things then you should
00:36:11.680 find an organization that does allow you to do those things because i know a lot of people will hear 0.99
00:36:15.440 what i just said that's not how it works here well guess what motherfucker you might be in the wrong 1.00
00:36:20.560 place okay like or or you're really not just you could be full of shit you know yeah i mean we gotta 1.00
00:36:27.940 be honest i mean that that's that's a big problem yeah you know you could be the kind of person that 0.99
00:36:32.800 thinks they deserve a fucking ticker tape parade for showing the fuck up to work right you probably 0.97
00:36:37.840 got a 17th place trophy back in t-ball okay audit yourself ask yourself reality did you hit 60 home 0.99
00:36:45.060 runs or did you hit 20 and asking to be treated like you hit 60 all right because most of you guys 0.99
00:36:50.720 do that shit the ones who win hit the 60 they keep track of their shit they come in and they say hey 0.99
00:36:57.180 boss i'm kicking ass bro you can't deny it here's what it is i would like to do this for you but it's 1.00
00:37:03.860 going to cost this much more because i want to earn some more money and then the boss says i hate the 0.99
00:37:09.900 term boss but it resonates with people they understand what the fuck it means uh the boss
00:37:14.500 says okay cool but now the standard's here and so so your question is more so a two-step answer 0.97
00:37:20.920 right part of that onus is on the employee to make the case and then take the initiative to make the
00:37:26.960 route of where they're going to go build the rest of the their value at and ideally that would be in
00:37:32.700 some way uh you know that brings the comp moves the needle forward okay then you get your you get
00:37:39.860 your new set of responsibilities and then it's up to the boss to say all right cool this is great 0.95
00:37:45.500 works out for both of us but guess what you're not coming back to me in fucking six months and saying 0.98
00:37:50.840 you're doing the same shit you did now and getting fucking any kind of credit with me right it's going 0.93
00:37:54.500 to have to be here right okay and so you set those expectations up front but dude when those 0.99
00:37:59.700 expectations are set up front everybody loves it because they know exactly what the fuck they got 0.99
00:38:03.220 to do and the reality is is most leaders suck and most employees are off base with the reality of the 0.99
00:38:09.500 of the what they produce inside the system you have to be telling the truth okay did you hit 60 or you 0.99
00:38:14.500 hit 20 did you rush for 2000 or did you rush for 800 big fucking difference massive differences yeah 0.91
00:38:20.880 i fucking love that man guys andy that was three go pay the fee 1.00
00:38:26.100 went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry box froze fuck a pole fuck a stole counted millions in the 1.00
00:38:33.520 cold bad bitch booted swole got her on bankroll can't fold doesn't know headshot case close 1.00
00:38:40.460 you 1.00
