00:02:34.240 oppression some oppression well fuck dude we're all oppressed dude we are all oppressed there i feel 0.98
00:02:42.900 like it's funny because there's always like there's always a little truth to those arguments 0.98
00:02:46.840 and narratives like just a little bit you know they just they don't they don't paint paint the
00:02:52.480 picture correctly no they think because there's oppression but we're all oppressed yes you people
00:02:58.680 think because they belong to some sort of protected group that they're more oppressed than the other
00:03:02.620 group right we're all oppressed equally and they got us arguing over like who's oppressed more
00:03:06.760 who's oppressed more right that's what this show's about like we are far from the concept of true
00:03:13.860 freedom that this country was founded upon yeah uh we're 246 years away from it to be completely honest 1.00
00:03:20.720 that's real shit um it's like fuck the fascists yeah yes yes yeah yeah i agree dude i saw a fucking 1.00
00:03:28.300 meme this morning that said it was like antifa and then it had like all the mug shots of all the 1.00
00:03:34.480 antifa people holy shit dude you guys are scared of these people man like you guys are afraid of 0.98
00:03:39.040 these people these are the people that like ate their own boogers like for real they're the people 1.00
00:03:44.400 who wipe their boogers on the fucking chalkboard next to their desk in grade school yeah like on to 1.00
00:03:49.220 like huffing yes and you fucking pussies are afraid of these people you won't stand up you won't speak 1.00
00:03:54.200 up you let them bully you like what the fuck is going on what do you call a group of antifa 1.00
00:03:58.600 like it's like a draggle what's like the right like there's a goose there's geese what's like 0.99
00:04:07.240 what's the plural targets
00:04:10.600 yeah that's the poster right there like oh man dude that's what you saw it too then yeah like dude 0.99
00:04:22.520 what the fuck these are the people that you guys allow to intimidate you you know i'm saying 1.00
00:04:27.160 that's great yeah these are fuckers guys are in park in the park larping with fucking foam pool 1.00
00:04:33.620 noodles having a fucking fake civil war oh crash dude whatever i like i'm to the point now where 1.00

00:04:47.860 you our side won't be showing up with pool noodles no i mean we'll probably have a pool and 0.83
00:04:52.540 pool noodles but they won't be our defense mechanisms i like i just like swimming oh
00:04:58.880 okay yeah well guys let's get into this man andy guys i got some good ones for you
00:05:04.600 all right let's let's knock these out man we got uh any question number one bro real talk how how
00:05:11.480 can people look at the mug shots of these people can we throw the mug shots of these people on the 0.98
00:05:15.800 youtube feed please oh fuck like just that exact sample zoom in that exact sample that you're showing 0.94
00:05:21.140 me right now please throw that in here on the youtube so you people know what i'm talking about 0.99
00:05:25.300 like i can smell these are the people that harass you on the internet these are the people that tell
00:05:31.520 you you're a bigot these are the people that call you racist these are the people that like show up in 1.00
00:05:37.000 all black and fuck with you and fuck with everything in society and these are the people that most people 1.00
00:05:41.840 are afraid of speaking out against like think about that yeah that's sad man i can smell that picture 1.00
00:05:48.420 bro bro dude i so you know i got an mrap yeah right right so i'm having to weld this giant blade 0.87
00:05:57.140 on the front oh it's great yeah like this fucking giant riot control blade on the front and when the 0.95
00:06:02.540 civil unrest happens i'm going for a drive all right i'm just gonna be real yeah like i can't 0.82
00:06:09.080 fucking wait i'm gonna paint it like a shark's mouth oh man it's gonna be awesome dude it reminds 0.88
00:06:13.800 me of like that zombie movie what's that zombie movie uh world war z i don't think it's zombie 0.98
00:06:19.980 land i haven't seen that one yeah that's a good one i like zombie you haven't seen zombie land you 0.98
00:06:24.940 haven't no i would say it like for you you know you guys always fuck with me about the movies yeah 0.94
00:06:28.580 but zombie land is not braveheart or gladiator this is for the patriot zombie land's like a movie 0.74
00:06:36.160 it's good though okay but i mean i'm just saying you could probably learn some like tactics from
00:06:41.920 that movie okay you know i'm saying all right i think it's like more like a documentary yeah for
00:06:46.100 sure all right i got it i got it guys let's get into this man i got some good ones for you uh andy
00:06:52.020 question number one uh hey andy uh i'm a new listener and i love your take on the societal and
00:06:58.860 political issues happening in our country i think we're being manipulated for other personals
00:07:03.400 for others personal gain most recently we've been sending billions of dollars to ukraine and over
00:07:08.900 the years we've sent billions to other nations crime and uh crime in our cities is up the roads
00:07:14.700 are shitty and our education system isn't the best i don't have an issue helping other countries but i 0.63
00:07:20.700 feel like we should help our country first what are your thoughts and what role do you think the united 0.81
00:07:26.200 states should play in helping other nations can't pour out of an empty cup
00:07:32.540 right now our cup is pretty empty our strategic oil reserves are at the lowest rate they've ever been
00:07:40.380 at our economy is in the worst shape that's been at in the last almost 40 years we have more crime
00:07:48.100 than we've had in the last 40 years we have a massive migration problem we have a divided populace
00:07:55.480 we have all kinds of degeneracy happening at the highest level uh men dressing as women 1.00
00:08:04.520 shaking their you know balls and little kids faces claiming that it's like inclusivity um 0.90
00:08:11.600 i think we're a long way away from spending any money towards any aid towards any country that isn't
00:08:21.380 the united states of america and for people to really understand this you should think about how
00:08:28.580 many countries right now are sending money to us to fix our problem with our homeless situation
00:08:34.240 or our crime situation or our uh border situation or any of these situations where are all the other
00:08:42.420 countries sending us money to fix those issues because in my lifetime we've never received any
00:08:47.480 money from foreign countries to do these things we've always the american people we not our government we
00:08:53.500 have paid half of our money if not more than half more than half for most americans
00:08:59.080 because when you count up all the tax that we pay uh it's not just income tax it's property tax 0.92
00:09:07.660 it's personal property tax it's sales tax it's withholding tax it's fucking gas tax i mean we could 0.91
00:09:13.760 go on and on and on your tax dollars that you pay back to the government are more than you get to keep 0.96
00:09:21.600 and we the american people are spending more than half of our income and sending it to people 0.94
00:09:31.420 legitimately across the world that actually fucking hate americans and that's absurd and 0.65
00:09:39.900 that's where we're at and so my personal opinion is zero dollars should go to any foreign aid for a long 0.84
00:09:47.180 time until our country is in a place where it should be and where it needs to be and when we're in a place
00:09:53.600 of strength and prosperity and our people aren't living on the streets and we don't look like a third world
00:09:58.680 country then we could talk about maybe maybe helping some of these other people out but until then which
00:10:06.260 i think we're 20 years away from that that conversation should be shelved that's my opinion
00:10:10.780 yeah like have we looked at the pictures of what ukraine looks like right now oh they're partying
00:10:17.780 it up and what the united states inner cities look like right now i mean we're under attack people
00:10:24.060 don't understand that like we're under a chemical warfare attack with the opioid problem the fentanyl
00:10:29.960 problem you know our cities have turned in some of these cities the guess which color they voted 0.98
00:10:35.860 okay blue are complete fucking wastelands because these idealists uh and it's mostly upper middle 1.00
00:10:44.960 class white women who have their heads in their own fucking asses who don't know shit about what's going 1.00
00:10:50.580 on in the world who haven't experienced any hardship in their life who have honestly gotten through their 1.00
00:10:56.700 life most of the way on their fucking looks and they've dated up and they go to brunch every sunday 0.95
00:11:02.940 with their pinkies up and these women have out tried to out liberal each other and tried to you 1.00
00:11:08.100 know out virtue signal each other and they voted these policies in place and look at what's happened
00:11:14.320 to our country like look at it look at what's happened we live we we aren't moving to a third world
00:11:20.820 country we are a third world country currently europe there's tons of places in europe that are much
00:11:27.340 better than us there's tons of places in middle east that are much better than us there's tons of places
00:11:32.000 in asia that are much better than us those are facts okay the people are happier the people are 0.94
00:11:37.820 more prosperous society safer these are facts it's not arguable and people are still hanging on to the
00:11:44.620 idea that america is the greatest country in the world america is not the greatest country in the
00:11:49.000 world america could be the greatest country in the world i believe america has the greatest people in
00:11:53.540 the world i believe that the american spirit is the greatest spirit in the world but right now
00:11:58.200 that's heavily demoralized and suppressed and we have to look at it from a from a lens of reality
00:12:03.620 i just had a good friend of mine who's really smart who built a multi-billion dollar company
00:12:08.060 that y'all have heard of who was in switzerland and he came back and he said bro we're the third
00:12:12.500 world country we're third world right and we're spending all we're getting our money stolen from
00:12:19.460 us which makes it hard for us to live puts pressure on us to send it away to people that
00:12:25.960 aren't even citizens of our country that makes zero sense we should be spending zero dollars
00:12:31.120 in any other country for any other any other reason at all none zero see to me that's the
00:12:36.940 most frustrating part it's like when you look at uh when you look at the reports of like you know
00:12:42.020 where the money's going to and oh it's going to india for gender studies how do you know or i mean
00:12:47.480 i mean that's the that's my point right and it's like but even the labels that they throw on who's
00:12:52.700 running the initiatives over in let's just say pakistan right for this gender study issue oh 1.00
00:12:58.640 those are americans so american tax dollars are paying american programs in countries that aren't
00:13:05.780 america for american citizens who are tied to the government to profit from these programs
00:13:11.480 like they're stealing the money from you guys right they're stealing our income and they're parading
00:13:17.380 it around on virtue because we have a large percentage of your population that has never 1.00
00:13:21.740 touched reality in their whole motherfucking life and they continue to vote for this shit 1.00
00:13:27.240 they continue to champion for this shit they continue to think they're the good guys and that 1.00
00:13:32.220 they're doing a great thing by standing for all this backward shit not realizing that they're being 1.00
00:13:37.560 manipulated into the literal destruction of our country they're the useful idiots that the 1.00
00:13:44.180 communists write about okay and that's your that's your aunt and your fucking cousin and these 1.00
00:13:50.040 people who don't know shit about shit who've never built anything they've never employed people 1.00
00:13:54.500 they've never actually been a successful person in any way shape or form somehow they've figured out 0.99
00:14:00.300 how to survive and they made their way into like this upper middle class society where they don't touch 0.78
00:14:06.020 any pain points they don't pay any bills they don't do anything on their own and somehow these
00:14:11.140 people have controlled the social narrative in our country and we have to take it back to reality 0.76
00:14:15.660 now that's going to offend some people and guess what i don't fucking care look around you we've 0.91
00:14:23.680 let these people make decisions without resisting at all and look what it's created it's created a 0.99
00:14:28.340 fucking shithole we have to be realist about what the fuck it's going to take to fix this and the 1.00
00:14:33.780 first thing it's going to take is telling people that don't know what the fuck they're talking about 1.00
00:14:37.180 to shut the fuck up it's real shit man real problems need real solutions bro yeah and the first step to 1.00
00:14:44.020 solving real problems getting the people that are creating them to stop creating them yeah that's real 1.00
00:14:48.940 shit man guys andy our second question uh andy i started my own fitness studio three years ago my question 0.86
00:14:58.500 is how do you differentiate situations and opportunities as something that is either a
00:15:05.620 distraction versus something that has come into my awareness to bring me closer to my goal i never want
00:15:12.300 to distract my energy but i don't want to miss out on opportunities either so how do you differentiate
00:15:17.160 distractions and opportunities i mean look you should have the ability to look at a certain
00:15:24.740 situation and determine if it's a distraction or an opportunity by where this situation could
00:15:33.040 potentially materialize if you were to apply effort to it so if you have a situation and you have a hard
00:15:40.800 time deciding whether or not this is a distraction of your time or whether or not this is going to
00:15:46.500 contribute to your business or your life then you should in your brain or on a whiteboard or on a piece
00:15:52.560 of paper take both situations and project them out three years project them out five years if i put this
00:16:00.420 time and energy into this what will it produce and look at it from a future perspective three years from now
00:16:06.880 this situation here could produce an increase in sales 5x over what we're doing now this situation
00:16:13.780 here while i like it and it's cool if i put my time into it it might not make a difference it might
00:16:20.000 just be more fun that's a distraction you see what i'm saying and a lot of people in business right now
00:16:25.560 i'm just being honest shouldn't be in business you're making decisions based on your emotions and not
00:16:30.360 making decisions based on practicality and reality and that's why a lot of businesses fail they don't have
00:16:35.980 that the entrepreneurship game has been glorified and been made into this thing that everybody it's
00:16:41.380 for everybody and everybody can just quit their job and become an entrepreneur entrepreneurship is no
00:16:46.140 different than any other skill set it's no different than being a professional basketball player it's no
00:16:50.540 different than becoming an architect it's no different than becoming whatever there's a skill set that
00:16:55.600 you have to learn that takes time to learn okay and not everybody's capable i couldn't go be a 0.85
00:17:01.040 architect i don't have the the capacity to do the tedious shit i took engineering drawing school 0.98
00:17:06.900 or in school i fucking hated it because it was so tedious right i'm not built for it uh i'm not built 0.99
00:17:13.060 to do 360 slam dunks on the fucking basketball court but you know what i am built for i'm built for 0.99
00:17:18.800 entrepreneurship you know what i have decades of experience in entrepreneurship and people fucking 0.99
00:17:23.800 think because we got these bozos on the internet telling people how easy it is and how it's this thing
00:17:29.700 for everybody that you can just jump into it it's the only profession that every single human being 0.99
00:17:34.620 thinks fuck i could do that really could you dunk fucking basketballs like lebron james you could do 0.99
00:17:42.280 that too right you know what i'm saying could you engineer a skyscraper on a on a fucking blueprint could 1.00
00:17:47.080 you do that too because when you think of entrepreneurship you should think of that level 0.98
00:17:50.880 of skill in the realm of entrepreneurship and because we have this ridiculous narrative that's out here
00:17:56.980 that this is for everybody and everybody should consider this as an option we have a lot of failing
00:18:02.240 entrepreneurs and the reason that we fail in entrepreneurship is because you don't understand
00:18:06.680 that emotions have to be removed from it you have to determine what's fact what's fiction what's reality
00:18:12.220 what's going to play out and you have to be very disciplined in that decision making process to
00:18:16.520 actually make it work and because situations and opportunities are constantly presenting themselves
00:18:21.740 people have a hard time steering away from the emotional opportunity which isn't really an
00:18:28.060 opportunity because if you played it out for three years you would see that there's nothing there
00:18:31.720 versus the actual opportunity which looks like hard work which if you put your time energy
00:18:37.500 and skill set into in five years could five or ten x your business from where it is right now
00:18:42.280 and they will mistake the fun thing as the opportunity and then the hard thing as the distraction
00:18:48.700 you see what i'm saying backwards dude listen a lot of what you guys are hearing on the internet 1.00
00:18:54.700 with the exception of maybe like fucking five people total is bullshit all right these motherfuckers 1.00
00:19:00.520 telling you there's a hack bullshit these motherfuckers telling you it's easy bullshit these motherfuckers 1.00
00:19:06.500 telling you it's going to have balance bullshit these motherfuckers telling you that it's going to be 1.00
00:19:11.180 anything other than every fucking inch and every ounce of energy that you have as a human being 1.00
00:19:16.960 being poured into this day after day after day after day if they tell you anything other than that 0.97
00:19:21.140 they're lying to you that's reality and i'm good at this so take someone who's not good at it throw 0.99
00:19:28.660 them in it and then fucking watch them waste five years of their life for something they'll never be 0.99
00:19:33.480 able to do yeah and i hate to shit on people because people hear that and they're like oh well if you 0.99
00:19:39.080 say that everybody can do it yeah everybody can do it everybody can go out on that basketball court and 0.98
00:19:44.220 hit some fucking free throws i can go out there and shoot some free throws right now that doesn't 0.96
00:19:49.660 mean i'm gonna play in the nba you got it that's the difference and so like we have this these lies 0.99
00:19:56.180 happening in the world like dude you're with me every day how much fucking stress do i endure 0.95
00:20:02.340 it manifests itself physically it's non-stop i can't walk 30 fucking feet without a major problem 0.98
00:20:11.160 hitting me in one of my companies legitimately if i walk from if i walk a hundred if i walk 90 feet 0.99
00:20:18.480 i'm gonna hit three problems that's real shit okay and you a lot of you guys just are not built for 1.00
00:20:24.200 that you're not fucking built for it you're built to live a normal life you're built to fucking and 0.99
00:20:29.280 you might be built to be a great entrepreneur a great fucking contributor maybe you could take one 0.99
00:20:34.460 aspect of a business and you can grow it into this huge thing and it makes you a whole bunch of 0.98
00:20:38.300 fucking money that should be most of your goals the people who have to like actually be at the front 0.87
00:20:44.620 like bro you're talking about managing a thousand different little pieces at high levels all the time 0.98
00:20:50.880 dude it would it's not a real thing for most people it's just not and and and the reason people have
00:20:59.060 trouble succeeding in entrepreneurship right now is because they're listening to the wrong people 0.89
00:21:03.440 telling them the wrong shit selling them the wrong shit about how easy it is and these people who 0.99
00:21:09.460 could be great entrepreneurs who could build great careers with the right the right organization 1.00
00:21:14.540 are ended up ruining their whole lives because they're not built to handle that load 0.98
00:21:19.100 and and they think they can yeah and the dude it's relentless and don't say i didn't fucking tell you 0.91
00:21:24.820 it was no there's nothing nothing i've ever said since the beginning i started podcasting that i said any of
00:21:30.760 this was easy or that it was for everybody it's just not yeah i want to i want to ask you this too
00:21:35.520 because i think a lot of times like when i was when i when i hear this word distractions um when
00:21:40.420 it's mixed in with opportunities for some reason i keep hearing the like the the word like scam right
00:21:46.500 have you went early on in business right because obviously you know over time you're going to 0.56
00:21:51.160 develop that bullshit meter you're going to learn how to all that guys you're going to develop that but 0.56
00:21:55.280 when you first started out did you ever almost fall or fall for some type of yeah business game 0.90
00:22:02.440 no absolutely i want to a story on that no yeah i absolutely i have uh when i was when i was 17
00:22:08.660 years old right before i started the company uh with chris um we started we were 19 when i was 17
00:22:15.840 uh the internet was pretty new okay this is like 1998 97 right the internet's still really new
00:22:23.460 it's a good year huh it's a good year yeah google wasn't like like when you guys think of like
00:22:29.020 google like we have to like go back in time all right because society was so different this is
00:22:34.900 actually what makes me good at business because i understand how people buy and how they bought
00:22:39.300 before the internet and then you apply that to the internet but that's a whole different topic
00:22:43.140 i teach that in rt the the before the internet there was the yellow pages okay do you know what the
00:22:50.240 yellow pages are phone book okay most people most people today haven't seen a yellow page book in
00:22:55.380 fucking years there's yellow pages and white pages right exactly white pages were the directory for 0.91
00:22:59.920 human beings yeah that's right it was it was it was truly racist all right so good old days in the 0.99
00:23:07.000 white pages which also contain black people okay um you could look up people individuals yeah
00:23:14.560 phone numbers to their home okay even that real quick i was not to cut you off but even that right
00:23:20.840 there but like that's so like to even just think about that being a case now where like there's this
00:23:25.240 book that has literally everybody in your fucking zip codes information yeah but the world wasn't like 0.98
00:23:30.540 it is now different man like there wasn't all these scams like there was there were scams but it's not 0.99
00:23:34.940 like like this digital shit that's cool like bro the internet fucked up humanity like i don't care what 0.97
00:23:40.360 anybody says and people will say because every time i say it they're like yeah but look at you look 0.99
00:23:44.560 how much money you've made i don't care i give it all back i would give it all back today to go back 0.52
00:23:49.300 to how it was before the fucking internet because i know how to win before the internet too because 0.96
00:23:52.980 guess what i was winning all right so the reality is this 0.91
00:23:57.340 we have the white pages we have the yellow pages and the internet comes along and there's no google there's
00:24:04.900 no like nobody really knows what the fuck can do with the internet except you send emails and look at 0.61
00:24:09.600 naked chicks all right that's the reality of the internet at that time all right so there came 1.00
00:24:15.300 to this thing called the internet yellow pages all right and they they came out and then and they
00:24:20.740 they said you could be the official internet yellow pages uh person like owner of your city all right
00:24:28.700 it's eight thousand dollars okay but you had to go sign everybody up all right and then they signed
00:24:34.800 up they paid for uh preferential spots in the yellow pages because in the yellow pages if you
00:24:41.720 remember you look through and some people would have a whole page some people would have half a page
00:24:46.560 so you would pay the yellow pages extra money to have bigger spacing in the in the book and this was 0.95
00:24:52.740 the same concept online uh eight grand you know we'll set you up in business and fucking bro i paid it and 0.99
00:25:01.200 it was a total fucking scam like they had no infrastructure it was just a fucking lie they didn't have 0.99
00:25:06.240 you know like they send you very like there was no support um but yeah i got taken for eight thousand 0.99
00:25:11.960 dollars and and you know that that was a fucking scam um there's but today like the problem is is today 0.96
00:25:20.720 there's so many scams that people can't differentiate between scam and real you know i'm saying like dude 0.98
00:25:27.120 because some of them are really good listen dude there's very few there's very very very very i'm
00:25:33.200 talking there's maybe three people i know that i would consider good coaches that could actually
00:25:40.960 coach you to success that don't actually have a company okay outside of those two or three people
00:25:49.080 all right you should not learn from anybody that you can't go buy their product if you can't go to
00:25:56.220 the store and buy their product if they can't go online and buy their product experience how they 0.75
00:26:00.460 run their business uh you know fucking watch if it's like you have to vet what's real like 0.97
00:26:07.200 there's so many people that are straight up lying i just saw today like a lot of these ecom 1.00
00:26:13.740 um guru crypto group there's been like a string of these dudes getting murdered now 0.99
00:26:19.260 because people are fucking so tired of this of these scamming shit all these young kids these 20 0.99
00:26:25.580 fucking something year old kids driving around and fucking lamborghinis talking about their funnels 1.00
00:26:29.880 and shit don't buy a fucking thing from them okay they don't know what the fuck they're doing they 1.00
00:26:35.140 haven't been doing it long enough yet period okay you have to understand there's a fucking level to this 1.00
00:26:41.180 that if you want to learn you got to learn from real people you can't learn from people who have not
00:26:46.460 done it or or pretend they've done it you have to learn from people who have done it and it's weird
00:26:51.180 because like to me this is obvious because i saw it all materialize but like dude when i see these
00:26:56.680 young kids they haven't they have an impossible time differentiating between what is a real opportunity
00:27:02.640 and what's not no like dude if you can't vet them out like if you if you can't figure out what businesses
00:27:09.900 they run where to buy their products order their products from them if you don't know like you know 0.98
00:27:15.940 like what they actually did like there's some guys who have like done shit and sold their shit 0.98
00:27:20.140 and now they kind of teach people how to do shit like if they don't have that track record why the 0.99
00:27:27.680 fuck would you learn from people who did who who who don't have it when there's people available that 0.99
00:27:33.220 do have it it doesn't make sense you know that's because i mean the only reason i can think of is 0.99
00:27:39.420 they're just they're just so focused on the outcome well no because it's sound look bro it's
00:27:44.780 no different than anything else everything sounds good like like the better you said hey man i can
00:27:51.020 teach you how to make literally seven figures dude in the next eight months if you buy my program
00:27:55.560 look what i'm doing i'm driving around in ferraris lamborghini you know how easy i could sell that 0.99
00:28:00.020 fucking shit to people do you know how fucking much money i could make selling that like if i just said 1.00
00:28:05.720 that shit like me just and i showed my real life bro i drive a fucking car that most people will 1.00
00:28:12.580 never even see in real life to work every single fucking day in a different one like do you know 1.00
00:28:17.300 how easy it would be for me to do that to run my brand around and be like fucking buy my secrets blah 0.99
00:28:22.820 blah blah blah blah blah but what do you hear me say what do i say i say it's hard as fuck ain't no 0.99
00:28:27.740 secret it's gonna take a long time there ain't no fucking secrets it's gonna cost you everything you got 0.99
00:28:32.120 you're gonna go crazy multiple times but at the end it's gonna be worth it that's what i fucking 0.98
00:28:36.760 tell people and that's the reality and then within that journey there are real skill sets that you must 0.98
00:28:42.500 learn how to how to sell how to lead how to manage how to market how to fucking brand how to do all 0.86
00:28:49.940 these different things that are required to run an actual company not just have a click-through funnel 0.94
00:28:55.120 but run an actual company the skills are acquired through that hard journey you know you should only 0.97
00:29:01.140 learn from people who have been down that road real real real shit yeah i love it man i love it
00:29:08.240 guys andy our third and final question uh i'm gonna ask a question but i actually want to ask a follow-up
00:29:14.940 but i guess before you answer the main one if that makes sense but the question is question number three
00:29:18.360 guys um andy what are the defining factors between a business that is scalable and one that is not
00:29:28.820 okay and before you even answer that i just want to ask you like are there certain businesses that
00:29:33.840 are just not scalable is that a real thing or is it your position because you've you've scaled multiple
00:29:39.020 businesses right like is every single business scalable or are there some that are just not depends on the
00:29:44.760 market it depends on the market it depends on on the sample size of the market yeah you know
00:29:50.720 if you can make a small business go the chances are there's a whole bunch of other people out there that you
00:29:56.640 can scale it up into but i mean just because you could scale it doesn't mean you can scale it into a billion
00:30:02.720 dollar brand you might be able to scale it into a seven-figure brand you know what i'm saying
00:30:07.200 something scale but they scale small they scale from you doing it building popsicle houses in your
00:30:13.160 in your kitchen with your kids into etsy right where you're building popsicle skyscrapers right and
00:30:20.420 and then you know you you hire your your in-laws and your cousin to come over and build popsicle
00:30:25.480 skyscrapers with you and you start selling them and you sell fifty thousand dollars worth of popsicle
00:30:30.860 skyscrapers that's scaling yeah so it all depends on what we're talking about when we talk about scaling
00:30:35.680 so like the first thing would be if you want to scale to a large size you have to make sure that the
00:30:40.220 market size is appropriate for the size of the business that you want you know what i'm saying
00:30:43.940 yeah okay so it just depends on on what you want and what you want to create okay so market size
00:30:49.560 that's definitely so that that's a defining factor absolutely because like you can't sell listen bro
00:30:54.520 you can have the best lemonade stand in the whole fucking world sell the best lemonade it's ever
00:30:58.360 fucking been invented ever and you put it in the middle of the desert that sounds like a great idea 0.97
00:31:03.260 bro everybody in the desert needs lemonade except there ain't nobody in the desert so you can't scale it 0.99
00:31:09.480 right you see what i'm saying right and a lot of people do this shit they make they you know like 0.94
00:31:13.800 using the popsicle analogy they i make the greatest popsicle skyscraper that's ever been made yeah but 0.99
00:31:19.920 nobody fucking gives a shit and but people might be a few people that yeah this is basic shit that 0.97
00:31:26.700 people don't think about not every single business is scalable into you know this massive uh financial 1.00
00:31:34.040 empire but maybe those people just want to scale it into 50 000 and that's okay but the problem comes
00:31:40.920 when you have something that there is no market for and you think that you're going to have it in
00:31:45.860 become an eight nine ten figure type situation and then you're just spinning your wheels and you're
00:31:50.700 going to always spin your wheels you know so so thinking through this kind of goes back to the first
00:31:55.540 question where we talked about you know the distractions versus the opportunities we have to be able to
00:32:00.860 look at what we have what's our idea and then project that into the future three years and then
00:32:05.880 project it like another three years okay what could this become what could it look like and if you can't
00:32:11.800 see that materializing into something that you would want it to be then it's probably a bad idea to spend
00:32:19.560 your time doing it and this this is common sense to people who have been doing this for a long time
00:32:24.340 but for people who have never done it they don't think like that this is not one of those conversations
00:32:28.400 no they don't they don't think it through bro you know how many entrepreneurs come to me with a
00:32:32.460 terrible product that they think like it's a good product this is it no it's actually a good like 0.97
00:32:37.440 i'm not saying it's a terrible product like it's shit that their version of the product is actually 0.97
00:32:42.500 pretty cool the problem is nobody's gonna buy it so that's a big problem that you cannot overcome 0.90
00:32:48.740 like there's only and and there is there is you know this is there's exceptions to this
00:32:54.200 there's niche markets you know i i like to use the uh the example of the butterfly uh expert you know
00:33:02.100 like let's just say you're into you're into butterflies well there's a lot of people that
00:33:06.140 are into butterflies right and if you made some cool butterfly t-shirts and some butterfly stickers 0.80
00:33:10.300 and some shit you're gonna sell some you'll probably be able to make a nice little business off of 0.70
00:33:14.640 your butterfly uh you know passion but the reality is it's never it's never gonna be amazon it's never 0.85
00:33:20.700 gonna be it's never gonna be uh you know even a medium-sized business it's never gonna be an
00:33:26.500 eight-figure business because that market's limited yeah right yeah exactly what what's your take just
00:33:32.080 on a quick flip like following up on this i mean because you mentioned like you've had people like
00:33:37.000 come to you with business ideas what's your take on people who are trying to reinvent the wheel
00:33:42.500 how many of those people have you seen i think well i mean look i think most things are are you know
00:33:50.360 um there's a saying in writing that all great writing is creative rewriting which means that
00:33:58.880 there is nothing new right so true innovation is very rare so reinventing the wheel is is what most
00:34:05.660 people see as innovation uh true innovation is is super rare most things that get credit for
00:34:12.940 innovation are actually just people improving upon the current model um which is reinventing the wheel
00:34:18.540 a little bit right right um so i think there's a place for that mentality i think most people succeed
00:34:24.300 by just taking a product or an idea or a service that already exists and then improving upon it or
00:34:31.740 making aspects of it better or or you know uh making it faster making it quicker making it cheaper
00:34:38.520 making it more high quality like there's all these different variables that you can put onto any
00:34:43.260 product that you want to improve and then create a competitive product with and that's most businesses
00:34:47.940 uh where most innovation happens in business is in the way that people do business not the product
00:34:53.880 itself so how they actually uh you know interact with their customer base or how they fulfill their
00:34:59.920 product those kind of things innovating there is actually uh a lot easier than innovating with 0.76
00:35:05.580 the product because fucking there's so many products right yeah um so most products because 0.92
00:35:10.000 the internet is so big and vast now have become commoditized where there's very similar things all 0.98
00:35:15.440 over the place for a very similar price so the question becomes how are you going to innovate your
00:35:20.540 brand image and your fulfillment of that product so that it becomes an innovation in people's eyes
00:35:25.920 you see what i'm saying so so so i don't think there's anything wrong with thinking about reinventing
00:35:34.300 the wheel but what i will say is that most people think too hard about it they overthink it they
00:35:41.420 overthink and simple wins man most people like most people
00:35:46.460 are very simple and if you complicate it you'll lose sales and that's that's a lesson that i've learned
00:35:55.660 by experience yeah you know so um just understand that you know you're dealing with someone who's
00:36:03.120 giving you a fraction of their attention for a fraction of a moment and your your capacity to
00:36:10.040 catch that and make a sale and then get them to buy again is going to determine how successful your
00:36:15.780 company becomes that's simply it i fucking love it man i love it man well guys andy that was three 0.88
00:36:22.240 yep go pay the fee 0.99
00:36:24.660 went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry box froze fuck a pole fuck a stove counted millions in the 1.00
