00:05:58.500 Well, listen, everything that we have in our life starts from our mind.

00:06:07.380 mind and our physical lead to creating reality outside of that.
00:06:10.840 So when you say, okay, my whole life is in disarray, my mental game is messed up, my physical is shit, my finances are poor, blah, blah, blah.
00:06:19.840 We have to arrange those into a hierarchy of things to address, right?
00:06:24.140 So when things flow from our brain to our body to the world, where would you say that we start?

00:07:24.460 And the reason that this voice is so bad and so damaging to us is because it happens again
00:07:31.620 the next day and then it happens again the next day and then it happens again the next
00:07:35.280 day and sooner or later when we're telling ourselves we're going to address all these
00:07:39.380 things, the natural response as a human being is to kind of go hog wild when they don't hit
00:07:45.500 the first day, right?
00:07:46.360 So like, let's say you promised yourself, let's, today is a Monday and let's just say
00:07:50.420 you promised yourself today.
00:07:52.100 Today was going to be the day that you started and you're listening to this at eight o'clock
00:07:56.120 at night and you're sitting there and you're like, fuck, I'm, I really want a pizza, right?
00:08:01.420 And so instead of like just ordering the pizza, right?
00:08:05.280 What ends up happening is you're like, well, fuck, I'm starting again tomorrow.
00:08:07.880 So I'm going to order the pizza and the fries and the wings and the ice cream and I'm going
00:08:12.100 to get it all in and then tomorrow I'm going to start.
00:08:15.580 But what happens is you don't end up starting tomorrow and tomorrow you tell yourself the

00:08:20.200 And so then this process repeats and this is how you end up at 300, 400, 500 pounds with
00:08:27.080 a total dissatisfied life, right?
00:08:29.760 So becoming aware of the voice that tells us what to do in our brain is super important.
00:08:38.180 And then we follow that by developing the skillset we need to listen to the voice in our actions

00:08:45.920 And that's discipline, grit, fortitude, the ability to endure, the ability to persevere,
00:08:52.320 all of these things that we call and encompass what's called mental toughness, right?
00:08:56.980 And then when we start to develop mental toughness, because we're able to follow through on the
00:09:01.780 actions that our boss voice is telling us, Hey, no, bro, you told yourself today you were
00:09:06.700 going to get after it, get your fat ass off the couch and get on the fucking road and go
00:09:10.060 do your work.

00:09:14.000 No, the abusive voice is the voice that tells you to keep eating like shit and to take

00:10:35.020 So when we think about like how to view this program, you should be viewing it as a tool
00:10:40.060 that we use to recalibrate on an as needed basis.

00:11:40.500 I would take care of your mental first and then allow your physical to manifest along

00:12:23.100 tell you it's this or it's that, or some trainer that's threatened by it.

00:12:33.060 So they go out and they trash it and they talk shit, not understanding that if I purposely

00:12:43.160 training into the program, into the framework, and you will actually not just produce better

00:12:50.200 And if you fix them permanently and get that by way, when I say fix them permanently, that

00:12:56.420 Fixing them permanently means becoming aware that they need to constantly sharpen their spear
