In this episode, I talk about how to harness negative energy and turn it into something productive. It's not an option to be able to use dark side energy properly, it's a necessity to know how to utilize it properly, and when we get unlimited doses of negative energy in the world, it can be hard for us to understand how to use it properly.

00:00:00.000 what is up guys it's and if you're selling this is the show for the real let's say goodbye to 0.98
00:00:20.520 the lies the fakeness and delusions about our society and welcome to motherfucking reality 0.85
00:00:24.660 guys today we have a real talk okay uh there's gonna be a lot more real talks coming your way 0.62
00:00:29.480 over the next 12 months i know you guys are loving it i see you guys sharing it out
00:00:34.260 uh listen i'm gonna get right into these i'm not gonna fuck around with the intro okay uh 0.88
00:00:39.660 here's the deal i was talking to someone who was uh explaining to me they were having problems
00:00:47.880 getting motivated they were having problems going um and while i talk about discipline being the main
00:00:55.700 skill there is a such thing as motivation okay uh but the reality is discipline is much more
00:01:00.640 valuable and if you want to learn how to be disciplined you go do the live hard program
00:01:04.600 75 hard program which is at episode 208 on the audio feed so you can get it there for free
00:01:10.420 however there is such a thing as motivation all right and when you talk to someone like i was
00:01:17.160 talking to my friend who was very frustrated very angry almost bitter uh and couldn't figure out why
00:01:23.600 uh i got some clarity around some points that i wanted to share with you guys okay those of us
00:01:29.340 who are built different those of us who are wired different okay who are wired to go out conquer kill
00:01:36.380 and eat our own food all right not someone who's complacent this isn't for people who are complacent 0.99
00:01:44.320 living in their little uh petting zoo over here this is for fucking animals they have to go out and be 0.99
00:01:50.780 savages all right there's a lot of us out here there's a lot of people who are highly competitive 0.99
00:01:55.700 highly driven who hate to fucking lose and who want to do whatever they have to do to win there's a lot 0.66
00:02:01.900 of us and it can be frustrating and when we get unlimited doses of negative energy in the world 0.90
00:02:09.040 especially when you're younger sometimes it's very hard for us to understand how to use them
00:02:15.220 okay so before i get into the points that i want to share with you guys today i want to remind you
00:02:20.520 that dark energy the negative energy is an unlimited energy source and we have a lot of people on the
00:02:29.020 internet who talk about positivity and all these nice things and they sound really nice and professional
00:02:35.140 when they talk but i can promise you any of those people who have achieved anything if you were to peel 0.99
00:02:42.020 back who they are on the outside and look deep within their soul you're going to find a fucking 0.95
00:02:48.060 savage warrior who understands how to use dark side energy properly it's not an option to be able to use 0.95
00:02:56.760 dark side energy there's a lot of people out here who say things like this well i only operate from the
00:03:01.240 positive i only operate from the light okay well you're also going to operate with nothing in your 0.96
00:03:06.880 fucking bank account because it's required to be able to use the negative energy because of the 0.80
00:03:13.060 nature of how much of it it is so if you're going to be effective and you're going to be great you have 0.99
00:03:18.820 to think like an effective great human being kobe bryant michael jordan these dudes weren't on the
00:03:24.800 court at 4 a.m in the morning doing chest passes and free throws because they wanted to win over the 0.99
00:03:30.700 hearts and minds of the fans no they wanted to go out and slit motherfuckers throats every single 1.00
00:03:37.520 motherfucking day of their lives in their careers and guess what they did okay so it's a necessity to 0.98
00:03:45.360 know how to utilize dark side energy and when people tell you you can't people tell you you won't 0.99
00:03:50.520 people tell you your shit all these things that i was told over the course of my career 0.96
00:03:55.360 in the beginning all right your dreams are too big you're never going to accomplish them do you 1.00
00:04:00.840 still have that little vitamin store when are you going to grow up and get realistic when your 0.91
00:04:05.700 girlfriends leave you your boyfriends abandon you when all this shit happens we got to know what to 0.99
00:04:10.880 do with this energy otherwise it fucks us up it paralyzes us it makes us ineffective so you have 0.99
00:04:17.040 to understand the fundamental basic skill set of harnessing this energy and it's very simple we take all
00:04:24.220 the negative we take all the frustration we take all the things that piss us off and we don't lash 0.98
00:04:30.320 back out at those people okay we take it and we put it up on our shoulder as a big giant fucking chip 0.95
00:04:38.140 all right and every single time that we feel like not doing what we should do every single time we feel 0.81
00:04:45.060 like quitting every single time we feel like throwing in the towel we go up here and we list down the
00:04:51.680 things that people have said to us we list down the things that people have done to us and we find the energy
00:04:57.520 to go take productive action okay this is the key most people let negative energy burn them down because
00:05:06.960 they don't understand that it has to be harnessed and put into productive action a lot of people will take
00:05:13.940 the negative energy and they will throw it back at the person that gives it to them or they will lash out at
00:05:19.940 somebody else that is not how you do this take it let it soak in remember it and then when you need it
00:05:26.800 you use it to do something that's going to be productive to make you better to a point where
00:05:32.880 they cannot compete with you all right so that's the fundamental understanding of how to use dark energy 0.99
00:05:38.640 but if you're one of these people who is driven by the dark energy who says fuck everybody i want to 1.00
00:05:46.800 stomp on everybody's fucking throats which by the way is okay those are the people that end up being 1.00
00:05:52.740 the biggest builders the biggest creators the biggest champions in the history of earth 1.00
00:05:57.020 all right and you happen to have it so that's a good thing not a bad thing the problem is you need
00:06:02.440 to know how to organize it a little bit all right so you're sitting there you're frustrated you're angry
00:06:07.680 you don't know exactly why you feel like you feel but you know it's because you're not winning the way
00:06:12.040 you should win how do we work through this well i'm going to give you the blueprint of how i work
00:06:17.000 through this whenever i get frustrated whenever i get angry whenever i get pissed off which is often
00:06:23.020 because i'm highly competitive i review the list i'm about to give you which helps me create what
00:06:30.340 action i need to take it helps me harness the energy properly which is absolutely necessary
00:06:36.760 okay so the first thing on the list is you have to know what your mission is what is your mission
00:06:44.280 what are you trying to accomplish what are you trying to create what are you trying to build what
00:06:50.200 problem are you trying to solve who are you trying to become okay these could all be part of your
00:06:57.160 mission and the mission could also be collective or individual and it should be both if you run a team
00:07:05.720 you should have a collective mission and then also a mission for yourself if you're part of the team
00:07:11.300 you should understand the collective mission and also have a mission for yourself
00:07:15.780 okay so clearly define the mission before you act on dark energy all right and if you define it once
00:07:24.060 you can always go back and review it this is exactly what i do i'm giving you the blueprint
00:07:28.040 number two clearly define what point are you trying to prove who are you trying to prove it to are you
00:07:37.620 trying to prove it to the world are you trying to prove it to yourself and by the way regardless of 0.58
00:07:43.240 what all the positive patties on the fucking internet say it is okay to have points to prove it is okay 0.99
00:07:49.780 to have a little bit of insecurity and to want to say hey fuck you i've overcome that it's okay 1.00
00:07:56.300 it's a very positive and productive force to harness so what are you trying to prove are you 0.99
00:08:04.580 trying to prove it to yourself are you trying to prove it to other people are you trying to prove it
00:08:09.300 to your mom and your dad are you trying to prove it to your cousins are you trying to prove it to the 0.96
00:08:14.340 world fucking write it down and be honest be real honest about it okay if you filter this out you're 0.98
00:08:20.700 not honest about it it won't be effective we all need a point to prove what's your point to prove 0.97
00:08:26.740 and point number three who's the enemy what's the enemy the enemy could be a who or it could be a what
00:08:34.520 and it's okay all right so maybe it's your competitor in business maybe it's a cultural
00:08:44.840 trait that you're not happy with for me the enemy is mediocrity and we can see this in every
00:08:50.100 business that i operate on at every podcast that i do to me the enemy is tyranny to me the enemy is
00:08:57.800 oppression to me the enemy is corruption to me the enemy is lack of excellence these are enemies for
00:09:05.680 me and i have a number of people that are enemies as well which i'll keep that to myself but the point
00:09:11.180 is i don't go out and attack them publicly you never saw michael jordan or kobe bryan out there
00:09:16.560 talking shit on another player maybe occasionally when it got to that but the reality was they let 0.99
00:09:21.780 them talk their shit they let them piss them off and why did they like it when it got them pissed 1.00
00:09:27.300 off because they understood how to harness the dark side energy they understood it was going to make 0.99
00:09:32.980 them better okay so how do we utilize this list this list of our mission this list of our point to prove
00:09:39.780 in this list of who and what our enemies are when we feel frustrated and when we feel unmotivated and
00:09:47.880 when we feel like we shouldn't be doing the thing that we're doing we need to go back and we need to
00:09:53.060 review the list what's my mission what's my point to prove and who is my enemy okay and read the list 0.96
00:10:00.020 and think about it and then after you read the list and think about it and you're all fucking pissed off 0.93
00:10:05.040 right then you make the decision of what productive action you are going to take and the productive
00:10:12.520 action again is not attacking those things directly it's what is going to make you the best version of
00:10:19.240 yourself what is going to make your company that much more productive or that much more better or that
00:10:25.520 much more high quality or that much harder to compete with and that goes for your business it goes for
00:10:30.840 your cause it goes for your team and it goes for yourself what action can i take with all of this
00:10:37.020 energy that is going to make me a much more formidable opponent against all of these things
00:10:43.040 okay this is how you properly use the energy you take it you store it you draw with you draw upon it
00:10:51.100 when needed and then before you decide what action to take you review your list and then make an action
00:10:56.900 that's going to make you better all right this is the exact system i use this is the exact system
00:11:03.600 i've used my whole life this is a system that many champions have used this is a system that many great
00:11:08.960 people have used and by the way if you're on the path to greatness if you're on the path to being
00:11:14.340 exceptional you cannot expect other people to understand it there is so much noise and so much 0.96
00:11:20.160 bullshit on the internet that we look around us that are wired like fucking warriors to go out and achieve 1.00
00:11:25.660 and kill and build and create okay we look around at everybody else and we think we're fucked up you're 1.00
00:11:31.620 not fucked up man they're fucked up all right you're the person who's going to build something great 0.99
00:11:37.620 whether it be your own great life whether it be a great company whether it be a great team whether 1.00
00:11:42.140 it be a great cause and a lot of good shit will happen from that if you harness it properly 0.96
00:11:47.760 you can let it destroy you but the way it's going to destroy you is by you getting overwhelmed with 0.99
00:11:54.940 this negativity and then lashing out at the people who give it to you talking shit joining that's a 0.96
00:12:00.260 distraction that keeps you off the path how powerful could you be as a creator as someone who's in search 0.95
00:12:08.920 of greatness if you are able to take the positive energy the positive reinforcement which by the way
00:12:14.520 is probably five percent of the total 100 and you're able to use the 95 which is all the frustration
00:12:24.160 all the anger all the pain all the disrespect all the doubt and you're able to take all that energy at any given
00:12:32.580 time and then flip it over into something that actually makes you better how can you compete with someone
00:12:38.680 like that you can't those are the people that win and that is why they win and that's why you're gonna
00:12:44.860 win okay so stop thinking you're broken just because you know how to operate with dark side energy it's not
00:12:51.860 all fluffy feely feel good shit out here all right it takes the use of both so go use both don't be afraid 0.65
00:12:59.580 of the dark side energy but listen to this show over and over and over again until you understand how to 0.99
00:13:05.520 use it properly and if you understand how to use it properly there is not a single fucking thing in 0.98
00:13:11.160 this world that can stop you from doing what it is you're trying to do 0.99
00:13:14.280 went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry box froze fuck a pole fuck a stole counted millions in 1.00
00:13:21.400 the cold bad bitch booted swole got her on bankroll can't fold doesn't know headshot case closed 1.00
00:13:28.620 close well 1.00
00:13:35.760 you
