00:07:37.960 pressure and i don't know if it's the fear of saying something wrong or just the pressure getting to me

00:11:44.600 at speaking and so now i'm comfortable and it's just like anything else we have to take our skill
00:11:52.420 sets that we are weak in and we have to make them strong through repetition and practice and so with all
00:12:00.080 of that being said the first thing that we have to do is look for opportunities to to assert ourselves so
