00:00:00.000 what is up guys you're listening to the mf ceo project i'm andy i'm your host and i am the 0.81
00:00:11.360 motherfucking ceo guys today is thursday thunder if this is your first time joining us uh it's 0.99
00:00:17.700 where you get punched right in the fucking balls okay i'm gonna tell you the truth i'm gonna tell 0.99
00:00:21.660 you what is on my mind and today i have something really cool to share with you um 1.00
00:00:28.060 before i get into that i want to address something that uh has been coming up in my inbox
00:00:34.860 quite often uh it has to do with my thoughts on quote unquote courses or info products or the
00:00:42.800 instagram universities whatever the fuck you want to call them uh you know i made a couple posts
00:00:48.380 basically dogging out you know the the guys who are out there uh saying passive income and selling 0.97
00:00:56.780 you a program uh and you know selling insta core info courses and all the shit that you could buy 0.78
00:01:02.900 and i want to share my thoughts on that real quick number one i'm not against courses okay if someone 0.96
00:01:11.520 is writing a course that can bring you real fucking experience and teach you real lessons that you 0.95
00:01:18.280 should uh you know or that you can learn from and skip a lot of the hard periods of your journey being 0.59
00:01:27.060 an entrepreneur that's awesome that's something that we have not had uh really before outside of
00:01:33.960 guys like maybe tony robbins when i was growing up if i could have went and bought a course from
00:01:38.840 somebody who built uh a 50 100 a billion dollar six billion dollar business i would have bought all
00:01:46.420 of them every single one and you should too because you spend a thousand dollars on a course
00:01:51.820 and you learn one fucking useful skill that skill is going to save you tens and probably hundreds of 0.77
00:01:57.720 thousands of dollars over the course of your life not and not only that it's going to save you time 0.99
00:02:02.520 but here's what i am against what i'm against is motherfuckers on the internet that we have 0.99
00:02:07.960 50 fucking million of them right now popping up that are 19 fucking years old life coaches okay how 1.00
00:02:14.580 the fuck can you be a life coach at 19 fucking years old you haven't lived any fucking life you 1.00
00:02:18.780 barely are in into puberty okay uh you barely got hair in your fucking nutsack and you're out there 1.00
00:02:25.920 telling people how to fucking live no i don't think so okay you haven't earned the right to sell your 0.99
00:02:31.960 fucking advice yet the other thing i'm against is anybody selling a course on anything that 0.99
00:02:37.900 has to do with business that haven't built a fucking business okay if you haven't gone out 1.00
00:02:42.560 there and built a fucking business you don't have the right to sell people shit about building a 1.00
00:02:48.840 business i don't give a fuck how many books you read i don't care how much you fucking think you 0.99
00:02:54.420 might know but i'm going to tell you right now actually building a business is not as simple as 0.99
00:02:59.640 reading a book about building a business and then reciting those lessons to somebody and charging 0.96
00:03:04.280 them money okay and you as the fucking potential consumer need to be smart enough to know the 0.95
00:03:11.100 difference between guys that have actually built things and there's plenty of them out there who 0.98
00:03:15.920 have who have built things and they sell courses damon john sells a course grant cardone sells a course
00:03:22.400 damon john's built six billion dollar company uh grant cardone has a fucking third of a billion 0.92
00:03:29.120 dollar real estate portfolio and one of the best salesmen in the world okay there's plenty of dudes 0.96
00:03:35.020 out there who have done real shit that are selling courses for you to learn from but there's far far far 0.99
00:03:42.500 more 99 of these people out there selling you fucking info shit and saying shit like oh be a millionaire 0.99
00:03:50.980 and you're fucking 22 uh you know live your dreams at 25 uh passive income you don't have to do 1.00
00:03:58.520 anything blah blah blah blah blah look man there's only fucking two kinds of passive income in this 0.99
00:04:04.220 world one is real estate and the only way it becomes passive is if you put 20 fucking years into it 0.96
00:04:10.280 and you've put a lot of time and a lot of effort and a lot of money into becoming an expert 0.98
00:04:15.640 and then you sit back and collect and it's still not passive because you have to fucking pay attention 0.90
00:04:21.980 so that's the closest thing i could think to a legit passive income the only other way to 1.00
00:04:27.420 have a passive income is to make a fucking course and sell it to motherfuckers that don't know any 1.00
00:04:33.320 better and sit on the beach and fucking work at your computer and pretend like you're making passive 1.00
00:04:40.200 income and then sell people on the idea of making passive income which is a complete fucking lie 0.99
00:04:46.060 there's no difference between that and stealing in my book so when i get verbal and get aggressive 1.00
00:04:52.220 about fucking passive income and info courses and motherfucking on the internet selling fucking 1.00
00:04:58.640 997 dollar programs for you to get rich that's the shit that i don't like i don't like that shit i'm not 1.00
00:05:06.320 down with that shit i don't stand with that shit i don't agree with that shit there's too many 1.00
00:05:10.280 credible people do incredible things out there that you can learn from and for you to be spending money 1.00
00:05:15.940 with people like that okay and you need to be smart enough to do your research what is this person 0.74
00:05:21.580 built what have they created let's see their brand let's see their buildings they fucking own let's see 0.97
00:05:28.500 uh their businesses they own let's see and learn from people who have done real shit that's an amazing 0.99
00:05:35.840 thing because those guys could teach you the real fucking skills that it becomes that it needs that you 0.98
00:05:42.600 need to have to become an entrepreneur now with that being said understand we live in a time of 0.98
00:05:49.940 information where information is more available than any other time on earth and that's a tremendously
00:05:54.740 awesome thing but you have to be a you have to be aware of the predators out there that are going
00:06:02.040 to sell you things that have never done anything and there's far more of those than there are credible
00:06:06.980 people right now and that bubble is going to burst by the way because people are going to 0.99
00:06:10.800 smarten up but I don't want any of you motherfuckers listening to this spending one fucking dollar 1.00
00:06:17.060 with somebody like that research who they are look at their business is their business actually 0.99
00:06:23.840 successful are they who they say they are do they live the way they say they live is it did they 0.99
00:06:29.460 really build a business or are they just a rich fucking kid with some money with his parents car 0.98
00:06:34.980 selling you something in my mind that's not building a business okay so and and here's the 0.98
00:06:41.480 thing let's say you guys right now you're in a hurry to make money and you decide oh well Andy 0.98
00:06:45.180 these motherfuckers sell information I'm gonna jump on board sell information to make some money 1.00
00:06:48.480 okay is it worth ruining your name for the rest of your fucking life ruining your credibility for the 1.00
00:06:55.200 rest of your life ruining everything that you're going to do from here on out to build something that's 0.99
00:06:59.900 going to make you money for fucking a couple months or is it better to build go build a real 0.99
00:07:06.300 fucking business you want to make you want to you want to make fucking info products go and build a 0.99
00:07:10.140 real fucking company and then sell how you did it there's nothing wrong with that that's a lot of 1.00
00:07:14.120 value millions of dollars of value in some of the information out there okay but don't be the 1.00
00:07:19.540 motherfucker who who who tries to scam people I hate that shit so that's my thoughts on the info 1.00
00:07:24.720 fucking game right now do your homework do your research support people that are doing real shit 1.00
00:07:30.680 and and dude you know learn how to do it yourself so with that being said I've got this is a little 0.99
00:07:39.600 bit different of a Thursday Thunder because normally I don't have any guests but I've got a couple guests
00:07:43.660 here with me today uh that I want to talk to a little bit because they said something to me when
00:07:51.380 they were a few minutes ago out in the lobby and this is kind of a spur of the moment thing for me
00:07:55.400 to have them on but it resonated with me okay and I talk a lot about opportunity and taking initiative
00:08:01.680 and making sure that uh you know you take the initiative to create value and and and make things 0.96
00:08:10.000 happen for yourself and that's what these two guys did okay um they basically built me a fucking 0.90
00:08:17.000 amazing amazing table okay it's it's this awesome table if you saw my snaps if you saw my instagram
00:08:22.540 story you saw it uh it's totally custom it's it they have four to five hundred hours of creating I mean
00:08:29.160 it's like art all right it's a symbolic conversation piece uh and they built this and they just said this
00:08:37.180 to me outside because they wanted to bring it here so that they could have an opportunity to meet me 0.91
00:08:42.360 all right now now I get fucking people asking me all fucking day long can we have a meeting can we 0.98
00:08:49.180 sit down and have coffee can we do this can we do that no we can't you know why because you're not 0.99
00:08:54.340 fucking bringing me any fucking value you're not taking the initiative if I really wanted to fucking 0.99
00:08:58.900 meet somebody if I really wanted to fucking you know connect with somebody I would go to their 1.00
00:09:03.100 fucking building and camp out until they fucking took my meeting but you motherfuckers think that people 1.00
00:09:09.100 are just going to owe you something and say yes and they're not so what do these guys do like had 1.00
00:09:14.220 they fucking emailed me six months ago and said hey we want a meeting I would have said fuck you 0.99
00:09:18.020 but you know what they did they decided to fucking go out and build this awesome fucking table to get 1.00
00:09:23.600 my attention not that it's saying you're going to buy my attention but they made an impact on me 0.98
00:09:28.520 to where I said dude this is amazing that you guys did this and now I'm putting them on the 0.99
00:09:33.600 fucking podcast because I want them to tell a little bit about this experience and you motherfuckers 1.00
00:09:38.280 listening need to listen because these guys took initiative to create a situation where they could 0.99
00:09:44.400 connect with me now they have my fucking cell phone number okay which I don't give to anybody 0.98
00:09:50.480 half my fucking employees don't have it that's the truth all right and by the way don't be giving 0.98
00:09:56.360 it out so tell everybody who you are where you're from and what you do so uh our names are Joe and 0.99
00:10:02.680 Mike Mackey we're from Northwest Indiana get close up to the mic there you go don't be afraid to touch
00:10:08.760 it oh okay yeah it's not a wiener that's a big point of a face scary um so we're from Northwest Indiana
00:10:17.920 and um we grew up in the manufacturing industry so rapid prototyping 3d printing engineering so
00:10:27.460 just to go back a little bit farther we grew up with an entrepreneur our father started his own
00:10:33.200 business um when he was 28 years old and Joe and I have grown up around a guy that has been grinding
00:10:41.900 for a long time and it's it's humbling to watch in a sense over the our span of our lifetime because
00:10:50.440 those values that he instilled in us to to work hard I mean for instance when we were kids it was 0.94
00:10:57.860 like hey you want to go make money well go shovel some fucking driveways okay that's how I grew up 0.90
00:11:04.040 yeah yeah right so go shovel some driveways okay dad so we would go out and we could barely pick up a 0.99
00:11:10.180 shovel because we were so small but you know what we went out and we shoveled driveways and we made
00:11:14.380 some money and it was awesome and that was I'd say that's the beginning and you know growing up
00:11:20.360 around a guy that you could see how hard it was for him and how much of a fight it was for him to
00:11:28.000 to be uh to be an entrepreneur I remember he just sent me a picture of a Christmas list I wrote when
00:11:34.560 I was six years old and on the Christmas list it was like uh some Legos uh a bike and please give my
00:11:41.900 dad a paycheck and dear Santa please give my dad a paycheck you know we've been experiencing that and 0.98
00:11:49.720 watching that our whole lives see that that that see that goes exactly what the fuck I'm talking 0.95
00:11:54.520 about a minute ago with the info millionaire bullshit like people think that entrepreneurship 0.99
00:12:00.540 is this fucking glorified awesome thing when in reality 99 percent of entrepreneurship is that 0.99
00:12:07.660 you don't know where your fucking next dollar is coming from you're stressed out you're working 0.97
00:12:12.480 your balls off and you really are in a position to where it's it's terrifying all the time to the 0.99
00:12:18.740 point where your whole family fucking knows it's terrifying you know that's what entrepreneurship is 1.00
00:12:23.540 and that's why it pisses me off that I see all these motherfuckers taking pictures of their fucking 1.00
00:12:29.680 parents cars and then selling you a program on how to succeed it's bullshit bullshit yeah yep so keep 1.00
00:12:35.260 going so anyways you know we grew up around that and it was you know it was awesome because we learned 0.99
00:12:41.520 a lot of things from him and Joe and I both worked or it worked for him for a long time we developed
00:12:46.380 skills in that business and you know we've um you know we're hopefully someday gonna take it over
00:12:53.860 um if we could prove ourselves and uh Joe and I have been entrepreneurs at heart our whole lives
00:13:03.200 it was always hey we're gonna take over dad's business when we grew up and dad said no you're not
00:13:08.480 gonna take over my business you're gonna buy my business you're gonna work for this business
00:13:12.900 and that those those things were they've been stuck in our heads since you know since day one um I'd
00:13:20.700 say it's in our blood at this point and Joe one day you know we like I said we've kind of we do our
00:13:27.960 own things in life right now and Joe and I like I said we're entrepreneurs so hold on let me so what
00:13:32.360 do you guys do for like day jobs right now you work at a family business Joe still works for my dad
00:13:37.820 actually uh I went on to heavy equipment for the last couple years okay so you're as a mechanic okay 0.88
00:13:42.060 so these dudes are out working regular jobs all right like blue collar fucking jobs which by the 0.93
00:13:48.480 way my favorite thing to do is to run heavy equipment boom people don't understand that they 0.98
00:13:53.000 don't they don't get it until they get in a freaking dozer they don't believe it yeah and I tell people
00:13:57.480 that and they laugh at me but I've got my own equipment out the farm it's like it's like a huge 0.98
00:14:00.840 fucking sandbox so uh so anyway I love that but these guys are out working fucking blue collar jobs 0.90
00:14:08.280 all right but they have entrepreneurial heart and they have entrepreneurial drive so now they're getting 0.98
00:14:15.220 into a new uh a new business together which is is and tell them about how you guys kind of got the
00:14:24.060 idea to do that how you got into it Joe go ahead so um essentially we were uh sitting around one night
00:14:31.940 and we you know we listened to this podcast and we listened you know there's a few other brands we
00:14:37.800 support that have really inspired us and I said Mike you know I want to I want to build a table well
00:14:44.180 tell them how you came across me you came across through through Rob Bailey okay so shout out to Rob
00:14:49.980 yeah shout out to Rob Bailey so these guys support a really good friend of mine um well two really
00:14:56.400 good friends Rob and Dana Lynn Bailey yeah and they're tremendous people and they're really good
00:15:00.800 friends of mine so and that's how you came across me yep okay because I got a funny story about how I
00:15:05.740 met Rob it's very similar to your guys's story so essentially we started building this table for Rob
00:15:10.780 and it um originally I said Mike let's just buy it and we'll we'll engrave it and we'll send it out to
00:15:17.880 him and Mike's like no man we're gonna build this thing and I said all right so it took us
00:15:24.180 not nothing short of a year and a half of trial error learning just wait wait wait so you're saying 0.97
00:15:33.520 you're telling me is this what I'm hearing right is you had no fucking clue what you were doing no 0.55
00:15:37.940 okay and you decided okay hey we're gonna fucking do this yeah and you went out and learned the skills 0.98
00:15:43.420 yep holy shit it's revolutionary thought process so we uh we finally I mean it was 0.99
00:15:51.300 so wait you're telling me that you went out and fucking learned nobody came and showed you no 0.99
00:15:59.000 nobody came and held you we had some help from YouTube okay so you actually went to Google and 1.00
00:16:03.940 YouTube and learned the skills you needed oh yeah yeah wow wow seriously like this shit 1.00
00:16:13.060 I'm I'm being sarcastic because people don't fucking understand how fuck how this works and you guys 0.99
00:16:20.000 clearly get it which is I'm giving you credit so I'm being sarcastic but yeah we appreciate it 0.98
00:16:24.520 by the sarcasm yeah no no we get it all right cool so um we built this table and I mean like I said
00:16:30.980 it took us a year and a half and that was that was a lot a lot of late nights and we fighting a
00:16:36.200 lot of curse words lot lie out yeah yeah a lot of cursing at each other yeah um Mike threw a table 0.97
00:16:42.960 leg at me one time yeah but did he hit you no I didn't uh what the fuck it's kind of the 0.98
00:16:47.800 general direction um but after you know we started on that building that table we said well you know 0.97
00:16:57.580 we have more than one person that's inspiring us let's build them tables as well so we started
00:17:05.080 building a table for Andy too and um I think that was probably it's probably a year into it we decided
00:17:11.120 to because we were honing the craft a little bit better a little more confident right we basically
00:17:14.720 had Rob Bailey's table complete at that point okay just a few things we were finishing up so um
00:17:19.580 we ended up delivering the table to Rob and the look on Rob and Dana's face when we brought that table
00:17:29.140 to them for absolutely free yeah it was one of the most fulfilling experiences of our lives right
00:17:39.240 because they were just so blown away by what we did and that just got us so we were so fired up I mean
00:17:46.560 it was I mean it was just it was literally a year and a half's worth of work that we handed over and
00:17:52.760 we blew someone's minds and that I think that that sense of fulfillment that we achieved after all that
00:17:58.880 work was awesome right and then through that Rob um he said he's like we told Rob we're like you know
00:18:05.480 we got a table for Andy and he said you know Andy and I are good friends he's like you know I can I
00:18:11.300 can hook you you know I can I can call his brother Sal right now and we can set this up so we said
00:18:15.380 all right that sounds good right right right we weren't expecting that at all and um so thank
00:18:23.620 you Rob and Dana for that and uh he says um you know next day he texts us he says here's Sal's number
00:18:30.640 and um you know set it up with him so like okay we got you know the vice president yeah yeah the
00:18:36.700 vice president of first forms number now and uh so we text Sal and he didn't text us back for a day
00:18:43.220 it was like it's like yeah it's like it's like texting a hot girl not knowing like you know
00:18:49.080 like let's get it yeah you shoot the text out you're like oh shit did I Sal's waiting the two days 0.75
00:18:53.900 yeah we're like we like we text him as soon as we got the number like I'm like you know we're hungry
00:18:59.400 but we just don't we just don't want to sound too desperate though yeah it's like yeah I got
00:19:03.460 yeah I texted Mike that I was like wait it out wait it out yeah should we text him should we text
00:19:09.080 him again that's funny so Sal text us back he says you know what time you want 12 30 on Friday
00:19:17.060 yeah be there yeah we said all right we'll be there yeah and we showed up we drove five hours
00:19:24.560 yeah from northwest Indiana we would have come here anyways by the way yeah it wouldn't matter
00:19:28.720 we would have actually just showed up at your front door but like you know that that's what we did
00:19:32.180 rob right yeah essentially that we showed up at rob's gym and we were like so we've got a package
00:19:39.520 a big one the girl yeah and the girl at the front desk is like all right what's in the package we're
00:19:46.200 like a table and she's like oh okay like yeah that's funny so so so here so like there's so much
00:19:55.400 good things to point out here that we're talking about um first off okay these guys were thinking 0.97
00:20:04.560 about how to provide value and how to make impact they weren't thinking about how to fucking make 0.92

00:27:12.600 him and i both would rather just be friends than be business partners because whenever you start mixing
00:27:18.260 business it's you don't know how shit's gonna go right so like we just decided that uh that we 0.95

00:28:08.300 that you want to connect with there's people in your community you want to get to know there's guys
00:28:11.760 that are leaders in your community it could be a local business exactly you want to local it could
00:28:15.720 be a local business in every single area of this country right now they're because i always get
00:28:20.100 people they're like dude will you be my mentor i'm like no because i don't do that like i don't have
00:28:23.620 time to do that so but there's people in your area right now who have who are where you want to be
00:28:29.780 okay who aren't mentoring anybody doing a podcast doing a youtube show which by the way if you guys

00:28:49.880 more freedom to to talk to you and dude most business guys they're flattered by that because
00:28:55.060 it's it's validation of their success when people look up to them so dude figure out a way to make an

00:30:10.880 wanting to get rich now and guys there just isn't a way to do that okay you're going to have to put 0.99
00:30:17.920 in the time you're going to have to put in the investment to learn the skills you're going to have
00:30:20.940 to put in the patience to earn these things and if you do that you're willing to do that you'll 0.94
00:30:27.020 eventually get where you want to go but every time you buy into somebody's bullshit or somebody's 0.97
00:30:32.040 quick fix or all the shit that i talked about earlier in the podcast that's that's another 0.99
