00:00:24.640 pudding mix before it's cool and tasty and still gross because that's what i imagine brains being 1.00
00:00:32.140 like is like really gross and people eat that shit believe it or not so not human brains like 0.99
00:00:37.040 cow brain brain sandwiches and you motherfuckers that eat that are gross but before we get to that 1.00
00:00:43.780 most of you guys know you follow me uh on instagram and social media you know that we're starting a new 0.99
00:00:49.200 show uh on youtube called the frisella factor it's a q a based show uh before you know you get any
00:00:57.480 ideas of other people's shows that you know the other entrepreneur ask question shows this is going
00:01:03.060 to be a lot different uh there's going to be different aspects to it it's going to be very
00:01:07.100 interactive it's going to be very entertaining uh and it's going to be you know basically a new take 0.81
00:01:12.360 on how to do a fucking youtube show and i 1000 plan to fucking conquer youtube a thousand percent 0.99
00:01:20.960 of course with your help so guys for me to answer your questions i need you to ask me your questions 0.93
00:01:27.840 now we get a lot of people asking questions on this show uh wanting us to answer their questions on this
00:01:34.420 show and we rarely do that because this is not an ask and answer type show uh this is a how to do 0.52
00:01:40.760 shit show it's how to think show it's how to improve show uh you know practical advice on your
00:01:46.740 actual situations not something that we focus on so we're going to do that through youtube now for you 0.91
00:01:51.700 to ask your questions i need you to go to ask the mfceo.com again that's ask the mfceo.com and you can
00:02:02.000 go on there and submit your questions for the show and if we answer your questions on the show i'll give
00:02:06.620 you a shout on social media uh maybe get get you some followers get you some eyeballs uh and help
00:02:12.060 you guys in that way too so with that being said go to ask them fceo.com ask your question and we're
00:02:19.380 going to get that show up and running here in just a few days now to the point that i wanted to address
00:02:25.020 okay i got a question and and via instagram which i don't often answer but i thought this was one
00:02:32.320 worthy of answering because it needs to be talked about from a couple different angles i had a young
00:02:38.420 guy ask me yesterday what do you do when you have a business partner that needs to get his head back
00:02:46.280 in the game how do you motivate him to get his head back in the game okay first of all if you're in 0.87
00:02:52.480 business with someone and you're partnering with someone that you need to motivate to do what the fuck 0.99
00:02:58.300 they need to do you've got the wrong fucking business partner all right let me just say that 0.98
00:03:02.560 right up front you guys and you young guys especially always have this glorified you know 0.97
00:03:09.140 idea of i'm going to start a business with my friends all right and instead of going out and
00:03:14.560 doing the work yourself you find security and doing it with people that are your friends 0.99
00:03:19.640 and there's a reason that that saying goes never do business with your fucking friends 0.97
00:03:24.900 all right because i'm going to tell you what happens most of the time most of the time what 0.99
00:03:30.200 happens is exactly what this young man is dealing with you have two people who love the idea of
00:03:35.620 success you know the money the cars the planes the significance the power the recognition all the
00:03:43.480 things that people think about when they come to success but they don't love the process of building 0.99
00:03:50.480 that shit okay and the process of building that shit requires a lot of work a lot of stress a lot 0.98
00:03:58.120 of thinking a lot of time and a lot of commitment that people just aren't willing to put in so because 1.00
00:04:06.020 you know society is groomed right now to think that entrepreneurship is so fucking cool you have a 0.97
00:04:11.840 lot of people wanting to jump in and make their quote-unquote millions of dollars and be fucking ballers 0.71
00:04:16.980 all right but the problem is is that's not good enough you've got to be focused on solving a 0.61
00:04:22.560 problem you've got to be focused on providing value you've got to be focused on becoming better every 0.98
00:04:26.520 day you've got to be focused on personal development you've got to be focused on doing the fucking work 0.98
00:04:31.640 especially when you don't want to fucking do it and a lot of times most of the time when people find 0.96
00:04:38.580 out what entrepreneurship is really about they flake the fuck out which is what you're dealing with dude 0.99
00:04:43.320 uh who asked the question you're dealing with a guy who's a flake who is never going to fucking be 0.99
00:04:48.320 able to do this if you're already having to fucking pull this dude along all right now i want to address 0.96
00:04:53.620 a couple other ideas based around this question now you are going to have people that you work with 0.86
00:05:00.980 that work for you that work with you that you're going to have to pull along okay and and you need to
00:05:07.120 self-evaluate why that is usually the reason that you have to pull people along and that they aren't
00:05:13.720 motivated on their own when they work for you when they're a manager when they're employee uh you know
00:05:19.340 whether whoever it is and they constantly leave and you're having high turnover and you're having
00:05:24.180 these people who don't believe in you that is your fault that is not their fault that's not a character
00:05:29.060 flaw with them that's you and let me tell you how you improve that you as the manager as the ceo 0.99
00:05:36.360 as the number one as the fucking head honcho the big boss you know all the fucking you know the pimp 1.00
00:05:43.080 ever the the fucking man okay you're the fucking man you big part of your job is to paint the picture 1.00
00:05:50.740 for other people that means you have to paint the picture for your employees you have to paint the 1.00
00:05:56.220 picture for your customers you have to paint the picture for your investors you have to paint the
00:06:01.660 picture for the people you do business with. You have to become very good at painting a compelling
00:06:07.640 picture that helps people believe in your vision. And if you can't do that, you're going to
00:06:12.860 constantly struggle with people who cannot see where the fuck you're trying to drive your fucking 1.00
00:06:18.380 train and they're going to jump off. Okay. And so when you have people, whether it be a business 1.00
00:06:25.240 partner, a manager, an employee, this, that, the other, that don't believe in what you're doing or
00:06:31.520 can't get focused or can't get motivated, a lot of times that has to do with you not being able to 0.99
00:06:36.800 paint the fucking picture in a compelling manner. So what I mean by that is you should be able to draw 0.97
00:06:44.360 on a fucking whiteboard within 10 minutes, a very compelling vision of how, not only what you're 0.98
00:06:52.740 going to do, but how you're going to do it and where these people fit in and where the opportunities 0.99
00:06:58.360 are. Because at the end of the day, guys, a lot of people are very selfless in the way that they
00:07:02.780 want to contribute and be a part of something. But at the end of the day, you got to take care of
00:07:07.280 them. They've got to be able to understand and, and see a place for themselves, or they're not going to
00:07:12.280 fucking work. And guys, this is digging into a further issue, which is how do I create a culture? 0.97
00:07:17.980 How do I create a situation where I have all my people in my organization rowing the right direction?
00:07:23.900 Okay. And in the beginning, it might just be one business partner, but as you go, it's going to,
00:07:27.460 you're going to have to have multiples of dozens of employees. They're going to help you, you know,
00:07:32.280 build this thing that you're trying to build. And if you don't get these guys rowing in the same
00:07:38.140 direction. And I use the analogy of a boat. All right. If you got one half, the boat rowing one
00:07:42.780 speed, you got the other half boat rowing a slower speed or a faster speed. Guess what happens? You go in 0.79
00:07:47.460 fucking circles. All right. You don't get anywhere. You don't get where you want to go. You are the 1.00
00:07:51.880 fucking orchestra conductor. You are the, you are the guy calling the shots. You're 1.00
00:07:57.440 your job is to paint the picture is to get everybody to rowing the same, not only the same
00:08:02.720 direction, but the same pace so that you guys can move along and do what it is you're trying
00:08:08.580 to do. And you cannot do that. If you're constantly having to motivate because you're not good at
00:08:14.720 painting a compelling vision and showing people where they fit in. And guys, now let me make this
00:08:20.740 very clear. This does not mean bullshit motherfuckers and lie, because if you lie to 1.00
00:08:26.160 people and you bullshit them about where they can fit in their career opportunities, one, it's 1.00
00:08:30.220 immoral. All right. You're wasting people's time to, they will find out that you lied to them. And 0.94
00:08:36.760 whenever they find out that you lied to them and they start thinking you lied, they're going to 1.00
00:08:40.140 fucking destroy your fucking business with everybody. They fucking know three. Okay. It 1.00
00:08:45.880 goes back to being immoral again. All right. Because dude, you guys have to think your customer,
00:08:52.260 your employees and your people in your organization should not be thought of as somebody who is there
00:08:57.440 to serve you. You should be there to serve them. You should be thinking about their best interests.
00:09:02.420 You should be thinking about how we're going to create a company that creates career for these
00:09:06.240 people. Okay. It's moral leadership. It's the right thing to do. And when you do the right thing,
00:09:11.120 people know you're doing the right thing for them for the right reasons. They'll come to work and
00:09:14.640 bust fucking ass 10 times harder for you. All right. So I know this is like an in-depth, 1.00
00:09:19.320 you know, more in-depth answer than just like a one or two sentence answer to how do I motivate
00:09:24.500 somebody. But we're digging into deeper issues. We're digging into issues where, you know,
00:09:30.120 the reason people aren't motivated likely has to do with your communication skills, not being on point.
00:09:36.020 And if you can't, like I said, stand at a whiteboard for 10 or 15 minutes and not only draw out where
00:09:41.520 you're going, how you're going to get there and where everybody fits in to your organization,
00:09:45.160 you're going to have a very difficult time getting anywhere ever. And I'm not talking about just
00:09:51.020 getting up there and say, Oh, we're going to be a fucking $20 million company. Everybody fucking 0.99
00:09:55.960 says that. Oh yeah. One day we're going to make millions of dollars. Everybody says that you've got 1.00
00:10:01.160 to get up there and say, this is how we're going to do this. This is the, this is a solution that we're
00:10:05.860 going to provide. This is how we're going to get customers to get the results they're looking for,
00:10:10.780 whether it be a product, a service, um, or anything else. And this is how we're going to
00:10:16.400 help people. And by helping people in this way, we're going to earn money. And when we earn money,
00:10:21.980 we're going to grow the company in this way. And you have to be able to dot these things out on a
00:10:25.580 whiteboard and connect the dots for people because most people can't see what the fuck it is that you 0.99
00:10:31.120 see. So if you're having trouble with motivating, if you're having trouble, like you're, if you feel 0.87
00:10:34.880 like you're constantly having to drag people down, it's because you are not a good enough 0.99
00:10:39.040 artist when it comes to painting the picture of where the fuck you're going, you need to learn 0.99
00:10:42.760 how to do that better. So a, you probably have a bad business partner B because a business partner 0.99
00:10:49.640 should bring a contribution to you. Like if you're going to start a business and you're thinking like,
00:10:54.520 Oh, I'm just going to do it. My friend, unless that friend brings something that you don't have,
00:10:58.180 you shouldn't be a business partner with them. Unless they bring some knowledge, work ethic,
00:11:01.720 money, uh, connections, you know, things that you don't have, there's no reason for you to go into
00:11:07.080 business with them. All right. That's where 99% of small businesses totally fuck up. Okay. Now
00:11:13.440 they're going to say, people are going to say, well, you, you've, you've made 18 years with the
00:11:16.680 business partner. Yeah. But there's things that he does that I can't do. And there's things that I
00:11:20.500 do that he can't do. So it falls into what I said. When you need somebody to do certain skills,
00:11:24.740 you've got to find somebody that compliments you, uh, B, um, you know, if you are having 0.98
00:11:31.840 consistent problem with people motivated, you've got to learn how to fucking paint the picture. 0.90
00:11:34.860 So guys realize that being a CEO is not just about numbers. It's not just about walking around, 0.98
00:11:41.860 being fucking big boss, man. It's about being a literal conductor of the orchestra and a problem 0.98
00:11:47.340 solver, uh, at all fucking times. All right. And unless you're ready to sign up for that kind of deal, 0.99
00:11:53.360 don't become a business owner. Don't try to be a CEO, become a highly valued piece of an
00:11:58.860 organization that is highly paid. That is very, very, very beneficial to most people.
00:12:04.380 All right. So guys, that's the answer to the question. Don't forget to go to, uh,
00:12:09.120 ask the MF CEO to ask your question and you can subscribe to the YouTube channel there.
00:12:14.300 We're going to be doing a lot of content, two shows a week here coming up.
00:12:17.360 And, uh, guys, thank you so much. And we'll talk to you soon.
00:12:23.360 Bye.
