00:12:01.740 uh what this person should be buying or shouldn't be buying you have to understand that when you tell
00:12:08.560 somebody they're wrong for whatever it is that they currently do you've got to understand that that
00:12:16.100 is the same thing as calling them an idiot or calling them stupid or or making fun of them or
00:12:21.280 insulting them because they made a psychological decision to go that route and for you to say well
00:12:27.580 that's wrong or that's not the way it should be that is exactly the same thing as calling them an idiot
