00:20:38.320 So that's just a good standard for life because people say a lot of things on social media

00:20:42.680 it would be better if we don't crucify everybody who makes a mistake.

00:20:47.420 And I also introduced the 20-year rule,

00:20:50.380 which is if there's something in your past 20 years ago,

00:20:54.160 and by the way, I would shorten that the younger you are, right?

00:20:58.940 At my age, I'll take the full 20 years and say,

00:21:02.920 all right, if it was 20 years ago, I was a different person.

00:21:05.480 But if, let's say, you're in your 30s,

00:21:08.480 maybe it's more of a 10-year thing because you're changing faster during that period.
