Real Coffee with Scott Adams - Episode 2322 CWSA 12⧸14⧸23 Presidential Polls, Space Aliens, Hoaxes And Lots More

00:00:00.000 you've ever had before today and all you need for that is a cup or mug or a glass

00:00:06.200 a tanker gel just dine a canteen jug or flask a vessel of any kind fill it with your favorite

00:00:12.560 liquid i like coffee and join me now for the unparalleled pleasure the dopamine at the end

00:00:18.080 of the day the thing that makes everything better it's called the simultaneous sip and it happens

00:00:24.560 go that's a little thing i learned from joe biden you whisper the important parts go savor it see

00:00:38.580 very effective oh my okay well here's some uh news about ai i asked google's bard about myself

00:00:52.000 i'd like to see what ai thinks about me and it said that i wrote several books and i thought well

00:00:58.960 that's pretty good that that is correct i am an author i have written several books and then it

00:01:05.080 listed several books several of them don't exist as books at all and i certainly didn't write them

00:01:12.480 but it also says i'm the author of a book called influence written by it's actually written by

00:01:19.420 bildini so a google's bard as me as the author of uh cialdini's famous book influence which i had

00:01:28.900 nothing to do with of course uh but does say i wrote several other books that literally don't exist

00:01:35.200 so can somebody tell me what good ai will be if it just lies to you i don't know

00:01:46.100 all right so uh you all know that elon musk is starting his own school he's got approval i guess

00:01:52.460 um for high school i think it's a high school and maybe a grade school and they'll prepare kids for

00:01:59.860 stem to which i say does elon musk have to solve all of our problems could we have one problem we can

00:02:10.920 handle on our own okay elon can you give us one thing give us an easy one i know we can't do the

00:02:18.000 hard things if you said uh all right you're on your own go to mars i'd be like okay you handle mars

00:02:24.220 okay you handle mars we'll do the easy stuff

00:02:28.480 ours all right all right but you can handle the uh universal internet connection via satellite no

00:02:38.820 no we can't do that either you do that you do that what about education oh okay we got this we

00:02:45.580 oh teachers unions okay we can't do the education thing either okay you got education but i swear to god

00:02:53.240 the next thing we're gonna do you don't have to do everything elon the next big problem we'll take care of

00:03:00.820 it how about uh regaining freedom of speech okay you do that one too you do that one too but i swear

00:03:09.820 to god the next thing we're gonna do the rest of us have to do something we got to chip in a little bit

00:03:15.640 okay um speaking of uh x and alex jones saw a funny post by sean davis who said the people who brought

00:03:27.920 you the russia collusion hoax the ukraine impeachment hoax the fine people hoax the kavanaugh rape hoax

00:03:33.160 the covington hoax and the covet 19 origin hoax are big mad that alex jones is back on twitter

00:03:39.200 well i call it x sean davis but uh your point is well made well made yeah

00:03:47.200 i wonder if anybody's done a um straight up comparison of alex jones versus cnn

00:03:57.600 now i'm aware that alex jones has made some claims that may not have panned out may not have panned out

00:04:07.040 crisis actors being at the top of the list but here's the thing

00:04:12.040 is his track record worse than cnn

00:04:16.500 because there is a qualitative difference here's a qualitative difference

00:04:22.560 i think alex jones believes everything he said including about sandy hook he was wrong

00:04:30.460 but i think he believed it do you because i don't see another reason he would have done it really

00:04:37.780 it doesn't it doesn't sort of make sense unless you believe it was true

00:04:42.240 now it wasn't true but i'd love to see his overall track record compared to cnn i think he'd do well

00:04:50.260 actually i mean i don't know how many other things there are like sandy hook but here's my other problem

00:04:56.400 with sandy hook i don't really understand how he lost the case how was it defamation if he believed it

00:05:05.480 was true did somehow did a did a court prove that he knew it wasn't true how could that how could

00:05:13.740 that have happened is that possible i don't under i don't understand how he possibly could have been

00:05:20.720 found guilty of defamation unless he knew it wasn't true isn't that it isn't it a requirement that you

00:05:28.240 know it's not true i thought you could be wrong all day long and it wouldn't be illegal

00:05:33.400 you can't be wrong because i feel like i'm wrong about a lot of stuff am i defaming people if i'm just

00:05:42.500 honest and wrong i don't understand any of that maybe somebody can explain it to me

00:05:48.600 it's a default judgment what does that mean

00:05:52.040 didn't pay attention to the trial it's complicated all right well i don't understand what happened to

00:06:01.820 him but it does make sense that he's back speaking of misinformation have you heard of a group called

00:06:09.740 newsguard how many of you recognize the name newsguard and kind of know who they are

00:06:16.680 right unless you follow people like mike benton's uh you probably don't know what newsguard is but

00:06:25.080 allegedly it is a primarily a misinformation purveyor disguised as a misinformation fighter

00:06:33.260 so they probably do fight some misinformation but that's the cover that you use if you're really a

00:06:39.640 political entity so they seem to be a political entity pretending to be a information guarding

00:06:46.560 entity and x itself reported today that newsguard is about to publish a quote report they put report

00:06:56.740 in quotes because this was on x report on misinformation on x and that as a for-profit company they will

00:07:06.580 only share the data that underpins their purporting research if you pay for it so if you have to pay

00:07:11.500 for it and x is warning you uh and of course the reason for this is going to pressure companies to

00:07:18.820 buy their fact-checking services so anyway it's uh

00:07:23.060 they're asking uh people who buy their service x is asking if anybody wants to see that quote

00:07:30.660 misinformation ask to see the source information ask to see how they determined it do you think that

00:07:39.540 they'll be able to show their clients the process exactly by which they determined this i doubt it

00:07:47.300 i doubt it because i don't think the facts would support their conclusions so we'll see now uh everything i

00:07:56.100 know about newsguard just comes from other people so just so they don't sue me i'll say i don't know i

00:08:02.980 don't know what's true about newsguard but what i hear from credible people is that they're in the

00:08:08.580 misinformation game not the information game

00:08:13.300 well science has found a way or they're getting close to mimicking photosynthesis

00:08:21.140 so as much as we like to use our solar panels they're not as efficient as nature

00:08:28.820 and nature uses photosynthesis but apparently there are some research researchers now

00:08:34.500 um there's a report in acs engineering there's some researchers they've got some technology that

00:08:41.220 looks promising it's not too close to being um operational but looks promising and they've got

00:08:47.380 something that would chemically change uh carbon dioxide water they create methane that's a high 0.99

00:08:55.300 energy fuel they created from nothing but carbon dioxide water and sunlight now i ask again my

00:09:04.020 provocative question can somebody tell me which of the hundreds of uh climate model predictions

00:09:11.620 include the variable that we would turn carbon dioxide into methane

00:09:21.220 what happens if the carbon dioxide is the fuel because apparently we're on the verge of being able to turn

00:09:30.100 the the worst thing in the world into free fuel or not free but you'd be sucking it out of the air

00:09:35.860 so who saw that coming i don't know if this will ever become operational and economical but it's

00:09:42.740 knocking on the door likewise separately quantum batteries are getting close to being a real thing

00:09:51.700 now let me explain how a quantum battery works compared to a regular lithium battery with your regular

00:09:59.620 lithium battery you've got a lithium things happening but then as opposed to your quantum batteries which

00:10:08.100 are not developed yet but are getting close maybe they might work they would use a quantumy non-lithium

00:10:15.140 process which would have nothing to do with methane i think i've clarified that enough do you need the

00:10:22.900 details or are you good with that yeah quantumy stuff quantumized particles in the quantum through the black

00:10:31.220 hole in the quantumized quantum way and that's how they work and if you need any more clarification than

00:10:40.660 that well you came to the wrong place but it's exciting we might have these amazing batteries that are

00:10:46.980 quickly powered up and stuff like that so again which climate model accounted for the quantum batteries

00:10:55.780 none none there's no climate model that accounts for your quantum battery that's coming any day now

00:11:02.100 probably not any day now but maybe all right oklahoma is the next state to kick

00:11:09.460 DEI diversity equity and inclusion out to their public education so you can't be a 1.00

00:11:16.340 college or a school in oklahoma and have DEI now how many how many states have banned it now

00:11:24.100 is it seven seven states how many states florida texas oklahoma what's the account now i think there's more

00:11:37.060 anyway how would you like to be going to school and being taught a subject

00:11:43.940 that is literally illegal in other states i'm just just hold that in your head

00:11:52.900 is there anything else like that where you go to school and you you pack your little lunch pail

00:11:59.060 you know you're 10 years old and you go to school and you sit there and you learn something that is

00:12:04.740 literally illegal in another state in the united states

00:12:11.700 probably there are probably some other stuff like that but

00:12:16.820 does that tell you what direction we're heading

00:12:20.420 i'm pretty sure that we're heading in the direction of

00:12:23.700 you know

00:12:25.460 disavowing all DEI eventually i mean it's obvious that it has to happen eventually

00:12:30.260 all right the NAACP issued a statement that says the attacks on the harvard president

00:12:39.700 are probably white supremacy and racists right so bill ackman who's uh the most notable advocate

00:12:49.700 big investor he's advocating the three college presidents who gave inadequate answers about

00:12:54.900 hamas that they all be fired one of them is gone but uh 0.98

00:13:03.540 claudine gay

00:13:07.300 is still there and it looks like she's going to stay and harvard says attacks on that are racist 0.96

00:13:14.180 and bill ackman says how is it racist to attack three college presidents two of whom are white

00:13:21.860 one is black attacking the ball basically equally except you know one had some extra plagiarism

00:13:28.020 the others didn't have how is that racist exactly i got a feeling that the NAACP is 0.57

00:13:35.780 maybe uh

00:13:38.660 it's not helping it's not helping anyway

00:13:43.620 so that's pretty ridiculous so bill ackman um one of the things he's doing that's a real 0.99

00:13:52.340 service is he's making the democrats and the left and the the people who would be claudine gay 0.98

00:14:00.180 supporters he is just exposing them he is making them say in public

00:14:06.100 exactly what they feel and think and what they want and it's sort of devastating because now you can

00:14:12.420 see it you see it with your own eyes do you think it's changing anybody's minds about politics

00:14:18.820 do you think all of the college stuff is having an impact on the mind of the average citizen or is

00:14:26.820 this just for the wonks that follow the news and nobody else knows what's going on there aren't that

00:14:31.620 many people who probably follow this story do you think i don't know what percentage of the country

00:14:38.180 you would even be able to tell you what this story is about ten percent probably 30 percent have heard

00:14:44.500 of it ten percent actually could describe it to you five percent have a strong opinion

00:14:52.100 i don't know how important it is but it might be seeping into the uh the thinking of all people

00:14:57.460 uh well um at least here's the good news for harvard at least the good news is that their bad news is

00:15:07.460 behind them now right so whatever's going to happen it looks like you know they're going to weather the

00:15:12.660 storm and i don't see anything else that's going to pop up in the news that would be embarrassing for

00:15:18.100 uh harvard um turns out that the mayor of boston is under fire for having a christmas party that

00:15:29.300 excludes white people she graduated from harvard in 2007 according to james lindsey

00:15:38.180 okay i take everything back there's no end in sight to how bad things are going to give for harvard

00:15:44.180 that's right that's right that's right the boston mayor is actually having a christmas party that's

00:15:50.260 called the electeds of color christmas party it's elected officials excluding directly excluding white

00:15:58.900 people graduated from harvard in 2007 mayor of a major city

00:16:06.020 so do you think this will have any impact on anybody do you think people are noticing that

00:16:17.300 there's kind of a trend kind of a pattern anybody noticing the pattern

00:16:24.740 how many of you saw the clip or watched live

00:16:28.740 vivek ramaswamy on cnn i guess he was talking to abby phillips and

00:16:33.140 look like a sort of a town hall situation and she asked about january 6

00:16:39.940 and uh they they did like several minutes of talking over each other so you couldn't hear

00:16:46.580 anything and nothing was happening and uh it was really entertaining because neither was willing to

00:16:55.380 let the other speak their their piece and you run out of time basically you know you don't want

00:17:01.940 the other one to run out the clock so abby phillips seemed to be unwilling to let vivek say what he

00:17:08.820 wanted to say he was unwilling to let her stop him from saying what he wanted to say and he just wouldn't

00:17:16.260 stop because once once the cameras are on and once the show has started here's something that vivek

00:17:24.260 and trump both know once the show starts you have all the control because they're not going to stop the

00:17:33.060 show so as soon as the show started vivek simply didn't take no for an answer and didn't take didn't

00:17:40.500 take the interruptions he just he just bowled his way through which was exactly the right thing to do

00:17:47.300 because she kept asking him for reasons and when he offered the reasons she talked over him

00:17:52.820 at least that's what it looked like you couldn't really tell who was doing what but i think she was

00:17:57.060 trying to make you know small points as he was talking which is not cool let him talk so finally

00:18:04.900 he got to talk and the question was you know why does he think there's a good chance there was uh

00:18:10.340 uh let's say uh incitement by law enforcement on january 6th and here are the uh evidences he offers

00:18:21.780 and i love the fact that he says to the audience he said it several times i know this will be

00:18:26.340 uncomfortable for cnn that's a great line i know this will be uncomfortable for cnn because they're not

00:18:36.100 going to want to hear in front of their own audience he's going to have to tell them that

00:18:40.420 they've been essentially presenting fake news for a long time now i've been waiting for somebody who's

00:18:48.500 not trump to dissect their fake news operation without the hyperbole to just just sit right on it

00:18:59.220 and point it out but uh he didn't quite do that i know he could but he didn't quite do that instead he

00:19:04.980 went to the evidence of january 6th and here's what he said he said first of all why did the january 6

00:19:12.260 committee only select a certain video when other video was exculpatory in other words showing showing

00:19:21.220 law enforcement opening the doors and collegially inviting people in that was pretty important should

00:19:29.220 have seen that should have seen the uh law enforcement firing rubber bullets into the crowd

00:19:36.740 which didn't seem exactly called for it looked looked more like they were trying to cause trouble

00:19:44.420 i mean it's hard to imagine how it would have worked um but we can't read mine so we don't know that for

00:19:50.500 sure um what about uh when christopher ray was asked how many undercover people were there he declined to

00:19:59.060 to answer do you know what abby phillips interpreted declined to answer as meaning there's no evidence

00:20:07.060 that there were undercover people there because christopher ray declined to answer how many there

00:20:12.500 were so therefore there's no evidence there weren't any there well technically it's true it's technically

00:20:20.260 true that he did not provide evidence that there were anybody there undercover but abby phillips you know

00:20:28.100 there were you know they were of course they were the only question is how many and the question is why

00:20:35.940 wouldn't he answer that question now and then uh vivek went through the whitmer example governor whitmer a a

00:20:45.860 perfect analogy or uh let's say uh precedent where the government did in fact get caught red-handed

00:20:54.500 inciting people to do things that they wouldn't have been inclined to do on their own so now you've

00:21:00.340 got a perfect recent template to show that the government does this kind of stuff we don't have to guess

00:21:08.900 hey does your government do this kind of stuff yes proven in court remember how the uh democrats say

00:21:18.100 there's there's no election problems unless they're proven in court well the government inciting people

00:21:23.940 to do crimes they wouldn't have ordinarily done has been proven by the same bunch of people so now

00:21:31.620 you've got the model that proves that they do it and that's a normal pattern right it's not abnormal

00:21:38.500 you have the fbi who won't tell you how many there were which means there were people there

00:21:45.620 the fact that they won't tell you how many suggests it's more than a trivial number because no none of

00:21:53.700 us can imagine um ray would have would have hesitated to tell you if they didn't have any impact it would

00:22:03.220 have been easy to say oh yes we always have operatives but just a handful and certainly they didn't have

00:22:09.780 anything to do with what happened how easy would it be to say that yeah there were a handful i don't

00:22:16.420 have the exact number but you know we had half a dozen people there at least somewhere in that

00:22:21.540 neighborhood less than 10 and they didn't have much to do with anything they weren't inciting anything

00:22:27.780 just observing now he didn't say that he didn't say that

00:22:32.340 but if it had been a trivial amount of undercover people why wouldn't you say that it's not really

00:22:40.900 giving up any secrets because everybody assumes that they were there in fact they wouldn't be doing

00:22:46.740 the job if they weren't keeping a close eye on people who might be doing something close to the line of

00:22:54.020 legal activities totally appropriate for their organization yeah and then there's the ray epps thing

00:23:01.700 that's still kind of a question mark to some of us

00:23:06.740 so i think vivek made his point and i'm going to support vivek additionally by saying and i wish

00:23:14.020 he had said this because i think more people need to say it if you're talking about an individual

00:23:21.300 such as ray epps ray epps is innocent until proven guilty that's my take it doesn't matter how guilty

00:23:29.700 you think he is by looking at it he's innocent until proven guilty might he be guilty well that's for the

00:23:36.740 courts to figure out someday if there's any charge there's no charge but an individual has a different

00:23:44.500 standard than the government if the government is hiding things from you and you know that they've

00:23:50.260 cherry picked some information they gave you your assumption of their guilt is completely legitimate

00:23:57.860 you might be wrong you might be wrong but your assumption of guilt should be your operating

00:24:03.620 standard you it should be an operating assumption that they're wrong because they can't confirm that

00:24:09.380 that they didn't do it now that's what i would have loved to hear vivek say look there's plenty of

00:24:16.020 evidence to suggest we've got a pattern we've got a pattern we can look to there's evidence to suggest

00:24:22.180 and all i'm saying is that given the evidence we do have you have to make the assumption of guilt

00:24:28.660 for the government because there's no transparency if there were transparency i would rethink this

00:24:35.220 but the government is not an individual they're not innocent until proven guilty they're absolutely

00:24:39.940 guilty until proven innocent so we need to we need to make sure that the public understands that standard

00:24:47.300 really clearly the government is guilty until they prove they're not it has to be that way that's not

00:24:55.060 unreasonable they have to be transparent or else you don't know what they're up to and you could assume

00:25:00.500 they're up to no good so what about the election do you as a citizen have confidence that you know what the

00:25:08.980 code of the voting machines is doing i don't how would i so my assumption is elections are rigged

00:25:18.660 not because i have information affirmatively proving they are i don't have anything like that what i have

00:25:25.220 is is a non-transparent system run by the government in every case i will assume a non-transparent

00:25:34.260 system run by the government is corrupt every time it doesn't matter if it's elections or anything

00:25:41.540 else military industrial complex the reason we go to war the reason we do anything yeah i assume the

00:25:50.180 worst in all those cases whenever there's a lack of transparency and how often am i going to be right

00:25:56.260 how often will i be right by assuming the worst in a non-transparent situation probably most of the

00:26:04.820 time more than half probably more than half so that's the attack i'd like to see on that here's another

00:26:15.300 attack i say that dei diversity equity inclusion creates a hostile work environment

00:26:22.020 how many of you would agree that dei creates a hostile work environment

00:26:32.020 yeah now didn't we used to think that was bad i i used to think that was the worst thing that

00:26:39.140 happened because you know the the me too stuff is not just the individual acts of you know me tooism

00:26:45.940 those are bad of course but beyond that it creates a hostile work environment right so we do we do

00:26:55.300 value this hostile work environment as a major major problem in fact biden himself said he would not

00:27:02.500 tolerate a hostile work environment in his administration he said if basically i'm paraphrasing but he said he 0.99

00:27:09.780 said something like if anybody in my administration is being an asshole you know they're fired immediately 1.00

00:27:14.820 you just can't be an asshole you know no hostile work environment you got to go no questions asked 1.00

00:27:22.580 so dei creates that hostile work environment and if you're a leader of one of these organizations 1.00

00:27:29.620 and you don't know that dei is creating a hostile work environment do you know why you don't know that

00:27:36.900 why would a leader of a big company be unaware that dei is creating a hostile work environment why would that be

00:27:45.460 how could you possibly be unaware i'll tell you why because it's a hostile work environment the

00:27:54.820 reason the leader doesn't know it's a hostile work environment is because it's a hostile work environment

00:28:02.580 do you know who raises their hand in a hostile work environment nobody nobody because it's a hostile work

00:28:10.660 environment so if you say scott i've never heard of these claims you're making about white men being

00:28:17.780 grossly discriminated against for 40 years do you know why you haven't heard about it it's a hostile work

00:28:24.020 environment it's a hostile work environment nobody's going to tell you the truth in a hostile work environment 0.99

00:28:31.460 environment so there's your fucking truth 0.99

00:28:36.980 um 0.99

00:28:39.220 well i guess congress voted away our privacy as if we had a uh by six votes the senate

00:28:48.100 uh just approved this uh warrantless backdoor surveillance stuff that's part of a bigger package

00:28:54.580 i think now there were some what i would call good republicans

00:29:01.300 like i believe senator cruz voted in favor of this am i wrong

00:29:05.700 didn't ted cruz vote in favor of it

00:29:14.340 yeah and how about ran paul did he vote in favor of it

00:29:21.220 no

00:29:21.380 just trying to figure out so here's my question how many of you

00:29:28.020 don't trust ted cruz uh this question on privacy is there anybody who doesn't trust ted cruz

00:29:39.860 all right that's fair he's a politician it's always fair if you don't trust a politician but but here's

00:29:46.180 my here's here's my problem with this story so far i don't really understand why so many republicans

00:29:53.940 would favor it if it's if the story is what we're told and we're not missing some context

00:30:01.300 how does that really explain the number of people who supported it here's what i think

00:30:07.700 i feel like we're not hearing the whole story

00:30:11.860 right now you know you you could assume people are bought off and it's corruption maybe it's a

00:30:18.500 non-transparent system in a sense so maybe but i feel like there are too many probably good people

00:30:27.060 i'll say probably who voted for it who had full knowledge of you know its risks but may have had

00:30:35.540 additional knowledge about something that we don't know about so i'm only going to put out there

00:30:42.100 that it looks terrible it looks terrible but i feel like there's a little bit of the documentary effect

00:30:52.100 going on like i would like to hear ted cruz sit down and explain in detail why he voted the way he went

00:31:01.460 and i feel like we would have a different feeling about it if we heard somebody that you thought was

00:31:07.060 generally credible on other topics you know at least you find him credible on other topics

00:31:12.500 and listen to just listen to what he has to say so i'm going to put a maybe on this one

00:31:17.940 i don't like giving up privacy but i'm not sure it's that different than it ever was i mean we never

00:31:24.340 had any real privacy so let me let me speak to you as someone who hasn't had privacy for forever

00:31:31.140 i don't know it feels about the same it doesn't feel that different but i don't like it

00:31:38.100 you know if i could have more privacy i would take it all right uh tucker carlson is quite sure that

00:31:47.380 ufos are real or there's something up there and he posted on x it's becoming obvious so he says it's

00:31:55.380 obvious that the u.s government has made contact with non-human beings so why are they lying to us 1.00

00:32:01.460 about it we asked ufo whistleblower david or dave grush grush now i've asked you this before so i

00:32:09.620 know your answers you don't believe the ufos do you because i don't believe them but tucker does

00:32:18.420 now tucker probably has way better information than you and i have and he believes them

00:32:26.740 i do see a few people believe it all right here's my current understanding of it so this will be my

00:32:34.020 opinion uh mr grush looks like an honest patriot um i believe he's telling the truth about everything

00:32:44.660 he's saying he doesn't give off any he doesn't give off any signals for a liar at all like if he's

00:32:54.100 lying he's really good at it but i don't think that's what's going on he looks like he's telling the

00:33:00.660 truth as he understands it now did he tell you that he put his hands on a ufo did he touch one no no he

00:33:10.580 didn't say that he says other people say they exist has he seen some biologics as he calls it

00:33:18.740 has he seen a you know a little bag of alien remains no he's been told by other people they exist

00:33:28.180 so i think i think he's telling the truth i think that other people said it existed so the real question

00:33:37.380 is not whether uh grush is telling the truth because he's not the one with the source information

00:33:44.740 you'd have to ask other people the other people are not talking well there's one but you know not

00:33:51.540 the highest credibility yeah bob lazar i don't put in the high credibility category um and you'd want

00:34:01.220 to see multiple people with you know multiple reports to believe something that incredible

00:34:06.740 and you'd want them to all say the same stuff etc so here's what i think

00:34:13.060 i disagree with tucker that it's obvious we have these non-human contacts i think it's obvious that the

00:34:19.540 u.s wants our average theories to think we have them because apparently one of the things that grush

00:34:25.700 saw uh he had high level clearance so had some part in his work he saw um some captured intel

00:34:36.260 that showed that one of our adversaries he didn't say which one but an adversary believes we have

00:34:41.540 captured aircraft ufos so our adversary believes we have them so that was part of the evidence that

00:34:50.740 convinced him we do because our average adversaries are spying on us and they're pretty sure we have

00:34:56.260 them so maybe their spying is a good job but we do know that the cia has consciously and directly and

00:35:05.460 it's in writing we've seen it used ufo stories as distractions for the news so we don't have to wonder

00:35:14.020 does the cia use fake fake ufo stories to distract us that's a given there there's a history

00:35:23.780 and it's documented you can see the actual the actual cia saying yeah maybe we should do a ufo story to

00:35:30.420 distract people so i would say given that uh we don't have credible people who put their hands on

00:35:38.500 anything and you know held it in their hand and all that and the fact there are no good photographs

00:35:43.940 and the fact that elon musk says i don't think so i think i think it's just the story that we want

00:35:51.780 our adversaries to hear because it's free money it's free money you know that if you're if you're in

00:36:01.060 if you're trying to protect your country persuasion is maybe the biggest part of it you know you need a

00:36:07.940 good military but it's not going to help you unless you can also persuade people not to attack you know

00:36:13.620 ideally um so it seems obvious to me that the cia is aware that it would be a good thing to do

00:36:23.300 to say we have it because it gives just that little bit of extra doubt do you know how uh trump said to

00:36:30.660 putin so he sort of threatened that he would bomb moscow and even trump says out loud now he probably thought

00:36:40.980 there was no more than a ten percent chance that would happen but ten percent is a lot ten percent

00:36:46.660 is enough for you to say you know i'm not going to take the chance trump says that directly that if

00:36:51.460 you can put in your opponent's mind the doubt or at least the idea that you've got some superpowers or

00:36:58.820 something it's effective you they only need a ten percent belief they don't need a lot of belief

00:37:04.660 so if you could make russia and china think there was a solid ten percent chance that we had advanced

00:37:11.940 you know alien technology you don't think that would affect their uh their war plans of course it

00:37:18.980 would even if it's only a ten percent chance of being true yeah just like moscow all right so i think

00:37:26.420 it's obvious that we don't have this unless we're keeping it with those secret sonic weapons that we used on

00:37:31.860 the embassies maybe we keep them all together with the russian supersonic weapons

00:37:39.940 all right um how many attacks on elon musk are there now let's see nbc is uh telling us that the

00:37:48.260 cyber truck according to experts because it's a big heavy truck could really hurt pedestrians and

00:37:55.140 occupants of lighter vehicles so they hit it yeah that's a story that was just begging to be told

00:38:02.420 wasn't it the a truck is heavy story do you do you know it's also heavier than a prius every truck

00:38:12.340 every truck every single truck they're all bigger than a prius yeah did does this look like an important

00:38:22.180 story and nobody could have figured out that a truck just just look at the cyber truck you don't

00:38:29.380 think you could tell that would hurt your car if it if you hit it i think you could tell but it's not

00:38:35.380 just nbc as uh um as others have pointed out who else let's see um

00:38:43.380 um let's see we've got uh as brendan carr said we've got the these are the entities that are going

00:38:51.700 after musk the doj faa ftc nlrb uh the southern district in new york and the fws whatever they are

00:39:01.380 and then nbc now some say that nbc is just a government intel entity the nbc people say

00:39:11.220 is the one that just tells you what the government told them to say it's sort of their outlet for

00:39:15.860 fake news so you got nbc which i just put as a government entity it's basically a democrat entity

00:39:22.740 at this point um so nbc doj faa ftc nlrb sdny and f what fws whoever they are who's the fws

00:39:33.540 fws somebody tell me what that is why don't i know what that is

00:39:44.340 sec or are you saying that also the sec sec all right well some government agency i guess so

00:39:53.940 it's not our imagination right joe biden did say at the podium he said out loud um how would they

00:40:05.940 get back at elon musk and president responded there's a lot of ways to invest not get back

00:40:12.820 home he was asked you know whether he would be investigated and he said there are a lot of ways

00:40:17.300 well here are all the ways i mean it's pretty clear that uh biden has weaponized government

00:40:23.540 against one citizen because that citizen has a uh essentially rescued free speech and free speech

00:40:31.460 is really dangerous to the biden administration so it's not my imagination right this is 100 obvious

00:40:41.780 that your government is weaponized against at least trump and at least musk and i would argue that

00:40:48.020 they're weaponized against me and a lot of people who are on social media

00:40:54.500 so we've seen the splc weaponized against people the adl weaponized against oh and the adl weaponized

00:41:00.980 against musk now when i when i mentioned these government entities i didn't mention the adl but should i

00:41:11.060 so let's see the adl let's see if i have this right i don't know if i have this right does the adl take

00:41:16.500 any funding from soros does anybody know that does soros fund the adl at all all right well if he does

00:41:29.700 uh or or let's let's let let me be more general whatever soros funds is effectively the biden

00:41:38.500 administration funding it because he's also the biggest funder of the biden administration the

00:41:44.740 democrats so if you're saying that the adl is a non-government organization well that's technically

00:41:53.140 true but it's also true that the main funder of the main you know people running the country

00:41:59.940 is funding both or i don't know if it's the adl but some people are saying so so to say that soros is

00:42:09.380 not part of the democrat administration is only technically true but he operates like he is

00:42:19.220 so i feel like making that distinction is not exactly fair he's basically the democrats

00:42:26.020 all right um there's a report that i'm not sure anybody believes that russia has lost almost 90

00:42:35.940 of its pre-war army according to u.s intelligence 315 000 russians killed or injured uh the key word

00:42:46.260 is pre-war army pre-war so if you read this quickly you'd say 90 of their army is gone

00:42:53.940 but that's not what this says 90 of the pre-war number so they're they had a smallish relative to

00:43:03.060 now smallish army that they turned quickly into a largeish army the 90 is of what they used to have

00:43:12.580 it's not 90 of what they have now you know to me this looks like propaganda to help the funding of

00:43:20.260 ukraine because it makes ukraine look like they're winning so here here's some of the arguments that

00:43:26.980 ukraine has made for why they're winning they say they're controlling the sea in the area the black sea

00:43:35.060 so that they kind of won that and i'm thinking kind of yeah they made it they didn't make it too

00:43:42.500 dangerous for russia to be in that area and i think they're getting some of their weed out 0.99

00:43:47.140 but that's not like the biggest win in the world and then he also said i may have gotten this one

00:43:53.060 wrong but i think what he said is zelensky is that one of the big wins is that the wagner group

00:43:59.620 kind of got disintegrated and the wagner group was russia's uh wedge in other countries so that

00:44:06.900 that russia will going forward have less of a way to control other third world countries with their 0.61

00:44:13.140 wagner group uh i kind of suspect the wagner group will be reconstituted maybe after the war

00:44:20.340 so i don't know if that's a big deal but yet to uh yet to zelensky had to reach pretty far

00:44:27.860 to get a victory there didn't he that's quite a stretch to say you're winning

00:44:35.060 that you control the ocean which is not ukraine and you've done a good job of protecting africa

00:44:41.380 from the wagner group that's that's really favorite story of the day is that trump says

00:44:49.860 he took a got a physical and he took a cognitive exam and uh he said quote but i took a cognitive exam

00:44:59.140 and i aced it all right he aced it he aced it now didn't you laugh when you heard that 0.98

00:45:07.300 why is it only funny when trump says it because you know he's bullshitting but he bullshits in such

00:45:16.740 an obvious way that it just makes it part of the joke yeah it's on brand if you had heard if trump

00:45:24.660 had said anything except he had aced the cognitive test it wouldn't be trump like this is why i like

00:45:34.100 him it's because he says stuff like this that just makes him irresistible to people like me

00:45:41.860 like i just love the fact that he said it it doesn't matter if it's true i don't care i really

00:45:47.780 don't care if it's true the fact that he said it and the way he said it is just so trumpy there's nobody

00:45:53.700 nobody can you just can't match whatever it is he has that x factor you just can't touch it he just is

00:46:01.300 so singular you know i remind you that uh i'm still endorsing vivek but uh trump has game let's say

00:46:12.500 um and he he says that everybody who's president or running for president should be forced to take

00:46:17.860 a cognitive exam i don't know about that but i do think it's good politics to say it all right

00:46:27.700 all right an interesting legal thing happening that i don't fully understand but i'll do my best

00:46:34.100 so one of the j6ers uh got his case all the way to the supreme court and the question the supreme

00:46:41.780 court will handle is if there's really a thing like obstructing an official proceeding

00:46:48.980 or obstructing yeah were created specifically about destruction of documents so if the government

00:47:02.660 had asked for some documents but you destroy them you're obstructing their proceeding by destroying the

00:47:08.500 documents but um destroying documents has nothing to do with january 6 however

00:47:14.980 um some of the language of january 6 suggests that it could include proceedings you know obstructing a

00:47:26.740 ongoing proceeding now the original context was destroying documents but there is some general

00:47:32.820 language that seems maybe non-document related so here's the importance if the supreme court rules

00:47:43.540 about this one january 6 person who got convicted and says oh yeah that rule didn't really apply to this situation

00:47:51.300 or could say they didn't really delay it because you know nothing could have really stopped it

00:47:59.460 or they could say well the only thing they delayed was the ceremonial part

00:48:05.700 i don't know maybe that's something um i don't know if there's enough there

00:48:10.260 my my my non-lawyer take on it is it's it's not obvious that the j6 is going to win this it's not

00:48:21.380 obvious to me but they could i think it's in the realm of possibility that they could now if one j6 or

00:48:30.020 wins it in the supreme court i assume that has huge implications for all the other j6ers except for 1.00

00:48:37.140 the violent ones the violent ones the violent ones are in for the violence as well

00:48:41.780 but it would have you know of course tremendous implications for trump himself

00:48:46.340 because how could trump obstruct something if there's you know no valid law that says that's a problem

00:48:54.580 all right so if you want to hear a better explanation that i would go to go listen to a lawyer

00:49:00.340 um speaking of

00:49:06.660 so here's the exact sentence see if this see if you think this applies

00:49:11.460 um so it would be illegal to quote this is from the law to otherwise obstructs influences or impedes

00:49:19.780 any official proceedings or attempts to do that and you'll be fined in a prison if you do that

00:49:26.900 now i guess the supreme court would have to look into what is any official proceeding

00:49:32.900 because here's the problem that would apply to everybody all the time

00:49:40.500 aren't people always trying to impede official proceedings isn't every protest trying to impede it

00:49:50.020 what how do you how do you define impede what what is enough action that you've impeded it

00:49:56.900 and let's say let's say if you knew that the most you're doing the the worst they could do is delay it a day

00:50:06.740 if you have a protest that says we definitely do want to do this government uh official proceeding

00:50:13.460 now we're not trying to stop it we're trying to make sure it was done right

00:50:18.900 all right you're the supreme court and somebody comes to you with this argument

00:50:22.180 the protesters didn't ask to stop it forever they asked to make sure it was being done right

00:50:29.380 is asking or demanding that something be done right in other words to check anything that can

00:50:35.220 be checked is demanding that something to be done right and then done the same as stopping it

00:50:43.300 if i'm in the supreme court i say no that's different if they're trying to stop it forever

00:50:48.580 maybe you'd have something there but if the explicit demands were to delay it just long enough to check

00:50:57.380 the government would have been fine under that circumstance the government would have just you

00:51:02.900 know take the long until they found out then they would have certified it so if i were the lawyer i would

00:51:08.740 argue that there was no real chance of it being delayed indefinitely and that whatever delay they were asking

00:51:16.660 for was trivial and therefore this doesn't apply you know if i'm the supreme court i i kick it out and

00:51:25.540 free trump all right so trump is leading in all seven swing states according to polls

00:51:33.380 and uh rasmussen has a real jaw dropper you ready for this brand new rasmussen poll

00:51:40.260 trump just opened a 10-point lead

00:51:48.020 10-point lead

00:51:50.020 it was brand new

00:51:50.820 10-point lead

00:51:53.140 10-point lead so he leads in all seven swing states and i believe he he wins even in a national

00:52:01.380 vote which normally the republicans lose even if they win in the uh electoral college he has the

00:52:08.420 most he has the most commanding lead that i think i've ever seen maybe i don't have a memory of

00:52:17.300 anybody having this much of a lead at this point maybe maybe there's precedent for it i don't know

00:52:23.300 probably is

00:52:25.780 so he's at his strongest point and jack smith his prosecutor appears dead set in trying to make

00:52:34.580 sure that he has to sit in trial because apparently the nature of the trial requires his presence for

00:52:40.580 the entire trial while it's in court so trump would have to take massive time out from campaigning to

00:52:47.540 literally just sit in court and you know while they tell him he's guilty now to me it's very obvious

00:52:55.700 that the government is weaponized against trump this is purely political these charges wouldn't have

00:53:01.620 happened except for trump and that it's exactly what it looks like they're trying to put him in jail

00:53:08.020 because beating him at the ballot box appears to be impossible appears impossible so as trump's lead 0.91

00:53:18.340 grows it is now beyond the margin of cheating that's a big fucking deal because if trump were 0.94

00:53:27.620 worked so close to biden that if they could cheat i'm not saying they will i'm not saying they ever have 0.87

00:53:35.300 but if you got it close it would be at least tempting to cheat to put biden over the top if

00:53:43.060 it's close because you could get away with it it's not close so if it's not close the option of you

00:53:51.860 know tweaking a little bit to put biden ahead isn't going to work so what are they going to do the democrats

00:53:58.820 if they can't beat him in the ballot box and they can't even beat him by rigging the ballot box

00:54:03.380 because it would be too obvious what are you going to do remember they've already told themselves and

00:54:10.100 all of their base that he's literally hiller he's a dictator who's going to take away all your freedoms

00:54:18.420 what are you going to do well if you can't put him in jail which would look at least like a legal process

00:54:24.900 what are you going to do do

00:54:28.740 do you know how the biden administration has refused rfk jr's security detail even though it's super obvious

00:54:35.780 the rfk jr needs security super super obvious and it's even been there's a precedent obama got early security

00:54:44.500 do you think they'll take trump's security away

00:54:52.180 as ridiculous as that sounds what else do they have left because they have to stop him and they're not 0.91

00:55:00.100 going to want to kill him themselves right that'd be a little too on the nose but they might want 0.96

00:55:06.500 somebody else to do it they've certainly weaponized the public by by saying he's iller so i'm not going

00:55:14.820 to predict that they take away his security detail but what are they going to do so we're creating a

00:55:24.500 situation where they either have to do something massively illegal or they have to replace biden right away

00:55:31.860 and it looks like the it looks like they're working on all counts it looks like the democrats are trying

00:55:39.620 to be prepared for all situations ideally it's pretty clear that the democrats in general would

00:55:47.140 like to push biden out of the job so they're it's obvious that they're pushing and pushing and pushing

00:55:53.940 it might even be the reason that people are answering the polls the way they are

00:55:57.620 it might be the democrats are just answering that they won't vote for biden to give them the extra

00:56:02.900 push but they would vote for you know any other democrat so that doesn't guarantee that trump's

00:56:07.940 going to win just because he's ahead of biden you you stick any other democrat in there and it's going

00:56:13.860 to flip immediately i think so the most likely possibility is they're going to keep pushing biden to resign

00:56:22.900 it but whatever it is that's keeping biden in the race i don't know what it is i think it's to protect

00:56:31.300 himself and his family that's what i think but that won't change so imagine if you will

00:56:40.340 trump offered to pardon biden if he drops all the charges

00:56:45.620 can you imagine uh trump offering to pardon the biden's or just or just hunter or just hunter

00:56:59.220 it would put joe biden in a awkward position wouldn't it now i think the republicans wouldn't

00:57:05.060 like to hear it they wouldn't like to hear trump say he might pardon biden or hunter because you know

00:57:10.820 it wouldn't work the other way right so you say oh no take every advantage fight every way you can

00:57:16.020 destroy them completely you know a lot of republicans would say that but just think about how clever it

00:57:21.460 would be for trump simply to make that offer because it would just it would just throw them into a

00:57:28.820 chaos because they'd think about it but i don't think trump wants biden to leave the race do you

00:57:36.500 i mean biden's just the most beatable person at this point so i think that uh trump wants to keep him in

00:57:43.380 the race and uh he'll act that way all right and the the change in the uh rasmussen poll is tremendous so

00:57:54.580 the the trump up by 10 is a reversal from just one month ago when biden led by four points

00:58:01.540 one month ago biden won by four points and now trump's up by 10 same methodology i think same

00:58:12.500 methodology it should be all right um

00:58:21.300 so hunter was asked to uh show up for a closed door um hearing or deposition or something whatever

00:58:29.540 they're going to call it for congress but instead of attending it he went to the location and gave a

00:58:36.020 gave a little speech to the reporters saying that he'd be happy to do it but only if it's uh open door

00:58:44.980 now i said that he won um and i'm going to disagree

00:58:50.420 at my peril uh with uh jonathan turley yeah i invented what i call the turley test

00:59:00.820 it's like a a play on the turing test so the turley test is uh turley is usually right on the legal

00:59:08.420 stuff so if you disagree with him you're probably at your peril right so if you disagree with him or 0.96

00:59:15.940 dershowitz or somebody just know you're being stupid because he's going to be right about the law 0.99

00:59:23.780 having said that i'm now going to be stupid um because uh turley says that uh abby lowell who is 0.99

00:59:31.380 the attorney for uh hunter uh he said he this is according to turley that abby lowell just staged the 0.96

00:59:38.740 worst possible optics he yelled oppressor just steps away from a committee waiting to hear from him

00:59:44.260 hunter that is i cannot imagine the legal rationale for such a stunt it is virtual legal self-immolation

00:59:54.900 um and instead and then totally said he should have just said invoked his right to remain silent

01:00:00.740 um i'm gonna disagree i'm gonna disagree so first of all i think you'd agree that hunter's lawyer is

01:00:08.260 he's playing the the court system but also the public opinion right the the lawyer is juggling two

01:00:16.500 things public opinion is really really going to matter in this case but also the legal part here's

01:00:22.820 what here's how i felt about it all right i'll just tell you how i felt hunter made me agree with him

01:00:30.420 totally totally totally persuaded me i watched him say i'll be happy to do this if you do it um

01:00:38.100 transparently and then he spoke my language he said it's a government process i would be happy to do it

01:00:47.540 if you can all watch sold sold stop talking sold right because i don't care if it's the republicans

01:00:58.180 i don't care if it's comer i don't care who it is if you're going to do it behind a closed door

01:01:06.660 with somebody who says i don't want to do it behind the closed door i want to do it in public because

01:01:10.500 i don't trust you i am on hunter's side so hard so hard totally on the side yeah now here's what many

01:01:20.020 of you said when i said this on x you said scott you don't get it if it's public it's going to be one

01:01:26.420 of those show trial things where everybody gets five minutes and then he just runs out the clock

01:01:33.700 what no that's not what i heard what i heard was he wants to do the process that they said they want

01:01:42.100 to do but publicly i didn't hear i didn't hear him say he wants to have all the people ask him five

01:01:48.900 minutes apiece i heard him say do what you want to do exactly the way you want to do it and let everybody

01:01:54.660 watch that's what i heard did you hear him say i don't want to answer questions from a well-qualified

01:02:03.380 you know one person did you say it needs to be public but also in addition to being public did he

01:02:10.340 say it should be everybody only has five minutes to talk to me he didn't say that and now if there's

01:02:18.260 some kind of weird rule i don't know about that says if it's public everybody has to get five

01:02:22.820 minutes i've never heard of that so am i wrong that all he asked for was public he didn't ask for it

01:02:30.260 to change the format to everybody gets five minutes he didn't ask for that

01:02:37.860 you know what am i wrong about don't say i'm wrong say what i'm wrong about

01:02:40.820 you so you're telling me that if it's public everybody gets five minutes and there's just 1.00

01:02:48.260 and and there's nothing they can do about it that's stupid that's stupid no comer could they 0.99

01:02:54.260 could do anything they want they could have one person ask all the questions which i assume is what 1.00

01:02:59.220 they were going to do so whether it's a committee meeting or one person all hunter said is let people

01:03:08.020 watch he did not say change the change the standard of how the questions would be asked

01:03:16.260 i i feel like you're experiencing some cognitive dissonance here because you want hunter to be wrong

01:03:23.380 and guilty and bad in every way how about how about hunter has some real issues he needs to explain

01:03:30.980 but that he's not completely always wrong and bad about every single thing we can't allow that

01:03:40.900 can't he be totally right about this now here's partly why i um i'm backing him on this because

01:03:48.100 it's what i would have done that's exactly what i would have done so here's why i think abby lowell

01:03:53.860 may have played it correctly hunter went physically to roughly where they wanted him to be

01:04:02.260 that showed the committee that it was not a physical limitation that physically he was willing to do it

01:04:09.140 and then he told the public of the entire world i'm willing to do this i'm willing to do this and i'm

01:04:15.220 even here just turned the cameras on i think he won 100 i think that was absolutely

01:04:26.740 great play so i i agree with his lawyer and now uh turley is being um specific when he says it's a

01:04:36.820 legal self-immolation so turley's not saying directly that the public relations part is good or bad

01:04:44.820 he's saying from a legal perspective you know it puts him in a little extra jeopardy and and people

01:04:51.540 said hey if other people could be uh arrested like bannon for refusing to uh to talk why can't 0.96

01:05:00.100 why isn't hunter immediately arrested why is he not handcuffed to which i say damn it make me 0.82

01:05:06.660 don't make me defend hunter again bannon said he wouldn't do it

01:05:11.700 hunter said i would totally do this and i want everybody to see it those are not the same

01:05:19.540 those are not the same i'm not going to talk to you yes i will talk to you and i want everybody to

01:05:25.300 watch those are opposites those are direct opposites so i don't want to hear the bannon example

01:05:33.140 and bannon bannon bannon was arguing some privilege or something right yes that was a different

01:05:41.940 situation yeah don't compare it to bannon that's completely different so you know i i hate to be in

01:05:48.660 a position where you know i'm the one defending hunter how did i get here

01:05:53.300 and and see this is what i really fucking hate i really hate that i tell you something that you 0.99

01:06:04.500 don't disagree with one bit and i see some asshole here saying that i've lost the step why why because 0.99

01:06:11.220 i don't want to throw a citizen of the united states under the fucking bus 0.99

01:06:14.980 hunter is first a citizen of the united states first don't lose that why are you losing that 0.99

01:06:27.300 don't lose your humanity just because you want to win all right uh apparently open ai has announced

01:06:36.020 they're going to have a new partner for their news so they've they've got a new strong partner so if you

01:06:42.420 use chat gpt going forward it'll be pulling from some specific news sources so that's good news

01:06:49.540 right chat gpt will have some like fresh news sources i don't see any problem with that do you

01:06:58.180 what could the possible problem with that be oh you're asking what the sources are

01:07:02.900 how does that matter how does that matter okay let's check the sources um let's see it's uh some

01:07:10.660 news entities owned by somebody named axel springer so apparently he owns uh let's see what's he own

01:07:21.780 business insider bild and welt i think those are some german publications does he own politico

01:07:31.460 does he own politico i i see this in the note but i didn't know that anyway so um

01:07:43.620 what do other people say about that well mike benz points out that axel springer is a long-time

01:07:49.140 recipient of cia support for his media empire overseas

01:07:55.620 so chat gpt will be using a new source owned by someone who is known to be kind of friendly with

01:08:07.140 the cia in the past now the cia connection is is pretty fast so um it would not be unusual for the cia to

01:08:17.380 help some news entity get created and get successful if they feel they have some influence on it so

01:08:28.260 is it starting to look let me back up and and state something obvious let let me say something that i

01:08:35.460 want you all to say that's obvious that's obvious there's no way the cia can let ai just operate without

01:08:42.660 their influence do you agree there is no way no way the cia can let ai develop just on its own

01:08:54.100 organically where well wherever it ends up hey you know could be a threat but wherever it ends up that's

01:08:59.780 fine no if the cia is doing their job they have already corrupted chat gpt

01:09:06.980 does the cia does the cia do their job well

01:09:13.700 apparently yes apparently they do yeah would this be hard for them would it be beyond their capabilities

01:09:23.620 to get functional control of a tech company would that would that be hard for the cia nope

01:09:32.100 probably be the easiest thing you could ever do well do you know what you can do if you can find

01:09:38.180 out what anybody has done digitally imagine that you could find out what the ceo or even the top

01:09:45.700 engineers of any company you can find out everything they've done digitally

01:09:52.740 you don't think you can control them if you know everything that they've done digitally

01:09:57.940 of course you can you can literally control any citizen by knowing all the things they've done

01:10:03.780 digitally and if they're political people or high-tech billionaires and stuff well you even have more

01:10:10.980 stuff to work with you know there's gonna be more juicy stuff in there so can you imagine any situation

01:10:18.340 in which the cia had ever said you know we're gonna we're gonna sit this one out let's just see how it

01:10:27.140 develops i hope not that would be very much not their job their job would be to you know protect

01:10:35.380 the country if they think ai would drive the country apart in some way they should absolutely 1.00

01:10:42.100 be looking to figure out how to get a lever on it in case something goes wrong or in case they need to

01:10:47.140 use it or in case they need to tweak it so that somebody in another country is getting the america

01:10:52.660 approved version of the truth of course they have to co-opt it of course let me ask you this do you

01:11:01.540 think google search results are entirely the way they are because only google has decided internally

01:11:08.820 you know what is right and what is wrong what priorities and you don't think the cia

01:11:14.740 had a absolute you know mission to at least have the ability to change search results

01:11:24.420 i can't imagine much that would be more important than that because you'd want the search results at

01:11:29.140 least in other countries to be pro-american maybe subtly but pro-american they're not going to let

01:11:37.620 they're not going to let a search engine say a bunch of non-american embarrassing stuff in other

01:11:43.140 countries if they can prevent it so i would assume that any kind of major search engine would be subject

01:11:51.860 to intelligence operative control any doesn't matter what company is so does this look like it more of

01:11:59.940 that it looks exactly like more of that it looks exactly like what you would do if you're working

01:12:08.500 with the cia that doesn't mean they are i'm just saying it looks exactly like it and you should expect

01:12:15.300 it so when something looks exactly like what you should have expected it to look like in any logical

01:12:22.420 world in which things work the way they always work it's probably exactly what it looks like

01:12:27.380 probably no no can't read minds all right uh there's a survey of palestinians to find out how many of

01:12:35.620 them supported the massacre by hamas now this is not a survey of just hamas this is a survey of the

01:12:43.460 palestinians in the area how many do you think supported the the massacre now we're not talking about

01:12:51.940 supporting hamas in a general way we're talking about specifically supporting the massacre

01:13:00.980 72 72 72 of palestinians just the civilians uh are okay with hamas massacring and murdering israelis on 10-7 0.86

01:13:15.380 does that sound about right now that's the number we've heard before i i had heard that

01:13:23.780 the palestinians were about 70 in favor of hamas i had not heard that it was still the case after 10-7

01:13:31.540 and after the destruction of gaza but it is and as david boxenhorn um said don't feel sorry for gaza they 0.87

01:13:42.180 think it was worth it damn it damn it that's exactly my opinion that is exactly my opinion 0.80

01:13:56.580 that by an overwhelming majority they're glad it happened and if they're glad it happened 0.98

01:14:04.580 uh presumably they're looking at the whole picture they're not looking at just in isolation

01:14:12.420 presumably when they answer the question they're talking about all the trouble it caused as well as

01:14:17.460 what it did and the attention it got and the response as well so honestly

01:14:26.660 um you know as a as a human being i don't want to see any innocent people get killed

01:14:31.380 so nobody's in favor of you know war for the sake of war but how am i supposed to show empathy

01:14:39.620 for a group of people who are getting what they want

01:14:43.940 i have empathy for people not getting what they want they're very much getting what they want

01:14:50.340 as a as a whole now this still leaves you know substantial number of people who didn't want any of

01:14:56.980 it and those people i especially want to be safe but wow it is really hard to show some empathy in this

01:15:04.180 situation if they got what they wanted that see that and i've said this before

01:15:11.620 if you're fighting an enemy who wants to kill you that's a normal situation so we we can all deal with 0.50

01:15:18.660 that oh we want to kill you you want to kill us that's that's a war but when you're fighting an enemy 0.86

01:15:24.820 who wants to kill you who wants to kill you but also wants to die and wants their own civilians to die 0.99

01:15:33.060 and worse their own civilians are willing to die to get whatever the goals are how do you fight that 0.57

01:15:42.580 you don't fight that you treat it like a virus

01:15:47.060 right now i'll say this a million times until everybody agrees

01:15:51.300 sooner or later you're all going to agree with me they're not fighting a war of people

01:15:58.180 it's not a people war it's a virus there's a mental virus that has apparently affected not just the

01:16:05.700 fighters the terrorists but also the public that supports them so you don't fight a virus by killing

01:16:13.060 everybody because you can't you do it by quarantine so i keep hearing people talk about what's going to

01:16:21.860 happen to gaza afterwards how about depopulated i think obviously it's going to be depopulated you're

01:16:31.060 never going to see the palestinians uh running it so do you think the palestinians are going to be 0.85

01:16:37.060 flowing back in to be under more israeli occupation and more hamas no there's no way israel is going to 0.89

01:16:45.620 let gaza rebuild that would be stupid so what did they do with all the displaced people 0.89

01:16:53.780 well 72 of them are happy with it so 0.99

01:16:57.140 if they if they if they act like they don't care

01:17:03.380 understandable all right so there's this new civil war movie it's called civil war movie and

01:17:13.060 have you ever heard of predictive programming so this is a dirty trick persuasion technique it's to

01:17:20.100 prime you to put your brain in a certain state so that the later messages will go right in

01:17:26.180 right so if you create a narrative uh people are very narrative story bound so as soon as if they

01:17:33.380 have any narrative in their head all information sticks to one of the narratives it doesn't just

01:17:37.700 float around and then you make sense of it it just sticks to a frame so if somebody creates a new frame

01:17:44.420 and really gets it into the public that really really really is their later persuasion it'll stick to

01:17:51.460 the frame so this civil war movie um the plot is that california and texas

01:17:58.420 join teams and there's a civil war against the rest of the country 0.98

01:18:03.940 and now i know what you're saying scott scott scott this is a stupid narrative because one thing we know 0.98

01:18:10.580 for sure is that california and texas are never going to join teams one's blue one's red that's 0.99

01:18:16.020 crazy it's crazy scott doesn't matter the the that detail of who's on what side not relevant what's

01:18:26.100 relevant is they put in your mind a movie physical visual version that you'll think about like the

01:18:33.220 matrix like the matrix like uh soylent green right if you see a story about a new food source that's not a

01:18:43.620 normal food source how long does it take you to say soylent green soylent green that's predictive

01:18:51.220 programming so because the movie had so much control of your head you see any story about a

01:18:57.460 new food source and people will just start writing in the comments soylent green i hope i'm the first

01:19:02.820 one to say soylent green did anybody else did anybody else say soylent green yet and then you know

01:19:09.380 then i i want to go shoot myself stop saying soylent green if uh andrew tate is selling his message

01:19:17.780 he will mention the matrix 50 times why the only reason tate can mention the matrix and it all makes

01:19:25.140 sense is because you've got the matrix in your head and the matrix not literally sorry when when

01:19:33.860 andrew tate says we're in the matrix he does not mean that we're really bodies and vats like the

01:19:40.100 movie he means that the thing we're being presented with as reality is actually artificial and there's a

01:19:46.900 real reality behind it now he can say that in a shorthand because the matrix kind of explained that kind

01:19:54.100 of a concept so this new movie this civil war movie is really really hard for me to see this as a

01:20:00.900 coincidence when the narrative that the democrats want to sell and i'm sure it was made by democrats

01:20:07.620 the narrative they want to sell is that there's a risk of civil war in the country because that makes

01:20:13.620 trump look dangerous and it makes all the more reason you're gonna have to put him in jail because

01:20:19.860 you want to avoid that civil war what civil war well like the movie well just like the movie and then

01:20:26.100 somebody says but in the real world california and texas not they said no no no right not those states

01:20:33.300 but certainly the red states versus the blue states right so it is predictive programming whether

01:20:39.700 intentional or not i don't know but boy it's a big coincidence

01:20:43.700 and that ladies and gentlemen is everything i wanted to tell you about today probably the finest

01:20:56.740 live stream you'll ever see is there anything i missed yes i missed how's the stock market doing

01:21:02.660 today it's up stock market is raging rumbles up almost nine percent whoa can't be world up eight percent

01:21:12.020 bitcoin pulled back a little bit but it's way high apple's looking good the s p index 500 up a little

01:21:20.820 bit and even israel's up israel's stock is uh sort of up to where it's been hovering for a number of years

01:21:28.820 but it's not low all right does the stock spike spike give you dopamine it does it does that's why i look

01:21:38.100 at it i my uh my technique for checking my stocks is only when the market's up that's my rule

01:21:50.260 if the market you know just goes in the toilet stop looking because the stocks i have i i hold them

01:21:57.700 because they're good for the long term they're they're not susceptible to a temporary downturn so

01:22:03.380 the moment it goes negative i don't look and i wait for the news to say stuff like oh it's regained

01:22:10.180 its territory since whatever and like oh let's see and because that allows me to hold my stocks

01:22:18.500 because i'm reinforcing that holding was a good idea if i start looking at it when it goes down

01:22:24.100 that works against my discipline of knowing that holding it for long term is going to be the better

01:22:30.340 idea so i don't check

01:22:34.820 kramer says recession good as people often say he's a counter indicator

01:22:45.620 disney will lose copyright on black and white mickey mouse in two weeks no way really

01:22:51.380 because that was was that a 75 year thing 75 years

01:23:00.340 did i guess it 95 they had a 95 year copyright is it really 95 years wow that is the standard 95 i thought

01:23:13.460 it was 75 but just going from memory so 95 they say um the life of the creator plus 28 years somebody says

01:23:25.220 it was extended at one point i remember that

01:23:29.380 okay google lost a lawsuit about monopoly in the app store oh that could be interesting

01:23:34.100 somebody says my commentary improved since i got divorced i don't think it's related

01:23:49.060 you know what i think it is i think we're just entering an election season i think my commentary

01:23:54.740 has more salience as as a presidential election approaches so i think that's what it is during the

01:24:02.180 pandemic i was useless to most of you wouldn't you agree yeah during the pandemic i was largely

01:24:09.780 useless to most of you because i wasn't agreeing with you as much as you wanted during the pandemic

01:24:15.540 everybody just wanted just agree with me okay just agree with me that's all i'm asking you to do 0.87

01:24:21.140 and i try i tried to do the uh you know show the the pro and the cons nobody wanted to hear that

01:24:32.660 let me give you an example

01:24:36.180 no i'm not going to do it i don't want to talk about

01:24:42.580 annie mccarthy's idea that democrats were using the indictments to bait republicans into nominating

01:24:51.140 uh well um i agree with the theory the democrats are getting are trying to get republicans to

01:25:00.180 overreact i think republicans are being pushed to overreact like january 6 so that they can sell

01:25:07.940 their narrative that you know there's a civil war and all the all the mega people are bad and

01:25:12.820 white supremacists and stuff like that but here's what i think i feel like republicans are too smart

01:25:18.740 which is not something i say a lot but don't you feel like the activist republicans have totally

01:25:27.780 figured out that if they give physical it's bad

01:25:34.420 right

01:25:37.220 haven't they figured that out

01:25:41.140 however if trump ever actually spent a day in a physical jail

01:25:45.780 i don't know what would happen like you know i'm not going to incite any violence because that's

01:25:53.780 you know that would be falling into the trap but you put trump in jail for one day like actual prison

01:26:02.020 one day i cannot predict what would happen so i don't think he's jailable i've said this before

01:26:09.860 i believe he's physically unjailable at this point because the system couldn't handle it the system

01:26:16.740 would just break yeah if you want to destroy the entire republic put him in jail for one day that

01:26:23.620 that would be the biggest existential threat to the country we've ever had in my opinion but

01:26:30.820 we'll see we shall see all right that's all for today youtube we'll talk to you tomorrow

01:26:35.940 thanks for coming you're awesome
