00:00:00.000 Now I want to tell you that you don't have to be a racist to use YouTube or any of the other
00:00:08.980 Google products, but it does help. It does help. If you'd like to take this experience up to levels
00:00:17.120 that even racists like Google can't understand, all you need is a cup or a mug or a glass of
00:00:22.340 tanker, chels, just dye it in a canteen jug or flask of vessel vinegar and fill it with your
00:00:26.140 favorite liquid. I like coffee. Yay. Join me now for the unparalleled pleasure of the dopamine
00:00:32.980 of the day. The thing makes everything better. It's called the simultaneous sip. It happens now.
00:00:37.220 Oh, that's good. That's good. Well, let's see what's happening. So Netflix apparently has some
00:00:51.180 news series. Texas Lindsay is posting about this. And apparently it's a reality-based thing
00:00:58.200 based on the allegation that there are eight ex-CIA people who run the world.
00:01:03.440 I would recommend that you watch that quickly
00:01:09.860 before Netflix coincidentally goes out of business or possibly there's a terrible terrorist attack on
00:01:19.580 their data center. Because if any of this is true, they're all going to be killed. And it's called
00:01:25.760 the octopus murders. So I'm guessing after watching enough Mike Benz material about how the country is
00:01:34.920 really being run, this is really interesting. Now, the allegation is that the octopus, which is all the
00:01:43.160 tentacles of the, you know, the shadowy people, apparently they can just murder anybody they want.
00:01:49.300 You know, I'm going to watch that. I'm all in on that. Netflix. I'd be, well, I'm just kind of amazed
00:02:00.420 that it even exists. Are you kind of surprised that that even exists and got on, got onto Netflix? Anyway,
00:02:09.060 speaking of that, by coincidence, if you were a subscriber to the Dilbert comic, which is the only
00:02:14.180 way you can watch it now, either on X you can subscribe or you can get lots of my political
00:02:19.100 stuff plus the comic on the locals, scottadams.locals.com. But you'd be watching today the CIA doing a
00:02:27.560 takeover of Dilbert's company. How long do you think it takes the CIA to completely dominate and take over
00:02:34.480 Dilbert's company? It goes like this. Have you ever been to any sketchy islands? Not since Epstein died.
00:02:45.260 Here's a video of you in a blue dress. And we're done. Ten seconds. Ten seconds that took the CIA to
00:02:54.920 take over Dilbert's company. Now, while the robots are coming, I guess OpenAI is going to use a company
00:03:02.400 called Figure to make the robots that their AI will go into. So they're calling it Embodied AI.
00:03:09.940 Embodied AI. Embodied AI. We don't need a new name for robots, unless they're smart robots. I mean,
00:03:18.720 do we really have to call them smart robots? That's sort of like, do you remember years ago when they
00:03:24.420 called computers multimedia computers? And you knew that would go away because all computers are
00:03:32.140 multimedia, you know, eventually. So it seems to me since all robots are going to be AI, we don't need
00:03:38.940 the word Embodied AI pretty soon. Maybe by the end of the year, that one will be gone. And what do you
00:03:46.400 think? Is this the beginning of the robots taking over? Are you worried that there will be real robots
00:03:55.880 that are doing their own thinking? I'm going to say no. I'm going to say no. I think that we will
00:04:04.880 easily handle that risk. I'm not worried about the robots. I think, you know, we know how to make
00:04:13.840 consumer goods that, you know, get rid of most of the risk. I worry about AI that's in the system.
00:04:20.180 You know, some AI that gets loose in the internet in general, and it's disembodied. So I'm not worried
00:04:26.580 about embodied AI, because I think we can stop them by stopping the body. We'll probably have,
00:04:31.940 you know, a kill switch on the physical body. But I do worry about AI that's a virus someday.
00:04:39.320 That seems like it'd be a problem. And I think there's some report now that there is an AI virus
00:04:44.920 that can hop from one AI to another. That's pretty scary. So I'd be worried about that.
00:04:54.780 The Pope has made a strong stand against gender ideology, he calls it. Pope Francis.
00:05:02.660 And I realized that if I had not read that the Pope's name is Francis, I don't think I would have
00:05:08.000 remembered it. How many of you, how many of you, if you were quizzed on the street, would know that the
00:05:14.140 name of the Pope is Francis? It's Pope Francis. I'm just curious. How many of you would have known
00:05:18.420 that? Now, is it because I'm just not paying attention and all Popes look like the same guy
00:05:25.800 to me? A lot of you would have known it. Okay. I'm kind of impressed. I suppose if you're Catholic,
00:05:31.940 it's easier. Yeah. But I didn't even know his name. It's weird. Is that because the Pope is that
00:05:39.740 much less important? Or this one's less of a superstar? Oh, it's probably because he's less
00:05:46.080 of a superstar. He's not going around, you know, doing a lot of fancy trips and stuff.
00:05:52.760 But anyway, he says that gender ideology is the worst danger of our time. It makes everything the
00:05:58.540 same. And I guess it gets rid of the special, what do you call it? The special tension between the
00:06:04.920 sexes that is productive. Well, that's the Pope's point of view. Do you think gender ideology is the
00:06:12.740 worst danger of our time? That feels like a bit of an exaggeration. Really? I would say DEI is more
00:06:21.780 dangerous. Because I think there's a natural limit on the gender ideology stuff. I think it's mostly
00:06:28.880 limited to the mentally ill and, you know, some very small percentage of people who have something
00:06:35.320 that's more legitimate, you know, like they're born different. Would you agree? I think gender
00:06:42.120 ideology has a natural cap. There's a limit to how brainwashed you can get. I don't think you're
00:06:51.480 to brainwash the average person. And I think here's another, I don't know if this is a good
00:07:00.100 comparison, but did you know that the percentage of young women who are vegetarians in college
00:07:07.040 is like super high? Did you all know that? When young women go to college, the number, this is like
00:07:14.380 a third, like one third of them are vegetarians or something. It's a real high number. But then as soon
00:07:19.580 as I get out, you know, it normalizes with the rest of the population. Probably the same with
00:07:24.460 same-sex experimentation. You know, there's a lot of stuff that happens when you're young that you
00:07:30.140 decide not to do later. Anyway, I see his argument. I don't know it's the biggest problem. I feel like
00:07:39.420 it's naturally limited, but we'll see. I think DEI is the bigger problem.
00:07:47.200 Glenn Greenwald is talking about something that could be called Russia derangement syndrome,
00:07:52.040 but he hasn't used that phrase. That's my own. And he's talking about a few current examples. So
00:07:59.220 there's somebody on the X platform says that Senator Schumer should investigate Speaker Johnson
00:08:07.820 because he's working with Putin. So now we're blaming the Speaker of the House, you know, who's
00:08:14.680 never had any kind of suggestion of that kind of impropriety. Suddenly he's working with Putin
00:08:21.060 because everything you don't like is Putin. And then separately, Pelosi recently called on the FBI,
00:08:29.340 this is Greenwald saying this, to investigate pro-Palestinian protesters to see if they have Kremlin
00:08:35.780 ties. So now we think the pro-Palestinian people are maybe Russian inspired. Maybe Johnson is being
00:08:45.320 run by the Russians. And as Greenwald points out, it's a form of mass mental illness. But is it?
00:08:54.060 Do you think it's mass mental illness is sort of the same as Trump derangement syndrome? Because
00:08:59.540 this feels a little different. You know what it feels like? It feels like more evidence that humans
00:09:06.840 are no different than AI. And that what we think is our thinking is really large language model patterns.
00:09:17.120 If you just dropped in, you know, an unprogrammed person, like a human being, you just dropped him into
00:09:24.220 2024. And you just say, you know, listen to how people are talking, you know, try to form some
00:09:30.200 opinions. You would find that there's such a thick discussion that is usually people know they're
00:09:39.360 lying. You know, remember the original Russia collusion thing, the people who created it knew
00:09:46.560 they were lying. I imagine a lot of the people who spread it knew they were lying. So the large language
00:09:53.360 model would be trained on nothing but lies about Russia. Would you agree? If you trained a large
00:10:02.000 language model, explain Russia to us, it would be trained on 100% lies, because that's all we ever
00:10:10.120 hear about Russia. We never hear anything real about Russia. It's all lies. Or it's all, you know,
00:10:14.940 put into context that's friendly to the people telling the story. So how would people be different?
00:10:21.300 Everything that a human learns is by looking at what else is going on. You know, they're looking
00:10:27.520 at the total society, what people say. And it's exactly the same as AI. So I'm not sure this is a
00:10:34.020 form of mass hysteria, the way Trump derangement syndrome definitely is. This feels different.
00:10:41.340 It feels that there are so many lies on the topic, that it has become essentially embedded in our
00:10:49.580 intelligence, that the first thing you suspect is Russia. It's just on the top of your mind. So I
00:10:57.020 think it's really a top of mind problem. And the fact that there's so much repetition of these similar
00:11:03.220 kinds of lies that I don't know if it's, it doesn't look like mental illness to me, like Trump derangement
00:11:08.740 syndrome, literally is mental illness. Literally, it's a mass hysteria. This doesn't look like it.
00:11:15.040 The Russia stuff looks like some combination of pattern and lying and, you know, something a little
00:11:21.780 more ordinary, but terrible. Terrible. It's a problem, but more ordinary. It feels. Well, here's something
00:11:31.980 that's not ordinary. And apparently I became a semi-viral clip because I doubted that this could
00:11:40.400 possibly be real. And I still do because I can't wrap my head around it. I just can't wrap my head
00:11:48.520 around this could be real. That Canada, so end wokeness is on the X platform says this, says Canada is
00:11:58.540 trying to pass a new law that will crack down on hate on the internet and other telecommunications.
00:12:04.380 And the bill would allow judges to sentence a person to life in prison for advocating genocide in words.
00:12:18.460 So if you went on Twitter and said everybody in some category should be killed, you would go to jail for
00:12:27.340 life for your life, for your opinion. Now, I think you're a very bad person if you think everyone should
00:12:34.300 be killed. But let's game this out a little bit. So let's say that you say that the situation in Gaza is a
00:12:45.720 genocide. Now, I'm not going to agree or disagree. I'll say, for example, that Erdogan from Turkey says it's
00:12:54.600 approaching a genocide or is a genocide. A lot of commentators are calling it a genocide. Again,
00:13:01.560 not my opinion. I'm not giving you any opinion on that. I'm just describing it. So suppose we get to
00:13:08.280 the point where it's a common opinion that what's happening in Gaza, let's say it's a common opinion in
00:13:17.480 Canada, hypothetically, that whatever's happening at some point starts to look like a genocide.
00:13:24.440 And people start using that word. And then what happens, let's game it a little bit further.
00:13:31.240 If somebody goes on and says, you know what, goes on social media and says, I think what the Israeli
00:13:37.820 military is doing is exactly right, because in my opinion, let's say it saves more lives later,
00:13:44.940 or there was nothing else you could do, whatever the opinion is. Again, not my opinion. I'm giving
00:13:49.980 you some examples. Would you be very close at that point to have advocated genocide?
00:13:57.020 Because other people, including the head of Turkey, have said this thing's a genocide. And then you just
00:14:05.420 said you're in favor of it. You don't have to use the word genocide. Apparently, you just have to be in
00:14:12.300 favor of it on social media. Now, did I just describe a case where everybody who said a pro-Israeli thing
00:14:19.900 could be sentenced to life in prison? I think so. Is that too much of a stretch? If it is commonly
00:14:30.380 understood to be a genocide, I'm not saying it is. I'm saying if Canada, you know, decides government-wise
00:14:36.940 it's totally a genocide, and that I say Israel is doing the right thing, do I go to jail for life?
00:14:45.340 Because I accidentally was in favor of a genocide, according to somebody else's definition of that
00:14:53.100 word? Well, this is the worst looking thing I've ever seen in my life. Now, let's take me.
00:15:03.420 If you follow the news, you know that the news said that I said something terribly hateful about black
00:15:10.060 Americans. That's the way the news reported it. What's the truth? What I said was, oh,
00:15:17.740 based on this professional survey, a very large percentage of black Americans seem to have a bad
00:15:24.140 opinion about me for being white. Now, that's either true or not, and so I said if. If it's true,
00:15:33.020 you should stay away from people who have a bad opinion of you. Do I go to jail in Canada for saying
00:15:38.620 that? That you should stay away from people who are trained by DEI and CRT and DSJ, actually trained
00:15:45.900 by the government, officially trained by the government to see me as the problem, and that
00:15:52.300 I have their money and need to give it back, reparations, etc. Now, you should stay away from
00:15:57.900 that situation. You should run away from it if you can. I don't know how you could, really. It's hard to
00:16:02.620 get away. You'd have to cease that or something. But it has nothing to do with any quality of black Americans.
00:16:08.220 It's not about genetics or culture. It's literally about white people brainwashing a segment of the
00:16:15.180 population to hate me. Because if it were for the white people, there wouldn't be any ESG and CRT
00:16:23.820 and DEI. It would be this marginal little idea that people ignored. It's white people I was complaining
00:16:31.500 about. Did anybody understand that, by the way? I don't know. I don't think I've ever said it as
00:16:36.540 clearly as I'm saying it now. There would be no problem if white people weren't the main cause.
00:16:44.620 So I think people took it as an attack on black America, because that's sort of the
00:16:49.100 bad wording I used. I said, stay away. But not stay away because I don't like them.
00:16:54.460 I love black people. I've had only positive experiences in person. Only. In person, 100%
00:17:03.740 positive experience. I like anybody who's got an interesting story. I like anybody who's nice to me.
00:17:10.540 I like anybody who's got a sense of humor. And that usually covers most people. Most people are nice to
00:17:16.540 you if you're nice to them. So I love black people. But if the government is going to weaponize them
00:17:22.940 against me, and when I say the government, I'm not talking about black people in the government.
00:17:27.900 I'm talking about mostly white people promoting it and letting it happen. So my problem is specifically
00:17:34.620 with my people. My complaint is my people. The problem that my people are causing is a rift
00:17:42.940 between me and black Americans that I would very much like to enjoy, you know, a full relationship
00:17:48.060 with. But it's very hard when my people are teaching black Americans that I'm the problem.
00:17:57.100 How am I supposed to navigate that? So I say I'll stay away from it because I don't know how to
00:18:01.740 navigate a situation where my people are telling some other group they should hate me. What do I do
00:18:08.380 about that? You should get away. Try to find some way not to be in that situation, whatever it takes.
00:18:16.460 Now, according to me, I've said nothing that is hate speech, only good advice that basically
00:18:25.660 anybody would agree with. If you explained it the way I just explained it, literally nobody would
00:18:31.180 disagree. Nobody. But if I traveled to Canada or became a Canadian citizen, let's say I'm just a
00:18:39.180 visitor. Could I go to jail? How does that work? I mean, it's a law in Canada. I don't have to be a
00:18:48.380 Canadian citizen, do I? What if I just simply I'm in Toronto and I send down a post from Toronto?
00:18:56.540 Do I go to jail? The fact that I don't know the answer to that question, at the same time we're
00:19:05.020 watching Russia, I'm sorry, I called Canada Russia because it's so similar. Watching them go after
00:19:14.220 Jordan Peterson for his free speech, trying to take away his license. I would never travel to Canada
00:19:21.420 for tourism. Canada is actually completely off my list as of today. Before that, I would have said,
00:19:29.100 eh, they're not going to bother me. I'm just a tourist. I feel sorry for the citizens, but
00:19:35.420 if I just want to visit, that's no problem. But at the moment, if this were to pass,
00:19:41.820 I would never go to Canada. I would feel that that would be literally a risk of jail,
00:19:47.180 and it would be a high risk. It wouldn't be a low risk. It looks like it would be a pretty high risk
00:19:51.420 because if you're a political person, the feelers are out.
00:19:58.300 So Canada, you just destroyed your tourism for people like me. Elon Musk says that Grok, the AI he's
00:20:07.660 created for the X platform, will soon be able to summarize complicated legislation so you know what's in it.
00:20:14.860 How much do you love that?
00:20:20.220 You might actually understand what you're, and it's funny that AI, we would have to use AI
00:20:28.300 to untangle the confusopoly that our government intentionally creates, it's all intentional,
00:20:35.340 so that we don't understand what they're doing. We actually have a government that's a confusopoly,
00:20:42.300 meaning that we can't really participate because they're lying to us about everything.
00:20:47.900 We don't even know what we're talking about most of the time. We don't have real facts.
00:20:52.700 What they tell us is too confusing to understand. All the lawfare against Trump is so confusing now.
00:20:59.100 If you're not actually a lawyer, it's really hard to follow 91 indictments,
00:21:05.260 four cases, several venues, different schedules. Yeah. So what if Grok could summarize the bills?
00:21:15.500 Do you think he can? Do you think Grok at any time in the future,
00:21:22.940 with any amount of correction and tweaking, could summarize legislation?
00:21:29.740 I'm going to say no. I'm going to say it's going to fail.
00:21:35.020 Do you know why?
00:21:35.900 It's going to fail because AI is trained on humans, and humans can't do this.
00:21:47.100 Do you get that yet?
00:21:50.380 In other words, if a human looked at one of these bills, and let's say we were smart enough,
00:21:57.500 and AI is smart enough, to know what all the parts are, so we can at least sort out what it's doing.
00:22:05.580 What would you do then? Once you understood it, what would you do?
00:22:10.220 Suppose you had to describe it. As soon as you go to describe it, which is the useful part,
00:22:17.900 like this does this or this does that, it's a narrative.
00:22:23.660 So AI can't do narratives, or if it did, it shouldn't, because the narrative is the brainwashing,
00:22:30.940 the propaganda, the framing. We don't want it to do that, but it cannot do that. It doesn't have the option.
00:22:40.460 So you're either going to have one that's biased by its creators in one way, or biased by its creators
00:22:45.740 in another way. Suppose the bill said something like Biden is saying.
00:22:54.460 So Biden is saying the Republicans are to blame because they didn't approve the border bill that would
00:22:59.740 give funding that would be very useful to reducing the illegal flow. So what would Grok say about that?
00:23:08.780 That's a narrative, not a simple description.
00:23:12.620 Would Grok say they're asking for some money for the border and just leave it at that?
00:23:20.460 Because you wouldn't know if that's good or bad.
00:23:23.660 Right? Suppose it said it's money for the border that definitely will make it easier to stop illegals.
00:23:30.140 Is that accurate? Because I thought they do a clever thing where they say everybody's legal.
00:23:42.140 You see where I'm going with this? We play this game where we call the illegal migrants legal,
00:23:49.660 because we just make them go through a certain doorway, where if you say, can you say the word asylum?
00:23:56.060 Ah, asylum. Good enough. You're legal now. You see what I mean? So we turn them from illegal to legal
00:24:06.460 simply by saying you're legal now. That's all we do. Now, would Grok pick that up?
00:24:12.540 Would it know that the purpose of the bill, the funding to increase border funding,
00:24:19.900 would they know that the secret real reason for that is not to decrease anybody? It's basically just to
00:24:29.180 bring them in under the legal umbrella, but it's all the same. Whether they came in and gave their
00:24:35.740 name or not, it's all the same. So do you think Grok could ever learn to suss out what is the trick
00:24:44.380 and what is the real implication? I say no, because the only access it would have
00:24:51.660 would be narratives that we've created. So the best I could do is say, here's what it says.
00:24:58.220 I've simplified it. Here's what the Democrats tend to say about it. Here's what the Republicans
00:25:04.780 tend to say about it. But it's not going to go further than that. And you know that's all that
00:25:09.980 we have on TV right now. If I turn on the TV and say, hey, tell me about this border bill,
00:25:16.700 I'm going to hear Republicans say this, Democrats say that, and I don't know what's true.
00:25:22.620 I just know what they say. So I think the problem is that we imagine that AI is intelligent in some
00:25:30.860 independent way. It's not. It's just a reflection of us. And we imagine that it can solve a problem
00:25:37.500 that is sort of data factual when that was never the problem. The problem is not just understanding
00:25:46.300 the details of what it says. It's all the narrative interpretation, you know, who's in on this,
00:25:53.420 who gets helped by it, who gets elected because of it. That's all the real stuff. That's the stuff
00:25:59.580 you got to understand that Grok's not going to get you there. All right. Tucker Carlson
00:26:08.620 is saying that the Biden administration helped install a pro-Chinese government in Brazil,
00:26:15.500 which immediately shut down opposition media and began arresting dissidents.
00:26:19.020 They talked to two of its victims. All right. Every part of the statement makes your eyes go,
00:26:27.340 whoa. Wait a minute. The Biden administration installed a government in Brazil?
00:26:35.020 We installed the government of Brazil? Of course we did. Because we install all the governments in
00:26:42.300 in our hemisphere. And if we don't, the CIA has to get fired because that's their job.
00:26:47.820 Yeah. The job of the CIA is to make sure that our hemisphere
00:26:51.660 is kind of on our team. And everybody knows it, right?
00:26:56.860 So I guess, you know, nobody should be surprised at that. But it's just funny to see it in writing.
00:27:02.060 You know, you're not supposed to write it down. You're just supposed to sort of know it.
00:27:05.900 But was it a pro-Chinese government? I don't know about that. I suppose that would be an opinion.
00:27:17.340 But I would like to add that why do we think that our government is better than that?
00:27:24.300 You know, the way it's framed is, oh, you know, too bad they don't have our freedoms here.
00:27:28.700 Am I wrong that we don't have anything like a free press? We don't have freedom of speech. Not
00:27:37.180 even close. We have in America the freedom to say things that don't bother people who matter.
00:27:43.420 We have the freedom to say things that don't bother the people who matter.
00:27:49.260 If it bothers them, you will get canceled. And you just won't be able to talk to anybody anymore.
00:27:55.580 Because it bothers the wrong people. We don't have any freedom of speech here.
00:28:01.820 Not even a little bit. We have only the freedom not to bother important people.
00:28:06.940 Which is exactly like having no freedom.
00:28:12.460 So we have fake news here that, I mean, basically, most of the press is controlled by the CIA,
00:28:20.700 it looks like, at least for the geopolitical stories. And so we have the freedom to be part
00:28:27.820 of a fake news entity. And we have the freedom to listen to fake news. And on social media,
00:28:34.140 we know that we're being suppressed if the government doesn't like us. So in my case,
00:28:41.180 I'd love to know if Elon Musk could even answer the question of why I'm in such a silo
00:28:46.220 that not even, no Democrat ever sees my material now. On social media. I have over a million
00:28:53.260 followers. And I don't think anybody who's a Democrat ever sees my material. We're so little,
00:28:58.220 it's trivial. So what is my point of even talking? I have no persuasive capabilities,
00:29:05.180 because I don't cross over to anybody who disagrees with me. I end up talking to people who largely agree
00:29:10.380 with me. And maybe we'll learn something or a better way to say it. But yeah. Is there anybody
00:29:16.700 here who's a Democrat that is here because they want to hear a different point of view?
00:29:22.940 Anybody? Even one person?
00:29:27.340 I'm just looking at, see if there's anybody here. Oh, we have an ex-Democrat. That's as close as we
00:29:34.540 can get. Yeah. No. So we have fake freedom of speech because you can't get your speech to anybody
00:29:42.700 who disagrees with you. And talking to people who agree with you is like, pretty close to not even
00:29:48.380 close to free speech. What other fake freedoms do we have? Well, let's see. Catherine Herridge,
00:29:58.140 the reporter who was fired from CBS. And she was one of the people who reported on the Hunter laptop
00:30:05.660 story, et cetera. And so she might be too much of a truth teller, people are suspecting. And now
00:30:12.940 there's a judge that's holding her in civil contempt for refusing to divulge her sources. Does that sound
00:30:21.900 like freedom of the press? Freedom of the press? Does it sound like the courts are doing their job,
00:30:31.980 just objectively doing their job? Well, let's find out a little bit more about this court.
00:30:38.380 Let's see. The judge, Chuck Ross, who's at Chuck Ross DC on the X platform,
00:30:49.740 he says the same judge and Obama appointee, so the judge who's holding Catherine Herridge in civil
00:30:58.860 contempt, same judge and Obama appointee blocked special counsel John Durham from entering evidence
00:31:05.500 against Clinton lawyer Michael Sussman that would have detailed their plot to leak false Trump Russia
00:31:11.500 info into the media. Huh. Okay. Well, you know, it's a small town. You know, everybody is an important
00:31:19.260 lawyer, an important judge. They've probably had contact with other important cases. So I mean,
00:31:24.540 by itself, that's not too alarming, is it? That's not too alarming. So why would we be worried about
00:31:31.100 this judge being some kind of like biased judge? Oh, also from Chuck Ross, the judge, his name is
00:31:38.460 Christopher Cooper. He's married to a Democrat lawyer, Amy Jeffries, who represented Lisa Page.
00:31:46.300 Do you remember Lisa Page?
00:31:51.980 From the Russia collusion situation? Yeah, Strzok's girlfriend.
00:32:00.780 So now let me ask you this. When was the last time you could not predict the outcome of a trial
00:32:07.580 based on the political leaning of the judge?
00:32:13.020 I don't remember a time. I'll say it again. When was the last time you didn't know the result of the trial
00:32:19.900 just by knowing who appointed the judge? It's pretty much every time, you know, right? For the political
00:32:27.340 stuff. You know, not not so much for the just ordinary crimes. But why do we have why do we have a court
00:32:34.540 if we always know how it's going to go based on who took took the case as the judge?
00:32:41.100 That's not even that that's nothing like freedom.
00:32:45.420 That's not even in the general neighborhood of any kind of a justice system that's like real.
00:32:51.820 That's not a real system.
00:32:52.860 I don't know what it is, but it's not any kind of real justice system.
00:33:01.020 All right.
00:33:03.820 Did you see the story about James O'Keefe?
00:33:08.940 He went in disguise again.
00:33:11.660 This time he joined a gym, Equinox gym.
00:33:14.240 And he found out the gym where Judge N'Goran goes to the gym.
00:33:25.760 And his disguise is he puts on a Tim Pool beanie.
00:33:30.400 And it works again.
00:33:33.600 James O'Keefe, master of disguise.
00:33:36.240 I'd like to give you now my impression of James O'Keefe going undercover.
00:33:50.080 Here I am, James O'Keefe.
00:33:51.600 You probably all recognize me.
00:33:53.760 But watch this.
00:33:56.640 Not James O'Keefe.
00:34:01.360 You'd never you'd never recognize me now.
00:34:03.520 I swear to God, he could go undercover just by getting a haircut.
00:34:11.200 He could put like an earring in his ear and go undercover.
00:34:15.120 Nobody'd recognize him.
00:34:18.880 And I don't know, it just gets funnier and funnier.
00:34:21.520 Every time he goes undercover, there's something about it that just gets funnier.
00:34:25.420 But here's the scoop he came away with.
00:34:29.120 The scoop he came away with is that the judge is kind of scrawny
00:34:32.880 for a guy who goes to the gym every day.
00:34:37.800 He's got a little noodle arms.
00:34:40.020 You know, he's a certain age, so I mean, it's fine.
00:34:43.360 But then the other part of the story is that somebody else in the gym
00:34:48.420 says that the judge is always creeping on the women.
00:34:52.220 And there's this grainy video with no audio, I think,
00:34:55.660 where the woman seems to go like this,
00:34:58.720 like put her hand out like she's, you know, telling him to go away.
00:35:01.920 I suspect that's not what she was saying.
00:35:06.220 Probably it was just a hand gesture for whatever she was talking about.
00:35:09.380 But he did go away.
00:35:10.800 So maybe it was.
00:35:12.460 So maybe he was creeping on her at the gym.
00:35:15.940 I just love that story.
00:35:19.120 I don't know, it's just silly.
00:35:21.180 The whole thing, the disguise, the scoop.
00:35:26.500 I love every part of that.
00:35:27.940 All right.
00:35:29.520 So, of course, Biden and Trump visited the border
00:35:32.060 at about the same time in different places.
00:35:34.400 Biden went where there wasn't much problem,
00:35:36.660 and Trump went where there was a big problem.
00:35:38.840 Now, I saw a video yesterday,
00:35:41.400 and I need to fact check,
00:35:44.160 because I don't know if it's real.
00:35:46.360 Because if it were real,
00:35:47.520 it would be all over the news, but it isn't.
00:35:49.560 Is it true that Trump waved to the illegals
00:35:55.840 who were on the other side of the fence
00:35:57.160 because they were chanting Trump, Trump, Trump?
00:36:04.020 Is that true?
00:36:05.320 Oh, my God.
00:36:13.160 Do you know that Trump could stop immigration
00:36:15.920 just by standing there?
00:36:19.520 Trump could stand there with voter registration forms
00:36:23.980 for the Republican Party,
00:36:27.140 just stand at wherever the legal people
00:36:30.540 are coming through legally by claiming asylum.
00:36:32.580 And after they've been processed
00:36:34.560 and they're basically freed into America,
00:36:37.880 just have Trump, literally Trump,
00:36:40.340 like actually Trump,
00:36:41.560 just stand there and hand out Republican ballots.
00:36:47.000 And then you'd want, in different languages,
00:36:49.580 you'd want to say, you know,
00:36:50.820 what's the basic idea of a Republican?
00:36:53.740 And what's the basic idea of a Democrat?
00:36:57.480 Now, since it's the political season,
00:36:59.280 you get to exaggerate.
00:37:00.640 So you'd say, all right, come on in.
00:37:03.140 You can sign up to be a Democrat or a Republican.
00:37:07.580 And on each of these forms,
00:37:09.200 there's a brief summary of what that means.
00:37:13.000 You see where I'm going with this?
00:37:16.760 Every one of those people are Republicans.
00:37:19.020 They just don't know it yet.
00:37:21.000 It wouldn't take much.
00:37:22.440 So on the Democrat form,
00:37:23.700 you'd be on the team
00:37:25.120 where your teacher can change the gender of your child
00:37:28.860 without asking you.
00:37:31.940 We don't think religion is important.
00:37:35.040 Not so sure about God.
00:37:38.200 We don't think you, you know,
00:37:39.840 should have this free speech or whatever.
00:37:42.640 And then in the Republican one,
00:37:44.020 you'd be like,
00:37:45.220 strong religious faith,
00:37:47.680 but freedom of religion is important,
00:37:50.480 so you could have your own.
00:37:51.400 It's just, you know, we like God.
00:37:53.660 You could have your God.
00:37:55.480 Just, we like, we're really big on God.
00:37:58.820 We oppose abortion.
00:38:00.840 And the Democrats would like the right to kill you
00:38:07.200 if you've only recently been born
00:38:09.740 or something like that.
00:38:11.960 I mean, that's an exaggeration, obviously.
00:38:14.320 But I think you could come up with something
00:38:16.060 that's close enough to being true
00:38:18.420 that characterizes both teams
00:38:21.660 in a very simple way
00:38:23.500 that a migrant would come over and say,
00:38:27.220 okay, well, I like all of that stuff,
00:38:31.600 and this stuff is exactly what I don't want.
00:38:35.180 And then you say, sign up for either one.
00:38:38.100 And you would probably get, I don't know,
00:38:40.080 five to one picking the Republican.
00:38:43.700 And they would just register as Republicans
00:38:45.860 without knowing too much about the system.
00:38:48.800 And it would scare the crap out of the Democrats.
00:38:55.160 Because I think that the,
00:38:56.500 maybe the ultimate third act for Trump
00:39:00.600 would be turning the migrants Republican.
00:39:04.580 Now, let me ask you this.
00:39:08.060 Do you remember in 2015,
00:39:09.760 I boldly told the world
00:39:13.860 that Trump would be
00:39:15.940 the most persuasive person
00:39:17.960 we've ever seen.
00:39:21.580 And people laughed.
00:39:23.200 Ha, ha, ha.
00:39:24.600 He's a big old clown.
00:39:26.540 He's not persuading anybody.
00:39:28.520 He's just getting a lot of attention.
00:39:31.220 And I said, no.
00:39:33.300 Attention is the first step,
00:39:34.900 the most important one,
00:39:36.900 of persuasion.
00:39:37.640 So you just validated
00:39:39.640 that he did the best thing
00:39:41.020 anybody's ever done for persuasion,
00:39:42.800 which is you can't take your mind off of him.
00:39:45.400 Now watch what he does.
00:39:47.760 A few years later,
00:39:49.320 he's convinced a majority of the country
00:39:51.360 that the election was rigged.
00:39:55.380 Look at the things that people believe now
00:39:58.080 that are now completely compatible with Trump,
00:40:00.840 by majority, not everybody.
00:40:02.920 But he is the most persuasive individual
00:40:06.360 in all of American history,
00:40:08.920 and nobody's even close.
00:40:11.860 Now, suppose I told you in 2024,
00:40:16.360 based on my spectacular
00:40:17.840 Trump prediction track record,
00:40:21.020 that he, and maybe he alone,
00:40:24.140 could make three out of four migrants Republicans,
00:40:26.540 and nobody else could do it.
00:40:31.880 Think about it.
00:40:34.880 All he'd have to do is try.
00:40:37.440 He would just have to try.
00:40:40.700 Because, you know, that chanting,
00:40:42.600 Trump, Trump, Trump,
00:40:44.040 if you, I'm pretty sure
00:40:45.940 that migrants, especially male,
00:40:48.860 have you noticed that Trump appeals
00:40:51.660 to men more than women?
00:40:54.360 So you've got just, you know,
00:40:55.400 reams of men over there
00:40:56.800 who are, you know,
00:41:00.040 I would say personality and character-wise,
00:41:03.420 maybe not that far from Trump.
00:41:05.600 And they're coming to America
00:41:07.160 because they want part of that American dream.
00:41:10.560 They don't just like him.
00:41:12.660 They want to be him.
00:41:16.880 Let me say that again.
00:41:19.040 I think you would find,
00:41:20.540 with just a little bit of scratching
00:41:22.380 on the surface,
00:41:23.900 that just right underneath the surface,
00:41:26.220 you're going to find that men
00:41:28.020 who can pick up and leave their country
00:41:31.600 to make a new life,
00:41:34.880 primarily on economic terms,
00:41:36.800 by working,
00:41:38.500 they don't just like Trump.
00:41:41.340 They want to be Trump.
00:41:45.600 And I don't think the Democrats
00:41:46.920 see this coming,
00:41:48.140 which is hilarious to me.
00:41:49.760 Now, I'm not saying Trump
00:41:51.060 is likely to, you know,
00:41:52.260 make a case for it,
00:41:53.440 because it's, you know,
00:41:54.280 it might be,
00:41:54.980 might look like a problem
00:41:56.320 because he's also saying
00:41:57.740 we should stop them
00:41:58.800 and send them back.
00:42:00.920 But if he did try to convert them,
00:42:03.420 you might find a lot of people
00:42:04.640 in the Democrat Party
00:42:06.020 who are very pro-wall
00:42:08.300 all of a sudden.
00:42:08.920 You know what would be interesting?
00:42:11.900 He doesn't have to convert them all.
00:42:14.780 Oh, my God.
00:42:17.300 He only has to have one meeting
00:42:18.940 with a group of them.
00:42:21.660 Oh, my God.
00:42:25.160 Trump just has to walk into a room
00:42:27.200 with 50 recent migrants
00:42:30.380 that came in legally
00:42:32.140 through the asylum system
00:42:33.480 and just talk to them
00:42:36.080 with translators.
00:42:41.440 What would that do?
00:42:43.540 Do you think that they would be impressed?
00:42:46.540 Of course they would.
00:42:47.940 Do you think they would respond
00:42:49.180 to his personality and charisma?
00:42:51.020 I've been in the room with him.
00:42:55.100 Yes.
00:42:57.280 He has more charisma
00:42:59.020 than you've ever seen in your life.
00:43:01.400 When you stand in the room with him,
00:43:02.700 it's just, you know,
00:43:03.840 like you're bathed in it, basically.
00:43:06.000 Yes.
00:43:07.800 Watching a short video
00:43:09.280 of him converting
00:43:10.360 an entire room of migrants
00:43:12.500 into Republicans
00:43:13.360 would be such a game changer.
00:43:15.340 And he'd only have to do it once
00:43:17.820 with one room
00:43:18.500 and it would become,
00:43:20.040 it would just be legend
00:43:21.140 after that.
00:43:23.300 Now, I suppose if it didn't work out,
00:43:25.780 you know, let's say it's a,
00:43:27.700 you know, put together
00:43:28.620 by Republicans.
00:43:29.620 If it didn't work out,
00:43:30.640 I suppose you could get rid
00:43:32.000 of all the video.
00:43:33.880 Say, well, we tried.
00:43:36.480 I think it would work, though.
00:43:39.360 So there's lots of contrast
00:43:40.880 about the border visit.
00:43:43.020 Biden could barely walk
00:43:44.600 and people are chanting for Trump
00:43:46.480 and all the border patrol people
00:43:48.420 seem to love him.
00:43:49.520 And, yeah, big difference.
00:43:53.100 So Trump said something
00:43:54.740 that is so perfectly Trumpian
00:43:59.680 that, I don't know,
00:44:01.500 I can't stop laughing at it.
00:44:03.200 I'm just going to read it to you.
00:44:05.420 He actually said in a speech
00:44:07.020 at the border,
00:44:09.080 they're getting people
00:44:10.680 who don't speak languages
00:44:11.940 He said,
00:44:15.600 we have languages
00:44:17.340 coming into our country
00:44:18.480 and nobody speaks those languages.
00:44:21.760 They're truly foreign languages.
00:44:24.240 Nobody speaks them.
00:44:33.980 Nobody speaks them.
00:44:35.580 Now, obviously,
00:44:42.540 obviously what he means
00:44:43.980 is that there are very few Americans
00:44:45.680 who would, you know,
00:44:46.560 speak some languages
00:44:47.560 besides Spanish, I guess.
00:44:49.500 But just the way he says everything
00:44:52.860 is so freaking funny
00:44:54.860 because he is so provocative
00:44:57.960 that he would go all the way
00:45:00.040 to nobody speaks those languages.
00:45:01.720 All right.
00:45:05.600 So I wanted to compare.
00:45:07.480 I thought it'd be funny
00:45:08.780 to compare the way Biden lies
00:45:10.860 to the way Trump lies.
00:45:13.780 And I'd like to point out
00:45:16.100 a dog not barking.
00:45:19.240 You know, the Sherlock Holmes thing?
00:45:21.120 There's a dog that's not barking
00:45:23.000 really, really loudly.
00:45:25.800 You're going to laugh
00:45:26.600 when I tell you what the dog is.
00:45:28.620 When's the last time
00:45:31.800 you saw a fact checker?
00:45:36.100 Think about it.
00:45:37.340 When's the last time
00:45:38.160 you saw a fact checker?
00:45:39.860 Remember, they used to get
00:45:40.640 a lot of attention, didn't they?
00:45:42.460 Checking all those Trump lies.
00:45:45.780 Let me tell you
00:45:46.580 some of the terrible lies
00:45:47.900 that Trump has told.
00:45:49.180 You ready?
00:45:50.300 Here's two of the big ones.
00:45:52.660 The migrants coming in,
00:45:53.960 they don't speak any language
00:45:55.160 that anybody's ever heard.
00:45:57.000 And here's another one.
00:45:58.860 This is terrible.
00:46:00.440 If the wind stops blowing,
00:46:01.720 your TV will go off.
00:46:07.320 If the wind stops blowing,
00:46:09.460 your TV will go off.
00:46:16.440 Now, let's compare that
00:46:17.700 to things Biden has said lately.
00:46:20.720 He literally ran his campaign
00:46:22.920 on the fine people hoax.
00:46:24.600 Let's get a fact checker in here.
00:46:28.860 Hey, Daniel Dale.
00:46:31.560 Is the fine people hoax
00:46:33.140 a real thing?
00:46:34.800 Of course not.
00:46:36.100 Of course not.
00:46:38.100 Almost everything
00:46:39.120 that Biden says
00:46:44.000 is an obvious lie.
00:46:46.060 Like, just easily,
00:46:47.620 verifiably obvious lie.
00:46:51.280 Biden went on
00:46:52.300 the late night show
00:46:53.920 and said
00:46:54.440 that Trump forgot
00:46:56.200 the name of his wife.
00:46:58.260 Quite observably not true.
00:47:01.400 Where's the fact checker?
00:47:03.360 Fact checker on vacation?
00:47:06.440 Now, before I mentioned it,
00:47:08.740 how many of you
00:47:09.380 had noticed
00:47:09.920 that there were
00:47:10.640 no fact checkers?
00:47:11.620 They'd all disappeared.
00:47:12.880 When before,
00:47:13.880 it was like
00:47:14.300 every single day
00:47:15.520 there'd be like,
00:47:17.040 here's 25 new lies
00:47:18.700 that Trump told.
00:47:20.460 Just disappeared.
00:47:21.380 Have you noticed
00:47:23.100 that Trump
00:47:23.640 is not saying
00:47:24.940 things
00:47:26.960 that just invite
00:47:29.020 the fact checking
00:47:29.860 that way?
00:47:31.820 He's running
00:47:32.540 a very different campaign.
00:47:35.420 Yeah.
00:47:35.740 Part of it is that
00:47:36.920 the less he is provocative,
00:47:39.760 the more he's going to win.
00:47:41.140 Because basically,
00:47:41.860 he's on a glide path.
00:47:43.080 He can only take himself
00:47:44.300 off the glide path.
00:47:45.900 Right?
00:47:46.220 He can't put himself on it.
00:47:47.260 He's already there.
00:47:47.860 But he can take us all off.
00:47:50.600 So,
00:47:51.720 watching Trump run
00:47:53.560 what I would consider
00:47:54.520 a very disciplined campaign,
00:47:56.920 would you agree?
00:47:58.560 I would say
00:47:59.420 that his campaigning
00:48:00.260 is super disciplined.
00:48:01.860 Not like anything
00:48:02.960 we've seen before.
00:48:05.260 I think it's only speculative
00:48:06.900 to think that
00:48:08.620 Vivek's,
00:48:10.360 let's say,
00:48:12.160 his influence
00:48:12.860 is having this
00:48:13.740 much of an impact.
00:48:15.920 But,
00:48:16.240 you know,
00:48:17.180 remember I told you
00:48:18.140 that Trump
00:48:19.920 is not who you think
00:48:21.320 he is,
00:48:22.080 the,
00:48:22.660 let's see,
00:48:23.260 the caricature part.
00:48:25.800 You know,
00:48:26.120 he's often portrayed
00:48:27.100 as having a fragile ego
00:48:28.840 and all that stuff.
00:48:30.580 And therefore,
00:48:31.340 you would think,
00:48:31.860 oh,
00:48:31.960 he wouldn't want
00:48:32.460 a strong personality,
00:48:34.200 somebody as powerful,
00:48:35.940 mentally especially,
00:48:36.960 as Vivek,
00:48:38.100 because, you know,
00:48:38.580 he might feel threatened
00:48:39.460 by it or something.
00:48:41.240 Totally bad reading
00:48:43.140 of the man.
00:48:44.920 He likes
00:48:45.980 smart people
00:48:47.040 and he likes
00:48:48.860 their advice
00:48:49.500 and he seeks it.
00:48:51.440 So,
00:48:51.840 if you put somebody
00:48:52.560 as smart as Vivek,
00:48:54.120 you know,
00:48:54.460 anywhere in the
00:48:55.180 inner advisory circle,
00:48:56.840 he's going to soon
00:48:57.620 dominate the advisors
00:48:58.720 because he's smarter.
00:49:01.140 And Trump will soon
00:49:02.420 learn that
00:49:03.020 the things he say,
00:49:04.360 you should pay
00:49:04.900 attention to them.
00:49:06.300 And that is a sign
00:49:07.600 of strength,
00:49:08.260 not weakness.
00:49:10.300 Right?
00:49:10.540 And that is one of,
00:49:11.520 I think that's one
00:49:12.220 of Trump's great strengths.
00:49:13.500 He can take advice.
00:49:14.920 And he asked for it.
00:49:17.240 When he was president,
00:49:18.480 this is not so reported
00:49:21.560 as it should be.
00:49:22.740 When Trump was president,
00:49:23.900 he often would query
00:49:25.440 smart people
00:49:27.200 just to get more opinions.
00:49:29.380 It was a common thing
00:49:30.580 he did
00:49:30.900 and not just political people,
00:49:32.920 commentators as well.
00:49:35.480 So,
00:49:36.440 do you remember
00:49:37.040 when he was asking
00:49:37.860 for executive orders?
00:49:39.600 Does anybody have
00:49:40.180 any good ideas
00:49:40.760 for executive orders
00:49:41.820 during the pandemic?
00:49:42.600 Well,
00:49:43.700 the call went out,
00:49:45.080 you know,
00:49:45.280 sort of below
00:49:45.860 the range of the media.
00:49:48.720 And individuals
00:49:49.840 were contacting
00:49:51.260 other individuals
00:49:52.180 just because they were smart
00:49:53.320 or just because
00:49:54.540 they might have
00:49:55.020 some domain of knowledge.
00:49:57.300 So,
00:49:57.920 that's what I suggested
00:50:01.020 through the system,
00:50:03.440 you know,
00:50:03.740 a series of connections,
00:50:04.920 that he'd do an EO
00:50:07.160 allowing doctors
00:50:08.760 and telehealth
00:50:09.500 to work across borders
00:50:10.740 during the pandemic.
00:50:12.200 And he immediately
00:50:13.080 signed an EO.
00:50:14.780 Now,
00:50:15.100 did he ever say,
00:50:15.940 hey,
00:50:16.240 I should have thought
00:50:16.860 of that myself.
00:50:18.000 I can't do that
00:50:19.000 because that's a good idea
00:50:20.020 that came from somebody else.
00:50:21.440 No.
00:50:22.440 He just said,
00:50:23.080 good idea,
00:50:23.760 signed it.
00:50:25.160 All right,
00:50:25.400 that's the confidence
00:50:26.760 he has.
00:50:27.540 And if you imagine
00:50:28.680 he doesn't have
00:50:29.260 that confidence,
00:50:30.200 you're missing
00:50:30.740 the best part of the story.
00:50:33.040 He does have that confidence.
00:50:35.140 The confidence
00:50:35.720 to listen to another opinion.
00:50:39.480 All right,
00:50:40.020 so let's watch
00:50:41.700 the fact checkers.
00:50:42.500 That's pretty funny.
00:50:44.600 Speaking of facts,
00:50:45.840 Biden is crowing
00:50:47.060 that the crime rate
00:50:48.040 is dropping,
00:50:48.760 even the violent crime rate.
00:50:50.140 It's all dropping.
00:50:51.780 So,
00:50:52.340 I guess he wants
00:50:52.800 to take credit for that.
00:50:54.540 Does anybody believe
00:50:55.400 that the crime rate
00:50:56.160 is dropping?
00:50:57.380 I do believe
00:50:59.840 that the violent crime rate
00:51:01.440 probably dropped
00:51:03.220 since the peak
00:51:04.660 in the pandemic.
00:51:06.160 That seems reasonable.
00:51:08.200 Yeah,
00:51:08.360 but beyond that,
00:51:09.100 I don't know.
00:51:10.200 Now,
00:51:11.760 let's combine
00:51:14.280 two stories.
00:51:15.680 Story number one,
00:51:17.540 the Americans
00:51:18.140 are not replacing
00:51:20.580 young people.
00:51:23.300 So,
00:51:23.580 we'll talk about that
00:51:24.240 some more.
00:51:24.740 So,
00:51:24.940 we know America
00:51:25.560 is not having
00:51:26.420 enough babies.
00:51:27.380 at the same time
00:51:29.600 we're not having
00:51:30.060 enough babies
00:51:30.600 and that's going on
00:51:31.380 for some time now.
00:51:33.080 The violent crime rate
00:51:34.800 is dropping.
00:51:37.200 That's the same story.
00:51:39.860 If you have fewer babies,
00:51:41.380 the violent crime rate
00:51:42.180 goes down.
00:51:42.840 Does everybody know that?
00:51:45.340 Violent crime
00:51:46.040 is mostly correlated
00:51:47.040 with how many babies
00:51:47.960 you have.
00:51:48.360 because young people
00:51:51.580 are the murderers.
00:51:52.520 Because young people
00:51:53.320 are the murderers.
00:51:53.680 Senior citizens
00:51:54.420 aren't killing
00:51:54.940 a lot of people.
00:51:56.720 So,
00:51:56.980 as soon as your mix
00:51:58.020 of population
00:51:59.060 goes from
00:51:59.880 a ton of young people
00:52:01.620 to bias
00:52:03.640 toward old people,
00:52:05.060 every single day
00:52:06.660 along that path
00:52:08.620 should be a lower rate
00:52:10.220 of crime
00:52:10.640 if you did nothing.
00:52:13.160 If you did nothing,
00:52:15.060 your crime rate
00:52:15.700 would drop every day,
00:52:16.720 the violent crime,
00:52:17.780 would drop every day
00:52:18.660 just because of the
00:52:19.280 aging population.
00:52:20.860 Did Biden mention that?
00:52:23.100 Did Biden say
00:52:24.100 crime's going down
00:52:25.040 because
00:52:25.560 population's getting older?
00:52:29.480 No.
00:52:30.140 No.
00:52:30.580 Because that wouldn't
00:52:31.220 work for him.
00:52:31.880 Did he say
00:52:33.140 that there was
00:52:33.600 something that he did
00:52:34.860 that made the
00:52:36.600 crime rate go down?
00:52:38.500 I don't recall.
00:52:40.620 Does anybody recall
00:52:42.520 that he said
00:52:43.060 he did something?
00:52:45.080 I'm not aware
00:52:45.920 of anything he did
00:52:46.660 on crime.
00:52:48.400 Are you?
00:52:49.660 Now,
00:52:50.280 we do know
00:52:50.880 that locally,
00:52:51.900 you know,
00:52:52.160 the Soros-funded
00:52:53.120 prosecutors,
00:52:54.040 et cetera,
00:52:55.620 are just releasing
00:52:57.640 a lot of people
00:52:58.200 without charges
00:52:58.900 or greatly reducing
00:53:00.540 the charges.
00:53:01.100 Now,
00:53:02.060 I have a fact check
00:53:03.280 I need.
00:53:05.100 Does the criminal data
00:53:07.240 register it as a crime
00:53:09.340 if you know
00:53:10.820 the crime happened
00:53:11.740 but there's nobody
00:53:12.860 to arrest?
00:53:15.680 It's not just a crime
00:53:16.880 if you arrest somebody,
00:53:17.880 right?
00:53:18.760 It's a crime
00:53:19.320 if it's reported
00:53:20.080 as a crime.
00:53:21.500 So I think I saw
00:53:22.380 some Fox News commentary
00:53:24.780 where they were
00:53:26.100 speculating that maybe
00:53:27.160 if you free somebody
00:53:28.660 who's a suspect,
00:53:29.900 it doesn't get
00:53:30.960 counted as a crime
00:53:32.080 but I think the crime
00:53:32.960 is still counted
00:53:33.600 as the crime
00:53:34.220 if it gets reported.
00:53:37.060 Now,
00:53:37.640 I would think
00:53:38.340 there's less reporting
00:53:39.740 of crime
00:53:40.280 because there's probably
00:53:42.280 a lot of stuff
00:53:43.160 that you just don't think
00:53:45.180 is going to happen again.
00:53:46.860 So let's say
00:53:47.640 you're walking
00:53:48.080 down the street
00:53:48.780 past some dangerous
00:53:50.960 drugged-owned person
00:53:51.900 and they do something
00:53:53.840 that would be considered
00:53:54.880 assault.
00:53:57.080 You know,
00:53:57.300 in other words,
00:53:57.780 they threaten to kill you
00:53:59.020 or something
00:53:59.400 and you say to yourself,
00:54:01.020 well,
00:54:01.340 I could spend forever
00:54:02.520 going after this street person
00:54:07.440 who assaulted me.
00:54:08.820 Basically a threat.
00:54:11.120 Threat of violence.
00:54:12.780 Or I could just keep walking.
00:54:15.120 What would you do?
00:54:16.080 I wouldn't report it
00:54:17.900 because I don't want
00:54:19.020 to be involved
00:54:19.620 with some street person
00:54:21.000 who's crazy on drugs.
00:54:22.620 But it doesn't mean
00:54:23.500 the crime didn't happen.
00:54:25.400 Now,
00:54:25.760 as you're saying
00:54:26.900 in the comments
00:54:27.480 and I was going
00:54:28.260 to get there,
00:54:29.360 I don't know
00:54:30.840 if the stores
00:54:31.420 are reporting the crimes
00:54:32.540 if they know
00:54:33.540 nothing's going
00:54:34.060 to happen about it.
00:54:35.640 But here's
00:54:36.320 my bigger question.
00:54:37.160 50 people
00:54:40.060 run into a Target store
00:54:42.220 and they clean out
00:54:44.000 the whole store.
00:54:45.660 And it's so bad
00:54:46.760 that the Target store
00:54:47.640 just closes
00:54:48.280 because they can't
00:54:49.200 have it happen again.
00:54:50.880 How many crimes
00:54:51.760 is that?
00:54:53.660 One?
00:54:56.240 Is that one crime?
00:54:59.440 Or would you care
00:55:00.240 every item
00:55:02.580 that they took
00:55:03.200 is a separate crime?
00:55:05.520 I'm just going to guess
00:55:06.960 they don't count it
00:55:08.260 as a thousand crimes
00:55:09.400 if there are
00:55:10.620 a thousand people,
00:55:11.500 things that leave
00:55:12.080 the store.
00:55:13.060 I'm pretty sure
00:55:13.840 that's one.
00:55:17.420 Am I wrong?
00:55:19.020 That's one.
00:55:20.500 I think.
00:55:21.400 I mean,
00:55:21.660 I don't know,
00:55:22.420 but I'll take
00:55:22.960 a fact check on that.
00:55:24.340 But I think
00:55:24.840 it's one crime.
00:55:26.440 If somebody
00:55:27.080 knocks over
00:55:27.840 a jewelry store
00:55:28.800 and takes everything
00:55:30.600 in the store,
00:55:33.040 it's one crime.
00:55:34.160 So these are crimes
00:55:37.400 that are destroying cities
00:55:39.080 and Biden's up there
00:55:40.780 like crime is down.
00:55:42.700 Well,
00:55:43.300 it was only that one
00:55:44.160 crime at Target
00:55:44.940 this week.
00:55:45.800 Took everything.
00:55:47.000 Took everything.
00:55:50.260 But I saw this
00:55:51.220 reported on NBC.
00:55:55.840 It's the only place
00:55:56.800 I saw it reported
00:55:57.640 in the news.
00:55:59.080 I saw the news report
00:56:00.380 that Biden said it
00:56:01.540 and it's probably
00:56:03.500 in other news.
00:56:04.180 I'm sure it is.
00:56:04.980 But where I saw it
00:56:06.040 was NBC.
00:56:07.480 It's the only place
00:56:08.280 I saw it.
00:56:10.280 Did I ever tell you
00:56:11.320 too many times
00:56:12.380 that if the only thing
00:56:13.540 you know is
00:56:14.040 what is reported,
00:56:15.120 you don't know anything.
00:56:16.420 You have to know
00:56:17.160 who's involved
00:56:17.880 and then you know
00:56:18.880 everything.
00:56:20.040 NBC is famously
00:56:21.460 considered
00:56:22.100 basically a Democrat
00:56:24.760 tool,
00:56:25.620 CIA tool,
00:56:26.700 and not really
00:56:28.140 a real news
00:56:28.780 organization.
00:56:30.040 So it's not really
00:56:31.460 a surprise
00:56:31.980 that NBC
00:56:32.640 would be the one
00:56:34.700 reporting this
00:56:35.700 as if it were true
00:56:36.940 and there's not
00:56:37.500 much to talk about
00:56:38.460 because I'm pretty
00:56:40.420 sure it's just
00:56:40.860 bad data.
00:56:43.840 Why would people
00:56:44.680 be moving out
00:56:45.400 of cities
00:56:45.760 if they didn't
00:56:46.700 observe the crime
00:56:47.680 being bad?
00:56:49.120 Do you think
00:56:49.480 people are moving
00:56:50.060 out of San Francisco
00:56:50.940 because they were
00:56:53.060 fooled into thinking
00:56:54.000 the data is worse
00:56:54.940 than it is?
00:56:56.700 Nobody moves
00:56:58.860 because of some
00:56:59.640 data.
00:57:00.760 They move
00:57:01.320 because they
00:57:02.300 got mugged.
00:57:03.920 They move
00:57:04.700 because they
00:57:05.420 were attacked
00:57:06.120 on the street.
00:57:07.540 They move
00:57:08.040 because someone
00:57:08.720 they know
00:57:09.100 personally just
00:57:09.760 got raped.
00:57:11.120 That's why you
00:57:11.680 move.
00:57:12.960 You don't move
00:57:13.720 because the crime
00:57:14.400 data looked one
00:57:15.500 way or the other.
00:57:17.800 So as I often
00:57:18.840 tell you,
00:57:19.300 if the data
00:57:19.860 disagrees with
00:57:21.380 your observation,
00:57:22.760 that's a big
00:57:23.660 red flag and
00:57:24.460 that's what's
00:57:24.800 happening there.
00:57:25.300 All right,
00:57:28.580 let's see.
00:57:33.020 Supreme Court,
00:57:34.240 as you know,
00:57:35.040 is hearing the
00:57:35.680 immunity question
00:57:37.240 about Trump.
00:57:39.020 So the question
00:57:39.640 is,
00:57:40.040 can a president
00:57:41.220 who's in office
00:57:42.200 be charged
00:57:43.520 after being
00:57:44.180 out of office
00:57:44.800 for things
00:57:46.060 that were done
00:57:47.040 in the course
00:57:47.840 of the job?
00:57:50.740 Now,
00:57:52.140 Whoopi Goldberg
00:57:52.880 had the stake.
00:57:54.560 She said,
00:57:55.340 let's look at a
00:57:56.020 scenario where
00:57:56.620 the Supreme Court
00:57:57.280 says he is
00:57:57.960 immune from
00:57:58.600 everything because
00:57:59.520 he was president.
00:58:01.620 You know what
00:58:02.420 Joe Biden could
00:58:03.120 do since he is
00:58:03.900 presently president?
00:58:05.160 He could throw
00:58:06.040 every Republican
00:58:06.820 in jail.
00:58:10.520 Huh.
00:58:11.080 Well,
00:58:13.660 you know,
00:58:15.800 on one hand,
00:58:17.080 it's a ridiculous
00:58:18.140 argument,
00:58:19.340 but on the other
00:58:20.880 hand,
00:58:21.180 it actually
00:58:21.700 forwards the
00:58:23.540 conversation a little
00:58:24.680 bit.
00:58:25.460 It actually does.
00:58:28.160 Because there's
00:58:28.900 definitely a problem
00:58:29.720 of figuring out
00:58:30.580 what is too far.
00:58:31.620 or let's put it
00:58:34.460 this way.
00:58:35.160 What is his,
00:58:36.660 what is he doing
00:58:38.780 within the course
00:58:39.660 of his official
00:58:40.640 job?
00:58:42.340 Now,
00:58:42.980 if he simply
00:58:43.700 rounded up
00:58:44.640 Republicans
00:58:45.140 because he wants
00:58:45.940 to win,
00:58:47.340 I would say
00:58:47.900 you could
00:58:48.280 immediately
00:58:48.960 remove him
00:58:50.000 from office
00:58:50.600 and arrest him.
00:58:52.420 Because that's
00:58:53.140 not the course
00:58:53.860 of his job
00:58:54.560 as a president.
00:58:56.160 Am I wrong?
00:58:58.180 That if he did
00:58:59.040 a crime that
00:58:59.880 clearly had
00:59:00.660 nothing to do
00:59:01.300 with his
00:59:01.680 presidential duties,
00:59:04.100 he'd still
00:59:04.740 be arrested.
00:59:05.240 In other words,
00:59:05.660 if he just goes
00:59:06.220 and murders
00:59:06.660 somebody in
00:59:07.280 the White House,
00:59:08.320 you don't get
00:59:09.960 to get away
00:59:10.440 with that
00:59:10.740 because you're
00:59:11.040 president.
00:59:12.280 Does anybody
00:59:12.940 think that?
00:59:14.300 Am I wrong?
00:59:15.980 It's only
00:59:16.660 if you did,
00:59:17.880 let's say you
00:59:18.320 did something
00:59:18.760 like something
00:59:21.040 in the name
00:59:21.600 of national
00:59:22.140 security.
00:59:23.920 Let's say
00:59:24.460 you issued
00:59:24.980 an executive
00:59:25.600 order and
00:59:27.840 it got
00:59:28.600 implemented,
00:59:29.620 but then
00:59:30.320 later a
00:59:30.880 court found
00:59:31.440 out that
00:59:31.920 it was
00:59:32.180 illegal.
00:59:34.360 Could you
00:59:34.920 be prosecuted
00:59:35.940 after you
00:59:36.480 get out
00:59:36.760 of office
00:59:37.280 because you
00:59:38.080 did something
00:59:39.740 in the course
00:59:40.280 of your
00:59:40.500 duties,
00:59:41.260 but it was
00:59:42.200 actually
00:59:42.660 literally
00:59:43.120 illegal,
00:59:44.180 but it was
00:59:44.860 in the course
00:59:45.280 of your
00:59:45.520 duties.
00:59:46.820 Now,
00:59:47.560 I wouldn't
00:59:47.880 want to see
00:59:48.280 that be
00:59:48.640 prosecuted.
00:59:50.220 The trouble
00:59:51.040 is we know
00:59:52.340 that Democrats
00:59:53.160 specifically,
00:59:54.560 and I'm sure
00:59:54.920 Republicans do,
00:59:56.140 can take any
00:59:57.100 situation and
00:59:58.200 bend it into
00:59:59.140 any scenario
01:00:00.340 or narrative
01:00:01.040 they want.
01:00:02.680 So,
01:00:03.160 could a
01:00:03.800 Democrat
01:00:04.140 come up
01:00:04.780 with a
01:00:05.060 situation
01:00:05.480 where they're
01:00:05.940 just doing
01:00:06.860 the work
01:00:07.300 of the
01:00:07.520 president
01:00:07.920 by rounding
01:00:09.360 up all
01:00:09.820 Republicans
01:00:10.320 and putting
01:00:10.820 them in
01:00:11.140 jail?
01:00:11.880 And the
01:00:12.340 answer is
01:00:12.740 yes.
01:00:14.200 Yes,
01:00:14.740 whoopee,
01:00:15.060 you actually
01:00:15.480 have a good
01:00:15.920 point there.
01:00:16.940 I hate to
01:00:17.400 say it,
01:00:18.280 it's not a
01:00:19.080 bad point.
01:00:20.200 How hard
01:00:20.920 would it be
01:00:21.380 for the
01:00:22.380 Democrats
01:00:22.800 to say,
01:00:23.700 well,
01:00:23.800 I know it
01:00:24.180 looks bad,
01:00:24.760 but the
01:00:26.220 president
01:00:26.620 is in
01:00:27.140 charge of
01:00:27.640 making sure
01:00:28.080 the country
01:00:28.540 is not
01:00:29.040 overthrown
01:00:29.580 in a
01:00:29.920 coup,
01:00:30.860 and it's
01:00:31.180 now obvious
01:00:31.820 that all
01:00:32.320 the Republican
01:00:32.920 leaders are
01:00:33.560 involved in
01:00:34.040 a coup,
01:00:35.300 so it's
01:00:35.780 the president's
01:00:36.620 job to
01:00:38.240 enforce the
01:00:38.860 laws and
01:00:39.420 protect the
01:00:39.900 country,
01:00:40.960 and so,
01:00:41.320 of course,
01:00:41.680 putting all
01:00:42.020 the Republicans
01:00:42.480 in jail is
01:00:43.120 perfectly legal
01:00:43.960 within our
01:00:45.560 framework,
01:00:46.820 and even if
01:00:47.680 you thought it
01:00:48.120 was illegal
01:00:48.740 later,
01:00:50.520 it's still in
01:00:50.980 the course of
01:00:51.440 his job,
01:00:52.320 so that
01:00:52.880 should be
01:00:53.140 fine,
01:00:53.500 right?
01:00:54.760 There is a
01:00:56.320 little bit of
01:00:56.740 a risk here,
01:00:57.540 and I think
01:00:58.080 that Whoopi
01:00:58.600 is actually
01:00:59.200 correct,
01:01:00.260 that if you
01:01:01.460 can define
01:01:02.180 things within
01:01:03.300 a wide range
01:01:04.300 as we often
01:01:04.920 do,
01:01:06.680 you might
01:01:07.280 create a
01:01:08.060 loophole here
01:01:09.240 that you
01:01:09.480 didn't expect.
01:01:11.720 Now,
01:01:12.200 here's why I
01:01:12.900 think that we
01:01:13.420 currently don't
01:01:16.480 have to worry
01:01:16.980 about it.
01:01:18.180 It hasn't been
01:01:18.900 a problem in
01:01:19.400 the past,
01:01:20.540 right?
01:01:21.040 We haven't
01:01:21.580 had a big
01:01:21.920 problem with
01:01:22.520 this issue
01:01:23.300 in prior
01:01:24.260 presidency,
01:01:24.760 and I
01:01:25.560 think it's
01:01:25.840 because we
01:01:26.360 all know
01:01:26.840 what is
01:01:27.200 too far
01:01:27.740 and if
01:01:29.360 the Democrats
01:01:30.420 tried to
01:01:30.860 round up
01:01:31.260 the Republicans
01:01:31.840 under the
01:01:32.620 story that
01:01:33.160 they're doing
01:01:33.520 the right
01:01:33.800 thing,
01:01:34.940 I think
01:01:35.480 the citizens
01:01:36.580 would just
01:01:37.020 know it
01:01:37.320 was too
01:01:37.580 far and
01:01:38.620 they just
01:01:38.860 wouldn't get
01:01:39.200 away with
01:01:39.540 it.
01:01:40.820 January 6th
01:01:41.480 is too
01:01:41.840 far but
01:01:42.260 also will
01:01:42.860 be corrected
01:01:43.660 by history.
01:01:45.360 It will be
01:01:45.880 corrected.
01:01:47.120 The correcting
01:01:47.800 forces are
01:01:48.500 coming,
01:01:48.980 I think,
01:01:49.800 meaning that
01:01:50.400 they will be
01:01:50.980 pardoned and
01:01:52.000 the history
01:01:52.500 will report
01:01:53.200 it was
01:01:53.520 one of
01:01:53.780 the worst
01:01:54.240 abuses of
01:01:55.720 citizens by
01:01:56.420 its government.
01:01:57.560 I think in
01:01:58.060 the long run
01:01:58.800 it will look
01:01:59.280 better than
01:01:59.700 it looks
01:02:00.020 now but
01:02:00.560 it's pretty
01:02:01.100 terrible now.
01:02:05.300 So what
01:02:06.280 I'm wondering
01:02:06.620 is Joe
01:02:07.820 Biden going
01:02:08.220 to pack the
01:02:08.740 Supreme Court
01:02:09.320 with the
01:02:09.620 cast of the
01:02:10.220 view because
01:02:11.880 it wouldn't
01:02:14.020 be any
01:02:14.360 dumber than
01:02:14.760 anything else
01:02:15.240 that's happening.
01:02:15.720 but I
01:02:17.660 don't believe
01:02:18.180 that the
01:02:18.700 cast of the
01:02:19.660 view are
01:02:20.380 where you
01:02:21.140 should get
01:02:21.540 your legal
01:02:22.180 advice or
01:02:24.900 for me
01:02:25.560 that's for
01:02:26.020 sure but
01:02:27.820 I'll be
01:02:28.100 real interested
01:02:28.740 to see how
01:02:29.340 this goes.
01:02:30.680 In my
01:02:31.000 opinion Trump
01:02:31.900 easily could
01:02:32.800 say that the
01:02:33.340 things he was
01:02:33.920 doing were
01:02:34.940 within his
01:02:35.640 official duties
01:02:36.520 on the
01:02:37.680 box gate
01:02:39.000 stuff even
01:02:40.100 though he
01:02:40.700 kept the
01:02:41.360 documents after
01:02:42.360 he was in
01:02:42.740 the office so
01:02:43.520 theoretically they
01:02:44.960 could say that
01:02:45.420 parts of
01:02:45.800 crime.
01:02:47.540 I think the
01:02:48.240 fact that he
01:02:48.920 took the
01:02:50.140 stuff while he
01:02:51.700 was in
01:02:52.000 office is
01:02:53.260 close enough
01:02:54.060 to a
01:02:55.060 de facto
01:02:55.620 declassification
01:02:57.900 that I would
01:02:59.300 be satisfied
01:02:59.920 with that.
01:03:01.700 And I would
01:03:02.360 be satisfied
01:03:02.880 if the same
01:03:03.640 were true of
01:03:04.380 Biden.
01:03:06.300 If the
01:03:07.060 decision to
01:03:08.600 take it
01:03:09.140 happened while
01:03:10.380 you were
01:03:10.700 president I
01:03:12.620 called that
01:03:13.040 good.
01:03:13.940 I'd be
01:03:14.480 satisfied.
01:03:14.820 And again
01:03:15.920 if Biden
01:03:16.760 did the
01:03:17.080 same thing
01:03:17.440 I'd say
01:03:17.740 the same
01:03:18.040 thing.
01:03:18.740 If you
01:03:19.200 declassified
01:03:19.920 it even
01:03:21.180 without saying
01:03:22.980 the words
01:03:23.500 just the
01:03:24.740 fact that
01:03:25.180 you took
01:03:25.500 it home
01:03:25.920 I very
01:03:27.240 much agree
01:03:27.820 with the
01:03:28.160 fact that
01:03:29.260 if you
01:03:29.620 took it
01:03:29.980 out of the
01:03:30.240 White House
01:03:30.660 you've
01:03:30.980 declassified
01:03:31.600 it by
01:03:32.900 obvious
01:03:33.440 intention.
01:03:34.980 I'd be
01:03:35.620 good enough
01:03:36.020 on that.
01:03:37.300 And then
01:03:37.580 on the
01:03:37.960 question of
01:03:38.860 January 6th
01:03:40.200 I do
01:03:43.640 think it
01:03:44.320 was the
01:03:44.700 president's
01:03:45.360 duty to
01:03:46.700 make sure
01:03:47.180 that there
01:03:48.180 had not
01:03:48.520 been a
01:03:48.840 coup.
01:03:50.540 Because
01:03:50.880 remember
01:03:51.240 Trump
01:03:52.480 suspected
01:03:53.080 a coup.
01:03:54.460 He thought
01:03:54.980 he won.
01:03:56.180 He thought
01:03:56.520 it was
01:03:56.760 obvious.
01:03:58.040 And he
01:03:58.380 thought maybe
01:03:58.900 there's some
01:03:59.300 way to
01:03:59.540 correct it
01:04:00.020 if we
01:04:00.320 just wait
01:04:00.680 a day
01:04:01.020 to check
01:04:01.880 a little
01:04:02.140 more
01:04:02.400 carefully.
01:04:02.780 That's
01:04:03.800 about as
01:04:04.180 close as
01:04:04.720 you can
01:04:05.000 get to
01:04:05.460 exactly
01:04:06.080 his job
01:04:06.760 making
01:04:07.760 sure
01:04:08.060 an
01:04:08.220 election
01:04:08.440 didn't
01:04:08.760 get
01:04:08.940 rigged.
01:04:10.200 So I
01:04:10.780 think the
01:04:11.140 Supreme
01:04:11.380 Court has
01:04:11.760 a fairly
01:04:12.320 easy path
01:04:14.320 on this
01:04:14.680 one.
01:04:15.600 But again
01:04:16.180 let us
01:04:18.160 see if we
01:04:18.560 can predict
01:04:19.120 how this
01:04:19.560 will go.
01:04:21.080 I know
01:04:21.860 nothing about
01:04:22.480 the law.
01:04:23.720 I know
01:04:24.140 nothing about
01:04:24.780 the Supreme
01:04:25.360 Court.
01:04:26.260 I don't
01:04:26.740 know enough
01:04:27.200 about these
01:04:27.700 individual
01:04:28.260 cases.
01:04:29.520 But I
01:04:30.640 know Trump
01:04:31.200 is a
01:04:31.520 Republican.
01:04:31.960 I know
01:04:32.920 the majority
01:04:33.500 of the
01:04:33.820 Supreme
01:04:34.120 Court
01:04:34.480 are
01:04:35.120 conservatives.
01:04:37.760 How will
01:04:39.280 I ever
01:04:39.660 predict
01:04:40.060 which way
01:04:40.520 this could
01:04:40.980 go?
01:04:41.880 I assume
01:04:42.740 that it
01:04:43.420 will go
01:04:43.660 exactly
01:04:44.040 the way
01:04:44.360 you think.
01:04:45.980 I think.
01:04:47.200 Now if
01:04:47.560 I'm wrong
01:04:48.100 oh my
01:04:50.160 God.
01:04:52.620 If I'm
01:04:53.280 wrong
01:04:53.720 on this
01:04:54.320 one
01:04:54.560 then the
01:04:56.340 Supreme
01:04:56.660 Court
01:04:56.920 doesn't
01:04:57.340 care about
01:04:57.760 the United
01:04:58.160 States.
01:04:59.680 Because part
01:05:00.560 of what the
01:05:01.000 Supreme
01:05:01.340 Court does
01:05:01.940 I'm sure
01:05:02.500 they don't
01:05:02.920 admit it
01:05:03.420 out loud.
01:05:04.460 But I
01:05:04.660 think one
01:05:05.020 of the
01:05:05.220 things the
01:05:05.580 Supreme
01:05:05.880 Court
01:05:06.140 probably all
01:05:07.300 of the
01:05:07.580 members
01:05:07.980 really
01:05:09.160 really feel
01:05:09.840 strongly
01:05:10.340 is that
01:05:11.460 even more
01:05:12.260 important than
01:05:13.080 getting the
01:05:14.080 law exactly
01:05:14.800 right is
01:05:16.720 holding the
01:05:17.240 country together.
01:05:19.060 Now you
01:05:19.340 could say
01:05:19.700 but Scott
01:05:20.220 that's not
01:05:20.720 their job.
01:05:21.980 Their job
01:05:22.380 is just to
01:05:23.100 get the law
01:05:23.580 right.
01:05:24.500 Very specific.
01:05:26.460 And you're
01:05:27.000 right.
01:05:27.740 Technically that
01:05:28.400 is all they
01:05:28.940 should do.
01:05:30.260 But in
01:05:30.540 my opinion
01:05:31.180 great
01:05:32.540 response
01:05:32.920 sort of
01:05:33.300 the
01:05:33.420 Spider-Man
01:05:33.880 problem.
01:05:34.780 Great
01:05:35.020 responsibility
01:05:35.820 great power
01:05:37.520 they have to
01:05:38.340 come together.
01:05:39.440 So with the
01:05:39.840 great power
01:05:40.300 of the
01:05:40.540 Supreme
01:05:40.800 Court I
01:05:41.320 do think
01:05:41.700 they have
01:05:42.020 a responsibility
01:05:43.020 that is
01:05:44.640 larger than
01:05:45.400 their job
01:05:45.860 description.
01:05:47.520 And while I
01:05:48.760 would respect
01:05:49.460 an argument
01:05:50.000 that says
01:05:50.480 no no you
01:05:51.200 should never
01:05:51.560 act that way
01:05:52.160 I get it.
01:05:53.440 I respect
01:05:53.840 the argument.
01:05:55.160 But I'm
01:05:55.820 quite okay
01:05:56.500 with people
01:05:57.020 seeing their
01:05:57.600 responsibility
01:05:58.200 as bigger
01:05:58.880 than their
01:05:59.340 job description
01:06:00.060 if they have
01:06:01.400 good intentions
01:06:02.060 about it.
01:06:03.460 And I think
01:06:04.100 the Supreme
01:06:04.580 Court does.
01:06:06.620 So I think
01:06:07.360 they'll save
01:06:07.800 us.
01:06:08.100 We'll see.
01:06:10.320 We shall
01:06:11.100 see.
01:06:12.800 Apparently
01:06:13.280 Biden has
01:06:13.900 decided to
01:06:14.520 run on his
01:06:15.060 accomplishments.
01:06:18.020 Okay.
01:06:20.440 Here's a
01:06:21.060 question.
01:06:21.660 So here's
01:06:22.240 another way to
01:06:22.780 know that we
01:06:23.160 don't have
01:06:23.560 like a real
01:06:24.340 press in
01:06:25.580 this country.
01:06:27.120 There's some
01:06:27.840 questions that
01:06:28.480 you say to
01:06:28.860 yourself well I
01:06:29.640 understand why
01:06:30.280 the Democrat
01:06:30.780 press doesn't
01:06:32.340 ask those
01:06:33.120 questions.
01:06:34.600 But why
01:06:35.020 doesn't the
01:06:36.440 conservative
01:06:37.100 press ask
01:06:37.760 the question?
01:06:39.900 Here's the
01:06:40.540 question.
01:06:41.840 Biden's going
01:06:42.480 to say the
01:06:42.900 economy is
01:06:43.460 great.
01:06:44.960 Therefore
01:06:45.400 we care about
01:06:46.560 the economy
01:06:47.000 therefore re-elect
01:06:47.940 them.
01:06:48.980 Here's a
01:06:49.440 question I've
01:06:49.940 never seen
01:06:50.400 asked.
01:06:52.220 What are
01:06:52.920 the things
01:06:53.320 you did
01:06:53.900 that made
01:06:55.200 the economy
01:06:55.780 improve?
01:06:57.320 Because if
01:06:57.740 you just
01:06:58.080 did nothing
01:06:58.720 economies
01:06:59.400 generally
01:07:00.460 improve in
01:07:01.440 our country
01:07:01.900 you can
01:07:02.560 almost do
01:07:02.960 nothing.
01:07:03.920 Just stay
01:07:04.500 away from
01:07:04.940 them and
01:07:05.520 they kind
01:07:05.920 of recover
01:07:06.380 free market.
01:07:08.000 So could
01:07:08.420 you please
01:07:08.920 tell us
01:07:09.360 what you
01:07:09.700 did that
01:07:11.360 caused the
01:07:12.000 outcomes?
01:07:13.420 Because one
01:07:13.880 of the things
01:07:14.180 we know you
01:07:14.600 did is run
01:07:15.120 up the debt.
01:07:17.160 How did
01:07:17.760 that help
01:07:19.380 us?
01:07:20.240 Well maybe
01:07:20.720 it juiced
01:07:21.300 the markets
01:07:23.040 but doesn't
01:07:24.940 it come
01:07:25.200 back to
01:07:25.580 kill us
01:07:25.920 later?
01:07:26.620 Can you
01:07:26.940 explain how
01:07:27.540 that works?
01:07:30.300 Can you
01:07:30.940 explain how
01:07:31.540 your increased
01:07:32.280 fuel costs
01:07:33.200 helped the
01:07:34.240 economy?
01:07:35.300 Can you
01:07:35.860 explain how
01:07:37.460 destroying
01:07:38.540 the culture
01:07:40.220 of the United
01:07:41.000 States and
01:07:41.720 all companies
01:07:42.440 with DEI
01:07:43.540 how did
01:07:44.680 that help
01:07:45.580 the profits?
01:07:47.320 Can you
01:07:47.740 tell us how
01:07:48.620 the inflation
01:07:49.480 helped the
01:07:50.580 stock market?
01:07:52.420 I can.
01:07:54.220 Everybody
01:07:54.860 raised their
01:07:55.480 prices and
01:07:56.780 that made
01:07:57.120 the price of
01:07:57.700 stocks go
01:07:58.280 up.
01:07:59.600 It's just
01:08:00.020 inflation.
01:08:02.920 Explain what
01:08:03.920 you did that
01:08:05.440 wasn't just
01:08:06.020 inflation.
01:08:08.420 How about
01:08:09.340 all the
01:08:11.720 abusive
01:08:12.580 regulations that
01:08:14.100 you got rid
01:08:14.620 of?
01:08:15.580 Did he get
01:08:16.260 rid of any
01:08:16.680 regulations?
01:08:18.820 Or did he
01:08:19.520 add them?
01:08:21.520 How about
01:08:22.160 that infrastructure
01:08:24.780 bill?
01:08:26.560 Can we
01:08:27.020 trace the
01:08:27.680 benefits of
01:08:28.260 the infrastructure
01:08:28.960 bill and
01:08:30.200 what percentage
01:08:30.920 has been
01:08:31.380 spent?
01:08:32.480 Is that why
01:08:33.200 the economy
01:08:33.640 is good?
01:08:35.380 Did they
01:08:36.220 kind of stop
01:08:36.780 saying infrastructure
01:08:37.500 bill there for
01:08:38.280 a while?
01:08:38.980 For a while
01:08:39.740 they were saying
01:08:40.200 oh a big
01:08:40.700 accomplishment.
01:08:41.960 But I think
01:08:42.440 everybody stopped
01:08:43.060 saying it.
01:08:44.520 Why did they
01:08:44.940 do that?
01:08:46.000 Is it because
01:08:46.700 it didn't
01:08:47.260 translate into
01:08:47.960 anything important?
01:08:49.800 Or it takes
01:08:50.440 too long?
01:08:51.600 I don't know.
01:08:53.160 How about
01:08:53.580 the war in
01:08:54.080 Ukraine?
01:08:54.560 Was that so
01:08:55.020 good for our
01:08:55.520 economy?
01:08:58.000 Was that good?
01:08:59.480 Well, maybe.
01:09:01.020 Because some of
01:09:01.800 the money is
01:09:02.180 coming back to
01:09:02.820 our own
01:09:04.180 industry.
01:09:04.500 So I'd
01:09:06.720 like to see
01:09:07.160 somebody just
01:09:07.620 ask the
01:09:08.160 question,
01:09:09.000 you've made
01:09:09.460 a claim that
01:09:10.180 the economy
01:09:10.700 is good and
01:09:11.320 you should
01:09:11.600 get some
01:09:11.960 credit for
01:09:12.460 it.
01:09:13.180 Please tell
01:09:13.860 us what
01:09:14.220 you did
01:09:14.800 that made
01:09:15.940 a difference.
01:09:18.120 Now, if
01:09:18.660 this were
01:09:19.000 Trump,
01:09:19.800 here's what
01:09:21.600 the story
01:09:22.020 would be.
01:09:23.000 I reduced
01:09:24.320 regulations.
01:09:25.660 Oh, okay.
01:09:26.720 I can
01:09:27.000 understand how
01:09:27.680 that would be
01:09:28.100 good for
01:09:28.480 things.
01:09:28.760 I increased
01:09:34.340 the pumping
01:09:35.040 of oil
01:09:36.840 and other
01:09:38.480 energy things,
01:09:39.360 so I
01:09:39.660 decreased the
01:09:41.080 cost of
01:09:41.480 fuel, which
01:09:42.900 helps every
01:09:43.420 industry.
01:09:44.600 Oh, I get
01:09:45.040 that.
01:09:46.020 Okay, I
01:09:46.560 understand that.
01:09:48.340 How about
01:09:49.000 I kept
01:09:52.320 our military
01:09:53.020 strong, but
01:09:54.420 I kept us
01:09:55.000 out of wars
01:09:55.900 because war
01:09:56.980 is really bad
01:09:57.620 for economies.
01:09:58.300 Even if it
01:09:59.280 gooses it in
01:09:59.920 the short
01:10:00.160 run, they're
01:10:00.600 bad for
01:10:00.940 economies.
01:10:02.260 That would
01:10:02.780 be a good
01:10:03.100 argument.
01:10:04.380 That'd be a
01:10:04.720 good argument.
01:10:06.820 So I think
01:10:07.280 that, and
01:10:08.040 then Trump
01:10:08.440 could say,
01:10:08.860 I cut taxes,
01:10:09.900 et cetera.
01:10:10.280 He'd still
01:10:10.700 have problems
01:10:11.320 explaining the
01:10:12.060 debt, but
01:10:12.980 he would have
01:10:13.400 a story where
01:10:14.940 the thing he
01:10:15.600 did seemed
01:10:16.920 to be quite
01:10:17.500 directly connected
01:10:18.480 to some
01:10:20.180 economic
01:10:21.120 advantage,
01:10:21.820 tariffs, maybe.
01:10:23.420 You know,
01:10:23.620 tariffs are,
01:10:24.900 nobody really
01:10:25.520 understands them.
01:10:27.580 All right.
01:10:28.300 So Mark
01:10:29.920 Elias, a
01:10:31.820 Democrat
01:10:32.140 lawyer, as
01:10:33.220 Molly Hemingway
01:10:33.880 is reporting,
01:10:35.300 she says he
01:10:36.540 ran the
01:10:36.960 Russia collusion
01:10:37.680 hoax in
01:10:38.120 2016, and
01:10:40.300 he was
01:10:40.800 ahead of the
01:10:41.160 efforts to
01:10:41.620 change just
01:10:42.500 hundreds of
01:10:43.000 election laws
01:10:43.840 in 2020,
01:10:44.780 which allowed
01:10:46.160 the election
01:10:46.800 to be
01:10:47.280 rigged.
01:10:48.340 what's the
01:10:53.340 comment of
01:10:53.860 the, he
01:10:54.760 raised dementia
01:10:55.520 awareness.
01:10:57.600 Yeah, I
01:10:58.240 guess he did
01:10:58.660 that.
01:11:00.560 Anyway, so
01:11:01.360 Mark
01:11:01.640 Elias, you
01:11:03.500 could say he
01:11:04.140 rigged the
01:11:04.600 election, but
01:11:05.680 legally.
01:11:07.060 Nobody
01:11:07.620 suggests he
01:11:08.940 broke any
01:11:09.360 laws, but
01:11:10.360 by legally
01:11:11.700 changing the
01:11:12.560 laws so
01:11:13.080 there's more
01:11:13.580 mail-in ballots,
01:11:14.600 it guaranteed
01:11:15.000 the Democrats
01:11:16.140 would win.
01:11:18.480 And now, as
01:11:19.640 Molly Hemingway
01:11:20.500 says, he's
01:11:21.300 bragging about
01:11:22.000 his efforts to
01:11:23.460 get non-citizens
01:11:24.500 registered to
01:11:25.320 vote.
01:11:27.420 Yeah, it's
01:11:28.460 exactly what it
01:11:30.480 looks like.
01:11:31.300 I do caution
01:11:32.180 you again that
01:11:34.240 if you think
01:11:34.840 the only reason
01:11:35.740 the border is
01:11:36.320 open is
01:11:36.920 Democrats are
01:11:37.920 trying to get
01:11:38.640 more voters,
01:11:39.280 voters, I
01:11:40.580 don't think
01:11:41.040 so.
01:11:42.180 I definitely
01:11:42.940 think there's
01:11:43.380 something else
01:11:43.920 going on, but
01:11:45.880 that they're also
01:11:46.660 taking advantage of
01:11:47.720 trying to register
01:11:48.460 them to vote.
01:11:49.860 So I think the
01:11:50.480 extra voters is
01:11:51.420 more like the
01:11:52.080 side benefit of
01:11:54.420 something else, but
01:11:55.940 I don't know what
01:11:56.420 it is.
01:12:00.120 MSNBC had some
01:12:01.320 authors on,
01:12:02.300 they've got a
01:12:02.680 book that says
01:12:03.860 that rural white
01:12:05.300 voters are the
01:12:05.940 most dangerous
01:12:06.540 threat to
01:12:07.040 America.
01:12:07.440 and that it
01:12:10.020 talks about all
01:12:10.580 their dangerous
01:12:11.320 beliefs and
01:12:12.160 they're super
01:12:13.120 racist and
01:12:13.880 they're all
01:12:14.180 brainwashed and
01:12:14.940 they believe
01:12:15.340 wrong things and
01:12:17.260 all that.
01:12:19.820 Yeah, oh my
01:12:21.220 God.
01:12:22.000 It was written by
01:12:22.680 two white guys.
01:12:24.400 Two white guys
01:12:25.280 wrote that their
01:12:26.140 own people,
01:12:27.320 except the rural
01:12:28.120 ones, are the
01:12:29.240 most dangerous
01:12:29.840 threat to the
01:12:30.460 country.
01:12:32.740 Well, here's how
01:12:34.140 I see it.
01:12:35.840 Rural white
01:12:36.740 voters,
01:12:37.440 are the single
01:12:38.860 group that you
01:12:40.780 could describe
01:12:41.940 totally with the
01:12:43.620 following three
01:12:45.760 words.
01:12:47.240 I'm going to give
01:12:48.020 you three words to
01:12:49.060 tell you everything
01:12:49.880 you need to know
01:12:50.720 about rural white
01:12:52.700 voters.
01:12:54.580 Leave me alone.
01:12:57.900 How did you do
01:12:58.880 that?
01:13:00.660 Somebody wrote
01:13:01.520 exactly what I said
01:13:02.560 as it was coming
01:13:03.340 out of my mouth.
01:13:04.560 That was good.
01:13:05.380 Nicely done.
01:13:07.300 You know me too
01:13:08.000 well.
01:13:08.760 Yeah, leave me
01:13:09.300 alone.
01:13:10.480 Is the biggest
01:13:11.560 threat to America
01:13:12.680 that people want to
01:13:14.320 be left alone?
01:13:16.640 In what world is
01:13:17.920 that true?
01:13:21.460 Do you remember
01:13:22.300 all of those
01:13:23.100 KKK murders?
01:13:24.880 I don't.
01:13:27.420 I don't.
01:13:28.800 Haven't they
01:13:29.420 stopped recently?
01:13:31.420 Have you seen a lot
01:13:32.360 of racist murders?
01:13:35.840 I mean, not by
01:13:37.120 white people against
01:13:38.040 anybody else.
01:13:38.640 I mean, they're all
01:13:39.540 in the news if they
01:13:40.400 ever happen.
01:13:40.940 I haven't even seen
01:13:41.580 one in the news.
01:13:43.140 I think this group
01:13:44.340 of people have been
01:13:45.120 so marginalized,
01:13:47.300 and there's no
01:13:49.220 group that has less
01:13:49.940 power.
01:13:50.320 Literally, the least
01:13:52.380 powerful group in
01:13:53.380 America would be
01:13:54.620 rural white voters.
01:13:56.800 Except if there's a
01:13:57.880 lot of them, they'll
01:13:58.460 vote for somebody
01:13:59.120 they don't want, you
01:14:00.060 know, want to be
01:14:00.740 president.
01:14:02.740 Somebody the
01:14:03.400 Democrats don't want.
01:14:05.920 The Amuse account
01:14:07.080 and others have
01:14:07.860 warned us that
01:14:09.900 apparently the
01:14:10.460 X platform has
01:14:11.440 reinstated a
01:14:13.600 penalty for
01:14:14.400 misgendering
01:14:15.200 people.
01:14:15.940 So on the X
01:14:17.960 platform, if you
01:14:19.160 repeatedly call
01:14:20.900 somebody the wrong
01:14:21.620 pronoun, you will
01:14:23.820 be de-boosted.
01:14:25.480 If you dead name
01:14:26.740 or use the wrong
01:14:28.740 pronoun.
01:14:29.780 So even on the X
01:14:30.720 platform, you won't
01:14:32.620 be kicked off, but
01:14:33.720 you'll be sort of
01:14:35.240 de-boosted.
01:14:36.100 People won't see
01:14:36.780 your stuff.
01:14:39.140 De-boosted means
01:14:40.460 people don't see it
01:14:42.080 as much.
01:14:42.440 So this will be
01:14:46.820 the real test.
01:14:51.720 Yeah, this is a
01:14:52.660 real test.
01:14:54.180 It's a real edge
01:14:55.220 case for Musk.
01:14:56.680 So we'll see if he
01:14:58.000 keeps it there.
01:14:59.100 My guess is that he
01:15:00.080 wasn't directly
01:15:00.880 involved with that
01:15:02.300 decision.
01:15:03.980 So, you know, the
01:15:04.900 staff probably has
01:15:06.760 some, you know,
01:15:07.640 holdovers.
01:15:11.140 Anyway.
01:15:12.440 I don't know.
01:15:13.860 I could see how
01:15:14.800 that could be hate
01:15:15.420 speech.
01:15:17.500 But it's, but
01:15:19.360 that's one that
01:15:20.020 society is going to
01:15:20.820 have to work out.
01:15:21.920 Right?
01:15:22.580 I think we're going
01:15:23.140 to need to decide if
01:15:24.000 that's hate speech.
01:15:26.160 You know, if it
01:15:26.620 were racial, it
01:15:27.280 would be.
01:15:28.320 If you said, you
01:15:29.740 know, some racial
01:15:30.660 insult to somebody
01:15:31.780 and X de-boosted
01:15:33.200 you, we wouldn't
01:15:35.240 complain too much,
01:15:36.060 would we?
01:15:36.380 So if somebody is
01:15:38.200 giving the same
01:15:39.600 kind of treatment
01:15:40.280 to an adult
01:15:42.100 who chose
01:15:43.400 to transition,
01:15:45.840 I don't know.
01:15:48.180 I think it's,
01:15:49.220 I think we're in
01:15:50.100 an area where
01:15:52.200 we need to
01:15:53.100 maybe get
01:15:54.540 together a little
01:15:55.600 bit better as a
01:15:56.340 country.
01:15:57.620 Yeah.
01:15:58.260 It's a dangerous
01:15:58.820 one.
01:15:59.120 Um, Megan
01:16:01.320 Kelly's having a
01:16:02.940 good laugh over
01:16:03.720 this funny Willis
01:16:04.800 and Nathan
01:16:05.260 Wade stuff, and
01:16:06.720 apparently the
01:16:07.940 evidence from the
01:16:08.840 friends of them is
01:16:09.980 pretty clear that
01:16:10.980 they were in a
01:16:11.560 long-term
01:16:11.920 relationship long
01:16:13.000 before, which I
01:16:15.640 assumed from the
01:16:16.440 beginning, actually.
01:16:19.640 And I'm not going
01:16:20.520 to tell you why I
01:16:21.440 knew that they were
01:16:22.080 in a long-term
01:16:22.760 relationship, except
01:16:24.500 maybe I will tell
01:16:25.480 you in the man
01:16:26.560 cave.
01:16:27.800 I don't want to
01:16:28.580 tell you in the
01:16:29.100 open format, but
01:16:30.840 there, there is a
01:16:31.960 clue that they
01:16:33.820 had been in a
01:16:34.360 relationship for a
01:16:35.220 long time, and it
01:16:36.960 was never in the
01:16:37.600 news.
01:16:40.880 Yeah, it's
01:16:41.680 speculation, but it
01:16:43.680 has to do with how
01:16:44.820 men and women
01:16:45.540 operate, and, and
01:16:47.640 us being shallow.
01:16:49.800 Okay, you just want
01:16:50.720 to hear it, don't
01:16:51.220 you?
01:16:52.140 You're terrible.
01:16:53.700 You're going to
01:16:54.220 make me say this, and
01:16:55.160 I know I'm going to
01:16:55.680 get in trouble for
01:16:56.380 it.
01:16:56.580 I see, I saw
01:16:59.940 photos of Fannie
01:17:02.320 that were a few
01:17:04.100 years old, and I've
01:17:05.880 seen photos of her
01:17:07.000 currently.
01:17:08.320 She doesn't look the
01:17:09.540 same.
01:17:11.320 Are you with me so
01:17:12.260 far?
01:17:14.140 She doesn't look
01:17:15.200 today the way she
01:17:17.160 looked allegedly when
01:17:19.060 the affair began.
01:17:20.940 Allegedly.
01:17:21.360 Have you seen a
01:17:23.940 picture of Wade's
01:17:26.080 ex-wife?
01:17:31.220 Look at his
01:17:32.040 ex-wife.
01:17:33.660 She's not just
01:17:35.700 pretty.
01:17:37.160 She's really
01:17:37.940 pretty.
01:17:39.300 Like, she's really,
01:17:40.500 really pretty.
01:17:43.060 Now look at
01:17:44.180 Fannie from the
01:17:46.320 photo from about
01:17:47.300 the same time
01:17:48.000 period.
01:17:48.340 She looks pretty
01:17:50.280 good.
01:17:51.680 She looks pretty
01:17:52.320 good.
01:17:53.960 How does she
01:17:54.580 look now?
01:17:59.260 In my opinion,
01:18:00.760 he does not
01:18:01.500 leave that wife
01:18:02.500 and cheat on
01:18:03.080 her for what
01:18:04.540 Fannie looks like
01:18:05.420 lately.
01:18:07.540 I'm positive
01:18:08.560 this affair
01:18:09.740 started when she
01:18:10.860 looked different.
01:18:12.300 I hate to say
01:18:12.980 it because it's
01:18:13.520 so, I mean,
01:18:15.460 it's so icky.
01:18:15.900 But as soon
01:18:18.420 as I saw
01:18:18.860 the pictures
01:18:19.320 of how she
01:18:19.840 used to look
01:18:20.520 compared to
01:18:21.640 how she looks
01:18:22.140 now, and
01:18:23.180 then I saw
01:18:23.700 what the
01:18:24.580 guy's wife
01:18:25.140 looked like,
01:18:26.260 I said,
01:18:26.760 all right,
01:18:27.020 human nature,
01:18:28.280 you don't
01:18:28.900 leave that
01:18:29.380 for that.
01:18:30.660 I'm sorry.
01:18:32.180 I'm sorry.
01:18:34.360 You know,
01:18:35.100 I'm not happy
01:18:36.040 that I'm saying
01:18:36.680 it.
01:18:37.960 I'm sorry.
01:18:39.280 You just
01:18:39.940 don't.
01:18:41.160 It would be a
01:18:41.740 very rare thing
01:18:42.560 to see that
01:18:43.060 happen.
01:18:43.380 Anyway,
01:18:46.600 next story.
01:18:48.140 Elon Musk
01:18:48.760 was suing
01:18:49.340 OpenAI
01:18:49.880 and Sam
01:18:50.920 Altman
01:18:51.240 and the
01:18:52.260 other founders,
01:18:53.120 I guess Greg
01:18:53.640 Brockman and
01:18:54.280 some other
01:18:54.580 folks.
01:18:55.660 And the
01:18:56.920 lawsuit is
01:18:57.600 because,
01:18:58.720 quote,
01:18:59.540 OpenAI
01:19:00.120 has been
01:19:00.820 transformed
01:19:01.400 into a
01:19:02.000 closed-source
01:19:02.940 de facto
01:19:04.000 subsidiary,
01:19:05.640 and, you
01:19:05.920 know,
01:19:06.040 Elon Musk
01:19:06.720 wanted it.
01:19:07.760 He invested
01:19:09.500 under the
01:19:11.400 clear understanding
01:19:12.280 that it would
01:19:12.740 be an open
01:19:13.320 source.
01:19:14.220 It became a
01:19:15.000 for-profit
01:19:15.960 Microsoft-owned
01:19:17.080 thing,
01:19:17.860 and he's
01:19:18.660 suing over it.
01:19:20.200 You know,
01:19:20.500 I'm a little
01:19:20.780 surprised,
01:19:21.900 because the
01:19:23.440 way he talked
01:19:24.000 about it,
01:19:25.320 he gave us
01:19:26.220 sort of an
01:19:26.640 oh well.
01:19:27.940 You know,
01:19:28.140 oh well,
01:19:28.940 they took a
01:19:29.760 zillion of my
01:19:30.420 dollars and
01:19:31.100 lied to me,
01:19:32.500 but he's
01:19:34.060 going after
01:19:34.540 them.
01:19:35.300 Now,
01:19:35.560 of course,
01:19:35.900 he also
01:19:36.220 competes
01:19:36.940 with Grok,
01:19:38.000 so it's
01:19:39.540 got to make
01:19:39.920 sense from a
01:19:40.520 competitive
01:19:40.860 standpoint.
01:19:41.280 All right.
01:19:45.420 Zion
01:19:45.820 Lights,
01:19:46.860 which is the
01:19:47.520 name of a
01:19:48.220 living human
01:19:49.300 woman,
01:19:50.960 talks a lot
01:19:53.300 about nuclear
01:19:55.380 industry.
01:19:56.160 It's a good
01:19:56.460 follow.
01:19:57.000 If you want
01:19:57.320 to follow
01:19:57.580 somebody who's
01:19:59.200 always on top
01:20:00.060 of what's
01:20:00.480 happening with
01:20:00.960 nuclear,
01:20:01.560 especially,
01:20:02.860 and green
01:20:03.460 stuff in
01:20:03.860 general,
01:20:04.180 but nuclear
01:20:04.660 in particular,
01:20:05.220 Zion Lights,
01:20:08.300 who goes
01:20:08.880 by the
01:20:09.520 name on
01:20:11.100 the X
01:20:11.400 platform as
01:20:13.060 Zion Tree,
01:20:14.340 all one word,
01:20:15.280 Zion Tree.
01:20:17.400 Anyway,
01:20:17.820 she's saying
01:20:18.180 today on
01:20:18.620 the post that
01:20:19.440 Germany,
01:20:20.200 once known
01:20:20.600 for its
01:20:21.000 engineering
01:20:21.400 prowess,
01:20:22.680 tried to
01:20:23.120 replace all
01:20:23.720 base load
01:20:24.320 power generation
01:20:25.160 with wind
01:20:25.760 and solar,
01:20:27.100 and now
01:20:27.760 has some
01:20:28.200 of the
01:20:28.380 highest prices
01:20:29.000 for electricity,
01:20:31.080 which,
01:20:31.480 of course,
01:20:32.580 is reflected
01:20:33.280 in all the
01:20:33.980 product costs,
01:20:35.680 and so
01:20:36.040 the entire
01:20:36.680 German economy
01:20:37.400 is in the
01:20:37.880 doldrums,
01:20:38.640 according to
01:20:39.220 some.
01:20:42.120 So,
01:20:43.060 what do you
01:20:43.600 think of
01:20:43.820 that?
01:20:45.260 Is that
01:20:45.900 accurate?
01:20:47.680 Do you
01:20:48.140 think that
01:20:48.680 they became
01:20:50.940 too woke,
01:20:53.180 still feeling
01:20:53.980 guilty about
01:20:55.260 the Holocaust,
01:20:56.080 of course,
01:20:56.900 and so
01:20:57.440 feeling that
01:20:58.140 they have to
01:20:58.600 be sort
01:20:59.160 of extra,
01:21:00.060 extra liberal
01:21:02.280 and nice,
01:21:02.780 I guess?
01:21:03.980 And that
01:21:05.360 as soon
01:21:05.780 as somebody
01:21:06.160 said,
01:21:06.540 oh,
01:21:06.820 this climate
01:21:08.200 affects minorities
01:21:09.340 worse than
01:21:09.960 other people,
01:21:11.380 then Germany
01:21:12.200 had to go,
01:21:12.800 all right,
01:21:13.960 I guess we're
01:21:15.360 all in,
01:21:16.500 because they
01:21:17.180 can't say
01:21:17.660 no to
01:21:18.520 anything that
01:21:19.020 would even
01:21:19.820 be a whisper
01:21:21.240 reminder of
01:21:22.120 the Holocaust.
01:21:23.520 So,
01:21:24.020 certainly you
01:21:24.440 can understand
01:21:24.980 why they
01:21:25.480 are the
01:21:26.100 way they
01:21:26.400 are,
01:21:27.520 but it
01:21:28.760 does look
01:21:29.220 like they
01:21:29.580 sabotaged
01:21:30.180 their own
01:21:30.560 economy.
01:21:31.480 I do
01:21:31.860 expect they'll
01:21:32.580 figure a way
01:21:33.080 out eventually.
01:21:39.220 So,
01:21:40.140 watching the
01:21:42.080 Democrat
01:21:43.720 pundits flip
01:21:44.660 out and
01:21:45.580 really look
01:21:46.120 like they
01:21:46.420 have mental
01:21:46.920 illness,
01:21:47.420 especially on
01:21:48.040 MSNBC,
01:21:49.140 because there's
01:21:50.140 a possibility
01:21:50.840 that the
01:21:51.620 Supreme Court
01:21:52.280 will make it
01:21:53.800 possible for
01:21:55.040 Trump to
01:21:56.620 become president
01:21:57.620 and not put
01:21:58.460 him in jail.
01:21:59.340 I mean,
01:22:01.560 the effect
01:22:02.160 of it might
01:22:02.600 be that he
01:22:03.060 goes to jail
01:22:03.640 if they
01:22:03.980 don't rule
01:22:04.540 he had
01:22:04.920 immunity.
01:22:06.560 And watching
01:22:07.520 the level
01:22:08.360 at which
01:22:08.780 they're flipping
01:22:09.320 out would
01:22:09.740 suggest that
01:22:11.140 they know
01:22:11.580 it's their
01:22:11.940 only play.
01:22:14.060 Now,
01:22:14.580 that's scary,
01:22:15.260 isn't it?
01:22:16.100 The people
01:22:16.860 who we
01:22:17.840 believe are
01:22:18.620 the legacy,
01:22:20.020 you know,
01:22:20.160 sort of the
01:22:20.660 natural evolution
01:22:22.700 of the
01:22:23.100 people who
01:22:23.640 murdered JFK,
01:22:25.940 allegedly,
01:22:27.480 are the
01:22:27.840 same people
01:22:28.360 who are
01:22:28.820 looking at
01:22:29.320 Trump and
01:22:29.900 saying,
01:22:30.300 ah,
01:22:31.640 under no
01:22:32.240 circumstances
01:22:32.880 can he
01:22:33.320 become
01:22:33.620 president.
01:22:36.520 So,
01:22:37.140 they think
01:22:37.540 that putting
01:22:37.960 him in
01:22:38.240 jail
01:22:38.480 will work
01:22:39.920 because even
01:22:41.380 if he's
01:22:41.680 not in
01:22:42.180 jail,
01:22:43.480 you know,
01:22:43.720 like physically,
01:22:45.040 the Democrats
01:22:45.840 are all saying
01:22:46.540 that they've
01:22:47.100 polled and
01:22:48.180 people are
01:22:48.660 far less
01:22:49.260 likely to
01:22:49.900 vote for
01:22:50.260 him if
01:22:50.580 he's a
01:22:50.920 felon.
01:22:52.700 I'm
01:22:58.240 trying to
01:22:58.520 give my
01:22:58.900 dastardly
01:23:00.320 conspiratorial
01:23:02.160 laugh.
01:23:02.940 I have to
01:23:03.440 do that
01:23:03.760 better.
01:23:07.400 Let me
01:23:08.120 explain
01:23:08.860 human beings
01:23:10.780 to apparently
01:23:12.240 a large group
01:23:13.020 of people
01:23:13.380 who have
01:23:13.560 never met
01:23:14.020 one.
01:23:14.900 It goes
01:23:15.400 like this.
01:23:16.280 If he
01:23:16.940 murdered
01:23:17.340 somebody
01:23:17.880 and you
01:23:18.880 put him
01:23:19.200 in jail,
01:23:20.360 less likely
01:23:21.360 he would
01:23:21.980 get elected.
01:23:22.700 Are you
01:23:23.680 following me
01:23:24.360 so far?
01:23:25.480 If he
01:23:26.160 robbed a
01:23:26.720 Target store,
01:23:28.600 got caught,
01:23:30.280 got convicted,
01:23:32.080 well,
01:23:32.640 that wouldn't
01:23:32.860 be a felony.
01:23:33.660 But let's
01:23:33.960 say he
01:23:34.180 sold over
01:23:34.780 $950.
01:23:36.280 That's a
01:23:36.860 felony.
01:23:37.800 He gets
01:23:38.180 convicted.
01:23:39.500 Probably
01:23:39.940 fewer people
01:23:40.620 would vote
01:23:40.960 for him.
01:23:41.300 if he
01:23:44.040 gets convicted
01:23:46.040 of anything
01:23:47.180 that's like
01:23:48.560 a real
01:23:48.920 crime,
01:23:50.320 probably,
01:23:51.120 I think
01:23:51.460 people are
01:23:51.920 less likely
01:23:52.900 to vote
01:23:53.240 for him.
01:23:54.640 But suppose
01:23:55.780 it was
01:23:57.620 obviously
01:23:58.360 lawfare
01:23:59.040 and obviously
01:24:00.540 bullshit
01:24:01.120 and obviously
01:24:02.800 a political
01:24:03.440 prosecution
01:24:04.180 and he
01:24:06.540 gets a
01:24:06.840 felony.
01:24:08.840 What
01:24:09.100 happens
01:24:09.420 then?
01:24:14.340 They
01:24:15.020 think
01:24:15.460 he'll
01:24:15.900 give
01:24:16.160 fewer
01:24:16.560 votes.
01:24:17.040 I
01:24:19.860 think
01:24:20.360 Republicans
01:24:22.100 will walk
01:24:23.620 through glass
01:24:24.620 to vote
01:24:26.140 for him
01:24:26.620 if he
01:24:27.700 gets law
01:24:28.320 fared
01:24:28.600 into a
01:24:29.200 felony.
01:24:30.760 Walk
01:24:31.300 through
01:24:31.780 glass.
01:24:33.060 People
01:24:33.300 who have
01:24:33.580 never
01:24:33.960 voted
01:24:34.420 will
01:24:35.300 register.
01:24:37.240 People
01:24:37.880 will take
01:24:38.480 grandma
01:24:39.020 in her
01:24:39.600 fucking
01:24:40.000 wheelchair
01:24:40.480 and they'll
01:24:41.540 drag her
01:24:42.100 through the
01:24:42.520 whatever
01:24:42.920 snow.
01:24:44.900 I will
01:24:45.780 vote.
01:24:47.040 If he
01:24:47.980 gets a
01:24:48.340 felony.
01:24:49.420 I haven't
01:24:50.080 voted in
01:24:50.520 years.
01:24:51.580 Because I
01:24:52.120 don't like
01:24:52.460 to vote
01:24:52.840 because it
01:24:53.680 makes me a
01:24:54.140 team player.
01:24:55.680 It makes
01:24:56.240 me more
01:24:56.680 biased than
01:24:57.220 I already
01:24:57.520 am.
01:24:58.720 But if
01:24:59.420 you put
01:24:59.740 him in
01:24:59.980 jail for
01:25:00.340 lawfare
01:25:00.820 or even
01:25:02.380 just put
01:25:02.840 the felony
01:25:03.220 on him
01:25:03.560 whether he
01:25:03.860 spends the
01:25:04.220 day in
01:25:04.420 jail,
01:25:04.700 I'll vote.
01:25:05.820 I'll vote.
01:25:06.660 There's
01:25:06.860 nothing.
01:25:07.160 You
01:25:07.260 couldn't
01:25:07.460 stop me.
01:25:08.880 You
01:25:09.040 couldn't
01:25:10.000 tie me up
01:25:10.760 to a
01:25:11.000 chair.
01:25:12.400 I'll
01:25:12.840 be
01:25:13.240 voting.
01:25:14.320 Yep.
01:25:14.980 That's
01:25:15.420 all it
01:25:15.660 takes.
01:25:15.960 So I
01:25:17.280 love the
01:25:17.720 fact that
01:25:18.540 Democrats
01:25:18.960 are so
01:25:20.080 not
01:25:20.640 understanding.
01:25:22.240 Let's
01:25:22.400 see, what
01:25:22.660 were they
01:25:22.900 called?
01:25:23.860 Let me
01:25:24.260 look it
01:25:24.540 up.
01:25:25.160 The
01:25:25.600 dangerous
01:25:26.640 white
01:25:27.180 rural
01:25:27.700 voters.
01:25:28.960 Have you
01:25:29.560 ever heard
01:25:29.860 of them?
01:25:30.980 Because those
01:25:31.660 dangerous
01:25:32.780 white rural
01:25:33.480 voters are
01:25:35.060 going to
01:25:35.380 come from
01:25:35.940 everywhere.
01:25:38.560 They're
01:25:39.120 going to
01:25:39.360 materialize
01:25:40.480 like you
01:25:41.340 didn't even
01:25:41.760 know there
01:25:42.080 were that
01:25:42.380 many of
01:25:42.820 them.
01:25:43.020 If you
01:25:45.360 want
01:25:45.620 Trump to
01:25:46.040 win for
01:25:46.480 sure,
01:25:47.920 lawfare,
01:25:49.500 I dare
01:25:50.520 you.
01:25:51.800 I dare
01:25:52.240 you.
01:25:53.640 Because
01:25:54.160 we'll
01:25:55.080 stop at
01:25:55.640 nothing at
01:25:56.860 that point.
01:25:58.400 All the
01:25:58.800 controls are
01:25:59.340 off.
01:25:59.840 Now I've
01:26:00.120 said if he
01:26:01.100 spends one
01:26:01.640 day in
01:26:02.060 jail, and
01:26:02.920 I don't
01:26:03.160 mean to
01:26:03.560 sound this
01:26:04.060 as like a
01:26:04.560 threat, and
01:26:05.520 I definitely
01:26:05.920 don't want
01:26:06.340 any violence.
01:26:07.440 No
01:26:07.680 violence.
01:26:08.060 But if
01:26:10.520 he spends
01:26:10.940 one day
01:26:11.380 in jail, all
01:26:12.140 the rules
01:26:12.640 are suspended.
01:26:15.180 All the
01:26:15.860 rules of
01:26:16.320 civilization are
01:26:17.240 suspended at
01:26:17.960 that point.
01:26:19.020 Now I'm
01:26:19.960 not saying
01:26:20.360 they should
01:26:20.780 be.
01:26:22.000 I'm not
01:26:22.640 saying do
01:26:23.040 anything
01:26:23.300 violent.
01:26:24.440 I don't
01:26:24.780 recommend it.
01:26:26.200 Don't do
01:26:26.620 that.
01:26:27.500 I'm just
01:26:28.160 telling you
01:26:28.580 what's going
01:26:28.880 to happen.
01:26:29.800 It's just
01:26:30.200 cause and
01:26:30.600 effect.
01:26:31.360 If you
01:26:31.980 take that
01:26:32.560 control off
01:26:34.680 of the
01:26:34.900 country,
01:26:35.940 that we
01:26:36.280 just don't
01:26:36.760 do that,
01:26:37.240 we just
01:26:37.780 don't
01:26:38.000 lawfare
01:26:38.420 the other
01:26:38.760 side.
01:26:40.000 If you're
01:26:40.600 going to
01:26:40.680 break that
01:26:41.100 rule, all
01:26:43.040 the other
01:26:43.360 rules go
01:26:43.800 away at
01:26:44.000 the same
01:26:44.280 time.
01:26:45.260 There's no
01:26:45.660 rules.
01:26:47.040 We'll just
01:26:47.600 do what we
01:26:47.980 have to do.
01:26:49.380 And I
01:26:50.440 don't know
01:26:50.680 what that
01:26:50.920 looks like.
01:26:52.340 Honestly, I
01:26:52.960 don't know
01:26:53.200 what that
01:26:53.460 looks like.
01:26:55.340 But it's
01:26:55.940 dangerous.
01:26:57.820 All right,
01:26:58.420 let's talk
01:26:58.980 about other
01:26:59.360 dangerous
01:26:59.720 things.
01:27:02.740 This is
01:27:03.340 Glenn Greenwald
01:27:04.000 again.
01:27:06.360 Gaza,
01:27:07.240 there's a
01:27:07.760 risk of
01:27:08.400 it's just
01:27:09.840 horrible.
01:27:11.040 One quarter
01:27:11.640 of Gaza's
01:27:12.400 population
01:27:12.920 might be
01:27:14.300 at risk
01:27:15.140 of famine,
01:27:16.160 which sounds
01:27:17.500 perfectly in
01:27:19.840 keeping with
01:27:20.420 what we're
01:27:20.780 observing.
01:27:24.580 And, you
01:27:25.300 know, it's
01:27:25.600 tons of
01:27:26.120 children.
01:27:26.880 And even
01:27:27.420 the malnutrition
01:27:28.700 that they're
01:27:29.060 having now
01:27:29.560 will be a
01:27:30.360 lifetime of
01:27:31.180 problems.
01:27:33.000 You know,
01:27:33.200 even if they
01:27:33.740 survive, it's
01:27:34.380 going to be a
01:27:34.700 lifetime of
01:27:35.180 problems from
01:27:35.720 the malnutrition.
01:27:37.840 And more
01:27:38.760 and more
01:27:38.980 people will
01:27:39.500 call it a
01:27:40.100 genocide.
01:27:41.080 That will be
01:27:42.260 up to you to
01:27:42.800 decide.
01:27:44.680 I'm still
01:27:45.380 firmly on the
01:27:46.440 position that
01:27:47.620 if you
01:27:48.000 weaponize your
01:27:48.720 own children,
01:27:50.300 don't complain
01:27:51.980 to me.
01:27:54.060 So that's
01:27:56.260 sort of my
01:27:56.640 whole argument.
01:27:58.880 Don't
01:27:59.100 weaponize your
01:27:59.760 children.
01:28:00.000 And there's
01:28:04.340 no right
01:28:04.840 side on
01:28:05.340 this anymore.
01:28:06.960 There's just
01:28:07.560 what Israel
01:28:08.140 is going to
01:28:08.520 do.
01:28:09.960 Like, it's
01:28:10.780 hard to be in
01:28:11.300 favor of what
01:28:12.220 you're seeing,
01:28:14.280 you know,
01:28:14.580 children starving.
01:28:15.760 How do you be
01:28:16.200 in favor of
01:28:16.740 that?
01:28:17.360 At the same
01:28:17.860 time, at
01:28:21.660 least Hamas,
01:28:22.780 not the
01:28:23.180 starving
01:28:23.500 children, but
01:28:24.380 Hamas created
01:28:25.080 a situation
01:28:25.700 where it was
01:28:26.180 almost guaranteed.
01:28:26.920 So if you
01:28:28.740 create a
01:28:29.160 situation that's
01:28:29.820 almost guaranteed
01:28:30.520 to kill your
01:28:31.400 own children,
01:28:33.200 I don't know.
01:28:34.860 It's hard for
01:28:35.600 me to know
01:28:37.040 what to do
01:28:37.460 with that.
01:28:39.280 But I think
01:28:39.920 Israel has to
01:28:40.560 do what Israel
01:28:41.060 is going to
01:28:41.380 do, and the
01:28:42.580 faster it gets
01:28:43.260 done, the
01:28:43.640 better off they
01:28:44.180 will be, I
01:28:44.600 think.
01:28:46.120 Meanwhile,
01:28:46.860 California
01:28:47.340 reparations are
01:28:48.180 still alive.
01:28:49.580 That's the
01:28:49.960 dumbest thing.
01:28:51.080 I'd like to
01:28:51.720 help calculate
01:28:52.360 the reparations.
01:28:53.180 I've told
01:28:53.440 this before, but
01:28:54.320 among the
01:28:55.440 things you
01:28:55.800 need to do
01:28:56.240 to do it
01:28:56.620 right,
01:28:56.920 right, if
01:28:58.680 they want
01:28:58.980 to do it
01:28:59.260 right, and
01:29:00.260 of course
01:29:00.560 they do, of
01:29:01.720 course you
01:29:01.960 want to get
01:29:02.240 right, is
01:29:03.960 you'd have to
01:29:04.680 include, of
01:29:05.360 course, some
01:29:06.320 calculation of
01:29:07.200 what the
01:29:09.160 descendants of
01:29:11.060 slaves should
01:29:11.540 be owed, but
01:29:12.860 you'd want to
01:29:13.540 make sure that
01:29:14.000 calculation
01:29:14.560 included the
01:29:15.780 30 years of
01:29:16.680 direct employment
01:29:17.440 discrimination
01:29:18.000 against white
01:29:18.780 men in every
01:29:20.160 major corporation
01:29:21.000 in America.
01:29:23.100 If there's
01:29:23.800 anybody here
01:29:24.420 who's a
01:29:24.800 Democrat, this
01:29:26.220 would be the
01:29:26.740 part where
01:29:27.120 you say,
01:29:27.740 that never
01:29:28.760 happened, and
01:29:30.840 then we laugh
01:29:31.340 at you.
01:29:33.000 Does anybody
01:29:33.660 want to say
01:29:34.020 that never
01:29:34.440 happened, that
01:29:35.320 there wasn't
01:29:35.740 30 years of
01:29:36.600 direct employment
01:29:37.300 discrimination
01:29:37.920 against white
01:29:38.640 men?
01:29:40.760 Anybody want to
01:29:41.520 give me a laugh
01:29:42.040 and say, I don't
01:29:42.920 think that ever
01:29:43.460 happened?
01:29:47.200 How about this?
01:29:48.060 So you'd have to
01:29:48.520 include that and
01:29:49.660 just subtract it
01:29:50.540 from the reparations.
01:29:51.780 What do you
01:29:53.780 think would be
01:29:54.240 more?
01:29:56.600 I don't know.
01:29:57.900 I'm not even
01:29:58.400 sure which number
01:29:58.980 is bigger.
01:30:00.900 I know it
01:30:01.580 costs me
01:30:02.000 millions, but
01:30:03.360 I'm a special
01:30:04.620 case.
01:30:06.660 You'd have to
01:30:07.340 factor in crime
01:30:08.300 if there's any
01:30:09.240 differential by
01:30:10.420 race, because
01:30:12.720 crime is an
01:30:13.720 expense, and
01:30:15.240 in a way it's
01:30:16.040 a privilege to
01:30:18.060 the criminal,
01:30:18.520 because the
01:30:19.400 criminal often
01:30:20.660 gets away with
01:30:21.360 it and gets
01:30:21.920 to keep free
01:30:22.400 stuff, and
01:30:23.560 then there's
01:30:24.700 some money to
01:30:25.880 keep them alive
01:30:26.500 in prison,
01:30:27.100 et cetera.
01:30:28.240 Somehow you'd
01:30:29.040 have to factor
01:30:29.560 in differential
01:30:30.520 crime levels.
01:30:33.180 You'd want to
01:30:34.020 include any
01:30:34.780 excess social
01:30:35.720 programs if
01:30:36.540 there's a racial
01:30:37.180 difference in
01:30:37.780 who gets
01:30:38.140 them.
01:30:39.640 So if there
01:30:40.420 are more of
01:30:40.860 one group that
01:30:42.040 was getting
01:30:42.500 social programs,
01:30:44.160 you'd want to
01:30:44.960 include that in
01:30:45.920 your calculations.
01:30:47.340 You'd want to
01:30:48.040 control, you
01:30:48.960 want to have a
01:30:49.460 comparison group,
01:30:50.280 a baseline, so
01:30:51.300 you know what
01:30:51.660 you're comparing
01:30:52.140 to, and the
01:30:53.140 baseline would
01:30:53.700 be a control
01:30:54.320 group of people
01:30:55.900 who stayed in
01:30:56.760 Africa, their
01:30:57.680 descendants, you
01:30:58.980 know, or their
01:30:59.700 descendants grew up
01:31:00.800 in Africa and
01:31:01.440 were never put on
01:31:02.860 slave ships in the
01:31:03.660 first place, so
01:31:04.520 you'd want to see
01:31:05.040 how Americans are
01:31:07.360 doing versus
01:31:07.840 that.
01:31:09.760 You'd also want
01:31:10.800 to compare how
01:31:12.960 black people are
01:31:13.680 doing at the
01:31:14.160 moment to white
01:31:16.020 people with
01:31:16.700 similar educational
01:31:17.900 options, not
01:31:20.640 similar educational
01:31:21.980 outcomes, but
01:31:24.360 similar options.
01:31:25.920 In other words,
01:31:26.600 there are poor
01:31:27.500 white people who
01:31:28.400 go to terrible
01:31:29.200 schools, and
01:31:31.000 there are poor
01:31:31.480 black people who
01:31:32.260 go to terrible
01:31:32.960 schools.
01:31:33.940 If you had any
01:31:35.020 way of ranking
01:31:35.600 them, you could
01:31:36.340 say, okay, let's
01:31:37.720 see how they both
01:31:38.340 did.
01:31:39.480 If it turns out
01:31:40.380 that the white
01:31:40.980 people who went
01:31:41.660 to bad schools
01:31:42.540 that are just as
01:31:43.200 bad as the black
01:31:43.900 dominant schools,
01:31:45.160 and they
01:31:46.800 excelled, that's
01:31:48.500 a good argument
01:31:49.020 for reparations.
01:31:50.620 There might be
01:31:51.600 something to that,
01:31:52.760 like, oh, maybe
01:31:54.180 that's where the
01:31:54.960 systemic racism is
01:31:56.500 coming in.
01:31:58.180 If you found out
01:31:59.280 that the black
01:32:00.720 people with
01:32:01.840 similar education
01:32:02.900 were actually
01:32:04.100 doing better,
01:32:05.680 let's say, because
01:32:06.600 everybody who had a
01:32:07.540 college education,
01:32:09.160 the black
01:32:10.200 candidate is more
01:32:10.960 likely to get hired
01:32:11.860 in America at the
01:32:12.820 moment, and for the
01:32:13.580 last 30 years,
01:32:14.360 that's been true.
01:32:15.760 So you'd say, oh,
01:32:17.160 more likely one
01:32:19.260 group than the
01:32:19.800 other.
01:32:20.100 So you'd have to
01:32:20.640 calculate that in.
01:32:21.760 I wouldn't be
01:32:22.440 surprised if at the
01:32:24.580 lower education
01:32:25.960 levels, there's far
01:32:27.720 more discrimination
01:32:28.600 against black
01:32:29.840 applicants.
01:32:31.480 You know, just
01:32:31.840 trying to get a
01:32:32.520 small company job,
01:32:34.460 and maybe it's a
01:32:35.280 white employer,
01:32:36.600 Korean American,
01:32:38.100 and they're looking
01:32:38.620 at the white guy or
01:32:40.200 the Korean applicant
01:32:41.260 versus the black
01:32:42.540 guy, and they
01:32:43.560 both have a bad
01:32:44.500 high school
01:32:45.440 education.
01:32:46.580 Probably there's
01:32:47.220 more discrimination
01:32:47.900 against the black
01:32:48.740 applicant.
01:32:49.660 Probably.
01:32:50.500 I don't know for
01:32:51.100 sure.
01:32:52.060 I'm guessing.
01:32:53.180 But in corporate
01:32:53.900 America, it's
01:32:57.100 the opposite.
01:32:58.720 So you'd have to,
01:32:59.680 you know, do some
01:33:00.300 kind of net of that
01:33:01.140 if you could figure
01:33:01.800 it out.
01:33:03.900 But here's the
01:33:04.680 shorter version of
01:33:05.380 that.
01:33:06.680 All our data is
01:33:07.640 fake because the
01:33:09.040 only thing that
01:33:09.580 drives the outcome
01:33:10.240 is the assumptions.
01:33:11.100 Now, I did data
01:33:13.300 analysis for a living.
01:33:14.460 I mention it all
01:33:15.000 the time in my
01:33:16.060 corporate life, and
01:33:17.220 I knew I could make
01:33:18.020 any outcome I wanted
01:33:19.000 by changing the
01:33:20.200 assumptions.
01:33:21.260 The data is the
01:33:22.120 same.
01:33:23.040 I just changed my
01:33:24.180 assumption of what
01:33:24.840 matters.
01:33:26.000 So reparations is like
01:33:27.200 that.
01:33:27.520 There's no such
01:33:28.120 thing as a number
01:33:29.280 that is the right
01:33:30.600 number.
01:33:31.820 There can't be
01:33:32.440 because it's all
01:33:33.580 narrative and
01:33:34.240 assumption.
01:33:34.600 and should they
01:33:37.220 come up with some
01:33:38.140 dollar amount that
01:33:39.120 just robs me and
01:33:40.180 gives it to other
01:33:40.820 people, I'm going to
01:33:41.980 have to deal with
01:33:42.600 that, and that would
01:33:44.400 be a pretty strong
01:33:45.120 argument to leave the
01:33:45.980 state.
01:33:46.920 I'd hate to do it
01:33:47.780 because I like a lot
01:33:49.760 of things about the
01:33:50.540 state, but I don't
01:33:51.660 think I could stay
01:33:52.380 here if they just
01:33:53.160 decided to take my
01:33:54.120 money away and give
01:33:55.460 it to other people.
01:33:56.840 You know, taxes are
01:33:57.700 bad enough.
01:33:58.960 But at least I
01:33:59.480 understand taxes.
01:34:01.000 Taxes at least have
01:34:01.920 a, you know, taxes
01:34:03.980 make sense to me,
01:34:05.360 even progressive
01:34:06.520 taxes, because I
01:34:08.420 think it is literally
01:34:09.280 true that I pay the
01:34:11.380 highest tax rate, and
01:34:15.960 I have more to
01:34:17.500 protect.
01:34:19.740 Isn't that fair?
01:34:21.380 I have more to
01:34:22.340 lose because I, you
01:34:24.280 know, acquired more.
01:34:27.120 So therefore, the
01:34:29.340 infrastructure of the
01:34:30.440 country and the
01:34:32.180 military that
01:34:33.860 protects me is doing
01:34:35.900 more work for me than
01:34:38.500 for somebody who
01:34:39.100 doesn't own anything.
01:34:41.100 Right?
01:34:43.440 I think that's
01:34:44.340 actually fair, that
01:34:46.360 I'm getting more out
01:34:48.320 of it because rich
01:34:49.060 people simply get more
01:34:50.160 services.
01:34:51.740 Now, if you're, oh,
01:34:53.740 hold on, hold on.
01:34:54.960 We'll get to that
01:34:55.700 point because this is a
01:34:56.420 good one.
01:34:57.240 So people are pointing
01:34:58.040 out in the comments,
01:34:58.820 but wait, wait, the
01:34:59.720 people on welfare are
01:35:01.600 just basically getting
01:35:02.980 money.
01:35:04.040 If you were to look at
01:35:05.340 a welfare, let's take
01:35:06.620 one person to one
01:35:07.620 person.
01:35:08.840 All right?
01:35:09.080 So that's the right
01:35:09.680 comparison, just one
01:35:10.780 person to one person.
01:35:11.980 If you took one person
01:35:13.360 on welfare, how much
01:35:16.140 public services would
01:35:17.520 they get, let's say,
01:35:18.520 their whole life?
01:35:21.060 Well, I don't know.
01:35:21.920 Well, what would you
01:35:23.520 think?
01:35:26.800 $300,000?
01:35:29.000 What's your guess?
01:35:31.200 $300,000?
01:35:32.980 Like a person who's just
01:35:34.140 on public service all
01:35:35.560 the time.
01:35:37.280 You're saying a million,
01:35:39.200 a hundred thousand?
01:35:40.360 Some say well over a
01:35:41.660 million.
01:35:42.720 Let's take a million,
01:35:44.880 you know, just to work
01:35:45.640 through it mentally.
01:35:46.400 Let's say it's a million
01:35:47.200 dollars.
01:35:47.600 So let's compare me
01:35:50.800 and what I pay in taxes
01:35:52.060 to the person who
01:35:54.040 contributed nothing to
01:35:55.580 the country and cost
01:35:58.740 a million dollars.
01:36:01.160 Do you think I didn't
01:36:02.220 cost the country a
01:36:03.080 million dollars over my
01:36:05.620 whole life?
01:36:08.180 I don't know.
01:36:09.960 I use a lot of
01:36:10.920 resources.
01:36:12.580 If I have two cars
01:36:14.040 instead of one, I
01:36:14.960 don't.
01:36:15.400 I have one car.
01:36:15.920 But, you know,
01:36:17.480 a normal person with
01:36:19.680 wealth.
01:36:22.260 Let's say I need
01:36:24.300 police to protect
01:36:25.600 my home, but the
01:36:27.900 poor person doesn't
01:36:28.640 have a home and they
01:36:30.680 live in an apartment
01:36:31.260 building, so it's
01:36:32.480 like cheaper to
01:36:33.500 police it.
01:36:35.660 What if I owned a
01:36:36.580 private jet?
01:36:37.540 I don't.
01:36:39.360 But that would
01:36:40.480 require some
01:36:41.160 protection, some
01:36:42.220 government services,
01:36:43.060 some airport fees.
01:36:45.320 I don't know.
01:36:45.920 I think if you
01:36:47.020 really dug down and
01:36:48.860 found out what the
01:36:49.720 government is doing
01:36:50.540 for me and
01:36:52.220 compared to what the
01:36:53.340 government is doing to
01:36:54.220 a person who doesn't
01:36:55.040 have money, you
01:36:56.920 might find that I'm
01:36:57.760 getting a lot of
01:36:58.340 services.
01:37:00.260 But I don't know if
01:37:01.540 it would net down
01:37:02.100 exactly.
01:37:03.600 But you see what I'm
01:37:04.260 saying, right?
01:37:05.360 I am getting more
01:37:06.580 services from the
01:37:07.500 government than a
01:37:08.240 poor person because
01:37:09.500 the government takes
01:37:10.400 care of people's
01:37:11.160 assets, not just
01:37:13.000 their physical body.
01:37:14.140 So the government
01:37:15.620 is protecting me,
01:37:17.580 my stock market
01:37:18.440 investments, you
01:37:19.720 know, their
01:37:19.920 government regulations.
01:37:21.320 That doesn't apply to
01:37:22.320 a poor person.
01:37:23.560 So all the government
01:37:24.700 expense to make sure
01:37:26.060 that my stock
01:37:27.000 portfolio is safe,
01:37:29.080 that's because I have
01:37:31.220 money.
01:37:32.500 So don't I cost the
01:37:33.720 government more?
01:37:34.380 Now you could also
01:37:37.040 argue that I pay
01:37:38.740 more, right?
01:37:41.400 But that's why I pay
01:37:42.200 more.
01:37:43.500 I pay more because I'm
01:37:45.020 getting more services.
01:37:48.800 How often do you need,
01:37:50.520 do I do insider trading?
01:37:53.660 Not often.
01:37:56.140 Do I pay for it?
01:37:58.660 See, I don't know.
01:38:00.200 So if you think it's
01:38:02.520 obvious, I would
01:38:05.740 argue at that point
01:38:06.620 the hardest.
01:38:07.640 I don't think it's
01:38:08.200 obvious.
01:38:09.120 You could certainly be
01:38:10.040 right.
01:38:10.820 You could certainly be
01:38:11.860 right that I'm adding
01:38:13.400 more to the system
01:38:14.280 that I'm taking and the
01:38:15.400 poor person is taking
01:38:16.280 more than they're
01:38:17.080 adding.
01:38:17.500 That could be true.
01:38:19.440 But I don't think it's
01:38:21.120 obvious.
01:38:22.320 It's definitely not
01:38:23.060 obvious.
01:38:24.100 I'd love to see a
01:38:25.020 calculation on that.
01:38:26.600 All right.
01:38:32.280 That's all I got for
01:38:33.160 now.
01:38:34.720 And I'd like to
01:38:35.840 thank the people on
01:38:37.560 Rumble and the X
01:38:38.460 platform and the
01:38:39.520 highly racist Google
01:38:40.780 product called
01:38:41.680 YouTube.
01:38:42.500 Thanks for joining.
01:38:44.020 And I hope you all
01:38:44.920 find a way to Rumble
01:38:45.760 because way less
01:38:48.280 racist.
01:38:49.380 Thanks for now.
01:38:50.340 See you tomorrow.
01:38:51.160 Same time.
01:38:51.800 Same place.
