Scott Adams is back with another episode of Coffee with Scott Adams. This week, he talks about a bunch of weird science, including a link between proximity to green space and your baby's health, and why you should plant a tree near you. Plus, a story about public masturbation in a nudist park, and a proposal for a public masturbation deterrent infrastructure.
00:19:51.700Well, the Agricultural Secretary, Brooke Rollins, says that they're no longer going to be given billions of dollars to illegal aliens for food.
00:20:05.180And from now on, they're going to have to show their ID and prove their citizens to get their, what is it?
00:20:15.440Some kind of food product they can get if they're poor.
00:20:19.360And they'll have to be checked against the Social Security numbers of the death master file.
00:21:29.080Did you hear the fake news about the so-called makeup room in the Pentagon?
00:21:34.380Now, I guess because P. Hegseth was a TV guy, and he's a good-looking TV guy, CBS News came up with a story that's been debunked that the Hegseth had ordered a makeup room to be built in the Pentagon, a makeup room.
00:21:55.480Now, I have two things to say about this.
00:22:35.760If it's true that they do a lot of their work on camera, you know, not just for the news hits, of which there are a lot of them, but maybe even talking to other countries.
00:22:45.780The makeup is just part of the process.
00:22:51.080If you tell me that there are high-level, you know, military or government people who are going to be talking to anybody, you know, somebody in another country, foreign leader, the public, I don't care who they're talking to.
00:23:05.780A makeup room is exactly what you need.
00:24:26.220That's the Democrat organization that collects, allegedly, very small donations from lots of different people and then donates it to various Democrat campaigns.
00:24:39.600But the accusations are that they're not doing that so much.
00:24:48.320But that a lot of their donations are fake, meaning it's not really small donations from individuals, but they simply pretend they're getting small donations from individuals.
00:25:01.120But maybe they're getting big donations from we don't know who could be foreign, could be some big donors.
00:25:10.000And then they just pretend that they came from individuals.
00:25:16.200Matt Van Swal, he found out that at least on paper, he's made many donations in Kansas to Act Blue.
00:25:26.160However, he's never been to Kansas and he's never made a donation to Act Blue.
00:25:32.440So unless there's somebody with the same name, which is a bit unusual, they're pretending that he's made a lot of donations.
00:25:43.140Now, you've probably seen some news stories where people will go to the house of somebody who allegedly made thousands of dollars of donations
00:25:50.580and some retired person who's never made any donations to anybody and you say to yourself, oh, well, I think we were on to your game.
00:26:01.820Well, so in related news, Trump has requested the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to investigate Act Blue
00:26:11.400and find out if they're doing illegal straw donors, which is what I just described.
00:26:17.440And are they foreign contributions, which would make it even worse?
00:26:23.300It would be illegal, whether it's foreign or not, to pretend that they're getting small donations
00:26:29.900when it's really big donations they're pretending are small donations.
00:26:34.100But according to Elon Musk, he said on a post, Act Blue is guilty of widespread criminal identity theft.
00:26:42.400So that would be when they pretend the donations are coming from citizens and those citizens have no idea that their names have been used.
00:26:51.900Let me tell you what I expect from that investigation.
00:28:57.460And it was the most common thing in real estate.
00:29:00.640Somebody exaggerated the value of their property, but it didn't make any difference because the lenders know everybody does that.
00:29:08.020So it turns out, as Bill Pulte discovered, that Letitia James had done some sketchy things with some of her own real estate, including saying that she was a resident of another state because she had property in another state outside of New York.
00:29:27.380And also saying that one of her properties had four units instead of five because that gave her some kind of advantage as well.
00:29:36.020And then there's some kind of insurance-related thing that I don't understand.
00:29:40.600So she's being accused somewhat credibly because this is based on just documents.
00:29:47.220And, you know, the documents are pretty clear.
00:29:51.520So, you know, there's not much doubt about what happened.
00:29:57.660And there's not much doubt that it would be illegal.
00:30:03.300And one of the things about lawfare, or in this case, revenge for lawfare, is that even if you don't go to jail, it's going to cost you a lot of money to defend yourself.
00:30:14.520Now, that's what she was trying to do to Trump.
00:30:17.640She was trying to either, you know, use up his money on legal cases or use up all his time or put him in jail, whatever she could get.
00:30:29.880Apparently, the state of New York is going to pay for her legal defense.
00:30:36.240So this is something these real estate transactions she's accused of had nothing to do with her professional job.
00:30:44.520So why would the state of New York pay for her attorney, who, by the way, was Hunter Biden's lawyer, too, and a guy named Abby Lowell?
00:30:59.720So he's a well-known, high-powered lawyer.
00:31:01.900Why would the state of New York pay for her legal defense?
00:31:06.420Well, their argument is that she would not be accused of these crimes had she not accused Trump of crimes.
00:31:17.800And therefore, it's all part of her professional work as a person who accuses people of crimes.
00:31:24.920Because, you know, she's attorney general.
00:31:28.120So apparently that thin connection was enough for her to get her legal costs paid for by the state.
00:31:40.580Wouldn't you love to be a taxpayer in your state and know that you're paying for Hunter Biden's old lawyer to defend your attorney general,
00:31:53.060who had tried to lawfare a president and, you know, change the government of the United States and was guilty of the same crimes?
00:32:03.980And you're paying for it because you're a taxpayer.
00:33:54.560So here we are with the Democrats tearing each other apart after losing the last election.
00:34:03.000So we've already seen prominent Democrats like Bill Maher or Stephen A.
00:34:08.340Smith, James Carville, who are attacking the progressive, crazy part of their party.
00:34:15.420But now we're seeing that Michelle Obama is going on a podcast.
00:34:21.260And apparently she was just revealing, as Jesse Waters was telling us, that Michelle and Barack Obama were at one point in couples counseling.
00:34:31.940Like, why would you say that on your podcast?
00:34:40.800Now, if she were just an ordinary citizen, I'd say, well, you know, it's up to her.
00:34:45.300But given that they're a political family, you know, prominent Democrats, just feels like a little bit of an attack on, you know, a family member.
00:34:57.660And then we see the head of the DNC, DNC chairman, Ken Martin.
00:35:04.200He went on Fox News to complain about his co-whatever he is.
00:35:13.660So now the head of the DNC is complaining about his co-chairman who wants to primary a bunch of ineffective Democrats, which is not really the job of the people who are in charge of the DNC.
00:35:28.640It's their job to get as many Democrats elected as possible.
00:35:37.480It seems like everywhere you see Democrats now, it's pretty much they're having a battle internally.
00:35:45.020So that whole philosophy of we're all different and, you know, we can think differently and act differently, I think it's just tearing them apart.
00:35:55.880And the Republicans have always been good at let's find out what we have in common and let's work on that.
00:36:03.920And that works really well and has for years.
00:36:10.840The gold standard of online casinos has arrived.

00:36:50.160Why settle for less when you can go for the gold at Golden Nugget Online Casino?
00:37:08.080According to Paul Sperry, I think he's got some inside sources, they say that Adam Goldman of the New York Times, who at one point won a Pulitzer for his covering of the Russia collusion hoax, which he did not cover as a hoax, rather he covered it as though it were real.
00:37:31.560He says that Adam Goldman is working with Comey's old Crossfire crew to sabotage Kash Patel and Dan Bongino at the FBI headquarters.
00:37:47.660And that's to, you know, allegedly guard his Russia gay Pulitzer.
00:37:51.200I don't know that we can read his mind.
00:37:55.080And then just as background, Adam Goldman's wife is an ex-top CNN producer named Allison Hoffman.
00:40:58.620So Jeffrey Goldberg is famous for what Trump calls pushing some hoaxes.
00:41:06.100And he is also famous for being the person who was accidentally added to the signal gate messages that Hegseth and others were on.
00:41:17.020So why in the world would Trump meet with a writer for The Atlantic when The Atlantic is probably the single most anti-Trump hoax bringing entity that you've ever seen in your life?
00:41:33.900I mean, I think they barely even pretend to be anything else, but just a Trump-hating vehicle.
00:41:42.760Why would he say yes and then go spend time with him and do an interview?
00:41:51.000I think he's bringing the wrecking ball to The Atlantic, and he's going to try to end them once and for all.
00:41:56.760Well, something tells me that the tenor of the conversation will not be all polite.
00:42:06.000And that Trump is just going to absolutely fucking unload on this asshole.
00:42:10.420And then it's going to put Goldberg in the weird position of not knowing how much to report, because a lot of the reporting will be Trump saying The Atlantic is a piece of shit.
00:44:33.340Trump also made some news with an executive order to rescind LBJ's executive orders on what's called disparate impact.
00:44:47.320And the idea of it is that if there were different outcomes for different groups, that would be enough to prove that discrimination was in play.
00:45:10.800Can you even believe that that was ever a thing, that if there were different outcomes, it proves discrimination?
00:45:22.980The problem is there's always the different outcomes.
00:45:30.620No sport, no intellectual endeavor, no career endeavor.
00:45:37.140However, there's almost nothing that every demographic group performs the same.
00:45:45.320Now, we don't need to get into the reasons why there's a difference, but we've never, ever had a situation where all the groups perform the same on anything.
00:45:57.200So that seemed like it was just the worst thing you could ever use as like an operating system for your country.
00:46:04.080That if people had different outcomes, there must be some discrimination and they have to go fix it or somebody could sue you for it.
00:46:12.360So looks like it was just another anti-white man law.
00:46:17.460And Trump, to his credit, rescinded it.
00:46:22.400I didn't even know it was a problem, but I'm glad he got rid of it.
00:46:26.380Well, apparently, according to the post-millennial, military recruitment is surging under P.A.G. Seth's defense secretary role.
00:46:43.140Every branch of the military has surpassed their goals for recruitment.
00:46:48.640Do you remember when that was just a giant problem?
00:46:52.120Apparently, the problems were just as obvious as you thought.
00:46:55.560But the people who wanted to be soldiers, wanted to be in the military, were not the same people who loved all the wokeness.
00:47:04.640So if he said, you can be a soldier, but, you know, you have to be super woke.
00:47:10.680And if you're a white man, you know, we're going to hold you back because we got to get some more non-white men in there.
00:47:17.080Why would you ever join the military if you were a white man?
00:47:24.060So I don't know what the mix is of who it is who's joining the military.
00:47:28.840But apparently they're going wild, and I don't know that they've done anything special except get rid of the rules that shouldn't have been there in the first place, which is it's not about DEI.
00:47:42.960It's about being lethal, and it's about winning wars.
00:47:46.520So that's sort of a small part of the world, but it certainly suggests something healthy happening because recruitment in all the – the fact that it's in all the service branches tells you that it's something they're doing right.
00:48:08.620But it's probably not just some coincidence.
00:48:27.220Well, you know the problem of the – what I'll call the constitutional crisis of all these federal district judges blocking Trump's –
00:50:09.380And then he did something that, to me, is a constitutional crisis because he seems to be violating the powers of the presidency from the wrong chair.
00:50:24.140So, according to Breitbart, in the last 24 hours, judges have ordered the Trump administration to bring back another illegal alien from El Salvador.
00:50:36.860I haven't talked about that, but that's happening.
00:50:39.660Restore funds to schools practicing DEI.
