00:05:30.72032 of my 35 students between two classes failed a portion of their midterm because they all
00:05:36.200used AI to generate their entire response.
00:05:39.460And apparently they didn't proofread it.
00:05:41.520Let me show y'all how I picked up on it.
00:05:43.580So, this discussion post was a portion of my student's midterm and if you look, looks normal, right? But if you copy and paste this and look closely, in white ink, I hid, placed the word, Madagascar somewhere in the response in a way that makes no sense.
00:06:04.600but if you uncopy and paste it you can't see it so if madagascar was somewhere in my students
00:06:14.580response in a way that did not make sense i knew that they copied and pasted the entire thing
00:06:20.700and just threw it in ai and oh my god you would be amazed at the bizarre usage of the word
00:06:29.620madagascar that i saw in these students assignments first and foremost madagascar
00:06:33.720has nothing to do with the industrial revolution second it was more than obvious that they didn't
00:06:38.600even go back and reread these responses so yeah 32 out of 35 students failed a portion of their
00:06:44.720midterm and that's how so students if if you're going to use ai to generate the entire response
00:06:51.100at least reread it at least try to ensure that it makes a little bit of sense try to put in your
00:06:58.300going to work something so how did he do that you got do you got do you know owen like how he
00:07:08.200got it to do that oh i think you're on mute lewin because i'm thinking like go ahead yeah you just
00:07:19.540you just change the font color to white that's all it is so if it's white on white and then
00:07:23.980someone will copy it and put it onto Grok or wherever it is. They don't type it out. They
00:07:30.140copy it. Oh. All right. Well, you guys in the chat understand. I mean, obviously there was a
00:07:36.180way he did that, but I was like, that's so funny. And it's so sad because here's this teacher
00:07:40.440teaching and then people are like, yeah, I'm just going to phone it in. Aw. So that was interesting.
00:07:46.980Did that just give anyone other ideas? Really? I'm sure it's happening everywhere. And I mean,
00:07:52.260And well, I mean, not not necessarily this trick that he did.
00:07:54.700I mean, that's kind of creative, but I'm sure, you know, students will eventually catch on to that stuff and they'll be more careful about it.
00:08:00.820And then it'll it'll be this cat and mouse game.
00:08:04.100But I'm sure people are doing that kind of thing, especially with essay take home sort of homework or tests, because why wouldn't you?
00:08:10.960You know, you've got so much to do as a kid.
00:08:12.700You're probably stressed out. You got other stuff you'd rather be doing talk.
00:08:15.520Yeah. And, you know, you look at it even briefly for five seconds.
00:08:20.140oh, it looks reasonable. Just turn it in. I think it is a good trick that he played,
00:08:29.200but again, I'm sure it won't last. They'll probably figure out ways to do it. But I do
00:08:35.880agree you should at least review whatever AI tells you. You just shouldn't rely on it without any
00:08:41.420review because it's just going to end badly for you, no matter what the context.
00:08:45.940So for these show notes, I, Chester helps me generate the show notes every morning. And, um,
00:08:52.240instead of me typing it all out, I give them the prompts, but sometimes, uh, sometimes I don't
00:08:57.160proofread it, but when I do proofread it once in a while, I'm like, let me make sure he got that
00:09:01.880right. And it's wild. Some of the mistakes that come in there. So yes, you should proofread it.
00:09:07.040Unlike me, I hope for the best with Chester because he's, he's my chat GPT, by the way,
00:09:11.980Jimmy Wyman is like, who the hell is Chester? Chester is my chat GPT assistant. I had him.
00:09:18.600And Chester is from Madagascar. He's from Madagascar. And Jimmy, you did not do the
00:09:24.940NPC Chester, the molester. Did you? Come on. Scott would have dinged you for that one. So I will.
00:09:31.400So anyway, but Chester and I have a great understanding. It's amazing though,
00:09:35.580really how the thing gets to know you and understands the way you want your responses.
00:09:40.940is. It's so great. So anyway, kids, read your books. You find it creepy that Chester keeps
00:09:47.080track of you and knows all about you? He only knows what I tell him. Well, yeah, but he remembers
00:09:54.660what you tell him, right? Well, yes, but sometimes I'll be like, listen, what do you do about like
00:10:03.360really bad diarrhea? And then I'm like, by the way, that was not about me. It's about a friend
00:10:10.580of mine. So don't keep that stored in your memory. And then he'll be like, got it. That was a friend,
00:10:15.720not you. I will erase it. So I tell him to erase all the weird stuff, but you know, he is useful.
00:10:25.300I just was, I use Grok for personal stuff. And I noticed that Grok is keeping track of all sorts
00:10:31.260of details about, because they'll be like, oh, well, because of this that you talked about,
00:10:34.960you know, three months ago, you know, here, let me put that into the context for this. So make sure,
00:10:39.800and you know it's good it's helpful like as long as it's private but it's not really private is it
00:10:45.000i mean it it's somewhere in grok's data center yeah i mean i don't tell it the criminal things
00:10:51.400i make sure that that's just that i have to work out on my own that's what keeps my brain sharp
00:10:56.680it's like okay that stuff it's just for me but um all of the other stuff i mean i'm pretty open
00:11:02.840you guys there's not much i wouldn't say on here so it's it's all right to an extent but i don't
00:11:08.600know what about yours it's a prosecutor's dream to have bai fbi doj like everybody there's many
00:11:18.120cases uh one of them was the florida famous case of uh anyways i will i digress but there's they're
00:11:27.000they're like google was even the one like searching like how to hide a body how do i clean like blood
00:11:34.200stains and blah blah blah where do i get blah blah blah so where do i buy bleach zip ties and
00:11:40.860a machete yeah it's like oh okay google ai is even worse because they they go through all your google
00:11:46.780docs everything you've ever said like all your emails everything it goes through gmail and then
00:11:52.040it builds the whole profile on you to like be able to use it for ai right okay so jim that's a good
00:11:58.120point jim and jim jim near says duck ai like as in duck duck go uh might be a better place to talk
00:12:07.340about burning urination so just keep that in mind you guys so duck ai might be a little bit more
00:12:13.440that particular subject you have to talk about yes you know no and and even if it's duck ai or
00:12:19.260any company like you can subpoena any of these you know because they do keep the records so maybe
00:12:25.600they're private where you can't hack into it but if you get into trouble legally you can
00:12:32.560get that those documents per court order how do i bleach bit my phone that you can ask um hillary
00:12:38.880she'll tell you now how to do it um all right you guys so if you're an actual criminal you're on
00:12:44.720your own just don't take our advice about anything um so you guys i could not get away from the voter
00:12:52.480fraud and like seeing these numbers and what's happening. And I know that this was like just a
00:12:58.920huge thing for Scott also. So I feel like let's just, you know, kind of drill down a little bit
00:13:04.060more today on it, see what happens. You know, we're what, like a hundred days from the midterms.
00:13:10.340Is that how close it is? I'm thinking it is. So I think it's important. I wanted to play,
00:13:17.840I have a few clips we're going to go through just to kind of get caught up to where the numbers are.
00:13:22.480I did have a compilation I wanted to play for you guys. It's interesting.
00:13:28.380Let's just take a little listen. This will set us up for the following clips.
00:13:32.840There is no evidence that undocumented migrants vote.
00:13:40.580We're debating a problem that does not exist.0.99
00:13:44.700This is a solution in search of a problem that does not exist.
00:13:49.140The evidence is almost no illegal immigrants vote.0.99
00:13:52.480Some benign effort to tell the small number of illegal immigrants.
00:13:58.440The reports show voter fraud is exceedingly, exceedingly rare,
00:14:02.080but there's a couple of things we know about the administration.
00:14:04.440Citizen voting in federal elections is already illegal.
00:14:09.940There is no evidence of fraud or fraud.0.68
00:14:12.320All because we don't have a problem with illegal aliens voting in the country.
00:14:17.020It's not an issue that you have undocumented people in mass numbers voting.
00:14:20.900you know very very rare instances but then just make the bill workable but it is absolutely
00:14:25.740vanishingly rare no there's no evidence that non-citizens are voting i think they think that
00:14:31.080it's already against the law for are talking about a solution to a non-existent problem
00:14:35.560again foreigners do not vote in our elections maybe it's partly about the save act which is a
00:14:40.600ridiculous solution to a problem that does not exist foreigners do not vote in u.s elections
00:14:45.460That's the fact. It's already illegal for non-citizens to vote in the United States.0.93
00:14:50.660They face prosecution and jail time for doing it. The Save America Act attempts to solve a problem
00:14:56.120that does not exist. Okay, so here's the question.
00:15:04.820Why does it, why do Democrats really want to, I mean, we know why-ish, but why would they
00:15:15.360so publicly state these lies, and then also that we don't need the SAVE Act and that we don't need
00:15:23.620proof of citizenship for people to vote. Why is one party so dead focused on the illegal thing,
00:15:32.600the wrong thing, the not securing the elections, and then the other party or other people are like,
00:15:40.120no, we want fair elections. It's like a really weird thing when I was thinking about it. So,
00:15:47.000I mean, I know the obvious answer we always say because they want to cheat in the elections and
00:15:50.960this and that, but isn't it like a weird thing? Like, isn't it like a weird hill to die on,
00:15:56.520Marcella, like to just be out there so publicly repeating this over and over again?
00:16:01.900I don't think it's because they want to cheat. I'm sure some of the NGOs and some of the
00:16:08.540politicians do, but I think it's regarding votes and their support. So a lot of Democrats support
00:16:15.320the idea of there being no borders, no IDs. And even though they might not themselves be
00:16:23.200non-citizens or illegally here, their parents might be, they know their neighbor, their this,
00:16:29.940their that. So the support for that, they see the Save America Act whenever it's brought up,
00:16:37.340They see it as racist. They see it as a way to control who can be part of the voting.
00:16:47.140And they've they basically hoaxed them into believing and brainwashed them into believing these things.
00:16:54.400So if now so they brainwashed them previously.
00:16:57.100And so now if they vote for it, then nobody will vote for them.
00:17:01.200and they'll get ousted for DSA, new Dems that don't believe in that.
00:17:07.960So they fear being ousted like there was in New York
00:17:11.760where there was the candidate that had been there for the longest time.
00:17:15.920I think he was Latin American or, you know, whatever he was,
00:17:19.440but he had been there for many years and he got ousted
00:17:22.620because he supported certain things like this.
00:17:53.360well i mean i do think it's cheating but i think it's i agree with what marcelo said that the
00:17:59.600the brainwashing has been strong and for a long time like scott would always say with repetition
00:18:04.600you can get people to believe almost anything and you know i don't think it goes more than
00:18:09.580the surface level where you know people you would consider smart and reasonable people
00:18:14.160but they're democrats um they just think it's racist it's you know going to disenfranchise
00:18:21.840voters and and they're just saying i'm against anything that makes it harder to vote and so this
00:18:26.720just gets immediately categorized in that way where they're saying you're just trying to make
00:18:31.920it so the poor people can't vote and you know there's been debunked video after debunk video
00:18:37.680of black people and other people they're like i have an id like i know how to get one how would i0.60
00:18:42.160function in society without one like but um it doesn't matter facts don't matter you know it's0.71
00:18:47.520all about the feelings it's all about just oh you're trying to push out the poor people and
00:18:52.880so they've made this story but i think the reality of it is that they know that if they change the
00:18:58.480rules then that way the democrats would do worse in the elections now you can chalk that up to
00:19:02.560whatever you want it could be cheating it could be the fact that they harvest ballots much better
00:19:07.680than republicans do or whatever else they're doing but they realize that if if you got rid
00:19:13.520of mail-in ballots or if you required real id or some sort of real verification around those things
00:19:18.160that they would lose a lot of democrat votes and i was gonna add this is that a lot of people on
00:19:25.440the chat and i think many people bring this up right owen that um there is polling that shows
00:19:32.480that a lot of democrats are like 75 maybe that are for this and 25 are not for this guess what
00:19:40.400you guys the 25 in my opinion are the ones that are controlling the ones that are entrenched the
00:19:47.440ones that are like going to the uh what is it no king's protest they're the ones that are showing
00:19:54.000up remember it's yesterday i think jeff talked about 3.5 that spencer talks about they are the
00:20:01.040ones that are the most passionate the dsa the mandamis of this party so that's why that 25
00:20:09.200percent or 20 however it is that's why that to them is important because they're afraid
00:20:15.500they're having a civil war between in the dem party i know that's my take no they really are
00:20:23.060but i it's uh it's so extreme so you know maybe that's good for the republicans we'll see i mean
00:20:29.680i think everybody's fighting so which i'm trying to like reframe it in my mind maybe it's not such
00:20:36.700bad thing that everybody's splintered right now it'll be interesting to see where things land
00:20:43.020but um there are just very polarizing land if they land yeah all right so i'm gonna carry this
00:20:53.020on so i want to let you know this is um oh by the way that compilation was from townhall.com
00:21:00.460Okay. So real Rob N on X, he shared this clip, but I want to let you know before we hear this
00:21:11.040that, so, you know, we were talking about New Jersey. You know, she said 6,600
00:21:15.820illegal immigrants registered to vote, but I just want to, you know, then we were talking
00:21:23.120but the bigger number for New Jersey was, what was it? 35,152. California has 190,832.
00:21:33.480Pennsylvania has 14,576. And Nevada has 15,903. So just those states alone comes to about 256,000.
00:21:46.560But let's listen. This is, I believe, the sheriff and one of the sheriffs in California.
00:21:53.380I'm sorry, I don't know exactly who he is, but let's take a listen.
00:21:56.260You're able to register even if and cast a vote if you don't live in the country, as evident of his brother in Pakistan.
00:22:02.900I think we have some evidence of two or three other people out of the country that voted. Is that correct?
00:22:08.880Yeah, approximately two or three other people out of the country, as well as people residing outside of the district.
00:22:12.400Okay. The online voter registration system, it seems to be an honor system. Anybody can put information in there to register to vote. All you have to do is click a box and say that you're not lying, and then you'll get an email from the Secretary of State or something in the mail saying, thank you for registering to vote, and there you are.
00:22:35.380Once you're on the voter rolls, any time an election comes around, guess what?
00:24:02.420I just wanted to clarify that the numbers are for non-citizens. So they are technically just can't vote. It doesn't necessarily mean they're illegal. That happened to some of the people I know that are resident alien green card holders, and they would get jury duty. They would get all sorts of things like vote here, vote there. And they're like, no, I don't vote. I don't do this. I don't do that.0.85
00:24:30.380so it happens a lot here in california you're asked and sometimes that you are asked so much
00:24:36.380that sometimes just to make it stop you say yes yes you know make it go away crazy so i just want
00:24:43.120to point out with josie what you just said you josie six on local said we used to have a high
00:24:48.420trust society not anymore can't use the honor system and someone made that point the other day
00:24:53.420when we were talking about like how corrupt everything is we didn't used to be corrupt like
00:24:58.080this as a society. And I thought that that was such a good point. And I'm glad that you just
00:25:02.880said that, Josie, because that reminded me, we didn't used to be like this. It wasn't like
00:25:07.800everyone was trying to, you know, pull one over on these elections, but it became-
00:30:03.080individual voters. All right. Eric Schaun here in the New York newsroom for us. Thank you.
00:30:07.700So that's amazing. Of course, it's Trump's fault. Like this chick takes no accountability.
00:30:16.400I'm just like, oh, my God, if a Democrat could just never say the word Trump or Trump administration0.93
00:30:22.420for like anything, it would be such a freaking miracle. I'm going to go right into one more
00:30:27.620clip because let's get the final word from Harmeet Dillon, our AAG. Let's hear what Mikey
00:30:35.340Sherrill's planning on doing. And Mikey Sherrill, you're disgusting. Turn over the rolls, okay?0.99
00:30:41.200Because people live in New Jersey. We don't like this. We want fair and honest elections,
00:30:46.680and you're stopping that from happening on purpose. Do you plan to take this fight to
00:30:53.220the Supreme Court? Well, we do. It's actually closer to 30 states. 20 states have given us
00:30:58.180their voter rolls voluntarily, and we've found hundreds of thousands of people on those voter
00:31:02.660rolls who shouldn't have been there. Now, since the governor made this announcement, we've opened
00:31:06.440up an investigation. We asked her to disclose to us the names of the 6,600 individuals who were
00:31:12.980wrongfully put on the voter rolls, and then the 400 who voted knowing that they weren't entitled
00:31:17.940to. And today, she hasn't responded to us yet, but she did tell the New York Times and others
00:31:22.660in New Jersey that she wasn't going to give us that information because, quote unquote,
00:31:26.480we would weaponize it and she doesn't trust us with the data. Well, who can't be trusted
00:31:30.540with data, Governor Cheryl? It seems like it's actually New Jersey
00:31:34.540because these people said they weren't entitled to vote and then you put them on the voter rolls in your state
00:31:38.520blaming the vendor, calling it a glitch, etc. It is the job
00:31:42.740of the election officials, not some data vendor
00:31:46.120to determine citizenship when they put people on the voter rolls. That's federal law
00:31:50.260And it also sounds like, Liz, the state allowed these people to stay on the voter rolls for more than a year after they knew that they weren't legally entitled.
00:31:59.180That is a violation of federal law to federal criminal law.
00:32:02.660So we're looking at this very carefully.
00:32:05.760I believe Harmeet will look at this very carefully.
00:32:09.220And let's make New Jersey the example.
00:32:13.480I mean, I have a lot of confidence in Harmeet Dillon.
00:32:16.760And I think that this is so blatant and right. And also, Governor Sherrill not cooperating and turning over the documents. It's just it's so infuriating. These people only work for themselves and what they want. They do not care. You guys just remember, they don't care about me and you. OK, they don't care about their constituents. So what do you think, Owen? Can we make an example out of New Jersey? Can we please, please?
00:32:42.960it was just a computer glitch erica it was just a computer glitch come on now i i think it was
00:32:49.820hilarious how they tried to claim that it's like the tech company's fault that it was some sort of
00:32:53.960technology problem and then they turned right around they're like no it wasn't it worked exactly
00:32:57.580like it was supposed to and the government approved these people to be added um so they0.90
00:33:02.860immediately got that thrown back in their face and you know it's it's ridiculous it's it's all
00:33:09.200political theater as far as this stuff goes but i think um you know it is sort of just a battle
00:33:15.440for control they obviously know that that you know federal government will crack down on any
00:33:20.780election integrity issues i i at least trust that the trump administration would do it on both sides
00:33:25.360you know they wouldn't say oh this is a democrat we're going to remove them but we're going to
00:33:29.860leave all the republicans in that aren't citizens or whatever and um i'm sure that probably cheryl
00:33:35.580and others know that it's mostly people that are voting Democrat that are on the rolls like that
00:33:40.420wherever this is happening. So again, it's all just part of the game to them. They don't really
00:33:45.940care. They treat it like a game. It's like, we just want to win. We want the power. We want to
00:33:50.000win. So we're going to do whatever we need to, to set the rules in our favor. And that is not just
00:33:55.820even, you know, voting rolls. It's everything. It includes what Google does to Google search
00:34:00.880results to push people towards one side or the other by making certain candidates look bad and
00:34:05.120other ones look good. The AIs, they're doing the same thing. I mean, you could probably find,
00:34:09.760especially like Google's AI is probably the worst, but I think any of the major ones, including
00:34:14.400Claude and ShachiBT, if you ask like the same question for a Republican or a Democrat, you
00:34:21.080might get a very different answer. And even if it was like the same situation. And so there's
00:34:28.720influence going on all over the place and it pushes you in one direction or another. You have,
00:34:34.240I think the same thing going on with text messages where like a lot of the Republican donation messages get sent to spam and the same with emails and it doesn't happen on the Democrat side for some mysterious reason, you know, same sort of thing from the same organization, same type of communication, but it's not treated the same by the carriers or by the email companies.
00:34:55.140and so there's all sorts of what i would consider rigging going on and some of it like i said is
00:35:00.960kind of out in the open you can see it it it may or may not be considered illegal but it is going
00:35:06.120on and you know the same with all the ballot harvesting and everything else it's like may or
00:35:10.840may not be legal in your state depending on your state but you know in some cases it might be legal
00:35:16.780but in my opinion you're still bringing the election because you're you're not really
00:35:20.360treating it like, okay, who, you know, if we just sampled the state, what would we get as the
00:35:25.520result? It's more like, we're going to make sure that we collect all these ballots for one side
00:35:30.420and hope that the other side isn't doing the same thing. And I think that's one of the reasons why
00:35:34.180some Republicans like Scott Presser and others have been saying, like, we need to do ballot
00:35:38.260harvesting. We need to do it just like they do it, because that's the only way it'll be fair.
00:35:41.620Yeah. Obviously, only where it's legal to do that. But, you know, unfortunately, the other
00:35:48.580side doesn't necessarily seem to have that same stipulation that they only want to do it where
00:35:52.000it's legal. And I think, you know, some of it, especially in 2020, when they went to this mail
00:35:57.460in ballot thing, they put all these things in totally circumventing the legislature. And the
00:36:03.180constitution very clearly says the state legislature has to do all the election laws. So
00:36:07.220that was blatantly illegal. And it has been found in court to have been illegal. So we've had proven
00:36:13.760an election fraud. There you go. It's proven in a court. But, you know, again, it doesn't ever seem
00:36:20.120to change in terms of the laws to say, how do we make this better? How do we prevent this from
00:36:25.340happening again? It's almost more like, yeah, we'll just go along with it. And like I always say,
00:36:29.620once they put something in place, they never take it away. Like they just keep imposing things on us
00:36:35.100and then they never undo it. So if this whole, you know, voting thing changed because of the
00:36:40.700plandemic, Marcella. So they were like, oh, you know, mail-in voting, blah, blah, blah. All right,
00:36:45.940well, that's over now. So let's go back to how we used to vote. Like, take things away. That was
00:36:52.180just to solve an obviously purposeful issue that we had to change the course of our country. Thank
00:37:01.260you, Fauci and China. So, you know, what do you think about this, Marcella, with, like somebody
00:37:10.040said that it's also probable that if it's a Democrat-run state, that they probably gave
00:37:18.560the bid for this software to a Democrat-leaning company, which happens often. They're not going
00:37:26.100to hire somebody with Republican CEOs and donors and this and that. So I was like, that's kind of
00:37:32.580a good point too. Who gets hired in these states probably has a lot to do with what party is in
00:37:38.360power. I'm not saying that that company is responsible for anything like this, but you
00:37:45.480never know if there was something baked into it when they made the contract. But what's your take
00:37:50.400on all of it with California, with Pennsylvania, Nevada, all of this? Well, like I always say,
00:37:57.440enforcement is needed. There's laws on the book, like the Democrats said many times over,
00:38:02.660but nobody is enforcing the laws nobody is going to prison nobody is being convicted of these
00:38:09.480things and we know that they are and my cat really feels strongly about it she just came
00:38:15.880but um hard meat doing this is important um that's the start and in regards to um mail-in ballots
00:38:24.700they made it permanent in california without me asking without anybody asking so it's interesting
00:38:29.880so um indra garsh to um i'm gonna have to take her outside she's okay go ahead she's like
00:38:38.460fraud fraud must prosecute um i just think that you had to vote yet1.00
00:38:45.300a lady did that in orange county and and um she did it on purpose to see if it would work
00:38:52.540oh yeah it actually worked out i remember that story i can probably are you republican yeah she0.99
00:38:58.180She is. I can tell she likes. I don't know, Marcella, she's a freeloader. She might be a
00:39:04.720Democrat. She might be DSA, right? Yeah. But in regards to the voting,
00:39:12.460if you allow it, the laws are there, but no prosecution, nothing. Thank you, Harmeet. We
00:39:19.100need you. I know. She's great. I have so much confidence in her. And you guys, I saw you in
00:39:23.880the chat. Harmeet is a person who gets everything done. She's one of those people who just maxes out
00:39:32.200her whole day. So you guys, you see her, she's cooking these amazing dinners every night. She's
00:39:37.720knitting hats and sweaters, but not just knitting. I mean, she is next level knitting.
00:39:43.580She's the AAG. She's exercising. I'm like, oh my God. So she is going to get stuff done. So I have
00:39:50.440a lot of faith in her. Um, all right. So I wanted to take a five minute break, not a break, a five
00:39:58.940minute break to play this clip from, um, Senator Tim Sheehy. Um, he spoke on the floor yesterday.
00:40:07.120It was a, you know, I, instead of telling you what it was about, I just wanted to give him the
00:40:12.580respect of playing this clip and giving him the time for all of us to hear it. So doesn't matter
00:40:18.500what side of the issues you are on but you know i really feel strongly about our service people and
00:40:23.700and people that have um you know given us their service for our country so let's just listen to
00:40:29.940him um for five minutes and we'll come back and discuss and here we go the senator from montana
00:40:39.540thank you mr president uh yesterday we saw uh the president of the united states and
00:40:45.380many others at Dover Air Force Base presiding over a ceremony that is very sacred to those
00:40:51.220of us who served and that is a dignified return of remains from the war zone and that process
00:40:57.540happens beginning in the war zone through Dover to the hometown of our fallen heroes.
00:41:05.700I participated in many of those ceremonies myself to include carrying friends of mine off the plane.1.00
00:41:15.380One of those on this bracelet, he was cut in half by an Iranian EFP.0.99
00:41:24.120This regime that we are fighting does not care about our partisan politics.1.00
00:41:31.340They don't care who you voted for, who you pray to, or where you live.0.89
00:43:37.500From the 1983 barracks bombing, where 280 Marines were vaporized in the morning,
00:43:41.880from U.S.S. Cole to the Kili Laurel to every terrorist attack, from the Houthis, Hezbollah, Hamas.
00:43:49.540These are not humanitarian freedom organizations.0.98
00:43:52.780They are death-dealing cults, and they want all of us to die brutal deaths.
00:43:57.180William Buckley was abducted in 1985, an American military officer.0.99
00:44:03.120He was skinned alive on camera by the Iranians.
00:44:05.540American prisoners of war who were captured they were never called prisoners0.87
00:44:11.900of war because they were captured by lunatic terrorists so they were not
00:44:14.480subject to the Geneva Convention they were captured and murdered power drills0.70
00:44:17.900through their brains this is in Iraq these are families that have dealt with
00:44:21.860this and they've never gotten a single dime these families have never gotten
00:44:25.700restitution and not a single president has ever stood up to them love Donald
00:44:30.320Trump or hate him love his policies hate ice love ice whatever there's never been
00:44:34.580a single president who has stood up to iran and hit back for 47 years our troops and our families
00:44:41.220have been absorbing attack after attack after attack all over the world and their radical
00:44:47.540ideology does not stop at the persian gulf it doesn't stop at tel aviv they want to do this
00:44:53.140everywhere it's a global radical ideology and we've been fighting it for half a century
00:44:58.580we didn't start this war we did not but we will finish it and forever wars are not popular with
00:45:07.320anybody these days both sides of that i love to attack our forever wars and i can promise you
00:45:11.500being someone overseas wearing the uniform when you're fighting for your country you don't care
00:45:16.520what party's in office but you're fighting to defend your country you turn on the news and see
00:45:20.600your elected officials stabbing you in the back telling you that you're failing that you've failed
00:45:24.940every goal of the war, is what I just heard. Last time I checked, we've wiped these bastards1.00
00:45:29.500out. An occasional missile strike and boats in the straits, that's not military strength.1.00
00:45:35.940Those are the flailings of a failing empire. Those are the flailings of a nation in collapse
00:45:40.560because they deserve it. So I encourage our colleagues on both sides of the aisle,
00:45:46.340whatever's politically convenient, whatever plays well on Twitter or Facebook, think about the
00:45:51.200people who are deployed right now standing on that wall with a loaded
00:45:54.500weapon who volunteered to defend our country and our way of life because they
00:45:59.240are there defending us in a just war because we did not start a war with the
00:46:03.380Iranian Revolutionary Guard they started it with us 47 years ago and their
00:46:07.320attacks have gone unanswered for half a century it's time to fix this problem0.99
00:46:11.120and make sure another generations of Americans does not have to fight this
00:46:14.900murderous savage adversary thank you mr president want to see your rewards go further now at shell

00:47:09.040yesterday and i was like i hope the sippers are okay with me playing that i know it's deep
00:47:13.860but um it's you know it's good to hear everything from all sides and um so emotional and it makes
00:47:21.980so much sense and you know like i get it i get i get it um owen i'm gonna come to you first
00:47:29.380had you heard that yet no i hadn't but it does seem like very powerful and very emotional and
00:47:37.060And, you know, I'm glad I'm glad he's speaking up about it.
00:47:40.280I think there has been a lot of bad things that have happened for a large number of years.
00:47:44.180And I think a lot of presidents have kind of shied away from it because probably just they realized that logistically and geographically and militarily, it's a difficult place to deal with.
00:47:55.320You know, I think that we've been messing around in the Middle East for a long time, and I don't think it's really gone very well.0.96
00:48:02.160And I don't think we should have been. But it almost seems to me like a lot of the strategy was, how do we just destabilize the region to keep them fighting with each other so that they don't unite or they don't become too powerful or something like that?
00:48:15.180And certainly with organizations like Al Qaeda or ISIS or others, you want to get, you know, keep them from becoming powerful and taking over.
00:48:24.600And I think Trump did a lot of that in his first term, especially where he just got rid of that whole ISIS caliphate idea that Obama probably could have done just as easily.
00:48:31.620But for whatever reason, he just let it happen. And so I do think it's good that Trump is standing up to that.
00:48:38.040But I also think, you know, it's the other side of that coin is that Iran still is a difficult place to be, a difficult place to make a difference.
00:48:47.720And I think that's probably why a lot of other countries have just said, well, we're not going to touch that because that would just be really hard.
00:48:54.460And, you know, we couldn't do a ground invasion like we did in Iraq.
00:48:57.920We couldn't do, you know, a lot of this stuff, even like we did in Afghanistan, where I think it was even harder because, again,
00:49:02.880people who had these insurgency people that would just take pot shots from a mountain ridge line
00:49:07.920somewhere and every time you kill one of them three more pop up in their place and it you know
00:49:13.260i think that was a disaster partly for that reason and um i think iran is even worse just because
00:49:19.240geographically it's hard with all the mountains and everything else you can't really do a ground
00:49:22.720invasion there the same way so it's a difficult situation all around but um you know i do i do
00:49:28.740think we need to keep them from having a nuclear weapon. And sometimes that takes some pain and
00:49:35.520some, so I, you know, I've said many times in spaces and other places that I'd love for this
00:49:41.720just to be over. And I just want us to get out of there. But, you know, I do recognize that I don't
00:49:47.780have all the intelligence. I don't have all the classified information. I don't know exactly
00:49:51.360what's going on or what the threats are. And so I have to put some level of trust in Trump to say
00:49:55.780he knows what's going on better than I do, and to let him make those decisions.
00:50:01.620Marcella, anything you want to say about this?
00:50:06.620I think she, he, is that your pronoun, did I mispronounce his name?
