Rebel News Podcast - DAILY ｜ Pastor Art Pawlowski, Whistle Stop back in court TODAY!

00:00:00.000 Oh hi everybody Ezra Levant here great to see you for another week it's June 28th I do this live

00:00:21.220 stream every Monday Wednesday Friday at 12 noon and on Tuesdays and Thursdays my colleagues David

00:00:26.620 Manziz and Sheila Ganredou so we got you covered every day of the week this morning Sheila as well

00:00:31.940 as our Calgary reporter Adam Soser on a bunch of important cases including Arthur Pavlovsky

00:00:39.260 the Calgary pastor who was arrested in a SWAT team takedown in the middle of a highway made to kneel

00:00:46.240 on the street cars whizzing by extremely dangerous as if he was like some drug kingpin or terrorist

00:00:55.420 or something in fact he was just a Christian pastor slowly driving home from church they

00:00:59.840 could have arrested him at the church at his home but they wanted that shock and awe and maybe they

00:01:04.320 wanted him killed too why would they extract him from his vehicle a huge team of heavily armed cops

00:01:10.240 take him right to if you can pull up that b-roll it's just shocking b-roll so so he's just a

00:01:16.580 Christian pastor right he's not wanted for any crimes whatsoever these public health orders are

00:01:21.140 not even crimes they're not even punishable they're like a they're like a parking ticket you don't go

00:01:26.080 to jail for them if you want to get this guy you know where he is but they literally pull him over

00:01:34.560 make him kneel as cars are speeding by

00:01:38.940 why is he in the middle of the street he didn't get to the middle of the street they didn't find him

00:01:54.900 walking on the street they pulled him over in his car

00:01:59.000 okay they extracted him from his car again i don't know why he was going to get out of his car when he

00:02:05.500 got home and why did they okay you want to pull him out of his car again bizarre but why why did

00:02:12.740 you pull him into the middle of the road instead of to the side of the road off the road why are you

00:02:18.960 doing this other than for humiliation for shock and awe how many police and there's his brother there

00:02:27.520 finally they stopped the road so these are two christian pastors are they charged with murder

00:02:36.440 are they charged with drug dealing no they're charged with keeping the church open as if it

00:02:43.900 was some walmart no no no only the walmarts get to stay open boys only the walmarts the cannabis stores

00:02:51.120 the liquor stores only those get to stay open the costcos how many police vehicles were involved here

00:02:59.540 i guess that's the thing when you've got all these vehicles when you've got the swat team

00:03:05.800 um when you got 20 30 guys you want to use them you don't want to just knock on his door knock knock

00:03:14.180 hi pastor pavlovsky i'm here to arrest you please come with me now okay i mean you're sending 20 30

00:03:20.540 cops 10 vehicles you want to turn on the flashers you want to use the siren you want to make some

00:03:25.900 noise and you want to have a dramatic swat team style takedown because otherwise you look sort of 0.98

00:03:31.440 stupid i i say again toronto police are the most violent in canada montreal's police are the most 1.00

00:03:39.340 corrupt in canada aylmer's police are the stupidest in canada and calgary's police are the meanest bullies 1.00

00:03:47.660 in canada they could have had him killed there anyway so they arrested him he was in prison for 1.00

00:03:52.820 two days awaiting bail and we crowdfunded an excellent lawyer actually three lawyers were involved

00:03:59.140 sarah miller was the main lawyer um senior partner robert hawks and there was a third lawyer

00:04:05.500 a criminal lawyer who's on the file and um we got him out after two days and there was a hearing

00:04:14.020 and this morning as in any moment now we'll know if arthur pavlovsky is convicted of it's not a crime

00:04:24.640 let me just be crystal clear on that he's not charged with a crime but he was in prison nonetheless

00:04:29.820 then he's lucky to have only been jailed for two days as opposed to the 35 days

00:04:35.700 of hard time that a pastor in edmonton

00:04:38.940 i'm hearing in my ear that there's some movement in the tim steven case as well and it's not

00:04:47.320 looking good i'm going to sheila gun reid's twitter feed sheila is uh covering at least one

00:04:54.440 of the court proceedings in real time um there's the arthur pavlovsky case and then there's the case of

00:05:02.320 pastor stevens justin adam i'm just reading sheila's twitter feed justice adam germain has been

00:05:10.220 tasked with hearing a series of cases against pastors and business owners what will happen

00:05:16.820 this morning is indicative of what's going to happen with other cases

00:05:19.720 and then sheila says after art receives his decision chris scott of the whistle stop will

00:05:26.280 receive his decision we're defending both of those men while court sorts some procedurally

00:05:32.960 things out i'm hearing some movement is happening in the pastor tim stevens case and it doesn't sound

00:05:37.220 good adam soas and i will work to confirm as quickly as we can so that is happening live in real

00:05:44.660 time it's 1205 eastern time these cases are being heard in mountain time which is two hours

00:05:51.640 west of us um west of us so it's 1005 so let's keep our eye peeled on that we'll we'll give people

00:05:59.340 updates as they come but um i find it bizarre and un-canadian and illiberal and contrary to our

00:06:10.240 canadian and commonwealth traditions to arrest pastors make them kneel in the street have cars whiz by them

00:06:19.420 and have 20 heavily armed cops arrest them but that's just me it's not just me though um i see

00:06:26.440 that a senator in the united states named josh holly is very concerned about it more than any canadian

00:06:35.520 senator there are there are over a hundred senate seats i'm not sure how many are full let's say

00:06:42.000 there's 90 senators for all i know there's a dozen vacancies not that anyone would know how would you

00:06:47.760 notice um have you heard any senator and the thing is the reason i mentioned senators is because they're

00:06:55.680 not subject to the same political um abuse as an elected mp if you're an mp you're at the whim of

00:07:04.820 your party leader because the party leader can um ban you from running again the party leader is the one

00:07:10.460 that will sign or not sign your your nomination papers so i i can understand why we have uh 338

00:07:17.780 cowardly mps i maybe should put derrick sloan an exception because i think he him and him he alone 0.90

00:07:24.980 i think actually stood by these uh pastors but the other 337 of them are cowards and what's the excuse 0.97

00:07:31.060 of the senate in canada they're not up for re-election they can't be turfed out of you know their seat

00:07:37.440 why are they silent why are they silent why have the mlas at the provincial level been silent

00:07:47.640 don't you think that's a problem

00:07:50.100 i think it's deeply um revealing that not a single canadian politician of any high height

00:07:59.880 of any stature of any authority has spoken out about these arrests and imprisonments i'll i'll

00:08:08.120 accept derrick sloan out of that statement but he's an independent mp who will i don't think i don't

00:08:14.440 think he's running again this fall so you know he's he is an independent mp that's it where why why no

00:08:23.240 leader of the opposition why no shadow cabinet minister why no backbencher in the government

00:08:28.760 do we have josh holly's letter let's take a look at that letter i think it's from missouri if i'm

00:08:35.020 remembering correctly senator holly this is from his website senator holly calls on u.s commission

00:08:42.520 on international religious freedom to consider adding canada to watch list

00:08:48.300 today u.s senator uh josh holly republican from missouri sent a letter to the u.s commission on

00:08:57.600 international religious freedom urging the commission to consider adding canada to its watch

00:09:02.060 list in response to the country's crackdown on religious freedom in the letter senator holly

00:09:07.660 cites recent instances of canadian pastors being arrested and jailed for holding worship services

00:09:14.700 that do not comply with the strict covet 19 restrictions i am troubled that our canadian

00:09:20.560 neighbors are effectively being forced to gather in secret undisclosed locations to exercise their basic

00:09:26.820 freedom freedom to worship senator holly writes frankly i would expect this sort of religious

00:09:33.280 crackdown in communist china not in a prominent western nation like canada canadian authorities arrest

00:09:39.840 of faith leaders and seizure of church property among other enforcement actions appeal to appear to

00:09:46.280 constitute systematic ongoing and egregious violations of religious freedom

00:09:52.260 that's a that's good points and you can see the full letter right below

00:09:57.880 he's writing to the commission on international religious freedom i won't read the whole thing

00:10:03.860 dear chair um what's the name there manza am i saying that right manza yeah chair nadine manza

00:10:12.720 one of the most fundamental human rights is the freedom to practice one's faith according to the

00:10:17.820 dictates of one's conscience last year i urged the department of justice to bring a federal to bring

00:10:24.380 federal lawsuits to uphold the rights of houses of worship burdened by unjust restrictions now i am

00:10:30.180 writing to express my deep concern this freedom is in peril across our nation's northern border

00:10:35.280 in recent months there have been numerous instances of canadian pastors being arrested and jailed

00:10:41.660 for holding worship services that do not comply with covet 19 restrictions

00:10:45.220 on june 14 pastor tim stevens of fairview baptist church in calgary who was previously arrested in

00:10:53.040 may was arrested again at home in front of his wife and children media outlets captured heartbreaking

00:10:59.380 video of the pastor's children sobbing as they held their father's hand through the barred window of a

00:11:05.820 police car yeah that media outlet was called rebel news pastor stevens alleged violation was holding an

00:11:13.460 outdoor worship service in a park which was apparently discovered by a police helicopter flying overhead

00:11:20.060 other canadian pastors such as pastor james coates of grace life church in spruce grove

00:11:25.980 have similarly faced arrests and enforcement actions authorities reportedly seized and fenced off

00:11:31.400 the grace life church building in april which sparked a protest of hundreds of people

00:11:36.280 in opposition to the move i am troubled that our canadian neighbors are effectively being forced to

00:11:43.800 gather in secret undisclosed locations to exercise their basic freedom to worship the canadian chart of

00:11:50.220 rights and freedom states that everyone has the following fundamental freedoms which include freedom of

00:11:55.100 conscience and religion the arrests and actions taken to enforce overly burdensome and unjustified orders

00:12:01.440 however do not seem to live up to this praiseworthy statement frankly i would expect this sort of

00:12:07.300 religious crackdown in communist china not a prominent western nation like canada

00:12:11.380 canada's authorities arrest of faith leaders and seizure of church property

00:12:16.460 among other enforcement actions appear to constitute systematic ongoing and egregious violations of

00:12:22.540 religious freedom i urge the commission on international religious freedom to take whatever action is

00:12:27.920 necessary to address and rectify the situation consider adding canada to the commission's watch list

00:12:33.360 thank you for your attention josh holly united states senator and who's it copied to scroll down just one more inch

00:12:40.040 the honorable kirsten hillman ambassador of canada to the united states i'm glad he copied it to her

00:12:46.820 you should also copy it to the premier of alberta and the justice minister of alberta

00:12:51.160 um i should tell you that i have been um invited uh to congress to meet with a group of uh congressmen on the

00:13:03.420 subject and we're certainly uh i'm interested in doing that we're working to schedule that and i've also

00:13:10.700 received um a inquiry from another member of uh a state legislature because an an entire

00:13:21.140 state legislature is looking to debate a motion on canada's misconduct so people are obviously

00:13:27.820 following rebel news even outside our own borders and right there what senator holly did the congressman

00:13:35.840 who contacted me to go to the house of representatives from washington and this other state legislature that i

00:13:41.220 don't want to identify right now that's three senior groups of legislators i say again there's not

00:13:51.080 even one canadian senior politician even the senators who can afford to be brave because they can't be fired

00:14:00.200 now let's switch back to sheila's tweets see if there's news

00:14:05.080 um

00:14:08.440 uh chad williamson chimes in to say he has additional submissions to make before the germane issues his ruling

00:14:16.480 says the alberta health side is sidestepping fundamental justice by getting a procedurally

00:14:22.240 flawed ex-party order against client chris scott okay so that's a little snippet

00:14:29.280 and um i'm just clicking refresh

00:14:33.040 um

00:14:36.080 so it looks like sheila is in the chris scott hearing right now

00:14:39.520 i won't get in into the minutiae there i'll wait for there to be some news um so i think it's

00:14:50.400 interesting that um foreign political leaders care more about our freedom in canada than our own

00:14:58.240 canadian leaders do i think that's sad but we are famous uh here's ron de santis the most consequential

00:15:05.920 governor in america right now and i would say a leading candidate for the 2024 republican nomination

00:15:13.760 for president ron de santis just as a throwaway line using canada as a punchline for what could

00:15:20.960 have happened had they made the wrong decisions take a look you see it in a number of different

00:15:24.720 ways obviously we were the leading state fighting against coronavirus lockdowns we had kids in school

00:15:31.280 in person for the entire school year i believe had florida not done that you would not see the

00:15:36.960 other states to have followed canada for example still locked down and i think that's what a lot of

00:15:41.920 these bureaucrats wanted to see in the united states and we made sure uh that we led in a different 0.77

00:15:47.760 direction yeah i mean it's just taken for granted that we are the worst lockdown country in the world

00:15:55.680 um the bbc the state broadcaster of the uk says that the city i'm in toronto is the most locked down

00:16:05.440 large city in the world and i believe it's true now i also see bad news um in israel where almost

00:16:11.760 everyone's been given the vax but now they're having another surge or something and they're having

00:16:17.920 more mask mandates and more lockdowns being floated same in new zealand um i see quebec

00:16:28.880 has the lowest number of cases in the year 10 months to be precise so the pandemic's

00:16:37.200 over but statistically i mean if the number is so low and i don't know if you saw but there were

00:16:44.720 thousands tens of thousands of quebecers in the streets for the montreal canadians hockey team

00:16:52.400 so how are you going to ratchet up the fear

00:16:56.800 cases are at a at a low everyone's living life normally it's lovely summertime so how do you

00:17:06.880 maintain that sense of panic well the government becomes more and more extreme and they wouldn't do

00:17:13.680 that if they didn't have a reason the government wouldn't say it's an emergency if it wasn't trust

00:17:20.160 the science um there's some bad news out of quebec uh do we have i see we say kids must be vaccinated

00:17:30.640 for extracurricular activities do you have uh any viz for them can we can we i think viva fry

00:17:38.560 from montreal montreal law blogger youtuber rather um if you go to his twitter feed v-i-v-a-f-r-e-i

00:17:48.560 um he yeah can we zoom in here so scroll up a bit but okay yeah zoom in is fine um can you pump that up any

00:18:00.480 bigger is that possible so um he's my source of information here and he has the primary documents

00:18:10.000 i'll read them to you uh sounds like vaccines are being made mandatory for children even though as

00:18:21.200 we talked about at some length last week the world health organization does not support that point of

00:18:26.480 view look at this by electronic mail from quebec students aged 12 to 17. over the past two weeks a

00:18:35.680 large-scale vaccination campaign was conducted in schools and vaccination centers to provide a first

00:18:39.840 dose of vaccine to adolescents 12 and over despite this campaign the goal was not met less than 75

00:18:46.320 of these young people got a first dose of vaccine to ensure a safe return to school in september this

00:18:52.320 goal must be met depending on the epidemiological situation 75 of teenagers must have received both

00:18:58.960 doses of the covet 19 vaccine before we can ease hygiene measures such as wearing masks and isolation

00:19:07.920 therefore

00:19:10.640 the two this two dose condition must be met to ensure activities such as extracurricular and sports

00:19:18.080 activities can return to normal in schools most importantly it is key to avoiding a possible

00:19:23.680 fourth wave in the fall and i don't know what must means and then it says how to how to do it scroll to

00:19:33.280 the next page if you would so i don't know what must means is that an exhortation or is that a command

00:19:41.840 is that come on guys you really must

00:19:43.440 vaccination is the best way to protect your children and your loved ones

00:19:49.920 and to ensure a normal return to school of fall

00:19:54.160 signed director of public health milen drouin md

00:19:59.680 so i'm not sure if i i'm not sure if that means mandatory for everyone it's basically the government

00:20:07.440 holding kids hostage and saying if 75 of you don't take two doses of this experimental med

00:20:14.240 that has specific health problems for young people

00:20:19.440 we're not opening schools we're not getting rid of masks we're not having extracurriculars

00:20:23.360 so i don't think it's quite ordering teenagers to be injected but it's pretty close

00:20:31.440 i think it's a disaster and if cases are plummeting and illnesses are plummeting and deaths are

00:20:40.160 i don't even let's go and find out covid 19 stats canada let's find out like is is it even a thing

00:20:50.000 anymore i'm going to go to the

00:20:52.960 covid 19 page for canada you know the one we always look at justin the one that has all the provinces on it

00:21:05.280 oh you know what i'll take a break from this little line because i hear in my ear that um

00:21:16.320 the judge is in the middle of ruling i'm hearing this right now um so maybe i'll stay i'll stay focused on that

00:21:28.560 but uh by the way

00:21:35.360 i did go to um that yeah perfect and if you toggle count of deaths in the last seven days

00:21:43.440 so all of quebec which has i forget the population of quebec i don't want to guess 8.6 million

00:21:55.680 8.6 million people and in the last week 11 have died from coronavirus 11

00:22:01.600 of course the average age is over 80 average one of them had massive comorbidities two three four

00:22:12.000 underlying conditions so out of eight and a half million people one or two are dying every day

00:22:20.000 and you're saying to the young people of that province you who are the least likely to be affected

00:22:28.560 by the virus if you don't take this experimental med you're not allowed to go to school without a mask

00:22:34.880 or have extracurriculars by the way on that same map in the last week like it's incredible

00:22:42.400 bc alberta saskatchewan all the atlantic provinces all the far north single digits ontario has a higher

00:22:51.040 number frankly makes me dubious makes me skeptical of their methodology i don't trust anything

00:22:56.400 from the doug ford government but um you gotta admit the deaths in the last seven days every single

00:23:05.600 province and territory single digits except for quebec which is 11 in a week

00:23:13.360 and ontario which is 107 and again i'm not i don't even believe that to be honest um

00:23:19.280 i'm scrolling down i'm looking at the um yeah the the graphs for most provinces are a completely flat

00:23:28.800 line like it's just not even it's just not even a thing anymore that's why they're getting more and

00:23:35.360 more crazy we got to keep those pharmaceutical companies happening happy um you know we've talked

00:23:44.720 about it a little bit but one of the worst health ministers in the world was a brit uh named matt

00:23:52.000 hancock just creepy guy weird guy like there's something wrong with that with that lad personal

00:23:58.320 space issues weirdness issues um he was the face the public face for the lockdowns in the uk

00:24:04.720 he would go on tv tearful sometimes talking about how important it was to lock down it turns out he was

00:24:10.160 breaking all the lockdown rules and he hired his mistress and would uh have intimate relations with

00:24:18.800 her at work 0.98

00:24:22.160 and um someone captured that on yeah hancock's affair with aid so that picture of matt hancock

00:24:32.000 health secretary's fling during covet he hired gina as top advisor 1.00

00:24:37.360 snogs in office cheats on wife yeah his wife of many years the mother of his three kids

00:24:48.080 just a disgraceful man equally disgraceful as boris johnson who didn't fire him 0.72

00:24:55.440 things were so brutal though that he resigned a day later just a total mess 0.95

00:25:00.160 um what was so gross about matt hancock who's one of the worst politicians in the free world

00:25:10.240 is that when he announced he was resigning at first he said or when he when he was caught at first

00:25:16.880 and didn't resign he didn't mention his betrayal of his wife or kids he apologized for breaching the

00:25:24.400 guidelines the problem isn't that you breach the guidelines made everyone in the united kingdom 0.96

00:25:31.040 breaches the guidelines because the guidelines are so stupid no one believes it anymore if you 0.96

00:25:35.440 think that covet deaths are low in canada they're even lower proportionally in the uk 0.99

00:25:41.120 there are some days when the death count in the entire united kingdom 68 million people in fact i think

00:25:46.080 it's single digits every day now more people die of rare tropical illnesses in the uk now than

00:25:52.000 then die from coronavirus that's a fact so it's not the problem the problem mate it's not that you

00:25:57.920 breached guidelines no one's following the guidelines certainly no one in government is you you know we

00:26:02.560 we know that the the problem is that you cheated using taxpayers dollars to hire your mistress you

00:26:08.720 cheated on your wife and that you had i mean first of all i thought this was an emergency and you were busy

00:26:15.920 you hired your mistress so you could what was the word snog at the office that's that british term

00:26:27.200 you're not busy you don't you're not emergency going on but but uh besides being disloyal to his wife

00:26:33.920 and children and i understand that he's now decided and and he's a homewrecker too because she she's married as

00:26:39.680 well um it's that he was scolding other people shaming other people condemning other people for those

00:26:50.400 guidelines while he himself was breaking them it's not that he broke the guidelines

00:26:56.400 it's that he would break the guidelines and the next minute when he's wiping himself off and making

00:27:03.280 sure there's no lipstick on his collar he's scolding other people for breaking the guidelines

00:27:08.960 what an immoral man and i'm not even talking about his his breaching his his faith with his wife 0.98

00:27:14.960 like there's no center there there's nothing in him what a what a disgrace 1.00

00:27:22.080 matt hancock the worst the absolute worst 0.99

00:27:28.240 um

00:27:28.560 do we have any news from uh out west

00:27:40.480 uh and where do you see that it's from twitter

00:27:45.920 let's just catch up on sheila's twitter feed

00:27:48.000 so i'm scrolling down a bit here jermaine is ready to rule he says counsel will receive written reasons

00:27:57.280 for his judgment by noon tomorrow jermaine first thanks to lawyers calls them capable confident and

00:28:03.680 courteous jermaine once again calls the submissions of our lawyers both written and oral superb well that's

00:28:12.560 good to know you know we're crowdfunding a lot of lawyers out there i think they're good but

00:28:17.520 maybe i'm bamboozled i mean a lawyer wants to get paid right but if a judge says they're superb

00:28:24.400 that's very encouraging

00:28:25.360 jermaine is now laying out the history of the so-called coronavirus third wave

00:28:31.680 pavlovsky's and scott openly defied the efforts of alberta health services to control the third wave

00:28:37.760 the gates order required an on-demand viewing of pastor pavlovsky's church services

00:28:42.720 the rook order restrained chris scott and unnamed jane and john does from holding a protest

00:28:48.080 us germaine says scott incited the crowd that protested the whistle stop to defy the rook order

00:28:54.400 and gather judge summarizes miller's arguments miller is sarah miller one of our lawyers that he

00:29:03.120 wasn't given enough time to understand and respond to the gates order that the rook order didn't apply

00:29:07.760 to him or to religious services judge summarizes williamson's argument that's chad williamson another

00:29:14.480 one of our lawyers who represents chris scott and the whistle stop but there was an abusive process

00:29:20.480 by alberta health service getting an ex parte application against scott when they knew full

00:29:24.480 well scott had a lawyer and that they knew how to get a hold of the lawyer and yet alberta health

00:29:28.320 services failed to tell the judge these things so let me just pause for a second so that so the alberta

00:29:35.280 health thugs i'm calling them thugs because anyone who drug drags people out of a car into a middle of

00:29:41.360 a highway makes them kneel down with with guns uh bristling that's a thug i'm sorry that's a thug 0.72

00:29:49.760 so the alberta health thugs went to court they didn't tell arthur or his lawyer about it they

00:29:56.240 had a secret hearing and they didn't tell the judge that they didn't tell arthur's lawyer so i think

00:30:02.320 alberta health lawyers are unethical in fact i think they should have a legal complaint filed against them

00:30:07.760 with the um law society i mean that really is sharp practice the judge calls the arguments put forward

00:30:15.760 by the lawyers representing both scott and the pavlovskys excellent well that's good to hear again

00:30:20.400 those are our lawyers i'm refreshing this screen to see what we see next because it sounds like he's

00:30:25.200 about to say something three elements are required for contempt number one the order is clear with the

00:30:34.000 act and the named respondents so if you're in contempt of court it has to be clear who it applies to

00:30:42.320 people who breach it must have actual knowledge of the order and three the people who are accused

00:30:49.920 must have meant or intended to preach the order i know this from my coverage of tommy robinson's

00:30:55.040 contempt of court case in the uk uh it's very similar law so this will be interesting because

00:31:03.920 yeah so justin's going to keep refreshing this

00:31:08.240 because in one case i think they handed an order to to arthur um pastor arthur and then proceeded against

00:31:14.720 him like 120 seconds later i don't even think he had a chance to read it in another case like you're

00:31:20.160 just having a contempt order against john and jane doe what that so you're just like that i don't even

00:31:26.400 think i've never heard of that before i think alberta health services are thugs i am after this um

00:31:33.440 show and once the court is done i'm going to talk to our lawyers to see if we should file ethics

00:31:39.120 complaints against the alberta health thugs for what they've done here because i think their conduct

00:31:43.120 is atrocious let's see what the judge says first maybe the judge disagrees with me but um we'll find

00:31:51.280 out the judge is an interesting character i don't know him but he actually used to be a liberal

00:31:58.560 politician if i'm not mistaken um so i have no idea where he's coming from on this stuff hopefully he's

00:32:05.120 just following the law um boy oh there's an update let's take a look see and this is sheila live

00:32:16.080 tweeting it it's your main all three the pavlovskys and scott are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of

00:32:26.160 contempt of the rook order the pavlovskys are also guilty of contempt of the previous gates order so

00:32:34.880 those are two different judges that issued those orders art was given just two and a half minutes

00:32:40.080 to understand and comply with the gates order so it sounds like uh the judge is coming down like a

00:32:47.520 hammer on the pavlovsky brothers and chris scott so i think alberta is going further and further

00:32:55.920 down the road of abusing these christian pastors and that brave restaurateur

00:33:01.440 uh i'm very interested to see what happens next i think that we need to hang this around the necks 0.98

00:33:10.080 of the government of alberta and particular politicians and particular lawyers like a stinking

00:33:16.640 albatross and never let them forget who they are and what they did um i think that that anyone who is a

00:33:27.440 conservative uh and believes in limited government anyone who's a christian and believes in freedom

00:33:36.960 of conscience anyone who believes in science and can't quite understand why walmart costco drug store

00:33:43.600 cannabis stores liquor stores nhl teams are fine but churches are not anyone who's not any of those

00:33:51.280 things but but thinks it's a disgrace for canada to be taking a page from communist china i think

00:33:58.320 that any such person should never allow the disgraced government of alberta to live this

00:34:04.000 down ever i just don't think it should ever be forgotten

00:34:09.600 let's refresh and see if there's any more updates this 1234

00:34:12.960 sheila says there you have it the government can get a secret order against you without informing

00:34:22.400 your lawyer that they know about this and they know the lawyer they can stick the order in your

00:34:28.320 hands or in the case of the pavlovskys drop it at your feet in a plastic bag and if you don't

00:34:35.440 immediately obey you can go to jail can you imagine alberta's motto is strong and free i don't think

00:34:45.520 alberta has lived up to its motto um now obviously the uh the clients are the clients but i um as the

00:34:59.040 founder of the fight the fines project now obviously our viewers are the ones who

00:35:07.040 who crowdfund it but my immediate instinct is to appeal to appeal for a number of reasons to appeal

00:35:14.480 because we can't stop fighting as long as there's a chance we have to keep keep fighting as long as

00:35:20.160 there's a chance i think also um to make the government really own this and wear this and not let this

00:35:29.440 fade away i think we have to appeal this to the alberta court of appeal and if that loses i think we

00:35:34.880 have to appeal and seek uh leave to appeal to the supreme court of canada i think that we have to

00:35:41.680 fight this until the last flicker of hope is snuffed out um so that's what i'll say to both chris scott and

00:35:50.400 the pavlovskys um they are the clients though not me so it'll be their decision not mine

00:35:59.760 but if the question is will we fund it we'll fight the fines funded the answer is of course

00:36:04.560 i mean i suppose that's up to our viewers um so let me catch up with some super chats

00:36:10.080 on rumble and by the way donald trump uh the 45th president of the united states

00:36:18.880 has uh is he 45 said he is trump is was he 45 yeah um he has officially joined rumble

00:36:24.880 and last i tried to check he had hundreds of thousands of subscribers to his channel right

00:36:31.600 away so rumble's getting some more folks joining them super you.net is a canadian free speech

00:36:37.600 alternative we're on that system odyssey.com and of course the censorship channel of youtube

00:36:45.360 so on rumble christy's kingdom because the health officials were humiliated when pastor

00:36:49.760 arthur kicked them out of their church it was an act of vengeance absolutely it was and they they

00:36:54.320 said as much in their pleadings they were really mad that that arthur paulowski compared them to

00:36:59.760 gestapo yeah well then don't be so comparable rumble mvp 9337 there should be international

00:37:06.640 condemnation for what they're doing to christians in canada yeah i agree but hey how about can we

00:37:11.760 have some national condemnation or some provincial condemnation too or just no happy chat from history

00:37:19.040 club world do you think anything will actually happen because of this or is it going to fail

00:37:23.760 follow history club world on instagram um look i don't know i think that the entire establishment has

00:37:32.480 failed during covet and i had some hope that judges being somewhat insulated from

00:37:39.360 um politics could have made the decision to uphold freedom no other institution in society has done

00:37:47.760 so certainly not the media not the governments and not the opposition parties not academia not

00:37:53.280 popular culture not anything so here we have a judge a liberal party judge um siding with the lockdowns

00:38:01.760 i think the fact that it's a christian pastor is very noteworthy because um it's the one last

00:38:08.400 uh acceptable bigotry um if i'm counting correctly there have now been five christian churches

00:38:17.200 burnt in arson in canada in the last week five of them not a peep from the prime minister or any

00:38:24.000 premier about that that i have seen so i think it's just anti-christian bigotry so yeah it's a little

00:38:29.760 bit pitiful we have to rely on the josh hollies of the world to care about uh religious freedom for 1.00

00:38:34.400 christians in canada but there it is on rumble rich rich addio ahs is is the new law authority in

00:38:43.840 canada yeah there you know what we we had a can you go to shame on shandro.com shame on shandro s h a n d r o

00:38:53.600 we we rented a jumbotron truck which is like a truck with a big uh digital uh video billboard on it

00:39:01.120 and uh and we tooled around town including in front of his office can we show some of that truck um

00:39:09.360 especially right outside tyler shandro's own office let's just show what that looked like a bit

00:39:15.520 so you can see the truck there and we tootled around town for a couple days we took it to

00:39:21.040 city hall i think we took it to tyler shandro he's the health minister

00:39:24.400 his office the security guards were very brave until we asked them to show their own id and then

00:39:31.200 they ran away they scurried away they were a little bit afraid and um i got some private emails from

00:39:38.640 some high ups in the conservative party asking me to stop doing this and i wrote back a very lengthy

00:39:44.000 email explaining why we would not um i should probably publish a version of that letter i don't want to

00:39:50.880 reveal who reached out to me in confidence but uh yeah we're not stopping um so when you get that

00:39:59.600 video go ahead and play it i'll read the next uh hyper chat history club world do you think there will

00:40:07.040 ever be a fair commission to investigate what the government did will it be a rubber stamp group 1.00

00:40:11.280 that fully supports the government well if the government appoints its own inspector the government

00:40:19.040 will exonerate the government i think that's pretty clear and who would they bring in i mean what part

00:40:25.440 of society has not bought into the lockdownism i just listed all the parts that have here so you

00:40:32.320 can see that's outside of tyler that's adam soce he's outside

00:40:40.320 i think that's outside the health minister's constituency office there's a truck oh that's a police station

00:40:47.440 yeah i can see that there now shame on shandro pastor tim stevens yeah we should keep

00:40:55.840 i like that billboard i think it's higher res in person it's just the flicker rate when it's at odds

00:41:01.360 with the camera i think that's what happens am i right on that i and there's the cops i think it's

00:41:06.640 actually a higher resolution than it looks there it's just you know sometimes when you see a tv on a tv

00:41:14.320 it gets a little flickery like that yeah look at that truck hey there's downtown i recognize that

00:41:22.880 sculpture from right downtown um in calgary yeah there it is driving around

00:41:33.440 shame on shandro.com

00:41:35.200 um yeah arrest arresting those kids dad right in front of him here can we hear the volume on that

00:41:46.880 is it possible to get the audio bonus and lead by example instead of uh being above everybody same with

00:41:58.880 the police above the law i'm not into that uh i think everybody should be treated equally and that's

00:42:04.480 how we should keep going i think they deserve to go to jail like anyone else that doesn't make them 1.00

00:42:09.840 god just because they're a pastor that's about all i have to say but do you think the politicians

00:42:14.560 should be getting off scot-free what do you what do you think the reason is for that

00:42:18.480 well it's because they're in a position of power and it's very difficult to do anything about them really

00:42:22.880 you know they kind of control a lot of the cops and media and all that together so it obviously

00:42:28.400 makes it a bit difficult do you think that there's a double standard where jason kenny and tyla chandra

00:42:33.760 and these guys can party at the sky palace and christians are being thrown in jail for gathering

00:42:38.160 for worship it's it's very obvious if you put in my perspective because it makes so much sense right

00:42:43.200 like this guy's out here partying having fun doing things aren't so holy but he's arresting the holy

00:42:48.080 ones isn't that kind of ironic uh well i i would think anybody that's in charge of investigating

00:42:55.120 or putting anybody else behind bars for anything should probably be looking at his own record first

00:43:00.240 i mean he might not be the person they want to put in head of an investigation of other people of any

00:43:04.880 kind christian or otherwise oh absolutely i mean you know i i wouldn't classify myself as a conservative

00:43:10.960 but i i still think that i think that in both in both cases i think that both people should should be

00:43:15.280 prosecuted the government needs to um you know be held accountable just as much as as the pastors

00:43:20.320 have been um and i'm not saying that you know for any reason that you know a pastor should be uh

00:43:25.120 prosecuted because they're a pastor it's more because they you know broke the law just as as

00:43:29.200 shander should be and kenny all of them you know if you break the law you should face the consequences

00:43:33.680 of that you know so we're in inglewood calgary and this is sort of one of the liberal hearts of this great

00:43:40.320 city we've had quite a few people tell us that they're simply not fans of revel news shockingly when

00:43:45.120 we were over at the police station they were fans of rebel news that's not the take we're appreciating

00:43:49.360 but a few people we've talked to have sort of agreed that tyler shandro has overstepped certainly

00:43:55.440 other people though they simply say that they hate us and they keep on moving notice you guys filming

00:43:59.760 do you care to share any commentary on these pastors being arrested by tyler shandro they should have

00:44:03.600 gotten arrested do you mind sharing why um because you know i don't really want to talk to you actually

00:44:09.680 i'm not a big fan of rebel media so i'm just gonna can we ask why or oh okay sure have a nice day

00:44:17.360 nothing good i don't make good of any of this stuff uh adam's doing a really good job there

00:44:23.040 um i'm really glad we did you know what and we you can see that we're raising money for that at

00:44:27.920 shame on shandro.com looks like we've raised thirteen thousand dollars um that truck costs about two

00:44:34.160 grand a day um and we had it for a few days and we're going to use it in the stampede for a few

00:44:40.400 days so really if you like that truck um every two grand we get plus tax so let's say 2500 it's actually

00:44:50.880 22.50 a day if you want to be precise so 4500 bucks for two days is what it is um so we now have enough

00:45:00.000 for almost um four more days and i'd like to keep that truck going i'd like to bring that truck up to

00:45:05.920 edmonton maybe um or maybe keep it in calgary i don't know so if you want to support that truck i

00:45:12.480 like that truck if you do too go to shame on shandri.com and chip in because it's about uh just over

00:45:18.240 two grand a day i'm back on sheila's twitter feed so um all three of our clients were convicted

00:45:28.720 of contempt of court convicted is the wrong word because it's not a criminal offense i don't think

00:45:35.840 found in contempt of court i think is the word i don't think it was a criminal contempt

00:45:42.240 it's civil contempt court will hear arguments on sanctions for the pavlovskys and scott on the

00:45:47.760 afternoon of july 27th that means that the court will talk about what punishments they get that day

00:45:55.120 however scott and williamson are headed to the court of appeal fighting the original order against

00:46:00.640 them so this isn't close to over yet you can donate at fight the finance.com okay that's good i was

00:46:07.760 telling you that i wanted to appeal it sounds like that's already happening maybe i knew that

00:46:11.680 we have so many cases going on will you forgive me if i don't remember the details of all of them

00:46:15.440 um let's keep reading judge is asking alberta health services to outline in writing if they are

00:46:24.080 seeking a period of imprisonment as a sanction against scott and pavlovskys these men were locked

00:46:31.360 up for three and two days respectively and yet this sickening government could ask for more

00:46:35.680 could you imagine asking for more jail time and that little bigot tyler shandro will probably say yes

00:46:46.160 i wonder if there's any grown-ups in the conservative government who will say guys asking for more jail time

00:46:55.600 is an international disaster

00:47:05.520 i don't want any of those men to go to jail

00:47:10.320 again or in the first place but there's a there's an old leninist saying and i'm not a leninist

00:47:17.280 and i don't believe in this thing there's something that the communists say

00:47:21.360 so the etroskyites probably are leninist i don't say this but this is a they say this have you ever

00:47:28.160 heard the saying the worse the better have you ever heard that saying the worse the better

00:47:40.320 yeah you know what i um

00:47:42.880 nikolay gavrilovich chernyshevsky was a russian literary and social credit journalist novelist

00:47:54.800 democrat and socialist philosopher often identified as a utopian socialist

00:47:59.760 and leading theoretician of russian nihilism

00:48:04.480 he was the dominant intellectual figure in the 1860s revolutionary democratic movement in russia

00:48:09.680 despite despite spending much of his later life in exile to siberia and was later highly praised by

00:48:16.800 karl marx georgie plechenov and vladimir lenin

00:48:25.920 let me just read one more line okay i'm not trying to bore you

00:48:30.480 chernyshevsky i'm reading from wikipedia so take it with a grain of salt

00:48:34.080 chernyshevsky's ideas were heavily influenced by blah blah blah he saw class struggle as the means

00:48:39.440 of society's forward movement and advocated for the interest of the working people in his view

00:48:46.160 the masses were the chief maker of history he is reputed to have used the phrase the worse the better

00:48:52.960 to indicate and this is where i disagree to indicate that the worse the social conditions become for the

00:49:00.240 poor the more inclined they would be to launch a revolution though he did not originate the phrase

00:49:08.160 which predates his birth for example in an 1814 letter john adams used it when discussing the

00:49:12.640 lead-up to the american revolution

00:49:17.360 there are those arguing the words of professor joseph frank that chernyshevsky's novel what is to be done

00:49:22.160 far more than marxist das kapital supplied the emotional dynamic that eventually went to make

00:49:26.400 the russian revolution

00:49:27.440 revolution now you can debate the morality of the worse the better i think it's immoral i think you

00:49:34.560 never want to make things worse on purpose it's almost like the the socratic sorry uh socrates uh

00:49:40.960 sorry pardon me the hippocratic oath i'm confusing my greeks the hippocratic oath that's the doctor's

00:49:47.120 oath you know the doctor's oath is very simple do no harm you ever heard of that do no harm because

00:49:54.880 in medicine you're interfering with the body there's so many things you could get wrong that's

00:50:00.640 do no harm is absolutely being abandoned in the face of these vaccines and lockdowns they're doing harm

00:50:06.480 every day i believe in do no harm as a political statement as well don't smash something if you don't

00:50:13.200 know how to rebuild it the leninists take a different point of view they say the worse the better make

00:50:19.200 things so awful that you make the contradictions even more strike you start you cause the crisis

00:50:27.920 if things are terrible you'll have a rebellion well yeah but isn't the whole point to live in a

00:50:33.920 world that's not terrible the leninists would argue unlock the power of the proletariat by making things 0.80

00:50:42.320 worse i do not take that point of view

00:50:48.880 but if but if i were a leninist i would say

00:50:51.680 the worst the better here if the thugs at the alberta health service and the cabinet

00:51:03.040 and the government of alberta wants to put arthur pavlovsky in prison again

00:51:09.120 and chris scott in prison and david pavlovsky in prison again you want to do that you really want

00:51:20.560 to do that holy moly will that make things worse will that make things worse politically for them

00:51:32.000 i don't want that to happen i don't want them to go back to jail

00:51:34.640 but if i were a leninist i sure would

00:51:41.520 just a couple more sheila's tweets williamson and scott are back in court wednesday in front of

00:51:45.120 the appeals court arguing the ex-party rook order was procedurally flawed so this situation could

00:51:50.080 change if the order is tossed because it was obtained in the sleaziest and sneakiest of ways

00:51:55.920 sheila ends by saying and that's a wrap adam sosa and i will be filming respective video

00:52:00.240 updates about the cases today to help offset the legal costs to fight for religious and

00:52:04.480 entrepreneurial freedom you can donate two ways savearthur.com or fight the fines.com thanks

00:52:10.480 everyone all right well really good coverage by sheila i appreciate her doing that

00:52:15.920 let's read some super chats

00:52:22.800 super you hammers girl 88 must appeal cannot give up i agree with you as you can see uh chris scott is

00:52:30.400 already appealing and that's coming up very soon so i'm glad i probably i think i think our whole team

00:52:36.800 knows we always fight to the end right so um i don't think i need to call and tell the lawyers that

00:52:42.880 i will but it sounds like that's in hand on rumble chrissy's kingdom conservative leaders need to learn

00:52:49.760 to do something almost two years none of them have helped oh exactly right exactly right hyper chat

00:52:55.600 agatha agatha agatha agatha i love the jambotron truck and think we should keep it going with

00:53:01.520 different messages better than a billboard yeah i like it for two reasons first of all you can have a

00:53:06.160 like it's got sound and and moving pictures so it's powerful and you can move it anywhere you want

00:53:11.760 tyler shandro is riding um office police department city hall

00:53:18.720 we have a static billboard on highway two in alberta between calgary and edmonton

00:53:26.080 and that's great it gets a gazillion views a month but i like the mobile digital jumbotron trucks

00:53:32.880 hyper chat one library from mimi j thank you agatha agatha again next jumbotron truck should

00:53:39.360 shame calgary mayor and the heat density and the calgary police services yeah i don't think they know

00:53:43.360 shame i don't think they can be shamed hyper chat history club world rebels should buy a bunch of these

00:53:48.080 jumbotron trucks and have them drive around every city in canada shame on shandro and other people

00:53:53.040 in alberta shame on ford in ontario follow history world um we could buy a truck those trucks are

00:53:59.520 probably what do you think they are like 50 grand a truck yeah like it's expensive um

00:54:06.960 they'd be yeah the driver and the gas and you know it's more than 50 grand what am i saying like

00:54:12.400 like like a big suv is 50 grand these days right to get that truck with that and you need the

00:54:17.840 power plant like that thing takes power i don't know how that's powered is that it

00:54:21.840 runs off the gas engine you like that's a lot of electricity but but you need the driver and by the

00:54:29.280 way well yeah and and you got to move it around so we've used jumbotron trucks in a great number of

00:54:36.640 cities and it's my experience but you don't want to own that the and because you don't know what city

00:54:42.240 you like we've even had one um in florida we even had one we had one in london england so

00:54:51.760 like you don't know where you're going to need one so if you actually bought a jumbotron truck and

00:54:56.240 kept it in calgary at toronto great but what if you needed halfway around the world or even halfway

00:55:00.880 around the province so i think it's you know i've i have friends who've bought a vacation home somewhere

00:55:07.520 you know in toronto a lot of people they buy a little getaway at the lake and i get it

00:55:14.720 but that sort of locks you into going that lake every single time which is fine if that's your

00:55:19.280 family tradition but let's say you want to change your pace you want to go somewhere else i think

00:55:25.360 it's the same thing with jumbotron truck you buy a jumbotron truck okay well you'd better use it a lot

00:55:30.720 in toronto or wherever you have it but it sort of precludes you from going other places anyways i

00:55:37.040 don't know if that metaphor works um super you tip analisa tipped 20 bucks thank you very much that's 0.97

00:55:46.240 nice of you just sending rebel a big hug and lots of love i appreciate that on rumble ts868191 we will

00:55:53.840 find a way to get rebel news after bill 36 we're really focused on that go to stop c36.com stop

00:56:03.600 and then the letter c36.com

00:56:10.000 boy look at that 18 549 signatures i think we only set that up what on friday or something

00:56:15.760 thursday night member i get maybe i can't remember that's a fair number of signatures people are worried

00:56:20.080 as well they should be i won't get into that bill again right now but it's a it's a censorship bill

00:56:26.080 it's the second censorship bill introduced by the liberals in the month what's so crazy about it it has

00:56:33.280 secret complainants and secret witnesses someone can make a complaint against you and you will never know

00:56:40.240 who it is someone can give evidence against you and you can never know who it is

00:56:45.840 so if it's an ex-wife ex-husband ex-girlfriend ex-employee ex-boss ex-neighbor someone who

00:56:53.840 ex-business partner someone with a grudge someone you know getting even with you a competitor

00:57:00.240 you know secret i have never heard of that i've heard of people testifying but then entering into

00:57:08.720 a witness protection program i've heard of that and that makes sense but you have the right to face your

00:57:14.000 accuser in fact you know i was i watched the godfather last month again and i think it was

00:57:21.440 like in the second um movie maybe it was first when they were testifying against the godfather

00:57:29.360 michael corleone and um they brought the capo in to testify this was in front of a congressional hearing

00:57:39.200 michael corleone the bad guy but he had the right to look at who was making the accusation to say what

00:57:49.120 he had to say now in that case he threatened the guy but um so maybe the example isn't perfect but

00:57:54.880 you if someone is a lot of a lot of uh witnesses have come with dirty hands themselves they have a

00:58:03.440 maybe they're hiding something themselves maybe they have have culpability themselves

00:58:08.640 even when you prosecute the mafia you have to do so in your own name you can hide afterwards

00:58:14.960 but you can't hide when you're on the witness stand have you ever heard of that before a secret

00:58:18.320 witness secret that's bill c36 my metaphors are not doing very well today the cottage metaphor and then

00:58:27.440 yeah but it's secret from everybody literally secret from everybody yeah kids kids names are kept

00:58:36.800 there's a publication ban on kids names and occasionally there's a victim

00:58:43.200 that's publication bad but a party a complainant

00:58:46.880 no no it's not from not from the defendant not from the suspect not from the person whose life

00:59:00.880 hangs in the balance

00:59:04.480 history club world you should make a documentary about the barbecue rebellion and all the other

00:59:07.760 canadian actions against covert lockdowns a good 10-part documentary with interviews with cops politicians

00:59:12.960 maybe bureaucrats yeah i don't think uh cops politicians or bureaucrats would talk to us do you 0.80

00:59:19.760 rumble joyful art from the heart think about it they don't need anyone to complain the government

00:59:24.880 would be the complainer it's a dictatorship well that's a great point i mean i showed you

00:59:28.640 about a month ago that a lobby group called the canadian anti-hate network what a

00:59:33.760 ironic name that is received a quarter million dollar grant from stephen gilbo to file complaints

00:59:39.280 against the enemies of the liberals so you know that's already in hand all right well that hour

00:59:44.640 certainly went by quickly you know i just want to leave you with a palate cleanser um

00:59:52.320 there's a congressman named mo brooks and he was accosted by uh jim acosta of cnn and it's just a

01:00:00.960 it's just a little exchange i liked it take a look at this you take the bike to work huh sometimes

01:00:07.840 congressman is there any way we could get you to talk about january 6th i do not do interviews with

01:00:12.640 cnn because i do not trust cnn to be honorable or truthful well can i ask you do you still believe

01:00:17.440 i've already was behind what i'm gonna say i don't trust y'all to be truthful or honest well can

01:00:22.640 you tell us if you regret what you said on january 6th i do not trust cnn to be truthful or honest so

01:00:28.320 i don't know i'm just asking you questions i'm asking you fair questions here sir why can't you

01:00:32.080 not trust y'all to be truthful or honest with anything it's on it's on video if you can just

01:00:36.640 talk to us for a moment oh you guys will lie through your teeth any chance you get well

01:00:42.000 give you the chance to come on if you don't mind

01:00:46.720 you know there's a lot i like there um but the one thing that surprises me it looks like a really

01:00:52.080 nice day in washington dc you saw the police cop uh the the bike cop nearby which i was glad

01:00:58.160 to see um that's a republican mo brooks is his name he's actually riding a bicycle looks like a

01:01:05.920 nice i bet his apartment is really close by like a lot of politicians obviously they live in their

01:01:12.080 home district and they have like a condo or apartment in the capital probably as close to

01:01:18.640 work as possible i suppose somewhere in a hotel but if you're there for a while he may as well buy a rent

01:01:26.160 so he probably just bikes a few blocks

01:01:34.320 i don't i've never heard that mo brooks boast about biking you only hear left-wing politicians 1.00

01:01:38.240 boasting about biking but they don't actually bike right like um pete buddhage the transport secretary he

01:01:48.000 brings a limo takes the bike out of the trunk and bikes the last few blocks jack layton did that in

01:01:53.920 canada katherine mckenna who announced her resignation this morning does the same thing

01:01:59.600 she parks a bike there but she has a limo 1.00

01:02:03.920 um this is the first politician i've seen who actually really bikes and not just for show we

01:02:10.320 only saw the bike because jim acosta of cnn was hassling him anyway i thought that was sort of funny

01:02:16.320 all right well i uh i should go because it's 102 eastern time and there's a lot going on i got a lot

01:02:29.280 of work i gotta do but it's a pleasure being with you thanks for joining us on the various platforms

01:02:34.000 rumble super you odyssey and youtube and thanks to sheila for live tweeting the hearings out west i look
