00:00:00.000 good afternoon ladies and gentlemen you have tuned into the rebel news live stream on this

00:00:20.640 a thursday june 24th 2021 i'm david menzies and my co-host well my co-host she confuses me

00:00:29.080 because i was thinking if she were a superheroine who would she be would it be wonder woman or super

00:00:34.100 girl would it be power woman or the she hulk maybe all four combined how do you like that 1.00

00:00:39.640 she is the she devil with the sword she is the khaleesi of northern alberta she is sheila gun 0.98

00:00:46.840 reed how you doing there sheila david thank you for that introduction um you know what i'm just

00:00:53.180 going to deal with this right off the bat um because people are going to think what is wrong

00:00:57.620 sheila's face um i have a black eye what i've done my best i don't know if you can tell i've done my

00:01:06.700 best to hide it so that it is no longer black but both eyes are like not good and uh anyways i just

00:01:13.980 while i love professional wrestlers i don't want to look like one um and yesterday i wore sunglasses

00:01:20.240 in all my videos but today i'm in studio and it is my natural inclination to think that people who

00:01:25.240 wear sunglasses inside are on cocaine so i didn't want anybody to make that assumption about me

00:01:31.400 i tried on 10 different pairs of glasses to make sure that they hit me in the right place to sort

00:01:35.520 of hide my black eye but i've got one and uh now it's out there and so wait a minute sheila just keep 0.99

00:01:41.540 going you you are burying the lead as they say in the journalism business how did you get the black eye

00:01:47.880 uh same reason i thought i was going to have one two weeks ago so so um two weeks ago i uh do you

00:01:56.340 remember david when i was like i can't be on the live stream with you because um yeah i gotta do some

00:02:01.860 things up inside my sinuses and then and then it could leave me with a black eye well a couple weeks

00:02:07.340 ago it didn't leave me with a black eye so i thought okay no big deal i don't need to like work ahead

00:02:12.900 find someone to cover the live stream for me because it didn't cause a problem last time so

00:02:17.460 won't cause a problem this time well it did like the first two minutes of my video yesterday

00:02:22.540 were me complaining to justin and to my cell phone about how what happened to my face and how terrible

00:02:29.540 it was but yeah like i said yesterday i got to wear sunglasses because i did most of my work outside

00:02:33.840 today is not so much so hopefully tomorrow everything will be fine i'll just be back to my

00:02:38.320 normal self so this wasn't an assault this wasn't dion buse run amok because i'll tell you if it was

00:02:44.260 sheila i'd be hopping on a concord right now to edmonton is the concord still flying did they bring

00:02:49.160 that back no whatever the second fastest passenger plane i'd be on that to defend you because uh but

00:02:55.360 thank goodness it wasn't anything like that correct no nothing like that at all that would you know

00:03:00.580 and then i could say though well you should see the other guy but i don't even have a good story

00:03:06.940 for it i just i just thought i would just mention it right off the hot because it'll be like in the

00:03:11.240 youtube comments what's wrong with sheila's face what's wrong with sheila's face yes i realize one

00:03:15.300 side of my face looks like a rob zombie movie i get it well thanks for hanging tough sheila and

00:03:24.420 joining because it isn't the same without you my friend and by the way i this is usually when you

00:03:29.980 tell people the ostensible policy reason of this rebel news live stream exactly um so normally this

00:03:38.060 used to just be the rebel news live stream on fridays it was the weekly friday live stream now

00:03:43.520 we do it five days a week because there's more news than ever um we think people like interacting

00:03:48.760 with us we like interacting with them and each other so currently we're streaming on youtube not

00:03:55.640 because we like youtube but because we think it's a great place for people to find us and if you find

00:03:59.820 us on youtube might i suggest you migrate over to a platform that doesn't hate you doesn't hate

00:04:06.100 conservatives and won't censor the news and so that's why we're also streaming on rumble um which

00:04:14.040 is a great free speechy platform we're also streaming on super you again great company uh they don't care

00:04:20.860 about your views which is exactly how i want a company to be and we are also over on uh odyssey

00:04:28.240 and on odyssey and on super you you can make a donation to support the work that we do on odyssey

00:04:36.120 you can leave something called a hyper chat uh you have to buy some of their library cryptocurrency

00:04:40.580 first i don't understand cryptocurrency but we're happy to take it off your hands and on super you you

00:04:47.100 can leave us a tip and if you do that then we'll read your comment on air absolutely and we are very

00:04:53.860 grateful folks for your voluntary contributions to our journalism unlike the involuntary contributions

00:05:01.500 you make to the cbc and the newspapers and mclean's and so on and so forth uh and well without further

00:05:09.040 ado you know i see well you know folks if rebel news headquarters was the bat cave our batmobile

00:05:15.840 is the jumbotron equipped truck i love that thing and that's the same kind of thing too trying to get

00:05:22.360 some a modicum of justice out there and sheila uh maybe you can explain what this is about it is our

00:05:28.880 shame on shandro campaign what is all that about oh boy we fired up the shame mobile and we're taking

00:05:36.700 it all around calgary this i love i'm like you david i love the billboard trucks um and i i'm so happy

00:05:44.740 that our first time out um i guess since the beginning of the pandemic is the billboard truck

00:05:51.200 to shame one of the worst lockdown offenders um in alberta it's health minister tyler shandro

00:05:58.940 he has allowed his health bureaucrats to run amok run to use the court system to get court orders

00:06:06.080 to arrest pastors in front of their kids in the case of tim stevens twice um pastor art on the

00:06:15.200 cold wet pavement they did that that was alberta health services going to court to get a secret

00:06:22.380 court order they arrested um chris scott at the whistle stop using that same order tim stevens is

00:06:29.040 still in jail his kids spent father's day without their dad because the province locked him up and

00:06:35.880 it is health minister tyler shandro is directly responsible for that raquel stevens her anniversary

00:06:42.900 with tim happened just last week while tim was incarcerated alberta is moving to stage three

00:06:49.520 reopening all the mlas are off shopping for their calgary stampede outfits tim stevens is still

00:06:55.940 in jail so we got ourselves a billboard truck and adam sos and k2 kian simone they're driving around

00:07:04.600 calgary they drove it around all day yesterday they're driving it around today so if you see them

00:07:09.960 take a picture tweet it at me um because i want to share it um and they are taking it to churches

00:07:15.540 um they're driving it around all uh high visibility locations in calgary because they want to shame

00:07:24.080 tyler shandro i think it's really weird how the rest of the world outside of alberta they are

00:07:30.460 absolutely shocked and outraged at what's happening to the pastors here including pastor

00:07:34.820 coates by the way i can't even believe i just glossed right over him pastor coates also spent 35 days

00:07:40.360 in jail again directly on the shoulders of tyler shandro and uh we think that while the mainstream

00:07:47.920 media is perfectly fine with the treatment of christian pastors in this province we think the general

00:07:52.620 public is outraged and if you think that too might i suggest you go to shame on shandro.com we've got

00:08:00.160 a petition there but also if you wouldn't mind pitching in to cover the cost of that billboard

00:08:04.400 truck uh every little bit helps but we think it is so important to you know show the world that

00:08:11.420 while the government and while health minister shandro is locking up pastors normal everyday albertans

00:08:19.560 think it is a shameful international disgrace and again you can help cover the cost to offset the

00:08:24.780 billboard truck because these things are expensive um you know we've got to create graphics and video

00:08:30.420 uh production beforehand and then you know pay the truck to drive it around that's at shame on

00:08:36.780 shandro.com justin do you have a you got a little clip there don't you yeah let's check that out

00:08:41.920 and so we arranged a little surprise for mr shandro we're gonna have a billboard bus

00:08:46.620 with footage of these dramatic arrests and pictures of tyler shandro in the sky palace going around 0.96

00:08:52.560 reminding everyone of the ridiculous hypocrite that tyler shandro is if you want to help this 0.79

00:08:58.120 initiative i urge you to go to shame on shandro.com to help and calgary we'll see you out there 0.99

00:09:03.620 shame on you tyler shandro

00:09:05.620 shame on you tyler shandro 0.97

00:09:37.840 Hi, Dad.

00:09:38.840 I love you very much.

00:09:39.840 Hi, Dad.

00:09:40.840 Hi, Dad.

00:09:49.840 Adam Sos for Rebel News here, and I'm standing in the very spot where Pastor Tim Stevens

00:09:54.840 was first arrested.

00:09:55.840 As you likely know, he was in jail for a bit and released because they watched the arrest.

00:10:00.840 They watched serving him papers.

00:10:02.840 He's now been re-arrested, and you also no doubt saw that heroine and heart-rending footage

00:10:07.840 of him being taken away from his crying family.

00:10:10.840 We also know that Pastor Artur Pawlowski was arrested in dramatic squat-style fashion roadside.

00:10:15.840 This isn't the only group of people that have been targeted, though.

00:10:18.840 It's not just pastors.

00:10:19.840 It's business owners and it's individuals who've been punished, ticketed, and thrown in jail

00:10:24.840 for resisting these unjust measures.

00:10:28.840 And we've learned that the man responsible for targeting these individuals, for making

00:10:32.840 a political example out of them, is Tyler Shandro.

00:10:35.840 And we cannot let that stand.

00:10:37.840 Tyler Shandro himself is a scofflaw.

00:10:39.840 He was caught in the Sky Palace breaking these rules.

00:10:42.840 He's been caught in numerous instances along with other UCP members violating the very rules

00:10:47.840 that he's enforcing militantly on others.

00:10:49.840 That is a double standard that we are not allowing.

00:10:52.840 And so we arranged a little surprise for Mr. Shandro.

00:10:55.840 We're going to have a billboard bust with footage of these dramatic arrests and pictures of 0.99

00:11:00.840 Tyler Shandro in the Sky Palace going around reminding everyone of the ridiculous hypocrite 0.99

00:11:05.840 that Tyler Shandro is. 0.91

00:11:07.840 If you want to help this initiative, I urge you to go to shameonshandro.com to help.

00:11:11.840 And Calgary, we'll see you out there.

00:11:13.840 Shame on you, Tyler Shandro.

00:11:15.840 Hey guys, so just a quick update on our tour of the city and our shame on Shandro truck.

00:11:21.840 We're now, as you likely recognize, outside the church of Pastor Artur Pawlewski.

00:11:25.840 This is, of course, the location he left from after worship before his arrest.

00:11:29.840 This is also where he ejected the authorities in his viral get out, get out speech.

00:11:35.840 So we're going to hang out here for a while.

00:11:37.840 We were at the police station.

00:11:38.840 We were at Tyler Shandro's office.

00:11:40.840 We started off, as you know, this morning at Pastor Tim Stephens Church.

00:11:43.840 Next up though, we're going to be heading downtown.

00:11:45.840 So if you're downtown, you may see the Shame on Shandro truck.

00:11:48.840 If you want to help this initiative, go to shameonshandro.com.

00:11:52.840 You can learn more or even help us pay for this truck behind us.

00:11:55.840 All right, everybody.

00:11:56.840 So that is nearly a wrap on the billboard truck for today.

00:12:00.840 We have been all over the city.

00:12:02.840 Countless eyes have been watching the truck to call out the shameful conduct of Tyler Shandro.

00:12:09.840 Our truck driver is going to keep doing a few laps around the city.

00:12:12.840 As you saw him just drive by.

00:12:14.840 But don't fear.

00:12:15.840 We're not done.

00:12:16.840 We're going to be back at it tomorrow.

00:12:18.840 So keep your eyes peeled on social media.

00:12:20.840 Maybe you can come track us down and get your eyes on the truck for yourselves.

00:12:25.840 How cool is that, Sheila?

00:12:28.840 The only thing cooler would be Tyler Shandro walking down the sidewalk and, oh, what's this?

00:12:34.840 And seeing his image with the word shame on you, like the Game of Thrones, Cersei walking.

00:12:41.840 I know.

00:12:42.840 And it'd be great if we could hire somebody in a medieval caution with a bell ringing it, too, as he follows them down the road.

00:12:49.840 But, wow.

00:12:51.840 It's well deserved.

00:12:52.840 And I think, you know, Adam made a good point.

00:12:55.840 If you're going to have these draconian rules, maybe you agree with them.

00:13:01.840 Maybe you don't agree with them.

00:13:02.840 I don't.

00:13:03.840 But that's not the point.

00:13:04.840 Right.

00:13:05.840 It is incumbent upon you to lead by example, to follow those rules.

00:13:11.840 And they don't.

00:13:12.840 So as far as I'm concerned, this guy has no credibility.

00:13:16.840 No.

00:13:17.840 I mean, especially after he was pictured up in the Sky Palace.

00:13:22.840 Sky Palace.

00:13:23.840 In the Sky Palace that has claimed so many conservatives.

00:13:28.840 It's like it's got a siren song and a lure that just calls in, you know, conservative sailors to the rocks and smashes their careers.

00:13:39.840 You know, he's up there on the Sky Palace, whining and dining Jameson's, I guess, with Premier Jason Kenney in violation of the lockdown rules.

00:13:51.840 While he is imprisoning good, honest, decent family men.

00:13:57.840 And in the case of Tim Stevens, I would say abusing Tim Stevens.

00:14:01.840 Yes.

00:14:02.840 Using the state to abuse Tim Stevens and more importantly, sorry, Tim, but your kids.

00:14:07.840 Because those kids have been traumatized twice now at the hands of the state because the Calgary police and health officials have come and arrested their dad in front of them, once at the church and once at the home.

00:14:20.840 And so, you know, if there's a single person in this province who deserves to be shamed with a billboard truck, it is Tyler Shadrow.

00:14:29.840 And I saw somebody in the YouTube comments say, hey, we probably need one of those for Doug Ford.

00:14:33.840 You know what?

00:14:34.840 You help us pay for this one.

00:14:36.840 We'll pay it forward.

00:14:37.840 We'll get one for Doug Ford because I love cracking out the billboard trucks.

00:14:41.840 And I know you love them, too, David.

00:14:43.840 Oh, yeah.

00:14:44.840 They're so much fun.

00:14:45.840 They truly are.

00:14:46.840 Yeah.

00:14:47.840 If you'd like to help us cover the cost of this truck and maybe put a little money in the bank to get one for Doug Ford, please go to shame on shandro.com.

00:14:56.840 You know, this shame is very well deserved.

00:14:59.840 And again, it is international.

00:15:01.840 Like a lot of our media requests for us to appear on like outside media is Americans who can't even believe their eyes about what's happening here.

00:15:12.840 And yet in Alberta in particular, but Canada for sure, some of the largest Locker Downer cheerleaders are the media who are saying, well, why didn't Tim Stevens just comply with the law?

00:15:25.840 Why didn't he just do that?

00:15:27.840 And what I would say to those media COVID Cassandras and Karens is simply this.

00:15:34.840 Sheila, whether it's Grace Life, Pastor Tim, Pastor Arthur, we know for a fact that these churches and what they're doing, like, say, Pastor Art actually feeding the homeless, none of these media Cassandras would ever be caught dead getting so close with the little people like that.

00:15:56.840 There's no evidence whatsoever of a COVID-19 outbreak, zero, because we know we didn't know a year ago.

00:16:06.840 We weren't quite sure we were still figuring this out.

00:16:08.840 But now we know that the vast majority of deaths are elderly people at long term care facilities, and they typically have an underlying medical condition.

00:16:19.840 We know that for a fact.

00:16:22.840 And yet we're still pretending it's early 2020 like this is maybe the second coming of Ebola.

00:16:29.840 Do you remember, Sheila, when, you know, when this news was first breaking, you would see people at the gas station and they'd be entombing the gas dispenser in paper towel because it was like there was cooties that would jump onto you.

00:16:43.840 I haven't seen that for about a year now, OK, so we know much more than we did more than a year ago.

00:16:53.840 So why are we pretending it's still early 2020 and that, you know, this is a far more deadly virus that affects everybody equally when we know it is not?

00:17:07.840 Well, and our politicians know that it's not as deadly as they're telling us because they're behaving exactly like Tyler Shandro is.

00:17:14.840 Exactly. Exactly.

00:17:15.840 Like Jason Kenney is exactly like Doug Ford is just going to his cottage to check the plumbing.

00:17:20.840 Sure you are.

00:17:21.840 And don't forget the like.

00:17:26.840 See that we talked about this when the former minister of finance for Ontario, Sheila, Rod Phillips, and to me, this was a next level element of deviousness.

00:17:38.840 When he was putting out at Christmas time, you know, fireside chats with Rod Phillips and he's in a turtleneck in front of a fireplace.

00:17:48.840 Meanwhile, he's suntanning his ricotta cheese candy ass in St. Bart's on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 0.96

00:17:57.840 And basically, well, the hypocrisy was was one angle. 0.98

00:18:03.840 But what you and I agreed on is, you know, deep down, this is great news.

00:18:09.840 And Rod Phillips, he's a smart man. He's in the inner circle of the Ontario government.

00:18:13.840 He has access to all the latest medical and scientific information.

00:18:18.840 He would never dare put his family at risk if he thought flying to the Caribbean was truly a life changing event.

00:18:25.840 So I thought, you know, hooray, you know, and and by the way, just to show that you always fail upward in Doug Ford's Ontario.

00:18:35.840 While he lost the portfolio of minister finance just the other day, he was given a new portfolio.

00:18:42.840 I think it was long term care. I'm not sure.

00:18:45.840 Oh, my goodness.

00:18:46.840 But but you you know what? It's when you get caught and you fail and you screw up.

00:18:53.840 It's not you're canceled.

00:18:55.840 Not if you're part of the elites.

00:18:57.840 It's you go into the penalty box.

00:18:59.840 You serve your double minor and then you come back with a new portfolio. 0.98

00:19:03.840 How pathetic is that? 0.75

00:19:05.840 You know, Justin, if you wouldn't mind going to my Twitter account, if you go there, 0.94

00:19:11.840 I've retweeted something that Tim Stevens wrote from behind bars.

00:19:15.840 Oh, and I think, again, for all those people who say they why can't he just follow the rules?

00:19:21.840 Tim explains it really well in that letter.

00:19:24.840 If you wouldn't mind digging it up, it's a letter he wrote from behind bars at the Remand Center.

00:19:30.840 And I think he sent it to his lovely wife, Raquel, and she published it on the fairviewbaptistchurch.ca website.

00:19:40.840 And it's a letter to Premier Kenny and Alberta MLA's.

00:19:43.840 He says, I write this from my jail cell in the Calgary Remand Center last or the past week.

00:19:49.840 I've missed my wedding anniversary and Father's Day.

00:19:52.840 My children will remember this Father's Day as a time when they wept over the phone as I did my best to stay composed before other inmates while expressing my love for my children.

00:20:03.840 Your government has wrongfully put me on the horns of a dilemma.

00:20:07.840 Either I forsake my convictions before God or I'm imprisoned for some unknown time taken from my family and the church community I'm entrusted to serve.

00:20:16.840 If I choose the former, then I deny God. Thus, I'm left facing the consequences of the latter.

00:20:21.840 My conscience is captive to the word of God and shall not be moved.

00:20:26.840 I realize that you think it's best to adapt or change religious practices to work within the confines of your overbearing rules.

00:20:32.840 But to adapt or change what I believe God calls me to do is to deny what God has called me to do.

00:20:39.840 What a powerful statement.

00:20:41.840 It sure is.

00:20:42.840 For example, I'm commanded by Jesus who died to make me his own, to practice hospitality.

00:20:48.840 In fact, as a pastor, this must be a defining mark of my life.

00:20:53.840 Hospitality is the practice of welcoming guests into your home, a practice forbidden by your government for six months.

00:21:00.840 When forced to choose between obeying God and obeying men, the choice is clear.

00:21:04.840 I've shared publicly and on many occasions how our theological convictions mined from never changing scripture come in conflict with your ever changing laws.

00:21:14.840 AHS continues to make public statements that they tried working with us, which is shorthand for them seeking unbending compliance through greater threats of punishment.

00:21:24.840 Not once has anyone in your government shown any interest in actually working with us.

00:21:30.840 You have said that we have access to our independent judiciary for such discussions.

00:21:35.840 However, our courts continue to refrain from weighing in on the constitutionality of your health orders.

00:21:41.840 AHS lawyers continue to argue that more time is needed to produce the evidence that your office says it is using to make these restrictions.

00:21:50.840 The courts have not proved to be a timely option for us.

00:21:53.840 Your government can get a court order within a week.

00:21:56.840 We are waiting on a hearing set for the end of September that began with lawyers in December of last year.

00:22:02.840 The dates have been pushed back numerous times.

00:22:05.840 Mr. Premier and elected MLAs, I'm pleading with you to uphold your highest laws to which you are held to account.

00:22:11.840 Temporary public health orders do not supersede our Alberta Bill of Rights nor our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

00:22:18.840 I know that I am in the minority, but these laws are designed to protect the minority.

00:22:24.840 Mr. Premier, I know these restrictions will be lifted soon.

00:22:27.840 I ask that you refrain from using imprisonment ever again to seek compliance to health orders.

00:22:33.840 My imprisonment may be applauded by the left, but it has made Alberta the worldwide embarrassment of conservative governments.

00:22:42.840 As restrictions are lifted, return responsibility to the people of Alberta and return it for good.

00:22:49.840 May this not be a pattern for your government in the future.

00:22:53.840 Thank you.

00:22:54.840 Tim Stevens, pastor of Fairview Baptist Church.

00:22:56.840 What a guy.

00:22:57.840 What a man.

00:22:58.840 What a guy.

00:22:59.840 What a fantastic letter.

00:23:00.840 And here's the question, Sheila.

00:23:01.840 We know where Premier Kenny stands on this issue by his actions.

00:23:05.840 We know where Mr. Shandro stands.

00:23:07.840 How many MLAs are on side with Pastor Tim, even silently?

00:23:13.840 I mean, you know Alberta far better than I do.

00:23:15.840 You know the people in government far better than I do.

00:23:17.840 What do you, how many allies do you think he has in this government?

00:23:22.840 I think he has fewer than he thinks.

00:23:25.840 That's for sure.

00:23:26.840 I know a lot of them do reach out to me privately, both like prominent, powerful staffers and even some, you know, MLAs, in fact, who have reached out to me and said this is not what I campaigned on doing.

00:23:43.840 This is not why I want to be in government.

00:23:46.840 It's not to lock up pastors.

00:23:47.840 This is not who I am.

00:23:49.840 This is not who I thought Jason Kenny was.

00:23:51.840 So I think he has fewer allies than he thought.

00:23:57.840 I think he's doing a good job at isolating those allies from each other, because I think if they knew that there were more of them who think alike, they would have the ability to put more pressure, upward pressure.

00:24:11.840 But I think it's probably a 50 50 split.

00:24:14.840 I think there are a lot of people who are saying this is a bridge too far.

00:24:18.840 And then there are other people who are saying if we just hang on, we'll have the stampede.

00:24:22.840 We'll get through this.

00:24:23.840 The viewer or the viewers, the voters will forget.

00:24:26.840 And maybe my allegiance to Jason Kenny during these dark, terrible times for Christians will get me a cabinet seat or a contract or a higher profile deal with the government.

00:24:38.840 I think there's some of those people out there, too.

00:24:40.840 And I think those people are in every government, especially in Ontario.

00:24:44.840 Well, how sad.

00:24:46.840 Well, Sheila, from Pastor Tim to Grace Life, we have an update there.

00:24:52.840 You've shot a video.

00:24:53.840 And if Mr. Producer can run a clip of that, we can discuss what the latest is in terms of the Grace Life Church.

00:25:02.840 Penny and Health Minister Tyler Shandro think Albertans are going to soon forget about what happened here at Grace Life.

00:25:10.840 What the two of them did here to the congregation at Grace Life, I think they've got another thing coming.

00:25:16.840 Because although this church building is being returned to its congregation, a pastor, Tim Stevens, still sits in jail in Calgary for the crime of not closing his own church.

00:25:28.840 His wife and children were without him this Father's Day.

00:25:32.840 And I hope the province learned that the Grace Life building here, well, it was just a comfortable place to worship.

00:25:39.840 But the church is and has always been the people.

00:25:42.840 And the church won.

00:25:44.840 Because the tyrants never stopped them from meeting.

00:25:47.840 Not even once.

00:25:51.840 After 85 days in captivity, the Grace Life Church building is finally being returned to the congregation it belongs to.

00:25:59.840 By July 1st, the province of Alberta says that it will take the mall cops, the porta-potties, and the portable fencing and move on.

00:26:08.840 On April 7th in a dawn raid, the Alberta government, so Alberta Health Services with the help of the local RCMP, seized this building behind me.

00:26:18.840 It's the Grace Life Church building west of Edmonton.

00:26:22.840 The building itself was fenced off at the time, behind multiple layers of portable fencing and tarping to obscure that it was ever a church to begin with.

00:26:30.840 And then heavily fortified, turning it into a temporary RCMP garrison.

00:26:34.840 It was a show of force and intimidation meant to bring this church congregation into compliance with the government's coronavirus health regulations.

00:26:43.840 You see, for much of the winter, this church behind me here flung their doors open to a willing and grateful Christian faith community in defiance of the ever-evolving capacity restrictions on places of worship.

00:26:58.840 Sometimes the restrictions were 15% of capacity, sometimes they were 30.

00:27:02.840 But here at Grace Life, it was 100% capacity.

00:27:05.840 Grace Life also didn't force the congregation here to wear masks or socially distance from each other.

00:27:11.840 Because according to Grace Life, they must meet all together in person every week as part of their fundamental practice of their faith.

00:27:19.840 For all of this, the church came under surveillance from the local RCMP and Alberta Health Services,

00:27:26.840 who entered the church on several occasions to gather evidence during worship services.

00:27:32.840 That's in contravention of the Canadian Criminal Code.

00:27:35.840 Officials were also stopped from entering the church during Easter by church elders.

00:27:41.840 Imagine the gall.

00:27:42.840 The church's defiance of the law in obedience to God resulted in thousands of dollars in fines.

00:27:48.840 And the pastor here, James Coates, spent 35 days in Edmonton's maximum security remand facility for failing to abide by an undertaking that required him to violate his conscience and his religion to make his congregation abide by the onerous public health orders.

00:28:04.840 Now, while Pastor Coates was in jail, his associate pastor, Jake Spence, stepped up to the pulpit every week facing jail time himself, continuing to hold services here.

00:28:16.840 Now, when the Alberta government realized that arresting the pastor wouldn't stop the congregation from meeting, the government arrested the church building as well.

00:28:25.840 There were protests here in the immediate aftermath of the province seizing the church property and then fortifying it with cops and private security guards.

00:28:34.840 Now, it's been nearly three months since the property seizure.

00:28:39.840 The police presence here has all but disappeared.

00:28:42.840 And instead, the province has left their porta potties on the church's doorstep and mall cops from Paladin security here to make sure that no Christians get the inconvenient idea that they might actually be able to worship their God.

00:28:56.840 And the congregation, well, they've moved to meeting at a clandestine rotating location every Sunday to avoid authorities.

00:29:03.840 Taking the building has not stopped this community of believers from meeting together every Sunday the way they say they're called to do by God.

00:29:12.840 The congregation just meets in secret now the way the persecuted early Christian church did the way persecuted Christians and some of the more oppressive parts of the world are forced to do today.

00:29:25.840 But this, this is Alberta, and they say we're strong and free.

00:29:29.840 Now, Tuesday night, I received word from the members of Grace Life congregation that they were informed that on July 1st, the province's official relaunch date, the church would be returned to the congregation.

00:29:43.840 Now, the province can take their temporary church prison, their portable toilets and their mall cops, and they can put it into storage until the next emergency that bureaucrats and politicians will use to justify the persecution of Christians and the constant infringement of the rights of Albertans to practice their religion and their right of free assembly.

00:30:04.840 Because if the province did it once, you know, they're going to do it again.

00:30:09.840 And at the end of the day, I wonder if the province has learned anything, anything from all of this.

00:30:15.840 If Premier Jason Kenney and Health Minister Tyler Shandro think Albertans are going to soon forget about what happened here at Grace Life, what the two of them did here to the congregation at Grace Life, I think they've got another thing coming.

00:30:31.380 Because although this church building is being returned to its congregation, a pastor, Tim Stevens, still sits in jail in Calgary for the crime of not closing his own church.

00:30:43.560 His wife and children were without him this Father's Day.

00:30:47.480 And I hope the province learned that the Grace Life building here, well, it was just a comfortable place to worship.

00:30:53.680 But the church is and has always been the people.

00:30:57.480 And the church won because the tyrants never stopped them from meeting, not even once.

00:31:03.020 For Rebel News, I'm Sheila Gunn-Reed.

00:31:05.920 Wow, Sheila, that was a superb report.

00:31:09.760 You know, first, a couple of observations.

00:31:12.460 Why is it whenever I see a Paladin security guard car or personnel,

00:31:18.680 it's always some kind of a fiasco or a scandal, whether it's a seized church or a COVID quarantine hotel?

00:31:28.640 What is it about that security service that's drawn there like, you know, flies to you know what?

00:31:35.060 Secondly, forget about the mall cops, as you rightfully call them.

00:31:39.640 What I find appalling is certainly in the early days of this seizure of this church,

00:31:46.120 the number of, you know, the amount of actual real police, real law enforcement that were deployed.

00:31:53.560 Like, there's no homicide or sexual assault or human trafficking or drug crime being carried out in Alberta.

00:32:01.720 You know, like real crime.

00:32:03.620 You know, that is appalling.

00:32:05.920 I can only imagine what the dollar amount is.

00:32:08.460 And here's my last question.

00:32:11.040 I wonder if, like Adam Skelly, Premier Kenney or your finance minister,

00:32:17.340 is going to get their calculator out, calculate the costs,

00:32:22.180 and send Grace Life Church a bill, as Adam Skelly was sent,

00:32:27.240 for $187,000 for the law enforcement that went to shut down his Etobicoke restaurant.

00:32:34.420 So, I guess that remains to be seen if they actually have that much chutzpah.

00:32:41.380 Yeah, you know, I don't know how petty they're going to be.

00:32:44.360 I know since I complained last time in a video that they were letting the building become overgrown.

00:32:49.260 They've actually gone and cut the grass, I guess, once so that it doesn't look like a hay field.

00:32:56.960 By the way, who was I kidding yesterday?

00:32:58.980 My whole—I could hardly even use my mouth.

00:33:01.360 My face was so swollen yesterday.

00:33:03.260 I didn't notice.

00:33:04.680 I thought those sunglasses were hiding everything.

00:33:07.760 But, boy, I'm 100% better compared to what I was yesterday.

00:33:11.380 Anyway, yeah, it's really strange that, you know, a week ago,

00:33:17.440 Grace Life was going to have to sue to get the property turned back over to them. 0.98

00:33:22.180 The Alberta government, even though they announced that we were moving into Stage 3 reopening,

00:33:28.840 that the stampede is going ahead,

00:33:31.960 they didn't even consider that Grace Life would maybe want the property they own back.

00:33:38.060 And, you know, it didn't even occur to them.

00:33:40.580 Like, hey, maybe we should give the church back since we're having, you know,

00:33:43.040 the greatest show on earth, as they like to call the Calgary Stampede.

00:33:46.340 Maybe these guys would like to go back to church and quit meeting outside or wherever they're meeting.

00:33:50.280 You know, and we do need to remember, Tim Stevens' church is still seized by the province,

00:33:57.860 and Tim Stevens is still in jail.

00:33:59.620 So, yeah, you gave the building back, but big whoop.

00:34:02.980 Like I said in the video, the building is just a comfortable place to worship.

00:34:06.840 It's the fact that you keep persecuting the Christians that I have a problem with.

00:34:10.400 Yeah.

00:34:11.020 Well, Sheila, I believe we have some chats.

00:34:15.180 People want to weigh in on these two issues.

00:34:17.880 So let's sally forth.

00:34:22.500 Okay, let's do that.

00:34:23.660 We've got a hyper chat from WhiteFellDM.

00:34:28.500 It says, hello from the crew aboard the Odyssey.

00:34:31.260 For Q&A, content systems overlays, ECT, follow and click the bell to keep up to date.

00:34:36.600 When we go live, drop a question or a comment.

00:34:38.660 Thank you for choosing Odyssey.

00:34:39.920 Well, again, clever spend of the marketing dollars.

00:34:43.220 We've got a rumble, I don't know what we call the rumble chats.

00:34:47.300 Flame 2323, we need a hundred of these trucks.

00:34:51.000 We'd love to give you a hundred of these trucks.

00:34:52.740 We love the trucks.

00:34:54.320 The problem is they're a little pricey.

00:34:55.900 They are.

00:34:56.320 And so we'll give you as many trucks as we can crowdfund for.

00:35:00.780 And if you want to help us pay for this one, please go to shameonshandro.com.

00:35:06.860 We've got a lot of politicians that we would love to deploy the shame mobile to deal with.

00:35:13.400 Rod Phillips is one of them, I think, probably.

00:35:15.840 Yeah, that's for sure.

00:35:18.660 He could use a dose of reality on a video billboard.

00:35:21.900 And how about, as Ezra likes to call him, Canada's worst cop, a.k.a. Staff Sergeant Dan McLean in Peterborough,

00:35:28.660 who hands out summons for handshaking and laughter.

00:35:32.960 And we'll get to that later, folks.

00:35:34.320 I would love to have a truck like that drive the mean streets of Peterborough.

00:35:40.100 But continue.

00:35:41.160 Yeah.

00:35:41.840 We need one for John Tory, too.

00:35:44.500 By the way, hair places got to open in Toronto because his hair and, like, look, I'm somebody,

00:35:52.220 my hair is unruly.

00:35:53.500 I know that.

00:35:56.140 But I don't think he has, like, unruly hair texture like me.

00:36:00.380 Like, he is starting to look like, and don't take this the wrong way, because live your life, right? 0.77

00:36:06.940 John Tory's starting to look like a middle-aged lesbian field hockey coach. 0.96

00:36:12.340 Well, it is Pride Month, so there you go. 0.99

00:36:15.740 Look, and I'm just saying that.

00:36:18.260 I'm not saying there's anything wrong with me.

00:36:19.940 And that's just how he looks right now.

00:36:23.400 Yeah, I never thought of it that way.

00:36:25.440 I mean, I got to admit, I'm going underground for my barbering needs.

00:36:31.340 Oh, my goodness.

00:36:32.120 That's turning into a mullet, Sheila. 1.00

00:36:36.620 You know, maybe you should put a ball cap on.

00:36:39.320 That's kind of like a hockey haircut, almost, you know, for the old-timers beer league, of course.

00:36:47.740 But I got to admit, I'm going underground.

00:36:51.280 I'm getting my hair done professionally.

00:36:53.840 I'm breaking the law.

00:36:55.100 And you know what, Doug Ford?

00:36:56.260 You can torture me.

00:36:58.000 I'm not going to rat out my barber.

00:36:59.760 Actually, you know what?

00:37:00.820 Don't torture me.

00:37:02.120 I'll tell you, Sheila, I would give up any information to avoid being tortured.

00:37:07.420 I'm so weak that way.

00:37:09.160 But so, disregard what I said there.

00:37:12.220 But I'll try very hard not to give up the name of my barber.

00:37:17.180 Don't.

00:37:20.020 Okay, we've got a rumble chat from Joyful Art from the Heart.

00:37:26.560 Maybe pastors should have their services take place up in the Sky Palace.

00:37:29.900 Yeah, there are no rules up there.

00:37:31.300 You can just do whatever you want.

00:37:32.240 When you get caught, just, sorry, I guess, cuts it.

00:37:35.140 But sorry doesn't seem to cut it for these pastors.

00:37:37.400 That's a great idea.

00:37:38.640 Not that they have anything to be sorry for anyway.

00:37:40.160 Yeah, that's a great idea, Sheila.

00:37:42.920 We've got a hyper chat of five libraries from Morfittis.

00:37:46.700 Keep up your great work.

00:37:47.640 We will.

00:37:48.140 Super U from Canada Goose One.

00:37:49.720 I'm not religious, but I find this so shameful.

00:37:51.800 Me too.

00:37:52.660 Wasn't the car of the pastor damaged?

00:37:55.480 I'm not sure about that media critic, crickets, however.

00:37:58.600 Yeah.

00:38:00.060 Not just crickets.

00:38:01.480 They're actively cheering.

00:38:03.680 Yeah.

00:38:04.080 Sorry?

00:38:04.300 Oh, yes.

00:38:06.140 Not the same pastor.

00:38:07.540 Not Pastor Stevens.

00:38:08.900 It was Pastor Art.

00:38:09.560 But yeah, Pastor Art's, the lug nuts on the wheel of his wife's car or pickup.

00:38:19.560 Sorry, this is Alberta.

00:38:20.480 The women drive pickups here, too. 1.00

00:38:22.660 Her car or her pickup truck, the lug nuts were loosened and her tire came flying off. 0.84

00:38:29.140 So think of the perverse logic process here, Sheila.

00:38:34.220 We don't like you congregating because it's potentially unsafe.

00:38:38.880 And to make our point, we're going to loosen the lug nuts on your wheels so that you potentially

00:38:44.740 fly off the highway and maybe get critically injured or even die.

00:38:50.200 Wow.

00:38:50.680 You know, safety first, eh, Sheila?

00:38:53.360 That's unbelievable.

00:38:55.940 Well, and think about, so maybe she doesn't get hurt.

00:38:59.780 Maybe her car just gets severely damaged.

00:39:02.800 But when that tire comes flying off at 60 or 70 kilometers an hour and it bounces down

00:39:08.860 the freeway in through somebody else's windshield, what then?

00:39:13.620 Yeah, somebody who might be on your side in terms of the lockdowns, right?

00:39:18.980 Yeah.

00:39:19.380 Yeah, it's just random.

00:39:21.660 You could hurt a random person and they just don't seem to care.

00:39:24.380 Yeah.

00:39:24.680 And it's criminal, by the way.

00:39:26.640 You know, I mean, when you think of it, it almost, I don't know if the cops would go

00:39:31.220 this far, but as far as I'm concerned, it's an act of attempted murder because that's what

00:39:36.080 could result.

00:39:36.980 Somebody dying from your vandalism if you do something like that.

00:39:40.160 Yep.

00:39:41.720 We've got a hyper chat of one library from Celtic mutt, Khaleesi Sheila. 0.99

00:39:47.580 Give me the name of that bald jerk that arrested Stevens and I will make a shirt shaming him 1.00

00:39:53.080 on my shop, on your Redbubble shop. 0.99

00:39:55.280 Actually, if you go into the video that Adam did of the day of the arrest, I think Efron

00:40:03.360 actually dug up his badge number and found his name and it's published on that video.

00:40:08.240 So you can go back and find it there.

00:40:10.200 You know what, Justin?

00:40:10.800 Can we stop right here?

00:40:11.780 Because we only have 20 minutes left in the show and I wanted to talk about the store

00:40:15.240 really quick.

00:40:16.940 Would you mind bringing that up, please?

00:40:21.760 And the reason I want to talk about the store is because, sorry, Justin, I sort of put you

00:40:26.260 on the spot there.

00:40:26.960 I want to talk about some of the new stuff that we have in the store.

00:40:29.720 So we have some really great Canada Day stuff.

00:40:34.240 If you celebrate Canada Day, if you don't celebrate Canada Day, there's a Dominion Day

00:40:39.920 shirt in there for you and David Menzies also.

00:40:42.800 But OK, you're going too fast.

00:40:46.100 Going too fast, Justin.

00:40:49.460 OK, let's stop there.

00:40:50.620 There's this new one with Fauci depicted as Pinocchio, which I thought was kind of fun.

00:40:57.080 Brilliant.

00:40:57.740 Yeah.

00:40:58.520 Yeah.

00:40:59.100 Yeah.

00:40:59.320 Our T-shirt designer guy is so good.

00:41:01.780 So clever.

00:41:02.380 We could just shoot him an idea and a couple hours later, he's got something to put in the

00:41:05.780 store.

00:41:06.300 This one.

00:41:07.480 This shirt.

00:41:08.740 I love.

00:41:09.340 Like the Freedom Isn't Free shirt because it's perfect for Canada Day, but it's not overtly

00:41:13.840 Canada Day.

00:41:15.060 So if you're like David and you're fundamentally opposed to Canada Day, but rather you celebrate

00:41:18.620 Dominion Day, this will work, too.

00:41:20.720 But I think it also works for people who celebrate Red Friday.

00:41:24.860 So they wear red Friday, red shirts on Friday to support the troops.

00:41:28.100 But also you can wear this anytime.

00:41:29.880 It's not like I know some people love to have their like one Canada Day shirt, but I like to

00:41:36.640 be able to wear my clothes all the time, just like one day of the year.

00:41:40.320 So I think this works well and you can wear it.

00:41:42.580 Let's say Remembrance Day.

00:41:44.140 Great shirt for that, too.

00:41:45.240 So I really like this shirt.

00:41:46.480 The Freedom Isn't Free shirt.

00:41:47.700 It's flying out of the store, too, by the way.

00:41:50.220 So get yours today.

00:41:52.060 Justin, can you keep scrolling down?

00:41:54.400 Because there's another one in there that I wanted to talk about.

00:41:56.600 Oh, there's this one.

00:41:59.820 Well, it's always this one.

00:42:01.980 Remind me, actually, Justin, after we get off there, because I need to put one of those

00:42:05.720 in my shopping cart in the store because I'm embarrassed that I don't have it.

00:42:10.580 Right here is David with the Mountie.

00:42:13.060 That's David's special Dominion Day shirt.

00:42:16.620 So if you want it in time for Dominion Day, I think probably today's cut off to order it

00:42:21.280 and use the coupon code MENZIES10 if you have it.

00:42:24.040 It'll give you 10% off everything in the store.

00:42:26.000 Don't scroll ahead, because the one shirt I wanted to talk about here is this one here,

00:42:30.700 the Save the Pastors shirt.

00:42:33.440 So this is a brand new shirt in the store.

00:42:36.580 And we do have a particular Save Archer shirt in the store.

00:42:42.280 But as it turns out, there's a lot of pastors who need saving here in Alberta.

00:42:46.100 And really not just Alberta, but across Canada.

00:42:49.560 We've got Pastor Tobias in Manitoba.

00:42:52.520 We've got the Church of God in Aylmer, Ontario.

00:42:54.660 And several other churches, Baptist churches, incidentally, by and large, in Ontario,

00:43:02.900 who are experiencing hefty fines for just doing exactly what Pastor Tim Stevens said that he is called to do

00:43:11.360 in that open letter he wrote to the Alberta government.

00:43:15.060 And so to support these brave Christian leaders who are taking a stand against the state the way St. Peter and St. Paul did,

00:43:24.640 we have this shirt to honor them, Save the Pastors.

00:43:27.980 And again, that one's going to end up in my shopping cart as soon as I'm done,

00:43:31.760 because I can't wait to explain.

00:43:33.240 When people ask me, what does that mean?

00:43:34.780 I'm just going to rattle off all the times Christians have been persecuted during the pandemic

00:43:40.280 because they've really been the one faith group who have stood up and were smacked right back down.

00:43:47.660 But brave pastors like Tim Stevens say, you know, they're just, they're going to do what they do.

00:43:53.540 And they're just going to face the consequences because what else can they do?

00:43:56.580 You know, but that's the thing, Sheila.

00:43:57.720 If we were to go back in time just two years ago, 2019, and you showed me a rebel news store merchandise from the future, Save the Pastors,

00:44:07.360 I would assume, oh, these must be pastors in North Korea or Syria or Iraq, not the Dominion of Canada, for goodness sakes.

00:44:16.280 Don't you find that chilling?

00:44:19.080 Yeah, I mean, our pastors are experiencing the same treatment that pastors in Hong Kong are experiencing.

00:44:25.100 When China's moving in and saying, okay, well, we're going to rewrite the Bible because you need to practice your faith this way. 0.99

00:44:32.460 Like, in Hong Kong, which is strange because the communists tend to be pretty efficient in their oppression in this way,

00:44:42.120 but they're actually taking the extra step of forcing a rewrite of the Bible.

00:44:46.840 Whereas in Alberta, they're just like, no, we're not even going to bother with rewriting the Bible.

00:44:51.320 We're just going to tell you how to worship instead of putting that extra layer in to justify telling you how to worship.

00:44:58.400 This is the stuff that Cardinal Zen has been sounding the alarm bells about with regard to the meddling of the communist government in the Catholic Church in Hong Kong.

00:45:10.820 And yet, in Canada, our Catholic leaders, to my great disappointment, they've just gone along with all of this,

00:45:18.340 and they haven't said a word largely about their fellow Christians being imprisoned.

00:45:25.180 Absolutely astonishing.

00:45:27.220 Well, why don't we get to the next item, Sheila?

00:45:31.000 Which, oh, well, we finally had a little eviction, a good kind of eviction happen in Toronto just a couple of days ago.

00:45:39.960 We were there on the periphery because only in Toronto would you see homeless people, some of whom are mentally ill, some of whom are quite violent.

00:45:51.880 I experienced that last September in this very same park.

00:45:55.680 Only in Toronto could you get 200 members of the Champagne Socialist Brigade and their Praetorian Guard, the Antifa types, showing up to try to prevent an eviction.

00:46:08.360 And by the way, this is not any kind of victimless crime.

00:46:12.740 This is turning a park in downtown Toronto into a public sewer.

00:46:17.580 This is turning a park, including the Children's Playground, into a dangerous area thanks to discarded needles.

00:46:25.720 It's a disgrace.

00:46:26.800 Finally, after more than a year of putting up with the disgrace of Trinity Bellwoods, the police and the security came in.

00:46:33.220 And we'll roll some footage of that right now.

00:46:37.560 David Menzies for Rebel News here in downtown Toronto.

00:46:40.620 Well, folks, I am back at Trinity Bellwoods Park.

00:46:43.260 And it looks like Mayor John Tory, it's no more Mr. Nice Guy.

00:46:48.680 There are more than 100 police officers here.

00:46:51.900 There are members of the riot squad.

00:46:53.600 We saw the mounted unit.

00:46:55.980 And basically, it's time to take back the park from squatters that have been here for months.

00:47:03.700 Actually, correct that.

00:47:04.940 It's been well over a year that there has been a filthy tent city in this park. 0.95

00:47:10.380 And it's been months and months of negotiations.

00:47:14.060 That has done nothing.

00:47:15.980 So the police are here to evict these illegal squatters. 0.87

00:47:20.140 Illegal squatters that have been urinating, defecating, dropping dirty needles in the park and acting out violently. 0.60

00:47:28.960 And no, I do not exaggerate.

00:47:30.920 You might recall that my cameraman, Lincoln, and I were in this very park, at this very spot last September.

00:47:39.880 And even without engaging anyone, check out what happened to yours truly.

00:47:45.100 This is really rich. 0.99

00:47:47.820 There are people here breaking the cesspac ass. 0.99

00:47:51.200 Please, move. 0.99

00:47:52.520 Move.

00:47:53.520 I don't like myself being killed. 0.99

00:47:55.160 You know, I have the right to the axe to smash that camera right now. 0.97

00:47:58.120 I have the right to smash that. 0.72

00:47:59.600 Hey, hey.

00:48:00.080 Don't do that.

00:48:01.100 By law, I have the right to smash that.

00:48:02.920 You have the right to smash that camera.

00:48:04.440 Yeah.

00:48:04.940 Yeah, by law, you know, I have the right to smash that camera.

00:48:07.380 Hey, hey.

00:48:09.000 Yeah, so that was a dog already deemed to be a dangerous dog.

00:48:22.800 It was on the dangerous dog list.

00:48:24.280 And yeah, I don't see any problem in leaving a dangerous dog in the hands of a homeless person who is violent.

00:48:31.760 But in any event, the police are here to clear out the park in such numbers because there are several, if you can believe it, pro-homeless demonstrators and homeless advocates.

00:48:46.860 And it is perverse, folks, because there is indeed shelter space for all these homeless people at the City of Toronto.

00:48:56.780 And yet you have homeless advocates, if you can imagine, arguing against giving homes for the homeless.

00:49:05.660 They are arguing in favor of being homeless.

00:49:09.440 It sure doesn't make sense to me.

00:49:11.620 But in any event, it is time that the city reclaim the park.

00:49:16.380 After all, if you walk just a few hundred meters north, you will come across social distance circles in which I believe a maximum five or six people are allowed in every circle.

00:49:28.720 And if you exceed that number or you walk out of your circle, guess what?

00:49:33.420 You get an $880 ticket for doing so.

00:49:37.240 This just shows you the perversity of Trinity Bellwoods Park, folks.

00:49:40.160 So I'm here at a social distancing circle, and it is covered in what appears to be horse excrement.

00:49:47.480 This is where the law-abiding park goers are supposed to stay.

00:49:52.560 And meanwhile, the drama goes on in terms of the homeless campers and their supporters.

00:50:01.580 It's coming up for four o'clock.

00:50:03.920 I don't know if this will be resolved today or not.

00:50:06.760 But if you are coming to Trinity Bellwoods, if you don't want to be in a circle full of horse manure,

00:50:14.140 bring your own tent.

00:50:15.920 And then a different set of rules, it would seem, apply.

00:50:20.480 You know, Sheila, there's so much to unpack there.

00:50:23.660 And you would think that the crowds would be cheering on law enforcement to get rid of the illegal squatters.

00:50:31.580 Quite the opposite.

00:50:32.360 In fact, even if we had security that day and we got into that crowd just by asking questions,

00:50:38.580 we would have been assaulted.

00:50:40.280 And I say that, I know that for a fact, because they were assaulting peace officers.

00:50:45.080 They were throwing haymakers at members of law enforcement.

00:50:48.640 So there's your liberal, loving, tolerant, nonviolent left in action again.

00:50:54.480 And there's two things, two main things.

00:50:56.860 One is the city has stated that there is a shelter bed for each and every one of those squatters.

00:51:05.360 So it's not like get out of the park and then go to another park or sleep on a sidewalk.

00:51:09.680 There is shelter space, but there are rules.

00:51:12.300 You can't bring drugs into a shelter.

00:51:14.760 I'm sorry.

00:51:15.540 That's just the way it is.

00:51:16.780 You have to follow at least some rules.

00:51:19.080 Second thing, Sheila, there are a lot of these people there.

00:51:22.520 It's not just people down on their luck. 1.00

00:51:24.920 They're mentally ill. 0.68

00:51:26.500 And once upon a time, we had institutions for these people, for their safety and ours. 0.89

00:51:32.720 And then in the 60s and 70s, in fact, just a three minute walk away from Trinity Bellwoods,

00:51:39.600 that's where 999 Queen Street used to be, the asylum for Toronto.

00:51:43.620 You know, these people were kept, you know, secluded in rooms.

00:51:51.240 And then in the 60s and 70s, like I said, there was this idea, well, you know, there's we have medication now.

00:51:57.540 We have pills.

00:51:58.500 You know, we have pharmaceuticals.

00:51:59.900 If they just take their meds, they don't have to be locked up.

00:52:04.460 That's a big ask.

00:52:06.040 Because what if they don't take their meds, which is what happens?

00:52:10.780 And these people, really, when you think of it through no fault of their own, they're suffering from a debilitating mental illness, get violent, right?

00:52:20.060 And you saw it on, you know, I still have those dog fang marks in my inner thigh, Sheila. 0.71

00:52:27.200 You know, and how crazy is that?

00:52:31.060 This was a dog already on the dangerous dog list.

00:52:35.140 And somehow the authorities thought that deranged individual having a dangerous dog unleashed, by the way, as you saw, there was no harm to be done there.

00:52:47.700 Where just like meters away, there was a children's playground and a tennis court.

00:52:53.140 It is unbelievable.

00:52:54.620 But like I said, the biggest shame are those supporters of this homeless encampment.

00:53:00.820 The homeless advocates who used to say, hey, more shelter space, get these people off the street, who are now in support of keeping the homeless homeless.

00:53:12.860 Sheila, my mind is about to explode.

00:53:16.900 Can you even figure this out?

00:53:18.300 There's a lot of money in being a homeless advocate.

00:53:24.160 True.

00:53:24.380 And if there are no more homeless left to advocate for because you got them a shelter bed and got them into transitional housing and got them the help that they need and got them the right medication and and helped them to no longer live a life of human suffering.

00:53:40.500 If you cure the problem, you put yourself out of work.

00:53:45.560 So that's I think a lot of these people, their their employment, their livelihood feeds on the human suffering of others.

00:53:55.100 So if you if you fix that problem, there's the problem is those people will have to get a real job.

00:54:01.040 You know, you're 100 percent right, Sheila.

00:54:03.060 And it's like my analogy about the town dog catcher.

00:54:07.160 And by the way, I'm not comparing homeless people to dogs.

00:54:10.120 Don't don't get that idea in your head, folks.

00:54:12.820 But what I'm getting at is if you're the dog catcher, you certainly don't want stray dogs running around hundreds of them in the town.

00:54:22.280 But neither do you want zero strays because you're out of a job.

00:54:28.480 You want, you know, three or four a week, you know, keep things under control.

00:54:32.520 And Sheila, like you said, there is a homeless industry now. 0.86

00:54:37.700 And by the way, many of these people are very well paid.

00:54:41.180 They don't live in tents.

00:54:43.160 They don't have to endure minus 30 nights in the wintertime.

00:54:47.280 But you're absolutely right.

00:54:48.960 And that's what we saw play out in Chawano.

00:54:51.380 And a funny thing is, if you go to Trinity Bellwoods Park, there are, you know, very nice homes that are on the periphery of the park.

00:54:59.720 And when we went up to people who are outside to say, hey, would you like to come in on camera and weigh in on this?

00:55:06.680 They were too afraid.

00:55:07.740 They don't want to be seen speaking out against us.

00:55:11.880 We saw a hamburger joint and it had a sign in the window, Sheila, saying basically, I can't remember the exact words, but we support the homeless encampments.

00:55:22.680 And I'm just wondering if they're putting that in the window so they don't get a brick thrown through their window by one of these antifa types.

00:55:29.840 So it's the tail wagging the dog and it's this environment of fear and intimidation.

00:55:36.260 And that is not right.

00:55:39.400 And hasn't John Tory referred to these as protest encampments?

00:55:45.720 Like they're a political protest.

00:55:48.940 I'm like, I'm pretty sure it's just a homeless squat of people who don't want to follow the rules.

00:55:53.460 And look, I hate rules, too.

00:55:55.480 But but but I mean, this is not a political protest at all.

00:56:00.580 However, or John Tory seems to treat this form of political protest, which I think is a cop out a lot differently than he treated anti lockdown protesters way back in January.

00:56:16.280 A hundred percent. That's what he said yesterday.

00:56:18.500 I heard it on the radio station, Sheila.

00:56:21.480 And I think what John Tory was referring to was not the squatters and the homeless people, but their allies that came out on Tuesday to throw interference in the face of law enforcement and also throw punches into the faces of law enforcement.

00:56:35.920 And he said something that, you know, I'm paraphrasing, but essentially and you can go back and check the tapes, folks, that, you know, in a democratic society, you have a right to protest.

00:56:45.860 Oh, really, John Tory, because peaceful protesters, and I mean, a hundred percent peaceful people quoting biblical passages, people waving a flag, a Canadian flag, that is people just standing on a corner by themselves were being tackled by Toronto police officers.

00:57:05.560 And we have tons of video evidence about that, Sheila.

00:57:09.400 So suddenly it's OK to have violent protesters that the mayor talks a mean game there.

00:57:15.140 But the anti lockdown types, they have to be dealt with violently. 0.99

00:57:20.340 What an appalling hypocrite we have as a mayor. 0.99

00:57:27.940 Justin, I don't know if you can hear me, but I think I lost David's audio. 0.98

00:57:32.080 OK, I was just ranting and raving about John Tory, but I do believe if you can hear Sheila, can you hear me now?

00:57:39.280 Oh, OK, then.

00:57:40.360 Oh, we have a technical difficulty.

00:57:44.500 Why don't we throw to another clip then?

00:57:47.720 And while we try to fix that up, Sid, the kid, one of our ace cameramen and I, we went to Peterborough, Ontario yesterday, folks, because you might recall I received tickets for covering an anti lockdown protest there because I was shaking hands and laughing.

00:58:04.600 I swear to God, I'm not making this up.

00:58:07.000 Well, we heard that a CBC TV series was being shot there and we're pretty sure it would involve laughing and handshaking.

00:58:17.020 And we wanted to see if the Peterborough police were throwing out tickets to check it out.

00:58:21.800 Menzies for Rebel News here in Peterborough.

00:58:24.460 Well, folks, we were tipped off that an episode of Murdoch Mysteries is being filmed here.

00:58:31.700 It's a CBC production, so I have absolutely no idea what Murdoch Mysteries is.

00:58:36.620 But adding to the mystery is we were told that there are scenes involving handshaking and laughter in the script.

00:58:46.620 And as you well know, folks, handshaking and laughter is verboten in Peterborough.

00:58:54.300 We were told that there might be some scenes involving handshaking and laughing occurring during this taping of murder.

00:59:03.460 I have no idea what you're talking about. I have no idea.

00:59:05.600 You know, when people laugh, sir, they shake hands, you know, when they're greeting.

00:59:09.100 I have no idea what you're talking about.

00:59:10.000 You've never heard of that?

00:59:11.160 Nothing.

00:59:11.900 And I'm just wondering, does the virus know?

00:59:14.160 Oh, are you really that afraid?

00:59:18.220 Yeah, because we're in a pandemic right now.

00:59:19.960 Oh, OK.

00:59:20.540 And you have your mask off.

00:59:21.740 That's right, because I'm in the mask off area.

00:59:23.780 I've been told.

00:59:25.880 That fellow with the mask was just about three meters away from a sign, Sheila, that said mask free area.

00:59:34.880 I love it. I love it.

00:59:37.560 But you know what, folks, that's just a little teaser.

00:59:39.680 It'll be up maybe later today or tomorrow, the full report.

00:59:43.100 I believe, because we're running tight on time, Sheila, we do have some more chat.

00:59:48.640 So if we can get to that, that would be wonderful, my friend.

00:59:51.720 You got it.

00:59:52.840 We've got a rumble chat from Frog Soupy says he's got to get a Rebel shirt.

00:59:58.320 Great.

00:59:58.880 Please go to rebelnewsstore.com.

01:00:01.220 There's a shirt there for you.

01:00:02.580 Use the coupon code Menzies because I'm sure most of you have already used the coupon code Sheila 10.

01:00:07.560 So Menzies 10.

01:00:08.740 And we've got a rumble chat from Jesus loves all his children.

01:00:14.000 Got to get the new Menzoid shirt. 0.81

01:00:15.600 Reminds me of the ultimate warrior.

01:00:17.340 Yeah.

01:00:19.680 It does.

01:00:20.740 However, I think it might be Triple H's body.

01:00:24.520 I think you're right.

01:00:25.900 I think that's who I appropriated.

01:00:27.980 And by the way, folks, that wasn't my idea.

01:00:29.760 I don't have that kind of an ego.

01:00:31.840 They, you know, the crew in the back with this, but I will strive as hard as I can to

01:00:37.840 get either a Triple H or a ultimate warrior body.

01:00:42.560 Would you believe mankind?

01:00:45.400 I think even I'll settle for Dusty Rhodes.

01:00:49.900 I'm going for Dusty Rhodes.

01:00:51.820 Mr. Producer just whispered in my ear.

01:00:54.060 How about Yokozuna?

01:00:56.000 Yeah.

01:00:56.600 A Bam Bam Bigelow.

01:00:57.660 You know, whatever.

01:01:00.680 I think I'm being body shamed on a live internet, folks.

01:01:05.440 Well, there's some of the toughest men in professional wrestling.

01:01:08.760 It's fine.

01:01:10.460 We've got a rumble chat from Alberta Separatist who says,

01:01:14.720 Excellent letter, Tim, regarding Tim Stevens' letter.

01:01:18.400 We've got Richardio Big.

01:01:22.200 Oh, sorry.

01:01:22.820 Richadio says, Big rally outside the remand this weekend.

01:01:28.460 Too bad I can't be there.

01:01:29.580 Yeah, I pulled up the information on that rally at the remand.

01:01:35.200 It's called the Rally for Freedom.

01:01:38.580 It's on June 26th at 1 o'clock at the Calgary Remand Centre.

01:01:42.680 Sounds like, maybe, tentatively, Pastor Jacob Raeum will be there.

01:01:49.760 David, you know Pastor Jacob Raeum from Trinity Bible.

01:01:51.380 Yes, wonderful individual.

01:01:53.120 Great gentleman.

01:01:54.600 Yeah.

01:01:54.940 And there's a couple other more freedom-minded politicians who have the potential to be there.

01:02:01.900 But I know the Christian community and the freedom-loving community alike will be there to support Tim and his family in these terrible times.

01:02:10.540 Yeah, and they won't be throwing punches either, Sheila.

01:02:14.140 No, they'll clean everything up and they'll actually pray for the people who are persecuting Tim, that they have a change of heart.

01:02:22.020 Yeah, we've got a hyperchat of five libraries from Rebecca Henderson.

01:02:26.820 Tucker Carlson did a report on how the World Health Organization employees are advocating for climate lockdowns after we exit COVID lockdowns.

01:02:34.340 Yeah, yeah, definitely.

01:02:36.480 I know, I know.

01:02:37.700 Even in light of the data coming out saying how harmful they are, according to McMaster Children's Hospital, child suicide attempts are up 200%.

01:02:45.020 You know what?

01:02:46.000 The COVID lockdowns are the world that the climate alarmists want for us.

01:02:51.740 Where you don't get to leave your house because you literally can't afford to fire up your car.

01:02:55.940 I mean, it's a different reason why you're not leaving the house.

01:02:58.720 They don't want you to go out, get groceries.

01:03:03.000 You know, it's the world where you can't work and you have to remain at home all the time.

01:03:09.260 That's what an onerous carbon tax actually does to people.

01:03:12.560 100%.

01:03:12.720 And that's what they want.

01:03:14.380 And you know, Sheila, and we're not making this up.

01:03:16.300 I remember last month I interviewed Mark Morano, a great friend of the show, at climatedepot.com.

01:03:23.340 And it was, I think it was the Extinction Rebellion types saying, kind of like an accelerated Olympic Games schedule,

01:03:31.560 every two years we should have a COVID-19 complete shutdown of the economy because it's good to reduce the carbon footprint.

01:03:40.120 Can you believe it?

01:03:41.440 And do any of these people actually work in the real world or do they just get government grants or live in their grandparents' basement?

01:03:50.040 Well, again, they're just like the homeless advocates, right?

01:03:53.300 Their job depends on the fact that the world is going to end due to a climate emergency, right?

01:04:00.060 So if that actually doesn't happen and things are great and there's a great future for humanity out there,

01:04:07.500 they're out of a job and they'll have to get a real job that might be harder than whatever they're doing.

01:04:13.320 Traveling the world.

01:04:15.100 Yeah, we're all going to die because of increased carbon emissions.

01:04:17.920 Let me just get on this private jet and fly to a fancy person meeting.

01:04:21.900 Yeah.

01:04:22.340 Sure.

01:04:23.360 Sure.

01:04:23.620 Well, we've got a hyper chat of five libraries from more fittest.

01:04:29.360 The global socialist elite always promote those who make a great big F up.

01:04:36.020 Over in Sweden, we have Morgan Johansson, who has destroyed the Immigration Department,

01:04:41.040 Social Service Department, and now the Department for National Preparedness in an event of extreme events.

01:04:49.140 What could go wrong?

01:04:49.960 Yeah, I've got actually an order paper question investigation about just how unprepared for certain things our emergency people really are.

01:05:01.420 Well, in terms of what could go wrong, be careful of the questions you ask.

01:05:04.600 Maybe somebody in Sweden is thinking of appointing Greta Thunberg to that portfolio. 0.98

01:05:11.840 I wonder what that kid's going to actually do for a living.

01:05:14.420 You know, like when the climate emergency doesn't claim us all, you know, what did, by the way, like, what a depressive way to live that you're all just going to die really, really soon.

01:05:26.280 But like, what would she do if she had to get a real job?

01:05:30.000 Yeah, it's going to be kind of like, you know, when there's like a, you know, a show like Different Strokes and it goes off the air and you look back, you know, 25, 30 years later, where are those cute kids now?

01:05:41.620 And they're typically in prison.

01:05:43.720 They've got a drug addiction.

01:05:45.340 You know, I just wonder if that is the fate for Greta or maybe she becomes the female version of Al Gore or David Suzuki, Sheila, because there's a lot of money in that racket. 1.00

01:05:56.880 Let me tell you.

01:05:57.580 Yeah, you know, there's a lot of people around her who see her as a meal ticket, so they're going to do their best to keep her very safe.

01:06:05.880 And, you know, maybe her parents will have to get real jobs if she can scold adults about climate change. 1.00

01:06:15.040 Annalisa says, dang, she got cut off.

01:06:18.100 Menzie's looking exceptionally handsome today.

01:06:21.100 Annalisa, it's true.

01:06:23.800 Even though I have a black eye obscuring part of my field of vision, I agree with you.

01:06:29.300 David looks great today.

01:06:30.280 Oh, gosh.

01:06:31.700 We've got a Super U shout from Hammer's Girl 88.

01:06:36.380 I don't think the premier and MLAs will read the letter.

01:06:40.660 They don't care.

01:06:41.380 You know, some of them do.

01:06:42.700 Some of them do.

01:06:43.760 But also, you know, it's like the same way people, some people don't want to get on the scale because they don't want to see the number on the scale.

01:06:52.460 So they just quit weighing themselves.

01:06:54.180 I think there's some of that going on with our politicians where they just won't click on that link to open that letter because they don't want it.

01:07:03.980 They know what it's going to say and they don't want someone to give them that fire hose of reality in the face.

01:07:10.160 Oh, Sheila, I think I'm a little more skeptical than you are.

01:07:12.140 I think they will click it on and read it if only to find a line in that letter in which they can hang Pastor Tim with his own words, because I think there's that level of deviousness among some of those MLAs for sure.

01:07:25.760 Yep.

01:07:26.120 We've got a hyper chat of one library from Binga says amazing letter from Pastor Tim truth bomb.

01:07:34.200 My prayers are with Tim and his family.

01:07:35.660 By the way, shout out to Justin.

01:07:39.140 Wonderful.

01:07:41.760 We've got a rumble chat from Ricadio.

01:07:47.460 Wonder who they will send the bill to for all that fence and security.

01:07:51.300 That's the thing.

01:07:52.160 They're either going to build a church or bill us, the rest of the Alberta taxpayers.

01:07:57.440 But and it's all for something that never should have happened in the first place because they never stopped meeting, not even once.

01:08:04.180 So what what did the fence prove?

01:08:06.360 Well, if they do that, see you in court.

01:08:08.100 And going back to the Adam Skelly thing, I thought, Sheila, that was unprecedented.

01:08:13.060 I can't.

01:08:13.560 Maybe it's happened before, but I can't remember the city of Toronto, for example, going after some, you know, drug den.

01:08:21.300 That they had to send the riot squad to and send the head honcho a bill for the in the law enforcement costs.

01:08:30.260 These are uncharted waters.

01:08:31.720 It seems to only apply to law abiding citizens that are running afoul of a health bureaucrat.

01:08:40.360 It's true.

01:08:41.420 We've got speaking of health bureaucrats in need of shaming. 1.00

01:08:44.540 We've got a hyper chat of five libraries from Rebecca Henderson.

01:08:47.420 And Ontarians need a truck shaming Ford, Tam, Elliott, Williams and any politician who are OK with the harm they are inflicting on the citizens when they don't follow their own rules.

01:09:00.260 You guys should reach out to Turning Point USA.

01:09:02.700 They're anti lockdown and would help get young people to know what's happening.

01:09:06.940 And they focus largely on the United States.

01:09:09.760 You know, it's funny.

01:09:10.660 You go to these anti lockdown protests.

01:09:12.300 There are so many young people there. 0.98

01:09:14.620 It's not just a bunch of old, miserable conservatives.

01:09:19.180 It's young people who just want to get back to living their lives. 0.99

01:09:22.180 Well, I can tell you, Rebecca, when it comes to shaming those in government in the hogtown area, we don't need a truck. 0.91

01:09:27.440 We need a convoy.

01:09:28.540 I'm listening, David.

01:09:32.120 I'm listening.

01:09:34.580 And again, if people want to donate to Adam's shame wagon, as I've been calling it, they can donate at shame on Shandro dot com.

01:09:44.120 There's a petition sitting there, too, if you'd like to sign.

01:09:46.260 But, you know, we would love to make this a success so that we can keep doing it, too, as you rightly point out, some of the other people who really deserve it.

01:09:59.440 We've got a super you.

01:10:02.380 No, sorry.

01:10:03.560 Yeah, we've got a super you from Hammers Girl 88.

01:10:06.060 Tori has killed Toronto.

01:10:08.360 Yeah, we've got a hyper chat of five library from Rebecca Henderson. 0.73

01:10:12.020 Canada shouldn't have to pay high taxes for our leaders to lock us up.

01:10:15.100 What the government is doing will sadly probably lead to an insurrection.

01:10:19.320 I don't know.

01:10:20.780 There's a lot of people who are just asleep at the switch.

01:10:22.940 I've lost trust in government.

01:10:24.840 There was already someone who was caught wielding a knife outside Ford's home.

01:10:29.220 Don't do that.

01:10:30.340 I'm not pro-violence, but it could happen.

01:10:32.760 You know, that's the thing.

01:10:33.780 People are in a pressure cooker.

01:10:35.800 People are desperate.

01:10:37.400 People have lost everything.

01:10:38.660 So I'm not justifying anything, but I understand how people end up in that position.

01:10:45.980 No, and Sheila, I think when we advocate for a rebellion, if you will, like the great Canadian barbecue rebellion, we're not talking about, you know, weapons and violence, you know, like the anti-fun Black Lives Matter types.

01:10:59.160 We're talking about a rebellion of words and ideas and maybe civil disobedience, like opening your store.

01:11:05.960 That's what we're talking about.

01:11:07.720 Yeah.

01:11:08.120 Yeah, definitely.

01:11:09.400 We've got a hyper chat from History Club World.

01:11:13.800 Sheila, who do you think should be the representatives of Alberta in the Senate? 1.00

01:11:17.520 Did Ezra send this?

01:11:18.960 Is this Ezra?

01:11:20.120 Anyways.

01:11:20.820 I know who I'd vote for.

01:11:23.160 Don't.

01:11:23.680 David, what a nightmare.

01:11:25.880 I think you would be good.

01:11:27.640 See, History World Club, if that's your real name, I think this is Ezra.

01:11:33.840 Follow History World Club, History Club World, I'm sorry, on Instagram.

01:11:38.440 You know, both of the people who are running so far for the Alberta Senate, neither one is blowing my hair back.

01:11:44.360 That's for sure.

01:11:44.820 We've got like an entrenched NDP union activist type and then someone who alleges that they're conservative, but they were like a Redford Tory insider and like just, you know, just a hangers on for the conservative movement.

01:12:02.940 And they go from being red Tory to hard blue, depending on the day of the week and where what sort of political social climbing they want to do.

01:12:13.820 And so those are our options here in Alberta.

01:12:16.480 For those of you who don't know, we do something kind of unique here in Alberta.

01:12:20.620 We elect our own senators and then we wait patiently for the federal government to appoint them.

01:12:25.700 So the prime minister of the day.

01:12:27.640 Now, Justin Trudeau will never appoint our senators.

01:12:29.620 He'll just appoint, you know, whoever he wants.

01:12:32.940 But so this next Senate election will be almost like a protest vote to say that, you know, we will determine our own fate and our own representatives.

01:12:43.380 And if there's ever a conservative leader in Ottawa again who becomes a prime minister, hopefully they'll appoint our senators.

01:12:51.740 We already have a conservative senator in waiting, as we call them, Mike Shake and Justin Trudeau passed him over.

01:12:58.220 So he passed over the choice of Albertans to appoint Paula Simons, a liberal, independent senator who used to work for the Edmonton Journal, who seems perfectly fine with the liberals crackdown on free speech. 0.99

01:13:13.040 So there you go.

01:13:14.800 Well, Sheila, there is, of course, one other option and you are in complete control of that option.

01:13:19.600 I want to know why everyone's mad at me.

01:13:24.780 Like, why does everybody want to punish me with something so terrible?

01:13:31.700 I know it's like it's Ezra's dream.

01:13:34.020 It is his dream.

01:13:35.140 And mine, too.

01:13:36.040 And you know what?

01:13:36.760 I'm going to say it right now.

01:13:38.280 You would win.

01:13:39.320 You would win, Sheila.

01:13:40.200 And you know what?

01:13:40.920 I can't figure out why you won't do it because maybe I don't even think there's a skeleton in your closet because the haters would have dug that out already.

01:13:50.340 So to appropriate the Nike slogan, just do it.

01:13:55.720 You know, I've never, ever declined anything Ezra's ever asked me to do before.

01:14:03.420 Well, then don't stop that policy.

01:14:05.380 But this is the one thing where I'm just like, no, never, never.

01:14:11.020 I don't get it.

01:14:12.500 And I didn't even say no for the longest time.

01:14:14.920 And I don't even actually think I've ever said no.

01:14:16.780 I just keep saying I'll talk about it with my family.

01:14:20.280 What do they know?

01:14:21.300 That's it.

01:14:22.000 What do they need me for?

01:14:24.860 OK, we've got a hyper chat from History Club World.

01:14:30.520 Would Rebel News ever work with Western Standard in a formal way?

01:14:34.300 And what about education content in the world works with History Club World?

01:14:40.660 You know, Western Standard does their thing and we do ours.

01:14:44.800 And, you know, like we talk to those guys.

01:14:47.580 I know, especially here in Alberta, you know, they're at a place where I am and I think it's relevant to interview them.

01:14:54.160 I do.

01:14:54.540 Of course, I've had Corey Morgan on the show before.

01:14:56.720 I talk to Derek, Phil DeBrent every now and then.

01:14:59.340 But they do their thing and and we do ours.

01:15:02.720 And I think we just have different business models.

01:15:05.660 And with regard to education content, it's it's tough.

01:15:09.400 We're always doing the news, right?

01:15:10.880 Like we're just doing the news that it's hard to do educational content.

01:15:14.740 Although, however, we have tried to do a little bit more of like these are your charter rights.

01:15:21.480 Like I know Adam did a video with John Carpe where he sort of sits down and says, like, this is how this is.

01:15:27.720 These are your charter rights.

01:15:29.000 These are this is how you defend them.

01:15:30.400 And then I noticed Victoria, our amazing, amazing Fight the Fines coordinator. 0.99

01:15:34.740 She's wonderful.

01:15:35.420 She sort of went.

01:15:36.320 She's so great.

01:15:37.480 She went through the process of how to fight a lockdown ticket the other day. 1.00

01:15:42.280 And we sort of grabbed a snip of that because we thought that that's something that needs to stand alone.

01:15:46.600 It's really important for people to get that information and not just have it as like a one, two lines in a video.

01:15:53.500 So we do our best to educate people.

01:15:55.700 But, you know, we're just doing the news and we're doing our own thing.

01:15:57.940 And I think the work we do here is really important.

01:16:00.860 And I think we're all caught up.

01:16:02.600 Well, that's fantastic.

01:16:03.800 And it looks like we went a quarter hour overtime.

01:16:07.620 So thank you, everybody, for staying with us.

01:16:10.100 Thank you to Mr. Producer, Justin, and all of you who gave us your generous donations.

01:16:16.140 We really do appreciate that.

01:16:17.920 So on behalf of Sheila Gunn-Reed, I'm David Menzies signing off.

01:16:22.240 We'll see you next Tuesday.

01:16:24.160 In the meantime, stay sane.
