Rebel News Podcast - DAVID MENZIES ｜ The woke cultists ruining sports are truly in a league of their own

00:00:00.000 tonight is wokeness destroying both professional and amateur sports it sure looks that way

00:00:23.100 sometimes but don't despair folks there are some positive changes on the horizon

00:00:28.300 it's monday july 24th 2023 i'm david menzies and this is the ezra levent show

00:00:37.100 shame on you you censorious

00:00:43.300 if the world were a department store i think the realms of current events and

00:00:57.960 politics and foreign affairs you know the important stuff well that would pretty much

00:01:03.060 exist as say the furniture and heavy appliance departments these are the big ticket items

00:01:10.260 they are important stuff too all households need that as for the realm of sports aka fun and games

00:01:18.820 well that would be the toy department an area decade dedicated to fun frivolity and whimsy

00:01:26.620 well as the saying goes that was then and this is now because the sporting world in recent years

00:01:33.620 has become completely infected by wokeism and political correctness and even cancel culture

00:01:41.620 it is no longer a biosphere for escapism because the corporatists running professional sports for

00:01:48.720 example are seemingly more concerned with their esg scores than they are with the score on the field

00:01:55.620 this trend has only ramped up post george floyd of course so much so that you can't even tune into an

00:02:03.920 nfl game these days without seeing end zones and helmets festooned with slogans such as end racism

00:02:10.920 what exactly does that messaging mean racism is odious no reasonable person would embrace racism

00:02:21.160 but does a rend racism slogan make a racist say to him or herself by golly racism is a terrible thing

00:02:30.100 i'm gonna love my fellow man anybody out there want to sing kumbaya no such messaging is simply a

00:02:37.980 matter of preaching to the converted in other words the most useless form of marketing that there is

00:02:44.740 in any event i have a few recent examples as to how sports at various levels are actually being

00:02:52.600 destroyed these days by wokeism exhibit a the toronto blue jays and their handling

00:02:59.920 of now ex-pitcher anthony bass now some of you sports fans might think that the anthony bass saga

00:03:07.980 is old news but there is a new and bizarre angle to report by way of background last month the l g g b d

00:03:17.840 t t i q q a a p p plus etc community discovered that bass a pitcher with the toronto blue jays

00:03:28.240 had carried out a heinous act of transphobia good golly miss molly or is it mr molly that sounds

00:03:37.160 serious doesn't it transphobia what did anthony bass do exactly utter death threats punch a drag queen

00:03:44.900 no bass's sin was sharing a post on instagram that called for boycotts of target and bud light

00:03:53.560 these are very popular boycotts by the way well at least when it comes to those who identify as you 0.99

00:03:59.840 know normal people just check out anheuser-bush's stock it has fallen by more than u.s 16 billion

00:04:08.300 dollars since the disastrous dylan mulvaney bud light campaign target stock has fallen by more than u.s

00:04:16.040 10 billion dollars since its boneheaded decision to sell penis hiding swimming suits and other weirdo

00:04:23.880 trans merchandise but the spirit unicorn set was in a tizzy over bass's endorsement of these boycotts

00:04:33.460 we can't have that can we so it was the first step in the rehabilitation of anthony bass

00:04:40.640 was the issuance of a groveling public apology by the pitcher then bass was forced to attend a lecture

00:04:49.600 by sherwin modeste the executive director at pride toronto oh death where is thy sting but the blue jays

00:05:00.220 organization was not quite done yet with the public flogging of this man who was guilty of wrong think

00:05:09.080 because in a friday game against the minnesota twins the pitcher bass was going to transition

00:05:15.680 can we use that word into a catcher for a ceremonial pre-game pitch tossed by toronto trans activist

00:05:24.100 leslie lee cam alas at the last second for reasons that still remain a mystery the jays organization

00:05:32.640 canceled that circus act and simply released bass we imagine the ball club owned by uber woke rogers 0.77

00:05:41.420 decided that bass was too much of a deplorable basket case and it was best that he throw baseballs

00:05:49.380 elsewhere lest the spirit unicorns up in the cheap seats remain triggered by the man's very presence

00:05:56.920 on the team so it is that anthony bass as a blue jay is now ancient history but get this folks anthony bass's

00:06:05.160 history as a blue jay is also history in that the organization is seemingly pretending that this so-called

00:06:14.100 transphobe never existed on the roster in the first place either that or they are continuing to carry out 0.55

00:06:22.660 a vendetta against this man by way of explanation do you know that it is actually verboten to purchase

00:06:30.780 a blue jays jersey bearing the surname bass and the number 52 no we're not kidding and the explanations

00:06:39.040 for the ban are all over the map one employee at the blue jay swag shop said they will only crest the

00:06:46.040 name and number for players who are on the current active roster but we found out that's not true

00:06:52.640 if one wants a jersey bearing the names and numbers of players from yester decade for example

00:06:58.440 lloyd mosby dave steve jesse barfield those jerseys are readily available for purchase

00:07:05.400 we asked what if the jersey was a gift for a friend with the surname bass we received two different

00:07:12.960 answers for that query first we could buy a jersey with bass on it but not anthony bass's number of 52

00:07:20.500 another employee said we could indeed buy a bass 52 jersey but we had to provide government issued id

00:07:28.260 to ensure that this other mr bass actually exists again we're not making this up and yes we do have

00:07:38.120 video evidence oh we can't do bass either you can no he's not on the team no longer so he we can't do

00:07:45.500 him at all oh yeah he got dfa'd a couple weeks ago i believe right and so that's why we can't do him

00:07:52.220 hey we can't get him customized because he has to give if he's playing for the team currently we can do it

00:07:57.340 but since he's released and no longer with the team we can't so if he was like let's say retired and he

00:08:02.460 gave us the rights to do it we could customize it but unfortunately we can't do it oh so is that with

00:08:08.620 any former player yeah so all former players as long as they're retired and they give us the rights

00:08:13.720 we could do it however if they're like let's say a free agent um and they didn't officially retire we

00:08:18.240 can't do it so in other words if i came here two weeks ago two weeks four weeks when he was on the

00:08:23.120 team yes and so any player that leaves the team pretty much yeah so let's say we trade i don't want

00:08:29.720 to say a good player but let's say we trade like um yimmy garcia tomorrow okay we can't do his jersey

00:08:36.180 after that so once the trade becomes official we can't uh do a player on a different team what if it

00:08:44.340 just happened that my friend's name is back it would have to be a different number oh yeah yeah it

00:08:49.800 can't be uh 52 it has to be like let's say 51 53 wow yeah and then we'd have to ask you've really

00:08:56.280 canceled this guy yeah yeah yeah oh my goodness okay i saw the sign it said everyone welcome on

00:09:02.820 the store window but uh i guess not this one well if i went to like a sport check are they they can do

00:09:08.560 it i don't know if they would do it they might all right it would just be up to that associate or

00:09:13.520 their policies i don't know what it is yeah like i'm just asking if this is a blue jay policy or a

00:09:17.740 major league baseball yeah it's a major league oh okay then all right then oh is that right

00:09:24.740 what do they get a kickback because they do their royalties yeah oh they get a royalty i see okay

00:09:29.480 then we were also told that this was blue jays policy and or maybe major league baseball policy

00:09:37.460 as well and we were informed that this policy might prohibit an independent sports store

00:09:43.760 to crest a blue jays jersey with bass 52 emblazoned on the back uh this was false too

00:09:51.580 we went to another shop and did indeed get a jays jersey crested in such a manner without incurring

00:09:58.440 the wrath of the fashion police and here's the evidence our bass jersey now we reached out to the

00:10:06.220 blue jays media relations team specifically andrea goldstein and simon wells to find out what the real

00:10:12.820 story is neither flack replied so we paid a visit to skydome the other day to see if anyone at the

00:10:21.120 front office could give us an explanation a gruff security guard informed us that we needed to book an

00:10:27.320 appointment to get an interview we said we tried to do just that very thing but nobody responds to our

00:10:35.100 emails so she suggested that we should send them an email but they don't respond to emails at

00:10:42.720 this point the conversation soon resembled a new age version of abbott and costello's who's on first

00:10:49.100 routine who's on first what's on second i don't know is on third you know the guys names on the

00:10:53.780 baseball team well go ahead who's on first yes i mean the guy's name who the guy player first who

00:10:57.760 the guy player first who is on first who is on first what are you asking me for i don't know

00:11:03.640 wait a minute i'm asking you who's on first that's his name go ahead and tell me who the guy on first

00:11:08.120 that's it that's his name you ain't said that i ain't asking nothing you did you know the guy's

00:11:14.000 name on first base where the company guy's name on first base who anyway there you have it folks to

00:11:18.520 appease the rainbow mafia the blue jays continue to conduct a vendetta against anthony bass 0.99

00:11:25.060 simply for expressing an opinion that the lunatic fringe takes exception to the end result bass like

00:11:35.580 a member of a totalitarian regime who is suddenly being deemed persona non grata has been erased from

00:11:43.020 existence it's cancel culture that would make orwell blush it's downright baffling and disturbing

00:11:51.160 but alas trans sanity has also infected amateur sports exhibit b meet ash davis or is it ashley

00:12:00.780 these days mr davis plays for the fergus highlanders women's rugby team he tackles hard just ask those 0.90

00:12:10.280 three woman players who suited up for the stony creek cam camels last month the three women who had to be 1.00

00:12:17.600 removed from the game that is thanks to ash's debilitating tackles ash is clearly a male in fact

00:12:24.940 he doesn't even try to look female ash is clearly a male in fact he doesn't even try to look female

00:12:31.700 he has an adam's apple male pattern baldness is setting in and it's impossible to ignore those leg muscles

00:12:40.900 now i visited fergus ontario last saturday to take in a game between the highlanders and a team from

00:12:47.760 burlington i think it's safe to describe ash's style as ambush predator which is to say he spends most of

00:12:55.960 his time on the pitch casually strolling around he's not that active at all but what he's actually doing

00:13:02.920 folks is waiting for a female player on the other side to take possession of the ball 1.00

00:13:07.900 then he goes into charging rhino mode think of that infamous hit scott stevens rendered onto eric

00:13:16.620 lindros a few decades ago and he has no clue this is coming this is a freight train coming his way 1.00

00:13:22.120 a freight train and it is a wicked hit yeah that's kind of ash's style too except he's not going up

00:13:29.960 against another six foot plus dude his victims are smaller and they weigh less and they are shorter

00:13:37.300 oh and they're female how does he even live with himself it is outrageous it is egregious and it is 1.00

00:13:44.800 clearly unsafe for real woman to play against this brute and yet it is being tolerated indeed this is 1.00

00:13:53.920 perhaps the most overlooked under-reported canadian sports story of 2023 as far as we can see

00:14:01.440 joe warmington of the toronto sun is the only mainstream media scribe to pen a story on this

00:14:07.820 gender-bending grifter indeed warmington noted that female players with that stony creek team 0.99

00:14:15.280 felt as though they were being quote hit by a bus on the field or a truck end quote stated one injured

00:14:22.880 player quote i had never been hit like that before even at the competitive woman's level there was so much

00:14:30.600 more brute force there are women who are bigger than him but no girl hits like that this is a strong 0.65

00:14:39.000 human end quote naturally given our cancel culture environment that is championed by the rainbow mafia 1.00

00:14:46.480 that woman did not want to give her name diana murphy meanwhile a friend of some of the players

00:14:53.380 tweeted the following quote three women's rugby players had to be removed from a game and treated for 0.99

00:15:00.180 injuries from hits sustained by a trans woman end quote and that she feels quote trans have no place

00:15:09.460 in women's sports end quote but get this ash being on the field actually goes against the sports governing 1.00

00:15:19.180 body world rugby world rugby notes what should be obvious actually in this statement quote transgender woman

00:15:28.980 may not currently play women's rugby why because of the size force and power producing advantages 1.00

00:15:37.700 conferred by testosterone during puberty and adolescence and the resultant player welfare risks

00:15:45.780 this creates end quote yet warmington noted last month that the rugby authorities in canada are

00:15:53.540 hopelessly beholden to wokeness rugby canada said this is a federal inclusion issue and not only is this

00:16:02.340 transgender player welcomed in the league but the law protects this person from discrimination really

00:16:12.260 meanwhile rugby ontario responded by issuing a gag order to players quote if you are contacted by anyone in

00:16:19.860 the community or the media please do not engage by offering an opinion or comment on this situation

00:16:27.300 end quote brutal just like ash ash ashley after the game last saturday against burlington by the way

00:16:36.500 burlington won 47 21 presumably fergus needs more men on the team well we attempted to interview ash he ran away

00:16:46.260 from us meanwhile many of his teammates blocked our passage passage as they hysterically yelled human

00:16:53.940 rights and trans women are real woman mr davis ash why are you doing this i'm david menzies rebel news

00:17:01.380 hi no you're not really uh a part of this we're having a team chat now okay i'm just trying to ask some

00:17:06.740 questions ma'am but that's not the appropriate time why are you allowing a biological male to compete against

00:17:11.780 female players we're not going to have a conversation with you okay well i'll talk to ash then ash do you 0.65

00:17:16.660 take joy in injuring female rugby players are you lacking the skills to play with male players where

00:17:24.980 you should be you're a biological male aren't you i got you i got you okay thank you sir mr rash are you 0.89

00:17:32.900 are you a misogynist hey watch it you'll be charged with assault would you mind leaving

00:17:44.420 mr rash the governing the governing uh body for rugby world rugby says men should not compete

00:17:52.740 wow really all lives matter all lives matter all lives matter human rights matter

00:18:01.940 it was absolutely astonishing these young women are apparently so indoctrinated that they take no 0.50

00:18:10.260 issue whatsoever with this cheater playing against and routinely injuring real female players it's 0.98

00:18:20.660 supposedly all about the unholy trinity of equity diverse diversity and inclusion but really what this

00:18:27.860 boils down to is garden variety misogyny the woke dopes who comprise rugby canada and rugby ontario

00:18:36.740 would do well to adhere to the rules and regulations of world rugby and the sooner the better after all 0.96

00:18:44.500 what are they waiting for a real woman to die on the pitch thanks to this monster by the way why aren't even 0.95

00:18:52.340 the sports writers in canada chronicling this sordid saga well i'll tell you why sports writing for

00:19:00.500 reasons i don't really understand is now the breeding ground for political correctness and wokeism

00:19:08.500 indeed if there are any old school types left in sports commentary a la the beloved don cherry

00:19:14.820 oh believe me they will soon be cancelled just like grapes was merely for stating a truism

00:19:20.900 regarding the appalling dearth of people wearing poppies on november 11th but if the truth hurts

00:19:27.620 then cancellation is the knee-jerk response which is by the way the very definition of political

00:19:34.420 correctness i.e censorship of viewpoints lest someone take offense and in don cherry's case it was also

00:19:42.820 perverse wasn't it he was responsible for the most watched eight minutes of canadian tv every saturday

00:19:51.620 night on coach's corner and in a medium that chases eyeballs one would think that would be the be

00:19:58.740 all and end all right but no protecting the sensitivities of snowflakes is paramount god do i miss

00:20:06.580 don cherry on coach's corner i know millions of other canadians do as well but what do we know

00:20:14.340 the flip side of don cherry would be toronto sun sports columnist steve soy boy simmons even though

00:20:20.980 the sun is right of center although that is kind of up for debate these days isn't it given how the

00:20:27.140 disgraceful columnist brian lily is going to bat for prime minister blackface these days well nevertheless 0.96

00:20:34.580 it seems that only woke joke lefties chronicle sports these days i'll give you an example of

00:20:41.620 how putrid simmons is when it comes to the world of sports because when meshed together these two column 0.86

00:20:48.260 excerpts feature everything from trump derangement syndrome to outright blatant hypocrisy we go back 0.91

00:20:57.060 to 2018 when the washington capitals won their first stanley cup the team as per protocol was

00:21:04.500 invited to meet president trump at the white house oh but goalie brayden holtby decided not to join his

00:21:13.220 teammates why well he said quote i've got to stay true to my values end quote values what values well

00:21:23.220 holtby declined to fully elaborate you know i'm guessing transparency isn't one of his values

00:21:29.700 and check out this pithy prose from simmons quote had a lot of respect for brayden holtby before he

00:21:37.460 announced he wouldn't be traveling with the washington capitals a few blocks to the white house now a lot

00:21:44.020 more end quote yeah but here's the thing folks i'm calling off side here actually throw in gross 0.69

00:21:51.220 misconduct you see when the boston bruins won the stanley cup in 2012 goalie tim thomas also declined

00:21:59.460 a visit to the white house to meet with then president barack obama well the jock sniffers who comprise 0.99

00:22:07.060 the sports writing community lambasted thomas for taking this stance including drum roll please

00:22:14.980 steve simmons here's what simmons wrote back in 2012 quote tim thomas can believe politically

00:22:23.540 whatever he wants it's my belief he should have been with his team at the white house end quote

00:22:32.180 whoa whoa whoa stop the clock time out simmons applauds holtby for snubbing trump but condemns

00:22:39.620 thomas for doing like likewise with obama what the he double hockey sticks is going on here then again

00:22:47.060 if mr simmons didn't have double standards well i'd reckon he'd have no standards at all but you know

00:22:54.420 what folks it's not all doom and gloom when it comes to wokeness in the sports realm for example

00:23:02.340 consider the announcement by nhl commissioner gary bettman last month yeah at the height of pride

00:23:08.820 season no less namely nhl players will not be wearing gay pride themed jerseys onto the ice

00:23:16.900 during warm-ups in future seasons oh by the way when this story was reported by the toronto sun

00:23:23.780 the sun also ran a poll the question was as follows should professional sports stay out of the lgbt war

00:23:31.140 well the results qualify as a landslide on steroids the yes side responded 100 as for the number

00:23:44.340 of people comprising the no side in other words those who support pro sports embracing lgbt issues

00:23:53.540 well that was precisely zero point zero by the way bettman says cancelling the pride warm-up jerseys

00:24:03.060 is being done to avoid any distraction um distraction or does he mean dissatisfaction you know dissatisfaction

00:24:14.580 of the product by actual real life hockey fans who buy hockey tickets and watch hockey games on tv and

00:24:22.260 listen to hockey games on radio that's who bettman needs to appease as opposed to social justice weirdos

00:24:30.340 playing dungeons and dragons in their granny's basement and with good reason the nhl is a business 0.96

00:24:38.100 and as they say in business the bottom line is the bottom line so maybe the real reason the nhl isn't

00:24:44.820 so gay these days has everything to do with oh i don't know tv ratings check out this yahoo sports 0.57

00:24:52.340 article from february which notes that nhl tv ratings have plunged by a staggering 22 percent year over year 0.73

00:25:03.380 can you imagine more than one-fifth of the nhl's tv viewing audience has disappeared in the space of 12

00:25:10.900 months and my take is that the nhl's never-ending force-feeding of woke ideology is turning hockey

00:25:19.780 fans into well ex-hockey fans indeed anecdotally i can tell you i have come across numerous friends

00:25:27.780 family members and colleagues who say they are done done done with the nhl and its propaganda campaigns

00:25:34.980 that they can't even remember the last time they watched an entire hockey game from start to finish

00:25:40.500 and count me in with that camp by the way then again folks in fairness i do live in toronto and

00:25:46.820 there are only so many decades of disappointment one can endure hey still the nhl is undoubtedly concerned

00:25:55.540 with this massive tv ratings plunge because as much as ticket sales and concessions and the sale of

00:26:02.900 merch is important to pro sports teams the real meat and potatoes revenue wise are those multi-billion

00:26:10.180 dollar tv deals and if a league is delivering fewer eyeballs to the networks that means there's going to

00:26:17.380 be smaller tv contracts in the future by the way shrinking audiences is not just an nhl

00:26:25.460 trend it was reported last month by sports business journal that major league baseball saw its viewership

00:26:33.700 drop by 29 across fox sports and espn through the first two months of the season even as the length of

00:26:44.180 games is getting shorter ouch and on the hard court last month the la times reported that

00:26:51.300 abc's coverage of the 2023 nba finals averaged its smallest audience when held during its customary time

00:27:01.300 since 2007 erasing the previous low set a year earlier

00:27:09.860 very interesting even the almighty national football league is not immune sports media watch reports

00:27:19.140 that nfl viewership took a slight hit in its most recent season the 2022-23 nfl regular season averaged

00:27:29.060 16 point million viewers per window that was down from the previous season's average of 17.1 million

00:27:37.140 viewers at the end of the day when it comes to professional sports i could care less if you are left or right of

00:27:45.380 center but can we all just treat the professional sports sphere as a conduit for escapism when i tune

00:27:55.220 into a hockey game or a football game it's to well watch a game not get preached to by diversity and inclusion

00:28:05.300 doles i think i speak for the vast majority of sports fans when i say leave us alone already enough with your

00:28:13.140 sanctimonious sermons we're sanctimonious sermons we're tuning into a game to get away from the 0.99

00:28:17.220 horrors of an increasingly woke world we don't want more of this crap shoved down our collective throats 0.98

00:28:25.860 as for amateur sports leagues participating on the war on women by allowing biological males to compete with 0.99

00:28:33.940 biological females please enough with this nonsense to do the right thing which is to say 1.00

00:28:42.180 if a male player is suddenly pretending to be a female player by all means accommodate him

00:28:50.020 which is to say create a third sports division call it other or call it open or call it anything goes

00:29:00.740 let whoever identifies as whatever play in that realm so that biological females do not run the risk of 1.00

00:29:08.660 being crippled or worse public safety still comes first doesn't it heck i think that an open sports 0.98

00:29:17.140 division populated by the unhinged members of the transgender community would be a blast and let's be 1.00

00:29:24.820 honest try to convince me you wouldn't want to watch such a game any game featuring the likes of ash 0.90

00:29:33.380 davis and busty lemieux and jonathan yaniv hey decades ago folks carnival freak shows went out of

00:29:41.300 business freak shows were no longer considered to be socially acceptable but if the trans community

00:29:48.580 wants wants to bring back a sporting freak show populated by she males and frankenfems and he she's 1.00

00:29:56.260 well then more power to them talk about a league of their own oh boy where oh where can i buy seasons

00:30:06.180 tickets for that sorted sports spectacle

00:30:21.620 well folks my next guest was a duly elected member of provincial parliament here in ontario

00:30:28.260 and then he became kind of a quasi-political prisoner here in his own province absolutely spectacular yes

00:30:35.700 i'm speaking of none other than randy hillier and we want to touch upon two things one is his ongoing

00:30:42.020 constitutional challenge and the other is a boycott that mr hillier is supporting in terms of canadians

00:30:51.940 donating their blood donating their organs in light of an absolutely egregious tragedy that occurred

00:31:00.980 thanks again to the medical establishment so without further ado let's welcome randy aboard hey randy how

00:31:07.940 are you doing this summer well it's a pleasure to be chatting with you again david and uh summer is good and

00:31:14.980 uh we are uh thriving in the dystopia world called canada right at the moment uh but we're continuing to

00:31:24.660 fight and there's lots of fights yet to be had yeah i think the last time i physically saw you randy it

00:31:31.380 was about two years ago in the people's republic of peterborough um i i believe you got ticketed

00:31:38.100 maxine bernier got ticketed i got ticketed i saw the police officers notes i was seen laughing and

00:31:45.380 shaking hands in public i am not making this up by the way what happened to your tickets uh in peterborough

00:31:52.900 at that so-called uh illegal gathering well i i still have about 10 uh provincial fences uh remaining

00:32:03.300 most of them are on hold until this week's constitutional matter is heard in the superior court

00:32:10.900 in toronto and and let me just uh preface this a little bit david for your audience for over a year

00:32:18.100 now the crown has agreed that my constitutional challenge would be heard in an open court in person

00:32:27.860 and it would uh be held in the superior court late last week i got notified that the interior courts

00:32:38.260 are instituting a shadow ban on my hearing uh so shadow bans your audience will be well well aware we

00:32:46.900 it's a term that we often use with social media however uh they unilaterally and arbitrarily decided

00:32:55.060 that my court hearing would only be done virtually on thursday july 26th and friday july 27th

00:33:05.300 and there can be no mistake in anybody's mind what they wanted to do was to make sure that

00:33:12.820 i did not have a public form where people and my supporters and others could attend an open court

00:33:22.900 hear the arguments uh these are strong incredible arguments that are being advanced if we're successful

00:33:31.380 it will do away with not only the rest of my provincial offenses but do away with all offenses under the

00:33:42.100 reopening ontario act across ontario and hopefully also have great impact in other jurisdictions as well but

00:33:51.460 but the courts and randy if i can if i can just jump in here and ask you did your counsel seek to

00:33:57.940 have an in-person court hearing i was in court uh twice uh last month and i actually requested that and

00:34:05.700 i was granted that to have the other parties come in physically to the courthouse uh so the question is

00:34:12.020 did they ask for that and whether they did or not what do you think is the ostensible policy reason

00:34:18.420 of making sure this is virtual is it simply just to as you said earlier uh keep interested canadians

00:34:26.820 uh away from seeing the the arguments they're going to present in court not only did we request it the

00:34:34.980 crown had agreed to it david uh over a year the crown had agreed that it would be in person that it would

00:34:44.340 be at the main courthouse on university avenue in toronto and it would be in the superior court of

00:34:50.500 justice um so there is no justifiable reason to not have in-person court hearings correct the all the

00:35:02.100 code none of the courts have any mandates against vac about vaccines or or masks or social distancing or

00:35:10.580 any of that matter like that has been dispensed with in our courts so what is the real excuse

00:35:19.700 for them to not have to to at the last minute decide no we're going to change this and and you can

00:35:29.460 be certain that had i been down in toronto in an open court there would have been some media attention

00:35:36.100 the public would have been there as well and one cannot come to any other conclusion reasonable

00:35:43.380 conclusion that the courts and the government wanted to implement something akin to a shadow ban

00:35:52.420 on this constitutional proceeding um and make it so that few people understand what is going on

00:36:00.660 well you know randy i'm detecting a bit of a i don't know a vendetta here maybe some vindictiveness

00:36:09.300 i'm looking for the silver lining you you call it a shadow ban at least they didn't ask for a publication

00:36:16.020 ban uh so this can actually uh be publicized uh after the fact um what is the argument what is the main

00:36:25.460 argument uh that your council is going to make on thursday randy well there's many we've got arguments

00:36:32.100 on the health we've got arguments on the mental health and we also have uh you know as you know

00:36:38.020 david i was an elected representative at that time yeah and we also can say with certainty the constitution

00:36:46.580 regards the freedom of expression freedom of mobility peaceful assembly as foundational and fundamental

00:36:52.900 rights not to be infringed upon without justification and the infringement has to be proportional the the

00:37:01.940 two cases that are being heard on thursday and friday are when doug ford's government instituted a complete stay

00:37:13.220 at home order where people were not permitted to leave their home unless they met one of the government's

00:37:23.060 predetermined criteria such as uh getting necessary health care uh going for groceries etc as an elected

00:37:31.860 representative how can you possibly expect that other foundational element of our constitution a

00:37:40.820 representative democracy function if you prohibit elected representatives from leaving their house

00:37:49.060 and talking with constituents or meeting with constituents or meeting with stakeholders uh these are uh fundamental

00:37:58.420 violations uh and uh i i think the government recognizes that they've got themselves in a bit of a pickle

00:38:07.380 on this one um you know the arguments are extensive yeah they can't be given justice in

00:38:15.940 uh a five or ten minute interview that's why it's being held over two days to hear these arguments

00:38:23.460 in the superior court and you know randy i don't know if uh this will carry any water in court but i seem to

00:38:30.980 remember premier ford i'm going back to easter weekend of 2020 right in the beginning of the pandemic

00:38:38.020 and i remember him saying uh everybody stay at home it's about public safety two weeks to flatten the

00:38:44.500 the curve all that stuff and then he buggered off to his cottage again being a front runner in the uh

00:38:52.180 uh displaying the mantra of one law for thee and one law for me oh there were so many examples

00:38:59.060 uh it wasn't just ford meeting his plumber apparently up at the cottage you know uh trudeau was uh hanging

00:39:07.220 out at his cottage and traveling across borders uh cabinet ministers were going down to saint bart's

00:39:14.580 in hawaii uh you know all the while the uh the peons and the peasants of the land

00:39:22.580 were confined to their homes uh so you know we we know that it was uh one law for the peasants 0.50

00:39:31.460 and quite a different law for the the princes of our country thank you for reminding me about that

00:39:38.100 saint bart's story i think that was uh minister rod phillips wasn't it who not only went down to saint

00:39:42.980 bart's but he had pre-recorded videos of him doing fireside chats in ajax when he was in the caribbean

00:39:51.540 i mean uh i don't think the comedic geniuses at monty python could write this stuff randy so

00:39:57.620 we're going to watch that court case of course with interest i know our viewers are very interested

00:40:03.140 in this and even though they seem to be playing games uh in terms of you know having the court case

00:40:10.180 heard uh it will be heard and this story will come out but i want to quickly shift gears this is

00:40:16.340 something near and dear to your heart it's about the tragic case of uh garnett harper um you know

00:40:25.860 this is a tragedy that didn't even have to be a tragedy um randy uh this is a father of five kidney

00:40:33.460 disease and well i'll let you set the table what happened uh to mr harper and what you are suggesting

00:40:42.260 that all canadians do in order to take a stance in terms of this happening well yeah what what have

00:40:50.420 happened to uh garnett harper was nothing short of premeditated murder the people who withheld

00:41:03.060 needed essential and available healthcare yeah knew what the consequences of their decision would be

00:41:11.380 they knew it would lead to his premature death that is by any measure of the criminal code

00:41:20.820 is pretended premeditated murder um you know but we've been doing this for over three years in this

00:41:28.900 province now david um governments have been withholding healthcare knowing that it would severely injure harm

00:41:40.580 and kill people um they made a choice they said our public policies will be designed to um ostensibly 0.60

00:41:52.500 and falsely um diminish the spread of this virus knowing that it is going to kill people what we're 0.95

00:42:00.500 doing they made this choice and randy just just to bring clarity to this story the reason uh mr harper was

00:42:08.580 denied uh a kidney transplant is because he was unvaccinated simply for that reason he refused to

00:42:18.100 take a medical injection that we now know beyond a shadow of a doubt that causes significant harm and adverse injury to

00:42:27.940 many people so he purposely willingly chose that decision um and and the and the crux to this of course david is

00:42:40.580 this the hospital system was more than willing to harvest these unvaccinated organs wow garnet harper uh

00:42:53.220 and transplant his unvaccinated organs into other people as long as they were vaccinated previously

00:43:00.660 uh and like this is this is there is no other word for it than premeditated murder like this is

00:43:10.820 you know there is you know there is no law in the land right now that grants hospitals the authority to

00:43:18.500 deprive unvaccinated people of healthcare i can go to any healthcare or into any hospital or any doctor

00:43:27.540 and uh i can get my arm fixed if i break my arm i can get the blood work done if i need to get blood work

00:43:35.700 um and for them to decide that they should kill garnet harper and harvest and potentially harvest his organs 0.63

00:43:47.620 and give them to others is is the uh this is not not just a tragedy a tragedy is is something that is

00:43:55.300 unexpected and and uh you know this this again this is social murder this is applying a punitive measure

00:44:06.660 against someone who did not comply to the of the mac mandates you know randy i'll tell you it is

00:44:19.060 unbelievably unethical and immoral what happened to this man at the hands of the medical

00:44:25.060 establishment i mean doctors subscribed to the hippocratic oath translated in english that means

00:44:31.140 do no harm this was the opposite of do no harm this was giving this man a death sentence absolutely

00:44:38.420 absolutely that it was a punitive measure and it was known to be punitive and you know and you know

00:44:46.020 and although there's the the uncompassionate people out there and there's the fearful people and the

00:44:52.820 cowardly people um who some people think that this was a reasonable undertaking by our health care

00:45:00.740 system but but let me remind everyone uh you know if i am a skydiver and i get injured skydiving um you

00:45:10.980 know or if i'm a pilot flying my airplane and i get injured flying my pilot i don't have my health

00:45:17.220 care deprived from me because i took a had a different choice in life even if i decided to be

00:45:25.380 some do something foolish like bungee jumping and got injured health care would still it's supposed to be

00:45:32.900 universal it's not just supposed to be legally it is universal so regardless of your uh the uh what may

00:45:42.900 have transpired the state because they are the only ones who are permitted to provide health care in

00:45:51.140 this country has a universal duty and obligation to provide it when necessary no a hundred percent and

00:45:59.700 they have a monopoly on health care um we are obligated to support this monopoly through our tax dollars

00:46:08.100 i've always said if anyone brings up the oh you're going bungee jumping card um you are an undue risk to

00:46:15.700 our publicly funded health care system i'll say fine let me opt out and give me a tax refund of what my

00:46:22.340 taxes would be in terms of going into paying oh hip but we know that's never going to be allowed so uh that

00:46:28.980 argument doesn't uh pass muster with me randy but i'm struggling with the ostensible policy reason here

00:46:36.180 by the medical establishment covet 19 it's in the rear view mirror of history we know now um all the

00:46:45.780 lies that were hatched in terms of this uh pandemic in terms of the effectiveness of the vaccine even

00:46:54.020 what in the world randy was motivating these people to deny him health care due to his unvaccinated

00:47:03.780 status in the first place what was the harm well this is a vindictive approach that's all it is it's

00:47:10.020 vindictiveness this is to uh to penalize those who were not compliant um and you know so so david it's

00:47:22.980 for the unvaccinated it's time for people who seek freedom and seek justice to fight back and you know

00:47:32.820 just as necessary services and um were withheld from the unvaccinated during uh the mandates it's

00:47:44.740 time for the unvaccinated and even those who have a sense of morality and justice to fight back and say

00:47:54.980 no until we treat people equally in our health care system i am going to withhold any of my organs

00:48:06.420 from the health care system i'm not going to let you to harvest my good organs

00:48:14.180 but let me die as a result of my decision i am not even going to provide any blood

00:48:20.180 uh to the health care system and i think that's the way just as services were withheld from the

00:48:27.380 unvaccinated the unvaccinated need to withhold something near and dear to the public and pressure 0.94

00:48:35.940 the public and our politicians to treat everyone fairly and randy if you just allow me to play devil's

00:48:45.220 advocate here if i were to say to you i understand where you're coming from to you know deliver a bowl

00:48:51.300 you know blow to the medical establishment that really resulted in this man dying unnecessarily

00:48:57.540 yet if on mass we withhold our blood we don't donate our organs anymore think of how many innocent

00:49:04.740 canadians that have nothing to do with this and nothing to do with these policies who might end up well

00:49:09.860 dying because of a lack of blood a lack of a a replacement organ how would you respond to that

00:49:16.820 well i would say to them all if you think that this is important that they have access to unvaccinated

00:49:24.100 organs or have access to organs and blood then stand up to the plate and call up their mpps call up

00:49:32.340 their mps call up send letters to the premiers and the prime minister and say we are treating these

00:49:39.700 people unfairly it is unjust what we're doing i don't want to have blood on my hands that

00:49:47.860 little children they're now going around without a dad a loving dad because i was too lazy to get off 0.95

00:49:55.380 my ass and tell our politicians that they should treat people fairly and at the end of the day randy 0.98

00:50:04.340 does a lot of this blame perhaps rest with uh you know premier doug ford any other premier in canada 0.99

00:50:11.460 in terms of reining in the medical community and saying you can't treat people with well medical

00:50:18.740 apartheid if you will that you know if you're vaxxed uh you get red carpet service and if you're unvaxxed

00:50:26.340 you get a death sentence oh listen at one time a great many people in our country expected um that

00:50:35.460 our political leaders would demonstrate leadership um and uh but we have seen in the last number of

00:50:44.180 years that that was a myth um there is no leadership the only way politicians do anything other than

00:50:52.500 fill their own pockets is if the public pressures them so to anybody in your audience who's listening

00:51:01.940 if they have someone who is got complications with their kidney or liver um or yeah or whatever other

00:51:10.660 ailment that may be down the road requiring a transplant act now act now and call up your mps your mpps

00:51:23.620 and say to them it's time for the government to rein in these vindictive health care practitioners

00:51:33.460 and hospitals and say now you're going to treat people fairly now once again in this country and uh

00:51:43.060 and unless people do that there unless there is political pressure to do this our political actors

00:51:52.660 will continue to read from a different script than what is called justice well randy we'll have to leave

00:51:59.060 it there uh we'll see where this proposed boycott goes uh i agree with you i'd love to see the

00:52:04.020 politicians develop a spine and also i'd love to see those in the medical establishment go wait a minute

00:52:09.860 i spent so many years of my life learning to become a doctor to heal people to prevent people from dying

00:52:16.900 prematurely and now you're asking me to hand out a death sentence to somebody that uh you know needs an

00:52:24.500 organ transplant simply because he didn't get vaxxed with an experimental uh vaccine are you kidding me

00:52:32.340 it is egregious on so many levels but like i said randy we're gonna have to leave it at that and we will

00:52:37.700 watch with interest uh your court case good luck in superior court my friend well let me just say one

00:52:44.260 last thing david for these doctors who think that their hands are tied and that they can't do anything

00:52:51.220 the only thing that ties their hand is a muzzle that they've placed on their mouth okay they can

00:52:56.340 speak up and take those wraps off their hands and make things fair and i'd ask everybody to keep

00:53:04.420 tuned in to nomorelockdowns.ca i will be publishing a link to the constitutional case look forward to your

00:53:11.860 support and the good work for the jccf for handling this constitutional challenge thank you so much once

00:53:18.660 again randy and good luck in court on thursday thank you

00:53:37.620 well folks we got a ton of response regarding ezra's trip to hungary cdrone 4066 writes i respect that

00:53:47.620 hungarians and the poles are fighting for their country and culture and not letting the eu control 0.98

00:53:54.900 them well i can tell you my friend three years of covering the anti-lockdown protests easily the most

00:54:02.980 passionate people i came across were those from former eastern bloc countries and the former soviet union

00:54:11.060 they know what it's like to have your freedoms and rights taken away they've seen that picture

00:54:18.020 play out once they didn't like how it ended and they're not going to let it happen again good for

00:54:23.780 hungary good for poland papa dumb tech writes i am a westerner who has been living in hungary with my hungarian

00:54:33.300 wife for many years to see what go goes in the msm media against hungary is shocking to say the least oh

00:54:42.100 i'm with you my friend and it's all about hungary taking an anti-woke stance that's not polite when it

00:54:49.780 comes to the msm drones is it it's all despicable good luck living in hungary they're standing up for

00:54:58.340 what's right and believe me if hungarian women are like eva or zsa gabor maybe i'll have to uh plan a 0.82

00:55:06.260 trip over there oh that's right i forgot i'm already married the old one 485 writes drag journalists is a

00:55:14.900 great term to describe msm journals yeah you know it's funny though um unlike drag queens though i don't 1.00

00:55:24.660 think so many of the journalists that are on the state tab are oh you know fat ugly with beards why

00:55:35.220 is that with the drag queens no no the uh drag journalists they just blend in with the rest of 0.79

00:55:41.540 the folk except they all share one thing in common don't they they're on the take uh which means um go to

00:55:48.740 bat for blackface and condemn those so-called rogue nations like hungary that aren't on board with 0.99

00:55:56.740 wokeness and political correctness and letting their borders be violated yeah no thanks well folks that's

00:56:04.260 it for tonight's version of the ezreal event show thank you so much for tuning in the big boss man will

00:56:10.420 be back tomorrow in the meantime as always stay safe and stay sane
