00:00:37.220 now rumor has it he had rod rosenstein into the oval office the other day and it was not a uh

00:00:44.440 let's just say it was not a uh a good meeting for rosenstein

00:00:50.180 uh you know where i heard that uh it was pretty contentious rosenstein left the meeting uh pretty

00:00:58.000 upset he didn't speak to anybody those are the sources in the white house take them for what

00:02:50.580 for you guys don't know what psa six means police service area six back when new york city's housing

00:02:56.420 police and the new york city police department were two separate entities well actually they kept psa's

00:03:02.260 while they merged but it's a precinct in the housing projects elmer is fellow nypd great to have you here

00:03:09.980 brother let's uh see what else we've got columbia up and there goes our annoying stream

00:03:18.600 so just so you go tomorrow i'm going to be uh replacing all the modems and all the connectivity

00:03:27.740 so that we don't run into these stream issues anymore i uh i'm ready have everything ordered

00:03:33.900 i'm going to have a diagnostic done because it's telling me that our connectivity is great

00:03:38.740 but clearly there's a problem so i've got the web provider coming out tomorrow morning to do a

00:03:45.280 an audit and a full analysis and get this fixed because it's just a pain right we got leachburg

00:03:50.580 virginia in the house like i said columbia tulsa oklahoma pennsylvania hangman john ruth our buddy

00:03:56.240 nottingham uk check nationalists why do you think you have a good day i why do i think i don't know

00:04:05.640 uh-oh sidekick wants to know where my psychedelic shirt is dry cleaner monday i got there too late

00:04:13.260 yesterday i really wanted to wear it for you guys but the dry cleaner was not open

00:04:18.340 we missed that boat but there's always tomorrow and the next day and uh just a note i i uh have to

00:04:28.480 let my producers know this as well we might not have a live show tomorrow because i really want to

00:04:33.300 have this web diagnostic done they are scheduled to come right now around 7 30 in the morning it was

00:04:39.780 the only open appointment i'm trying to get them to come a little bit later so i can do the show with

00:04:43.800 you but it really is important to diagnose all these issues because they're really really out of

00:04:48.160 control and so we'll keep you guys posted on that on twitter and on facebook but let's talk about

00:04:53.860 what's going on to get back to your i'm going to get uh back to all your comments but i really want

00:04:59.420 to talk a lot of words against robert muller i don't know if you guys saw these tweets they started

00:05:05.020 last night very very telling here's the first one there is no collusion the robert muller rigged

00:05:11.180 witch hunt headed now by 17 parentheses increased from 13 including an obama white house lawyer angry

00:05:20.180 democrats was started by a fraudulent dossier paid for by crooked hillary and the dnc therefore

00:05:25.540 the witch hunt is an illegal scam first time he ever used the words illegal illegal first time

00:05:35.240 then he went on to say is robert muller ever going to release his conflicts of interest

00:05:41.400 with respect to president trump here's where it gets really really interesting including the fact

00:05:47.840 this something we haven't heard that we had a very nasty and contentious business relationship

00:05:54.800 then i turned him down to head the fbi one day before appointment to special counsel

00:05:59.340 and comey is his close friend now we knew about uh muller being turned down to head the fbi we knew

00:06:06.780 about comey and muller being very close friends for years but this is really the first we've heard of

00:06:11.420 a contentious business relationship in the private sector between donald trump and robert muller

00:06:18.480 and if true becomes very very problematic for muller and his man of integrity moniker then trump

00:06:27.560 finished up by saying also why is muller only appointing angry dems some of whom have worked

00:06:36.080 for crooked hillary others including himself have worked for obama and why isn't muller looking at

00:06:42.080 all of the criminal activity and real russian collusion on the democrat side podesta the dossier he's

00:06:49.860 right look we know that hillary clinton colluded with the russians we know that we know that we know

00:06:56.680 that she paid fusion gps through her law firm perkins coey we know that perkins coey uh paid

00:07:04.200 fusion gps ultimately paid christopher steel who colluded with russians so like i've been saying

00:07:09.000 apparently to the fbi and rdoj to robert muller it was okay for hillary to collude with russians to 1.00

00:07:14.380 get dirt on trump but it's illegal for trump to have colluded with russians to get dirt on hillary

00:07:18.400 look there is no uh in my mind anyway in my opinion there is no question that this is a witch hunt

00:07:29.060 at this point none at all none at all there's no question that this is bias and rigged and unfair

00:07:37.920 none at all none at all i mean there's there's no excuse you're investigating russian interference

00:07:45.600 and collusion if you're robert muller then how do you not investigate hillary clinton's relationship

00:07:51.060 with christopher steel and christopher steel's relationship with russians who gave him dirt on

00:07:55.560 trump you can't you can't i mean certain things they're going to try to overcomplicate it they're

00:08:02.660 going to try to give you convoluted explanations they're going to try to tell you don't believe

00:08:06.240 your lion eyes and don't believe your lion ears don't believe them don't believe them

00:08:13.340 and when i glance over i look at your uh i've got your uh chats coming up on uh on two different

00:08:21.880 screens here i've got three screens in front of me and i don't want to miss anything so one comes in a

00:08:26.940 little quicker than the last free game of bunta says woodstock nice hey hey i'm a peace and love kind

00:08:33.320 of guy and i love the music me i'm all about peace i'm all about love let's see what have we got here

00:08:42.460 what are you guys saying all right anyway let's go back to this muller thing now muller should never

00:08:47.300 have taken the job to uh to investigate why his friend was fired all right that was one of the

00:08:53.620 reasons muller was appointed when comey was fired muller should have said i'm too close to jim comey

00:08:58.400 instead of saying i'm a man of integrity without any feelings and any opinions no one no one is like

00:09:04.220 that nobody nobody they they wanted muller because the new muller would see the world their side of

00:09:11.120 the way the deep state side of the way the unit party side of the way but trump is now punching in

00:09:15.980 a way he has it and everybody says well trump is not and he goes off half cocked and you got to take

00:09:21.140 his tweets with a grain of salt and yada yada yada well it's not really the case trump is a very smart

00:09:28.180 guy trump knows that the way he tweets down to the syntax of how he tweets is done for a very

00:09:37.040 specific reason a very specific reason and one of those reasons and if you guys watch me rub my hands

00:09:44.300 i just put some sanitizer on i'm fanatical about that because you heard my allergies since i've been

00:09:51.580 doing this they've been a lot better they've been a lot better no i'm not ocd i don't have like a

00:09:56.960 i'm not a germaphobe but i have to tell you since one of my doc my doctor said try to use the hand

00:10:02.040 sanitizer it helps get some of the allergens off your hands since i've been doing it i've been

00:10:07.380 great i'm having an allergy so something to it anyway but uh you know if muller muller uh should

00:10:14.300 never have investigated his friend but if this is true if what trump is tweeting is true and i have

00:10:18.840 no reason to think it's not because like i was saying trump's tweets are very nuanced he uses a

00:10:23.580 certain syntax to sound like he's ranting and raving and like he's just a regular guy luke viano good

00:10:30.180 morning crew good morning to you luke uh but in those tweets are nuggets are diamonds are nuggets of

00:10:36.520 gold okay and that one tweet that he put out last night well yesterday afternoon about 3 34

00:10:43.340 eastern time was very telling that he's saying that he and muller had a prior contentious he called it

00:10:50.880 very nasty and contentious business relationship very telling very very telling

00:10:57.420 to an extreme because if muller didn't disclose that in the private sector something happened now

00:11:07.960 we don't know what happened sure trump will elaborate but maybe muller was the attorney

00:11:12.820 on another side of a deal maybe his firm sued trump or trump property if that's the case

00:11:21.180 very problematic for robert muller even worse very problematic for rod rosenstein jeff sessions and

00:11:27.360 doj with all of the other people out there who could have been picked as a special counsel

00:11:32.580 why this guy why pick the guy who had a prior conflict with the subject of investigation i don't

00:11:42.140 tell you well trump wasn't the subject of the trump wasn't subject to the investigation

00:11:46.220 we were looking at collusion surrounding the trump campaign of course they are and if they're telling

00:11:53.860 you they're not they're lying they are absolutely lying and i don't like it when government lies to us

00:12:01.280 now special k asks the question everybody wants to know why was there a special counsel there was no crime

00:12:09.040 committed well that's what we all want to know that's what we all want to know that is what we

00:12:19.840 all want to know when we found out the dossier was used as the basis for muller's investigation

00:12:30.440 muller's investigation should have been shut down all right should have been shut down immediately

00:12:35.680 should have been shut right down but it wasn't and we've got to ask a lot of questions about why

00:12:44.380 about why now luke has a great question is collusion a crime no no there is nothing in the united states

00:12:53.000 code that criminalizes collusion collusion just means people cooperate at a table so no this was

00:13:00.000 always meant to be an impeachment trap and a perjury trap czech nationalist says uh oh i dropped my pen

00:13:08.640 czech nationalist says where was that politics has been where was it because i like that comment

00:13:15.220 politics not making sense a long time ago yeah it did it did

00:13:19.920 it really really did but we need to look at this investigation because it's destroying lives

00:13:28.160 now i've been encouraged in the past i've been encouraged hangman john ruth makes a good comment

00:13:34.060 watergate was a crime this is not yeah it's true i hate when people compare this to watergate the two

00:13:38.720 have nothing to do with one another they're not even remotely similar not even remotely remotely similar

00:13:45.280 good morning james gallagher good morning

00:13:49.440 and uh so there is no that's the biggest problem we all have excuse me those of us who analyze this

00:14:01.500 stuff who worked inside law enforcement there's no crime actually being alleged here the only crimes

00:14:08.300 were paul manafort on 12 year old financial crimes and general flynn and papadopoulos on bogus process

00:14:13.480 crimes of subjectively misleading investigators i do not believe general flynn lied that's just me

00:14:22.480 i don't i know the man i know his family he's a good man i don't believe he lied

00:14:28.480 now do we uh does muller have other indictments yeah think about who he indicted 13 anonymous

00:14:38.620 freshens that'll never see the inside of a courtroom and 12 intelligence officers who get paid the hack

00:14:43.340 for a living and interfere like our people do like the massad does like mi6 does like the french do 0.97

00:14:50.760 like every other country does every other country does free gamma bunta says flint is a patriot it's

00:14:57.920 flynn f-l-y-n-n general flynn and i believe he is yes yes the other thing that i see people out here

00:15:07.340 never trumpers saying well paying off a porn star not illegal even if trump wrote stormy daniel's

00:15:13.600 130 million dollar check not illegal not illegal to make a business decision to settle a matter to

00:15:23.720 avoid the press fallout you might not like it it might be politically damaging it might not but it's

00:15:30.840 not illegal nothing about it is illegal if i want to settle a lawsuit somebody sues me and i've been

00:15:38.860 in business i've sued i've been sued oftentimes you look at what it would cost to fight it you look at

00:15:44.580 the value of the bad public relations of a lawsuit in general no matter who wins you look at the legal

00:15:50.140 fees and what you might have to pay at the end in mediation anyway and you say it's a lot cheaper to

00:15:55.180 just write a check in the beginning where both parties come to an agreement where you pay my legal fees

00:15:59.920 i pay yours and we walk away happens every day in business nothing illegal about it

00:16:06.020 nothing illegal about it nothing but

00:16:12.760 but uh the you so farah zikadi says paying off porn star is not illegal that wasn't the point the

00:16:20.640 point was that he lied about it no just none of your business look it's none of our business what any

00:16:26.440 american whether they be president and i would say this about obama an american has due process rights

00:16:34.580 under our constitution for criminal and civil litigation and in the united states code and as

00:16:40.040 a result of case law one of those sacrosanct rules is lawyer client privilege it's not your business my

00:16:47.020 business nobody's business what a lawyer and their client discuss i don't care i don't i don't care

00:16:53.660 what politicians do in their private life i don't care i didn't elect donald trump because i thought

00:16:58.820 he was a saint i didn't vote for him i knew the guy was out there's a billionaire was a good looking

00:17:03.720 guy when he was young very charismatic i knew he was out there screwing around we all did he did it

00:17:09.560 on television for god's sakes i didn't elect a saint to the president of the united states i elected a 0.95

00:17:15.320 killer a doer i don't really care what he did with a porn star 12 years ago don't care couldn't care 0.84

00:17:22.800 less wouldn't care if obama did it and got bogged down in all the rumors about obama's personal life 0.97

00:17:27.900 don't care i care what they do in the office i care what they do in the office

00:17:34.840 that's it that's it a billionaire paying off somebody to go away doesn't affect how and 130

00:17:45.400 grand it's a rounding error trump's private 757 burns more fuel than that on a trip across the

00:17:52.240 country it's a rounding error to a billionaire that didn't even cross his mind again when he was

00:17:58.460 running for president uh right okay so roy earl sees it the way i see it trump is not a saint but

00:18:06.380 he is the best president america's had for a long time right president for the right time that's how

00:18:11.060 i see it because i'm not a trump sycophant but i do believe the man is doing an outstanding job look

00:18:16.020 six quarters six quarters of 2.8 percent gdp growth 4.1 percent last quarter an average of 2.8

00:18:25.260 gdp growth over six quarters obama only averaged 1.4 percent at best trump is literally doubling

00:18:31.840 doubling obama's economic progress that's what i care about lowest unemployment numbers across the

00:18:39.440 board for all races that's what i care about a safer world that's what i care about deregulation

00:18:46.440 the united states being the largest net producer and exporter of energy oil natural gas in the next

00:18:53.280 four to five years that's what i care about i don't really care if donald trump screwed around 0.89

00:18:58.540 with a porn star and then paid her off don't care could not care less no one does no one does 0.78

00:19:07.160 americans are economic voters that's why we are are just done with this robert muller thing

00:19:13.540 why we're done with it we are done absolutely done we're economic voters we care about our wallet

00:19:22.100 we like lower taxes we like deregulation we like business booming we like 2.8 gdp growth

00:19:30.020 quarterly we love that that's what we want do you really i mean honestly search deep in your soul

00:19:38.400 do you really care what anybody forget the president i don't give us the guy who bags your groceries

00:19:44.840 if it's the guy who bags your groceries all you care about is that he doesn't put heavy stuff on top

00:19:50.460 of the eggs that he doesn't put glass under heavy stuff and it crashes in your back that's what you

00:19:55.980 care about you just want to know when you go there he's on his game and he diagnoses you properly you

00:20:02.180 don't really care who your doctor is we care about the things that affect us that affect us that's what

00:20:10.560 we care about that's all we should ever care about that's where as conservative as i am i'm very

00:20:17.340 socially libertarian i don't care who you date who you marry who you sleep with don't care if i have

00:20:25.720 to do business with you if you represent me just do a good job then do what you want to do i don't care

00:20:31.540 if you dress up like my little pony and not get your freak on when you're not doing work for me i don't

00:20:37.480 care just do a good job for me when you're doing the job for me that's all i care about that's it 1.00

00:20:43.260 and that's why we're sick of this muller thing it it's nonsensical it's idiotic it's dumb 0.99

00:20:51.800 we're investigating nothing now we're tearing the country apart muller is gutting this nation 0.99

00:20:59.640 and he's enabled by the mainstream media so trump has a meeting with arthur salzberger jr

00:21:05.380 or ag salzberger whatever salzberger it is now that liberal family and he and trump got into a

00:21:13.440 public clash and salzberger uh said the president misrepresented a private meeting with him

00:21:19.400 and violated off the record but the president's the subject and trump uh said on twitter that he and

00:21:27.180 salzberger had discussed quote the vast amounts of fake news being put out by the media and how

00:21:33.360 the fake news morphed into phrase enemy of the people sad so salzberger said uh that he was

00:21:40.720 troubled by trump's anti-press rhetoric salzberger also said quote i told the president directly that

00:21:45.800 i thought his language was not just divisive but incredibly dangerous i told him that the although

00:21:51.300 the phrase fake news is untrue and harmful i'm more concerned about his labeling journalist

00:21:55.240 enemy of the people i warned that his inflammatory language is contributing to a rise in threats

00:22:00.440 against journalists and will lead to violence now salzberger question by violence do you mean

00:22:07.380 republicans being shot at a baseball game ran paul being savagely beaten on his lawn by his liberal

00:22:13.700 neighbor a young kid having his maga hat ripped off and soda thrown in his face by an unhinged leftist 0.75

00:22:19.900 weirdo antifa trying to beat people with bats oh yeah there's been violence because of fake news 0.89

00:22:25.500 because of you in the liberal media that's where the violence has been now i want to go back to 0.74

00:22:32.220 another comment uh i forget who wrote it but it was good they said that they do care about the

00:22:37.240 indoctrination of children liberal indoctrination of children and remember you could always super

00:22:42.060 chat you got that that icon the little money icon your comment will pop up so i don't miss it

00:22:46.880 well the media is indoctrinating those children yeah there's been there's been violence yeah the

00:22:54.420 media acts like an enemy of the people absolutely there's been a lot of violence you know why the

00:23:01.060 media has enabled it they do print fake news fake news isn't a fake statement there really is fake

00:23:08.720 news we know that there's a lot of fake news out there anonymous source anonymous source anonymous

00:23:15.040 source oops let's retract anonymous source anonymous source anonymous source oops we made a mistake

00:23:21.040 that's the definition of fake news editing video content is the definition of fake news cbs dan rather

00:23:29.840 fake memos written in on a computer uh in their production office claiming george w bush had problems

00:23:35.440 in the military was fake news 20 years ago or whatever it was 20 16 years ago how long that was

00:23:43.980 there's been a ton of fake news and you notice that the fake news never seems to affect democrats 0.98

00:23:48.160 or liberals so salzberger doesn't know what he's talking about screw him it's ridiculous 0.98

00:23:53.300 ridiculous hollywood spreads more fake news than anybody but it is rich it is rich for salzberger 0.98

00:24:04.140 the new york times publisher to come out and say that that there's going to be violence they cause 0.99

00:24:10.060 violence every day with false narratives about about brutal police officers and praising black lives

00:24:15.520 matter who want dead cops chas 1422 give us a donation thank you sir he says donnie deutch used

00:24:22.280 his overcapitalized media platform to call all trump voters nazis nazis extraordinary claims require

00:24:29.760 extraordinary evidence says carl sagan the astronomer who passed i used to enjoy his shows as a kid you're

00:24:36.560 right look guys like donnie deutch on the left you know new york ad guy big in hollywood wants to be

00:24:42.300 loved very easy to call people nazis right very easy it's disgraceful it's reprehensible those of us who

00:24:50.840 have had family extended family who fought in world war ii against the nazis for the americans proudly for the

00:24:58.820 canadians for the brits for the australians all of my audience you had relatives extended relatives

00:25:06.640 friends of relatives fighting in world war ii against the nazis dying there every day my audience comes

00:25:11.760 on scotland the uk australia canada the allies in world war ii the liberal called and liberals call you

00:25:20.240 nazis how disgusting how reprehensible is that michael horrigan says cnn was practically an infomercial

00:25:28.280 for isis in 2016 great comment they were they were an infomercial for isis oh just remember obama said 0.97

00:25:34.740 let's just give him jobs and entitlements maybe isis will stop killing no you gotta kill isis 0.98

00:25:41.340 you gotta kill isis 0.99

00:25:45.500 so i i'm seeing something here uh that says i don't even know what this guy's talking about he says uh 0.97

00:25:55.320 new conspiracy oh it's a conspiracy theory claiming air force was a navy missile 0.58

00:26:01.740 fired at air force one oh that's a dumb q thing oh god no no no why did i even read it 0.99

00:26:08.160 that q anon moron i thought maybe there was a test oh you're talking about that dumb conspiracy theory 1.00

00:26:13.720 no the navy didn't nobody shot a missile at air force one stop listening to that q anon moron it's fake 1.00

00:26:19.980 disinformation all right scotland's in the house another ally awesome and greg mcclellan says leftists 0.98

00:26:29.740 are the nazis yeah they act like nazis they act like nazis roy orle says obama funded and armed the

00:26:36.200 rebels in syria aka isis yeah and most of that i think a good portion of that came through benghazi

00:26:41.380 look i was talking to a friend of mine last night from the intelligence community we were talking about

00:26:45.580 a disaster the disaster i should say obama was in the middle east qaddafi was a good boy 1.00

00:26:52.340 qaddafi was a good boy he was cooperating with america americans were getting rich off qaddafi 0.99

00:26:58.320 he didn't wind up want to wind up like saddam hussein qaddafi was our bitch 1.00

00:27:02.200 he was our bitch no q guys is not worth a look it's fake i worked in this world it's fake and 1.00

00:27:11.280 everybody real laughs at it laughs at it you believe some anonymous account that's just telling 0.99

00:27:19.500 you what you want to hear and giving you insane conspiracy theories but anyway but qaddafi was 0.97

00:27:24.900 our bitch qaddafi did whatever we wanted him to do for some inexplicable reason obama and hillary 1.00

00:27:31.880 went in there and upended the entire situation got our people killed in in menghazi started dealing 0.99

00:27:38.260 weapons to isis qaddafi was in it was totally in check totally in check elmer santiago says housing

00:27:48.520 is available elmer i'm 84 at the location you should get you guys should come in on the back uh

00:27:58.180 that was good elmer thanks for the donation good black blast from the past i needed that

00:28:03.840 and for you guys that don't know what elmer's doing he's just basically putting over the radio

00:28:09.260 and nypd speak that his units available if we need him for anything awesome

00:28:14.300 uh let's see greg mcclellan says we will fight the left to defend america to the last man and the last

00:28:23.500 bullet trump 2020 johnny five says you know waco happened because of hitlery she was mad because the 0.95

00:28:29.600 news coverage was taken away from hillary care she's responsible well look and now i think that 1.00

00:28:33.380 happened more to make a point against guns and it was a janet reno bill clinton uh anti-gun move at a

00:28:39.900 time when they needed to sell their assault weapons ban and the country wasn't having it and it blew up

00:28:45.220 in their face it just miserably blew up in team clinton's face so uh you know i was talking to some

00:28:54.020 people last night like i said a friend of mine from poland who was uh in their special operations

00:29:00.720 community a friend of mine who worked with the intelligence community here and something people

00:29:05.880 don't understand and many of you probably don't know this some of you might but you remember that

00:29:14.320 when brock obama leaned into dimitri medev and said i'll have more flexibility after my election

00:29:21.440 you know what he was talking about you know what he was talking about and interesting when the stream

00:29:25.240 cuts on me very interesting time when the stream cuts on me when i'm talking about that

00:29:31.960 so what i was saying is if you remember that comment when barack obama leaned into dimitri medvedev

00:29:38.980 and said i'll have more flexibility after my election do you know what he was talking about

00:29:43.740 he was reassuring medvedev and asking medvedev to reassure putin that obama and the united states

00:29:51.640 would not provide polling with the missile defense system that's what obama was reassuring russia

00:29:58.900 that's what he was reassuring russia on it was sinister it was evil and it was about the most pro-russian 0.99

00:30:05.960 thing any president's done don't worry we're not going to protect poland russia you have nothing to

00:30:12.300 worry about if you want to roll on in or strike poland from the air that's what obama was doing

00:30:17.760 and the mainstream media buried that part they buried it

00:30:22.300 they buried it

00:30:26.300 wise to the way says muller is running the clock and i believe so i believe what's going on here

00:30:33.060 is muller and rosenstein are blocking doj are blocking congress they're running the clock

00:30:37.820 rosenstein is hoping democrats get control of congress so he won't be called on on his nonsense

00:30:43.040 and his obstruction let's see john zealand doesn't look like trump is going to get funding for the

00:30:49.100 wall paul ryan at work yeah paul ryan luckily is out of there in a few months um what are we at

00:30:54.700 oh we need august september october november to some five months ryan's out of there so yep

00:31:01.960 uh twitter is barely hanging on they're not going to get rid of their cash cow yeah twitter i mean

00:31:08.500 facebook got destroyed in the market twitter i don't see how twitter hangs on at all they have

00:31:15.820 no at least facebook has a definable revenue model makes some sense twitter has none

00:31:22.000 john who do i think will be speaker next hangman john ruth i'd like to see jim jordan but i think it's

00:31:30.500 going to be mccarthy because we still have a lot of rhinos in there mccarthy has done just enough

00:31:36.420 uh pro-trump bidding he's done just enough fence sitting so i think he's got the votes right now

00:31:43.520 barring anything big happening he's the guy roy also roy earl says facebook lost billions facebook

00:31:48.820 lost 120 billion plus

00:31:51.220 ah 120 billion plus johnny five i want jim jordan but he doesn't have the votes he's never going to get

00:32:01.160 the votes from the majority of the chamber

00:32:03.060 yeah so uh i love jim jordan i want jim jordan but i'm also a pragmatist and i've got to be an

00:32:11.060 honest analyst for you guys i can't tell you what you want to hear i got to give you the analysis on

00:32:16.220 the data and right now unfortunately uh it looks like it'll be mccarthy now i i've interviewed

00:32:22.240 mccarthy i've spoken to mccarthy offline he's a really nice guy i think he's more conservative

00:32:26.760 than he lets himself be believe it or not but he's no jim jordan uh dr slappy says trump needs to make

00:32:34.720 some recess appointments specifically ag yep absolutely absolutely absolutely

00:32:44.940 it's ridiculous will trump shut down the federal government how he treated that he would

00:32:51.540 he said he definitely will he's not about wasteful spending

00:32:55.040 trey gowdy should run for something other than congress matt gauthier says well he's leaving

00:33:00.700 congress trey gowdy's going to the private sector uh he's leaving and good riddance he's a lot of

00:33:08.480 bark very little bite nobody on the right none of us conservatives are really going to miss twitter

00:33:13.340 michelle uh gowdy michelle my bell says i was banned from twitter permanently because i called demi

00:33:17.900 lovato a skank but i reported people calling me way worse than that and nothing happened to them well

00:33:22.480 it's a private company they love hollywood the girl overdosed maybe it wasn't the best time to insult her

00:33:30.700 you know i don't know i wouldn't have done it i don't like kicking people when they're down

00:33:36.500 demi lovato never did anything to me she's young she's troubled yeah hollywood has problems but

00:33:41.800 no reason to beat up a young girl problem but that's just me

00:33:45.160 uh special k says let's see special k says session the rosenstein will be fired once special counsel's

00:33:53.860 wrapped up gonna be too late gotta do it sooner you gotta send a message

00:33:58.440 cromwell 13 649 says trump wasn't going to beat hillary but he did maybe jordan will win too a little

00:34:05.880 different can't compare it you can't compare the american electorate to congress people these people

00:34:11.760 in congress already have their agendas and their appropriations and all the things they need to have

00:34:17.740 continue and they feel that those will continue more effectively with jim jordan than they will

00:34:24.040 with uh kevin mccarthy than they will with jim jordan it's a little bit different i understand

00:34:27.920 your point but the whole election process for speaker much different than that for uh president

00:34:34.700 united states let's um let's see trump should start a rival platform to twitter he's the president

00:34:43.040 united states can't really start a business and it's not going to work look twitter's just too big

00:34:47.780 too entrenched many like me and media were dependent on the platform it is what it is

00:34:52.020 it is what it is mark uh two tone says facebook is two billion users the company will continue to do

00:34:57.780 well only if they can continue to sell your data it's advertising is unsustainable facebook's value is in

00:35:05.600 the data that's where all the value is johnny five says already a rival platform of twitter it's

00:35:12.720 called gab gab never took off not user intuitive only a couple hundred thousand people they've got

00:35:18.820 a lot of those kooky like just people i wouldn't associate with on there spewing craziness i i have

00:35:25.860 a gab account it's verified i gave them a donation they gave them 100 bucks when they started i helped

00:35:31.660 crowdfund it they really become something that i don't want to be a part of and they're too small

00:35:38.140 and it's because they went for sensationalism over quality and they had a great opportunity to grow

00:35:45.760 but they're not going to get the traction they need and it's going to be uh i think gab is

00:35:53.080 reached critical mass i don't see them getting any bigger

00:35:55.360 but my opinion but i'm usually pretty uh good with that top secrets is being uncensored is quality

00:36:03.700 sure in some sense of the word but when you have people on there spewing some of the insanity and

00:36:10.740 hate and just you're not going to get reputable people to be part of it and you're not going to

00:36:15.700 bring the masses with you you're just not john smith twitter is silencing anyone with a conservative

00:36:21.960 view yes okay i can't read your name priya chenapa waka waka wang there must be a reason why

00:36:27.840 president trump is afraid of firing sessions what's my take and why director christopher ray is doing

00:36:32.460 nothing all right second question first christopher ray is a doj lawyer he doesn't really know how to

00:36:37.060 run the fbi he's paralyzed with fear i'm talking to agents he sends a lot of memos restricting them

00:36:42.620 doesn't really know what he's doing uh so ray was the wrong guy why is trump afraid to fire

00:36:49.440 sessions he can't get anybody else confirmed it's a fight he doesn't need right now in the senate he's

00:36:54.040 got to get judge kavanaugh confirmed after that let's see what happens uh johnny five is saying

00:37:00.100 free speech to gab work like that that's any business buying the product here at my desk

00:37:06.900 the more people buy it it'll be a success you got to give people a reason to come and i believe gab

00:37:12.660 killed that reason with some of the they've allowed onto the platform many of us who are reputable in

00:37:19.500 media wouldn't go there because we don't want our brands tarnished we don't want our brands tarnished

00:37:25.700 there are people on gab i wouldn't want my content alongside because it would destroy me

00:37:29.880 and i don't agree with them michelle my bell says judge janine piero should be ag

00:37:35.840 don't kid yourself i bet the president's considered that she had some problems though her husband uh

00:37:41.740 had some illegal issues years back but probably hurt her confirmation

00:37:45.780 let's see how does congressman john zealand asked me how does congress grease congressmen for votes

00:37:56.800 so leadership it's a good question leadership basically goes to them and says you know like

00:38:02.340 right now paul ryan is speaker he's going to say vote for kevin mccarthy or you're going to lose your

00:38:07.500 committee assignments your appropriations and no bill that you float will see the light of day

00:38:12.960 oversimplified version then the committee chairs step in now the committee chairs have more staying

00:38:17.940 power right they say to him well ryan might be gone but if you don't vote for mccarthy as speaker i'm

00:38:25.080 going to make sure my committee never hears any of your issues your bills will never see the floor

00:38:29.320 because i'll never get through my committee so congress has its own little deep state don't kid

00:38:34.240 yourself don't kid yourself and that's how it works and it doesn't just happen in the u.s congress

00:38:40.360 happens at every state legislature as well

00:38:42.960 and i'm gonna uh do something here uh let's see billy breitbart says why don't i like free speech

00:38:54.640 i love free speech and it's my right to not want to associate with people that i think

00:38:58.180 and it's conspiracy that i can say that a platform like that should be shut down

00:39:04.480 that i say they shouldn't be allowed to engage on free speech on that platform i love free speech

00:39:11.220 love it i just also reserve the right to not associate with people who sound dumb or hateful

00:39:18.520 or conspiratorial that's my right to free speech you know many on the right are as bad as people on 0.99

00:39:24.000 the left if you don't want to spew stupid conspiracy theories on the right then you're considered anti-free 0.99

00:39:29.120 speech it's like the left wanting to shut you down but the operative word in that free speech 1.00

00:39:35.860 thing is free i'm free to do whatever i want i don't want to deal with morons i don't want to 0.95

00:39:39.660 deal with conspiracy theorists that's my right 0.70

00:39:41.720 johnny five says according to my metric or others in the media my brand should stand and be measured on

00:39:51.820 its own merit just like any other brand i see what i'm saying what i'm saying but all that matters

00:39:55.580 is free speech look i agree with you yes judge my brand on its merits on the quality and accuracy

00:40:01.600 of what i turn out for you but within that i've got to also make myself credible and the way i do that

00:40:08.000 is by not associating with others in media who i deem to be conspiratorial or inaccurate no matter

00:40:16.120 what side of the aisle they're on no matter what side they're on and again that's my right i mean i'm

00:40:22.140 stifling their speech i'm not calling for them to be shut down look i'll say this i've beaten up

00:40:26.880 alex jones on this show right i think he's a conspiracy theorist i found some of his theories 0.94

00:40:32.620 reprehensible i think his shtick is tired and over the top and he comes off dumb however however 0.86

00:40:40.020 i would fight until the end to allow him to have his platform 0.90

00:40:45.940 because he has a right to say what he says i may think it's wrong i might criticize it maybe he and

00:40:53.380 i'll go back and forth but that's good for you that debate between me and an alex jones or me and

00:40:59.300 a conspiracy theorist or me and a far left winger is what you deserve to hear so while i don't agree

00:41:05.460 with alex and i don't like his style i would fight till the end to make sure he has his platform

00:41:10.900 i want him to scream and yell and tear his shirt off and disagree with me and i want to go back

00:41:16.040 to him with facts i want you to get both sides of the story i want you to get both sides of the story

00:41:23.000 so when they try to silence alex jones for 30 days facebook that's reprehensible

00:41:31.040 just because i don't agree with the guy doesn't mean i want him silenced on the contrary

00:41:36.340 i won't speak and i want to be able to publicly disagree with him i want it to be an educational

00:41:41.260 moment for the audience and then let the audience decide who whose point of view they believe or prefer

00:41:47.800 that's what's important so yes i don't believe in the stifling that twitter and facebook are doing

00:41:57.740 i don't believe in in in the um in uh the way they're shutting down speech and they're doing it

00:42:05.380 very cowardly they're doing it in a very cowardly way these these algorithms that push keywords in the

00:42:12.340 shadow banning they don't have any guts look i would respect mark zuckerberg and jack dorsey the guys

00:42:21.400 are on facebook and twitter if they came out and said we're private companies conservative speech

00:42:30.780 is not our cup of tea we're going to censor conservatives more than liberals that's our

00:42:34.400 policy deal with it tell you a story 2008 election night mccain obama a couple of buddies of mine and i

00:42:42.360 went to a bar to watch the results come in one of them had recently returned from his third deployment

00:42:49.240 in iraq he was very passionate hardcore conservative he uh transitioned out of the army over to the

00:42:55.680 coast guard so he could be in florida with his wife and kids and uh he took a full-time job with

00:43:00.740 the coast guard down here doing more homeland security work good guy great american we're in the

00:43:04.740 bar and he's getting really loud as the results are coming in it's the middle of the call we really

00:43:09.580 don't know who's gonna win and the manager walked over nice guy and he says hey guys listen

00:43:13.520 we're all this is a democrat bar we're a liberal place we're obama fans so you're kind of making

00:43:22.360 people uncomfortable didn't throw us out didn't but he made his position known and i turned around

00:43:28.940 the guy said hey man all good thanks for the heads up shook his hand paid the check gave him a nice tip

00:43:33.740 and we left and went to a place down the street that didn't have a political bank now i don't agree

00:43:40.020 politically with that manager and he didn't ask us to leave and our service was great and our food was

00:43:44.420 good and the waitress was smiling and joking with us about it but it was our call we chose not to be

00:43:50.360 in a place that didn't fit our ideology and he was man enough to like a man walk up to me and say

00:43:59.280 hey man we disagree on this it's uncomfortable for us it's uncomfortable for you just a heads up

00:44:04.440 it wasn't they didn't do like cowardly things they didn't hold our drinks back or mess our order up

00:44:11.600 or spit in our food or tell us they didn't have something they had or serve the table next to us

00:44:16.800 they were professional about it it was a mom and pop bar establishment it was his bar he was manager

00:44:22.320 and owner actually it was his right to say it it was our right to choose to say if you wanted us to go

00:44:28.160 but gentlemen facebook and twitter do it that way more power to him

00:44:34.920 more power to him and hopefully by tomorrow we'll have these uh stream problems fixed

00:44:44.720 hopefully by tomorrow we will now merc mad says what sort of business man tells his customers that 0.94

00:44:51.600 he doesn't like their politics a pretty stupid one i'd say or a really smart one because he knew his 0.99

00:44:57.020 crowd he was going for a certain crowd in a certain this area is really like uh it's on the it's on 0.99

00:45:03.360 the ocean it's a little beachy known as a blue area very liberal he knew his crowd his place is very

00:45:11.040 successful been there for years good food nice size drinks he knows his crowd he plays to them

00:45:18.940 so in my opinion he's a pretty smart business man because we were in a really really blue pocket

00:45:24.820 it just so happened that the girlfriend of one of the guys uh used to work there she had a lot of

00:45:30.520 friends who worked there she was a political that's why we went there that was it but point is it was

00:45:37.180 his right whether you don't like the way he does business or like the way he does business it was his

00:45:42.340 right to say it and he was honest about it he was honest about it hangman john ruth says we had more

00:45:50.240 more um respect for each other's view 10 years ago after obama had all changed uh yeah i tend to

00:45:59.660 think obama polarized the nation i tend to agree with you veto anthony d says i have nice t-shirts

00:46:04.260 not crazy about the skull and bones one but they're interesting yeah but that one is a fender guitar it

00:46:08.440 just says the spirit of rock and roll it's not like any illuminati hidden message uh thanks man

00:46:14.760 appreciate it um merc bad says no never smart you've run clubs but know how to keep a crowd 0.98

00:46:22.860 happy but it says something that the customers is stupid well if you knew this particular neighborhood 0.90

00:46:26.680 it's really not because this particular neighborhood went for a while like 85 and it's a neighborhood 0.98

00:46:33.200 place a lot of people walk there off the beach so he really was playing to his crowd believe me

00:46:38.460 make me a cake or else billy breitbart says yeah so royal the fbi has some very good personnel some

00:46:46.340 weeding needs to be done yes they do i had dinner a couple of weeks back with an fbi agent a solid guy

00:46:52.700 former army ranger he and the guys he works with are mortified they hate peter strock they hate andrew

00:47:01.680 mccabe hate him they actually said comey treated them well they got he just left them alone he left the

00:47:07.220 street agents alone they're they're disgusted by what he did now but they said as a director

00:47:11.200 he let cops be cops they actually like them john zeland asked me do i have a rebel t-shirt i don't we

00:47:17.980 have to get some made good idea good idea all right illuminati veto anthony d says that's exactly

00:47:29.160 what i was thinking i thought the fended guitar was a disguise for a crossbone no no no no no no no

00:47:37.220 ferruz akadi this i love this troll hilarious how people are backing a failed reality tv host over

00:47:42.740 your own fbi well not really failed donald trump the apprentice was the top rated show on nbc for 14

00:47:49.200 seasons so not really failed not really failed hmm frio county blues's facebook should be dissolved
