Rebel News Podcast - EZRA LEVANT ｜ Do you know how many Canadians have died from the COVID vaccine？

00:00:00.000 my rebels today i take you through ontario's official adverse event report that's a fancy

00:00:22.280 way of saying people who get sick from the vaccines what's different what's interesting

00:00:28.960 is the number that ontario says have died from vaccines it's different from what the federal

00:00:36.140 government says has died from vaccines why might there be a disagreement i wonder if politics is

00:00:42.400 involved the number is in the triple digits by the way i'll go through that using government sources

00:00:48.660 and show you that's ahead but before i do let me invite you to become a subscriber to rebel news

00:00:53.540 plus you get the video version of the show i think it's important because they're going to show you

00:00:57.140 lots of charts and graphs and i'll read them to you on the podcast but i i think you'd get a bigger

00:01:02.680 bang for your buck if you were watching the video that's what rebel news plus is the video version

00:01:07.980 of this podcast i do one every night on weekdays and sheila gunnery david menzies and andrew chapiteau

00:01:14.340 steward every week uh just eight bucks a month at rebelnews.com and bob's your uncle all right

00:01:20.440 here's today's podcast tonight do you know how many canadians have died from the covid vaccine

00:01:26.080 it's public info so why hasn't it been widely reported it's august 11th and this is the ezra

00:01:32.600 why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer i know there's 8 500 customers here

00:01:41.300 and you won't give them an answer the only thing i have to say to the government about why i publish it

00:01:46.820 is because it's my bloody right to do so

00:01:49.200 i'm going to show you some statistics about how many canadians have been injured

00:01:57.600 by vaccines particularly the covid vaccines and how many have died from them

00:02:02.820 but first i i want you to know i support vaccines in general although the conduct of the vaccine

00:02:09.760 industry and the public health industry this past year has deeply eroded my trust in them

00:02:14.460 i see that they are just as corruptible and partisan as any other institution in society but still

00:02:20.340 i believe in basic vaccines tried and true ones the ones i myself have taken i suppose

00:02:26.380 i'm aware that they don't always work but over time in some cases over decades we know enough

00:02:32.880 about the risks of the original diseases and about the risks of the vaccines themselves and

00:02:38.060 whether it seems worthwhile to take them i'm old enough i'm 49 to vaguely remember

00:02:43.920 that when we were kids parents sometimes had things like chickenpox parties where healthy kids

00:02:50.120 would deliberately be taken to play with other kids who were sick so they'd catch the disease

00:02:55.800 when they were young and you'd get over it easily the thinking being catching some of those diseases

00:03:00.820 when you're a teenager or a grown-up is much much worse i know there are risks each way there are risks

00:03:08.340 in life no matter what you do there are risks to doing nothing here's a 20 second clip in french

00:03:14.040 you're telling me i'm a health risk because i'm unvaccinated but you are a health risk because you are obese

00:03:25.060 you're telling me i'm a health risk because i'm unvaccinated but you are a health risk because you are obese oh

00:03:42.080 it's true enough isn't it it's super true actually being old is not really a risk factor in itself it is

00:03:50.980 but being old and fat is the risk but really being old and fat and having two or three or four

00:03:57.520 severe underlying conditions like heart disease or stroke or kidney that's the risk and if you want

00:04:03.100 to know what the riskiest thing is for pandemic virus coronavirus according to the global mail and a

00:04:11.360 public inquire in quebec the biggest risk factor in canada for coronavirus is if you're in a quebec long-term

00:04:18.800 care home where they believe in euthanasia just hundreds and hundreds of people killed

00:04:23.660 when you prescribe morphine and basically pull the plug i'm not quite sure why that's not called a

00:04:30.200 sort of homicide but that is actually the number one determinant of whether or not you lived or died

00:04:35.820 in the past 18 months are you not curious why quebec with less than a quarter of the population of

00:04:42.560 canada had so many deaths especially in the first year that's why according to the the doctors and

00:04:49.440 the nurses who testified before the inquiry it's because it's because they were killed

00:04:53.780 so yeah we we don't have all the info yet about the coronavirus or the vaccines uh the the virus itself

00:05:03.420 that goes to one side of the equation how risky or deadly is the problem we're trying to solve

00:05:09.020 with vaccines uh in canada the death rate for the virus right now is currently zero per hundred thousand

00:05:18.680 population this is theresa times chart it's not quite zero but it's so close to zero that her official

00:05:25.060 website rounds it down to zero that's the threat here her public health canada page so that's what

00:05:33.020 you're balancing any possible risk from a vaccine against how scared of you are the are you of the virus

00:05:39.420 i put it to you that without the media you probably wouldn't be scared at all if you don't know anyone

00:05:46.600 who's in a quebec nursing home you probably don't know anyone who died from the virus this past year

00:05:52.600 statistically speaking you just probably don't but i bet you know someone who's had their life ruined

00:05:59.080 whether it's a business shutdown a school year wrecked a life cycle event like a wedding or a

00:06:05.040 funeral just destroyed a vac a vacation scuppered or even just daily life turned into a prison routine

00:06:12.680 always under rules and limits and watchful eyes of mask police so the vaccines are the other side of

00:06:18.220 that equation i'm going to show you images right now that are not for the faint of heart so look away

00:06:23.800 now if you must we believe in testing medicines and not just for a little while testing for years

00:06:29.880 because when a drug called thalidomide was tested insufficiently moms had babies without limbs

00:06:34.860 terrible tragedy a medicine that hurt people and that's why we test and test and you can't rush

00:06:40.260 tests because how do you know how it affects babies in the long term or breastfeeding or a

00:06:45.780 young man or a young woman's fertility later you don't know until time passes you can't rush those kind 0.50

00:06:52.600 of tests so as we learn more and more about the virus itself and more and more people get the

00:06:57.000 disease naturally and recover from it the urgency of the vaccine becomes a little less important

00:07:01.760 doesn't it which i think is why the pressure is being ratcheted up to take them if people were dropping

00:07:07.480 like flies if this disease were like ebola with a black plague you would not have to be giving away

00:07:12.480 free lottery tickets or free donuts to encourage people to take a vaccine they would be clamoring for it

00:07:18.480 when you have to force someone to take a vaccine this is happening more and more that violates the

00:07:24.320 very notion of medical consent personal bodily integrity where's the pro-choice people now i wonder

00:07:30.580 because here come the vaccine mandates the vaccine passports the vaccine police the vaccine checkpoints

00:07:37.080 the vaccine laws forced vaccines oh none of them will say it's truly forced you can always opt out

00:07:43.420 if you just agree you can't go to school or go to work or go to travel or go to a restaurant or

00:07:50.660 i'm sure soon um custody of your children in a divorce so yeah you have the choice you just

00:07:56.780 if you make the wrong choice you can't work or have a life by the way pfizer itself is not mandating

00:08:05.260 that its own vaccine be used on its own staff why i say that's sort of odd isn't it later in the show

00:08:12.100 we'll interview a lawyer suing a university for forcing a vaccine on a professor who is already

00:08:16.840 immune to the to the virus so why should he take a vaccine that's not as effective and gives him risk

00:08:22.580 every day the cbc and the ctv and the rest of the fear mongers in canadian media publish how many cases

00:08:29.800 there are especially the dangerous delta variant uh delta variant they use such dramatic words they talk

00:08:36.960 mainly about cases now since hospitals are empty and i mean that literally there are fewer than one

00:08:42.460 covid patient per hospital in canada as in most don't have a single patient let alone full intensive

00:08:49.940 care unit so you can't talk about deaths from the virus or icu patients or hospitalizations

00:08:56.700 without giving away the fact that it's pretty much over it's just not a thing anymore it's

00:09:02.640 what alberta now says it's endemic as in the virus will always be there like the annual flu is always

00:09:08.900 there but the crisis has passed well tell that to the media and tell that the big pharma tell that to

00:09:15.440 justin trudeau who apparently bought 400 million vaccine doses which i find very odd given that there's

00:09:20.560 only 38 million people in canada including children and babies 400 million is he suggesting that we each need

00:09:28.180 to take 10 doses even babies why would he buy so many there are so many toronto shootings these days

00:09:35.200 by the way and the police tweet about them all uh that it's plain to me that more torontonians are

00:09:42.740 getting shot than are dying from covid and most of those getting shot are not you know 90 year olds but

00:09:49.180 being euthanized by long-term care homes they're they're young men so lots of statistics i've shown you

00:09:56.120 some the fear mongers show you others but why don't we hear stats on a daily basis in the same

00:10:02.440 way about people who are injured or killed from the vaccines themselves is that is that not an

00:10:07.360 interesting question i think it's interesting is a death from the vaccine somehow less painful or

00:10:13.860 tragic than a death from the virus itself or is it more tragic or painful i'd say it's the same

00:10:19.860 the same but perhaps it's more avoidable or at least something we should talk about and warn people

00:10:25.060 about to make informed decisions and maybe we should figure it out a bit before pushing vaccines

00:10:30.280 on children just a thought it's not hard to report vaccine deaths or injuries ontario for example

00:10:36.460 publishes up-to-date details i suspect that will be stopped soon enough here's the website you could

00:10:43.140 find it pretty quickly yourself google the words adverse events following immunization that's what they

00:10:50.140 call them aefis so it's a public health publication for the last seven months for ontario only that

00:10:56.860 we're looking at here so i i think we can extrapolate that the national number is about triple since

00:11:01.400 ontario has about triple that's or about one-third of the population in canada now this document notes

00:11:07.880 these incidents are not necessarily proven to be from the vaccine let me read it is important to

00:11:14.040 know that the adverse events described in this report are defined as any untoward medical occurrences

00:11:20.040 that follow the immunization and do not necessarily have a causal relationship with the vaccine so

00:11:25.920 they're saying just because these health problems happen right after someone took the vaccine doesn't

00:11:30.900 mean the vaccine caused it and and that's technically true of course that's theoretically true

00:11:36.720 but i think it's much more likely that you if you have an adverse event right after a vaccine it's

00:11:43.320 much more likely uh to be true than the test for reporting deaths from covid which is actually

00:11:50.540 reporting deaths with covid typically 30 days as in you died maybe from a heart attack or a stroke but

00:11:57.960 that death was blamed on covid because you also happened to be tested positive for covid within 30 days

00:12:03.960 the death i'm serious that is the definition of so many death stats for covid that's why a person

00:12:10.740 falling off a ladder was counted as a covid death i'm not even kidding so yeah i think getting an

00:12:17.220 allergic reaction a minute after getting the injection is likely caused by the injection although no not

00:12:22.380 necessarily but let's go through it let's let's look at the highlights here there are a total of 9,698

00:12:29.480 adverse incident event reports received following 19 million doses of covid 19 vaccines administered in

00:12:36.820 ontario to date with a reporting rate of 49.8 per 100 000 doses administered 0.05 of all doses administered

00:12:44.380 now i appreciate them pointing out that these adverse events are rare i think that's true i don't see the

00:12:52.700 the same emphasis on deaths from the virus which are rare and even more rare among certain age groups

00:13:00.460 like people under 40 as i've shown you before it's literally one in a million chance that a minor child

00:13:07.880 in ontario dies from the virus one in a million you never hear that but boy do they want you to know that

00:13:15.280 only 50 per 100 000 people have had adverse reactions to the vaccine that would be 500 per million now i

00:13:22.720 think that's smallish but miners dying from the virus is one in a million let's read of the total

00:13:31.500 9,698 adverse effect reports received to date 9,210 adverse effect reports are non-serious

00:13:40.560 488 adverse effects reports meet the serious definition five percent of total reports the most

00:13:49.360 commonly reported adverse events are allergic skin reactions and pain redness swelling of the injection

00:13:54.560 site reported in 25.9 percent and 21.6 percent of the total adverse effect reports respectively

00:14:02.960 okay that's good to know just an allergic reaction and most aren't serious i'll read some more

00:14:06.960 three hundred and forty eight reports of events managed as anaphylaxis are reported in which 25 reports

00:14:14.560 also meet the serious definition anaphylaxis that's when you go into shock from an allergy that's that's

00:14:20.240 pretty bad let me read a bit more this is just a bit of jargon here 20 reports of Guillain-Barre

00:14:27.200 syndrome if i'm saying that right 572 reports include a covid 19 vaccine specific adverse event of special

00:14:34.400 interest in which 286 reports also meet the serious definition 21 reports of thrombosis with thrombocytopenia

00:14:45.680 syndrome after receipt of astrazeneca vaccine of which 16 are vaccine induced immune thrombotic

00:14:55.280 thrombocytopenia that's some big words there you don't want to have any of those things

00:15:00.080 215 reports of myocarditis or pericarditis after receipt of mrna vaccines that's when your heart

00:15:09.920 or the lining of your heart is inflamed that ain't good so those are the ontario numbers so roughly

00:15:16.960 triple that for the country say do we have a nice clickable chart for this info province by province

00:15:23.120 updated daily like we do for the virus so right we don't let's look at table one in ontario there is a

00:15:30.000 federal chart i'll show you in a minute but for ontario table one 488 serious reports in ontario

00:15:37.120 in six months you can you can see the rate by vaccine pfizer moderna astrazeneca

00:15:43.040 astrazeneca is twice as likely to have adverse effects than moderna three times as likely as

00:15:47.520 pfizer isn't that interesting astrazeneca that's the one trudeau bought us a lot of and then he

00:15:52.560 changed the dosage schedule you might remember and then he said you can mix and match vaccines remember

00:15:58.960 the drug companies didn't say that they didn't test for that that was trudeau's big idea so table

00:16:04.800 two is interesting look at the top women are more than three times as likely as men to get an adverse 0.72

00:16:10.080 event for the vaccines you know that and look by age middle-aged women age 40 to 49 are the most

00:16:16.000 likely of all to get an adverse reaction did you know that i should tell you that 40 year old women 1.00

00:16:22.800 are at an extremely low risk from the virus itself if you're healthy not fat if you're 40 year old woman

00:16:31.040 you are at an extremely low risk from the virus itself but you are the highest risk cohort for the

00:16:37.680 vaccines you know that do you think canadian women know that you think canadian women in their 40

00:16:45.920 bodies know that do you think they're being told that before they get the vaccine

00:16:53.440 if not do you think they're making an informed decision now maybe 68 adverse events out of 100

00:17:00.000 000 isn't a big deal but 68 virus cases out of 100 000 certainly makes the news shouldn't this

00:17:07.440 like i say like i showed you the death count in canada is single digits per day these days

00:17:12.320 sometimes not a single death and a major problems like ontario and quebec on any given day usually

00:17:17.200 not a single death in smaller provinces sometimes for weeks at a time so compare that to vaccine

00:17:23.920 serious events medically important events some selected adverse events are defined as medically

00:17:30.080 important based on the world health organization's guidance regardless of whether they meet the serious

00:17:35.200 adverse event definition these types of events may jeopardize the patient or may require

00:17:40.880 intervention to prevent an outcome described in this serious definition the list of medically

00:17:45.200 important events are listed in the technical notes so there were 417 of these that are reported

00:17:52.240 that were classified as medically important events representing 4.3 of all reports the 417 reports

00:17:59.040 that were classified as medically important events include 342 reports of events managed as anaphylaxis

00:18:06.800 that's an allergic shock and 75 reports of other medically important events now

00:18:12.400 i showed you that astrazeneca was the worst of the three read this on may 11 2021 ontario announced a

00:18:19.600 pause on the administration of the first doses of the astrazeneca vaccine out of an abundance of caution

00:18:24.800 due to an observed increase in reports of thrombosis that's i'm not going to try and remember what those

00:18:31.040 acronyms stand for however based on the lag period from vaccination to subsequent symptom onset

00:18:36.640 clinical recognition and reporting to the vaccine safety surveillance system there may be additional

00:18:42.240 reports reported in the coming weeks so do you see what's happening ordinary canadians were the guinea

00:18:50.240 pigs in a giant experiment it started going really bad so they paused it but then they unpaused it

00:18:58.480 because trudeau bought so much of that bags hey no problem did you know that this was still an

00:19:03.920 experiment maybe you did but did they tell people that this wasn't fully tested yet how how do you

00:19:10.400 feel about the fact that healthy people were promised protection by the government and they in fact got

00:19:16.320 ill at such a rate that the government panicked and paused things and then restarted things i'm not sure

00:19:21.520 which is worse it's a big report i'm not going to read all of it you can find it online in a minute

00:19:26.560 yourself and i encourage you to do so but look at this myocarditis pericarditis that's what i talked

00:19:32.480 about that's the heart inflammation there have been international reports including from the united

00:19:37.200 states and israel of myocarditis inflammation of the heart muscle and pericarditis inflammation

00:19:43.920 of the lining around the heart following vaccination with covet 19 mrna vaccines information

00:19:50.640 to date indicates that these events occur more commonly after the second dose within the week

00:19:55.360 following vaccination typically within four to five days mainly in adolescents young adults and more

00:20:01.840 often in males and females public health and health canada are closely monitoring these events in

00:20:07.600 passive and active canadian vaccine safety surveillance systems as of july 31st there have been 215 reports

00:20:18.640 of myocarditis or pericarditis following receipt of covet 19 mrna vaccines in ontario

00:20:25.120 so this looks like it's a side effect of the mrna vaccines only pfizer moderna inflamed hearts oh just

00:20:31.680 that no big deal guys and uh look at the gender there 70 of these cases are young men average age 24.

00:20:42.320 why are 24 year old young men taking the vaccine at all they're the healthiest people in the world

00:20:50.560 why are we doing this to them the report says that six people have died from the vaccines in ontario

00:20:56.880 all together but uh is that true here's the federal version of this ontario report they say nationally

00:21:06.720 there's 11 471 adverse effects events 2 849 that were serious but read this

00:21:16.880 deaths up to and including july 30 2021 a total of 167 deaths

00:21:23.200 were reported after the administration of the vaccine but hang on ontario says they only had six

00:21:29.520 deaths they only had six deaths in ontario but the feds say there have been 167

00:21:37.600 nationwide so how could there only be six in in ontario doesn't make sense well look at this this is

00:21:44.160 what the ontario report says as of july 31 there are 29 reports of deaths

00:21:50.720 temporally that means uh close in time associated with receipt of covid 19 vaccine that are currently

00:21:58.080 classified as persons under investigation as they do not currently meet the provincial surveillance

00:22:04.960 definition these investigations are ongoing and additional information including a cause of death

00:22:10.560 e.g. autopsy of coronis report is expected preliminary information suggests that these events occurred in

00:22:16.560 individuals with multiple comorbidities which may be related to the cause of death got it so 29 people

00:22:23.040 died after taking the vaccine but the province of ontario politically is deciding deciding not to

00:22:30.240 attribute those to the vaccine because there was some underlying comorbidity which means you're sick

00:22:35.360 sick with something else too so that if they were also really fat or really old or had a heart issue

00:22:44.320 they wouldn't be blamed they wouldn't blame their death on the vaccine that's what they're saying

00:22:51.520 but if they were really fat and really old and had a heart attack that absolutely would count as a death

00:22:57.600 from the virus if they had tested positive within 30 days why the different reporting standard

00:23:03.600 standard for public health well you might ask why the different reporting standard for journalists

00:23:11.600 i don't yet know what to make of the vaccines in the end because we don't have all the information

00:23:17.520 i i don't believe they're proven yet that's that's not actually an opinion it's what the fda says

00:23:21.920 they're not approved yet they're only authorized for emergency use

00:23:25.920 i say let's have an honest conversation about the injuries and deaths from vaccines it's in the hundreds

00:23:33.520 now let's tell young men about myocarditis and the risk to them let's tell 40 year old women 0.71

00:23:41.040 about their risk profile why wouldn't we why wouldn't doctors why wouldn't journalists i mean i know why

00:23:48.320 drug salesmen might not and until then until this experiment is over in years to come i'd appreciate

00:23:59.120 not being forced by law to be part of a giant unethical scheme that maybe bill gates sure is

00:24:04.080 enjoying and the new pharma billionaires are enjoying the rest of us might have some legitimate qualms about

00:24:09.680 let's stay with us for more

00:24:23.920 hey welcome back i saw this unusual story from germany a vaccine skeptical nurse apparently gave

00:24:32.960 thousands of doses of saline solution just salt water instead of vaccines because

00:24:39.600 she was worried about people being poisoned by them and so she well i guess she deceived them

00:24:45.680 she tricked them by giving them a you know a placebo instead and telling them they were vaccinated

00:24:52.160 now that's obviously wrong to do even if you are vaccine skeptical or vaccine hesitant

00:24:59.440 to trick someone into injecting something else to switch their medical prescription on them

00:25:06.240 because you think you know better than them that violates their consent that violates their personal

00:25:12.880 and bodily integrity and so surely any outrage against this woman for taking thousands of people's 1.00

00:25:21.520 lives in their own hands surely we should feel the same when it's the reverse when it's someone forcing

00:25:29.840 a vaccine on someone who doesn't want the vaccine who doesn't want their privacy or bodily integrity

00:25:36.800 violated under duress if you want the vaccine then take it but it's not free and informed consent if you're

00:25:45.440 forced at gunpoint to take it tricked into taking it or told you'll be fired from your livelihood if

00:25:53.120 you don't take it which brings us to the case today we told you that this lawsuit was looming

00:25:59.360 and indeed it was filed todd zewicki a law professor in virginia has been told by his university that if he

00:26:07.600 doesn't tell them his vaccine status and get vaxxed he'll lose out on merit pay and possibly even be sacked

00:26:16.080 even though professor todd zewicki already has immunity to covet because he got the disease

00:26:23.440 and recovered from it naturally well he sued and joining us now via skype to talk about it

00:26:29.760 is our friend janine younis who is the lawyer fighting the civil liberties case forum gene great to see you

00:26:35.520 again um so you did it you pulled the trigger on the lawsuit we talked about it before what made you decide

00:26:41.920 to actually sue well uh the university um sent a letter in response to our we initially sent a

00:26:50.560 letter demanding that they exempt professor zewicki based on his natural immunity so professor zewicki's

00:26:56.080 specific argument is that uh he has very high antibody levels he had coveted in march of 2020 um he gets

00:27:02.320 his antibody levels measured regularly and his doctor uh human nor chasm says that because of those

00:27:08.640 antibody levels and his natural immunity the virus uh sorry the vaccine is not only uh medically

00:27:14.240 unnecessary which means he shouldn't be getting it but it also poses a risk of harm to him so we asked

00:27:20.000 the university to exempt him on that basis uh the university denied our request and so we um went ahead

00:27:27.600 and filed a lawsuit now let me ask you in many canadian jurisdictions there are exemptions under human

00:27:34.800 rights law and i know the law is quite different in the united states in the province of ontario where

00:27:39.600 i'm broadcasting from uh the human rights code includes something called creed which has been held to

00:27:46.880 include even things like vegetarianism or veganism and some universities that require vaccine mandates

00:27:54.080 have an exemption for conscientious objectors who say it's against their creed i find that interesting and

00:28:00.720 it's something that's sort of tucked away the universities don't like to broadcast it because

00:28:04.640 a lot of people would probably take that is there anything similar in the u.s is there a medical

00:28:10.240 exemption is there a religious or conscientious or creed exemption either under some sort of federal law

00:28:17.920 or state law i well i think all sorts of jurisdictions have different things i you know there's no to my

00:28:25.680 knowledge um there's no federal law although that i would argue that the eua statute um currently you

00:28:33.600 know uh prohibits uh forcing people to get this vaccine and that was one of the arguments we actually

00:28:41.360 made in our complaint that it's an emergency use authorization statute it mandates uh free and

00:28:46.080 informed consent and the opportunity to refuse or take the medical product in question so um you know

00:28:52.880 know it's my position that that flies in the face of any uh public or private entity mandating these

00:28:59.360 vaccines um that it it looks like the pfizer is going to be approved soon so that argument probably

00:29:05.360 will go away uh now states have different um schemes so i'm not sure but you know one interesting thing

00:29:12.000 actually is that uh gmu or sorry virginia um virginia's code in mandating vaccines for school children

00:29:21.520 actually says in place you can show proof that you've had the uh the disease that issue before

00:29:27.840 so if you've had uh chickenpox or rubella or measles or mumps um instead of getting the vaccine you can

00:29:33.920 show that you've had it and recovered so you know in the past we've always recognized natural immunity

00:29:39.360 as a substitute for vaccination but uh to my knowledge um that's not really happening in the u.s

00:29:46.480 it does seem to be happening more in europe but you know it's interesting to me i i see uh you refer to

00:29:51.840 that uh immunologist uh dr newark newachasm if i'm saying his name correctly um to prescribe a drug

00:29:59.760 that someone does not need seems to be a violation of medical ethics and to prescribe a drug that they

00:30:06.400 don't need that has a risk of harm violates that essential hippocratic oath do no harm has george

00:30:16.080 mason university and in i can't even believe this and we talked about this last time professor zewiki

00:30:21.680 is teaching at the antonine scalia school of law i mean surely of any any law school in america they

00:30:28.240 would respect privacy and and and and freedom but i'm just shocked by that have these said anything

00:30:34.640 have they parried your thrusts at all have they responded substantively because i just can't

00:30:40.080 believe they would say no you're immune you have better immunity than the vaccine gives you but we

00:30:45.680 want you to take a drug that won't help you and can harm you and we'll fire you if you or we could

00:30:52.400 fire you if you don't it just that's such a such a hard line position have they have they responded or

00:30:57.920 moderated or shown any willingness to compromise at all i just find that startling

00:31:02.080 we um we actually are having discussions with them um they are not going to compromise on the

00:31:08.400 natural immunity uh they that was actually their response to me in the first place uh that they

00:31:14.160 we don't recognize that they linked to a cdc web page which you know says we can't be sure about

00:31:19.680 natural immunity this is a a silly response in a number of ways first of all it's just sort of this

00:31:24.960 general statement um as we know as uh many scientists like martin kuhldorf and jay bodhacharya

00:31:30.640 has said it's a ridiculous thing to say well we don't know how long natural immunity lasts we don't

00:31:34.880 know how long immunity from the vaccine lasts nobody knows that either and in fact we're making guesses 0.95

00:31:38.960 about the vaccine based on what we know about natural immunity um it's also silly because uh you

00:31:45.760 know they're saying well you can't be sure you have the antibodies just because you had covet you know

00:31:49.840 based on time whatever but professor's wiki has actual proof um you know in the form of these

00:31:55.680 antibody tests he's been getting regularly which should override any sort of general statements about

00:32:00.800 this so i don't understand you know i'm opposed to vaccine mandates at all um but they're particularly

00:32:07.760 ridiculous when somebody has um natural immunity there's just there's no conceivable reason not to

00:32:13.360 recognize it yeah you mentioned that you think pfizer might be approved by the fda the first thing

00:32:20.000 i tell people when they talk about these vaccines is that they are not yet approved none of them

00:32:23.680 are approved they're only uh authorized for emergency use i think that stuns people because

00:32:30.160 they assume they're approved they are not um now that may or may not uh happen and i'm i'm

00:32:36.320 worried that there will be corners cut for political reasons but i see the top story right now as we speak

00:32:42.080 on drudge report is that pfizer's vaccine the efficacy its ability has fallen to 42 percent uh

00:32:52.560 you know that we had been told that these virus that these vaccines were 80 90 percent effective

00:32:57.520 so i i think this whole thing is still a giant experiment and i'm not saying that the experiment

00:33:02.480 won't end well but i'm saying it certainly hasn't ended yet we're learning new things all the time

00:33:08.080 uh i and i know that politicians make things up to get themselves out of a jam i mean i don't know

00:33:13.600 if you know this but in canada our prime minister bought a ton of astrazeneca and then he switched

00:33:20.480 gears and so they pronounce that you can mix and match vaxes no problem when none of the companies

00:33:27.200 had tested for that none of them said so i know but that was the official view of the trudeau government

00:33:32.960 obviously to get him out of a jam because he bought so much of this one vaccine i i i feel like

00:33:38.400 everyone is guessing here and in the meantime the death rate has fallen so low why do we have to

00:33:45.280 continue to participate in the experiment if the threat is so low i have no idea i have no idea what's

00:33:51.760 going on and i think i say that every time i talk to you but we you know we they keep everything

00:33:57.040 changes every five minutes we're supposed to have these blood blind trust in these authorities

00:34:01.440 who can't get their story straight you know what it was one day if vaccinated people don't need

00:34:06.720 masks now they do then you know it's it's just it's very strange i really don't understand what's

00:34:15.440 going on when you look at the graph for instance i i live in dc i spend a lot of time in new york

00:34:21.120 everybody's panicking over this new york now has a new vaccine passport program which is even worse than 0.69

00:34:25.920 the one that they had this spring where you basically can't go anywhere public without a vaccine

00:34:30.800 passport now i mean if you look at the deaths the graphs of deaths and hospitalizations it's flat

00:34:35.920 it's nothing um not to mention that these vaccines seem to be um at the moment what seems the science

00:34:44.080 seems to say is that uh they're not very good at stopping transmission they seem to be good at

00:34:48.160 reducing severe symptoms so nobody should be concerned about anybody else getting the vaccine

00:34:53.280 if you want the vaccine get it if you don't want the vaccine don't get it and i'm sort of on a

00:34:57.680 personal note you know i've been very open about the fact i'm not vaccinated i had uh copen in

00:35:02.160 february this past february and i may have made a different decision if i hadn't but i'm feeling a lot

00:35:07.360 of enormous pressure really to get it and i really don't want to um i i know i don't need it and i worry

00:35:13.760 about some of these um you know effects especially for vaccinated sorry for people who have antibodies

00:35:19.680 so i really think what what is what society is doing to people is just horrendous yeah you know

00:35:26.000 uh israel which uh is peculiar in peculiar in that it vaxxed hard and fast and first and it's one of

00:35:34.640 the most vaxxed countries in the world in terms of protect percentage of people with one shot and two

00:35:40.960 shots i saw this story in the times of israel that they're now on their third shot like they've already

00:35:48.320 given an enormous number of third shots and yet the hospitals are filling up no not quite filling

00:35:54.960 up but there are many cases of hospitalizations with people with one two and even their third shot

00:36:01.520 so it feels like there's so much we don't know the essential promise of vax and you're back to normal

00:36:08.400 vax passport you're back to normal i think israel proves that that just isn't happening they're 0.96

00:36:14.320 looking at a very harsh lockdown so i i just feel like on the one hand you're going to have people

00:36:21.280 who felt they were tricked get the vaccine your life's back to normal on the other hand people

00:36:27.760 are on a treadmill now and they're used to oh just another two weeks just another two weeks just another

00:36:32.320 shot just one more season just one more lockdown and i'm worried that while some people will be

00:36:37.920 disillusioned other people you know it's like a dealing with a nigerian scammer on email oh this 1.00

00:36:43.600 time no i think they mean it i i think if i just send them a little more money they'll send me the

00:36:48.160 payoff i think people are psychologically so destroyed by this that they they're destroyed by

00:36:54.880 the this whole situation that they just have to believe in authority now or their whole world falls

00:37:00.640 apart i think these are dark days not because of a virus but because of man's response to the virus

00:37:06.960 i couldn't agree more with that and you know i've been saying from the beginning once we allow the

00:37:11.040 government into these you know most private aspects of our life from beginning with the lockdowns you

00:37:15.280 know whether you could associate with your family uh you know your friends um run your business send

00:37:20.480 your kids to school once you allow the government to start dictating those things um it never ends and

00:37:25.280 we're seeing it now it's not ending um and you know people who are vaccinated and who are or these mandates

00:37:30.560 should really think about what it's doing and another point um especially in new york a lot of

00:37:35.840 the unvaccinated people are actually minorities a lot of them don't want to get the vaccine for the

00:37:39.520 same reason i don't want to and professor zewiki doesn't want to which is that we have natural

00:37:43.280 immunity um and a lot of those people have natural immunity because they were out and about you know

00:37:48.560 cooking your takeout and delivering your meals and um all the other things that essential workers do

00:37:54.000 and now they're being shut out of society because they're not uh you know they don't want to get

00:37:57.520 the vaccine for good reason you know that's i'm so glad you raised that and i i know that's the case

00:38:04.000 in big cities like new york which is a very uh multicultural multiracial city i know that

00:38:10.800 statistically speaking cnn and the new york times like to say right wing fox voters are the least

00:38:15.600 likely to fox viewers are the least likely to get vaxxed actually in terms of sheer numbers i think it's

00:38:21.440 african americans i think it's black americans yeah and other minorities for the reasons you say

00:38:26.720 there are i mean and also let's not uh forget that there are political there's a political history

00:38:32.320 with vaccination i i mean i watched an interesting documentary about the smallpox uh epidemic in

00:38:38.080 montreal in the late 19th century when vaccines were rather new and they were really being pushed and

00:38:44.480 there was a bad dose and it made so many people sick there's people remember things like that and i'm not

00:38:50.560 i'm not saying that we should be anti-science and i'm not saying that we should be a mob

00:38:56.080 but but the tuskegee experiment where black men were injected by government with syphilis as part of

00:39:03.200 an experiment and lied to for years these things have a cultural memory and uh yeah and i think that

00:39:10.480 people with their own senses we don't see people dropping dead in the streets the deaths are statistically

00:39:16.960 smaller than we feared at the beginning and they're almost always people who are seniors who

00:39:21.680 have underlying conditions and frankly who are really fat and and so i just think that people

00:39:28.240 for whatever reason are are going to defy these and here's my question i know i'm rambling here janine but

00:39:35.200 you have a restaurant in new york city that has a vax passport okay so you're going to send away 0.99

00:39:41.600 wealthy young new yorkers who like to go out for a night but they're not allowed but you've also got

00:39:46.560 in the back of that restaurant a lot of new americans immigrants maybe some people who are illegal frankly

00:39:54.240 and are you really going to expect the restaurateur to enforce that vax rule against his own staff against

00:40:01.360 his own family even like i just it's turning restaurateurs and business people into secret

00:40:08.320 biomedical security cops i think that's part of this that's a good way of putting it yeah it's

00:40:14.400 it's really bizarre i mean we've just allowed it we've all we were living in some kind of weird

00:40:20.000 public health authoritarian regime where it's just constant you know and travel has become an absolute

00:40:26.640 nightmare um the masks and that you know if you go abroad testing and whatever vaccine passports is just

00:40:33.440 not a good situation we're in well what's it like in america i mean we're up here in canada

00:40:39.840 and to fly domestically in canada you have to wear a mask if you don't wear a mask you have to have a

00:40:46.240 doctor's note and that you have to be tested before you get on the plane but you don't need a vax passport

00:40:51.840 yet to fly domestically now it there's different rules for foreign travel what's it like in america can

00:40:58.560 you fly from new york to la without a test without a vax passport just put a mask on yeah right now

00:41:06.000 that's that's the current regime i know there are people pushing for uh for vaccine passports for

00:41:12.160 flights for domestic flights so we'll see what happens um seems you know what i what i suspect

00:41:18.480 might happen and it's probably the best case scenario is that i think there are going to be all sorts of

00:41:23.600 problems with these regimes people will start to see the disparate impact they're going to realize what

00:41:27.520 if your app doesn't work that day or you know whatever all of a sudden you can't get on your

00:41:31.600 flight or it's just there's going to be too many problems with implementing it i think um and maybe

00:41:37.040 they'll go away for that reason but that is the best case scenario in my opinion i mean for me uh the idea

00:41:44.400 that any clerk any bouncer really could demand that private information from me because really if you have

00:41:51.760 a vax passport for every place every service you you are effectively telling your private

00:41:58.400 health situation to any you know officious intermeddler any busy body i mean it reminds me of

00:42:06.480 you know you go to a nightclub and the bouncers who have so much power so much capricious power over you

00:42:15.120 just because you really want to get into this hot nightclub or hot restaurant and and you have to

00:42:21.200 bend the knee if you want to go in i'm not just talking about my sad teenage years here janine

00:42:27.040 but uh but imagine if you couldn't just walk away and say yeah no thanks i don't need to go into this

00:42:31.600 bar all across the street what if every place you had to tell every scold every snitch uh like that really

00:42:40.560 is what the soviet lifestyle was like you had to show your papers to anyone with the badge who

00:42:45.760 demanded them i find this very sad yeah it is i mean it's it's the west has just become it's maybe

00:42:52.880 an extreme statement in some people's opinion i think it's safe to say the west has just fallen

00:42:56.720 this is not this is not a free society um and i uh i personally found the last couple of weeks very

00:43:03.360 difficult i uh you know i've been saying from the beginning that once we allow this to happen we it might

00:43:09.440 not end we have to be very worried about that but i did have some hope in may and june um things were

00:43:14.160 really better in a lot of the blue cities the masks had gone away it didn't look like vaccine

00:43:18.400 passports were happening new york actually did away with theirs and then um over the last two weeks

00:43:23.520 mask mandates came back indoors all over the place we're seeing these vaccine mandates spring up in

00:43:28.400 cities new york just suddenly re-implemented theirs i suspect dc will where i live will follow suit um

00:43:34.480 and it's it's very depressing well i'm sorry you're depressed and i'm depressed on these things too

00:43:41.520 but i think that you as a civil liberties lawyer and us here in canada as a civil liberties oriented

00:43:48.960 news outlet we have a special duty and and by working on this problem i find it a form of

00:43:56.880 i don't know emotional therapy the fact that i feel like my work can help fix the problem the trouble

00:44:02.800 is you can't separate your own work from the world and so there's no time off because everywhere you

00:44:07.440 look but let's end on a more hopeful note and by the way i salute you and i admire the new civil

00:44:11.840 liberties alliance as i said last time you were on uh i'm glad we have a new civil liberties alliance

00:44:16.880 because the old civil liberties alliance has gone into hiding on all this stuff but i saw a press

00:44:21.280 release a couple weeks ago tell me if i'm remembering wrong i think it was the american postal workers union

00:44:28.640 said that they're not interested in vaccine requirements i think i got that right of the

00:44:35.120 postal workers union and there are some like i i hear joe biden's talking about making the entire

00:44:42.640 federal workforce vaxxed and i know that some of those unions are responsive to their members and some

00:44:48.640 of those members you know they're maybe they have the courage of numbers i mean that's really

00:44:54.000 what a lot of unions were built on maybe there will be some opposition uh in quarters that we

00:45:00.800 didn't expect not just quote right-wing quarters but like if these big public sector unions say yeah

00:45:08.080 no our members don't want to be forcibly vaxxed maybe that's a twinkle of hope what do you think of that

00:45:13.840 about that could be we'll see what happens i mean i think uh in blue cities it's gonna be tough right

00:45:24.000 well listen it's great to catch up with you um you're one of the good guys fighting this battle

00:45:29.200 i know on the west coast harmy is fighting and fighting it i wish there were a hundred lawyers

00:45:34.480 in america because so much is determined that way i do see little green shoots of hope i see some

00:45:40.400 school boards being taken to task by parents about masks of course florida's governor ronda

00:45:45.200 santa seems to be holding the line i i should report to you that north of the border there's

00:45:50.640 very little dissent on this there's one province called alberta that so far has lifted all lockdown

00:45:56.800 rules including mask mandates but there are some companies for example that insist on them i hope to

00:46:02.080 keep in touch with you in the weeks and months ahead because alas we are going to be in this for a

00:46:06.160 very long time great to see you again we are indeed thank you so much for having me all right it's our

00:46:11.120 pleasure there you have a janine younis a lawyer with the new civil liberties alliance who is taking

00:46:16.960 george mason university to court on behalf of a professor who's actually being threatened with

00:46:22.480 firing because he won't take a vaccine even though he's naturally immune stay with us more

00:46:36.160 hey welcome back on my show last night don writes hi ezra i just finished watching tonight's show

00:46:45.280 and i'm very disappointed that you mentioned the ppc and derrick sloan's new true north party

00:46:50.400 but ignored the maverick party i like maxime bernier and derrick sloan however a national

00:46:55.120 party is never going to be able to advocate successfully for a better deal for western canada

00:47:00.080 because they have no hammer to back it up the reform party learned that a long time ago when

00:47:04.640 they made the mistake of voting to expand in eastern canada the 1991 assembly in saskatoon i

00:47:09.440 was there and voted for it it is unlikely that sloan will be able to get his new party organized in 1.00

00:47:14.880 time to run candidates in this intermittent election if you were paying closer attention to what is

00:47:20.720 happening on the ground in western canada you would know there is a far greater likelihood of some

00:47:25.200 maverick candidates getting elected than ppc i emailed you a week and a half ago and suggested you

00:47:31.040 interviewing jay hill i got no response from you and no interview with jay hill has materialized

00:47:36.080 as a long-time subscriber you at least owe me a response well don thank you for writing and i'm

00:47:41.120 sorry i didn't write back to your earlier letter uh forgive me i i don't have enough hours in the

00:47:46.160 day to write back to every letter and i apologize because i know you're a subscriber and a supporter

00:47:50.960 i accept your criticism and um we did do a video sheila interviewed jay hill and we did publish that

00:47:59.920 a while back but maybe we should talk to him again and i know what you say is true because i've seen

00:48:03.920 some polling that shows the maverick party is further ahead in some writings in the west than

00:48:09.600 the ppc and certainly then derrick sloan's new party that i don't even know is registered if it's

00:48:14.000 registered yet so i think you're right i think that's a little bit of the toronto centricity

00:48:19.920 creeping in i'm out here in exile in toronto and i suppose i don't hear the maverick party brought up

00:48:25.120 in in regular conversation because it's not a factor out here but i think you're right and

00:48:30.480 i will encourage our alberta team in particular and we have some reporters in vancouver as you know

00:48:37.120 and we're going to grow in the west a little bit more i'm going to encourage them to keep an eye

00:48:41.120 peeled on the maverick party and to give them the time of day too so i'm grateful for your letter

00:48:46.160 and um i think you're right there is a chance that the maverick party could poke through

00:48:52.080 in in a riding let's say in rural alberta where people are just sort of fed up with both the federal

00:48:58.640 liberals and the federal conservatives i have to say though that i am depressed about this whole

00:49:05.520 election and the fact that the conservative party of canada is not very conservative anymore

00:49:10.800 and i believe that the fights we're in are much larger than partisan disagreements they go to our

00:49:16.400 very culture and society and i believe in civil liberties on that pessimistic note let me say good

00:49:23.440 night thank you for watching and until tomorrow keep fighting for freedom
