00:00:00.000 Hello, my friends. Big news, great news from Ireland. Our friend Kirk Loco beat the censorship
00:00:06.240 prosecution. I'm so happy about that. We'll interview him later on the show. But first,
00:00:11.780 we're going to talk about the European Union coming to Montreal and wanting to
00:00:16.100 have a bunch of rules deciding what we can do with our economy, including regulating and censoring
00:00:22.660 AI. It's sort of crazy, but Mark Carney loves it because it's anti-American. I'll take you through
00:00:27.960 it. But first let me invite you to become a subscriber to Rebel News Plus. It's the video
00:00:32.020 version of this podcast. Just go to rebelnewsplus.com, click subscribe. Not only do you get great
00:00:37.620 videos, but you support Rebel News because we take no government money and it shows.
00:00:58.160 Tonight, Mark Carney is hosting the European Union in Montreal, but his idea of joining as an associate member got struck out before the summit even started.
00:01:07.620 It's October 29th, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.
00:01:10.400 You're fighting for freedom!
00:01:13.240 Shame on you, you censorious bug! 0.52
00:01:16.420 ursula von der leyen and antonio costa the two presidents of the european union actually there's 0.86
00:01:32.900 actually more depending on how you count it and nobody gets to vote for any of them by the way
00:01:38.380 isn't that weird well they landed in montreal yesterday two days of meetings a business round
00:01:44.320 table this afternoon at dinner tonight, the signing tomorrow. Here's an easy prediction.
00:01:49.680 They're not going to buy a single Canadian-made car or an ounce of Canadian-made steel. The two
00:01:55.720 things at risk since Carney walked away from U.S. trade negotiations. But there will be very cool
00:02:01.200 photo ops, I'm sure. Have you seen this comedy sketch by Nick Kroll about how cool it is to be
00:02:06.680 European? Want to know everything you want to know about coming to Europe? Well, watch this video
00:02:11.360 from the Spotted Ox hostel, the coolest hostel
00:02:14.240 in all the countries in Europe.
00:02:18.240 For breakfast, we'll do something cool,
00:02:20.240 like have a cigarette and, like, a bar of chocolate.
00:02:23.040 Then we go for work for, like, one half hour, two half hour.
00:02:26.560 And then we'll go for lunch.
00:02:28.080 And lunch is usually, you know, something cool,
00:02:30.480 like a cigarette and, like, two, three bottles of red wine
00:02:33.840 and then, like, a bowl of heavy cream.
00:02:35.840 And then dinner, you know, we'll do something healthy,
00:02:38.320 like, you know, four or five sausages and then like a chocolate cigarette.
00:02:42.940 And then we'll invite our cigarette outside to take an espresso and watch the street life.
00:02:47.840 And we so much can eat as much as we want and we never get heavy because of olive oil.
00:02:53.420 So that's what we say.
00:02:55.260 Anyways, Carney is on a global distraction tour to take attention away from the failure
00:02:59.680 to get a U.S. trade deal, the one that counts.
00:03:02.780 And they want to stick it to the man to show I don't know exactly who
00:03:06.540 that canada doesn't really need the u.s we have more important friends now like no i don't know
00:03:11.720 lichtenstein or something now six weeks ago on september 16th this was supposed to be the big
00:03:17.300 moment von der leyen stood up in strassburg that's where the european parliament is and offered
00:03:22.800 canada something that had never before existed associate membership in the european union first
00:03:28.420 country ever in some ways carney loved it he flew to strassburg the next day and gave a speech to
00:03:34.880 the european parliament about it the european parliament not our canadian parliament i did a
00:03:42.080 video about that at the time i asked a bunch of questions the first one was when did canadians
00:03:47.020 vote for this it wasn't in the liberal platform it wasn't in the election debates it wasn't in
00:03:51.560 the throne speech there was no motion no vote no committee no not even a real debate in the house
00:03:56.180 of commons just they did it well here's the update there still hasn't been a vote but there has been
00:04:02.740 a veto and it came from germany politico europe that's a media company reported at first germany
00:04:09.820 led the push france and at least six other countries lined up behind them including italy
00:04:14.240 and greece six different diplomats talked to politico one of them said quote we've definitely
00:04:19.960 put the cart before the horse you don't say another one said the whole concept quote is not
00:04:25.960 in the treaties. And the German government actually said back in September, the very day
00:04:33.360 that von der Leyen made the offer, the spokesman said, quote, we should reconsider the terminology.
00:04:38.700 So Germany objected on day one. Six weeks later, Germany won, I guess. The words associate member
00:04:45.080 are gone. The declaration now promises, quote, an ever closer association. They'll figure out what
00:04:52.020 that means by next year, I'm sure. And what did Carney say when a reporter asked him about it?
00:04:57.600 He said he doesn't matter about specific names or nomenclature.
00:05:01.080 I think they don't matter from our perspective. The nomenclature doesn't matter. What matters to
00:05:11.460 Canadians ultimately from this new alliance is going to be affordability. It's going to be
00:05:17.940 opportunity. Opportunity for young Canadians to live, travel, study. Opportunities for our
00:05:24.580 researchers to plug into one of the most advanced research networks across a wide range of domains.
00:05:31.180 Opportunities, greater opportunities for our companies. Cultural opportunities for Canadians.
00:05:37.060 And at the base of this, and this is why we began, I began at least, with the national security
00:05:44.240 strategy. This new alliance is not a marketing exercise. The name doesn't matter. What matters
00:05:55.380 is that the complementarities of our two jurisdictions strengthen our sovereignty.
00:06:04.360 Strengthens Europe's sovereignty, various strategic autonomies, critical minerals, energy,
00:06:07.840 other aspects, AI. The partnership here is a classic example of that. You see it in the
00:06:12.880 partnership between, with Cohere, with Germany and then more broadly, and
00:06:18.880 similar complementarities for Canada. And why does sovereignty matter in a
00:06:23.980 dangerous and divided world? It allows us to withstand shocks. It means that we're
00:06:30.220 not held up by some country or some technology company that wants to
00:06:36.040 dictate how we're going to live our lives. It allows us to live our lives as
00:06:39.220 we choose. And as I said at the start, in the greatest country in the world and
00:06:42.340 all the diversity that that brings doesn't matter guys six weeks ago was the biggest thing you'd
00:06:47.040 ever done now it's just a nomenclature thing think about what just happened the german government
00:06:52.020 decided what words would appear in a document about canada's future you get that our parliament
00:06:59.620 didn't make the decision our parliament wasn't asked the germans didn't want it so it's out if
00:07:05.660 the germans had wanted it you'd be in maybe either way you'd have to find out from a foreign media
00:07:11.380 source like politico that is not a partnership or whatever mark carney says that's a preview of what
00:07:17.660 it would be like in the european union because that is exactly how the european union works
00:07:23.680 every single day for every country in it that's why the uk voted in brexit to get the heck out
00:07:30.060 let me show you the eu treaty the european union treaty says the whole point is quote an ever
00:07:37.040 closer union. That's the actual legal text, not a partnership, a union. And the new Canadian
00:07:44.180 declaration uses the same word, ever closer. So that's the on-ramp into this thing. Article 3
00:07:49.860 of the other treaty lists the things only Brussels, the headquarters of the EU, can do.
00:07:56.320 Trade policy, customs, fisheries, competition rules. A full member can't sign its own trade deal,
00:08:04.160 can't set its own tariffs the eu's office in brussels takes care of things like that
00:08:10.340 and how does brussels decide well by a vote in the council and you need 55 of the countries
00:08:17.220 representing 65 of the population oh my god it's complex 65 of the population by the way germany
00:08:23.940 has about 83 million people out of the 452 million in the eu so nearly one in five germany france
00:08:30.480 in Italy together are nearly half. That's why Germany's objection ended this whole thing. In
00:08:35.900 the EU, Germany's vote is typically the vote that matters. Now you'll say, well, we're not joining.
00:08:41.980 We'll just be an associate member. Okay, fine. There is a country that sort of lives like that,
00:08:47.180 Norway. It's not a member. It's an associate to the European economic area. And in 2012,
00:08:52.740 the Norwegian government commissioned a report on how that's going for them. And here's what
00:08:56.880 their own report said bound to adopt the rules no vote on the rules their report called it a
00:09:04.140 democratic deficit and that's quote the price norway pays norway pays it carney wants us to
00:09:10.160 pay that price too switzerland tried a version of this in 2021 they walked away from the deal
00:09:14.700 because brussels wanted control over their wages and their courts now compare that to the deal
00:09:19.680 Carney says is the problem, the USMCA, the trade deal with the states and Mexico. Now, under the
00:09:27.100 USMCA, if there's a dispute, it goes to a panel, not a court that sits above our parliament.
00:09:35.260 Article 34.6, either country can leave the trade deal within six months written notice. Article
00:09:41.380 34.7, it runs 16 years and gets reviewed. Nobody in Washington writes our fisheries rules. Nobody
00:09:48.760 in Washington tells us what our tariff on Chinese car will be. I mean, they can disagree with our
00:09:53.800 tariff on Chinese cars, and they have. They can be mad at us, but they don't have the decision-making 1.00
00:09:59.500 power. They have influence, but they don't have actual power over our laws. The EU does. Do you
00:10:06.660 understand the difference? We would be joining as a subservient part of a foreign government. 0.60
00:10:12.680 now the USMCA is a trade deal between sovereign countries the EU is not a trade deal between
00:10:20.500 sovereign countries it is a government one of those you can walk out in six months the USMCA
00:10:26.080 you can say goodbye the other the EU has a treaty that says ever closer union so the pitch I guess
00:10:34.180 is the Americans are bullies so let's hand our trade policy over to Berlin that's the deal we're
00:10:41.080 talking about here less sovereignty much less in exchange for what exactly in exchange for the
00:10:45.860 slowest large economy in the world the imf says the european area grows at 1.1 percent this year
00:10:53.560 the u.s is more than double that germany the country that just vetoed us actually shrank
00:10:58.720 in 2023 shrank again in 20 how do you do that and they managed two-tenths of one percent growth
00:11:05.380 last year how i thought they were an industrial powerhouse they used to be volkswagen one of
00:11:10.880 leading companies is cutting 35 000 jobs in germany by 2030 i'm pretty sure they're not going
00:11:17.320 to be interested in buying cars made in canada don't take it from me take it from mario draghi
00:11:22.660 i don't know if that name rings a bell he's a former president of the european central bank
00:11:26.860 former prime minister of italy the eu hired him to write their report on their own economy he said
00:11:32.480 europe faces a quote slow agony hey that sounds pretty cool let's join that club and look at the
00:11:40.460 one thing that actually matters for the next 20 years technology including ai whether you like it
00:11:46.920 or not that's building the future of the 10 most valuable companies in the world of any sort how
00:11:54.480 many are european zero not one europe's biggest country company is asml a dutch chip company
00:12:02.820 maker okay good for them it's about an eighth the size of america's nvidia stanford tracks
00:12:09.600 ai investment last year the americans put in more than a quarter of a trillion dollars
00:12:15.980 all of europe combined put in 21 billion the americans outspent the entire continent
00:12:22.640 14 to 1 europe's great ai champion is a company called mistral in paris and good for them
00:12:29.040 it was reported this summer to be worth about 20 billion euros that's a rounding error in
00:12:35.300 silicon valley so europe doesn't actually build ai okay so what do they do with ai because ai is
00:12:42.620 coming don't you think here's the thing uh europe is the um well they are leaders of one thing
00:12:49.220 regulating regulating ai taxing it censoring it that's their specialty last december brussels
00:12:58.000 find x that's elon musk platform used to be called twitter 120 million euros the first fine under
00:13:03.980 their digital services act that's their censorship law the year before that their commissioner terry
00:13:09.840 breton sent musk a letter right before musk interviewed donald trump warning musk about
00:13:15.940 harmful content so a european bureaucrat was trying to please an american's interview
00:13:21.760 with an american presidential candidate on an american app and the ai act europe passed the
00:13:29.480 first, big AI law. Congratulations, you guys. So much red tape that Meta, that's a company that
00:13:36.420 owns Facebook and Instagram and WhatsApp, they said they're not even going to release their new
00:13:40.960 AI model in Europe. They're just not even going to bother. Apple, another huge tech company based
00:13:45.940 in America, held back its AI features in Europe. Same reason. And here's the punchline. The
00:13:51.520 regulations were so bad that this year, Brussels passed another law, the digital omnibus, to delay
00:13:58.200 their own ai act the big rules that were supposed to hit in august 2026 are now pushed to december
00:14:03.780 2027 and some to 2028 europe is backing away from europe's rules and carney is going towards them
00:14:11.280 because that's actually the part of europe he likes remember his whole thing before becoming
00:14:17.300 prime minister was he was into he said something called the glasgow uh found um g fans it was a
00:14:25.500 uh it was a financial alliance for net zero that's what that stands for it was all about
00:14:31.340 regulations and choking growth not about economic growth it was anti-growth there's no growth in
00:14:38.940 europe there just isn't any they're they're regulating this growth in regulations i guess
00:14:42.440 their summit declaration according to the reporting commits canada to align our ai and digital rules
00:14:49.100 with europe's rules what are we doing in september in strasburg carney pitched joint ai rules and
00:14:57.040 complained that tech companies want to quote dictate the rules and evade them so you've got
00:15:01.140 canada and europe neither of whom is a star when it comes to ai but they're joining forces saying
00:15:09.020 they're going to regulate america's ai together yeah i i don't think america's going to let that
00:15:14.460 to happen whether you're a republican or a democrat but it sort of shows you the opposite
00:15:18.300 mentality doesn't and carney regards himself as european he said as much remember carney is the
00:15:25.240 government that already tried to tax the american tech companies the digital services tax had to
00:15:30.200 cancel it last year uh the moment trump called it quote a direct and blatant attack so they couldn't
00:15:36.540 do it alone so now they want to team up with europe censorship by association what are we doing
00:15:42.320 so what is this summit really i don't think it's really about economics although it's sort of
00:15:47.300 scary than it might be the numbers don't work it's not for sovereignty like i think mark carney's
00:15:54.140 trying to say this proves we're independent not with the eu you would lose sovereignty i think
00:15:59.340 it's a stunt i think it's an anti-american stunt carney said it himself in brussels last year
00:16:05.760 so we're meeting now in that context in as you just said in hard times we might say even a
00:16:13.540 hinge moment of history, a world that's more dangerous and divided, a time where the rules-based
00:16:20.480 international, the global order, rules-based global order is under threat, and a time when
00:16:25.020 technological change is accelerating. And we really have two choices. It's a jurisdiction
00:16:32.300 as a country in this circumstance. We can nostalgically look back and long for the old
00:16:38.000 order to somehow return or we can build a new one with purpose and partnership and as the most
00:16:46.380 european of the non-european countries canada looks first to the european union to build a
00:16:53.420 better world carney says we're the most european of non-european countries i don't know what that
00:16:58.500 means 72 of what we sell to foreign countries goes to the u.s eight percent of our trade is
00:17:06.120 with the EU. And in Washington, D.C., Trump heard about associate membership on September
00:17:11.500 16th, and he said this.
00:17:29.560 Heavy tariffs on Europe. So von der Leyen's own members looked at that and said, yeah,
00:17:34.000 no thanks we're not going to get into a trade war with america over a word germany protected
00:17:39.080 germany is what they should do who's protecting canada can i ask so mark carney the trade talks
00:17:46.100 with washington collapsed in august and tariffs hit the usmca review came and went on july 1st
00:17:52.440 and americans declined to extend it that is real life that is 72 of our exports and and carney is
00:17:58.820 in Montreal toasting the Europeans. Even Quebec got shut out, by the way. The separatist premier
00:18:04.100 there says he was refused a speaking role at the summit held in his own province. Carney says he
00:18:09.520 was invited to the dinner and left an empty chair. I don't always agree with the Parti
00:18:16.020 Quebecois, of course, but they noticed something. The federal government chose to stop Quebec from
00:18:20.280 having a say on its own territory. Now scale that up. The European Union choosing to stop Canada
00:18:27.460 from having a say in its own territory that is the whole deal with the eu it is a global government
00:18:34.360 carney got his election by promising canada would never be the 51st state okay fair enough but i
00:18:41.100 guess at least the state gets to vote associate members in the european get nothing no commissioner
00:18:46.560 no seat no vote you take the rules and this week we learned who actually writes them
00:18:51.260 If you think Parliament should vote before any of this is to be signed, go to our petition at NoToTheEU.com.
00:19:00.800 Because right now, the only Parliament that's being asked is the one in Strasbourg.
00:19:06.500 Don't you think it should have been the one in Ottawa?
00:19:09.500 Stay with us for more from Ireland.
00:19:11.300 well for months we've been talking about the case of kirk loco an irish man who took to twitter to
00:19:26.020 share a community warning about a migrant man on a public bus who had exposed himself to young
00:19:33.280 teenage girls he was speaking the truth and he was doing it from a place of civic duty while the
00:19:39.420 Police responded not to arrest the migrant man who was harassing these girls, but to arrest Kirk.
00:19:46.400 In fact, they raided his home with a search warrant at six in the morning.
00:19:51.240 He's been to court more than 10 times.
00:19:53.180 You may know I was in Ireland in County Wicklow for the first part of his trial on Friday.
00:19:59.680 I had to come home because the second part was today.
00:20:02.980 I missed it, but just incredible news.
00:20:06.380 kirk loco acquitted of all charges and now the man joins us himself kirk loco via zoom great to
00:20:14.940 see you congratulations i was thrilled when i saw the news i'm only sorry i wasn't there in person
00:20:21.140 to shake your hand thanks a million ezra um i literally said to you a moment ago before we
00:20:27.840 came in this call i wouldn't be acquitted if it wasn't for yourself um i very cheekily reached
00:20:33.880 out to you it was desperation it was hope because here in ireland our media is completely captured
00:20:40.680 and the whole entire political apparatus is captured and if you dare adopt wrong speak or
00:20:48.600 wrong think you end up where i am unfortunately and we have a situation that is undeniably kafka-esque
00:20:56.840 is it's bizarre it's absolutely dystopian when you signal you know alarm bells of
00:21:07.880 safeguarding towards women and girls they don't go and arrest you know the person that's committing
00:21:14.920 this absolutely horrendous act they go and arrest the person that has the audacity the cheek who
00:21:21.480 dare you you know raise the alarm on this and as you rightly said i've spent two years you know
00:21:29.640 being dragged to the court eight nine times two times for a trial last friday today and i took
00:21:35.560 the stand today and i i i wasn't sure you never know when you're in that heat at the moment you
00:21:41.720 know when you're on the stand i wasn't sure how i how it was doing it wasn't until afterwards that
00:21:46.760 everybody said to me you know you did absolutely amazing fair play and you know before you hear
00:21:52.120 any of those congratulate uh congratulatory words i was i got the words that i was acquitted i just
00:21:59.880 can't believe i'm trying to process it all at the moment it's kind of like just a deck of cards
00:22:03.880 being thrown up into the air and i i don't really know where to go from here um i kind of need to
00:22:09.960 see the lay of the land it feels very strange you know for two years i've been constantly talking
00:22:15.320 about this and it's like what do we talk about now it's a bit strange you know what i'm i have
00:22:22.840 been riveted by the case because it was so purely a case of free speech and you know there's a word
00:22:29.320 in psychology it's sort of an acronym it's an acronym to talk about a kind of psychological
00:22:34.760 manipulation maybe you've heard this word before darvo it's it's a made up word stands for deny
00:22:41.000 accuse reverse victim and offender so it's an it's an acronym and it and that's what they did
00:22:48.880 to you they denied that the girls were harassed they accused you of a crime not the migrant who
00:22:56.840 exposed himself they reversed the victim and offender so they charged you the whistleblower
00:23:03.620 and they treated the migrant as like a hero he was their star witness they brought him in they
00:23:11.340 gave him an interpreter because he still doesn't know how to speak english well despite being in
00:23:16.240 ireland for two years and the girls one of the teenage girls who was 14 at the time testified
00:23:22.960 and instead of showing her sympathy the prosecutor attacked her to chip away at her credibility
00:23:30.040 i felt like i was in an upside down world darvo and it's a miracle well maybe it's not a miracle
00:23:37.280 it's justice that you won but it does feel like a bit of a miracle given how all the establishment
00:23:43.180 was piling on to you the legal establishment the judicial establishment the police the regime
00:23:49.780 media it was like all of ireland was against you but luckily the truth was with you and you won
00:23:55.680 i'm glad you said darvo like you heard some of the stuff on friday how they darvoed the hell
00:24:04.680 out of this situation so like another example today was like the state prosecutor rory staines
00:24:12.300 was saying you know i was trying to put this man i am on trial by social media and cheeky little me
00:24:19.800 i turned around said what the hell do you think i've gone through for the last two years you know
00:24:23.560 i've literally not had any voice i it's not like i've got the state media behind me i've literally
00:24:28.940 got my platform a few thousand followers you know and i'm trying to put my side of the story out
00:24:33.880 there without prejudicing my case um and in the meantime you know you have all these little
00:24:40.680 minions of leftism of antifa constantly accusing you of everything left right and center and i've
00:24:47.580 sent you so much evidence you know where i have been a victim ironically of coco's law this is
00:24:54.800 this law that they charged me on um harassment harmful communications and related offenses
00:25:00.700 and i have literally been a victim of each of these things throughout these prior two years
00:25:06.040 i've raised this consistently with several guardae i can count at least a dozen guardae between two
00:25:12.100 or three different guard stations anything from malicious graffiti um you know malicious postal
00:25:18.400 mail debt threats my wife received what we believe to be very credible very real uh gang rape threats
00:25:26.180 where they they insinuated that towards my wife they um they put an image of my home and then they
00:25:33.520 followed that up directly um with clear evidence that they knew my daily routine or in the very
00:25:40.800 at least they were watching my movements on that giving day. 0.75
00:25:44.180 And the response from Cardi, from a female Cardi of all, 0.85
00:25:47.820 was to turn around and say, tell your husband to stop posting online. 0.96
00:25:52.300 Like every aspect of this literally points the finger off.
00:25:55.900 You stop doing what you're doing.
00:25:57.740 Tell your husband to stop posting.
00:25:59.700 Stop putting content online that makes the political apparatus look bad.
00:26:06.280 How dare you do that?
00:26:07.400 How dare you have notions to step out of line?
00:26:09.460 Yeah. Just for our viewers outside of Ireland, Gardie refers to the police force, singular as Gardie.
00:26:15.400 Sorry.
00:26:15.680 No, it's no problem. I saw very senior members of Gardie call these migrant men vulnerable. They didn't use that word for the teenage girls. They used that for the marauders. Here's the miracle. I think there was a number of miracles here, but one of them to me, I don't know if it's a miracle, it just came as a surprise.
00:26:38.880 I did not know that public buses had so many cameras on them.
00:26:43.720 I mean, I suppose it makes sense.
00:26:45.480 I think there must have been 10 different cameras on this double-decker bus. 1.00
00:26:49.160 And thank goodness there was because it showed this migrant man moving away from his friends to sit in front of the girl and then to sit next to her and then pretending to fall asleep when the bus driver was coming up. 0.84
00:27:03.580 And had there not been that CCTV footage, you would have had the lies of the migrant man and the politics of the guardee, of the police, and you might not have been acquitted were it not for that footage.
00:27:18.120 Now, by the way, that 14-year-old girl, who's now obviously a little bit older now, she testified very strongly about what she saw.
00:27:26.100 But one more crazy thing is the police didn't even take a statement from her.
00:27:30.000 the police did not even take a statement from the girls who were harassed like i say darvo craziness
00:27:38.200 so two things for you there so yes that young girl took the stand on friday you saw and heard
00:27:46.520 her testimony and you interviewed her as well after that very brave i settled on the word
00:27:52.240 badass if you'll forgive my language incredible bravery to do that at such a young age and she
00:27:57.500 wasn't at all intimidated by the state prosecutor and really really impressed with what she did
00:28:06.260 they really did turn this on its head you know they bypassed you know very real credible threats
00:28:14.180 and safeguarding issues towards young girls and women you also have to think there was another
00:28:18.440 woman involved in this and she complained of being groped and you will love this we bumped into each
00:28:25.760 other moments after the the morning session on friday and you said to me wow i can't believe that
00:28:33.500 that that is the state's star witness and you said to me that um that was probably arguably for you
00:28:40.320 one of the most shoddy um state witnesses and completely uncredible like he had no credibility
00:28:48.140 at all whatsoever and today when he read out his verdict judge cheetle said that he let out with
00:28:56.340 it he said he believed that the state star witness had no credibility whatsoever and this is really
00:29:03.360 really powerful and damning of what the state did he said that he believed that the migrants
00:29:09.060 intentions were clearly sexual in nature now if that doesn't hit home i don't know what does
00:29:15.180 It was incredible. Let me come back to that. I've probably been in a hundred trials in my life, maybe more. And I see witnesses who are very credible, like the bus driver, not a political man, said he'd been driving buses for 30 years.
00:29:31.880 and only five times in his whole career did he see something like this that made him stop the
00:29:38.460 bus, get up, go upstairs to confront an issue. Like he was a man of few words, but utterly
00:29:45.560 credible. He said he waited to make sure that when the girls got off, the men didn't follow her. That
00:29:50.560 was a chilling thing to hear. So very credible man. And you also refer to the teenagers speaking
00:29:56.840 very credibly the shifty migrant man who we all saw on videotape you know sidling up to the girls 0.98
00:30:05.400 then faking that he was asleep when the bus driver came i have never seen a witness change their 0.84
00:30:12.520 version within the same sentence change their version of the truth say bald-faced lies it was
00:30:19.420 it would and you didn't have to be i mean obviously i'm a partisan i support you 0.96
00:30:23.640 But I think anyone with eyes would have seen that that man was an inveterate liar. 0.79
00:30:29.980 And here's my point, Kirk.
00:30:31.780 When I read, there were a few mainstream media outlets there on Friday.
00:30:36.140 And when they wrote the news of it, they did not point this obvious fact out.
00:30:43.460 They ran only with the prosecutor's side of the story.
00:30:47.640 I'm talking about so-called mainstream media, regime media, paid in part by Irish taxpayer dollars.
00:30:55.640 They obviously saw that this man was a liar, a BS-er, a fabricator, that he was obviously, he was so incredible.
00:31:08.240 but they as well suspended their disbelief because to them he had to be the good guy in their woke 0.97
00:31:16.660 marxist view of the world he was an oppressed person you as a white irishman are an oppressor 0.92
00:31:23.380 so obviously he's right even though he's a liar i don't know it was so shocking all i can say is
00:31:29.420 thank goodness this judge is honest because i haven't read the verdict yet i don't know if it's
00:31:35.240 published yet i wasn't there in court this morning but the way you describe it i find very encouraging
00:31:40.240 and frankly it gives me a little bit of hope if that verdict can come through despite what all
00:31:46.060 the police and all the media said that gives me a flicker of hope kirk i said it straight away on
00:31:53.380 friday that i was very very happy with uh judge cheetle i think he's a good honest and decent man
00:31:59.840 and I'll be honest
00:32:01.880 I don't think there are words that I would have said
00:32:03.700 prior to this
00:32:04.660 trial but I do genuinely
00:32:07.960 believe him, I think he is a good
00:32:09.840 honest and decent man, I don't know
00:32:11.800 a lot about him, I only came across him
00:32:13.780 as of Friday but I did a little bit of research
00:32:15.800 on him and I do
00:32:17.820 genuinely believe that and I'm not saying that just
00:32:19.760 purely because of the verdict that he gave
00:32:21.760 I already said that I believed he was
00:32:23.680 fair prior to any verdict
00:32:25.720 that he gave to today
00:32:26.840 I do hope
00:32:31.480 for Ireland's sake
00:32:32.960 and I just put out a video prior to this
00:32:34.820 it was said on both sides
00:32:37.560 and you were there on Friday
00:32:38.480 that the prosecution, the Gardaí
00:32:40.400 said that the town of Newtown, Mount Kennedy
00:32:42.460 became very divided
00:32:43.560 and it did and it has
00:32:45.040 and it shouldn't have got to that point
00:32:48.000 our issue and my issue with my legal team
00:32:50.860 that we put out there from minute one
00:32:52.460 was
00:32:52.960 this is my political ideology
00:32:55.820 this guy this political or sorry this uh palestinian migrant is largely immaterial like i don't care
00:33:02.960 who he is i didn't have any prior you know uh disagreement with him it wasn't a case of me
00:33:09.020 trying to get back at him it wasn't a vendetta there's nothing personal there whatsoever it was
00:33:13.320 one tweet in about 51 000 that i had sent on my account and there's a bigger picture at play here
00:33:21.500 it's government policy and my tweet said these men as lisha de bril my barrister said it's about
00:33:28.420 political policy and despite me going through two years of non-stop persecution from the other side
00:33:35.440 these antifa militant lefties you know no matter what i had gone through and no matter how much
00:33:41.120 evidence it was never good enough it never met the standard for you know a conviction somebody
00:33:47.140 being arrested a house being raided any of this stuff but the minute i sent one tweet that's it
00:33:53.220 that warranted five guardian coming to my house and you know i get dragged through two years of
00:33:58.540 persecution they did it they raided your house they had a search warrant and raided the place
00:34:02.940 at six in the morning yes yeah yeah uh sees a device that sees three to my personal phone and
00:34:10.100 laptop my work laptop of course it encroaches on my employment life i've lost friends family
00:34:16.760 members and i openly said today as well you know between this persecution and the way it went into
00:34:21.540 you know all aspects of my life and i'm not trying to single myself out there's people out there that
00:34:27.100 have gone on through far more persecution than what i have but the sheer scale of the
00:34:32.320 the sheer level of vehement anger and veracity of us how unhinged it was it pushed me to the point
00:34:40.560 of my mental health completely collapsing last year and i battled through it you know i'm not
00:34:45.600 going to ever step back to that point ever again you know i think the way they treated you was a
00:34:51.340 warning they were they were trying to scare other people and make an example out of you if you dare
00:34:58.520 tweet something contrary to the regime's narrative it's funny because i i remember i was there in
00:35:06.260 court when the guardie when the police said this divided the community are you kidding it's the
00:35:11.880 migrant who was harassing the girls that divided the community. We also heard testimony that there 0.83
00:35:17.140 was a girls sports meet for under 14s. I'm talking about children of tender years. And there were
00:35:24.500 migrant men who all came to stare and to video these under 14 girls. That's what divided the 0.90
00:35:34.060 community. Not a guy blowing the whistle on it. And the fact that they're trying to use you as
00:35:40.720 a scapegoat to put all the sins on you to say you're the one who has divided the community
00:35:45.360 you're the one it's like you're the one who says the emperor has no clothes and they're saying oh
00:35:50.780 you've divided us by by pointing that out it's the problem that needs to be solved not the guy
00:35:57.080 who points out the problem yeah it's symptomatic it seems to be of western culture that you have
00:36:05.880 this problem and they never ever acknowledge the problem or try to you know to try find ways of
00:36:12.580 resolving the problem they want you when they're telling you when when the political apparatus is
00:36:17.280 telling you to look left you know you should always look the opposite direction whatever
00:36:20.580 direction they're telling you to look at look the opposite way because that's where the real problem
00:36:24.160 is and key points today as well so that GAA incident that you mentioned that happened in
00:36:32.620 September of 2024 and the communication that I put out was in June of 2024 and he brought that
00:36:41.440 up again today when I was on the stand giving evidence and I was being cross-examined the
00:36:45.820 state prosecutor Rory Staines and he said isn't it a fact that this incident with regards to the
00:36:52.480 GAA pitch happened after the fact that you sent this tweet I said it did he said and was there
00:36:57.660 any other issues prior to that and I said yes there was he said no there wasn't I said there
00:37:02.280 was there was a uh there was a riot that happened down at newtown mount kennedy now he thought and
00:37:09.000 i'm sure you're you're probably aware you've seen the footage from april 25th the infamous riot
00:37:14.260 where the fire and all the rest of it but i wasn't on about that one there was actually another riot
00:37:20.380 the migrants inside trutter house within days now i literally do mean within days approximately it
00:37:28.180 was less than a fortnight it was maybe about seven to ten days after these illegal migrants were
00:37:32.880 housed in tents in a field in Schroeder House in Newtown Mount Kennedy and this was reported by
00:37:40.000 a an established media outlet here in Ireland called Extra.ie so three four days prior just
00:37:49.140 because I'm a citizen journalist I put it out into the sphere that a riot had happened with
00:37:55.620 sticks, stones, all kinds
00:37:57.780 of paraphernalia
00:37:59.200 went over the wall.
00:38:01.600 You can remember what it looked like with the corrugated
00:38:03.560 steel fence, the barbed wire, the cameras,
00:38:05.820 the floodlights. It was items
00:38:07.660 flying over the top of that.
00:38:09.740 And within a few days later, Extra.ie
00:38:11.920 ran an article
00:38:13.100 and they confirmed that the
00:38:15.540 illegal migrants within Trutter House
00:38:17.860 had attempted, and I quote, 0.97
00:38:19.600 to try and overthrow
00:38:21.600 the security staff of Trutter
00:38:23.640 House.
00:38:24.120 so he thought I was on about the the residents of Newtown Mount Kennedy the people like me
00:38:31.040 oh those people are still going through a trial I said no no no no I'm not on about the people
00:38:35.440 like me I'm on about your buddies like the Palestinian migrant and his colleagues that
00:38:40.360 were inside Trutter House they attempted to overthrow the security staff of Newtown
00:38:45.960 Mount Kennedy IPAS and IPAS is basically a migrant center that's what we call it here in Ireland for
00:38:51.640 viewers in canada you know it's incredible and i'm without even asking i know the answer to my
00:38:57.060 next question which is were any of those rioters deported of course not just like the man who was
00:39:02.900 the star witness against you the judge said you can't believe a word he said the girls and the
00:39:09.000 videotape showed he was sexually harassing the women there thank god for the bus driver and the
00:39:14.300 cameras um none of them are going to be deported i mean none of them are going to be well that
00:39:21.220 actually raises a great point sorry to cross you yeah as well so you know now so he so as per the
00:39:26.180 state's evidence he got there about six months before my tweet uh was sent so that was in june
00:39:31.920 so let's say january 2024 we're now what october 2026 two and a half years now the the irish
00:39:39.380 government has confirmed that they've taken on board the eu migration pact which speeds up the
00:39:44.120 process he's nearly three years here in ireland has his uh asylum application been processed and
00:39:49.760 if so what is the status of it why is he still in the state yeah you know and that's exactly the
00:39:55.960 questions they don't want to hear let me go back to something you said earlier because what we're
00:39:59.320 talking about here is a political debate and they were trying to shut you up with a criminal law
00:40:03.420 because you were participating you know you were actually a community warning to girls not to go on
00:40:09.060 that bus but you've been larger part of a larger political debate and that's what the cops said
00:40:13.920 back to you when you complained against threats they said oh it's just a banter back and forth
00:40:19.000 But when you make a point, that is forbidden language.
00:40:23.200 That political debate is essentially being criminalized.
00:40:26.020 One of the things that scared me the most about your trial, Kirk, was how so many levels 0.55
00:40:31.260 of police had just in their bones decided that these migrants are always in the right
00:40:38.140 and anyone who criticized them is always in the wrong.
00:40:40.840 And I had a flicker of what it must have been like in Rotherham in the United Kingdom for 0.90
00:40:47.080 decades when all these young indigenous British girls were systematically raped by migrant
00:40:54.220 men and 1400 girls were raped over a period of years.
00:41:01.240 And yet everyone was silenced because they were all afraid of being called racist or
00:41:07.120 or something like that or community cohesion.
00:41:09.720 And when I saw those Irish guardee, those Irish police, I saw how they were demonizing
00:41:16.180 you calling the migrant men vulnerable one of them admitted to deleting evidence that the migrant man
00:41:21.860 was filming the under 14 girls i thought holy smokes i am seeing with my own eyes that the
00:41:29.320 police in ireland would absolutely try and cover up something as horrific as rotherham because they
00:41:36.760 did so in a small way in your own i mean think about how crazy it is that the police never took
00:41:43.220 a statement from the two girls who were harassed and they came up with excuses for it and and then
00:41:49.780 the prosecution thought this is a trial we ought to bring i i tell you ireland has some a lot of
00:41:56.260 problems kirk free speech is one of them but there's that existing layer under under the free
00:42:02.400 speech of what bringing hundreds of thousands of migrants to a small country has done just
00:42:08.720 incredible your lawyers i want to give them a shout out lisha de brun who was your barrister i
00:42:14.500 saw her in action on friday padrick lynch who's the the solicitor in canada that's barristers
00:42:21.980 and solicitors are one person but in ireland they're different i'm so glad i'm so glad you
00:42:28.720 won there's other battles we're facing i was in uh another part of ireland just the other day
00:42:34.700 called Wexford which is the southeast corner where another guy named Hugh Fagan is being
00:42:40.360 prosecuted because he holds up little signs like just peacefully just sits there and so Hugh's on
00:42:46.080 trial we're crowdfunding his legal defense too and then there's another case I won't get into yet
00:42:51.620 but we're trying to take a few of these cases and do the crowdfunding we've done successfully in
00:42:57.680 other jurisdictions we've done in the UK for Tommy Robinson we've done it in Canada and we're trying
00:43:02.780 to help out in ireland and i just am thrilled with your success and i i know it's been hard on
00:43:10.300 you but i want you to take some satisfaction for the fact that you not only won your own case
00:43:16.540 but you set the reverse precedent they wanted a precedent of kirk loco found guilty and punished
00:43:23.480 so they could scare others but i think they've achieved the opposite kirk loco being acquitted
00:43:28.700 with international publicity i think i think is a great signal to the irish government to stay
00:43:37.160 away from criminalizing politics i think you actually struck a blow for free speech for the
00:43:43.300 whole country now there's more blows that need to be struck hugh fagan and others need to win too
00:43:47.540 but i think that perhaps we'll look back in in time and regard this as a turning point kurt
00:43:53.200 I hope so and I'm glad that you mentioned
00:43:57.060 Roderham and Tommy
00:43:58.440 just before I came on here I did
00:44:01.040 a video like I'm a little bit discombobulated
00:44:03.220 it's a lot to process
00:44:04.380 yeah you've had a big day
00:44:05.340 yeah it's very tiring
00:44:07.520 it's a shock to the system but I'm glad that you
00:44:11.040 mentioned Tommy
00:44:11.720 I just want to say about Tommy Robinson's conviction
00:44:14.560 it's absolutely disgusting it really is
00:44:16.940 look whatever you want to feel about Tommy
00:44:19.020 he's a contentious character
00:44:20.740 and
00:44:22.020 it's not right ultimately that he has been convicted and unfortunately because the powers
00:44:30.680 that be it was it's this this goes past ireland this is uk this is mainland europe i think western
00:44:37.560 society has been incredibly incredibly divided because of the powers that be it wasn't too long
00:44:43.640 ago that a lot of us you know particularly in ireland we were united on a lot of political
00:44:51.060 um you know actions that were happening in in our society and there wasn't a left and there
00:44:58.480 wasn't a right it was just us against them but unfortunately the way society has gone in
00:45:04.320 particular since covid we now have this cohort this group of people in society that are gloating
00:45:12.040 when something like a guilty verdict against Tommy Robinson is handed down
00:45:18.640 and they completely ignore the effects that it has on people
00:45:24.860 that are entirely innocent in this, his wife, his children.
00:45:28.940 And you don't have to like his politics, you know,
00:45:31.960 but that does have, you know, a domino effect onto his personal life.
00:45:38.560 And it's not right.
00:45:40.020 you know that guy has matter of fact been harassed himself he's on holiday with his loved ones and
00:45:46.740 he's having cameras shoved in his face his wife was not identified up to the point of these two
00:45:53.740 harassment photographers journalists whatever you want to call them shove a camera into his
00:46:01.660 family's face and he's sitting at a chair having a meal and he's pointing that out to them and the
00:46:06.660 minute he turns around and said this isn't right you know this is wrong well we're gonna arrest you
00:46:11.860 far right tommy robinson it's not right it's not just about ireland it goes bigger than that it's
00:46:17.140 about the uk it's about mainland europe yeah we're heading down an incredibly dark and dangerous path
00:46:23.040 where the apparatus the political apparatus all of it education police law governments is being 0.94
00:46:31.400 captured by what can only be described islamo marxist type uh ideologies socialist extremist 0.84
00:46:38.960 ideologies and censorship and free speech and common sense is just being eroded it's scary it 0.98
00:46:46.580 really is scary well we're glad you fought so hard thank you for your courage for folks who
00:46:52.040 want to help with this larger project i'm calling it irishfreespeech.com it's a little country five
00:46:57.540 million souls, but there's Irish Canadians. There's 3 million Irish Canadians. Did you know that? And
00:47:02.400 of course, proportionately even many more in America. But even if you have no connection to
00:47:08.020 Ireland, Ireland is a bellwether country. And it looks to me like the EU wants to make it the
00:47:13.240 censorship capital of Europe. And I always say that what happens in Europe today will happen in
00:47:18.940 Canada in five years. So please consider chipping into irishfreespeech.com. There's a trial coming
00:47:25.540 up in may with hugh fagan he's the guy who holds up the peaceful signs but police don't like that
00:47:31.160 and there's more legal matters ahead so that's irishfreespeech.com but for today a great win
00:47:36.900 and kirk congratulations and have a well-deserved uh guinness and uh i've had plenty of guinness
00:47:43.840 i'm gonna have a whiskey now fall into my armchair with my wife and we're gonna unwind try and make
00:47:49.960 sense of it all it's been an amazing thing can i just say before we go as well look you know as
00:47:55.220 Well, Ezra, I was just a loud moot, and I reached out to you with my story, and I was hopeful, genuinely hopeful.
00:48:04.240 And you listened, genuinely listened, because there was no media outlet in Ireland that was genuinely listening to me and the specifics,
00:48:12.040 and this is the key word, the specifics of what happened on that bus and the great, you know, the bigger story, the bigger picture.
00:48:18.800 And you were the only one, and you get an awful time here in Ireland, you know, and it's not right.
00:48:24.620 you're one of the very very few people that genuinely listens to the truth of what's happening
00:48:30.800 here in ireland and for that i am eternally grateful and because you listened it set the
00:48:36.960 wheels in motion with my legal team with poor glanche and lisa de brune who were absolutely
00:48:42.460 incredible throughout this trial and i would like as you said here we're going to try and help out
00:48:46.820 hew fag and he has the same legal representation and there are others i would like to try and help
00:48:51.260 as many people as i can this is legitimately honest if people think i'm just an ordinary guy 0.72
00:48:55.740 and i am decent and you believe in me what i would i would echo what ezra said go to irish
00:49:01.040 free speech.com and donate it's not for me i'm acquitted it's not for me anymore it's for other
00:49:06.440 people sort them out help them out well that's great kirk it's a very nice way to end things
00:49:11.880 and thank you for your kind words i'm so glad that i mean i i really love going to ireland i
00:49:16.960 love the irish people i love the beauty of the country and i love the fact that it's sort of
00:49:21.680 pint-sized i come from one of the largest countries in the world it takes days to cross it but i've
00:49:27.120 enjoyed going to every nook and cranny uh from cork to wexford to for me you're always welcome
00:49:34.000 i know there's thousands and thousands more that will always have you here and they're eternally
00:49:37.860 grateful for the work that you've done well that's nicely we'll be back for sure i really enjoy it
00:49:41.680 Kirk, congratulations, enjoy the day, and keep fighting for freedom.
00:49:46.320 I will indeed. I'm only getting started, Ezra.
00:49:48.300 All right, that's great.
00:49:49.860 Well, there he is, Kirk Loco, fresh off his victory in County Wicklow, in the court at Bray.
00:49:56.260 Stay with us. Your letters to me next.
00:50:07.120 Hey, welcome back.
00:50:08.280 some exciting news as you heard from kirk loco in ireland i am so pleased i mean i sort of thought
00:50:14.260 we would win but i didn't want my hopes to get ahead of me because i've been disappointed so
00:50:17.380 many times like i was with tommy robinson's conviction but i got two letters on that
00:50:21.680 brian dean says even the framing of an anti-immigration campaigner says it all about
00:50:26.940 the state media rte irish people are anti-asylum fraud and simply want the immigration laws of
00:50:32.200 ireland enforced by their government oh exactly the media coverage of kirk loco was atrocious
00:50:36.680 number one they just ignored him number two if they covered him they called him every name every
00:50:42.380 insult every accusation of racism possible and number three when they reported on the trial a
00:50:49.040 couple of them did they only quoted the prosecution's case so if you relied on the regime
00:50:55.340 media in ireland to know what's going on in ireland you either would not have known about
00:50:59.180 kirk loco's case or you would have thought oh this guy's got no chance he's such a bad dude
00:51:03.600 the prosecution's case is so strong so today when kirk loco wins and when the judge said that the
00:51:10.700 the refugee migrant was completely lying and he had groped these girls and he had faking the whole
00:51:17.920 like this would be stunning this would be out of the blue you wouldn't understand how could i have
00:51:22.560 got it so wrong well the reason is because the mainstream media was lying to you next letter in
00:51:27.400 the same thing by john 12 who says well said ezra kirk deserves some of that money the government
00:51:32.860 is throwing around in the form of compensation i'm not sure what compensation you're referring to
00:51:37.720 but i know they spend billions of euros on migrants in ireland like it's just out of control it's
00:51:43.760 pretty crazy and i'm glad we had a role there and we have more battles to come hugh fagan he's on
00:51:49.580 trial i don't know if you saw my report the other day from wexford i'm trying to remember all these
00:51:54.580 counties and all these town names it's fun to go exploring but these are important cases i'm glad
00:51:58.740 were involved. Well, that's our show for the day. Until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us here at
00:52:03.740 Rebel World Headquarters, to you at home, good night, and keep fighting for freedom.
