00:01:26.620 Tonight, the man charged with burning down the largest wooden church in New Brunswick
00:01:37.880 has on his own Facebook page a tribute to a friend in jail for fighting a pipeline.
00:01:43.680 And on a video of the church burning, a voice says the friend's name and says,
00:01:48.920 your wish has come true.
00:01:50.760 Oh, it's a tangled story.
00:01:53.080 September 3rd, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.
00:01:56.620 Shame on you, you censorious bug.
00:02:10.200 Last week, I went to Saint-Simon, or Saint-Simon.
00:02:13.800 It's a little Acadian village on the north shore of New Brunswick,
00:02:16.740 about three and a half hours from Moncton.
00:02:18.700 Fishing families, French-speaking, settled by Acadian fishermen,
00:02:22.560 going back to the 1800s.
00:02:24.160 Until the early hours of August 24th, it had a church built in 1917 by the great-grandparents
00:02:32.660 of the people who live there now, the largest wooden church left in the province—christenings,
00:02:37.920 weddings, funerals, concerts even—all in that one building.
00:02:41.960 It was like the central hub of the town.
00:02:44.720 But then the alarm went off around 3.30 in the morning, four fire departments came, didn't
00:02:49.000 matter, it was wood, and it was gone in two hours.
00:02:52.320 the chimney is standing.
00:03:16.920 That's Claudette.
00:03:18.740 She's the co-president of the parish council.
00:03:21.220 she cried when the steeple came down. The police moved pretty quick, and let me give the RCMP
00:03:26.340 credit because that doesn't always happen with church fires in this country. Within hours,
00:03:30.740 they had a suspect, Gilles Mallette, 68 years old, from San Simon itself, charged with arson,
00:03:39.260 remanded in custody. Here's the RCMP news release. He had a bail hearing last Friday in Bathurst,
00:03:47.100 new brunswick it's not done though it's being put over to next monday labor day actually i have to
00:03:53.420 say this the charge is not proven he hasn't entered a plea he's entitled the presumption of
00:03:58.220 innocence same as you or me and there's a publication ban on that upcoming bail hearing
00:04:02.720 so i can't tell you what will be said in the courtroom i don't know myself we're going to
00:04:07.200 send a reporter but i can tell you what's on his facebook page because it's public anyone can look
00:04:13.560 at it i did when i was in san simone everyone told me the same thing they knew him he was a
00:04:19.860 troubled man they said he was a local maybe mentally disturbed nothing to do with anything
00:04:24.840 bigger it wasn't terrorism and i said on the show last week fair enough i mean maybe then the day
00:04:32.600 after my report went up someone wrote to us through our website i'm not going to say who we promised
00:04:37.540 He told us he knew Gilles Mallette, not from New Brunswick, but from British Columbia,
00:04:42.800 from an indigenous community near Lillooet, where Mallette lived for years.
00:04:48.060 Now, our source left that community himself.
00:04:50.540 He said he left because of what was being said there about Christians and about the church.
00:04:57.140 We're going to black out his name.
00:04:58.640 We're not going to tell you the source, but it's very interesting.
00:05:01.460 He said to us, go look at his Facebook page.
00:05:04.440 So we did.
00:05:05.540 Here's Gilles Mallette's profile.
00:05:07.020 picture i mean we showed you some of this last week and we pointed out what he was wearing on
00:05:12.940 his shirt but wasn't until we heard a little bit more from the source that we understood what we
00:05:17.060 were looking at that was him standing beside a war canoe the canoe is named chief dan george the
00:05:22.620 website painted on the trailer is takaya tours that's the tourism company that sail with tooth
00:05:27.380 nation in north vancouver chief dan george was their chief you may remember him from the movies
00:05:33.100 little big man, the outlaw Josie Wales. Now look at the shirt. Ta'a said, warrior up. And then a
00:05:42.220 dash. Ta'a said, warrior up. Who's Ta'a? Well, that's Amy George, Chief Dan George's daughter.
00:05:48.520 She coined warrior up in 2012 at a gathering on the Tsleil-Waututh Reserve to rally people
00:05:55.320 against the Kinder Morgan pipeline. So warrior up was basically, let's go get them. And I mean,
00:06:01.360 She said, put down your game, boys.
00:06:03.040 Turn off your TV sets.
00:06:04.280 It's time to warrior up.
00:06:06.180 It became the battle cry of the whole anti-pipeline movement in BC.
00:06:11.140 That's according to the National Observer, who loved it.
00:06:13.720 They loved the anti-oil protest, anti-pipeline.
00:06:16.020 And Ta-Amy George's son is Reuben George, the man who's led the Tsleil-Waututh fight
00:06:21.360 against Strand Mountain for 15 years.
00:06:23.920 So these are activists.
00:06:26.200 Hold on to that name for a second.
00:06:27.680 Now, here's a post Gilles Malat wrote himself.
00:06:30.200 public march 1st 2025 i thought stacy gallagher was a a girl's name at first when i heard it
00:06:37.660 but it's actually a fella he wrote in honor of my friend stacy gallagher who's in jail because of
00:06:45.220 his fights against the pipeline and gilmanette links to a video he made the coast salish dragon
00:06:51.960 by gilmanette baby eagle that's his name in that world baby eagle who is stacy gallagher again well
00:06:59.200 He's not a private person.
00:07:00.760 He's a public B.C. pipeline protester with a criminal record for it.
00:07:06.500 In March 2021, a B.C. Supreme Court judge sentenced him to 90 days in jail for breaking the Trans Mountain injunction.
00:07:13.320 His supporters called it a disgrace.
00:07:15.680 It was in the papers.
00:07:16.540 So he was hanging out with these people, Gilles Millette's friend, in jail for protesting the pipeline in a criminal manner.
00:07:25.420 Millette honors him with a video.
00:07:27.040 Now watch this.
00:07:29.200 The church of Saint-Simon.
00:07:48.200 The church of Saint-Simon.
00:07:59.200 You wish, you wish come true, you wish came true, it's done, it's done.
00:08:28.480 church is on fire from the road fire trucks are arriving posted by mallet's
00:08:32.380 timeline by an acquaintance around August 30th in the caption on the screen
00:08:37.000 who is Stacy Gallagher that's the church burning there that video was shot from
00:08:43.420 the road in the dark as the fire trucks pull up I was standing right there last
00:08:46.600 week the video is on mallets Facebook timeline and listen to what the man
00:08:50.680 holding the camera says CC Gallagher
00:08:58.480 your wish your wish gone true stacy gallagher your wish has come true that's on the recording
00:09:07.500 i listened to it myself um the friend he honored in march the pipeline fighter in jail the man he
00:09:14.700 made a video for and as the largest wooden church in new brunswick goes up in flames stacy gallagher
00:09:20.180 your wish has come true whose wish what what wish here's stacy gallagher a few weeks ago
00:09:27.060 our source says. August, a Sundance ceremony in the BC interior lying in the front. The two men
00:09:33.620 in the middle of that photo, our source says they're the leaders of that circle. One of them
00:09:37.360 is Reuben George, Ta'a's son. The other is a chief from Lillouet where Mallet lived.
00:09:43.380 And here's a year earlier, same ceremony, back row, there's Gilles Millet. So let me be plain
00:09:48.580 about what's established and what isn't. Established from his own public page, Millet
00:09:53.260 war that sail with tooth battle cry on his chest established he posed with chief dan george's canoe
00:09:58.440 established he called stacy gallagher his criminal friend his friend he made a video in gallagher's
00:10:05.340 honor when gallagher was in jail for fighting a pipeline established from our sources photos
00:10:09.680 he went to the same sundance ceremony as gallagher in a circle our source says is led by reuben george
00:10:14.920 and established on tape as the church burned someone said gallagher's name and your wish
00:10:20.300 has come true now there's still some missing pieces here what's not established is what
00:10:25.180 that wish was and whether mallet is the voice we don't know that and whether any one of those
00:10:29.840 photos knew anything i'm not saying they did but holy smokes is there a lot going on here
00:10:35.160 and take a look at this mallet shirtless red headband red skirt being fed fruit by a man in
00:10:45.840 address but here's what somebody who knows him wrote on mallet's own page just a few days ago
00:10:51.720 over this video of mallet at a ceremony they manipulated him to do their evil work
00:10:58.600 he told them he was going to do such things that's what i presume the t is there
00:11:04.520 now that's not our source that's a second person saying the same thing that our source told us
00:11:10.840 that Mallet told people what he was going to do in advance.
00:11:16.080 He told people, and nobody stopped him.
00:11:19.760 And this past winter, Mallet went further.
00:11:22.380 January, gold Inca headdress, gold cuffs.
00:11:26.120 February, he was a Hawaiian sheep between two elders.
00:11:29.340 April, a man in Andean dress feeding him a leaf
00:11:32.600 in front of an Inca wall.
00:11:34.100 Peru, month by month, deeper in.
00:11:35.980 This guy from San Simone, New Brunswick, was expressing himself, identifying as all these different indigenous leaders around the world, from Peru to Vancouver to Hawaii.
00:11:49.920 So the one troubled man story, maybe, but a troubled man who had a message and an audience and a name he said out loud as the church burned, Stacey Gallagher.
00:12:00.660 Stacey Gallagher.
00:12:05.980 You wish, you wish gone true.
00:12:09.980 A man from Saint-Simon, who everybody knew there, started thinking of himself as a warrior,
00:12:13.980 a Hawaiian king, maybe an Incan king, maybe a BC warrior.
00:12:16.980 He grew up in New Brunswick, but it sure looks like he was radicalized in BC.
00:12:21.980 Here's what someone I bumped into in the streets in Saint-Simon told me.
00:12:35.980 He was living in Vancouver, supposedly with the Indians.
00:12:45.980 He descended once every two or three or four years.
00:12:54.980 He remained three weeks and a month.
00:12:58.980 Okay, let me pull back just for a second.
00:13:12.000 Since 2021, more than 100 churches in Canada
00:13:15.120 have been vandalized, burned,
00:13:17.620 or even burnt to the ground like this one.
00:13:21.160 We've started a campaign to recognize these,
00:13:25.000 to bear witness to them,
00:13:26.500 to go on location and film them
00:13:28.540 so they're not ignored. You know, I think what started it was Trudeau's accusations that our
00:13:33.440 country committed a genocide against indigenous people, that we are all guilty, all to blame,
00:13:38.560 and the church especially. And then that hoax claim, the 215 children's bodies were found in
00:13:44.540 a mass grave at the Kamloops Residential School. Five years later, not one body has been excavated.
00:13:51.040 They refuse to dig. I think they know it would disprove the theory, but churches have been
00:13:55.640 burning across the country and on the strength of that. And Justin Trudeau's own principal
00:13:59.860 secretary, Gerald Butts, said the burnings were, quote, understandable. Understandable, eh?
00:14:06.160 It is unacceptable and wrong that acts of vandalism and arson are being seen across
00:14:14.600 the country, including against Catholic churches. One of my reflections is I understand the anger
00:14:22.360 that's out there against the federal government, against institutions like the Catholic Church.
00:14:27.760 It is real and it is fully understandable, given the shameful history that we're all
00:14:33.900 becoming more and more aware of and engaging ourselves to do better as Canadians.
00:14:41.420 And in that same week, May 2021, here's what Reuben George posted. That's Ta'a's son,
00:14:47.160 the man whose family slogan is on Mallet's shirt. Canada and the church tried to hide this.
00:14:52.360 the catholic church and others did horrific things to children murder three years old three
00:14:57.880 years olds we will never forget the 215 children murdered i'm not going to tell you that a post
00:15:05.980 online caused a fire in new brunswick five years later i don't know that but i know this for five
00:15:12.100 years a story has been told in this country from the prime minister's office to the cbc on down
00:15:17.580 that the catholic church murdered children and buried them in secret it has been repeated at
00:15:23.560 ceremonies in parliament on facebook in the cbc it was never proven and no one in power has ever
00:15:30.460 said stop and now a man who wore that movement slogan who honored its jailed warrior who went
00:15:37.480 all the way to peru and hawaii for more of it is charged with burning down a church and his own
00:15:43.420 friends online are saying that he told them first that is not a random fire that's a fire with a
00:15:51.420 story behind it that's cladette asking me standing in the ash
00:16:13.400 is why she didn't know why the mayor didn't know why the bishop didn't know why the rcmp
00:16:18.840 haven't said yet well now we've got a place to start looking and no one else is going to look
00:16:23.600 the cbc isn't going to phone up stacy gallagher and ask what the wish was radio canada isn't going
00:16:28.700 to lilluit the publication ban makes this easy for everyone to leave alone well we're not leaving
00:16:33.540 it alone i promise you let's sum up we've got 109 year old church the largest wooden church
00:16:37.940 in New Brunswick, gone. Arson, says the fire marshal. Number two, the man charged was a
00:16:42.760 parishioner. He was at mass with them, and his own public Facebook page shows him in BC. Anti-pipeline
00:16:48.960 movement, the Warrior Up shirt, Chief Dan George canoe, tribute to his jailed friend, Stacey
00:16:54.120 Gallagher. Number three, on a video of the fire, on his own timeline, a voice says, Stacey Gallagher,
00:16:59.860 your wish has come true. That is terrifying. Stacey Gallagher.
00:17:08.820 You wish, you wish gone true.
00:17:12.280 Number four, two people who knew him say he told others what he was going to do.
00:17:16.600 And his bail hearing is Monday in Bathurst, New Brunswick.
00:17:20.180 And no one in authority is connecting any of these thoughts.
00:17:24.100 We need to be back in New Brunswick on Monday.
00:17:26.800 Their court is open on Labor Day.
00:17:28.500 I was surprised to find out.
00:17:29.640 I want to send Alexa Lavoie, though, because my French is terrible.
00:17:33.320 And they speak French in Acadia there.
00:17:35.560 I didn't think I did a good job.
00:17:37.300 My trip last week cost more than $1,500 to get out there.
00:17:40.860 It's very expensive to go to a small town in Brunswick.
00:17:43.100 There's only one or two flights a day, and you've got to drive quite a bit.
00:17:47.040 Rebel News doesn't make a dime from Mark Carney's media bailout.
00:17:50.500 If we did, we wouldn't be able to cover this story now, would we?
00:17:53.840 So we have to crowdfund it.
00:17:55.580 If you want to keep us following this story all the way to wherever it goes,
00:18:00.460 can you please help us out at saveourchurches.ca?
00:18:04.180 Chip in whenever you can.
00:18:05.260 And Alexa, I spoke with her just half an hour ago.
00:18:08.400 She is going to go from Montreal, which is actually a little bit closer.
00:18:11.860 She's going to go to Bathurst to cover his bail hearing and whether or not he enters a plea.
00:18:17.080 It'll be interesting, and she'll be limited in what she says because of the publication ban,
00:18:20.860 but she can talk about what's in the public domain, which is what I've done today.
00:18:25.540 By the way, if you know something about Gilles Mallette or Stacey Gallagher or that Sundance camp,
00:18:30.520 write to us too.
00:18:32.140 You can do that from our website.
00:18:33.940 We'll protect your identity.
00:18:35.260 The way we're protecting the man who wrote to us this week.
00:18:38.260 A hundred churches, five years.
00:18:40.900 A country whose establishment just shrugs.
00:18:43.900 Clodette asked me why.
00:18:45.080 I think you and I both know part of the answer.
00:18:47.540 The question is whether anyone with a badge is willing to ask it.
00:18:51.960 Go to saveourchurches.ca
00:18:54.280 take a look at this this is how it was just five years ago we're all in this together
00:19:10.880 we've come so far in the fight against covid it's time to finish this pandemic
00:19:15.000 for good so get vaccinated if you know someone who hasn't talk to them for our kids for our
00:19:21.020 communities, for our economy. It's how we get forward together.
00:19:25.020 Vaccines are safe and effective for use. Vaccines are the best way for you to protect yourself,
00:19:31.020 your family, and your community. So get vaccinated. Let's fight COVID-19 together.
00:19:37.020 To protect yourself, to protect the most fragile of us, to protect the whole population,
00:19:42.020 the best known method is the vaccine. Please be responsible, be solid, make you vaccinated.
00:19:50.020 We all agree getting vaccinated is the way forward.
00:19:55.660 We're all in agreement this is not a partisan issue.
00:19:58.220 So please get vaccinated.
00:19:59.920 We're united and it's time to get the shot.
00:20:03.060 Vaccines save lives.
00:20:04.800 They're how we're going to beat COVID.
00:20:06.540 And it's time for everyone to do it.
00:20:08.740 Get the shot.
00:20:10.000 Get the shot.
00:20:11.560 That was every federal party leader at the leaders debate.
00:20:15.900 In other words, the opposition did not oppose.
00:20:20.020 Just the same way that journalists who were normally skeptical of power became propagandists
00:20:25.340 of power.
00:20:26.340 Doctors who are used to giving a second opinion or even a third opinion were barred from doing
00:20:33.580 so from the colleges of physicians and surgeons.
00:20:37.640 Police were enforcers of these health rules, not crimes, but health rules.
00:20:43.520 And we obeyed the United Nations and their edicts without examining things ourself.
00:20:48.900 I think it was a very dark time and even our courts were of little use. The Supreme Court of Canada refused to take on any COVID-related or lockdown-related cases for years as compared to the United States where their Supreme Court was in the field almost immediately challenging some illiberal lockdowns. Dark days indeed.
00:21:08.980 Well, it's 2026 now, and I'm delighted to tell you, and you may have already heard about it, that a member of parliament named Dean Allison, a member of the Conservative Party for Niagara West, is convening a kind of, I'll call it a truth and reconciliation commission for COVID, for those who were put through the ringer, for those who were disabled because, no, the shots were not safe and effective.
00:21:34.620 Joining us now to talk about his major project is MP Dean Allison.
00:21:39.980 Dean, very nice to have you on the show.
00:21:41.440 Thanks for taking the time.
00:21:42.960 Thanks for having me on.
00:21:44.020 Appreciate it.
00:21:46.120 Our team really dedicated itself to civil liberties during the lockdowns, and we actually
00:21:52.140 brought aboard a number of reporters for whom this was their central issue.
00:21:56.400 One of those people is Tamara Ugolini, our reporter and managing editor.
00:22:00.000 She's going to be covering your commission very closely, and I'm delighted to have you
00:22:04.320 on to brief me and our guests. Can you summarize what your commission is? Who's on it? What will
00:22:12.200 you do? How long will it proceed? Rebel News will be covering it very intensively as a news story,
00:22:19.660 but are there other ways people can follow? Do you have a website? Basically, give us the 101
00:22:24.800 on what's going on. Sure, thanks. So, you know, listen, you know, there's been a whole bunch of
00:22:30.620 countries that have done a bit of a retrospect. I mean, there's been committees, there's been
00:22:35.380 inquiries around the world. About 30 countries have looked into this and have done a bit of a,
00:22:42.360 you know, how did we do? Could we have done better, et cetera, et cetera. Yet here in Canada,
00:22:46.660 we've done absolutely nothing. So this always hasn't really sat well with me. I had people
00:22:51.720 coming in to see me during the pandemic and say, listen, I don't feel comfortable getting
00:22:55.980 vaccinated. They're going to kick me out of my program. They're going to, I can't travel. I can't
00:23:00.640 work, you know, the whole host of things that we heard during that time. And so that, that just
00:23:05.640 never really sat well with me. And then let's fast forward, not even that far. I've had a bunch
00:23:10.680 of people reaching out to me and saying, you know what, Dean, I've experienced some injuries and yet
00:23:14.560 for some reason, I'm not allowed to talk about it. So I've been thinking about this for the last
00:23:18.800 couple of years. And, you know, one of the things that didn't sit well with me was that, you know,
00:23:22.100 as members of parliament, it's our job to listen to people. I mean, that's what I do. I do a bunch
00:23:26.960 of things, but at the very fundamental, what I do is I listen to people and I go to bat for them
00:23:31.480 on behalf of government programs. And so here we had a number of people injured. They've been
00:23:35.320 gaslit. They feel like they've been abandoned. And quite frankly, they haven't even felt comfortable
00:23:40.360 in some circumstances of even raising the issue with their immediate family. And so I thought,
00:23:45.740 how could we encourage this conversation? Because quite frankly, I would be surprised
00:23:51.680 if no MP had ever heard of a vaccine-injured person,
00:23:55.460 like that someone didn't come to their office
00:23:57.420 and talk to them at some point in time.
00:23:59.420 And so I just, as I was thinking about that,
00:24:01.380 I said, well, two things I do for sure
00:24:03.460 is I listen to people and I go to bat for them
00:24:05.320 based on government programs.
00:24:07.320 Why can't we do this publicly?
00:24:09.120 Now, I think that we should probably be looking
00:24:11.420 at a much greater and a deeper inquiry,
00:24:13.860 but I don't have the capacity for that.
00:24:15.720 I don't have subpoena powers.
00:24:17.260 And quite frankly, I'm limited in terms of the budget.
00:24:19.540 This is not an official inquiry,
00:24:21.320 but this is me having witnesses show up that have been injured.
00:24:25.980 This is me talking to people just like I've done privately in my office over a number of years.
00:24:31.280 And so what I did was I set it up so that we could actually hear testimony from people.
00:24:37.140 And what we're doing is we're doing this four days starting on the 8th of September,
00:24:41.220 so after Labor Day, Monday, and we're going to be meeting Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
00:24:45.880 And we're going to have, you know, around 50 witnesses come in and tell their stories.
00:24:50.140 And really what we want to do is just give people permission to tell their stories publicly.
00:24:55.420 Like I said, they feel abandoned.
00:24:57.120 They feel like they've been gaslit.
00:24:58.540 And I think that's reasonable.
00:25:00.440 I don't think there's any way that you can start the healing process with these individuals
00:25:04.600 until you'll actually start and take the time to listen to them.
00:25:07.320 So that's sort of the background of why I was looking at that.
00:25:12.380 Sean Buckley, who's involved with the Natural Health Products Association, was in Ottawa
00:25:17.520 in October.
00:25:18.400 and he was talking to me about a private members bill
00:25:21.260 that one of our conservative members had coming forward
00:25:23.780 on natural health products, which I supported.
00:25:28.000 And we got just sort of a coincidental meeting.
00:25:31.180 And I said, you know, Sean, I've been thinking about this.
00:25:34.160 If I was to move forward with it, would you help me with the mechanics
00:25:36.920 of trying to get witnesses vetted, get people in
00:25:40.260 and help me organize something like that?
00:25:42.280 And they said we were very interested.
00:25:43.940 We went back and forth for a number of months
00:25:45.580 And I was just, you know, I wasn't sure if it would make sense.
00:25:48.780 I didn't know if anyone would show up.
00:25:50.500 And so we finally, in the spring, decided, let's go ahead and give this a shot.
00:25:55.600 And that's sort of how we've moved forward to it.
00:25:58.240 So we set up a website.
00:25:59.340 It's theallisoninquiry.com.
00:26:01.400 It's nothing more complicated than that.
00:26:03.980 We actually started talking about it.
00:26:05.980 We've had three press conferences.
00:26:07.760 People started actually going online and filling out the forms.
00:26:10.860 We've had over 1,400 people.
00:26:13.080 Think about that for one second.
00:26:15.100 over 1400 people that have actually to date said they want to tell their story publicly
00:26:21.640 is this just focused sorry to interrupt dean is this just focused on the vaccine injuries or are
00:26:27.140 there other yeah okay so it wouldn't be uh would that would that extend to say someone who was
00:26:32.880 fired for not taking the jab that so that's a different thing you're focused on the folks who
00:26:37.920 were actually injured and god forbid some of them were actually killed and you know what's
00:26:43.500 interesting and i'd like you to speak to this for one second you saw that clip of five years ago
00:26:49.200 where the official line was these are safe and effective and anyone who disagreed was called a
00:26:54.740 conspiracy theorist a troublemaker fake news we felt that by the way as a broadcaster because
00:27:01.020 youtube and facebook would correct you if you said well no actually these are not completely safe and
00:27:08.520 completely effective so today even though the government itself acknowledges there were
00:27:14.920 vaccine injuries even though there are some funds set aside to to compensate vaccine injured people
00:27:21.820 even to this day to talk about vaccine injuries people are still tapping back to that earlier
00:27:28.600 cult of saying no these are safe and effective no no no and people who dare speak up are almost
00:27:35.280 treated like kooks even though they were injured by the government well you know and i've been
00:27:40.880 gaslit a bit by uh by the government in terms of you know even me having these conversations
00:27:45.300 and it's by the government's own records uh as well like you you think about it it's public
00:27:49.840 health records that have indicated there's almost 60 000 people that have been injured i think the
00:27:54.480 number is much higher and i can tell you why i think that in a little bit and from those 60 000
00:27:59.120 over 11 000 seriously 3 500 people actually got into the program 3 000 were accepted
00:28:05.160 and only 252 people were compensated.
00:28:08.720 So out of 60,000 people, that's 0.4 of a percent.
00:28:12.900 And I just want to give a shout out to Tamara Ugolini,
00:28:15.900 who's actually done yeoman service on this.
00:28:17.880 You know, I was talking about a global news article
00:28:20.440 over and over in my interviews.
00:28:22.440 And when I talked to her for an interview a couple of weeks ago,
00:28:25.280 she said, you know, those were my freedom of information requests.
00:28:28.680 That was all the legwork that I did.
00:28:30.180 I said, thank you very much.
00:28:31.620 Because if it wasn't for her work,
00:28:33.460 We may not even know how ineffective or how inefficient or how, quite frankly, incompetent the Vaccine Injury Support Program was.
00:28:41.480 And so the information that was able to be gleaned from that, once again, $55 million set aside, over $35 million went to overhead.
00:28:50.280 So think about that.
00:28:51.360 A program designed to help those the most vulnerable, those that were injured, those that took the vaccine for a variety of different reasons, some were coerced, some did it because they thought they were doing their part,
00:29:02.440 Some did it because they thought it was safe and effective.
00:29:05.200 Those individuals that were supposed to actually get compensation because they did what they were told to do, what they're expected to do, in some cases what they were forced to do, ended up with less than a third of the funds from that program.
00:29:18.280 That's completely and totally unacceptable.
00:29:21.160 And so I thought – go ahead, Ezra.
00:29:23.260 I was going to say that's like if you sent foreign aid to some corrupt third world dictatorship, you'd be worried about half the money being skimmed off the top.
00:29:31.400 well, that just happened in Canada is what I'm hearing from you. You know, I'm old enough to
00:29:35.060 remember the hepatitis C scandal involving Canada's national blood supply. And I remember
00:29:40.700 Alan Rock, the health minister, fighting so hard against the victims who went to get blood and were
00:29:46.740 injected with this deadly disease. And the government, I don't know what it was, if it was
00:29:52.400 pride or they didn't want to admit they were wrong or they, or they just, I don't know, or I don't
00:29:57.160 know why but they fought tooth and nail to avoid compensating those people they had poisoned
00:30:02.380 it really feels the same now um i don't know you know you said 60 000 were injured plus
00:30:09.900 i think it's probably a lot more because people you know were told no that's not you know all
00:30:16.680 the official institutions their job was to minimize problems from the uh vaccine but to maximize
00:30:26.560 the problem from the virus itself i remember a case where someone who fell off a ladder
00:30:32.880 was their cause of death was entered as covid and the explanation was well because they were
00:30:38.860 weak because of covid and you know they did everything to you know for example if someone
00:30:45.280 died with covid that was counted as a covid death instead of being dying from covid do you see the
00:30:51.880 difference and they did this to pump up the numbers to scare people as much as possible but
00:30:58.820 now on the other side they diminish the victims as much as possible tell me a little bit about that
00:31:05.120 i don't you know i know you're going to bring out evidence in your commission but uh i've heard that
00:31:10.320 it's very difficult for vaccine injured people to get compensation there the government goes to
00:31:16.340 extremes to define them out of the category well you raise a good point and that's you know one of
00:31:24.080 the reasons we're doing this i think people look at those numbers and say well obviously not that
00:31:28.960 many people were injured you know etc etc but you know we had dr charles hoff who i'm sure you're
00:31:33.920 well aware of at our last press conference and he said you know i actually had let's say here's a
00:31:39.200 guy that you know had a community of first nations and in linden bc he's he worked with 1100 people
00:31:45.940 he's known these people for 20, 30 years. He knows exactly who they are and their health issues,
00:31:51.720 et cetera, et cetera. And over 14 people had got injured and he wrote reports. Now this is not for
00:31:57.840 the injury program. This is just to get them on the numbers list in terms of being injured from
00:32:03.440 COVID vaccines. And what he said was, is that the forms were returned. They were denied. And it was,
00:32:10.380 there are nine pages imagine a nine pages that a doctor in his own time not compensated for not
00:32:16.580 part of the workday was required to fill out and then at the end of the day he said i just stopped
00:32:22.040 trying to fill out the forms because they kept getting rejected over and over again he said i
00:32:25.860 have over almost 30 injured people and i have not been able to submit those forms that's one story
00:32:31.520 that doesn't talk about the vaccine injury compensation program where people once again
00:32:36.760 have filled out forums. They've been gaslit. The forums have been returned. They've been denied
00:32:42.700 without reasons. There's absolutely no rhyme or reason. You know, the files have been lost.
00:32:47.100 They say we need more information. And then there's lack of follow through. So Ezra,
00:32:51.640 there's no doubt in my mind that a number of these individuals have continued to be gaslit
00:32:56.280 after they did what they were expected to do, what they thought they were doing to do their part
00:33:01.600 for society. And I think, you know, that's a challenge. And I think, you know, most people
00:33:05.700 would not understand that right not everyone that took the vaccine got injured but the reality is
00:33:10.520 there's some people that get they got injured very severely and our things have happened very poorly
00:33:15.820 for them and yet somehow we're not supposed to talk about that somehow we're not supposed to
00:33:20.580 raise it and you know when they go to try and get compensation so once again it's not that the
00:33:24.980 government doesn't think that people were injured they admit it because these are stats they're
00:33:30.820 putting them through the ringer it's it's like how they treat veterans who absolutely so you know
00:33:35.700 that's the challenge so we want to shine a light on that so people begin to understand what exactly
00:33:40.660 these individuals have had to go through um i got a few questions for you about the actual
00:33:46.640 inquiry itself so where will it physically be held will it be in parliament in the convention center
00:33:52.380 where where will it take place geographically it's going to take place on parliament hill
00:33:56.360 it will we'll be in a committee room oh you'll actually be in in parliament itself well that's
00:34:00.520 good and will you have will you have the uh the translators and the the cameras and so okay so
00:34:06.600 this is this is actually going to be in parliament so that's good yes no it's exactly and um how can
00:34:13.560 ordinary people participate uh can you get tickets to attend or is there no room and there's really
00:34:19.280 i've been in some of those committee rooms they're not meant to have a ton of people they have maybe
00:34:22.800 50 seats in the gallery uh can people go or is it just to be consumed by watching online yeah i
00:34:30.500 I think we'd love to have more people.
00:34:33.260 We've already moved committee rooms once to a much larger committee room,
00:34:36.540 and so we've got one of the larger ones right now.
00:34:39.780 But those spots are safe for those that are injured.
00:34:42.920 With over 1,400 people applying to the program,
00:34:46.200 and unfortunately not many being able to.
00:34:49.060 You know what?
00:34:49.520 Having the asset of that, I mean, those rooms are the ultimate meeting rooms.
00:34:53.340 I mean, of course, they're for Parliament.
00:34:54.660 So you have excellent audiovisual.
00:34:56.920 You've got the interpreters.
00:34:58.880 It's built for action.
00:35:00.160 So it's not built for, you know, sightseers or spectators, but that's not it's not it's not stadium seating.
00:35:06.640 Yeah. Well, you're doing it the right way. Now, let me ask you a question.
00:35:09.560 I think I know it. Know the answer before I put it to you.
00:35:12.020 But I should ask anyways. My experience during COVID times was people of every partisan stripe were alarmed.
00:35:21.200 You had Green Party members who said, hey, I believe in natural health.
00:35:25.440 I take care of my body. I watch what I eat. I don't want to have an untested jab.
00:35:29.980 That's sort of a Green Party way of looking at the world.
00:35:32.180 They're not for big pharma.
00:35:33.780 Green voters hate big pharma.
00:35:35.960 The NDP, they believe in collective bargaining and contracts.
00:35:40.600 And just because the boss man says you've got to get a jab or you're fired,
00:35:44.300 well, if it's not in the collective agreement, you don't have the right to do it.
00:35:46.980 But the NDP sold out the working class.
00:35:49.720 And the liberals, who used to say, my body, my choice.
00:35:53.920 At least when it came to things like abortion.
00:35:56.680 But not my body, my choice when it comes to the jab.
00:35:59.200 So you had people from all sorts of political backgrounds who suddenly felt themselves alienated.
00:36:05.120 So here's my question.
00:36:07.320 Is any other party participating with you in this inquiry and making it multi-partisan or non-partisan?
00:36:16.200 So we purposely wanted to make this a non-partisan event.
00:36:20.820 Once again, we don't want to assign blame.
00:36:22.620 We want to actually listen.
00:36:24.080 There could be a time for that another day.
00:36:26.080 But really, we just want to hear from the injured.
00:36:27.640 So we did everything in our power to make it as appealing for as many people to come and listen, because really, it's vaccine-injured people from all different ridings across the country, all different stripes of parties, you know, people that would support, not support different parties.
00:36:43.260 So we've invited everybody from Parliament, and we've done it multiple times.
00:36:48.120 So far to date, there has been no uptake from any of the other parties.
00:36:52.880 And like I said, we just wanted to make sure it was accessible to everybody.
00:36:56.380 There are people that have been chosen to come that, you know, have liberal writings or NDP or block or whatever the case may be.
00:37:04.220 And so we reached out to them specifically and said, you've got a constituent that's going to be there and we'd love for you to be there.
00:37:10.760 And I'm sure your constituent would love for you to be there as well.
00:37:14.980 A couple more things.
00:37:15.920 I appreciate you giving me so much time today.
00:37:17.620 And I know I'm asking sort of junior level questions that others who follow the case very seriously, like my friend Tamara Ligalini.
00:37:24.020 I mean, she's this is her beat.
00:37:25.620 so um i'm sort of a an amateur of this stuff but uh um do you you plan to publish like a book or
00:37:34.080 or like what what would the output be of this besides the process in real time is it going to
00:37:40.380 be transcripts like the actual verbatim transcripts uh what are you going to do at the end of it when
00:37:45.260 you have all this commentary and evidence so we we originally said we were not going to make any
00:37:50.460 recommendations but we've had questions as are just like you're asking right now you're going to
00:37:54.720 hear all this testimony, what are you going to do?
00:37:56.880 Well, I think that probably as we hear the testimony unravel over the four days,
00:38:02.620 we should probably at the very least, you know, come up with some findings.
00:38:06.440 Like, you know, people's experience.
00:38:07.840 You know, we're going to ask people.
00:38:08.600 Even just summarize.
00:38:09.780 Like, you don't have to make a recommendation if you at least summarize, you know.
00:38:12.960 Absolutely.
00:38:13.680 So I think there's a very real possibility that at the very least we should have a look at that.
00:38:17.880 And, of course, you know, we even talk about the people that are still applying to come to the inquiry.
00:38:22.820 Like, there are no more spots.
00:38:24.380 As I said, the request and the turnout has been astronomical, over 1,400 people, but we still want to hear people's stories.
00:38:34.500 So even if people can't come and testify in person, we want to make a physical record of the fact that people were actually injured.
00:38:41.680 So yes, that is something that we would like to do.
00:38:45.120 One last question, and I think I know the answer on this one too.
00:38:49.340 What has the media reaction been?
00:38:52.180 And as I've said several times, our friend Tamara Ugolini is going full tilt on this.
00:38:56.300 We're going to be clipping video in real time for all our viewers for whom this is an important issue.
00:39:02.140 We've got you covered.
00:39:03.120 I think we're going to put more resources on this than anyone.
00:39:06.240 But how about, let's say, the CBC State Broadcaster or CTV or Global or newspapers?
00:39:14.220 Are they coming at all even just to mock or are they ignoring it?
00:39:17.800 Which are they doing? Coming to be negative?
00:39:19.100 coming to it's interesting that independent media and uh especially you guys have been very
00:39:24.140 supportive and we thank you for that it's important to tell people stories uh so independent media has
00:39:29.120 been very good uh we've had a couple stories there's been one uh from global and ctv wrote
00:39:34.560 did a story did a new story so were they fairly straight were they straight down the middle
00:39:38.800 they were asking some tough questions uh but you know at the end of the day i they were a lot of
00:39:43.500 the uh content was on the injured and that's what we want to focus on we want this to be about the
00:39:48.080 They probably are deniers, and I mean that literally, they probably deny, because the thing is, if someone was vaccine injured, that means that people who believed it was safe and effective bought a lie, and that's so much cognitive dissonance.
00:40:05.400 If you believed that these things were safe and effective, and if you in fact became, some people became sort of enforcers, little petty enforcers and snitches, and this was their new personality, which jab are you on? I'm on my 14th booster.
00:40:21.920 This was such a core part of the identity of a whole class of people that the idea that someone actually was injured or even killed by this, they can't process it because to do so would mean a repudiation of everything they thought, said and did.
00:40:38.060 They can't process it.
00:40:39.160 They can't handle it.
00:40:39.840 So they have to lash out and say conspiracy theorists, kooks, quacks.
00:40:44.680 That's what I think is going on.
00:40:47.100 Have you had any of that?
00:40:48.340 Like what's the CBC said?
00:40:49.620 uh the cbc hasn't said much and as i said there's been a couple stories i've had joe warmington
00:40:56.120 reach out to me over x so it's not sure he's with the toronto sun but he's got that independent
00:41:00.740 spirit um absolutely and he said that he would be there to cover that's good i'm hoping that
00:41:06.160 there's a few more uh mainstream that actually shows up and we will not know like i said when
00:41:11.100 we did our third press conference ezra we had someone from the toronto star we had a couple
00:41:15.780 reporters from CTV. We had someone from CPAC. That was more than we had at the first two press
00:41:20.660 conferences when you guys were talking about it and the Western Standard was talking about it
00:41:25.180 and pretty much nobody else. So we're really hopeful that people will come out and have a
00:41:29.520 listen to what's going on. We want to put pressure on the government. We want the government to
00:41:33.540 actually fund the vaccine, the new program, whatever that's going to look like. And we
00:41:38.380 want to make it easier for people to access. And I think by telling people's stories, we hope to
00:41:42.580 put pressure on them to take a second look at that program and do a better job in delivering
00:41:47.120 that. Well, Dean, I'm delighted to hear about all this. I'm very glad that you're pursuing this.
00:41:53.820 The government's response really reminds me of how they mistreat our veterans,
00:41:58.320 especially with things like PTSD, actually offering them MAID instead of offering them help.
00:42:02.820 It reminds me, and I'm of the vintage where I remember the liberal government trying to close
00:42:08.540 the door on those who were injured through hepatitis c blood transfusions and there's a
00:42:13.360 grudgingness there's a refusal there's a i mean the word denier you know i don't use like using
00:42:20.120 that word a lot but that's what's going on here and hopefully your commission of inquiry really
00:42:25.540 will shine a light on it and as i've said several times rebel news will be there big time thanks
00:42:31.300 so much for taking the time with us i wish you good luck and we'll be following it and thanks
00:42:36.400 for uh thanks for the coverage next week right on our pleasure there he is dean allison the
00:42:40.680 convener of this important inquiry i'm so glad he's doing it aren't you stay with us your letters
00:42:46.560 to me next hey welcome back your letters to me uh this was about the story yesterday about the
00:43:00.400 Canadian Armed Forces, hiring a surveyor to hunt right-wingers in its midst, including those who
00:43:07.760 have a Make Canada Great Again hat. Chuck Canuck says, when I was a member of the Armed Forces,
00:43:13.060 even if I owned that, I wouldn't have said I did. You always learn how to keep your answers
00:43:16.800 neutral in the military. Yeah, I mean, it sounds like they were being forced to answer them,
00:43:21.200 though. And if they answered wrong, they'd have to deal with the military police. What a gross
00:43:25.100 way to treat our soldiers. Bernard Tenpast says, how long is Carney locking people up for memes?
00:43:31.920 Yeah, he's, you know, he really has censorship in his blood, as do most of his cabinet. I fear
00:43:37.100 the worst is to come in that department. We haven't seen it yet. They're going to go at us heavy.
00:43:42.220 Happy Camper says, the daily struggle between wanting to stay informed and not wanting to
00:43:46.500 feel the press is all the time. You know, don't get blackpilled. And I'm, I tell you these stories
00:43:51.480 because I think they're important for people to hear,
00:43:53.720 but we do try and fight back,
00:43:55.460 and even telling the stories is a form of fighting back,
00:43:57.680 don't you think?
00:43:59.080 Well, that's our show for the day.
00:44:00.920 Until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us here
00:44:02.680 at Rebel World Headquarters, to you at home,
00:44:04.780 good night, and keep fighting for freedom.
