Rebel News Podcast - EZRA LEVANT ｜ Pastor Artur Pawlowski Special

00:00:00.000 Tonight, the Newsmaker of the Year, Pastor Arthur Pavlovsky.

00:00:05.280 It's December 29th, and this is The Ezra LeVant Show.

00:00:10.260 Why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer I know?

00:00:14.060 There's 8,500 customers here, and you won't give them an answer.

00:00:18.140 The only thing I have to say to the government about why I publish it

00:00:21.660 is because it's my bloody right to do so.

00:00:23.980 The police had to send an officer to a church this Easter weekend

00:00:37.020 where the leader of the gathering reportedly shouted at the health inspector.

00:00:46.840 We're being destroyed. People are being destroyed, and they're seeking help.

00:00:52.880 They're coming to a place where they think that there are some answers.

00:00:57.260 This is not an event. This is not your technique in the neighborhood for a part of it.

00:01:03.640 We are providing necessities of life to those that you and your bosses refuse to watch.

00:01:11.500 And we're shutting it down and arresting people for simply being humans and trying to do harm.

00:01:18.180 The doors are open. Anyone welcome is welcome to come in.

00:01:25.140 And our government right now is with Satan.

00:01:28.480 Our government has given their soul to the demons, to Satan.

00:01:34.520 For a bowl of soup, for comfort. I don't know what they're doing.

00:01:37.580 I have a choice.

00:01:58.540 I can say, okay, take them, or I can resist.

00:02:03.200 I've chosen to resist.

00:02:05.160 I've received confirmation that after leaving worship today,

00:02:08.300 Pastor Artur Palowski was pulled over on his way home and arrested.

00:02:12.160 A pastor in Alberta for the second time has been arrested simply for preaching.

00:02:16.660 No, I do not, you know.

00:02:18.320 No, and don't treasure me. Kill me. 1.00

00:02:21.020 That's unacceptable. That's unacceptable. That's unacceptable. Any standards. 1.00

00:02:29.440 And I always say to people, you don't have to like me. Just look what is going on.

00:02:33.600 They dragged me. They put me like a piece of meat behind a police vehicle.

00:02:38.620 And I don't think they've done it legally. I think this was unlawful arrest.

00:02:43.060 We had never a chance to examine the court order.

00:02:47.660 Look what's going on. Open your eyes. Open your ears and see what's really going on.

00:02:55.360 Someone sent our property on fire. Someone wants us dead. 0.91

00:03:00.360 I'm thinking, my God, how evil you have to become.

00:03:04.540 After returning from a long speaking engagement, authorities closed in and took him into custody

00:03:09.700 before he could even say hello to his family.

00:03:12.760 We have footage of that troubling arrest here for you now.

00:03:21.400 How wicked in your heart that you would send someone to rot in jail for the rest of my life

00:03:29.340 on this side of eternity for feeding the poor and for opening a church.

00:03:34.800 That's not just a job. That's a lifestyle.

00:03:37.820 As a pastor, as a shepherd, I have to be with my people.

00:03:41.140 I have to be with the people that are coming, the people that are trusting me,

00:03:44.940 the people that have been depressed, suicidal, and now their hope is being restored.

00:03:50.020 And they need a leader. They need their shepherds to be with them.

00:03:54.660 That's where I belong. Every pastor belongs with his people.

00:03:58.960 There you have it.

00:04:00.300 Part of a documentary video prepared by our Rebel News journalist about Arthur Pawlowski.

00:04:06.680 I'm going to call Arthur the Newsmaker of the Year,

00:04:11.200 and he joins us now for a special in-depth interview.

00:04:14.960 Pastor Arthur Pawlowski, pleasure to talk to you.

00:04:18.940 It has been not just a year, but I'd say a year and a half

00:04:22.640 of such terrible and horrible but also wonderful times

00:04:27.940 in terms of human spirit resisting.

00:04:31.420 I never thought I would live through such an age.

00:04:33.940 How about you? You're Polish. Maybe you did think you would live through such an age. 1.00

00:04:40.560 You know, the reason we escaped Poland, 0.98

00:04:45.060 the reason we decided to leave everything behind,

00:04:48.980 and you've got to remember my parents lost everything.

00:04:51.980 When they made the decision that it's time to take their children,

00:04:55.840 me and my brother David, to another country,

00:04:58.400 they had to leave everything behind, the whole life,

00:05:01.160 everything they worked for, for a hope,

00:05:04.280 for a better tomorrow,

00:05:06.180 for a notion that maybe one day

00:05:09.240 we will be living in a country that has sanity.

00:05:13.760 We escaped communism to come to Greece,

00:05:17.440 and I will never forget that meeting I had in embassy

00:05:20.940 with my parents and my brother David

00:05:22.880 when we were told, come to Canada, sell everything.

00:05:25.900 We used to have a very prosperous business in Greece.

00:05:29.100 Sell everything you have, come to Canada. 1.00

00:05:30.880 Canada is the freest nation on earth,

00:05:34.620 and I was told in Canada,

00:05:36.720 no one will ever persecute you for your faith.

00:05:40.420 So here we are today.

00:05:42.080 I would never imagine I'll have to relive history,

00:05:45.880 and that's exactly what we're witnessing.

00:05:47.980 We are repeating, or they are repeating history

00:05:52.580 in front of our very own eyes.

00:05:55.540 Yeah.

00:05:55.980 Well, you know, I mentioned that you're Polish by heritage.

00:06:01.940 People can probably tell from your name and your accent,

00:06:04.920 but I think that goes to your understanding of freedom and tyranny,

00:06:09.580 including the restriction of religious freedom.

00:06:13.760 You mentioned the communists and before them the Nazis 0.89

00:06:17.720 that occupied Poland,

00:06:20.580 but there were great Polish heroes,

00:06:23.400 including, I would put, Pope John Paul II in there,

00:06:26.260 who deliberately went to Poland

00:06:28.900 when it was under Soviet domination

00:06:30.900 to resist the tyranny,

00:06:33.400 and he lit a flame that, of course,

00:06:35.400 went on to free the whole, you know, Soviet bloc,

00:06:39.840 the Warsaw Pact, as it was called.

00:06:41.480 So I think maybe the fact that you're from Poland

00:06:44.660 and that if not you yourself,

00:06:46.960 even your parents have a memory of that subjugation,

00:06:52.260 I think that my theory as an outsider

00:06:54.900 is that probably influences your thinking on this.

00:06:58.640 Am I right?

00:07:00.020 Oh, 100%.

00:07:00.780 I mean, when you grew up in hell

00:07:03.160 and communism and socialism is hell on earth,

00:07:07.440 it's a godless society where the government,

00:07:09.860 where the state is your new god

00:07:12.380 that you are to worship at every corner,

00:07:16.000 everywhere you go,

00:07:17.180 either in universities, schools, media,

00:07:20.440 or a political or, you know, court system,

00:07:23.960 everywhere you go,

00:07:25.020 you can see the god that you are commanded to worship.

00:07:28.500 So when you grew up in hell

00:07:30.280 and you finally come out of hell, 0.60

00:07:33.500 the last thing you want to see

00:07:34.920 is the hell coming close to you or your children. 0.78

00:07:38.280 That's why I'm so much on fire

00:07:40.380 against this new tyranny

00:07:42.340 that I'm willing to lay down my life

00:07:44.720 to fight this injustice.

00:07:47.020 If not for myself, I mean,

00:07:48.660 we're getting older as rabbi,

00:07:50.800 you know, every day closer to the departure,

00:07:53.360 I would say,

00:07:54.160 but I have three children

00:07:55.200 and I'm looking at their eyes,

00:07:57.220 I'm looking at them,

00:07:58.260 what kind of a future,

00:07:59.320 what kind of a nation

00:08:00.300 am I willing to leave behind?

00:08:03.020 What is going to be Arthur Pawlowski's legacy

00:08:05.900 or Ezra's Levant's of today legacy?

00:08:09.480 What kind of a nation

00:08:10.380 are we going to give it to the next generation?

00:08:12.900 Tyranny, communist, socialist, fascism hybrid,

00:08:16.200 or freedom?

00:08:17.720 Freedom for the people to be able to choose,

00:08:20.420 to be humans,

00:08:21.320 to have that ability,

00:08:24.260 because you see, we're not dogs,

00:08:25.920 we're not white tails in the bushes,

00:08:28.000 we're humans,

00:08:28.960 and we should be left with that choice

00:08:30.920 to pick, to choose our future ourselves,

00:08:34.620 not the government or unelected officials

00:08:37.220 like we're seeing right now.

00:08:39.380 You know, you and I had met

00:08:41.600 before this pandemic crisis.

00:08:44.620 We've met several times,

00:08:46.080 and I know that you had been harassed

00:08:48.520 by police in Calgary

00:08:49.880 for your on-the-street charity work.

00:08:53.120 They're not used to that, I guess.

00:08:55.060 They should be used to it.

00:08:56.020 You've been doing it for decades.

00:08:57.720 Let me say it again.

00:08:58.500 They don't like that.

00:08:59.500 They don't like the fact

00:09:00.540 that you're on the streets of Calgary

00:09:02.300 giving food,

00:09:03.900 and I think maybe the real reason

00:09:06.340 they don't like you

00:09:07.040 is the Christian aspect.

00:09:10.260 So I was aware of you,

00:09:11.880 and we had met and spoken a few times,

00:09:13.860 and back at Sun News Network also,

00:09:16.680 but I want to show you the video

00:09:18.800 that really flipped the switch for me,

00:09:22.660 and this was, I think,

00:09:23.760 in March or April of 2020.

00:09:26.040 The pandemic lockdown was very new.

00:09:29.820 I would say normally

00:09:32.200 I would give the police

00:09:33.820 the benefit of the doubt

00:09:34.860 that they didn't know

00:09:35.680 what the laws really meant,

00:09:36.920 that they didn't know

00:09:38.360 how to enforce them,

00:09:39.180 but all these cops know you

00:09:41.180 because they've been harassing you

00:09:42.960 literally for decades.

00:09:43.880 The pandemic lockdowns

00:09:46.180 just gave them new tools,

00:09:47.660 so they ticketed you

00:09:49.740 about a thousand bucks

00:09:51.020 for feeding the homeless,

00:09:52.660 calling it an illegal gathering.

00:09:55.540 That's bad enough,

00:09:56.700 but when they physically

00:09:57.980 pushed you around

00:09:59.060 and said,

00:09:59.440 stay away from me,

00:10:00.460 and they pushed you

00:10:01.360 and pushed you,

00:10:02.100 they were so abusive.

00:10:04.140 I want to show you

00:10:05.080 that videotape

00:10:06.100 because this is the moment

00:10:07.740 something changed for me.

00:10:10.040 Here's your video

00:10:11.080 of the day where you got

00:10:12.700 one of the first

00:10:13.380 pandemic lockdown tickets

00:10:14.960 in Canada.

00:10:16.160 Take a look.

00:10:16.900 This is not an event.

00:10:18.800 This is not your picnic

00:10:20.480 in the neighborhood

00:10:21.480 for the fun of it.

00:10:23.160 We are providing

00:10:24.700 necessities of life

00:10:26.320 to those that you

00:10:28.060 and your bosses

00:10:29.280 refuse to provide.

00:10:30.820 You've got all kinds

00:10:32.480 of events happening right now,

00:10:34.880 and yet the Calgary's finest

00:10:38.140 are not bothering them. 0.55

00:10:41.120 This is the hypocrisy 0.96

00:10:42.460 of this city. 0.98

00:10:43.800 This is the hypocrisy 0.61

00:10:44.920 of our wonderful 0.92

00:10:46.660 fearless leaders.

00:10:48.140 Where is the head

00:10:48.880 named she?

00:10:50.160 The mayor of this city.

00:10:51.680 Can you guys do

00:10:52.540 a respectful social distancing?

00:10:53.820 Who's allowed to do?

00:10:54.560 Stand back from me

00:10:54.980 a little bit.

00:10:55.460 I need feet.

00:10:56.320 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

00:10:57.120 I need feet.

00:10:57.940 Stand back.

00:10:59.020 Okay?

00:10:59.320 Or what? 0.98

00:10:59.720 You're going to f***ing 0.99

00:11:00.440 threaten me and f***ing 0.99

00:11:01.620 a few feet? 0.93

00:11:02.340 Hey, guys,

00:11:03.600 do not do that.

00:11:04.600 Tell him not to touch me.

00:11:06.160 Six feet away for everybody.

00:11:07.700 Back up now.

00:11:08.340 That's for everybody.

00:11:09.640 Pastor Arthur,

00:11:10.320 I saw that,

00:11:11.320 and I had this one moment

00:11:13.240 where I thought

00:11:14.560 it's not enough for us

00:11:15.500 to tell the story

00:11:16.360 journalistically.

00:11:17.380 We can't just be

00:11:18.220 passive or voyeuristic.

00:11:20.160 We have to fix this.

00:11:22.040 It's not enough

00:11:22.580 just to say,

00:11:23.200 hey, guys,

00:11:23.840 look what happened.

00:11:24.840 I was so mad

00:11:26.040 when I saw that.

00:11:27.400 I thought the police

00:11:28.340 were so abusive.

00:11:29.440 I remember when we reached out

00:11:30.680 and we said,

00:11:31.120 well, let's crowdfund a lawyer. 0.99

00:11:33.240 And that was,

00:11:33.640 you were the very first case

00:11:35.720 for our Fight the Fines project.

00:11:38.440 Now we have 2,100 cases.

00:11:41.240 But that moment

00:11:42.500 was when I thought

00:11:43.920 things are out of control

00:11:45.600 and they're going to get bad.

00:11:46.640 Did you think in that moment

00:11:48.260 that something was changing?

00:11:49.600 Or was that just another day

00:11:51.180 in your life for you?

00:11:54.280 No, for sure.

00:11:55.520 I had that sense

00:11:56.920 that we have entered

00:11:58.940 a new era.

00:12:00.080 And that scared me,

00:12:01.780 telling you the truth.

00:12:02.760 You know,

00:12:02.920 people look at Arthur Palosky

00:12:04.500 and they see me roaring

00:12:06.160 left and right

00:12:07.540 and attending rallies

00:12:08.540 and giving speeches.

00:12:09.560 But, you know,

00:12:10.100 I am no different

00:12:11.140 than you and them.

00:12:12.740 I'm just one guy,

00:12:14.820 a human being,

00:12:15.880 a husband,

00:12:16.940 a father of three children.

00:12:18.300 I want to live

00:12:18.980 my life in peace.

00:12:20.040 I'm not looking

00:12:20.820 for this craziness.

00:12:22.980 I'm not looking

00:12:23.640 for a fight.

00:12:24.420 Actually, believe it or not,

00:12:25.500 I am a man of peace.

00:12:26.860 I love to feed the poor,

00:12:29.800 to save as many lives

00:12:30.820 as possible,

00:12:31.500 go home and watch a movie

00:12:32.940 with my wife,

00:12:34.080 eat dinner together.

00:12:35.480 I, you know,

00:12:36.480 believe it or not,

00:12:37.420 I spend most of my time

00:12:39.460 in the office

00:12:40.140 or at home.

00:12:41.160 We're not going out.

00:12:43.240 We are very house-oriented people,

00:12:47.040 family-oriented people.

00:12:48.600 But when they send me,

00:12:49.840 the City Hall sent me a letter

00:12:51.420 in March of 2020

00:12:52.880 telling me I have to stop

00:12:54.820 feeding the poor

00:12:55.660 because we are in the middle

00:12:56.800 of the greatest pandemic

00:12:58.200 of all times,

00:12:59.340 something just didn't look right.

00:13:02.540 I mean,

00:13:02.820 if we truly are

00:13:04.380 in the middle of this crisis,

00:13:06.220 as you say,

00:13:07.220 I replied,

00:13:08.200 then our services

00:13:09.580 are needed more than ever.

00:13:11.980 If you're shutting down shelters,

00:13:13.720 if you're kicking those people out

00:13:15.380 and now they're forced

00:13:16.620 to live under the bridges

00:13:17.900 in the bushes,

00:13:18.940 then we are needed

00:13:20.060 more than ever,

00:13:21.200 soup kitchens.

00:13:21.760 So I said,

00:13:22.860 it's just your narration

00:13:24.280 of the story.

00:13:25.580 It's just I'm not buying it.

00:13:27.320 So I appealed it

00:13:28.160 to the Premier, Jason Kenney.

00:13:29.740 I appealed it

00:13:30.460 to the Minister of Justice

00:13:31.780 and every other minister

00:13:33.240 I could find.

00:13:34.480 And of course,

00:13:35.020 they did not even care

00:13:36.380 to reply to me.

00:13:37.960 Instead,

00:13:38.920 you saw the police officers

00:13:41.020 with health inspectors

00:13:42.280 and the bylaw officers

00:13:43.720 coming and brutally

00:13:45.300 cracking on us.

00:13:46.820 For what?

00:13:48.040 There was more of the police

00:13:49.920 than of the homeless people.

00:13:51.420 It was a very extremely cold day.

00:13:53.980 People were coming,

00:13:54.860 grabbing the soup,

00:13:55.780 a sandwich,

00:13:56.440 and off they go.

00:13:57.420 There was no crowds.

00:13:58.780 There was no big lineups

00:14:00.040 that day.

00:14:00.920 And that showed me,

00:14:02.120 okay, behold,

00:14:03.760 they have just found

00:14:04.880 a new way

00:14:05.820 to implement tyranny.

00:14:07.880 That's how they're

00:14:08.580 going to do it.

00:14:09.300 They have brought

00:14:10.080 an invisible enemy.

00:14:11.420 Because if the Chinese 1.00

00:14:12.340 would attack us,

00:14:13.500 if the Russians

00:14:14.280 would attack us,

00:14:15.100 you know who you're

00:14:16.480 fighting with.

00:14:17.200 But how do you fight

00:14:18.320 an invisible enemy

00:14:19.780 that they say exists,

00:14:21.400 but you cannot

00:14:22.060 really prove it.

00:14:23.020 And if you have the proof,

00:14:24.400 they will not allow you

00:14:25.600 to bring that proof

00:14:26.900 because the mainstream media

00:14:28.580 propaganda machinery

00:14:29.840 is completely shut off

00:14:32.360 to anyone that dares

00:14:35.080 to preach or speak

00:14:37.040 the truth.

00:14:37.660 And I knew we have entered

00:14:39.340 a very dangerous era,

00:14:41.440 a repetition of history.

00:14:43.480 That's how they're going

00:14:44.260 to try to implement

00:14:45.460 slavery globally.

00:14:47.100 And that scared me.

00:14:48.100 And I decided that said,

00:14:49.380 if I'm not going to rise up

00:14:50.800 and fight all the way

00:14:52.980 through, we're done.

00:14:55.900 I noticed from

00:14:58.260 the very beginning,

00:14:59.460 I mean, in the first few weeks,

00:15:00.660 no one really knew

00:15:01.540 what was going on.

00:15:02.440 But they said two weeks

00:15:03.860 to flatten the curve

00:15:04.700 and two weeks went by

00:15:05.800 and nothing was overwhelmed.

00:15:08.060 I remember in the United States,

00:15:09.900 Donald Trump sailed

00:15:10.740 two giant Navy hospital ships,

00:15:13.920 one to Los Angeles,

00:15:15.220 one in New York.

00:15:15.880 They were going to take

00:15:17.140 all the overflow

00:15:18.020 from the hospitals

00:15:19.800 that were filling up.

00:15:22.900 They never even took a patient.

00:15:24.620 I remember in America,

00:15:25.720 the Army Engineer Corps

00:15:26.940 was turning convention centers

00:15:29.620 into hospitals.

00:15:30.900 They were never used.

00:15:32.320 So after two weeks,

00:15:33.280 I thought, oh, okay,

00:15:34.120 we dodged that bullet.

00:15:35.160 Thank goodness.

00:15:36.260 But things didn't stop.

00:15:38.700 They only ratcheted up.

00:15:39.960 And I quickly noticed that,

00:15:41.660 for example,

00:15:43.420 Walmart didn't have to lock down.

00:15:45.880 Costco didn't have to lock down.

00:15:47.860 Liquor stores and,

00:15:49.900 I don't know about casinos,

00:15:51.320 but liquor stores

00:15:51.980 didn't have to lock down.

00:15:53.060 Marijuana stores,

00:15:54.240 of which there are plenty out here,

00:15:55.720 at least, didn't lock down.

00:15:57.280 But your church

00:15:58.840 had to lock down.

00:16:00.800 I could never square the fact

00:16:03.020 that giant big box stores

00:16:05.840 with hundreds

00:16:07.000 or possibly thousands of people

00:16:09.180 were fine to stay open,

00:16:11.160 but mom-and-pop shops

00:16:13.120 and churches had to close.

00:16:14.560 I never understood that.

00:16:17.600 And, you know,

00:16:18.380 the same here.

00:16:19.860 I remember I took my son.

00:16:21.320 He needed a new bed.

00:16:22.580 And so we went to,

00:16:24.060 in the middle of the craziness,

00:16:26.340 where all the lockdowns

00:16:27.720 were down,

00:16:28.900 to Ikea.

00:16:30.320 And I remember,

00:16:31.020 I'll never forget

00:16:31.720 that I actually did a video.

00:16:33.060 And at the entrance of Ikea,

00:16:35.820 it said,

00:16:37.180 only 480 people allowed.

00:16:40.320 And I'm thinking,

00:16:40.920 my God,

00:16:41.660 I can bring here

00:16:42.920 my entire church

00:16:44.100 and half of the neighborhood.

00:16:45.940 And we are perfectly safe and okay.

00:16:48.900 And the health inspectors

00:16:49.940 are okay with that.

00:16:51.080 But I cannot have my brother

00:16:52.700 for dinner

00:16:53.880 because if I dare to do that,

00:16:56.300 the police will come

00:16:57.260 and arrest us

00:16:58.060 and give us,

00:16:59.000 like I was told many times,

00:17:00.620 we're going to give you

00:17:01.340 a million-dollar ticket

00:17:02.860 and you will be arrested.

00:17:04.220 So I started to speak loudly 0.89

00:17:06.240 about this hypocrisy

00:17:07.840 because, of course,

00:17:09.160 if this pandemic was real,

00:17:12.860 shut us down for two weeks.

00:17:14.320 And you know what, Ezra,

00:17:15.140 I would be okay with that.

00:17:16.300 If we are in the middle

00:17:17.360 of the flu pandemic,

00:17:19.620 like the Spanish flu

00:17:20.880 or Black Plague

00:17:22.340 or whatever,

00:17:23.080 I would be okay.

00:17:23.980 And I would encourage people,

00:17:25.100 okay,

00:17:25.280 if this is just for two weeks,

00:17:26.940 let's just do it,

00:17:28.020 do it together.

00:17:28.900 Yes, it's going to be hard,

00:17:30.480 but we can do this.

00:17:32.920 But very early,

00:17:34.380 very quickly,

00:17:35.260 we have found out

00:17:36.320 that there is one law for me

00:17:37.640 and one law for D,

00:17:39.100 that we can do whatever we want

00:17:41.240 because we're big stores

00:17:42.640 and we are billionaires

00:17:44.640 and trillionaires,

00:17:45.660 but you, you're nobody.

00:17:47.380 There are,

00:17:48.540 what we are witnessing right now

00:17:49.800 is the greatest distraction,

00:17:52.480 if you will,

00:17:52.920 of small and medium-sized businesses.

00:17:55.600 What they're doing,

00:17:56.320 they're eliminating opposition.

00:17:58.120 In order to take over a country,

00:18:00.740 you have to eliminate opposition.

00:18:02.800 And I watched that,

00:18:04.000 of course,

00:18:04.500 unfolding in history

00:18:05.960 after the Soviets 0.88

00:18:07.260 took over Poland in 1945,

00:18:09.400 elimination of intelligentsia,

00:18:11.620 elimination of businesses.

00:18:14.460 Everything had to be controlled

00:18:16.160 by the state.

00:18:17.260 State was the god

00:18:18.280 and he was the provider.

00:18:19.860 He was the one

00:18:20.760 that would tell you

00:18:21.680 what's really going on.

00:18:22.860 Of course,

00:18:23.940 the Pravda

00:18:25.240 that we have been fed,

00:18:27.140 Pravda in Russian,

00:18:28.580 means the truth.

00:18:30.200 That was the mainstream

00:18:31.120 propaganda newspaper.

00:18:32.740 You were only allowed

00:18:33.780 to read that one

00:18:34.840 and everything from outside

00:18:36.820 was prohibited by law.

00:18:38.840 So, I knew

00:18:39.880 what we are witnessing

00:18:40.900 is government

00:18:42.560 trying to subdue the nation

00:18:44.900 and the only way

00:18:45.840 they can do that

00:18:46.600 is by eliminating opposition.

00:18:49.100 So, destroying

00:18:50.080 the middle class,

00:18:51.660 if you will,

00:18:52.160 those that can fight them,

00:18:54.460 hire lawyers

00:18:55.500 and take them to court

00:18:56.700 to create a society

00:18:58.260 of extremely powerful

00:18:59.360 and rich,

00:19:00.460 just like during

00:19:01.620 the Soviet era.

00:19:02.860 Remember,

00:19:03.340 50,000 communists

00:19:04.460 were ruling

00:19:05.160 over 36 million Poles

00:19:07.080 during my childhood

00:19:08.640 and then extremely poor

00:19:10.840 that have nothing to say.

00:19:12.860 They cannot fight.

00:19:14.100 They are barely

00:19:15.080 working two jobs

00:19:17.380 just to provide bread.

00:19:19.080 And we are witnessing

00:19:20.080 this continuation

00:19:21.260 of what the government

00:19:22.860 has planned

00:19:23.620 to this day.

00:19:24.800 Yeah.

00:19:25.260 You mentioned

00:19:26.180 that IKEA allowed

00:19:27.680 480 people.

00:19:29.180 You probably could have

00:19:30.260 taken your whole church

00:19:31.260 in there.

00:19:32.740 Police never,

00:19:34.420 that I know of,

00:19:35.640 police have never

00:19:36.260 shut down a Walmart,

00:19:37.800 IKEA, Costco

00:19:38.740 in Canada.

00:19:39.980 Not one of them.

00:19:40.740 I don't even know

00:19:41.340 if they even count

00:19:42.240 the number of people

00:19:43.420 in there.

00:19:43.760 but they kept

00:19:44.700 coming back

00:19:45.280 to your church

00:19:46.360 again and again

00:19:47.960 and we showed

00:19:49.160 a clip of that.

00:19:50.180 We'll show one more time.

00:19:51.240 This was a moment

00:19:53.420 that the entire world

00:19:55.000 took notice of.

00:19:56.040 I think it was

00:19:57.000 the combination

00:19:57.720 of you staring down

00:20:00.100 uniformed officers,

00:20:01.680 including a cop

00:20:02.440 with a gun.

00:20:03.520 I think it was

00:20:04.360 that it was so obviously

00:20:05.520 they were coming

00:20:06.800 into a church

00:20:07.680 and you were telling

00:20:09.060 them to get out

00:20:09.800 just through the power

00:20:10.620 of your words.

00:20:11.300 I think it was

00:20:12.620 the fact that

00:20:13.140 you compared them

00:20:14.100 to Poland's

00:20:15.640 historical enemies,

00:20:16.840 the Gestapo

00:20:17.900 and the Nazis

00:20:18.720 and there was

00:20:20.460 something about

00:20:20.980 the moment.

00:20:22.360 This video went

00:20:23.600 super viral

00:20:24.620 across Canada

00:20:25.700 but around the world.

00:20:26.480 Just a reminder,

00:20:27.140 take a look at this.

00:20:28.020 Out! 0.58

00:20:29.100 Out of this property

00:20:30.740 immediately until

00:20:32.520 you come back

00:20:33.600 with a warrant.

00:20:34.300 Out! 0.58

00:20:35.820 Out! 0.58

00:20:37.100 Out! 0.58

00:20:48.860 I don't want to talk

00:20:49.660 to you.

00:20:50.480 Not a word.

00:20:51.260 Out of this property!

00:20:52.180 Out of this property!

00:20:54.060 Immediately out! 0.91

00:20:55.460 I don't care

00:20:57.020 what you have to say!

00:20:58.520 Out! 0.58

00:20:59.780 Out! 0.58

00:21:01.000 Out of this property, 0.99

00:21:02.680 you Nazis! 0.98

00:21:03.780 Out! 1.00

00:21:04.880 Out! 0.58

00:21:06.500 Gestapo

00:21:07.180 is not allowed here!

00:21:08.380 Immediately

00:21:09.900 Gestapo

00:21:10.980 is not

00:21:11.680 allowed!

00:21:14.600 Out! 0.58

00:21:15.060 Out! 0.58

00:21:16.400 Do you understand

00:21:17.540 English?

00:21:18.460 Get out

00:21:19.380 of this property!

00:21:21.000 Go! 0.95

00:21:22.040 So go!

00:21:22.900 Go! 0.95

00:21:23.860 And don't come back

00:21:24.640 without a warrant! 0.99

00:21:25.760 Out, Nazi! 0.97

00:21:27.100 Out! 0.97

00:21:27.560 Well, I think

00:21:28.680 that video got

00:21:29.360 the world's attention

00:21:30.280 and I think

00:21:30.880 it rallied people

00:21:32.860 to let them know

00:21:33.440 they weren't alone

00:21:34.000 but I think

00:21:34.500 it also got

00:21:35.280 the attention

00:21:35.840 of the authorities

00:21:36.760 at Alberta Health Services

00:21:38.640 at the Calgary Police

00:21:39.880 and even judges

00:21:41.140 and prosecutors

00:21:42.500 and they said

00:21:43.320 this is

00:21:45.040 to use an analogy

00:21:47.040 the Lech Walesa

00:21:48.880 of 2021

00:21:50.760 if

00:21:53.080 they could have

00:21:54.540 taken

00:21:54.840 Lech Walesa

00:21:55.560 being the leader

00:21:56.280 of the Polish

00:21:57.120 Solidarity Movement

00:21:58.080 the trade union

00:21:59.240 in Gdansk

00:22:00.160 that actually

00:22:01.120 was a real union

00:22:01.820 not a controlled union

00:22:02.720 by the communists

00:22:03.500 that started

00:22:04.280 the ball rolling

00:22:05.160 and they said

00:22:05.540 if we can take out

00:22:06.320 this guy at the top

00:22:07.280 if we can take out

00:22:09.120 this noisy pastor

00:22:11.060 then we can take out

00:22:13.400 anyone

00:22:13.720 and we'll demoralize people

00:22:14.860 I think that video

00:22:16.300 was a call to arms

00:22:17.880 for your allies

00:22:19.240 but it was also

00:22:20.920 when the government

00:22:22.440 said we're going

00:22:23.120 to take this guy out

00:22:24.160 no matter the cost

00:22:24.980 that's what I think

00:22:25.880 what do you think?

00:22:27.760 100%

00:22:28.440 I mean

00:22:29.300 if you would tell me

00:22:31.380 Ezra

00:22:31.860 that this video

00:22:32.740 is going to be watched

00:22:33.860 over a billion times

00:22:36.080 and it was

00:22:37.900 the number one

00:22:38.780 played video

00:22:39.420 during the Passover

00:22:40.260 you know

00:22:40.860 there are a number

00:22:41.600 of combinations

00:22:42.420 that happened

00:22:44.160 during that day

00:22:44.860 it was our holiest

00:22:46.180 time of the year

00:22:47.220 for us Christians

00:22:48.400 and for the Jewish people

00:22:49.980 it was Passover

00:22:50.780 that's where

00:22:51.880 our Lord Jesus Christ

00:22:53.180 got crucified

00:22:53.900 and rose from the death

00:22:55.520 and we prepared

00:22:56.540 for a month

00:22:57.500 with fasting

00:22:58.680 and prayers

00:22:59.700 and we had

00:23:00.660 Lord's Supper

00:23:01.720 during that time

00:23:02.560 so that was

00:23:03.340 a holy time

00:23:04.160 of the year

00:23:04.540 and they dared

00:23:05.520 to walk

00:23:06.460 into our church

00:23:07.900 like it was

00:23:08.660 some kind

00:23:09.120 of a restaurant

00:23:10.200 even though

00:23:11.320 I've told them

00:23:11.960 many times

00:23:12.600 do not trespass

00:23:13.720 you're not welcome

00:23:14.580 here

00:23:14.880 you're not allowed

00:23:15.400 to come

00:23:15.820 if you want

00:23:16.500 to inspect

00:23:17.000 the facility

00:23:17.740 call me

00:23:18.300 I will arrange

00:23:19.080 that for you

00:23:19.700 but do not dare

00:23:20.940 doing this

00:23:21.740 in the middle

00:23:22.480 of our service

00:23:23.300 or before the service

00:23:24.320 well they didn't care

00:23:25.500 because that's

00:23:26.540 what those people do

00:23:27.880 they're lawless

00:23:28.880 they don't care

00:23:29.860 about the law

00:23:30.520 of the country

00:23:31.040 the criminal code

00:23:31.800 of Canada

00:23:32.280 section 176

00:23:33.940 1, 2 and 3

00:23:34.900 that prohibits them

00:23:36.060 and anyone else

00:23:37.180 from interfering

00:23:38.200 you know

00:23:39.700 a church service

00:23:40.820 or any service

00:23:42.200 and it prohibits

00:23:44.520 them from

00:23:45.400 interfering

00:23:46.400 with the clergyman

00:23:47.240 while he is

00:23:47.900 on his way

00:23:48.820 during or coming

00:23:50.280 from his

00:23:52.000 you know

00:23:52.340 officiating his duties

00:23:53.580 as a clergyman

00:23:54.360 they didn't care

00:23:55.100 about that

00:23:55.540 they didn't care

00:23:56.100 about the

00:23:56.520 Charter of Rights

00:23:56.960 and Freedoms

00:23:57.420 and they just

00:23:57.800 walked in

00:23:58.300 and I did

00:23:58.880 what I believe

00:23:59.840 every pastor

00:24:00.800 every rabbi

00:24:01.500 every priest

00:24:02.320 every restaurant

00:24:03.400 owner

00:24:03.980 every father

00:24:04.960 every son

00:24:05.960 every brother

00:24:06.560 should do 0.63

00:24:07.120 kick the 0.93

00:24:08.000 wolves out

00:24:09.260 of the

00:24:09.860 of the

00:24:10.980 of the facility

00:24:12.020 those hyenas

00:24:12.960 so I

00:24:14.040 that's what I did

00:24:15.080 they just came

00:24:15.680 out of me

00:24:16.320 and I have

00:24:17.700 a habit

00:24:18.320 right now

00:24:18.960 when I talk

00:24:19.900 to the authorities

00:24:20.580 I record

00:24:21.480 the conversation

00:24:22.220 or I have

00:24:22.740 someone with me

00:24:23.720 that would record

00:24:24.620 it because

00:24:25.000 as you know

00:24:25.660 they have been

00:24:26.220 lying about me

00:24:27.280 so many times

00:24:28.540 left and right

00:24:29.800 so I have a

00:24:30.960 habit of recording

00:24:32.060 it so in my

00:24:32.720 left I had

00:24:33.500 the telephone

00:24:34.060 recording it

00:24:35.020 and then

00:24:35.760 I told them

00:24:36.680 to get out

00:24:37.260 it took me

00:24:37.760 over 30 times

00:24:38.720 to tell them

00:24:39.300 to get out

00:24:39.760 finally they go

00:24:40.660 only to find

00:24:41.760 a crooked judge

00:24:42.720 David Gates

00:24:44.160 that of course

00:24:46.220 ex parte

00:24:46.920 he gave them

00:24:49.000 even more power

00:24:50.140 a carte blanche

00:24:50.960 if you will

00:24:51.740 to come to our church

00:24:53.260 anytime they want

00:24:54.160 any day of the week

00:24:55.020 with whomever

00:24:55.940 they want to come

00:24:57.120 so they've decided

00:24:58.500 to use corrupted judges

00:25:00.320 in the province of Alberta 0.97

00:25:01.580 to destroy me

00:25:02.800 and I believe

00:25:03.640 you're absolutely right

00:25:04.940 the people

00:25:05.920 for them

00:25:06.720 for the millions

00:25:07.640 for the millions

00:25:08.560 of people around the world

00:25:09.660 this video

00:25:10.720 gave them

00:25:11.740 a glimpse

00:25:12.320 of hope

00:25:12.920 but for the enemy

00:25:13.960 it gave them fear

00:25:15.680 because if this

00:25:16.960 nobody

00:25:17.560 this pastor

00:25:18.620 this clergyman

00:25:19.720 this man without money

00:25:21.260 and without political power

00:25:22.640 can do that

00:25:23.940 with his

00:25:24.840 voice

00:25:26.260 and if people

00:25:27.520 would catch

00:25:28.160 that power

00:25:28.840 that wait a second

00:25:29.620 there's more of us

00:25:30.680 than of them

00:25:31.760 that we have the power

00:25:33.160 we have the real power

00:25:34.280 if this goes viral

00:25:35.880 if this goes like

00:25:36.720 a wild fire

00:25:37.500 it's over for the tyrants

00:25:39.240 and it scared them

00:25:40.200 so they came back

00:25:41.660 you know

00:25:42.640 I want to explain

00:25:43.680 something that you

00:25:44.560 said there

00:25:45.240 just for our viewers

00:25:46.220 who are not

00:25:46.840 as intimately familiar

00:25:47.920 with the facts

00:25:48.800 when you first

00:25:50.020 got pushed around

00:25:51.100 in that snowy

00:25:52.400 day in Calgary

00:25:53.780 feeding the homeless

00:25:55.220 we crowdfunded

00:25:57.100 the lawyer

00:25:57.520 that was the very first

00:25:58.300 fight the fines case

00:25:59.480 we ever did

00:26:00.120 and the lawyer's name

00:26:01.660 is Sarah Miller

00:26:02.940 she's a young lawyer

00:26:04.020 in Calgary

00:26:04.860 and frankly

00:26:06.260 I don't think

00:26:06.760 she knew

00:26:07.180 what she was getting into

00:26:08.240 neither did any of us

00:26:09.780 and she fought

00:26:10.840 that ticket for you

00:26:11.720 and she continued

00:26:12.680 to fight tickets

00:26:14.240 for you

00:26:14.800 again and again

00:26:15.960 and we sort of

00:26:17.140 joked that

00:26:18.080 you know

00:26:18.480 you were our

00:26:19.060 number one customer

00:26:20.140 for tickets

00:26:20.900 but it was a pleasure

00:26:21.820 and Sarah got to know you

00:26:23.400 and you got to know her

00:26:24.240 but here's the important point

00:26:25.780 the police

00:26:27.640 and the prosecutors

00:26:29.240 knew you had a lawyer

00:26:31.760 who was attentive

00:26:33.220 to these facts

00:26:34.100 and she's been

00:26:35.620 your lawyer

00:26:36.200 courtesy of the

00:26:37.280 fight the fines program

00:26:38.260 and the democracy fund

00:26:39.220 she's been your lawyer

00:26:41.000 for more than a year

00:26:41.600 and a half now

00:26:42.400 and everyone

00:26:43.980 in authority

00:26:44.620 knew it

00:26:45.160 they knew you

00:26:45.820 had a lawyer

00:26:46.540 and that's important

00:26:48.160 because when they

00:26:49.620 came to your church

00:26:50.600 with no notice

00:26:51.580 when they tried

00:26:52.620 to serve you

00:26:53.240 legal documents

00:26:54.080 personally

00:26:54.540 by like throwing

00:26:55.380 it on you

00:26:56.000 when they had

00:26:56.900 that secret

00:26:57.620 court hearing

00:26:58.400 an ex parte

00:26:59.880 court hearing

00:27:00.980 to use the legal

00:27:01.780 phrase that you

00:27:02.360 were not invited to

00:27:03.300 that was all

00:27:04.660 despite the fact

00:27:05.940 that you had

00:27:06.480 an excellent lawyer

00:27:07.480 they were trying

00:27:09.060 to treat you

00:27:09.980 like they treated

00:27:11.440 you before

00:27:12.260 a pastor

00:27:13.240 they could push

00:27:13.900 around

00:27:14.340 because you

00:27:15.080 didn't have

00:27:15.860 a lawyer

00:27:16.600 and when you

00:27:17.080 got a great lawyer

00:27:18.140 they hid

00:27:20.260 from the lawyer

00:27:21.780 they sneaked

00:27:22.900 to court

00:27:23.700 without letting

00:27:24.600 your lawyer know

00:27:25.400 they didn't deal

00:27:26.640 like when you say

00:27:27.600 they came to your church

00:27:28.520 in the middle

00:27:28.860 of a service

00:27:29.460 that's atrocious

00:27:30.780 but they shouldn't

00:27:31.960 be coming at all

00:27:32.700 they should be

00:27:33.180 writing to your lawyer

00:27:34.160 and I may be

00:27:36.060 sounding legalistic

00:27:36.920 on this point

00:27:37.580 but it shows

00:27:38.540 the bad faith

00:27:39.560 of the government

00:27:40.160 that they don't

00:27:41.180 respect the law

00:27:41.880 themselves

00:27:42.480 that they're not

00:27:43.480 complying with

00:27:44.100 their own rules

00:27:44.860 and I think

00:27:46.340 that shows

00:27:46.860 the meanness here

00:27:49.500 there's nothing

00:27:50.000 about public health

00:27:50.900 here

00:27:51.120 it's all about

00:27:52.000 vengeance

00:27:52.500 and their feud

00:27:53.520 with you

00:27:53.960 and I think

00:27:55.040 it's fair to say

00:27:55.700 there's an

00:27:56.060 anti-Christian bias

00:27:57.440 because I haven't

00:27:58.580 seen this towards

00:27:59.580 you know

00:28:01.240 religiously neutral

00:28:02.820 Walmart

00:28:03.340 Costco

00:28:03.980 Ikea

00:28:04.600 I haven't seen

00:28:05.860 other

00:28:07.380 institutions

00:28:08.360 I just haven't

00:28:09.900 seen it

00:28:10.340 I think they

00:28:11.540 hated you

00:28:13.000 because of the

00:28:13.680 reasons you just

00:28:14.420 outlined

00:28:14.900 and I think

00:28:15.560 their behavior

00:28:16.040 was atrocious

00:28:16.660 I just want to

00:28:18.260 explain that for

00:28:18.940 our viewers

00:28:19.260 what it meant

00:28:19.900 that there was

00:28:20.320 a secret hearing

00:28:21.080 that you weren't

00:28:21.520 invited to

00:28:22.180 it's hard to

00:28:22.800 believe but it's

00:28:23.360 true

00:28:23.700 Pastor I

00:28:25.840 want to show

00:28:26.240 you a video

00:28:26.820 this is the

00:28:29.120 worst video

00:28:29.780 of all

00:28:30.320 the one where

00:28:32.520 you drive out

00:28:33.360 the officers

00:28:34.200 I thought was

00:28:34.800 stirring and

00:28:35.440 wonderful

00:28:35.800 but the thing

00:28:38.580 is about

00:28:39.320 police is at

00:28:40.780 the end of

00:28:41.100 the day if

00:28:41.440 they want to

00:28:41.860 act like an

00:28:42.580 armed gang

00:28:43.520 they can

00:28:45.600 because they

00:28:46.620 have a monopoly

00:28:47.200 on violence

00:28:47.800 I'm going to

00:28:48.140 show people

00:28:48.580 again

00:28:48.960 what it was

00:28:50.460 like when

00:28:51.540 they arrested

00:28:52.220 you on the

00:28:54.100 road

00:28:54.540 pulled you

00:28:56.040 out of a

00:28:56.600 car

00:28:57.020 dragged you

00:28:58.380 not to

00:28:58.800 the side

00:28:59.320 of the road

00:28:59.720 but into

00:29:00.240 the middle

00:29:00.660 of the street

00:29:01.360 made you

00:29:02.780 lie down

00:29:03.400 on your knees

00:29:04.140 kneel down

00:29:04.780 rather

00:29:05.100 while cars

00:29:06.520 still sped

00:29:07.480 by

00:29:07.960 I want to

00:29:09.260 show what

00:29:09.800 I've described

00:29:10.440 as like a

00:29:11.080 you know

00:29:12.500 drug

00:29:13.400 kingpin

00:29:14.280 swat

00:29:14.880 style

00:29:15.440 takedown

00:29:16.120 for a

00:29:16.520 Christian

00:29:16.800 pastor

00:29:17.180 take a look

00:29:17.800 at this

00:29:18.240 there's so

00:29:34.060 many things

00:29:34.640 about that

00:29:35.100 video that

00:29:35.680 are atrocious

00:29:36.400 the fact that

00:29:37.260 they seek to

00:29:38.020 humiliate you

00:29:38.840 in public

00:29:39.320 the fact that

00:29:40.180 they endangered

00:29:40.960 you by pulling

00:29:41.820 you into the

00:29:42.320 middle of the

00:29:42.660 road

00:29:42.880 the fact that

00:29:43.720 they wanted

00:29:44.080 to bring out

00:29:44.800 the whole

00:29:45.200 SWAT team

00:29:46.040 and most

00:29:46.680 importantly

00:29:47.080 like I said

00:29:47.780 they know

00:29:48.760 you

00:29:49.140 where you

00:29:49.740 live

00:29:50.120 where your

00:29:50.520 church is

00:29:50.980 they know

00:29:51.320 your lawyer

00:29:51.900 they could

00:29:52.680 have said

00:29:53.120 hey call

00:29:54.000 Arthur

00:29:54.380 and we

00:29:54.680 want to

00:29:55.200 charge him

00:29:56.760 arrest him

00:29:57.500 like they

00:29:58.580 could phone

00:29:59.060 your lawyer

00:29:59.640 in a second 0.78

00:30:00.720 but they

00:30:01.480 wanted to

00:30:01.920 have that

00:30:02.360 shock and

00:30:03.200 awe moment

00:30:03.980 to humiliate 0.99

00:30:05.200 you and

00:30:05.880 as a warning

00:30:06.420 to others

00:30:06.860 that's my

00:30:07.320 theory

00:30:07.560 what do

00:30:07.840 you think

00:30:08.400 100%

00:30:10.240 this was

00:30:10.920 we used

00:30:11.460 to call

00:30:11.940 them when

00:30:12.520 I was

00:30:12.760 growing up

00:30:13.440 in Poland

00:30:14.200 show trials

00:30:15.680 and this

00:30:16.440 was a

00:30:16.860 show

00:30:17.240 arrest

00:30:17.860 what I

00:30:18.280 mean by

00:30:18.640 this is

00:30:19.160 that if

00:30:20.100 the government

00:30:20.520 wanted to

00:30:21.140 crack on

00:30:21.920 someone and

00:30:22.640 make an

00:30:22.960 example of

00:30:23.960 that someone

00:30:24.580 they would

00:30:25.020 create a

00:30:25.920 scenario of

00:30:26.680 a high

00:30:27.520 profile arrest

00:30:30.120 just like this

00:30:30.940 one in the

00:30:31.340 middle of the

00:30:31.700 highway and

00:30:32.400 then afterwards

00:30:33.240 a show

00:30:33.680 trial to

00:30:34.280 send a

00:30:34.640 message to

00:30:35.240 the rest

00:30:35.700 of the

00:30:35.960 society

00:30:36.380 hey if

00:30:37.460 we can

00:30:37.720 do this

00:30:38.060 to him

00:30:38.680 we can

00:30:39.300 do it

00:30:39.620 to anyone

00:30:40.220 it doesn't

00:30:40.700 matter

00:30:40.880 the merits

00:30:41.420 of the

00:30:41.740 case

00:30:42.080 mean

00:30:42.320 nothing

00:30:42.820 the law

00:30:43.860 the constitution

00:30:44.760 means nothing

00:30:45.840 the judges

00:30:46.740 are corrupted

00:30:47.500 this is a

00:30:48.440 political trial

00:30:49.380 and that's

00:30:49.920 exactly what

00:30:50.500 happened to

00:30:51.000 me and

00:30:51.440 my brother

00:30:51.920 David

00:30:52.900 what's shocking

00:30:54.260 about this

00:30:54.960 is even more

00:30:55.760 not that they

00:30:56.380 treated me like

00:30:57.180 a piece of 1.00

00:30:57.880 garbage 0.99

00:30:58.360 and I had 0.99

00:30:59.680 to travel

00:31:00.420 for over

00:31:00.960 an hour

00:31:01.400 upside down

00:31:02.420 with my

00:31:03.120 head on

00:31:03.700 the floor

00:31:04.160 and my

00:31:04.460 feet on

00:31:05.080 the roof

00:31:05.480 and I

00:31:06.600 had bruises

00:31:07.400 and a

00:31:07.800 scar on

00:31:08.560 my wrist

00:31:09.120 for over

00:31:09.640 a month

00:31:10.280 and they

00:31:11.240 didn't allow

00:31:12.080 me to

00:31:12.480 sleep

00:31:12.840 and my

00:31:13.140 brother for

00:31:13.620 three days

00:31:14.140 and two

00:31:14.540 nights

00:31:14.840 and they

00:31:15.520 didn't allow

00:31:16.120 me to

00:31:16.460 contact

00:31:16.880 our lawyers

00:31:17.580 for two days

00:31:18.540 they took you

00:31:18.660 to prison

00:31:19.080 they took you

00:31:20.500 to a maximum

00:31:21.060 security facility

00:31:22.840 didn't they

00:31:23.420 yes they did

00:31:25.340 and they

00:31:26.040 stripped naked

00:31:26.860 us and they

00:31:28.120 put chains

00:31:28.760 on our legs

00:31:29.720 I was shoved

00:31:30.660 on the wall

00:31:31.360 I was threatened

00:31:32.540 my personal

00:31:33.720 belongings

00:31:34.540 were taken

00:31:35.600 and in front

00:31:36.280 of me

00:31:36.660 thrown 0.90

00:31:37.120 into a garbage 0.92

00:31:38.500 bin

00:31:38.800 just to show

00:31:39.840 hey we can

00:31:40.400 do whatever

00:31:40.820 we want

00:31:41.360 with you

00:31:41.760 the law

00:31:42.400 and justice

00:31:42.960 has nothing

00:31:43.500 to do

00:31:44.000 with this

00:31:44.440 case

00:31:44.780 we are

00:31:45.540 using you

00:31:46.340 as an

00:31:46.780 example

00:31:47.320 and we

00:31:47.860 will finish 0.97

00:31:48.560 you off

00:31:49.480 but all

00:31:50.120 of this

00:31:50.540 was bad

00:31:51.140 but you

00:31:51.440 know what

00:31:51.700 is the

00:31:52.060 most shocking

00:31:53.460 thing for me

00:31:54.260 that I have

00:31:55.140 been charged

00:31:55.720 with my

00:31:56.060 brother David

00:31:56.740 for inciting

00:31:57.900 people to

00:31:58.480 come to church

00:31:59.260 officiating a

00:32:00.380 church service

00:32:01.100 and participating

00:32:02.380 in illegal

00:32:03.420 gathering

00:32:04.040 based on the

00:32:05.320 Rooks

00:32:05.760 court order

00:32:06.900 that has

00:32:07.640 never been

00:32:08.520 given to me

00:32:09.640 I never

00:32:10.580 had an

00:32:11.100 opportunity

00:32:11.600 to read

00:32:12.460 that order

00:32:13.080 to examine

00:32:14.300 that order

00:32:15.000 I never

00:32:15.520 had an

00:32:15.940 opportunity

00:32:16.320 to call

00:32:16.940 my lawyers

00:32:17.580 and say

00:32:18.260 hey what

00:32:18.660 do you

00:32:18.940 think

00:32:19.140 should I

00:32:19.600 obey

00:32:19.940 is this

00:32:20.540 legit

00:32:21.060 is this

00:32:21.780 real

00:32:22.060 no

00:32:22.480 they opened

00:32:23.400 the door

00:32:24.000 of the

00:32:24.720 church

00:32:24.980 while I

00:32:25.420 was already

00:32:25.980 at the pulpit

00:32:26.680 preaching

00:32:27.120 they dropped

00:32:27.800 something on

00:32:28.400 the ground

00:32:28.840 and they

00:32:29.480 left

00:32:29.960 and they

00:32:30.720 left

00:32:31.140 and the

00:32:31.580 people went

00:32:32.100 home

00:32:32.360 I started

00:32:32.960 driving

00:32:33.360 home

00:32:33.760 and then

00:32:34.480 we were

00:32:34.780 stopping

00:32:35.120 in the

00:32:35.380 middle

00:32:35.520 of the

00:32:35.820 highway

00:32:36.100 we never

00:32:36.920 had an

00:32:37.480 opportunity

00:32:38.100 to read

00:32:39.380 the court

00:32:39.980 order

00:32:40.220 that we

00:32:40.580 have been

00:32:40.960 charged

00:32:41.580 with

00:32:42.000 and then

00:32:42.720 ultimately

00:32:43.400 we have

00:32:43.960 been found

00:32:44.420 guilty

00:32:45.040 on a

00:32:45.660 court order

00:32:46.140 that was

00:32:46.480 never

00:32:47.100 given to

00:32:47.900 us

00:32:48.160 it never

00:32:48.740 had our

00:32:49.380 names

00:32:49.820 on it

00:32:50.340 it was

00:32:50.940 done

00:32:51.280 ex parte

00:32:52.020 without

00:32:52.500 our

00:32:53.040 knowledge

00:32:53.560 without

00:32:53.980 the knowledge

00:32:54.600 of our

00:32:55.140 lawyers

00:32:55.520 it was

00:32:55.860 never

00:32:56.140 electronically

00:32:56.840 or any

00:32:57.500 other ways

00:32:58.340 sent to

00:32:59.620 us

00:32:59.940 I mean

00:33:00.380 that's

00:33:01.020 lawlessness

00:33:01.800 and that's

00:33:02.420 exactly what

00:33:03.120 I observed

00:33:03.840 growing up

00:33:04.640 behind the

00:33:05.080 Iron Curtain

00:33:05.680 you know

00:33:06.280 how I

00:33:06.660 call

00:33:06.900 Canada

00:33:07.300 right now

00:33:07.860 I call

00:33:08.540 my beloved

00:33:09.160 nation

00:33:09.620 right now

00:33:10.020 China

00:33:10.580 because we

00:33:11.680 are

00:33:11.940 truly

00:33:12.520 living

00:33:13.480 behind the

00:33:14.200 Iron Curtain

00:33:15.000 right now

00:33:15.900 and the

00:33:16.420 Americans

00:33:16.860 should be

00:33:17.460 aware

00:33:17.940 that their

00:33:18.900 greatest

00:33:19.500 ally

00:33:20.060 their

00:33:20.400 neighbor

00:33:20.920 is already

00:33:21.800 taken

00:33:22.400 by the

00:33:23.180 Chinese

00:33:23.620 ideology

00:33:24.460 yeah

00:33:25.620 you know

00:33:26.640 over the

00:33:29.020 course of

00:33:29.460 time I was

00:33:30.060 just trying

00:33:31.260 to remember

00:33:31.680 I think

00:33:31.980 seven different

00:33:33.060 rebel

00:33:33.540 journalists

00:33:34.260 have followed

00:33:35.480 your story

00:33:35.940 the very

00:33:36.300 first one

00:33:37.000 was by a

00:33:38.020 former reporter

00:33:38.700 we had

00:33:39.160 named

00:33:39.400 Kian Bextie

00:33:40.340 we call him

00:33:41.780 K1 we have

00:33:42.700 another reporter

00:33:43.360 Kian Simone

00:33:44.080 we call him

00:33:44.540 K2

00:33:45.120 Adam So

00:33:46.660 Sheila

00:33:47.040 Gunreed

00:33:47.500 Mocha

00:33:47.780 Bisergan

00:33:48.240 Sidney

00:33:48.620 Fouzard 0.96

00:33:49.000 I myself

00:33:49.640 have covered

00:33:50.480 the story

00:33:50.900 that's seven

00:33:52.040 there may be

00:33:52.500 more that I'm

00:33:53.040 forgetting

00:33:53.420 there's other

00:33:53.880 people behind

00:33:54.480 the scenes

00:33:54.820 so we've

00:33:55.300 really

00:33:55.620 we really

00:33:57.080 feel like

00:33:57.560 this is an

00:33:58.000 important story

00:33:58.880 but we are

00:34:00.000 a small media

00:34:01.060 outlet in the

00:34:02.020 scheme of things

00:34:02.740 we're not a

00:34:04.680 start up anymore

00:34:05.460 but we're

00:34:05.920 pretty small

00:34:06.780 we're independent

00:34:07.420 compared to

00:34:09.740 the Calgary

00:34:10.300 Herald

00:34:10.600 the Calgary

00:34:11.140 Sun

00:34:11.380 the CBC

00:34:11.940 CTV

00:34:12.460 Global News

00:34:13.500 etc.

00:34:14.120 all the radio

00:34:14.720 stations

00:34:15.220 and I have

00:34:17.840 not seen

00:34:18.640 here's my

00:34:19.080 question to you

00:34:19.660 about the media

00:34:20.260 I mean I'm

00:34:20.700 sympathetic to you

00:34:21.580 and we've been

00:34:22.320 friendly for a

00:34:23.280 number of years

00:34:23.940 but put aside

00:34:25.480 the personal

00:34:26.000 connection

00:34:26.520 just news is

00:34:28.620 news whether

00:34:29.480 someone agrees

00:34:30.320 with you

00:34:30.840 and the

00:34:31.960 conduct

00:34:32.420 of the

00:34:32.680 government

00:34:33.160 surely a

00:34:34.380 SWAT team

00:34:34.980 style takedown

00:34:35.980 in the middle

00:34:36.280 of the road

00:34:36.740 is shocking

00:34:37.460 I have not

00:34:39.280 seen any

00:34:40.060 other media

00:34:40.860 that are

00:34:42.640 sympathetic

00:34:43.320 to you

00:34:44.540 or more

00:34:45.160 importantly

00:34:45.760 critical of

00:34:47.420 the government

00:34:48.100 have you

00:34:49.080 have I

00:34:49.460 missed it

00:34:50.120 have the media

00:34:51.400 who are supposed

00:34:52.240 to be a watchdog

00:34:53.260 on the government

00:34:54.020 are there any

00:34:55.620 other media

00:34:56.400 or civil liberties

00:34:57.940 activists blowing

00:34:58.660 the whistle here

00:34:59.320 you see

00:35:01.060 they're not

00:35:01.440 only not

00:35:02.300 sympathetic

00:35:03.040 contrary

00:35:03.980 they are

00:35:04.740 very biased

00:35:06.460 against what

00:35:07.540 we're standing

00:35:08.140 for I

00:35:09.040 remember the

00:35:10.040 mainstream media

00:35:11.140 propaganda

00:35:12.060 machinery that's

00:35:12.860 how I call

00:35:13.360 them the

00:35:13.680 gabbles media

00:35:14.880 of today

00:35:15.940 they would

00:35:16.700 call us

00:35:17.620 terrorists

00:35:18.240 I'm not 0.80

00:35:18.700 kidding I

00:35:19.400 am a white 0.72

00:35:19.960 supremacist 1.00

00:35:20.820 racist and 0.99

00:35:22.220 you know

00:35:23.000 and your

00:35:23.820 reporters have

00:35:24.660 been following

00:35:25.620 us and have

00:35:26.580 been on the

00:35:27.120 streets and

00:35:27.680 in the church

00:35:28.100 half of our

00:35:29.060 parishioners 1.00

00:35:29.740 are colored

00:35:30.360 people

00:35:30.720 Asians

00:35:31.300 natives 0.91

00:35:32.020 blacks 1.00

00:35:32.540 you name

00:35:33.300 it

00:35:33.560 and then

00:35:34.200 half of the

00:35:34.920 people we

00:35:35.480 are actually

00:35:36.080 feeding for the

00:35:36.900 past 22 years

00:35:37.960 are natives

00:35:39.040 so colored

00:35:40.000 people we

00:35:40.760 have all kinds

00:35:41.660 I don't care

00:35:42.460 where you came

00:35:43.160 from

00:35:43.520 in my

00:35:44.880 faith

00:35:45.780 God has

00:35:46.620 created you

00:35:47.520 and he has

00:35:48.100 created me

00:35:48.960 in his image

00:35:49.900 and I am

00:35:50.680 commanded to

00:35:51.720 love everyone

00:35:52.560 regardless of

00:35:53.420 the color

00:35:53.920 of their skin

00:35:54.980 or background

00:35:56.220 or even

00:35:57.160 sexual ideology

00:35:58.500 or whatever

00:35:59.020 I will

00:35:59.740 preach the

00:36:00.340 truth but

00:36:00.780 I love

00:36:01.400 and feed

00:36:01.900 everyone

00:36:02.440 I have

00:36:02.800 never turned

00:36:03.380 anyone

00:36:03.840 away

00:36:04.700 based on

00:36:05.900 their preferences

00:36:07.100 or color

00:36:07.840 of their skin

00:36:08.340 but I am

00:36:09.300 very well

00:36:10.100 known by

00:36:10.760 the mainstream

00:36:11.360 media

00:36:12.060 that's how

00:36:12.600 they portrayed

00:36:13.240 me as a

00:36:14.180 racist

00:36:14.800 xenophobe 1.00

00:36:15.760 can you

00:36:16.080 imagine

00:36:16.400 they call

00:36:16.920 me a

00:36:17.260 xenophobe

00:36:17.860 and I'm

00:36:18.240 an emigrant

00:36:18.980 xenophobe

00:36:19.660 it's in

00:36:20.440 a Greek

00:36:21.020 word

00:36:21.660 xenophobe

00:36:22.540 which means

00:36:23.060 outsider

00:36:23.820 or emigrant

00:36:24.680 someone from

00:36:25.780 that came

00:36:26.240 from outside

00:36:27.000 and I am

00:36:28.100 a white

00:36:29.320 supremacist

00:36:30.300 why 0.69

00:36:30.760 excuse me

00:36:31.560 and I

00:36:32.120 terrorize

00:36:32.860 my neighborhood

00:36:33.600 why

00:36:34.200 excuse me

00:36:34.760 because I

00:36:35.340 dared to

00:36:36.000 open the

00:36:36.620 church

00:36:36.920 for a

00:36:37.760 dying

00:36:38.340 desperate 0.52

00:36:39.020 suicidal

00:36:39.780 people

00:36:40.200 that have

00:36:40.500 lost hope

00:36:41.080 lost hope

00:36:41.860 in educational

00:36:42.500 system

00:36:43.040 in mainstream

00:36:43.620 media

00:36:43.940 and government

00:36:44.660 so the

00:36:45.480 mainstream

00:36:46.040 propaganda

00:36:46.800 machinery

00:36:47.380 is painting

00:36:48.860 a picture

00:36:49.640 here

00:36:50.040 they want

00:36:51.080 to vilify

00:36:51.880 anyone

00:36:52.820 just like

00:36:53.500 during the

00:36:54.040 Nazi era 0.54

00:36:54.760 just like

00:36:55.280 during the

00:36:55.820 Soviet era

00:36:56.820 they're vilifying

00:36:57.920 anyone that

00:36:58.760 dares to

00:36:59.600 oppose

00:37:00.280 tyranny

00:37:00.960 so anyone

00:37:01.780 that dares

00:37:02.360 to stand

00:37:03.140 up for

00:37:03.920 himself

00:37:04.320 anyone

00:37:04.700 that dares

00:37:05.340 to fight

00:37:06.300 for our

00:37:06.760 rights and

00:37:07.340 freedoms

00:37:07.860 that Canada

00:37:08.500 should stand

00:37:09.880 for

00:37:10.200 and the

00:37:10.420 politicians

00:37:10.860 for sure

00:37:11.580 should protect

00:37:12.760 citizens

00:37:13.500 and fight

00:37:14.560 against tyranny

00:37:15.520 no anyone

00:37:17.080 that dares

00:37:17.580 to speak

00:37:18.340 or defy

00:37:19.780 tyranny

00:37:20.800 it becomes

00:37:21.660 the villain

00:37:22.240 so I am

00:37:22.920 a lawbreaker

00:37:23.940 according to

00:37:24.700 them

00:37:24.980 I am a

00:37:25.720 troublemaker

00:37:26.480 I am

00:37:27.080 this big

00:37:28.480 villain

00:37:29.220 according to

00:37:30.420 the mainstream

00:37:30.900 media

00:37:31.340 and excuse

00:37:31.880 me

00:37:32.220 why

00:37:33.120 because I

00:37:34.460 dare to

00:37:35.180 feed thousands

00:37:36.180 of people

00:37:37.180 every single

00:37:38.020 week

00:37:38.360 because I

00:37:39.100 have halfway

00:37:39.760 housing

00:37:40.380 I take

00:37:40.820 those people

00:37:41.240 off the

00:37:41.580 streets

00:37:41.840 because I

00:37:42.840 have given

00:37:43.400 over a million

00:37:44.340 dollars worth of

00:37:45.300 food last

00:37:46.080 year to

00:37:46.840 the four

00:37:47.580 different

00:37:48.020 native

00:37:48.440 reserves

00:37:48.960 when they

00:37:49.440 were at

00:37:49.880 the lockdowns

00:37:51.320 that no one

00:37:51.860 could go in

00:37:52.720 and go out

00:37:53.620 that's why

00:37:54.700 because I

00:37:55.520 opened a

00:37:56.240 church

00:37:56.700 in the middle

00:37:58.420 of the

00:37:58.720 greatest

00:37:59.000 crisis

00:38:00.660 in our

00:38:01.800 lifetime

00:38:02.240 that's why

00:38:03.460 you see

00:38:04.020 those people

00:38:04.740 not only

00:38:05.540 if they would

00:38:06.220 just cover

00:38:06.720 the story

00:38:07.220 because I

00:38:07.700 used to

00:38:08.160 think

00:38:09.720 I know

00:38:10.440 I'm naive

00:38:11.120 but I used

00:38:11.720 to think

00:38:12.240 that a

00:38:12.800 reporter

00:38:13.400 his job

00:38:14.520 is to

00:38:14.940 report

00:38:15.740 they're not

00:38:16.600 cooks

00:38:17.240 they're not

00:38:18.020 supposed to

00:38:18.560 cook the

00:38:19.180 story

00:38:19.760 invent the

00:38:20.980 story

00:38:21.440 spin the

00:38:22.440 story

00:38:22.820 they are

00:38:23.600 simply

00:38:24.200 to report

00:38:25.420 on what's

00:38:26.340 really going

00:38:26.840 on

00:38:27.160 giving both

00:38:28.160 sides of

00:38:28.980 the story

00:38:29.580 but do you

00:38:30.380 know the

00:38:30.880 mainstream

00:38:31.300 media

00:38:31.840 would almost

00:38:32.620 never

00:38:33.200 in two years

00:38:34.680 of this

00:38:35.040 craziness

00:38:35.560 contact me

00:38:36.680 and ask

00:38:37.340 my side

00:38:38.380 of the

00:38:38.700 story

00:38:39.060 no

00:38:39.860 it's always

00:38:40.640 Arthur Pulaski

00:38:41.320 is this

00:38:41.760 great villain

00:38:42.480 he's the

00:38:43.000 bad guy

00:38:43.520 why he

00:38:44.020 oh he is

00:38:44.560 a he is

00:38:45.380 a dangerous

00:38:46.380 like the

00:38:46.880 judge

00:38:47.160 Adam

00:38:47.520 the wannabe

00:38:48.160 judge

00:38:48.620 political

00:38:49.060 activist

00:38:49.640 Adam

00:38:50.020 Jermaine

00:38:50.420 said

00:38:50.740 I am

00:38:51.420 extremely

00:38:52.180 dangerous

00:38:53.160 man

00:38:53.700 and that's

00:38:54.520 exactly

00:38:54.980 following

00:38:55.880 what the

00:38:56.900 mainstream

00:38:57.240 media has

00:38:57.880 been saying

00:38:58.420 I'm a 0.86

00:38:58.780 bloody 0.99

00:38:59.040 murderer 0.79

00:38:59.580 I 0.99

00:39:00.420 murder 1.00

00:39:01.160 people

00:39:01.640 apparently

00:39:02.260 and I

00:39:03.020 terrorize

00:39:03.660 my

00:39:03.900 neighborhoods

00:39:04.440 that's

00:39:05.220 crazy

00:39:05.820 yeah

00:39:06.560 well

00:39:07.400 you know

00:39:08.500 I believe

00:39:09.200 it I've

00:39:09.480 seen that

00:39:10.200 and it's

00:39:11.380 not just

00:39:11.740 the media

00:39:12.260 where are

00:39:12.840 the civil

00:39:13.300 liberties

00:39:13.700 organizations

00:39:14.760 where are

00:39:15.600 fellow churches

00:39:16.840 I've seen

00:39:17.340 churches put up

00:39:18.160 press releases

00:39:18.840 denouncing you

00:39:20.260 but I haven't

00:39:20.820 seen churches

00:39:21.400 supporting you

00:39:22.120 where are law

00:39:23.140 professors who

00:39:24.120 might at least

00:39:25.240 be able to

00:39:25.820 separate the

00:39:26.460 individual person

00:39:27.400 from the

00:39:27.860 principles at hand

00:39:28.660 I find it

00:39:29.620 depressing but

00:39:30.320 I think the

00:39:31.160 worst part of it

00:39:32.000 all was when

00:39:34.060 you were found

00:39:34.600 in contempt

00:39:35.320 of this order

00:39:36.340 that like you

00:39:37.280 say was never

00:39:37.880 served on you

00:39:38.620 you never read it

00:39:39.420 the order does

00:39:40.300 not have your

00:39:40.880 name on it

00:39:41.360 the order was

00:39:41.900 cooked up at

00:39:43.000 a secret hearing

00:39:43.820 to which you

00:39:44.280 and your lawyer

00:39:44.680 were not

00:39:45.000 invited

00:39:45.300 this contempt

00:39:46.820 of court

00:39:47.240 sentence was

00:39:47.960 handed out by

00:39:48.740 a judge named

00:39:49.920 Adam Germain

00:39:51.300 and by the way

00:39:51.780 we have a

00:39:52.160 petition called

00:39:53.000 firethejudge.com

00:39:55.280 well over 20,000

00:39:56.580 people have signed

00:39:57.300 that

00:39:57.600 not because the

00:39:59.800 judge is wrong

00:40:00.560 judges are allowed

00:40:01.620 to get it wrong

00:40:02.380 but this judge

00:40:03.800 was so clearly

00:40:04.620 biased and

00:40:05.560 bigoted

00:40:05.940 goes beyond

00:40:07.900 him just

00:40:08.180 getting the

00:40:08.500 law wrong

00:40:08.980 or the facts

00:40:09.500 wrong

00:40:09.820 in his

00:40:10.560 sentence against

00:40:11.620 you

00:40:11.900 he condemned

00:40:13.240 you for doing

00:40:13.960 a speaking tour

00:40:14.700 in the United

00:40:15.120 States

00:40:15.620 what's that got

00:40:16.620 to do with you

00:40:17.340 having a gathering

00:40:18.500 at your church

00:40:19.080 or not

00:40:19.440 he condemned

00:40:20.620 you for taking

00:40:21.300 a selfie

00:40:21.860 with a politician

00:40:23.440 what's that got

00:40:24.120 to do with it

00:40:24.840 he banned you

00:40:26.300 from traveling

00:40:27.160 on a speaking

00:40:28.140 tour

00:40:28.460 what's that got

00:40:29.440 to do with you

00:40:29.980 keeping your church

00:40:30.740 open or not

00:40:31.380 and finally

00:40:32.540 and most gravely

00:40:33.860 this judge

00:40:35.280 Adam Germain

00:40:36.120 said that

00:40:37.440 anytime you

00:40:38.960 gave a sermon

00:40:39.820 a speech

00:40:40.480 a Facebook post

00:40:41.580 a radio interview

00:40:42.560 a TV interview

00:40:43.320 because he hated

00:40:44.260 the facts

00:40:44.720 he went on Fox

00:40:45.560 he put that

00:40:46.380 in his ruling

00:40:46.880 too

00:40:47.180 that you had

00:40:48.780 to read

00:40:49.200 a little

00:40:49.520 paragraph

00:40:50.800 that he himself

00:40:51.940 wrote out

00:40:52.560 so if you ever

00:40:54.080 criticize the

00:40:54.940 government

00:40:55.440 you have to

00:40:56.880 then immediately

00:40:58.300 denounce yourself

00:40:59.560 and say

00:40:59.980 well most people

00:41:02.080 think I'm wrong

00:41:02.960 and here's what

00:41:03.560 they say

00:41:04.040 I've never

00:41:04.560 seen such a thing

00:41:06.020 outside of Soviet

00:41:07.280 you know

00:41:08.580 struggle sessions

00:41:11.180 in communist China

00:41:12.400 I mean it's like

00:41:13.780 you have a gun 0.57

00:41:14.680 to your head 1.00

00:41:15.140 read this false 0.99

00:41:16.200 confession

00:41:16.800 I've never seen

00:41:18.260 anything like that

00:41:19.100 before

00:41:19.560 what was it like

00:41:20.820 in court

00:41:21.680 when some judge

00:41:23.440 said

00:41:23.900 I hate the fact

00:41:25.540 that you have

00:41:26.000 a different opinion

00:41:26.800 I hate the fact

00:41:28.180 you're criticizing

00:41:28.840 the government

00:41:29.340 you're not allowed

00:41:30.400 to go on speaking

00:41:31.300 tours and I'm going

00:41:31.980 to make it impossible

00:41:32.860 for you even to talk

00:41:34.300 without sounding 1.00

00:41:34.880 like a fool 0.98

00:41:35.480 because I'm going 1.00

00:41:36.280 to order you

00:41:36.860 to denounce yourself

00:41:38.420 whenever you speak

00:41:39.840 that must have been

00:41:41.300 straight out of Soviet 0.84

00:41:42.380 times for you

00:41:43.340 well I'm telling you

00:41:45.120 that was the most

00:41:46.280 horrifying thing

00:41:47.480 for me

00:41:48.100 because you know

00:41:49.140 me Ezra

00:41:49.860 I think you covered

00:41:51.240 my first story

00:41:52.880 when I was arrested

00:41:53.920 as the first Canadian

00:41:55.100 to publicly dare

00:41:57.000 to read the Bible

00:41:58.760 in a public park

00:42:00.320 in 2006

00:42:01.220 so going to jail

00:42:03.080 is one thing

00:42:04.840 but this was

00:42:06.040 the most terrifying

00:42:07.000 thing that I heard

00:42:08.100 this judge

00:42:08.880 ordered me to do

00:42:10.260 which is

00:42:11.100 you're not allowed

00:42:12.620 to preach

00:42:13.240 the truth anymore

00:42:14.060 you have to

00:42:14.940 preach the lie

00:42:16.160 I am commanding you

00:42:17.620 to preach the lie

00:42:19.080 or else

00:42:19.860 and I remember

00:42:20.920 when I heard that

00:42:21.840 I looked to Adam

00:42:22.920 Soss

00:42:23.500 one of your reporters

00:42:24.620 and I said

00:42:25.160 that's it

00:42:25.840 I'm done

00:42:26.520 it's finished

00:42:27.320 it's over

00:42:27.940 I'm going to prison

00:42:29.400 because I understood

00:42:30.620 if I will ever

00:42:32.160 obey order like this

00:42:33.800 as a clergyman

00:42:35.640 as a Christian

00:42:36.460 as a man

00:42:37.200 it's over for me

00:42:38.400 it's done deal

00:42:39.740 so I grabbed the microphone

00:42:41.180 there was a big protest

00:42:42.220 outside of the court

00:42:43.280 when I heard the sentencing

00:42:44.760 and I said

00:42:45.420 I will never obey this order

00:42:47.200 take me now

00:42:48.520 arrest me

00:42:49.420 shackle me 0.98

00:42:50.180 strip me naked again 1.00

00:42:51.480 throw me in prison 0.98

00:42:52.740 but I will never ever

00:42:54.220 obey an order like this

00:42:55.500 if I was to obey

00:42:56.780 an order like this

00:42:57.720 my life is over 1.00

00:42:58.940 so shoot me now 0.99

00:43:00.020 because how can you live 0.99

00:43:02.220 in a free and democratic society

00:43:06.420 in court

00:43:07.460 that you're not allowed

00:43:09.060 to travel

00:43:09.740 you're not allowed

00:43:10.880 to express yourself

00:43:12.100 you're not allowed

00:43:12.900 to publish anything

00:43:14.140 you cannot communicate

00:43:15.560 your heart

00:43:16.440 with your fellow citizens

00:43:18.260 because of a crooked judge

00:43:20.480 straight from the Soviet Russia

00:43:22.660 or North Korea

00:43:24.280 telling you

00:43:25.360 if you do that

00:43:26.520 I will make sure

00:43:28.240 you're done for

00:43:30.040 when I was

00:43:30.920 with my brother David

00:43:32.220 three days later

00:43:33.340 without sleep

00:43:34.220 two nights

00:43:34.900 and we were 0.99

00:43:35.920 treated like garbage 0.99

00:43:37.840 in that facility 0.90

00:43:39.940 I remember

00:43:41.180 my brother came to me

00:43:42.280 when we were locked

00:43:43.700 in a cell

00:43:44.940 after we were taken

00:43:46.480 to the courts

00:43:47.340 and they brought us back

00:43:48.400 and they still refused

00:43:49.280 to let us go

00:43:49.980 seven hours

00:43:50.780 it took finally

00:43:52.160 for them to kick us out

00:43:53.540 and I remember

00:43:58.400 when he came to me

00:43:59.280 and says

00:43:59.500 Art what are you going to do

00:44:00.980 because he knows

00:44:01.920 I always strategize

00:44:03.740 and I think

00:44:04.500 of what can be done

00:44:06.420 at this moment

00:44:07.060 I said to him

00:44:07.740 David

00:44:08.000 I just don't know

00:44:09.540 maybe I need to go

00:44:10.820 to the United States

00:44:11.800 and share that story

00:44:13.820 what is happening

00:44:14.760 on the other side

00:44:15.840 of the border

00:44:16.380 because the mainstream media

00:44:18.280 is not going to tell

00:44:19.140 they refuse to tell

00:44:21.780 the public

00:44:22.300 what's really going on

00:44:23.340 and we're doomed

00:44:24.400 we're doomed

00:44:25.380 I have to go there

00:44:26.720 and maybe get some allies

00:44:28.520 over there

00:44:28.880 that's why this judge

00:44:29.900 and the politicians

00:44:30.600 were so terrified

00:44:31.780 because I was Ezra

00:44:33.380 loved in the United States

00:44:35.660 I was speaking

00:44:36.540 to sometimes

00:44:37.200 10,000 people

00:44:38.340 I have been

00:44:39.560 on the biggest media outlets

00:44:41.520 sharing my story

00:44:42.900 I was invited

00:44:44.000 by governors

00:44:44.960 congress people

00:44:46.720 state senators

00:44:47.800 US senators

00:44:48.760 I was invited

00:44:50.180 to people

00:44:53.060 the closest people

00:44:55.240 of Donald Trump

00:44:56.260 including his son

00:44:57.600 Eric Trump

00:44:58.780 I was speaking

00:44:59.400 at the same platforms

00:45:00.620 at the same events

00:45:02.020 the same conferences

00:45:03.040 with those people

00:45:04.160 I was able to

00:45:05.180 hang around with them

00:45:06.520 and tell my story

00:45:07.880 and that's what I did

00:45:08.960 I just shared my story

00:45:10.700 and warned Americans

00:45:12.040 that this is what's

00:45:13.140 coming their way

00:45:14.000 if they will not

00:45:14.940 be vigilant

00:45:15.580 and if they will not

00:45:16.660 rise up

00:45:17.580 and that scared

00:45:19.020 the corrupted

00:45:20.040 Canadian politicians 0.98

00:45:21.320 so much

00:45:22.120 that they

00:45:22.580 I believe

00:45:23.540 I can't prove that

00:45:24.620 of course

00:45:25.040 but I believe

00:45:25.960 that they talked

00:45:26.720 to Adam Germain

00:45:27.700 and they said

00:45:28.480 listen

00:45:28.800 you have to do

00:45:30.060 everything in your power

00:45:31.000 to stop this man

00:45:32.200 from going outside

00:45:33.700 of Canada

00:45:34.240 telling his story

00:45:35.300 here in Canada

00:45:36.500 we control

00:45:38.940 the narrative

00:45:40.020 we control

00:45:40.840 the media

00:45:41.480 over there

00:45:42.300 he is 0.95

00:45:43.380 unhinged 0.98

00:45:44.960 in his 0.79

00:45:45.920 ability

00:45:46.940 to tell

00:45:48.060 the truth

00:45:48.960 to the world

00:45:50.120 to the whole world

00:45:51.040 and that's why

00:45:52.040 I believe

00:45:52.780 he said

00:45:54.240 what he said

00:45:55.040 another shocking

00:45:56.000 thing with this

00:45:56.880 order was that

00:45:57.840 he and the government

00:45:58.980 doesn't acknowledge

00:46:00.620 that what we're doing

00:46:02.080 is in fact

00:46:02.800 community service

00:46:03.560 as you remember

00:46:04.320 I am ordered

00:46:05.900 with my brother

00:46:06.540 David

00:46:06.960 to do 120 hours

00:46:08.820 community service

00:46:09.600 because this judge

00:46:10.560 says

00:46:10.980 what we're doing

00:46:11.840 is not the real deal

00:46:13.060 that this is not

00:46:14.140 the real church

00:46:14.980 we're not actually

00:46:16.280 saving lives

00:46:17.620 we have to do it

00:46:18.500 in the government

00:46:19.580 approved facility

00:46:21.620 and I think

00:46:23.160 when I talked

00:46:23.960 to Sarah Miller

00:46:24.700 our lawyer

00:46:25.560 I think that this judge

00:46:27.200 set us up

00:46:27.980 for failure

00:46:28.680 because I

00:46:29.900 of course

00:46:30.460 as you know

00:46:31.000 I have been assigned

00:46:32.300 a probation officer

00:46:33.540 and that lady 1.00

00:46:35.720 for a month

00:46:37.700 refused to

00:46:39.060 allow us

00:46:40.000 to do our

00:46:40.600 community service

00:46:41.500 within

00:46:42.440 the organizations

00:46:44.080 that actually

00:46:44.760 do not require

00:46:45.800 passports

00:46:46.900 they do not

00:46:48.160 they do not

00:46:49.640 segregate people 0.96

00:46:50.960 based on medical

00:46:52.900 they do not

00:46:54.720 require

00:46:55.280 this

00:46:56.060 you know

00:46:56.680 discrimination

00:46:57.300 and

00:46:58.500 she said

00:46:59.500 no

00:46:59.740 I'm not allowing you

00:47:00.920 and then another

00:47:01.700 shocking thing

00:47:02.400 with the probation officer

00:47:03.420 is that she said

00:47:04.420 when you do your

00:47:05.080 community hours

00:47:05.800 you're not allowed

00:47:07.480 to talk about

00:47:08.400 street change

00:47:08.880 you're not

00:47:09.480 I'm forbidding you

00:47:10.700 to talk about

00:47:11.780 your ministry

00:47:12.360 like excuse me lady

00:47:13.580 who do you think

00:47:14.800 you are

00:47:15.460 I didn't know

00:47:16.660 about that

00:47:17.200 that's absurd

00:47:18.620 I think that

00:47:20.640 should be appealed

00:47:21.380 too

00:47:21.660 it has nothing

00:47:23.300 to do with

00:47:23.880 the so called

00:47:24.620 health order

00:47:25.580 that shut you down

00:47:26.360 in the first place

00:47:27.080 it's clearly

00:47:27.680 an attempt at

00:47:28.800 political re-education

00:47:30.060 of you

00:47:30.380 and you're right

00:47:31.620 it's absurd

00:47:32.340 that this judge

00:47:33.300 who's probably

00:47:34.060 not done a single

00:47:35.020 hour of community

00:47:35.860 service in his life

00:47:36.880 is telling you

00:47:38.040 it's a laugh

00:47:38.980 to sentence you

00:47:39.720 to community service

00:47:40.620 when that's basically

00:47:41.800 all you do

00:47:42.760 anyways

00:47:43.400 but he's saying

00:47:44.320 no you can't

00:47:45.060 feed the hungry

00:47:46.400 we're going to

00:47:47.280 cook up some

00:47:48.040 social justice

00:47:48.880 project for you

00:47:49.700 I bet

00:47:50.000 well listen

00:47:50.900 we're almost out of

00:47:51.820 time but I

00:47:52.380 want to end

00:47:53.380 on a positive note

00:47:54.480 we talked about

00:47:56.420 that appalling

00:47:57.120 sentence

00:47:58.320 the travel ban

00:48:00.220 the self-denunciation

00:48:01.820 I didn't know

00:48:02.680 about your parole

00:48:03.600 officer

00:48:03.960 we'll have to

00:48:04.380 talk about that

00:48:05.000 but I am pleased

00:48:06.220 to say that

00:48:06.920 when Sarah Miller

00:48:07.660 your lawyer

00:48:08.220 for a year and a

00:48:08.980 half now

00:48:09.540 got in front

00:48:10.700 of the court

00:48:11.140 of appeal

00:48:11.720 that the court

00:48:12.800 of appeal

00:48:13.180 very quickly

00:48:14.080 suspended

00:48:15.700 those aspects

00:48:17.120 of the sentence

00:48:17.740 against you

00:48:18.340 that banned you

00:48:19.360 from travel

00:48:19.940 and required you

00:48:21.000 to denounce

00:48:21.580 yourself

00:48:21.980 now there'll be

00:48:22.640 a full court

00:48:23.300 of appeal hearing

00:48:23.980 on the sentence

00:48:25.940 in June

00:48:26.660 but until then

00:48:28.920 the sentence

00:48:29.880 is suspended

00:48:30.560 which I think

00:48:32.080 is a sign

00:48:32.940 that the court

00:48:34.540 of appeal

00:48:35.100 a more senior

00:48:36.420 sober minded

00:48:37.320 court than this 0.62

00:48:38.220 bigot Adam

00:48:39.040 Jermaine

00:48:39.440 I think it's a sign

00:48:41.080 that the court

00:48:41.580 of appeal

00:48:42.060 thinks maybe

00:48:43.240 things have gone

00:48:43.820 too far

00:48:44.340 and even if you

00:48:45.000 are irritating

00:48:47.140 to the authorities

00:48:48.180 that's no excuse

00:48:49.260 for them to violate

00:48:50.680 your freedom

00:48:51.280 so I'm hopeful

00:48:52.340 and it's taken

00:48:53.580 a lot of endurance

00:48:54.460 from you

00:48:54.860 I mean

00:48:55.140 it'll be more

00:48:56.260 than two years

00:48:57.140 from your first

00:48:58.100 pandemic arrest

00:48:58.900 by the time

00:48:59.340 you get to

00:48:59.660 the court

00:48:59.940 of appeal

00:49:00.300 but I'm optimistic

00:49:02.040 I mean maybe 0.99

00:49:02.700 I'm a fool 0.99

00:49:03.320 for being optimistic 0.99

00:49:04.800 but I think

00:49:05.320 you've got a great

00:49:05.920 lawyer

00:49:06.260 you had an

00:49:07.200 atrocious judge

00:49:08.260 you have a signal

00:49:09.460 from the court

00:49:10.060 of appeal

00:49:10.500 that things

00:49:10.960 are out of hand

00:49:11.600 I think you might

00:49:12.680 actually win this

00:49:13.520 thing

00:49:13.680 what do you think

00:49:14.340 I believe

00:49:16.460 that we will

00:49:17.220 in end

00:49:17.820 truth wins

00:49:18.800 every single time

00:49:20.280 it's just

00:49:20.840 we have to endure

00:49:21.980 we have to be

00:49:23.000 dedicated

00:49:23.520 we have to be

00:49:24.320 willing to suffer

00:49:25.280 and I think

00:49:25.740 that's the problem

00:49:26.620 with Canadians

00:49:28.120 as a whole

00:49:29.120 we have never

00:49:29.940 really here

00:49:31.380 faced such a tyranny

00:49:33.260 so people are not

00:49:34.200 used to suffering

00:49:35.820 everything has been

00:49:36.840 given to them

00:49:37.600 since their childhood

00:49:38.920 is such a contrast

00:49:40.880 to where Polish people

00:49:42.600 and others

00:49:43.320 that emigrated

00:49:44.300 to Canada

00:49:44.820 we had to endure

00:49:46.140 hardships

00:49:46.760 since we were born

00:49:48.200 so I do believe

00:49:49.640 that there is

00:49:50.540 a light in the tunnel

00:49:51.620 it's very fascinating

00:49:53.020 to see how

00:49:53.880 everything is unfolding

00:49:54.920 in the Bible

00:49:55.500 it says the truth

00:49:56.640 will set you free

00:49:58.020 the truth will set

00:49:58.900 the captives free

00:49:59.720 and you

00:50:00.640 I am very grateful

00:50:02.060 to you

00:50:02.660 to the rebel news

00:50:04.060 network

00:50:04.840 that you are

00:50:06.060 actually covering

00:50:07.100 the story

00:50:07.640 and exposing

00:50:08.400 the lie

00:50:08.920 because the more

00:50:09.820 people will see

00:50:10.800 what's really going on

00:50:12.020 the freer

00:50:13.160 in the end

00:50:13.980 they will become

00:50:14.840 the truth will set

00:50:15.960 them free

00:50:16.720 so I think

00:50:17.980 I believe

00:50:18.820 that a combination

00:50:19.680 of things

00:50:20.500 are happening

00:50:21.180 people are raising up

00:50:22.580 they see what

00:50:23.640 this whole thing

00:50:24.380 is all about

00:50:25.160 you're covering

00:50:26.140 the story

00:50:26.700 exposing the lie

00:50:28.180 and bringing the truth

00:50:29.440 and then we have

00:50:30.400 amazing lawyers

00:50:31.600 thanks to you

00:50:32.580 and your viewers

00:50:33.520 so I want to thank you

00:50:34.880 rebel news

00:50:36.140 and all

00:50:36.860 all of those

00:50:38.060 thousands of people

00:50:39.440 that have supported

00:50:40.500 this fight

00:50:41.520 because I would not

00:50:42.240 be able to do this

00:50:43.200 without the exposure

00:50:45.220 without the legal team

00:50:47.340 that is fantastic

00:50:48.440 amazing

00:50:49.140 they're really

00:50:49.800 really knowledgeable

00:50:50.640 and good

00:50:51.940 fiery

00:50:52.820 people that actually

00:50:54.120 believe in freedom

00:50:55.300 a team

00:50:56.120 of lawyers

00:50:56.980 we would not

00:50:58.120 be able to do

00:50:58.720 what we're doing

00:50:59.280 right now

00:50:59.860 so a combination

00:51:00.840 of things

00:51:01.640 put together

00:51:02.740 I believe

00:51:03.840 that we have

00:51:04.700 a chance

00:51:06.020 to win this

00:51:06.800 I believe

00:51:07.360 we are going

00:51:08.280 to win this

00:51:09.000 but we cannot

00:51:10.100 give up

00:51:10.780 we have this saying

00:51:11.740 in our ministry

00:51:13.660 at Street Church

00:51:14.720 winners never quit

00:51:16.700 quitters never win

00:51:19.460 if you want to win

00:51:21.520 and I was a fighter

00:51:22.780 as you know

00:51:23.400 I used to teach people

00:51:24.660 how to fight

00:51:25.300 black belt

00:51:25.920 and I was a boxer

00:51:27.160 before

00:51:28.020 and we cannot

00:51:29.920 throw a towel

00:51:30.600 we gotta stay

00:51:31.720 in a ring

00:51:32.300 we gotta keep fighting

00:51:33.440 because if you quit

00:51:34.520 you're done

00:51:35.300 if you keep fighting

00:51:36.660 if you keep standing

00:51:37.660 remember the story

00:51:39.000 of David

00:51:39.680 David had no

00:51:41.480 political powers

00:51:42.720 he didn't have

00:51:44.320 great lawyers

00:51:45.980 but he had something

00:51:47.400 that God provided him

00:51:48.840 was a stone

00:51:50.440 he gave him

00:51:51.580 a little stone

00:51:52.400 he used whatever

00:51:53.380 God gave it to him

00:51:54.880 he used that

00:51:55.980 and in the end

00:51:57.200 he used the enemy's

00:51:59.080 own weapons

00:51:59.840 so we have to use

00:52:00.900 their own weapons

00:52:01.680 to chop that 1.00

00:52:02.980 tyrannical heads off 1.00

00:52:05.520 and then chase 0.98

00:52:06.840 the enemies away

00:52:07.840 this is after all

00:52:08.860 Canada

00:52:09.320 an amazing

00:52:10.580 beautiful country

00:52:11.660 our country

00:52:12.900 who those people

00:52:13.820 think they are

00:52:14.780 this is our land

00:52:16.680 not just

00:52:17.180 Justin Trudeau's land

00:52:19.460 not just the

00:52:20.020 Kenny's

00:52:20.560 or Hinch's

00:52:21.360 or Tom's land

00:52:22.660 this is our home

00:52:24.080 this is our inheritance

00:52:25.600 this is our land

00:52:27.100 this is Canada

00:52:28.020 well that's a

00:52:29.760 wonderful and hopeful

00:52:31.240 way to end

00:52:32.060 an interesting conversation

00:52:33.460 for those who want

00:52:34.680 to chip in

00:52:35.340 to the Legal Defense Fund

00:52:36.540 to pay Sarah Miller's

00:52:38.380 legal fee

00:52:38.940 she's an excellent lawyer

00:52:39.940 I've gotten to know her well

00:52:41.060 over the last year

00:52:42.140 and a half

00:52:42.560 and there's other lawyers

00:52:43.780 at least two other lawyers

00:52:45.060 are typically on the file

00:52:46.380 please go to

00:52:47.300 SaveArthur.com

00:52:49.340 and you'll actually get

00:52:50.080 a charitable tax receipt

00:52:51.300 from the Democracy Fund

00:52:52.720 none of those funds

00:52:53.800 go to Rebel News

00:52:55.040 or to Arthur himself

00:52:56.380 it just goes to

00:52:57.740 the Democracy Fund's

00:52:58.800 legal defense

00:52:59.840 which has fought

00:53:01.500 as you heard

00:53:02.440 fought like lions

00:53:04.240 for the last year

00:53:05.240 and a half

00:53:05.560 Arthur great to talk
