00:01:07.400 And now comes his latest scandal. Brown is using City of Brampton employees to sell CPC

00:01:16.820 memberships. Some of those senior employees actually flew across Canada with Brown, traveling

00:01:22.560 as far away as Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, when they should have been working for the

00:01:28.120 citizens of Brampton, Ontario. Patrick Brown drove straight to the Brampton police headquarters.

00:02:31.900 Okay, sure. Well, it turns out that our report prompted Brampton City Councillor Elaine Moore

00:02:37.900 to file a complaint to the Brampton Integrity Commissioner's office. That's because using municipal

00:02:44.840 resources and city staffers without them taking an unpaid leave of absence is contrary to the City

00:02:53.360 of Brampton Code of Conduct and the Election Finances Act of Ontario and the Canada Elections Act. Oops.

00:03:03.500 Well, guess what? The investigation into these shenanigans recently wrapped. And amazingly,

00:03:10.680 the Integrity Commissioner has found that Mayor Patrick Brown did not, I repeat, did not wrongfully use

00:03:19.140 city staff during his ill-fated CPC campaign. Yes, despite what our video indicates. Holy O.J. Simpson,

00:03:28.840 Batman. Indeed, on August 18th, the Integrity Commissioner's office released a statement noting,

00:03:34.280 quote, we are unable to find that the mayor breached the code of conduct as alleged, end quote. As well,

00:03:43.200 our story did not, quote, reflect journalistic objectivity, end quote. Oh, really? So the

00:03:51.800 Integrity Commissioner is now an expert in the craft of journalism too? Fascinating. The report goes on,

00:03:59.080 quote, ground's office was able to show through the City's electronic time record that all participating

00:04:07.100 staff were off work at that time. Thus, they were not being paid by the City, end quote. The Commission

00:04:15.500 then notes that under the Code of Conduct, quote, staff are permitted to volunteer their time for election

00:04:23.380 campaign-related work if they are on vacation or take a leave of absence, end quote. Apparently,

00:04:31.640 that time recording system is automatically updated, folks. So each person off work at any particular

00:04:38.540 time had to manually enter the fact they were on vacation time, a leave of absence, or with banked

00:04:47.200 blue days. Folks, do you believe that? Since June, I have reached out for this very information from six

00:04:55.780 staffers that we identified as working at Brown's secret Vaughn, Ontario headquarters for weeks and

00:05:03.460 weeks on end. None would provide proof they were on unpaid leave. And I'm wondering, this system is

00:05:11.340 electronic. And it is the only record. I know I'm going out on a limb here, folks, but maybe, just maybe,

00:05:19.660 this electronic record is susceptible to, you know, after-the-fact hacking. I mean, even the

00:05:26.860 Integrity Commissioner's Office, in its report, recommended an updated process that would leave

00:05:33.980 more documentation to, quote, ensure better records are available in the future, end quote. Oh, you don't

00:05:43.100 say. In fact, a few days ago, a superb piece regarding this story appeared in The Poynter, an online news

00:05:51.200 organization that covers Brampton. Here's the lead paragraph by Jessica R. Durling, quote,

00:05:57.440 Patrick Brown used seven members of his taxpayer-funded mayor's office to work on his Conservative Party

00:06:06.140 leadership campaign during normal working hours. No approvals for the leave could be found, and the city's

00:06:14.540 electronic record system was altered after the fact to reflect time off, end quote. Did you catch that smoking

00:06:24.660 gun comment, folks? Namely, the records were altered after the fact? Are you experiencing deja vu, folks?

00:06:33.820 Namely, we go back to July 2020, while Brown locked down the city's parks and recreation facilities to the

00:06:41.080 children of Brampton and enforced this lockdown with hefty fines. Brown himself was playing hockey every

00:06:49.860 Wednesday at the Ernst Cliff Recreation Centre, along with his buried boyfriends, and we caught him

00:06:56.980 crimson-handed then, too. Check it out. Brampton was perhaps the most locked-down city in all of Canada

00:07:04.180 during the COVID-19 mandates. Brown even hired security guards to rat out people to Brampton by-law enforcement

00:07:12.100 for the egregious crime of, oh, making use of fenced-off baseball diamonds or soccer fields. And all the

00:07:21.300 while, this hypocrite was secretly playing hockey with his buried buddies at a Brampton rink. Well, folks, um, 0.99

00:09:04.340 That illicit incident, as I mentioned, took place on a Wednesday. And guess what? The following

00:09:11.060 weekend, Brown allegedly had his minions tinker with the Brampton bylaws to make his previous

00:09:18.900 hockey playing at a city facility perfectly legit, as in retroactively, as in after the fact.

00:09:29.300 Uh, sorry, mayor, the law doesn't work that way. But the sneaky one, he has no shame.

00:09:36.580 Alas, when Brampton's former integrity commissioner, Manisa Sheik, issued her report on this incident,

00:09:43.940 guess what? She found that Brown's only misdeed was not wearing a mask in a city's facility,

00:09:51.700 even though we caught him red-handed in that rink, playing hockey, which was contrary to the law at

00:09:58.820 that time. Oh, by the way, did I mention Ms. Sheik is a personal friend and a campaigner for Mr. Brown.

00:10:08.580 I should also note that Manisa was fired earlier this year after the majority of anti-Brown city councillors

00:10:16.500 took a dim view that she had billed the city for more than $660,000 for what was essentially part-time

00:10:26.420 work. By the way, Ms. Sheik is now suing the city of Brampton for $20 million. And get this,

00:10:34.820 Brown is supporting his buddy in her quest for a Lotto Max jackpot funded by the beleaguered taxpayers of

00:10:42.100 Brampton. You know, I wonder how the average Bramptonian feels about this, working long hours,

00:10:49.860 trying to make ends meet, pay the rent, only discover that Mayor Brown wants his buddy to get

00:10:56.660 a $20 million payout. The chutzpah, the tone-deaf entitlement of this man, it's absolutely astonishing.

00:11:16.660 Are you kidding me? Of course, Brown now claims he's vindicated. He's been phoning all his useful

00:11:31.140 just who is Brampton's new integrity commissioner in the first place? Well, it's not a who but a what.

00:11:38.900 You see, Brown farmed out the integrity commissioner gig to a private company,

00:11:44.020 Toronto-based Principles Integrity. Now, a couple of things. Why didn't this company reach out to us in

00:11:52.260 their investigation? We provided the original source material that was the basis of this complaint,

00:11:58.900 after all. And talk about a conflict of interest. Why would a company hired to do integrity work

00:12:06.900 condemn the mayor of the very city it receives its paychecks from? Indeed, recently we reached out to

00:12:14.100 the co-founder of Principles Integrity, Jeff Abrams. I had some questions to ask about his organization,

00:12:21.940 his findings, his smear job regarding Rebel News, and his defense of a serial liar. He never returned

00:12:30.260 my email, so I looked up the company address and paid a visit. Right off the bat, things seem downright

00:12:38.100 weird because Principles Integrity is not based in an office tower or in an industrial park,

00:12:45.220 but it's located in a house in a residential neighborhood in North Toronto.

00:14:04.500 and it's been several days and no response. So I looked up the address for Principles

00:14:11.780 Integrity, and lo and behold, it is in this beautiful North Toronto neighbourhood, and it's a

00:14:21.620 single family dwelling, as you can see. And that's kind of baffling, unless he's running his business

00:14:29.380 out of his house. And just to recap, what I wanted to ask Mr. Abrams, and I have asked him these

00:14:37.860 questions via email, is my sources tell me that absentee electronic records pertaining to the city

00:14:45.220 of Branham staffers were likely altered retroactively. Did you even consider this factor in your

00:14:52.500 investigation, especially given Mayor Brown's reputation? Number two, you decry the lack of

00:15:00.420 journalistic objectivity in our report. What do you mean by this? We spent several weeks observing

00:15:07.540 Brown's secret campaign headquarters in Vaughan, noting when city staff was working there. We lawyered

00:15:14.100 our video prior to publication. We reached out several times to Brown and the city staffers to

00:15:19.780 get their side of the story, including proof of their leaves of absence, none of which was provided.

00:15:49.220 personal friend or acquaintance of Mayor Brown, as was the last City of Brampton Integrity Commissioner?

00:16:04.900 And finally, five, are you not in an inherent conflict of interest in terms of investigating the mayor

00:16:13.380 when this individual is directly involved in remunerating you? Put another way, why bite the hand

00:16:20.980 that feeds? Well, as you can see, folks, we did reach out. A lady answered the door, said he isn't home,

00:16:29.860 doesn't know when he'll be home, likely won't give us an interview on his porch. So I'm just wondering

00:16:36.180 if we're failing the journalism objectivity test here that he decried in his report. At the end of the

00:16:43.780 day, it seems the more we delve into this story, the more questions arise, including this is the

00:16:52.820 headquarters for principles integrity. Wow. Well, back to the office and we'll try to dig up some more leads.

00:17:01.540 As for Brown, if you can believe it, this lying liar continues to crow that he's been vindicated. He alleges 0.98

00:17:09.220 that Rebel News has an obsession with him and that our so-called obsession is based on his history of

00:17:17.860 standing up against their agenda of hate, intolerance and Islamophobia. Their story was

00:17:24.420 motivated by politics and not truth. And the entire investigation was a waste of taxpayer money."

00:26:03.460 movie Aliens versus Predator, namely, no matter which side wins, we lose. But I want to speak about

00:26:10.100 Bill Gates. And I think this man is shameful because here he is. He's all on board in this great reset and

00:26:18.020 giving up our belongings and eating insects. This man used the system of capitalism going back to the

00:26:26.260 1970s when he started Microsoft, became one of the world's richest individuals. And yet he now wants to

00:26:35.620 destroy that which made him so wealthy, so entitled so that no one else can follow in his footsteps. 0.95

00:26:42.980 I think this is entirely hypocritical, Mark. I mean, it absolutely is in his own lifestyle.

00:26:49.220 You can look at it the week in January of 2021. He came out and said it is not a time to be traveling,

00:26:55.700 to be going out, to be going to restaurants. We need to keep these lockdowns going. That same week,

00:27:01.220 David, he was making a bid on the world's largest private jet transport company that he wanted to

00:27:07.220 own. In other words, it wasn't going to affect he and his friends. They were going to be able to

00:27:11.300 travel around the world, do what they wanted. He's going after the common man. Now, if you look at his

00:27:16.100 Microsoft, he benefited from a monopoly. And ultimately, what the great reset is, is pro-monopolistic.

00:27:24.740 They are trying to get a monopoly of power, monopoly of food, monopoly of energy, monopoly of freedom

00:27:31.060 of movement, monopoly of wealth, monopoly of property. And that's what they're after there.

00:27:36.660 It's the idea is you'll owe nothing and you'll be happy. Well, wait a minute. Someone's going to own

00:27:40.900 that. We're going to be renters, serfs. We're the unwashed masses. We're going to be renting the

00:27:53.540 distressed properties as regulations designed to crush them. The biggest irony here is Bill Gates

00:27:59.940 buying up the farmland. We know what they're trying to do with our food. They're making food

00:28:04.340 rare and expensive treat by shutting down high yield agriculture. What's going to happen when we start

00:28:11.060 facing real serious food shortages? You know what's going to happen. They're going to blame the coming

00:28:15.780 food shortages on climate change and claim they predicted it all along and then require more such

00:28:21.700 regulations, which will create more food shortages, which will double down and say is caused by even

00:28:25.940 worse climate change. This is the insane loop we find ourselves in 2022. Indeed. And speaking of 2022,

00:28:33.380 you know, what's so chilling, Mark? I don't know if you've ever seen the film. It was shot in 1973. I

00:28:39.060 speak of Soylent Green, which was set in the year of 2022. And my God, it was prescient and so many

00:28:46.740 issues. You know, food shortages, the idea of not only a suicide legal, but it's actually encouraged

00:28:54.340 by the government. There's so many things about that film that was shot decades ago that they got

00:28:59.780 right about the real 2022. But the thing is so much for leading by example, Mark, because while they say

00:29:07.940 give up all your belongings that you'll owe nothing and be happy, Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, all the rest of

00:29:14.820 them, they're not giving up their limo, their limousines driven by a chauffeur. They're not

00:29:20.420 giving up their carbon spewing private jets. Again, I am just astounded by how tone deaf they are and how

00:29:31.460 hypocritical they are. It is absolutely amazing. And in the book, I detail all this hypocrisy. I mean, 0.99

00:29:38.020 Bill Gates, his own property, I believe it's like I don't have the figure in my head. I think it's like

00:29:41.780 35,000 a month for electricity bills. And he's got huge square footage and multiple homes. And yet

00:29:48.820 they're the ones Bill Gates vision for the world. He said the next pandemic, if you wanted to fight it,

00:29:53.220 do what Australia did, perhaps the most authoritarian country next to China and Canada. I don't know,

00:29:59.300 actually, that's another one who was more authoritarian Trudeau's Canada or Australia. I'm

00:30:04.180 not sure. But this is what we find. And you find Leonardo DiCaprio, Al Gore, John Kerry, all the

00:30:10.260 Hollywood at least, the United Nations chief who bragged about living at 30,000 feet.

00:30:15.060 They want a set of austerity that they are not willing to follow. They want a set of austerity for

00:30:19.780 us, but they can't follow it. And what their ultimate goal here is to make flying less frequent,

00:35:11.060 the better, or worse is better. In other words, you want to create so much chaos and conflict in

00:35:17.220 your society to collapse the current system. And that's what we're seeing. That's why it was God's

00:35:22.740 gift to the left, in the words of Jane Fonda, because they were able to collapse our current

00:35:27.220 system. In the case of the United States, we were energy independent for the first time since Harry
