00:01:27.100 You're listening to our latest podcast.

00:01:29.240 Tonight, Crooked Cop Greg Dumichel of the Mounties, well, he's gone from tough guy to Sergeant Schultz,

00:01:46.280 i.e. I know nothing. I saw nothing in just one year. I have some theories why. It's Tuesday,

00:01:54.760 January 21st, 2025. I'm David Menzies, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.

00:02:02.100 You're fighting for freedom!

00:02:04.960 Shame on you, you censorious bug! 0.74

00:02:16.700 Hey, folks. At Rebel News, we always endeavor to get the other side of the story,

00:02:21.700 so we were quite thankful indeed to spot Greg Dumichel of the Royal Canadian Mounted Henchmen

00:02:28.980 earlier this month. Dumichel was providing bodyguard services for the Prime Minister

00:02:35.760 at a Richmond Hill, Ontario vigil for those Canadians who were massacred by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps

00:02:45.020 back in 2020. Dumichel is also perhaps Canada's most infamous Mountie these days,

00:02:53.380 and wow, did I have questions for this thug, given what he did to me a year ago this month.

00:03:02.300 Here, check it out.

00:03:03.360 Mr. Freeland, how come the IRDC is not a terrorist group?

00:03:06.920 Why is your government supporting Islam al-Nashe? 0.52

00:03:14.400 What? You did this?

00:03:16.480 What are you doing?

00:03:17.580 Mr. You're under arrest for assault.

00:03:18.700 You bumped into me!?

00:03:18.940 You're under arrest for assault.

00:03:21.780 What are you talking about?!

00:03:22.840 You're under arrest for assault.

00:03:24.200 Police!

00:03:24.940 You're under arrest for assault!

00:03:25.540 You bumped into me!

00:03:26.940 You bumped into me!

00:03:27.760 You bumped into-

00:03:28.800 i was just scrubbing-

00:03:30.020 I got my credentials here and you just bumped into me.

00:03:32.300 Do you know folks that Chrystia Freeland's campaign slogan for her quest to 0.88

00:03:59.420 become the next leader of the Liberal Party of Canada is free land, two words, all uppercase? 0.95

00:04:07.660 I guess this former journalist no longer gives a rodent's rectum when it comes to freedom

00:04:13.420 of the press, alas, and we found out that to be the case on Sunday when Rebel News and

00:04:19.660 other independent media people were frog-marched out of the venue that was hosting Fraulein

00:04:26.220 Freeland's Toronto campaign launch, it's nice.

00:04:30.140 But back to Uncle Fester of the Mounties, I wanted to find out what motivated this so-called

00:04:36.980 law enforcement officer to physically assault and falsely arrest me last January at the

00:04:44.860 very same vigil.

00:04:46.460 By the way, that mugging was perhaps our most viral video of 2024.

00:04:52.100 Meaning that you, the viewers, are also very interested in police behaving badly, I should

00:04:59.860 think.

00:05:01.180 And so it was that cameraman Lincoln Jay spotted Dumochelle leaving the Richmond Hill Center

00:05:07.260 for the Performing Arts for whatever reason.

00:05:11.800 And we decided to tag along in the hopes of interviewing him because even when it comes

00:05:17.440 to the bad guys, we believe in getting the other side of the story, at least we try.

00:05:24.680 What followed next was bizarre.

00:05:27.640 Namely, Dumochelle driving first eastbound and then westbound on Highway 407.

00:05:36.540 Was he lost?

00:05:38.020 Or more likely, did he spot us spotting him and he wanted to, well, ditch us like yesterday's

00:05:45.440 newspaper.

00:05:46.440 He eventually fled to an Ontario Provincial Police Detachment on Bathurst Street.

00:05:52.800 That's where Dumochelle called the cops on me.

00:05:56.680 Even though he is a cop, but never mind.

00:06:00.200 Here check out some more video evidence.

00:06:02.680 Hey, Mrs. Dumochelle.

00:06:03.680 How are you?

00:06:04.680 You look lost.

00:06:05.680 You're going back and forth on the 407.

00:06:07.680 You know, a lot of our viewers would like to know, why aren't you confined to a desk job?

00:06:17.680 Can you hear me?

00:06:19.680 Hello?

00:06:20.680 Why are you still on active duty?

00:06:24.680 Now, you're not so tough one year later.

00:06:30.680 Look at this, folks.

00:06:31.680 It's Uncle Fester of the Mounties, AKA Craig Dumochelle.

00:06:35.140 Why were you driving back and forth on the 407?

00:06:37.680 That's a toll highway on the taxpayer fund.

00:06:43.960 This is an OPP detachment.

00:06:45.780 Why would you be here?

00:06:49.680 Isn't this amazing, folks?

00:06:51.680 This is the guy who a year ago today roughed me up, falsely arrested me.

00:06:58.680 You know, Cat got his tongue.

00:07:01.680 Why is he so silent?

00:07:04.680 And here he is.

00:07:06.680 Oh, he's called the OPP on us.

00:07:08.680 I don't know if we've broken any laws, but I guess a new adventure awaits.

00:07:17.680 Mr. Dumochelle, would you like to talk about that?

00:07:22.680 Well, at least one thing is for certain. 0.99

00:07:25.680 Namely, Dumochelle is a compulsive liar. 0.93

00:07:29.680 He likely didn't notice the dash cam that was mounted on the Menzoid Mobile, 0.92

00:07:34.680 which adroitly shows that contrary to his allegation,

00:07:38.680 we did not, quote, blow through a red light, end quote.

00:07:43.680 But as you just saw, he did not answer my questions.

00:07:48.680 He did not get out of his vehicle.

00:07:50.680 He did not lower his window.

00:07:52.680 He didn't even make eye contact with me.

00:07:55.680 Hey, whatever happened to-

00:07:57.680 Of course, falsely making a police report turned out to be a tactic for us to be detained by the OPP

00:08:08.680 as Dumochelle scurried away from more impolite questioning.

00:08:14.680 By the way, isn't it a crime to make a false police report, even if you are the police?

00:08:22.680 Then again, the woke OPP would seem to be more interested in thought crimes these days.

00:08:28.680 Check out this video of me being arrested in Little Fergus, Ontario last May.

00:08:35.680 The charge, at least the official charge, was trespassing,

00:08:39.680 which is laughable given that I was on a public field asking spectators

00:08:45.680 what they thought about Ash Davis, a biological male playing rugby with biological females,

00:08:53.680 in violation of world rugby rules, by the way.

00:08:57.680 But the OPP, they don't care about that. Here, check it out.

00:09:00.680 You're under arrest for trespassing.

00:09:02.680 Why?

00:09:03.680 You're in the-

00:09:04.680 Hands behind your back.

00:09:05.680 Hands behind your back, please.

00:09:06.680 Are you kidding me?

00:09:07.680 No, hands behind your back.

00:09:08.680 Listen, I'm not on the field.

00:09:09.680 Yes, you are.

00:09:10.680 Hands behind your back.

00:09:11.680 I'm not-

00:09:12.680 Hands behind your back, please.

00:09:13.680 Are you getting this, guys?

00:09:15.680 Can you please stop-

00:09:16.680 I'm not on the field.

00:09:17.680 Hands behind your back.

00:09:18.680 I'm not on the field.

00:09:19.680 David.

00:09:20.680 Do you have to handcuff him?

00:09:21.680 Hands behind your back, now.

00:09:25.680 Well, folks, this is my equipment.

00:09:28.680 I'm going to give it to my cameraman, okay?

00:09:30.680 Just let it go, and your cameraman can grab it for you, okay?

00:09:33.680 This is, this is the, this is Doug Ford's Protarian Guard.

00:09:38.680 They are arresting me on a trumped-up charge.

00:09:42.680 I never trespassed on the field.

00:09:45.680 And they are, meanwhile, they are not tolerating, they are tolerating

00:09:51.680 this man injuring female players.

00:09:55.680 Wow, isn't that something?

00:09:57.680 You know, if I was trespassing, then so were the other spectators, but again, never mind.

00:10:03.680 You know, folks, we back the blue, or we try to back the blue, but when police act like this,

00:10:09.680 is it any wonder why so many people are losing faith in law enforcement?

00:10:16.680 But back to DuMichel, why is he such a timid little pussycat these days?

00:10:23.680 How did he go from barking out threats to embracing the silent treatment?

00:10:30.680 Gee, you don't think it has anything to do with the international humiliation he received last year when the world saw, via video evidence, that he assaulted me, not vice versa, and that he falsely arrested me on trumped-up bogus charges. 0.98

00:10:50.680 And, you know, it speaks to the entitlement, and yes, stupidity of a rotten cop like DuMichel, that he would behave that way when several individuals, plus security cameras, were recording his thuggish actions on video in real time. 0.94

00:11:10.680 You know, it makes you wonder, how would DuMichel have behaved if there wasn't a camera in sight? 0.98

00:11:17.680 Now, that is really disturbing, my friends.

00:11:20.680 By the way, this wasn't the first time I have had to endure a violent encounter with the Mounties for the egregious crime of practicing journalism.

00:11:32.680 I hearken back to December 2021.

00:11:37.680 I was standing on a sidewalk outside the Brickworks restaurant in Toronto.

00:11:42.680 You see, days earlier, Justin Trudeau urged Canadians not to get together for Christmas.

00:11:49.680 You know, there'd be a lack of social distancing in doing so, and with all that COVID-19 pandemic stuff in full force, that would make Christmas time just too unsafe.

00:12:02.680 So, can you imagine our surprise when Blackface staged a $1,700-a-plate fundraiser at the Brickworks in which deep-pocketed liberal cultists were packed into the eatery like proverbial sardines? 0.95

00:12:20.680 Our mission was to ask the PM, why the double standard?

00:12:25.680 Why was he donning the guise of the Grinch and demanding Canadians cancel Christmas, yet was full speed ahead when it came to staging a fundraiser for the Liberal Party of Canada?

00:12:39.680 Well, alas, I never got to ask any questions because as I was standing on a public sidewalk, hoping to scrum the Prime Minister, this is what transpired.

00:12:52.680 Hey, this is assault. I'm on a sidewalk. What is this? I'm on a sidewalk. I am on a sidewalk. What is this? You cannot touch me. Not rushing and working. Hey. Are you kidding? Are you kidding? Let's go of me.

00:12:59.680 Let's go of me. What is this? You can't. Am I under arrest? Am I under arrest? Am I under arrest?

00:13:06.680 Absolutely shocking. Trudeau actually sent out his goon squad to physically assault me for...

00:13:13.680 What is this? You can't. Am I under arrest? Am I under arrest?

00:13:29.680 Absolutely shocking. Trudeau actually sent out his goon squad to physically assault me for the possibility that I might ask an insensitive question? That I might expose his incredible hypocrisy?

00:13:46.060 That is banana republic garbage, folks. But then again, we can't grow bananas in Canada, so let's just call our once proud dominion a maple syrup republic. 1.00

00:13:57.840 In any event, regarding Dumashell's most recent behavior, I reached out to RCMP Media Relations. Since he has no intention of talking to me, I had nine specific questions.

00:14:13.820 One, why did Dumashell leave the Richmond Hill venue early, given that the Prime Minister was still in attendance?

00:14:22.340 Two, what was his intended destination?

00:14:26.960 Three, why did he and or his partner drive to a Richmond Hill OPP detachment?

00:14:34.020 Four, why did he and or his partner falsely accuse me of violating the Highway Traffic Act?

00:14:41.700 Five, going back to January 2024, why did Dumashell assault and falsely arrest me?

00:14:48.640 Six, regarding the incident last year, if he believed I had assaulted him, why did he drop the assault charge within an hour?

00:15:00.600 Seven, when Dumashell arrested and assaulted me, was he acting on his own accord or was he being instructed by then Deputy PM Chrystia Freeland and or her staff member to assault and arrest me?

00:15:16.220 Eight, did the RCMP conduct a formal review of this incident?

00:15:21.760 If so, can you kindly provide me with the results of that investigation?

00:15:27.500 And nine, can you kindly provide me with how many complaints Dumashell has received during his tenure at the RCMP?

00:15:37.720 And I received a response from the RCMP's Robin Percival, she, her, L, wow, a three-pronouner, quote,

00:15:48.400 Hi, David, due to ongoing litigation, the RCMP is not in a position to provide comment, end quote.

00:15:56.700 That's it?

00:15:57.900 Well, yeah.

00:15:59.180 But that is so disingenuous, folks.

00:16:03.280 Just because something is before the courts, which is to say we are indeed suing the RCMP for the 2024 false arrest,

00:16:12.740 that does not mean either party is obligated to take a vow of silence.

00:16:19.260 And really, if what you are going to state to a journalist is exactly the same as what you plan to say to a judge, what's the problem?

00:16:30.560 Thus, the it's before the court's excuse is just that, an excuse, as opposed to a genuine, sincere response.

00:16:39.780 It's also sad, really, as previously mentioned, Rebel News backs the blue.

00:16:43.720 While the progressives want to defund the police, really, what would this achieve?

00:16:50.440 A society suddenly beholden to the law of the jungle?

00:16:54.360 An uptick in both victims and vigilantism?

00:16:58.900 Does anyone really want that?

00:17:02.340 But saying we are pro-police has caveats,

00:17:06.160 which is to say we must call out rotten cops and rotten police practices when we encounter them.

00:17:13.720 In that regard, the RCMP keeping a thug like Dumochelle on the payroll and allowing him to interact with the public is downright astonishing.

00:17:25.840 And it's an insult to all the good men and women on the force who prudently uphold the law and, yes, tell the truth.

00:17:34.800 Indeed, the RCMP turning a blind eye and a deaf ear to officers like Dumochelle is self-defeating in that all it achieves is fueling mistrust and even contempt amongst those in the public.

00:17:52.520 Indeed, this website was recently sent my way the other day.

00:17:56.440 It's called Cowards of Canada.

00:18:00.060 And, folks, can you guess who the number one police coward is, according to cowards.ca? 0.87

00:18:06.880 Well, knock me down with a feather. 0.82

00:18:09.220 It's none other than Greg Dumochelle.

00:18:12.100 And get this, apparently, Douchebag, or I mean Dumochelle, allegedly bragged that he earned so much overtime pay during the Freedom Convoy that he was able to buy a swimming pool with that windfall.

00:18:28.780 And, wow, did law enforcement ever shine during that particular period, eh, folks?

00:18:34.920 Just asked my beloved colleague, Alexa Lavoie, who was actually shot in the thigh with some sort of canister for absolutely no good reason whatsoever.

00:18:46.700 Here, check it out.

00:18:47.520 Hold on! 0.98

00:18:50.660 You just tried to throw this.

00:18:52.560 You just tried to throw this.

00:18:54.500 Oh! 0.60

00:18:56.760 Ow! 1.00

00:18:57.880 Ow! 1.00

00:18:59.280 Ow! 1.00

00:19:00.600 Ow! 1.00

00:19:02.320 You all right?

00:19:04.100 Gotcha.

00:19:04.920 Take care.

00:19:07.740 Bring it out.

00:19:08.320 Bring it out.

00:19:08.840 Come on.

00:19:09.920 Oh, my God!

00:19:12.000 Yeah! 0.97

00:19:13.420 Then again, in Justin Trudeau's Canada, practicing journalism as an independent reporter is indeed, perhaps, very good reason for blackface to tell the cops, hey, shoot on sight. 0.99

00:19:28.140 Despicable.

00:19:29.600 And speaking of despicable, and speaking of despicable things, tell me, are you all right?

00:19:34.900 This is a deal of death.

00:19:36.080 I mean, if I can't take the same people out of my mind.

00:19:37.420 Is protecting Greg Dumochelle worth the damage to your reputation?

00:19:42.660 Do you even care about your reputation anymore?

00:19:47.580 In the final analysis, the silent treatment only goes so far, which is to say, regarding the 2021 and 2024 incidents in which I was assaulted by these Royal Canadian mounted henchmen.

00:20:02.420 rebel news as robin percival she her l alluded to has indeed filed lawsuits in both cases

00:20:11.480 it's going to take years to litigate and a whole lot of money but it's all about seeking justice

00:20:19.860 vis-a-vis dealing with crooked cops and i believe we have a rock solid case that the rcmp

00:20:29.900 continues to systemically violate our constitutional rights specifically in the departments

00:20:37.220 of free speech and freedom of the press and while the rcmp can refuse to answer the queries of

00:20:45.340 journalists the same cannot be said when it comes to a court of law so as the saying goes tell it to

00:20:53.440 the judge dudley do wrong bottom line the mounties are well within their rights when it comes to

00:21:00.760 ignoring my request for comment but once ensconced within a court of law they will be a under oath

00:21:08.500 and be required to answer questions and i for one can't wait to see how they justify their odious

00:21:20.340 and egregious actions when it comes to protecting the prime minister and the former

00:21:27.300 deputy prime minister from threats that never existed

00:22:54.960 class in england last summer alex ruda kabuna 18 entered the surprise plea as jury selection

00:23:04.540 had just recently begun now ruda cabana allegedly killed alice da silva aguirre age nine bb king age six

00:23:14.960 and seven-year-old lc dot stancomb last july 29th on the first day of his trial

00:23:24.920 he also admitted the attempted murders of eight children and two adults leanne lucas and jonathan

00:23:33.500 hayes and he admitted to the production of a biological toxin ricin and possession of a terrorist document

00:23:41.780 entitled military studies in the jihad against tyrants the al-qaeda training manual and with more on

00:23:51.120 this story i'm joined now by uk-based journalist sammy woodhouse hey there sammy thank you so much

00:23:57.760 for making time for me hi there how are you i'm doing great now sammy for starters what do we know

00:24:06.040 so far about the accused especially when it comes to his motive well that's what we attended court for

00:24:15.120 today the trial was meant to go underway which was meant to last for about 46 weeks now when we got

00:24:20.440 into court he very at the last minute changed his plea and pleaded guilty to every single count so no

00:24:27.520 information um has come out in the court case as yet and there's going to be sentencing on thursday

00:24:33.840 at 11 o'clock sorry at 11 o'clock at liverpool crown court now there's been a lot of anger around this

00:24:42.380 case throughout the country um you know when this happened last summer there was riots and you

00:24:47.700 know it spread out over um the uk but um you know especially in the in the hometown of southport now

00:24:55.060 there was lots of conspiracies around this of you know why he did this you know where did he come

00:25:02.060 from what religion did he follow and who knew about this how long had they known um so today when these

00:25:09.600 guilty uh plea got put in a lot of people was disappointed and feel like this is another part

00:25:14.280 of the cover-up and they want the truth but the home secretary uh yvette cooper has just announced

00:25:19.800 that they there is going to be an inquiry into this and very rightly so um now you know throughout all of

00:25:27.100 this of what's been happening i feel that the families have just been totally forgotten about it

00:25:33.280 is absolutely devastating to see how far these families have been so when people are calling this

00:25:38.040 the southport stabbing let's be very clear this isn't a stabbing this was a massacre you know

00:25:43.160 these families have been to absolute hell and today for example what i've just found out is

00:25:48.120 when axel um you know but at the very last minute put in the guilty pleas the families wasn't actually

00:25:53.940 in court um because you know nobody expected the trial uh to start until tomorrow today was all the

00:26:00.080 the legal technologies of it but when the guilt um the guilty plea got put in the families was actually

00:26:06.000 at the police station watching the police's body cam of what happened that day and they was doing that

00:26:12.960 to prepare them for what they was going to see in the trials that you know as i say this was a massacre

00:26:17.380 it was absolutely horrific and this will be stay with them for the rest of their lives so when they found

00:26:23.140 out that he pleaded guilty it was actually through news channels so they didn't even have time to tell

00:26:29.100 their loved ones um you know about about the play so it's been devastating again for for the families

00:26:36.640 but yeah and an inquiry's been announced and very rightly so people are very very angry at this and

00:26:43.180 you know throughout um the last year of coming up to the year of this happening when people have shown

00:26:48.680 their anger and they're sure that they care about this case they've been branded as far right

00:26:53.580 you know sammy is this you know hearkening back to what you just said about uh people accusing this

00:27:01.540 of being a cover-up do you think this is a continuation of a theme in the uk and i speak of

00:27:08.740 well the reason why tommy robinson is doing jail time right now shining a light on um mostly pakistani

00:27:17.640 rape gangs uh tormenting uh young girls and it was something that instead of bringing justice

00:27:26.260 for these girls and their families it seemed that the the authorities were obsessed with um shoving this 1.00

00:27:34.040 under the rug um not wanting to create any kind of uh racial or nationalistic uh crisis so to speak

00:27:42.860 um how entrenched is this in the uk right now well tommy i actually worked with tommy for about six

00:27:52.520 months at urban scoop and that's how i actually came to um get into reporting on the riots about

00:27:57.800 southport you know i was working with tommy now tommy's in in court because he played a documentary

00:28:03.280 the court said he weren't allowed to play that he went ahead and play that but tommy was highlighting

00:28:08.160 um you know and trying to raise awareness of um you know the grooming our rape gangs exploitation of

00:28:14.780 children you know people have different labels for for what happened to us and he was doing that for

00:28:19.100 over a decade i was actually one um of the victims in rotham i exposed the rotham child abuse scandal

00:28:24.420 which showed that there was 1400 children just like myself that was groomed abused raped tortured

00:28:29.840 and you know traffic you know lots of things um happened to us and we've all got different stories

00:28:34.780 but um one of um the reasons why people didn't want to you know kind of tackle that and bring

00:28:40.860 perpetrators to account is because majority of the perpetrators were pakistani muslim men

00:28:46.400 and majority of the victims were white non-religious female children um now i think when you know we talk

00:28:53.960 about southport which of course it is different but when when this you know first happened there was

00:29:00.720 lots of talk of um you know who is it where is he from is he muslim so when the riot started there

00:29:07.960 was a mosque at the side and you know that got vandalized and it very much in some respects became

00:29:13.900 i suppose a war about religion um the problem that we have in our country is that we are never ever able

00:29:21.300 to have honest and open conversations about race and religion and things get buried and covered up

00:29:27.900 and and i think that's what part of the problem is if we was allowed to be open and honest about

00:29:33.140 what's happening um then you know i don't think people would have been so angry and you know of course

00:29:38.580 people was angry they have every right to be angry after what had happened and you know when i was

00:29:44.360 going around the country and i was talking and to people of all walks of life you know people on

00:29:49.700 the right people on the left people of all different races religions you know what they was all saying

00:29:55.020 is that they're not being listened to by our politicians and there's so much going wrong in

00:30:00.040 in our country you know like we've seen children being groomed raped murdered um and nobody wants to

00:30:07.000 talk about it or deal with it and what we know as well from evidence in court cases and investigations

00:30:11.660 that you have police social care politicians they're directly involved in not just the cover-up

00:30:19.280 but in actually abusing and raping children as well yeah it's absolutely apollyon sammy one thing i want

00:30:26.060 to touch on is um when this story first broke back in july 29th of last year there was i think a

00:30:34.360 week's worth of rioting in the uk and ireland and i understand that it was erroneously reported that the

00:30:42.520 suspect was a migrant to britain when in fact he was born in wales what can you tell us about that

00:30:49.260 yeah so again you know there was lots of talk about where he was from what religion he followed

00:30:56.560 um so and you know people who's trying to shut down the conversation i think what they should

00:31:01.840 have just done is given the public you know just enough information because then you know people

00:31:07.320 took to online lots of different um misinformation was getting put out and if i i actually was there

00:31:14.460 at the southport riot um you know recording with um urban school so i was there talking to people

00:31:21.760 and and our video footage we we just uploaded it we didn't you know there was no need for editing

00:31:26.780 a lot of the mainstream media targeted me and tommy robbins tommy robinson for doing that you know

00:31:34.860 they was blaming us they were saying it was our fault that the riots were starting and that we

00:31:38.800 encouraged it when all we was doing is you know allowing people to have um their voices known but

00:31:47.240 um yeah there's i think there's still a lot of information to come out about axel and you know

00:31:52.860 i've been on online earlier um you know and as well what we've we now know is that he has been on the

00:32:00.080 radar of authorities for a very very long time and i personally feel this is something that could have

00:32:05.940 been prevented but i think we're going to hear more um you know coming out about this in the next

00:32:11.980 couple of weeks sammy i mean i just can't imagine the savagery involved in going into a venue filled

00:32:23.280 with little girls who are just having fun they're listening to taylor swift music and then to take a

00:32:30.420 knife and literally stab some of them to death and attempt to murder so many more certainly nothing

00:32:38.400 is going to bring back those little girls but now that axel has plead guilty what can the british public

00:32:48.460 expect in terms of the sentence this person is going to receive well the judge has said in court

00:32:56.620 today to expect a live sentence now when he committed the crime axel was um considered as a child he was

00:33:03.760 17 he's now 18 and you know the judge did give permission to name him when he was 17 because you

00:33:11.360 know he's protected as a child i think the sentencing is going to be really interesting

00:33:16.140 and i'll be honest i'm not very well educated on what the sentencing can be but um you know the judge

00:33:23.440 has to put something severe in place for this you know it it was just it's one of the most brutal

00:33:29.880 you know things and cases that i've ever come across um and if people and if if they don't they

00:33:36.820 there's going to be outrage yet again and that's why this inquiry is important because we need as a

00:33:42.960 public the truth and the answers of what exactly happened who knew what and when um and you know could

00:33:52.240 this have been prevented and sammy if you can educate myself and our audience here what does

00:33:58.920 a life sentence mean in the uk i can tell you in canada it's 25 years sometimes you can get out

00:34:05.060 earlier with good behavior in very very rare circumstances you can be deemed a dangerous

00:34:11.180 offender so that potentially life means life you know you know to the last living breath of the

00:34:18.780 the uh the offender in the uk what's the deal well i think it depends on you know kind of what

00:34:25.780 what sentence the judge serves i mean for example when um i tried against my perpetrator he got 35

00:34:32.680 years um but he won't serve all of that um i believe he won't even serve half of that and then he even

00:34:40.480 went into another trial afterwards was found guilty but they are going to run the um sentence

00:34:46.240 concurrent so i think um it's best to wait and see and what happens on thursday i don't want to

00:34:51.940 speculate but what i hope happens is that that man never ever um steps foot out of prison again

00:34:59.420 and if he does it's absolutely outrageous yeah and and you know sammy i mean uh uh full disclosure i'm

00:35:05.400 an advocate of the death penalty especially in this day and age when we have such incredible uh forensic

00:35:11.740 science tools that you know making a wrong conviction it's really uh that's a high benchmark

00:35:18.080 to achieve but i would be more comfortable with life imprisonment if life meant life and clearly it

00:35:26.100 looks like in both our countries uh it's just a term and it it doesn't come through uh as that i should

00:35:34.840 say we should talk about his radicalization um he had that al-qaeda training manual and i'm not sure

00:35:43.620 how familiar you're aware of our homegrown al-qaeda terrorist omar qatar uh he murdered a u.s serviceman

00:35:52.460 and partially blinded another um basically in 2016 the justin trudeau government here gave him 10.5

00:36:01.620 million dollars in compensation for essentially having his feelings hurt while he was detained by

00:36:07.380 the u.s in gitmo i mean it's an absolute outrage it's a scandal but i mean can we expect to see

00:36:15.560 that kind of outrageous leniency given to someone who i think might be radicalized and um well he's on

00:36:25.680 team terror by the looks of it yeah i i hope that you know with how severe this case is that you know

00:36:32.160 the full force of law um comes down on him but if you look at what's been happening over the uk uh for 0.96

00:36:39.860 some time now we have you know people pedophiles rapists and you know raping children and they're not 0.55

00:36:48.460 even going to prison but then you have people you know posting on social media hurty words um and 0.94

00:36:55.800 receiving three or four years it's absolutely ludicrous of what's happening uh with our justice

00:37:00.440 system um you know it's something really really has to change i mean our prime minister pia stormer i

00:37:07.820 mean the labor party haven't been in that long but what an absolute mess they are making of our country

00:37:13.940 um yeah he's he's not popular whatsoever and if i'm honest i think kia stormer was the one that

00:37:21.140 fueled these riots in southport and if you look at southport there wasn't actually the first place to

00:37:28.060 uh to riot there was haw hills in leeds the roma community rioted first they made their demands 0.99

00:37:36.080 they were setting buses and things on fire the police actually ran away from you know from what was

00:37:42.620 happening because they was completely outnumbered and they made their demands they was met they got

00:37:47.940 the child returned then of course the pakistanian community did the same in manchester you know they

00:37:54.560 was um rioting outside the police station they made their demands there was these two people now

00:38:01.280 arrested from that but it took about six months to do it and then you saw the white community right 1.00

00:38:07.040 in southport and what you saw was two-tier policing um you know they the law came down at full force of

00:38:15.260 the white community um you know there was they were treated very differently to the communities in

00:38:20.600 haw hills and in manchester and i think as well that's what's fueled situation you know kia stormer

00:38:26.440 every time something like this happens he just brands everybody's far right he's not listening to the

00:38:31.360 people he's not listening to what our concerns are and they are very very genuine concerns and another

00:38:37.800 problem that we've got here in the uk is the immigration we have illegal immigrants coming in 1.00

00:38:42.500 and i've actually interviewed um victims where they've been raped by these men um you know it's

00:38:50.500 absolutely outrageous what's happening our country it's in such a mess but you know as we know donald trump's

00:38:56.540 been um you know he's back in the white house today and that's giving people a lot of hope in in the uk

00:39:02.260 and maybe this will change i want we see the same thing here in canada uh when you speak of two-tier

00:39:11.460 policing uh especially with the pro-hamas set uh going out and openly chanting for genocide which is

00:39:18.240 against section 319 of the criminal code nothing happens uh but peaceful counter demonstrators members of

00:39:24.780 the independent media they get roughed up and arrested i'm sure what i'm getting at is when it comes to

00:39:32.740 your government in the uk our government here in canada both left-leaning what is the unspoken strategy

00:39:40.520 with this whole hug a thug mentality that we're going to do go out of our way to protect and coddle

00:39:49.160 some of the very worst elements of society yet if you know parents for example take to the streets

00:39:57.880 and demand justice we're gonna crack down and crack down harshly what's going on behind the scenes what

00:40:04.940 what is driving this kind of ideology um i'd love to know what goes in you know off in their minds i

00:40:14.400 really would i don't think many people do but um yeah it's very clear to see that um you know if

00:40:20.760 you're committing crimes such as paedophilia and rape you're getting away with that but if you're

00:40:24.620 raising concerns um you know you're you're going to get arrested um you're going to go to prison

00:40:30.620 there was one man that actually um committed suicide in prison um because he attended a protest

00:40:37.020 and was sent to prison his name is peter lynch um and i think what they're trying to do is

00:40:42.560 they're trying to scare and intimidate people in not speaking out now if you look at what happened

00:40:49.180 in the riots with um you know the white community when when they rioted you know the police went in

00:40:55.200 full force um when they went to their homes and arrested him you know we were talking 20 30 police

00:41:01.040 officers going to a home for social media posts they was filming it that you know they would upload it

00:41:07.100 and make an example of it online um you know and and there was even recording in the court cases so

00:41:13.760 everybody could see and people were scared you know they was terrified to to say something or to attend

00:41:19.520 a protest you know we've also seen um people that are just sharing for example tommy robinson's

00:41:25.760 documentary our show names apart they've lost their jobs and for some of the people that was getting

00:41:30.360 sent to prison they wasn't just sent to prison their families were actually being targeted um

00:41:37.600 you know for their homes as well so the housing department was stepping in and saying well you know

00:41:42.600 we're aware um that you've attended a protest or you know you've been criminalized for this so now

00:41:47.900 we're going to look at if we can possibly evict you there was families even threatened by um

00:41:53.460 people saying well you know we're going to get social care involved because you've got children

00:41:58.560 there were people that had to put their dogs down and kill their animals you know they've really

00:42:04.520 come at people in every single angle of this i don't see rapists and pedophiles be targeted with

00:42:11.620 you know with this much law enforcement so why are people um you know that are raising it and you know

00:42:17.800 it's simple they're trying to intimidate people into silence yeah i i don't get it either uh my friend

00:42:23.940 i mean i'm all about second chances look if you're a shoplifter if you went on a joyride with a stolen 0.99

00:42:31.200 car that's one thing but you're a pedophile a rapist a murderer uh no i am fresh out of tolerance 0.98

00:42:39.800 there before we wrap uh sammy one last thing i'd like to expand upon because you did mention 0.99

00:42:45.720 immigration and granted axel was born in wales but i believe his parents immigrated uh from abroad

00:42:52.720 to the uk um i know in our country uh official state sanctioned multiculturalism became a thing in

00:43:01.380 1971 when justin trudeau's alleged father uh pierre trudeau uh brought in multiculturalism as official

00:43:09.700 policy and there was always an unspoken deal and it was this you can come from anywhere in the world

00:43:15.700 to canada you can pursue the canadian dream you can take advantage of all our welfare programs from

00:43:22.180 state-funded health care to uh welfare and on it goes but here's the deal you behave you don't break

00:43:31.060 the law you do not import age-old hatred into our great dominion and i can tell you what we've seen

00:43:39.880 in the streets of canada this past year and a half post october 7 2023 i gotta be honest sammy i don't

00:43:46.480 recognize my own country i don't recognize the birthplace uh of toronto um you see people coming

00:43:53.420 in openly chanting genocide going to jewish schools for example shooting it up and uh nothing is done

00:44:01.700 so i am saying um multiculturalism uh kind of like the 1974 pinto look good on paper but in reality

00:44:11.320 it's a failure yeah dad i think we're seeing here in the uk that um you know this isn't working

00:44:19.080 well um and i think they've kind of just done this as a and you know some kind of experiment now i've

00:44:25.520 got no problem with people coming into our country you know kind of fitting in and and living the the

00:44:30.240 british you know life i think our country should remain as a christian country i'm not religious

00:44:34.720 myself but i understand you know people different religions and this is something as well what people

00:44:39.240 are really concerned about they think that we're we're kind of changing as a christian country but

00:44:44.820 um you know some of these people that are coming in they are committing crimes they have they have no

00:44:50.260 intentions of living our way our lives they're raping they're robbing um you know these are people

00:44:55.860 that we we don't want in our country you know and they're just allowing anybody to come in on the 0.99

00:45:01.600 boat it's absolutely disgusting you know as i said earlier i went and interviewed a young girl she'd 0.93

00:45:08.000 just started university they placed um you know all the illegal immigrants in the hotel next to her 1.00

00:45:15.260 university one of them came out he followed her he dragged him into a churchyard and raped her now 0.98

00:45:22.220 she's fortunate because he actually got sent to prison but she's now having to fight to have him 0.81

00:45:26.800 deported that's the kind of people that i don't want in my country and when i'm going around and i'm

00:45:32.240 speaking to people all these protests that's what they're saying as well so it's not as if we're

00:45:37.420 saying well you know no one's allowed in just behave you know that's it yeah behave uh and if

00:45:45.820 you're not a citizen expect to be deported i know that's what donald trump would say if he was yeah

00:45:52.140 well they're just coming in that they're going in hotels you know they're they've got you know

00:45:56.620 a roof over their head they've they've got food and all of this you know when i was in in london

00:46:01.760 and i've been traveling a lot as well um over the last few weeks i'm seeing people homeless living on

00:46:08.440 the streets why aren't they why aren't you know they those people getting you know this help and

00:46:14.960 this treatment but what's happening is immigrants are coming in and they're getting better treatment

00:46:20.020 than people that are actually living here that was born here and that shouldn't happen you know sammy i

00:46:25.840 know there's an old saying misery loves company i say it ain't so that is exactly happening in canada

00:46:31.700 you have illegal aliens actually being housed in the tourist mecca of our nation niagara falls ontario

00:46:40.640 um and three star uh hotels while domestic homeless are putting up with uh minus 20 uh windchill

00:46:51.160 temperatures as of today uh it is absolutely staggering we have time for one last question

00:46:56.740 i want you to weigh in on if axel receives a slap on the wrist and we know that's possible and i told

00:47:05.380 you our homegrown al-qaeda terrorist he owns a shopping mall in edmonton thanks to a 10.5 million 0.80

00:47:11.460 payout for her feelings so anything's on the table i guess but if he gets what's perceived to be a slap

00:47:19.060 on the wrist and there's an opportunity for him to get out far earlier than people want him to get out

00:47:25.900 of jail what do you think will be the response of uh the uk general population even in light of two-tier

00:47:34.200 policing and cancel culture will we see riots again i think it's possible i think i think it just blow

00:47:41.500 you know people have really really had enough now uh you know as we've seen pedophiles and rapists you

00:47:48.040 know not even going to prison this as i said this has got to be one of the worst crimes that i've i've

00:47:53.420 ever heard of it needs to be severe punishment yeah it's as simple as that it has to be the most severe

00:48:02.000 punishment and you know with his age and things um you know there is a chance it might not be as

00:48:08.500 severe as what it should be but i just i just hope and i pray for the families that it is and that they

00:48:15.080 can have some kind of closure i mean they're never going to get over this they're never going to get

00:48:20.180 over this i feel they've been treated so badly but i i hope for their sakes that it's it's the worst

00:48:25.660 punishment possible i'd personally bring back the the death penalty for things like this but i don't

00:48:30.640 think that'll happen yeah i don't think so either sammy and i told you earlier that i am an advocate of

00:48:36.700 that i think the only punishment that would match the death penalty in terms of severity would be

00:48:44.240 solitary confinement for the rest of that person's natural life no books no tv no gym you are in a

00:48:52.700 hole for the rest of your life getting the most meager meals uh i think death would be an upgrade

00:49:00.040 i'm speaking personally of course sammy it was wonderful speaking with you uh thank you for uh

00:49:07.780 speaking truth to power and i hope to talk to you again someday so thanks so much once again

00:49:13.500 avi mini and shila gum read here at the entrance to the world economic forum in davos switzerland

00:49:26.260 we're here all week you'll be able to catch all our videos at wef reports.com and if you support our

00:49:32.660 mission help make it possible by chipping in but hey what just happened now a little bit of violence

00:49:39.300 actually this is usually a pretty peaceful affair that the police don't have to do very much but we

00:49:44.600 are standing outside of the gates as avi said with our friend billboard chris and everybody knows

00:49:50.180 billboard chris he's cool as a cucumber he's just here to have conversations with people about
