00:00:48.440 Tonight, Donald Trump gets a hero's welcome in India. And to think he didn't even have to put
00:01:01.820 on a costume. It's February 25th, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.
00:01:08.300 Why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer I know?
00:01:11.960 There's 8,500 customers here, and you won't give them an answer.
00:01:16.040 The only thing I have to say to the government, the wire publisher, is because it's my bloody right to do so.
00:01:21.900 Hey, folks, we're putting our paywalled shows on YouTube just because we switched to a new website

00:01:47.140 you can enjoy these shows on YouTube. To today's news, of course, the worst thing about Justin
00:01:53.760 Trudeau's disastrous trip to India a couple years ago wasn't his ridiculous costumes. I'm not calling
00:01:59.700 the clothes themselves ridiculous. I'm calling the choice by a white Canadian prime minister to wear
00:02:05.240 those clothes ridiculous. It'd be like the prime minister of India coming to Canada dressed as a
00:02:12.740 mountie, which he is not. It would just be weird and unserious and slightly condescending.
00:02:19.300 Of course, Trudeau is only skin deep, so he wouldn't see that. He'd think that's what India
00:02:25.160 wanted him to do, his affirmation in their costume. He truly thought his party trick, doing a few Bhangra
00:02:32.220 dance moves, was all that India was waiting for, to be knocked off their feet and fall in love with
00:02:38.220 him. I mean, it works for all the young girls back in Canada, right? You've got to admit, we hit new
00:02:44.360 levels of cringe with Trudeau going to meet Bollywood stars who dressed, you know, normally. But Trudeau
00:02:51.380 dressed like he just raided the wardrobe department. What a weirdo he is. What an empty suit he is.
00:02:58.380 Funny thing, Stephen Harper never dressed up like that. And he seemed to get along great with India's
00:03:04.580 prime ministers. In fact, he still meets up with Modi, Narendra Modi, the prime minister from time
00:03:10.620 to time as ex-prime minister, I think. Now that's quite a feat. It wasn't the costumes that was the
00:03:18.180 worst of it for Trudeau, of course, nor was it the bizarre and slightly insulting decision by Trudeau to
00:03:23.100 fly his own chef to India with him to cook Indian food in India, because apparently they don't know how
00:03:31.240 to cook Indian food in India. They need a chef from Canada to show them how to do that. What a weirdo
00:03:37.340 Trudeau is. But all of that is nothing. That's trivia. That's just childishness. What was stunning
00:03:44.180 and inscrutable and incredible to this day was Trudeau's decision to invite a convicted terrorist
00:03:50.500 to India as an official part of his retinue. Jasper Atwal, who was convicted of attempted murder
00:03:57.760 for trying to kill an Indian cabinet minister who was on holiday in Canada? Atwal was convicted and
00:04:05.960 the judge called him a terrorist. And I swear to God, Justin Trudeau invited him on the trip as part
00:04:10.780 of his entourage. How? How? No wonder the Indian government snubbed Trudeau on that visit, giving
00:04:16.100 him the most perfunctory diplomatic courtesies. Modi's skipping his traditional in-person airport
00:04:22.120 greeting that he gives to other world leaders.
00:04:23.700 So that was Trudeau. He screwed things up with India even worse after he got home.
00:04:30.460 If you remember, he blamed that whole terrorist thing on India, claiming they had set Trudeau up by
00:04:36.860 putting Atwal in his entourage. Yeah, follow that one if you can. So diplomatic incident with India.
00:04:44.180 Now we got China taking Canadian hostages, diplomatic incidents there. Now we got Trudeau giving a warm,
00:04:50.440 smiling, beaming welcome to the Iranian terrorist leader who just shot down a civilian airliner,
00:04:56.680 killing dozens of Canadians. What a disaster Trudeau is. So that's how the amateurs do it.
00:05:02.440 Isn't it funny how Trudeau and the left think they're so suave, so sophisticated, so worldly,
00:05:09.540 but they can't even tie their own shoes when it comes to diplomacy?
00:05:11.920 You know, the left calls Stephen Harper and Donald Trump wild, risky cowboys when it comes to foreign
00:05:18.640 policy. Really? Well, take a look at how Donald Trump was received yesterday in India. Narendra Modi
00:05:25.360 greeted the Trumps at the airport, of course. And then thousands, probably hundreds of thousands,
00:05:31.440 maybe more, lined the streets as Trump drove to the world's largest stadium with over 100,000
00:05:37.920 people waiting to hear him. They were wearing the Indian version of the Make America Great Again hat.
00:05:45.060 Both India and America represented on the hat. The whole event was called Namaste Trump. Namaste being
00:05:50.860 a very gracious way of saying hello. That's a namaste. That's what Trudeau does everywhere.
00:05:55.360 Namaste. It's the deepest courtesy, deep respect, Namaste Trump. It was the reciprocal greeting of the
00:06:01.200 Howdy Modi. Huge rally that Narendra Modi had in Texas a few months back. I think these two guys are
00:06:08.980 friends, or at least allies. My favorite part was watching the crowd of about 125,000. And these were
00:06:16.400 Indian people from India. They were dancing to that American song from the 70s or 80s by the village
00:06:22.100 people called Macho Man while they were waiting for Trump to arrive. Watch this.
00:06:27.820 That India plays or could play as a bulwark in a sense against China's influence. And the reason
00:06:34.020 is going to be substantially boosted in terms of his positive energies from this event. That's no
00:06:39.980 accident from Mr Modi's point of view. I've just been looking down in the centre front there where I
00:06:45.900 was able to stop. Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump taking selfies with the crowd. This clearly is going to
00:06:53.120 be something for their family's scrapbook. I turn out as...
00:06:57.720 So how was the speech itself? Well, Modi was exceedingly generous to Trump, as he was when he
00:07:04.800 was in America. But let me play for you a few clips from what Trump himself said. That's what I want to
00:07:10.340 show you today. I'm going to show you about 10 clips. Some of them are extended, but I want you
00:07:15.060 to see this. Here's how we started.
00:07:17.060 Namaste. Namaste. And hello to India. This is such a great honour. Let me begin by expressing my profound
00:07:31.460 gratitude to an exceptional leader, a great champion of India, a man who works night and day for his country,
00:07:40.500 and a man I am proud to call my true friend, Prime Minister Modi.
00:07:52.500 The First Lady and I have just travelled 8,000 miles around the globe to deliver a message
00:07:58.500 to every citizen across this nation. America loves India. America respects India.
00:08:06.500 India and America will always be faithful and loyal friends to the Indian people.
00:08:15.500 Now, Trump goes on in a flattering vein like this for quite some time. But the crowd ate it up, I think.
00:08:21.500 Let me play a bit more, and there's a reason for this. I'll come back to it. I'm going to play a few minutes of it straight. Here, take a look.
00:08:28.500 Five months ago, the United States welcomed your great Prime Minister at a giant football stadium in Texas.
00:08:37.500 And today, India welcomes us at the world's largest cricket stadium right here in Abbott.
00:08:45.500 It is a profound honour to be the beautiful new stadium to be here with you.
00:08:58.500 Motera Stadium, so beautiful.
00:09:02.500 And joined by so many distinguished guests from all across your nation and all across the world.
00:09:08.500 To the hundreds of thousands of everyday citizens who come out and line the streets in a stunning display of Indian culture and kindness.
00:09:20.500 And to the 125,000 people in this great stadium today, thank you for the spectacular welcome to your magnificent country.
00:09:31.500 You have done a great honour to the American people.
00:09:35.500 Melania, my family.
00:09:37.500 We will always remember this remarkable hospitality.
00:09:41.500 We will remember it forever.
00:09:44.500 From this day on, India will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
00:09:58.500 The life of Prime Minister Modi underscores the limitless promise of this great nation.
00:10:11.500 He started out by his father's side as a chiwala, a tea seller.
00:10:18.500 When he was a young man, he worked at a cafeteria in this city.
00:10:27.500 Stand up.
00:10:28.500 Everybody loves him, but I will tell you this.
00:10:41.500 He's very tough.
00:10:46.500 Today, Prime Minister Modi is the tremendously successful leader of this vast Indian Republic.
00:10:55.500 Last year, more than 600 million people went to the polls and gave him a landslide victory like no other in the largest democratic election ever held anywhere on the face of the earth.
00:11:14.500 Prime Minister Modi, you are not just the pride of Gujarat.
00:11:23.500 You are living proof that with hard work and devotion, Indians can accomplish anything, anything at all, anything they want.
00:11:33.500 The Prime Minister has a moving story of an incredible rise and so does this entire nation.
00:11:51.500 Your nation is doing so well.
00:11:53.500 We are very, very proud of India.
00:12:00.500 The story of the Indian nation is a tale of astounding progress, a miracle of democracy, extraordinary diversity, and above all, a strong and noble people.
00:12:14.500 India gives hope to all of humanity.
00:12:19.500 In just 70 years, India has become an economic giant, the largest democracy ever to exist, and one of the most amazing nations anywhere in the world.
00:12:33.500 Since the turn of the century, India's economy has grown more than six times in size.
00:12:43.500 In a single decade, India has lifted over 270 million people out of poverty.
00:12:50.500 All right, I showed you a lot there, but I wanted you to see how it felt.
00:12:55.500 I watched the speech broadcast live.
00:12:57.500 That flattery, that list of items to be praised went on for quite a while.
00:13:02.500 I'm not even showing you half of it.
00:13:04.500 It felt too long for me, but I can imagine for India, a country that has until so recently been so poor,
00:13:12.500 a country that has so recently been at best a neutral or non-aligned country, as it used to be called,
00:13:19.500 to now be so loved by America and the American president, I can imagine it felt new and unusual and very, very good and hopeful
00:13:27.500 for the most powerful man in the most powerful country to praise everything about your country at such length
00:13:33.500 and with such hyperbole to Trump's style.
00:13:36.500 I can only imagine the feeling of national pride it created.
00:13:40.500 I think some of it was phrased as a subtle dig at India's great Asian rival, too.
00:13:46.500 China, I mean.
00:13:47.500 Trump is effusive quite often, we know that, but he's also careful about what he praises.
00:13:53.500 He would never say this about China, now would he?
00:13:57.500 India's rise as a prosperous and independent nation is an example to every nation all over the world
00:14:05.500 and one of the most outstanding achievements of our century.
00:14:10.500 It is all the more inspiring because you have done it as a democratic country.
00:14:18.500 You have done it as a peaceful country.
00:14:21.500 You have done it as a tolerant country.
00:14:24.500 And you have done it as a great free country.
00:14:29.500 There is all the difference in the world between a nation that seeks power through coercion, intimidation and aggression,
00:14:43.500 and a nation that rises by setting its people free and unleashing them to chase their dreams.
00:14:51.500 And that is India.
00:14:53.500 This is why India's accomplishment over the last 70 years is completely unrivaled no matter where you go.
00:15:06.500 It is your faith in the strength of a free society, your confidence in your own people, your trust in your own citizens,
00:15:16.500 and your respect for the dignity of every person that makes the United States and India such a natural, beautiful, enduring friendship.
00:15:27.500 While our nations have many differences, they are both defined and propelled by a fundamental truth,
00:15:38.500 the truth that all of us are blessed with divine light and every person is endowed with a sacred soul.
00:15:46.500 Yeah, that's pretty much a message to China and probably to Pakistan, too.
00:15:51.500 I like the next part of the speech.
00:15:53.500 Trump gave shout outs to various heroes in India.
00:15:56.500 I had not heard of most of these names before.
00:15:59.500 I don't think Trump did either.
00:16:01.500 I chuckled a bit listening to Trump try to pronounce them.
00:16:05.500 The media party in the West jumped on that.
00:16:08.500 Ha ha, Trump mispronounced an obscure word that we've never heard of either, but what a buffoon he is.
00:16:14.500 Yeah, no, I think the Indians loved him for trying.
00:16:18.500 This is the country that produces nearly 2,000 movies a year from the hub of genius and creativity known as Bollywood.
00:16:33.500 All over the planet, people take great joy in scenes of Bhangra, music, dance, romance, and drama, and classic Indian films like DDLJ and ShowJ.
00:16:50.500 This is the country where your people cheer on some of the world's greatest cricket players, from Suchin Tendul Kerr to Virat Kohli.
00:17:05.500 The greatest in the world.
00:17:08.500 This is the country that built the tallest statue on the face of the earth to honor the namesake of this stadium, the great Indian patriot and native of this state, Sardar Patel.
00:17:24.500 Now, Trump being Trump and him being an America firster, he spent a fair bit of time talking to the folks back home about America's booming economy, America's revitalized military, things like that.
00:17:39.500 It is an election year in America.
00:17:41.500 But then he flipped it towards India.
00:17:43.500 Just months ago, this critical partnership took a major step forward when the U.S. military and your brave Indian armed forces conducted the first ever air, land, and sea military exercises between our two countries.
00:17:59.500 It was something to behold.
00:18:01.500 We called it Tiger Triumph.
00:18:04.500 As we continue to build our defense cooperation, the United States looks forward to providing India with some of the best and most feared military equipment on the planet.
00:18:19.500 We make the greatest weapons ever made.
00:18:23.500 Airplanes, missiles, rockets, ships.
00:18:28.500 We make the best, and we're dealing now with India.
00:18:32.500 But this includes advanced air defense systems and armed and unarmed aerial vehicles.
00:18:43.500 And I am pleased to announce that tomorrow our representatives will sign deals to sell over $3 billion in the absolute finest state-of-the-art military helicopters and other equipment to the Indian Armed Forces.
00:19:01.500 I believe that the United States should be India's premier defense partner, and that's the way it's working out.
00:19:08.500 Together we will defend our sovereignty, security, and protect a free and open Indo-Pacific region for our children and for many, many generations to come.
00:19:20.500 Now, that's new.
00:19:23.500 I didn't know how intertwined India and the U.S. were militarily, did you?
00:19:27.500 I didn't know how large the joint military drills were between America and India.
00:19:32.500 I didn't know.
00:19:33.500 I didn't actually know that America was the biggest export market for India either.
00:19:38.500 Maybe I should have guessed.
00:19:39.500 But the emphasis on military unity here was quite striking.
00:19:42.500 That's a message to America's traditional allies in NATO, isn't it, in a way?
00:19:46.500 And to China and to Pakistan, get a load of this line and the instant applause for it.
00:19:52.500 The United States and India are also firmly united in our ironclad resolve to defend our citizens from the threat of radical Islamic terrorism.
00:20:10.500 Both of our countries have been hurt by the pain and turmoil of terrorism and that terrorism brings.
00:20:18.500 Under my administration, we unleashed the full power of the American military on bloodthirsty killers of ISIS in Iraq and in Syria.
00:20:29.500 Today, the ISIS territorial caliphate has been 100 percent destroyed.
00:20:37.500 And the monster known as al-Baghdadi, the founder and leader of ISIS, is dead.
00:20:44.500 In the United States, we have also made clear that while our country will always welcome newcomers who share our values and love our people,
00:20:57.500 our borders will always be closed to terrorists and terrorism and to any form of extremism.
00:21:04.500 Trump went on a bit more, but then, and I'd have to check the clock, but he had been praising India nonstop and full tilt.
00:21:11.500 Well, now he pivoted a bit.
00:21:13.500 Listen to this.
00:21:15.500 For this reason, since taking office, my administration is working in a very positive way with Pakistan
00:21:22.500 to crack down on the terrorist organizations and militants that operate on the Pakistani border.
00:21:29.500 Our relationship with Pakistan is a very good one.
00:21:37.500 Thanks to these efforts, we are beginning to see signs of big progress with Pakistan.
00:21:43.500 And we are hopeful for reduced tensions, greater stability and the future of harmony for all of the nations of South Asia.
00:21:52.500 India has an important leadership role to play in shaping a better future as you take on greater responsibility for solving problems
00:22:01.500 and promoting peace throughout this incredible region.
00:22:05.500 I don't know what they'd think of that in India. I don't know.
00:22:09.500 Trump's saying that he can make peace, he can bargain with Pakistan.
00:22:14.500 Remember, that's the country that hid Osama Bin Laden, that supported the Taliban and Al-Qaeda.
00:22:20.500 But I suppose Trump, the dealmaker, wants to try.
00:22:23.500 Now, this part caught me a bit by surprise, but again, Trump is triangulating against China.
00:22:29.500 The United States and India are also working closely together on the future of space exploration.
00:22:38.500 You are making impressive strides with your exciting Chandrayaan lunar program.
00:22:50.500 It is moving along rapidly, far ahead of schedule,
00:22:53.500 and America looks forward to expanding our space cooperation with India as you push even further.
00:23:01.500 You are pushing the limits, and that's a great thing, including in the realm of human space flight.
00:23:08.500 The United States and India will be friends and partners on our voyage into the stars and into space.
00:23:16.500 I won't play any more of the speech for you. I've kept you long enough, but it was quite something.
00:23:21.500 He talked about trade deals and other things, and I like how he ended.
00:23:26.500 Thank you again, Prime Minister Modi, for your hospitality.
00:23:29.500 And thank you, India, for this phenomenal welcome.
00:23:36.500 I want to just leave by saying God bless India.
00:23:40.500 God bless the United States of America.
00:23:43.500 We love you. We love you, India, very much. Thank you. Thank you.
00:23:51.500 That's nice.
00:23:53.500 Trump and Melania then went on to the Taj Mahal.
00:23:55.500 Trump dressed in a suit like he would in America.
00:23:59.500 Melania wearing a dress with a green sash of some sort.
00:24:02.500 A bit of an Indian flavor, I guess, but not a costume.
00:24:05.500 They kept their dignity, which is much more than the Trudeaus did on their disastrous vacation.
00:24:12.500 So what does this mean?
00:24:14.500 I think it means a few things.
00:24:16.500 That while the mainstream media has been obsessed with the fake news about Russian collusion
00:24:21.500 or whatever it is this week, Trump has actually been working on things, big things, important things, strategic things, president things.
00:24:29.500 That genuine warmth, the total harmony between Modi and Trump, I think it might help reshape the world.
00:24:37.500 While the Democrats are looking at praising a discredited communist dictator.
00:24:42.500 We're very opposed to the authoritarian nature of Cuba.
00:24:45.500 But, you know, it's unfair to simply say everything is bad.
00:24:48.500 You know, when Fidel Castro came into office, you know what he did?
00:24:52.500 He had a massive literacy program.
00:24:54.500 Yeah, I think America's lucky to have a leader like Trump.
00:24:57.500 Would you trade him for Trudeau?
00:25:00.500 Stay with us for more.
00:25:02.500 Instead of my usual interview at this point in the show, I'd like to show you a video that Sheila Gunn-Reed recorded a couple of days ago.
00:25:20.500 As you know, there have been railway blockades across Canada and the RCMP have done next to nothing.
00:25:25.500 Well, some Alberta boys decided to clear the blockade and it turned into quite a thing.
00:25:31.500 Here, take a look at Sheila Gunn-Reed's video.
00:25:33.500 Today, I'm introducing you to another rail line blockade buster.
00:25:36.500 His name is Zach Solomon Lamoureux.
00:25:39.500 And he needs our help now.
00:25:41.500 When lawless far left-wing radicals tried to bring their nationwide railway blocking protest to Alberta
00:25:48.500 as part of their ongoing plan to shut down Canada,
00:25:52.500 they were the ones being shut down by severely normal Alberta men.
00:25:57.500 The protesters say they are in solidarity with the Wet'suwet'en people against the coastal gas link natural gas pipeline in northern British Columbia.
00:26:06.500 However, the Wet'suwet'en elected band council and eight of 13 hereditary chiefs all support the prosperity and jobs the pipeline offers to their community.
00:26:16.500 These blockaders are just radical environmentalist interlopers inserting themselves into other people's lives.
00:26:23.500 Now, just eight hours into the protest west of Edmonton, normal Alberta men had had enough and showed up to politely and peacefully pull the blockade down.
00:26:33.500 And since then, it has been my mission over the past few days to track down each and every one of them and thank them personally,
00:26:41.500 offer them a tiny token of our gratitude for standing up for the rule of law when no one else will,
00:26:47.500 in the form of a case of beer of their choosing.
00:26:51.500 We met and thanked Chase Chomi yesterday.
00:26:55.500 Today, you're going to meet another one of the men we identified.
00:26:59.500 I'd like to introduce all of you at home to, I guess, an everyday hero.
00:27:04.500 This is Zachary Solomon Lamoureux and he was one of the rail line blockade busters, right?
00:27:12.500 Yep.
00:27:13.500 Why did you go down there?
00:27:14.500 I mean, I've talked to a couple other guys and it wasn't an organized thing.
00:27:19.500 I think none of you actually knew each other.
00:27:21.500 No, none of us knew each other at all.
00:27:23.500 It was just a heat of the moment thing.
00:27:24.500 I saw Guy Simpson go and start taking stuff down and starting to bring it over to his truck.
00:27:29.500 And then my manager, he offered to let him use our dump trailer and I went to go start spotting him,
00:27:35.500 guiding him back so that he wouldn't hit any of the vehicles that were sitting on the sides of the road.
00:27:39.500 And then after that, I just decided to jump right in and help.
00:27:43.500 There's nothing more that I could have thought to do.
00:27:45.500 It was just, you know, if no one else is going to do it, I might as well have.
00:27:49.500 So why did you go down to the rail blockade?
00:27:52.500 Like what compelled you to just head down there?
00:27:55.500 I just wanted to see what was going on because I noticed that as the hours were going on,
00:27:59.500 it kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger and more people were coming.
00:28:02.500 You guys aren't even from Alberta, you morons.
00:28:07.500 I saw it at like eight o'clock in the morning, the day that it happened.
00:28:11.500 And I made a big post about it just to show my friends and let everyone know that,
00:28:15.500 hey, if you're coming down this way, there's a blockade going on.
00:28:17.500 I don't know if they're going to start blocking the roads.
00:28:19.500 And then, yeah, I just went and just wanted to watch and see what was going to happen.
00:28:24.500 Do you think they were in it for the long haul?
00:28:26.500 I think after we started actually trying to tear stuff down, I think they lost all hope.
00:28:31.500 Not trying to sound mean, but I think they knew that they weren't going to be there for long.
00:28:37.500 Yeah.
00:28:38.500 We're in an industrial park and the rail line where they blockaded is by an industrial park.
00:28:43.500 And that's probably the closest to manual labor those people have ever been in a long time.
00:28:49.500 Something else happened to you, though, because the mainstream media has said that this is just a bunch of,
00:28:57.500 you know, peaceful flower children blockading a rail line.
00:28:59.500 But it wasn't quite like that for you, was it?
00:29:02.500 No. So I started dismantling the blockade.
00:29:05.500 And a couple of the protesters had actually gone and climbed into the dump trailer
00:29:10.500 and they started throwing stuff back out of it.
00:29:13.500 And I went to go climb onto it and start putting some stuff back in it.
00:29:18.500 And one of the protesters took a big board, shoved it in my neck and threw me off the trailer.
00:29:22.500 Did the police do anything when these protesters were jumping in the dump trailer?
00:29:27.500 No, they did not. They just sat in their vehicles and watched.
00:29:30.500 It looked like from that Global News footage that things could escalate if you guys weren't in control of your faculties.
00:29:38.500 And it looks like you guys were. I mean, you removed garbage in about the most Canadian way ever.
00:29:43.500 Please. Thank you. Excuse me.
00:29:45.500 I mean, if you guys were the out of control redneck hillbillies that the media likes to paint you guys are,
00:29:51.500 things could have got a little Western out there.
00:29:53.500 I agree completely with that.
00:29:55.500 Like, I'm not a very violent person. I am not. I do get angry.
00:29:59.500 I did yell at a couple of the protesters because they were yelling at me.
00:30:03.500 But what you give is what you get.
00:30:05.500 I never laid hands on any of them.
00:30:07.500 I tried to talk as peacefully as I could.
00:30:09.500 I tried to avoid every single confrontation that I could.
00:30:12.500 And I just wanted to get the garbage out of there.
00:30:15.500 If you give us a viable option for an alternative to oil and gas that puts out the same gigajoule output as oil and gas,
00:30:21.500 then we will listen to what you have to say.
00:30:23.500 Well, Zach, I have a small token of appreciation for you from a grateful nation, a grateful province,
00:30:31.500 all the farmers who can't move their grain right now because of the rail blockades,
00:30:36.500 the via rail commuters that can't get home, all the thousands of rail line workers who are laid off,
00:30:42.500 and just normal people who care deeply about the rule of law.
00:30:45.500 I said that I would personally deliver a case of beer to everybody involved in the rail line blockade bust up.
00:30:53.500 Here's your 15-pack of Miller Genuine Draft, not sponsored by Miller Genuine Draft,
00:30:59.500 not opposed to a sponsorship by Miller Genuine Draft.
00:31:02.500 It's just a small token of appreciation.
00:31:04.500 I'm sure each one of those cans represents thousands of people who wish they could have done what you did.
00:31:10.500 And here's hoping that the rest of the country is sort of inspired by what you guys did.
00:31:14.500 And we're going to see what we can do to get you some justice.
00:31:18.500 The police didn't want to help you, so we're going to.
00:31:22.500 And, Zach, just thank you.
00:31:24.500 Thank you so much for taking the time and coming to talk to me.
00:31:27.500 Thank you for putting this out on the air for all of us.
00:31:29.500 And, you know, I hope that I put an image in the rest of Canada
00:31:35.500 that we're not going to be stopped by just a couple of people sitting on our railroad tracks.
00:31:39.500 Get up, take the 10 minutes, even if it's just complete strangers.
00:31:43.500 Go up, take your time, start cleaning it.
00:31:46.500 We need to save this country.
00:31:48.500 What a decent guy with a good message and an even better attitude.
00:31:53.500 Zach was assaulted on camera.
00:31:56.500 Global News captured it in their footage.
00:31:59.500 They even aired it on the news that night.
00:32:01.500 And yet Global News and the mainstream media still contend that these rail line blockaders are just perfectly peaceful hippies with a cause.
00:32:12.500 Even with the assault caught on camera, the police refused to help or even tried to identify the person who assaulted Zach just meters from where they were sitting in their cars.
00:32:24.500 Well, that's not good enough.
00:32:26.500 Zach helped Canadians by standing up for the rule of law.
00:32:29.500 And now it's time for us to help Zach.
00:32:32.500 So here's what we're going to do.
00:32:35.500 Anyone non-violent who is arrested by police for removing a blockade will receive free civil liberties lawyers from us here at Rebel News.
00:32:46.500 You saw how Zach and Guy Simpson and Chase took out the trash.
00:32:50.500 They were calm, polite and peaceful in the face of abuse and violence.
00:32:55.500 Replicate that.
00:32:56.500 And if the police arrest you for upholding the law when they refuse to, we've got your back.
00:33:02.500 And we'll deliver or ship a case of beer to all the heroes we can identify.
00:33:07.500 I'll hand deliver it in every instance where that's possible because I want to be the one to personally thank every single person involved in doing the right thing by the entire country.
00:33:18.500 And in this case, we're going to step up and help Zach because the cops were apparently too busy to do so.
00:33:25.500 We're going to pursue a civil lawsuit to get justice for Zach just like we did against Dion Buse when he hit me and the courts let me down and didn't include me in the process.
00:33:37.500 So here's where we need your help to do all of this.
00:33:41.500 First, help us find the masked thug that shoved a plywood sign into Zach's neck and assaulted him on camera.
00:33:50.500 If you have information that leads to the positive identification of the thug who assaulted Zach, we will give you $1,000.
00:33:59.500 So if you've got information on the identity of that violent masked coward, please send it to tips at rebelnews.com and we will keep it confidential.
00:34:11.500 And if you'd like to help us draw a line in the sand and set a marker down for the rest of these rail line blockaders, these violent hooligans,
00:34:20.500 that if you put your hands on people who show up peacefully and politely to uphold the rule of law in this country and clear trash off the tracks,
00:34:29.500 you're going to be in for a rough ride even if the police don't want to charge you.
00:34:35.500 If you can chip in to cover the legal costs to help us help Zach, please go to cleartheblockades.com.
00:34:42.500 That's cleartheblockades.com.
00:34:44.500 Lawsuits are expensive, but we think it's so important to send a message not just to the handsy unruly ragamuffins blocking train tracks across the country,
00:34:53.500 but also to officials who refuse to do something about it when the tracks are blocked or when someone like Zach is assaulted.
00:35:02.500 And of course, we'll pay for the beer ourselves.
00:35:05.500 Now, I learned a lesson too from guys like Zach, Guy Simpson and Chase.
00:35:10.500 If officials don't act, then we must.
00:35:14.500 For Rebel News, I'm Sheila Gunnery.
00:35:23.500 What do you think of Trump visiting Modi?
00:35:27.500 It was a pretty quick trip, and it certainly felt like a pep rally for both sides,
00:35:32.500 but I think that only comes with a genuine harmony between two men.
00:35:35.500 Whatever you think of Reagan or Mulroney, those two men really got along,
00:35:39.500 and I think it benefited both countries tremendously.
00:35:42.500 It's possible to have good relations between countries if the leaders don't quite jibe.
00:35:47.500 I mean, Stephen Harper and Barack Obama were pretty much opposite in every way,
00:35:51.500 but they kept it together more or less.
00:35:54.500 I think this could be quite something for America and for India.
00:35:58.500 And given how China and Russia are towards the West,
00:36:01.500 I think it's good news that India is becoming a true Western ally, don't you?
00:36:08.500 That's our show for today.
00:36:10.500 Until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us here at Rebel World Headquarters,
00:36:13.500 good night, and keep fighting for freedom.
00:36:15.500 Let's pray.
00:36:16.500 Oops.
00:36:17.500 That's perfect.
00:36:18.500 That is God.
00:36:19.500 Don't let me see you Israel.
00:36:20.500 That's perfect thank you.
00:36:21.500 That's clear to the world знать of your Bitcoin.
00:36:22.500 The world to be Yours.
00:36:23.500 pan society may know the plan of your ally.
