00:00:00.000 Meanwhile, some people are actually confronted about their alleged pedophilia, such as our favorite Alan Dershowitz,
00:00:06.000 who, of course, took multiple trips on the Lolita Express to Epstein's pedophile island.
00:00:10.680 And, surprisingly, someone in the media actually asked him about this.
00:00:14.700 And, of course, he got big mad.
00:00:18.320 Look at this.
00:00:18.820 I haven't heard you respond directly to this, and I wanted to give you a chance.
00:00:22.380 In the travel records, it says on December 11, 2000, the Epstein plane leaves Florida for New York City.
00:00:29.200 You were living in New York at the time.
00:00:31.660 Then on the next day, December 12, the calendar says a 1.30 meeting with, quote, Jeff.
00:00:37.220 We don't know what Jeff that is.
00:00:38.960 People could speculate.
00:00:40.460 And then on December 13, the next day, it says 10 a.m., scheduled a massage with A.D., presumably Alan Dershowitz.
00:00:49.540 The 14th, the plane leaves.
00:00:51.580 That was in my wife's calendar.
00:00:53.700 My wife scheduled a massage. 1.00
00:00:55.300 If you think my wife scheduled a massage with an underage sex slave, then you'll believe anything. 1.00
00:01:03.180 No. 1.00
00:01:03.880 Other calendar entries.
00:01:07.720 Let me finish.
00:01:08.300 Can you guys clarify that?
00:01:09.320 Other calendar entries had a collective.
00:01:11.300 Let me finish.
00:01:12.540 Go ahead.
00:01:12.800 I was a visiting scholar at NYU.
00:01:15.220 My wife had a professional masseuse. 1.00
00:01:17.440 We have checks, canceled checks, proving that the massage occurred, when it occurred, who it occurred with.
00:01:24.260 And I've had very, very few massages in my life.
00:01:28.280 One at Jeffrey Epstein's house by a middle-aged woman who gave me a shoulder and neck massage, which I hated.
00:01:36.820 I called up my wife and complained about it immediately. 1.00
00:01:39.380 No, I've done nothing wrong.
00:01:40.540 If you want to put me on trial here, you have to give me an opportunity to fully explain.
00:01:44.680 You will not be able to make just charges against me without giving me an opportunity to explain.
00:01:49.120 Do you know who it was who performed that?
00:01:55.260 Yes.
00:01:55.740 I mean, we know approximately who it was.
00:01:58.580 There were a lot of people around her.
00:02:01.100 We think we remember, and the person who was in charge of the Epstein house confirmed this,
00:02:07.740 that it's a woman named Olga who was in her 40s and was a professional massage therapist.
00:02:13.220 I had a neck and back problem at the time, and I had a massage.
00:02:17.620 My wife had a massage. 1.00
00:02:19.060 My daughter had a massage. 0.92
00:02:21.200 My grandchildren stayed in Jeffrey Epstein's house when he was away.
00:02:26.460 And if any of those allegations are true, do you think I would allow my grandchildren, my daughter, my son?
00:02:33.320 It's absurd.
00:02:34.440 And it will be proved to trial.
00:02:36.400 It will be proved to trial.
00:02:38.140 He's guilty.
00:02:38.800 Look at how much he's explaining here.
00:02:40.280 Way too much.
00:02:41.140 And also, yeah, he would leave his kids there because his kids would be off limits because he's good friends with Epstein.
00:02:46.260 So he'd be like, don't touch my kids.
00:02:48.260 Touch other people's kids but not my kids, right?
00:02:51.020 And in some cases, they actually do hand out their kids too, by the way. 0.99
00:02:53.600 They're that sick. 0.77
00:02:54.540 We've seen that many times. 0.59
00:02:56.060 And furthermore, the wife, if this is even true, could make it –
00:03:00.480 And why would she be calling Epstein's house to book the appointment?
00:03:05.480 Don't they have a house manager who's going to be booking these appointments?
00:03:09.100 It's just very weird.
00:03:10.320 And like the woman, the wife would know what's going on there. 1.00
00:03:14.100 You know what I mean?
00:03:15.200 When it's been – it's come out so many times of like these massages that are going on there.
00:03:21.280 No, it was this 40-year-old Olga woman from Sweden.
00:03:24.820 Yeah, sure.
00:03:25.380 Okay.
00:03:25.580 Yeah, we totally believe everything you guys are saying, right?
00:03:29.380 One of the first comments was that I had my underwear was on.
00:03:32.100 Oh, it's okay.
00:03:32.640 My pants or my underwear were still on.
00:03:34.860 It's okay.
00:03:35.840 Dershowitz is a longtime friend of Epstein's who represented him in the criminal underage sex case.
00:03:40.860 I never saw a young underage woman. 1.00
00:03:44.320 Yet Epstein's former butler swore under oath that Dershowitz was at Epstein's residences.
00:03:49.260 At the same time, underage girls were there. 0.88
00:03:51.620 Were there young women in another part of the house giving massages when I wasn't around? 1.00
00:03:58.000 I have no idea of that.
00:03:59.680 Dershowitz did say he once received a massage at Epstein's mansion, but from an adult woman.
00:04:04.620 I kept my underwear on during the massage. 0.99
00:04:08.420 He's just disgusting. 0.98
00:04:09.640 Look at this guy. 1.00
00:04:10.380 Oh, he's absolutely revolting. 0.90
00:04:12.880 I mean, look at the – I mean, number of times.
00:04:16.160 I mean, he was very good friends with Epstein.
00:04:18.580 Very good friends.
00:04:19.160 Yeah, so how could you not know what was going on if you were that close with him?
00:04:22.780 Not have any suspicions even?
00:04:24.800 No, they talked about stuff. 1.00
00:04:26.100 And remember, this guy is a professional liar. 0.99
00:04:29.860 I mean, he stated as much. 0.99
00:04:31.840 I think it was The View.
00:04:32.880 I'll see if I can find that clip.
00:04:33.840 But The View was talking about it.
00:04:34.880 He said, my job as the attorney, as the lawyer, is basically just to convince the other side that my client did or didn't do what is being claimed.
00:04:43.360 It has nothing to do with morality or anything like that.
00:04:45.360 I don't allow my personal interests and values to intrude on my professional life.
00:04:52.180 I think of myself like a doctor or a priest.
00:04:54.120 If they wheel somebody, Jeffrey Epstein, into the emergency ward, the doctor's going to take care of him.
00:04:58.820 If he goes to his rabbi and says, I want to make a confession, the rabbi's going to say yes.
00:05:04.380 Law enforcement officials had prepared a 53-page federal sex crimes indictment involving three dozen underage victims for your client that could have potentially sent him to prison for life.
00:05:18.920 Right.
00:05:19.500 But instead, he pled guilty to two state charges, not federal charges, involving prostitution.
00:05:25.740 He ended up serving just 13 months in a private wing of a Palm Beach County jail for which he had exit privileges.
00:05:34.360 That's some very fine lawyering on your part.
00:05:37.700 But that's a shockingly light sentence, Professor.
00:05:40.500 Look, you should complain about the judge and about the prosecutor.
00:05:44.260 Their job is to put people like that in jail for a long time.
00:05:48.300 I'm going to continue to try to get the best deal I can.
00:05:50.700 I've gotten guilty people acquitted of murder.
00:05:52.940 Bruh.
00:05:53.900 You're now being sued by one of the women who was involved in that original investigation of Epstein.
00:05:59.120 Virginia Roberts is her name who claims that Epstein lent her out for sex to some of his friends, including you.
00:06:04.460 So I am welcoming this trial.
00:06:06.640 This is the first opportunity I have to conclusively prove my innocence.
00:06:12.200 Basically, lie, use legalese and trickery and wordplay and hair splitting and terminology confusion and muddy the waters.
00:06:20.700 Whatever you have to do just to get your side to win the argument. 1.00
00:06:26.140 He's a disgusting man, this guy. 1.00
00:06:28.400 And he is. 1.00
00:06:29.160 To not be trusted.
00:06:30.240 No.
00:06:30.600 I think he's basically guilty.
00:06:32.920 And he.
00:06:33.340 Too much detail.
00:06:34.660 The way he's.
00:06:35.160 And he gets super mad.
00:06:36.820 My shoulders and my neck.
00:06:38.400 I remember.
00:06:38.740 It was horrible.
00:06:39.760 It was not good either.
00:06:41.160 Oh, complaining on it, too. 0.87
00:06:43.060 It's if I whip out some Jewish traits. 1.00
00:06:45.180 Yeah, exactly.
00:06:46.200 Then they'll think it was real.
00:06:49.820 I don't like massages particularly.
00:06:51.960 I have to cancel checks even.
