Red Ice TV - Migrant Feasting On Human Leg

00:00:00.000 Okay, you thought we were joking around about these people actually, like, being cannibals that are invading our countries. 0.98

00:00:08.420 Man arrested in California for, quote, eating amputated leg from victim of fatal train accidents.

00:00:15.880 A U.S. man, which is, you know, he's an immigrant, was arrested on Friday after appearing to carry and eat a body part from someone who was killed by a train in the state of California.

00:00:30.000 The incident happened in Kern County, Huazaco.

00:00:32.220 The 27-year-old man, identified as Resendu Talis, appears to be taking a human leg from a fatal train accident scene and starts eating it.

00:00:41.080 I have a lot of questions about that right there, just that scenario of how that happened.

00:00:45.600 Let's roll, roll clip.

00:00:56.160 Don't blur it out. Let's see.

00:00:57.700 We want to see the flesh-eating here.

00:01:01.020 He's, like, bent over doing it, like, pretending he's an animal or something.

00:01:05.280 So, a guy, here we go, here's the U.S. man.

00:01:08.780 I thought he was screaming at somebody, too, like, totally unhinged.

00:01:11.520 It's like a zombie, this is a zombie movie now.

00:01:15.160 He grabbed a leg from a guy who, I'm not sure how he died or why or whatever.

00:01:19.700 Yeah, how do you get that leg?

00:01:21.100 What, did he just, like, have an axe on him and just, like, the heck?

00:01:25.120 But local media reports saying this is an unsettling video. 0.99

00:01:28.860 Holy crap. 0.97

00:01:29.980 Yep. 0.97

00:01:30.260 So, they're actually importing cannibals.

00:01:31.820 And we said it with Haiti.

00:01:32.700 We said, like, oh, look, look, Haiti is having issues.

00:01:35.100 Oh, they're eating each other?

00:01:36.040 Quick, bring in as many of them as possible into the country. 1.00

00:01:39.820 It's nothing new.

00:01:40.380 He doesn't come from Haiti.

00:01:41.480 No, but cannibalism in African countries is nothing new. 0.64

00:01:45.360 Still ongoing.

00:01:46.860 The man who was struck by the train sadly died.

00:01:49.860 Yeah, you think.

00:01:51.060 You think.

00:01:51.660 But, yeah, so, like, smash, you know, here's a leg flying off and then, like, a migrant 1.00

00:01:56.420 coming, like, oh, look, meat.

00:01:58.660 Let me take that home and let's barbecue.

00:02:01.300 Well, he didn't even do that.

00:02:02.280 He just ate it raw.

00:02:03.500 Zombies.

00:02:04.160 Literal zombies.

00:02:05.700 This is going to end great.

00:02:08.180 Meanwhile.

00:02:08.880 If you're in Michigan, check this out.

00:02:10.160 You can, of course, get a little bit of extra money back if you decide to house one of these

00:02:14.620 millions of people that come in irregularly or however they come in legally maybe a year

00:02:19.920 where they're now opening up to a newcomer rental subsidy for you.

00:02:24.640 You can make up to $500 per month for up to 12 months if you are eligible to house an

00:02:31.980 immigrant or a newcomer in your home, in your house. 0.91

00:02:35.820 It's amazing.

00:02:36.660 I mean, we used to joke around about how many are you taking in your house and now

00:02:41.020 they're literally, like, pushing it, you know, with policies and budgets for you to take

00:02:46.240 them into your house.

00:02:47.280 We'll pay you to take them into your house.

00:02:49.420 We'll bribe you.

00:02:50.160 Yeah, what's going to happen to these people that take them in?

00:02:52.780 Yeah, tax.

00:02:53.740 It's you paying for it.

00:02:55.380 You're not helping us pay our rent and our mortgages and bailing out Americans. 1.00

00:02:59.860 No, but you're giving these migrants, these economic opportunists, everything for free. 1.00

00:03:05.240 Newcomers face critical housing challenges.

00:03:08.240 Well, maybe you shouldn't bring them in then.

00:03:10.420 Shouldn't be here.

00:03:10.600 And this program will increase access to better and more affordable housing opportunities while

00:03:16.160 supporting a more rapid social integration to refugees and other newcomer populations.

00:03:20.720 Let's see.

00:03:21.200 Let's see the theft and the rape and all the stuff that's going to happen there.

00:03:24.600 Can you imagine?

00:03:25.240 I'd love to do a follow up on this and find out how this how this program is working out,

00:03:30.700 this subsidy program.

00:03:31.820 Political establishment, a bunch of leftists are advocating for defunding the police. 0.99

00:03:36.360 As it's getting more criminal out there, as they're like shitting on white men who are 0.98

00:03:39.940 police officers, they end up quitting in droves. 0.97

00:03:42.600 One day, and it might be very soon, and it's already happening now in some areas in the

00:03:47.960 United States, it's happening in European countries too, where basically the law enforcement

00:03:51.600 is not around.

00:03:53.260 Police won't be there.

00:03:54.400 So imagine that you have all these like invaders that are coming in. 0.98

00:03:57.360 They're arming them like we talked the other day.

00:03:59.140 They have squatter rights.

00:04:00.400 They can just take your home if you're not there.

00:04:02.620 If they can hold it for three months, it's theirs essentially, right?

00:04:06.520 They're all eating each other and stuff.

00:04:07.940 And then basically you try to call the cops, right?

00:04:09.780 Like, hey, someone with guns is trying to eat my leg.

00:04:14.800 No one will show up.

00:04:15.980 So this is, a clip we're going to look at here, is of course, Baltimore.

00:04:20.360 They're facing an apocalyptic level of policing shortages.

00:04:25.220 Look at this.

00:04:26.860 Take you to the ship.

00:04:27.760 Anyone willing to work overtime?

00:04:29.620 In the Southern District on Tuesday, there was a plea for officers to work overtime.

00:04:34.760 Minutes later, it went citywide.

00:04:36.880 Citywide, overtime available.

00:04:39.280 On today's day, trolley shift for the Southern District.

00:04:42.520 Anyone interested?

00:04:43.460 Baltimore's Southern Police District is the city's largest district, 61,000 residents.

00:04:49.200 And on Tuesday afternoon, sources tell us at one point there were three police officers on patrol.

00:04:55.040 Just seconds after the plea for officers hit the airwaves, so did pleas for help.

00:04:59.700 If anyone in District 2 can come clear, we have a physical child abuse.

00:05:03.900 I'm going to let that one go.

00:05:05.540 Ten minutes after that child abuse call was transmitted, it appears there were still no officers in route.

00:05:19.660 Can we still go to that physical child abuse?

00:05:22.680 Yes, sir.

00:05:23.200 Can be advised, we are now holding ten calls.

00:05:25.960 No priority ones.

00:05:27.000 We still have the physical child abuse and the common assault.

00:05:30.720 And it's heartbreaking.

00:05:31.940 Imagine if you are a crime victim.

00:05:34.480 Betsy Smith with the National Police Association calls the city's police staffing dangerously low.

00:05:39.920 You are endangering the lives of the police officers that are on duty.

00:05:46.500 And what that further does is endanger the lives of the citizens.

00:05:52.220 There's 522 vacancies.

00:05:54.480 At a city budget hearing last year, the top brass admitted it struggled with recruitment and is hoping to hire civilians to fill in the gaps.

00:06:02.220 We're looking at upwards to 120 to 140 positions that we're trying to create in this request to be able to sustain going forward.

00:06:09.360 We're in the cannibal migrants. 1.00

00:06:11.440 Exactly.

00:06:11.840 The reason that nine out of every ten police departments in this country is short-staffed is because we have been dealing with, here in the United States, this three and a half, almost four-year billification and demonization of the American law enforcement officer.

00:06:30.020 Until perceptions change, Smith predicts recruitment will not improve and the pleas for officers will grow louder.

00:06:36.740 16 is going to pick up the physical child abuse and it becomes clear of his larceny from order. 0.68

00:06:42.260 Let all the white men leave. 0.98

00:06:43.980 Stop policing these people. 0.99

00:06:45.400 Let them take care of each other.

00:06:47.800 I mean, what do you say?

00:06:49.280 This is the complete chaos waiting to happen.

00:06:52.800 And why people have to get out of there.

00:06:54.440 Yeah, exactly.

00:06:55.140 I mean, if you're in these areas, just get out.

00:06:57.020 Get out now while you can.
