02:30:27.920 the problem so what happens well all this stuff in red actually goes to uh one of these guys and they

02:30:37.440 house your votes and they also store them in the in the cloud and then either through the associated

02:30:44.960 press or decision desk hq uh it gets reported to the media now you need to know that these guys

02:30:52.720 databases are always online with these guys so that whenever there's an update here it's flowing here

02:31:01.520 now in the case of clarity elections clarity elections was very interesting it is owned by a company

02:31:08.320 named sidle sidle sidle is in barcelona spain 28 states use this election night reporting system

02:31:17.120 uh clarity is owned by sidle the the server is in frankfurt germany so that for instance if you go in

02:31:26.240 to the dallas county website and you want to see the unofficial votes and you want to download of them

02:31:32.400 you will get a little csv file that you can turn into an excel file and see what the unofficial votes

02:31:38.880 are at that particular moment but if you go into that file and look you'll find it was created

02:31:45.680 six time zones east of dallas so that in our case that would be europe that this unofficial database

02:32:01.520 of the sidle system malware that allows it to capture all of the credentials of everyone who

02:32:31.680 things to your secretary of state there is an official database but since it is behind the same firewall it
