00:16:48.800 lots that were distributed to 12 states or less so what is that what so it means that the what the

00:16:56.000 people the people died from and were hospitalized from and had adverse effects from was spread to as

00:17:02.320 many states as possible while those that were inactive or normal whatever you want to call it

00:17:09.040 were distributed to less states again to to not have all these red flags that all the deaths would happen
