00:00:17.080 84 million workers, this time by a court in Ohio. Two female 6th Circuit Court judges said
00:00:23.660 to protect workers, OSHA can and must be able to respond to dangers as they evolve.
00:00:28.100 In other words, they should be able to do whatever they want, when they want, for whatever
00:00:32.540 manufactured reason. By the way, the 6th Circuit Court consists of 16 judges, but three were selected.
00:00:40.260 How? Randomly? By a lottery? Yeah, sure. There's no transparency. The three female judges, two are
00:00:47.980 conservative and one is a liberal, only one dissented, the one appointed by Trump. So basically it's up to

00:01:00.820 entire country. The 5th Circuit Court had stated that the mandate raised grave statutory and
00:01:07.300 constitutional issues. Yes, the decision by the 6th Circuit Court is expected to be appealed to the
00:01:13.200 Supreme Court. And although conservatives outnumber liberals in the Supreme Court, we do know that all
00:01:18.280 nine justices have received the jab. Also, conservative judges doesn't really mean much
00:01:24.100 these days. So we'll see if they support full-on medical tyranny or not.

00:01:53.220 out of the 16, as you said, there's 16 judges on the 6th Circuit Court, hard for me to say.

00:03:40.780 And Schmuck Schumer was out and celebrating this. He thought this is absolutely wonderful. He said,
00:03:45.800 this morning, we confirmed the 40th judge nominated by regime leader Biden to serve on the federal
00:03:53.900 bench. No president since JFK has had more circuit slash district court judges confirmed in their
00:04:00.680 first year. These judges bring needed demographics and professional diversity to the judiciary.
00:04:07.500 Listen to this clip of what he said here. Now he said, you know, these are all anti-white,
00:04:13.200 progressive, as close to communism as you can get. Sure. They're all, they, they like their
00:04:18.740 neoliberal capitalism. Don't get me wrong. You know, it's all the private sector and all that good
00:04:23.620 stuff. Right. But listen to what he says here. Four years ago under president Donald Trump,

00:04:43.220 we're administering the antidote all year long. The Democratic majority has begun rebalancing our
00:04:51.080 courts with mainstream, highly qualified and diverse judges, historically diverse, both in their profession
00:04:56.900 and personhood. Over half of the new judges are women. Over half are people of color. And all of them
00:05:03.180 are immensely qualified by virtue of their skills, their experience, and their unique perspectives
00:05:07.880 they bring to the federal bench. We're going to continue working as much as we can for the rest of
00:05:13.380 this year to confirm more judges. And you can be sure, Mr. President, that we will push even harder
00:05:18.780 in 2022. Oh, I'm sure you will. So this is how it's done. This is how they, they, they kill off the
00:05:24.980 country. Essentially there's, it's down to a bunch of liberal judges, right? I mean, this is America,

00:06:05.180 how many times someone like Schumer trips over his words. He was the one who talked about an erection
