Summary

Just as we were about to record a magnitude 5.5 earthquake, a tropical storm was about to make landfall near Los Angeles, California, and the West Coast of the United States was bracing for the impact of the storm, a massive flood hit the coast of California and a massive earthquake struck near Oxnard, California.

00:00:00.000 you're watching western warrior with henrik and lana exclusively for red ice members
00:00:08.980 welcome back ladies and gentlemen thank you for joining us today great having you back here at
00:00:21.140 red ice members.com or those of you joining us on odyssey or bit shoot hey thank you for tuning
00:00:26.120 in guys it's gonna be a good show yeah i saw just as we were about to record a magnitude 5.5
00:00:33.080 earthquake struck near la in oxnard i think we have a listener in oxnard hello uh bracing for
00:00:40.140 hurricane hillary which flooding is expected this never happens this never happens yeah so
00:00:46.160 hurricane was trending right might as well be sharknado or what's next an alien attack anyway
00:00:52.520 this is very unusual to be bracing for you know hurricane i was like wait i don't remember ever
00:00:58.400 in me growing up on the west coast i never remember hearing about hurricanes it was fizzle out right
00:01:03.540 before they make landfall right so california has never seen a tropical storm yeah check this out
00:01:09.000 they're getting emergency alerts for earthquakes and then here's the flood and oh this a tropical
00:01:14.100 storm warning this has never happened so california has never seen a tropical storm make landfall on the
00:01:20.300 coast since they started hurricane record keeping in 1949 so although california has felt some of the
00:01:27.900 effects of major storms including last year's what was it hurricane k it fizzled off the coast of
00:01:33.460 southern california most tropical storms they remain well offshore with only two that have come in within
00:01:39.760 200 miles of its coastline since the year 2000 and what's the reason for this is cold waters offshore
00:01:45.420 suppress the strengths of the storms as they move north of mexico compared to water temps in the
00:01:51.080 atlantic right tropical waters are are warmer so they create conditions more uh conducive to
00:01:57.160 hurricane formation but here we have yeah some weather reporting on the tropical storm then they're
00:02:02.160 like oh an earthquake we just felt an earthquake yeah is this uh the global boiling then is that the
00:02:08.380 waters are warmer so uh they can push their narrative about global boiling i don't know it just feels uh
00:02:15.020 feels highly suspicious uh if you ask me only are we dealing with a tropical storm but it appears we
00:02:20.100 are now dealing with an earthquake um yeah so we do have an alert coming people are receiving alerts
00:02:27.020 on their phones at this moment uh you likely did not scan the qr code right now so it's like 45 minutes
00:02:34.920 out of la but yeah this is suspicious like okay wildfires we're going to get into next and talk about
00:02:40.040 that which wildfires have always happened but this this is definitely unusual like flooding and the
00:02:45.880 earthquake at the same time and then we have a high amount of uh fires recently right and suddenly and
00:02:53.020 we're we're we're basically surrounded so hopefully that at least uh hillary can push up some um
00:02:58.820 some water up some rain water up this way yeah that's what i hear tomorrow which is good because
00:03:03.820 we need it's dry yes
00:03:05.720 we are covered in smoke surrounded by wildfires right now and surely some human caused not just
00:03:22.440 here in northern idaho but there's fires in eastern washington oregon montana and of course canada is
00:03:28.100 raging we're getting the smoke down here so we're pretty much hiding out indoors it's like a
00:03:33.320 a ghost town out there right now north idaho has a few but they're getting under control there was
00:03:38.320 one in post falls the next town over from us which was human caused someone started a little campfire
00:03:43.540 and didn't put it out properly so we're seeing a mix of natural wildfires which have always happened
00:03:48.920 and some human started fires there's three large fires in eastern washington near spokane which issued a
00:03:55.960 state of emergency and the air quality right now is some of the worst in the world because of the
00:04:02.800 fires and they got hit with canada's smoke which blew down to the northwest states we just saw a
00:04:09.100 report saying it's the worst in the nation right now because of the fires the spokane air quality
00:04:13.940 we're only about 45 minutes away so we're seeing it it's freaky not having clean air to breathe right
00:04:19.680 well it means you're gonna die if you don't get that so no one is out there right now there was a fire
00:04:24.900 in elk washington just an hour away from us which took out the cabin of someone we know
00:04:29.860 and a friend of a friend's homestead and i just got word actually before we started recording that
00:04:34.900 that uh that the father of that homestead he lost his homestead his animals uh he has a family of
00:04:41.940 six kids he went back into the fire to help some of his his friends and he uh got injured so he air
00:04:49.640 life had to come and take him out and he has some severe burns on top of that which is awful and
00:04:54.460 insurance isn't covering the structure that he builds because i don't know he built it on his
00:05:00.020 own right that's retarded so canada is seeing the worst wildfires on record especially in the
00:05:06.560 northwest territories there's 200 fires plus 300 fires in british columbia including kilona where
00:05:13.360 many homes have been burned down so so far when i checked this it was eight million acres have burned
00:05:20.120 in canada and that was last i checked and this is worst on record there's a thousand active fires
00:05:25.560 in canada so let's just go through and see some of the footage holy shit i am at sutherland beach look
00:05:34.620 at this every all these people are here this is insane
00:05:41.260 people have music on like they should be celebrating
00:06:04.460 yeah and it's rap music so you know who's playing that
00:06:12.760 there's another one starting over there right there
00:06:21.600 and it was getting hot i go i'm going home
00:06:28.100 and where that helicopter is i probably go
00:06:35.000 this next clip is uh lake shore properties in kilona burning down
00:06:52.140 and this is a closer look at the fires of alberta
00:07:11.040 what language is that
00:07:18.700 i didn't catch that it's canada right so
00:07:23.180 oh that's oh it's french okay
00:07:26.700 oh okay gotcha gotcha yeah that's close watch out very close and then here's what's happening in the
00:07:34.140 northwest territories of canada where they're seeing the most amount of fires
00:07:38.840 and this is in british columbia
00:07:47.440 a whole lot of smoke and we're seeing some of that down where we are right now in northern idaho as well
00:07:58.840 and then here's another clip from british columbia
00:08:01.280 the skies literally turned red from all the fires in canada here's some images of it
00:08:10.540 this
00:08:12.700 looks like night time
00:08:15.980 in the day
00:08:17.820 in front of the town hall
00:08:21.380 and this is interesting this is satellite imagery that's showing fires starting at the same time in alberta canada
00:08:40.180 there's a technique called backburning which firefighters use and i saw a lot of people criticizing it saying no you're starting the fires
00:09:04.580 and then conspiracy theories also were flying wild which i think isn't quite fair let's check out a couple of these clips
00:09:11.060 showing backburning
00:09:12.280 so apparently what we have here is some amateur drone footage
00:09:16.080 out of canada
00:09:17.680 in a restricted area that people were not allowed to go into
00:09:21.680 somebody flew a drone in there
00:09:23.840 and what you can see is a helicopter going around
00:09:26.660 looks like it's intentionally starting some fires there canada
00:09:30.260 there's almost 150 individual wildfires going on currently in canada as we speak
00:09:36.180 canada
00:09:37.900 a video making the rounds online shows a barrel hanging from a helicopter shooting flames into the forest
00:09:42.700 but don't panic there's an actual reason for this
00:09:44.760 the bc wildfire service initially posted the video on its youtube channel to show a firefighting technique known as backburning
00:09:50.040 the video description explains that planned ignitions are an essential wildfire management tool to remove forest fuels
00:09:55.060 and bring the fire's edge to establish control lines with less intensity than free burning fires
00:09:58.780 that's reducing the ability for further spread
00:10:00.620 the device hanging from the helicopter is called a helotorch
00:10:03.160 and the pilot can pull a trigger to shoot out jellied gasoline that ignites as it leaves the nozzle
00:10:06.580 setting treetops on fire
00:10:07.800 fighting fire with fire literally
00:10:09.780 yeah it's a common technique you get you form a
00:10:11.960 that's what the word uh fire
00:10:13.660 what you what do you call it firewall right
00:10:16.080 yeah yeah
00:10:16.700 you make a firewall a fire path we call it in sweden
00:10:20.160 uh you gotta depending on which direction
00:10:22.780 the winds are going
00:10:24.380 you burn it on one side so that it can't continue to go
00:10:28.040 first you use bulldozers on one end to like make sure it doesn't jump over to the other
00:10:31.920 and you can only do that if it's not that uh you know windy because if it's too windy
00:10:35.920 it's going to serve you uh you know bad to do it but you can do it you know
00:10:39.180 to create that and uh you burn the rest on fire and then by the time the actual fire
00:10:43.100 comes up against the edge of that there's nothing else to burn so that it extinguishes the fire you know
00:10:48.620 well i wouldn't put it past the government to start fires you know in the name of climate change or whatever garbage
00:10:54.040 this this was not a firefighter who was like out there intentionally starting fires they put this up on their youtube channel and they explain this whole process
00:11:01.920 you know it's i'm not saying they wouldn't do it but it's probably more like lunatic climate activists or something that would go out on their own to like prove we got to prove how bad global warming is so let's like light it on fire yeah uh because there are many of those there are uh you know um
00:11:17.920 arsonists arsonists yeah they're deliberately started essentially right yeah i'll get into that
00:11:23.860 more i i here's another more black this one i remember from see from the play i showed this was
00:11:28.880 it last uh last year or the year before two years ago when there was another kind of bad
00:11:33.960 bad season of wildfires up in canada uh so these always makes the rounds it's always the same thing
00:11:39.100 and it's usually i mean again there's always a little bit of truth in the sense that like okay the people
00:11:44.200 the firefighters probably wouldn't do shit like this though you know i mean it would be
00:11:47.860 this would be some uh you know clandestine operation by like i don't know military or some
00:11:52.500 intelligence service or something that would do it but uh that's not what that is the world's first
00:11:57.380 airborne directed energy weapon the airborne laser also known as the abl just mounting the abl requires
00:12:06.520 one of the most sophisticated and elaborate modifications in history the entire nose section is removed and
00:12:12.760 replicated and the world's largest titanium plate is installed to hold the enormous turret mounted
00:12:18.480 laser in place the abl system is designed to find track and destroy an enemy target in the air and on
00:12:26.620 the ground it can loiter at 40 000 feet for five hours refuel in midair and destroy a target 60 miles
00:12:35.860 if you happen to see green lasers in the sky not to worry it's the u.s army corps of engineers conducting
00:12:45.720 coastal surveys and they're being done using a contracted aircraft equipped with a light detection
00:12:51.300 and ranging system the lasers are used to measure distance residents near oahu south facing shores
00:12:58.220 between barbers point and diamond head might see those broad beams of green light across the night sky
00:13:03.480 it'll happen between midnight and 5 a.m from friday april the 28th through the 30th
00:13:08.680 officials say brief exposure to the light is not harmful to the unprotected eye
00:13:13.760 zam modesty
00:13:25.800 ofban
00:13:26.240 of friday 19 Algernic
00:13:27.560 of
00:13:30.640 the
00:13:35.340 so
00:13:38.860 fires are raging in canada and what is the government doing media censorship preventing
00:14:01.920 people from sharing or viewing news about the fires and lots of people are posting videos about
00:14:06.700 it like this one teen is proving to be a disaster for canadians and it is safe to say that google
00:14:12.040 and meta are at war with the federal government if you try and share news articles from news sources
00:14:17.280 this is the notification you get i tried to share an article about the kelowna airport ceasing
00:14:21.840 operations and that's the notification i got or if you try and go to local news sources it also says
00:14:27.320 people in canada can't see this content you guys really not see this as an issue it doesn't seem
00:14:32.420 right that people that are in dangerous situations given the fires and everything that they can't
00:14:37.200 see news sources and you know maybe they're in harm's way something is really wrong here well
00:14:42.360 it's a classic for everybody who's banned most of the government services they post on facebook or x
00:14:47.580 we don't see it no we're banned we can't yeah exactly you can't see it oh you follow our facebook page if
00:14:52.880 you want to update about you know if if you need to evacuate was like okay all right so dumb and gay
00:14:59.300 but let's let's talk about wildfires because it's nothing new though right they've always happened
00:15:04.180 i grew up in central oregon and it was something that we saw every year and some years it was more
00:15:09.580 severe and the northwest in particular has these big forest fires even though technically more fires
00:15:15.940 occur on the east coast every year uh they're just they burn more in acreage when they start you
00:15:22.340 know the wildfires here in the west in fact a greater number of fires occurred annually in the 1990s on
00:15:28.760 average versus today looking at these statistics um looking at these wildfire stats in the u.s so
00:15:34.720 from 2013 to 2022 there was an average of about 61 000 wildfires annually it's an average of about
00:15:42.720 7 million acres impacted annually in 2022 is about 69 000 wildfires burning about 7.6 million acres so over
00:15:52.000 40 percent of those acres were in alaska and as of june this year around 18 000 wildfires have impacted
00:15:59.640 over 500 000 acres this year it'll be more counting the ones not contained right now but still less so
00:16:06.460 far the number of fires and acreage burned are indicators of the annual level of wildfire activity
00:16:12.600 and these numbers may not be indicative of fires impact on human development or communities since many
00:16:19.020 fires occur in large relatively undeveloped areas acreage burned also does not indicate the severity
00:16:25.420 of a wildfire the degree of impact upon forest or soils or other ecological effects and most wildfires
00:16:32.060 are human caused 89 percent of the average number of wildfires from 2018 to 2022 now when we say human
00:16:40.900 caused yes uh arson but also just dumb moves you know not putting out your campfire correctly by the way
00:16:47.460 i got word that the elk fire in in washington is looking like it was a human started as well and
00:16:54.480 that's created so much damage and catastrophe wildfires caused by lightning tend to be slightly larger and
00:17:00.520 they burn more acreage so 53 percent of the average acreage burned from 2018 to 2022 um then the human
00:17:07.900 caused fire so you can't blame climate change and yes you have to question uh you know you have to
00:17:14.520 question like arson and all that but wildfires are real they've always happened but how many now are
00:17:19.620 also human caused just lately right the canadian government has claimed climate change is the reason
00:17:25.680 for all these fires and that's why a price on carbon is essential they're pushing that already during
00:17:30.800 the fires but the u.s has had the lowest forced fire burn acreage in over 10 years and we have no carbon
00:17:36.620 tax so it's interesting that we live in a time where there's many you know mentally ill freaks
00:17:41.540 including pyromaniacs right so many of them could jump on an opportunity when they see it like we're
00:17:46.320 talking about earlier oh big wildfire now i'm gonna go start a new one you know because i want to see
00:17:50.600 one too or again a climate activist or somebody ironically of course this would release more
00:17:56.180 carbon dioxide in the atmosphere right when you burn i mean forests act as carbon sinks essentially
00:18:01.500 yeah and so if you spend you know that you release what is a water vapor carbon and uh you know ash or
00:18:07.780 whatever that's like the residue you get from it so ironically you get more i'm not sure how much
00:18:12.420 that affects the the over total you know carbon levels in the atmosphere it probably doesn't make
00:18:17.840 a dent i mean volcanoes have a huge impact apparently this stuff i'm not so sure uh but regardless they
00:18:24.400 could spin it any way they want but i mean the fact is you could just have a piece of glass lying in
00:18:29.660 the wrong kind of direction and and the sun hits it and you that could start a fire yeah but it was
00:18:34.000 curious the previous satellite footage we show there uh the fact that they're starting in multiple
00:18:38.960 places at the same time yeah that is you know but again that could be campers that could be anything
00:18:43.760 the hard thing about this is uh they're so remote some of these areas you can hardly get out there you
00:18:48.600 can't get there's no roads out to some of these areas you can't get there with like bulldozer to
00:18:52.320 start you know and it's been dry and hot yeah exactly on top of it yeah right but regardless they
00:18:57.420 will use this to try to claim that this is the reason for this is global boiling uh and basically you have
00:19:03.580 to stop eating the meat and get into the pot that's that's how they will use it right there are
00:19:07.640 confirmation that several of them are set deliberately started deliberately rather we had a number of
00:19:13.460 wildfires in uh the popular tourist destination of tenerife uh in spain a spanish island uh that was
00:19:20.960 started deliberately according to officials uh we can take a look at just a little bit of footage
00:19:25.220 from how that looked
00:19:26.880 from how that looked
00:19:26.900 from how that looked
00:19:34.540 from how that looked
00:19:36.880 from how thatข зал
00:20:00.720 yeah so we had about 12 000 tourists being evacuated against one of these islands i guess
00:20:20.120 much like hawaii that's reliant on tourism and now all of those are gone how much of the island is
00:20:25.360 going to burn down and stuff like that and of course in the wake of this they're reshaping
00:20:29.280 the whole island the government is buying back the land uh they're turning it into like a 15 minute
00:20:33.560 smart city run by ai in hawaii now like a test a test run for that so that it makes the whole
00:20:40.100 thing highly suspicious right yeah absolutely however fear not because if your home was burnt
00:20:46.060 down and if your insurance company uh will not pay out because whatever reason force majeure or just
00:20:51.020 because they don't like it uh the government will have uh houses ready for you to uh to occupy
00:20:56.500 that's a hundred thousand dollars right are you telling me that these f***ing things
00:21:02.280 are a hundred f***ing thousand dollars it's a garage
00:21:09.080 what the f*** are you kidding me you've got to be f***ing kidding me
00:21:14.780 so that's in uh texas i believe uh the poster said yeah san antonio texas ten a hundred thousand
00:21:23.040 dollar tiny homes see we can just import in millions and millions and then just live in
00:21:28.180 these like little skinny garages that are just way overpriced your pot home is ready to go and
00:21:33.340 really cheaply made and toxic oh you know it of course yeah you can barely like you yeah perfect
00:21:39.000 place to race your four kids yeah exactly
